15. 0:21>> So how has your experience been so far?
16. 0:23>> See, uh this is kind of a new program.
17. 0:25When I heard about this, I was like kind
18. 0:27of skeptical like whether it's going to
19. 0:28help me out somehow because it's
20. 0:30something new which none of the dental
21. 0:32school is going to teach us. So which
22. 0:34every dentist actually in a practical
23. 0:36thing in a day-to-day practice they
24. 0:39require this. So I was much fascinated
25. 0:41to know and gladly I'm like much happy
26. 0:43and satisfied. I have learned the tricks
27. 0:46and hints about this and thanks to gold
28. 0:49caller team and ISPI as well.
29. 0:51>> So what was the objective behind you
30. 0:52joining the program? Uh yeah see I'm
31. 0:55like a first dentist in the family. Uh
32. 0:57we don't have any dental background as
33. 0:59such. So I just wanted to excel as a
34. 1:02first dentist and I should have a very
35. 1:03stable platform in my practice.
36. 1:05Shouldn't be like a first one shouldn't
37. 1:07be like leaky thing. So I just wanted
38. 1:10whatever I'm going to do it's going to
39. 1:11be on a firm base and I wanted to create
40. 1:14a best base and I got you guys over
41. 1:16that.
42. 1:16>> And did you achieve that objective?
43. 1:18Definitely a very good thing and there
44. 1:20are a lot of things where like the
45. 1:21economics and the cost cutting part and
46. 1:23the management part how you run up a
47. 1:26clinic and how do you handle the part
48. 1:28which is apart from the clinical
49. 1:30subject. It was like kind of an eye
50. 1:31openener over here. So
51. 1:33>> what was this one of the sessions that
52. 1:35you actually remember the most or made
53. 1:37an impact on you?
54. 1:39>> Uh it was Dr. Praacham's session about
55. 1:42the costing and financing how you handle
56. 1:44it and uh what is the basic thing which
57. 1:47you have to have it in your clinic from
58. 1:49the scratch and upon which you can build
59. 1:51up the more
60. 1:52>> all right so and what is this one key
61. 1:54thing that you learned and implemented
62. 1:56which has actually given you results
63. 1:58>> uh one session which Dr. Shidam had
64. 2:01taken us for like branding and
65. 2:03marketing. So that is really an
66. 2:05important thing of the R right now like
67. 2:07everyone are into that they want to
68. 2:10brand theirel they want to market
69. 2:11theirel but like how to stand unique
70. 2:13from everybody in the market is what we
71. 2:15have to know and that is what Dr. Sidam
72. 2:18has given an insight on it.

74. 2:22you have learned so much about finance.
75. 2:23Uh the investment that you made in the
76. 2:25program did you get the value back for
77. 2:27it? Yes, like I have made it like a
78. 2:29actually I didn't make it like a cost
79. 2:31separate for the course. It is like made
80. 2:32as an investment and as a part of my
81. 2:34dental training. So I'm very sure this
82. 2:37it's value for the money and it's going
83. 2:38to be in returns for me very soon.

86. 2:45that you would want to say some to the
87. 2:47dentist looking to join this program?
