  17. 0:38epidemiologists you're supposed to
  18. 0:40sample from homes that have led plumbing
  19. 0:41they sample from homes that didn't have
  20. 0:43lead plumbing this so there was a lot of
  21. 0:45kind of manipulations of how the water
  22. 0:48lead levels were being done so it
  23. 0:50continued the kind of almost two years
  24. 0:53of denial denial is a problem
