- 0:00AMD
- 0:02down 15% this month. People are looking
- 0:04at AMD out there and they're saying,
- 0:06"What is going on with this stock?" Down
- 0:0815% this month. Have we already topped
- 0:11this stock? Are we just preparing for
- 0:13the next major move upward? If we are
- 0:16preparing for a major upward move, how
- 0:18fast are we talking this move's going to
- 0:20be? Where are we headed here? 600, 700,
- 0:22800, 900. Are we headed to 1,000? MU
- 0:27stock. Another one people are looking
- 0:29at. Micron, we'll talk about this one as
- 0:30well today, is down 27.77%
- 0:35from its highs. Now, at this point in
- 0:36time, the darling of the memory trade,
- 0:40SanDisk, ooh, baby, look at SanDisk.
- 0:42Down 45%
- 0:44from the highs it hit just last month.
- 0:48Like, these moves down are pretty darn
- 0:50significant. Elf on a Shelf. ELF on a
- 0:54shelf up 70% now from the lows it hit
- 0:58last month. What a move higher for ELF
- 1:01this has been. Congratulations to
- 1:02anybody that's an ELF shareholder out
- 1:04there and was buying that stock last
- 1:06month, especially anybody that was
- 1:07buying early June. Oh my gosh, the move
- 1:10up has been substantial. We have SAS
- 1:12stocks finally rolling, right? Look at
- 1:14Shopify getting not Shopified for once.
- 1:16Up 10% here today. Serve is now up
- 1:19almost 8% today. Salesforce was up about
- 1:227%. Right? Palanteer, they put that in
- 1:25the SAS category. That was up about 7%
- 1:28here today. And Celsius, the wealthiest,
- 1:30finally having a good day, up about 6
- 1:32percentage points here today. Look at my
- 1:36number five. It's official. The number
- 1:38five best performing stock in the public
- 1:40account of my current positions,
- 1:43Cheesecake Factory. Another $7,500 up on
- 1:46that stock here today. now up $150,000
- 1:49on Cheesecake Factory stock and that
- 1:51does not include all the dividends
- 1:53received in that stock up 113%
- 1:56Cheesecake just and once again in that
- 1:58return doesn't account for all the
- 1:59dividends I've received over the last
- 2:00couple years in that stock as well right
- 2:03look at SpaceX on the other hand gh I
- 2:05mean this one's been rough from its
- 2:07highs it hit recently that stock is now
- 2:09down uh almost 50% it's basically been
- 2:12cut in half three core subjects we're
- 2:14going to speak about here today okay AMD
- 2:17Micron, AMD specifically, but I will
- 2:19mention Micron in this video. Where is
- 2:21this stock headed next? I think that's
- 2:24what it's on everybody's mind now at
- 2:25this point in time. They're looking at
- 2:27like, h things are getting shaky here
- 2:28with the stock price. Like, what's going
- 2:30on here? Right. Two, we'll talk about if
- 2:33stock is if SAS stocks have finally
- 2:35bottomed and if they have, which stocks
- 2:37have for sure bottomed and are likely
- 2:40headed for a much uh higher move here,
- 2:42and which ones are questionable. We'll
- 2:44speak about that in this video here
- 2:46today. Number three, I'm going to give
- 2:47you the perfect easy money stock to buy
- 2:50now.
- 2:52Three core subjects. I hope you guys
- 2:53enjoyed today's video. One thing, one
- 2:54thing I only need from you. I need you
- 2:55to just smash that like button for me.
- 2:57Hit that little thumbs up icon. Make it
- 2:59glow. Just just smash it. It feels so
- 3:02good. It feels so good to smash the like
- 3:04button, okay? I appreciate you for doing
- 3:06that. Additionally, make sure you're
- 3:07subscribed here to the channel. We are
- 3:08now at I don't even know how many
- 3:10subscribers, but it's a big big big dang
- 3:13number. Okay. Also, private group is
- 3:15back open to accepting applications. I
- 3:17was closed for quite a while, but we are
- 3:18back open now at this point in time.
- 3:20That's full access to all my best
- 3:22courses. That's access to my private
- 3:23Discord chat, exclusive weekly videos,
- 3:25access to thousandx.com. It is an
- 3:28absolute banger. You got to get in
- 3:29there. That will be the pinned comment
- 3:32down there today. All righty, ladies and
- 3:35gentlemen. Number one, AMD.
- 3:38Listen,
- 3:40if we look at AMD over the past 2
- 3:42months, right, past 60 days roughly, the
- 3:46stock has gone up, it's gone down, it's
- 3:47gone nowhere at all, right? The stock's
- 3:49down 1%. And so, you're looking at AMD
- 3:51and you're like, hm, this is starting to
- 3:54get a little questionable in regards to
- 3:55stock price, right? It's like, okay, the
- 3:57financials getting really exciting.
- 3:58We're hearing about all these new
- 4:00products that AMD has in the pipeline,
- 4:02right? Uh the the TAM is just getting
- 4:06bigger and bigger and bigger. This is
- 4:07really exciting on the fundamental
- 4:09front, but the stock price front, people
- 4:11are like down 1% over the past two
- 4:13months. Has this one already exhausted
- 4:15the move, right? Or are we just
- 4:17consolidating and preparing for a much
- 4:20much larger move to the upside? So,
- 4:23let's try to pick up some clues here,
- 4:24right? What about the previous two-month
- 4:26period? Well, the previous two-month
- 4:29period, AMD was up 80%. 80% the previous
- 4:33two-month period. People look at
- 4:34something like that and this is what
- 4:36really makes them question. They're
- 4:37like, "Okay, down 1% past two months.
- 4:38The previous two months was up 80%."
- 4:41When you get used to these insane gains,
- 4:43guess what? When you don't get those
- 4:46insane gains, you're like, "Uh, is the
- 4:48stock broken now? Is the stock done?
- 4:49Have we exhausted our move?" Right? The
- 4:52two-month period prior to that, the
- 4:54stock was up 65, flipping, flap, jack,
- 4:58and percent. 65%. So, you got a 65% gain
- 5:01in a two-month period. the very next
- 5:03two-month period, you get another 80%
- 5:05plus gain. That's insane when you're
- 5:07talking about on top of each other,
- 5:09right? But you go back to the previous
- 5:11two-month period prior to that, guess
- 5:13what? Stock was down 7%. And it was down
- 5:17huge from the highs, right? Goes up here
- 5:19264 and then heads actually under $200.
- 5:22I don't know if some of you guys got to
- 5:24pick up some shares back in February,
- 5:26but the stock was, this is AMD, we're
- 5:28talking AMD was under $200 just back in
- 5:30February, right? Incredible. So, it had
- 5:33a very rough two-month period. You could
- 5:34have looked at this and back then you
- 5:36could have said AMD stock's done. The
- 5:38run's over, right? Look at it's under
- 5:40200. It's around 200 and the high was
- 5:43264. It's heading down. Well, guess
- 5:46what? It headed down Chinatown for a
- 5:48little bit and then we went straight up
- 5:49and next thing you know, the stock was
- 5:51pushing 580. Right now, you go back the
- 5:54prior two-month period prior to that.
- 5:56Stock also had a weak run. the stock
- 5:59tops once again right around 264ish,
- 6:01right? And then heads down 17%. That was
- 6:04an ugly two-month period there. So, you
- 6:06had a ugly two-month period. Then you
- 6:08had another ugly two-month period. And
- 6:10it was just like, you know, a lot of
- 6:12people were questioning AMD at that
- 6:13particular time. And AMD was facing the
- 6:16biggest questions in regards to stock
- 6:18price that it had really since I would
- 6:20say since uh early 2025 when everybody
- 6:25was calling advanced money decimator and
- 6:27advanced money destroyer and all those
- 6:29sorts of terms, right? So what is the
- 6:32moral of the story here? Okay, one, you
- 6:35can't conclude anything from a good or
- 6:37bad 60-day period, right? You can't look
- 6:40at a stock on a 60-day period and be
- 6:42like, "Oh, it's gone down, so that means
- 6:44the stock's done or the stock's going to
- 6:46keep going down." No, we can see it
- 6:48flips easily the other way, right?
- 6:50Additionally, just because a stock has a
- 6:52great 60-day period, can't assume the
- 6:54next 60-day period is going to be great,
- 6:56right? Cuz we just went up 80 plus% the
- 6:58previous 60-day period, and guess what
- 6:59we got for this 60-day period? Negative
- 7:021% return, right? Number two, listen.
- 7:06The moves in semiconductor stocks are
- 7:09intense, right? I mean, you know, 17%
- 7:12down in a 60-day period, up 65% uh
- 7:16two-month period, up 80% in two-month
- 7:18period. The moves are intense. And even
- 7:20though this uh particular month or two
- 7:23month span, right? It's only down 1%.
- 7:26But look at how crazy it's been. I mean,
- 7:29you know, look, the stock right here is
- 7:31485,
- 7:33bounces right up to 555.
- 7:36That's an incredible move in a matter of
- 7:37what a week or two there. Then crashes
- 7:40well kind of crashes right down to 445.
- 7:43So from 555 to 445 just like that. Then
- 7:46in a matter of a week or two goes back
- 7:49to 555 then goes down to 510. Then makes
- 7:53a move to 580 over the next few weeks.
- 7:56Then crashes down to you know 480. The
- 7:59moves are insane. That's semiconductor
- 8:01stocks. Welcome to semiconductor stocks.
- 8:03It's not for the faint of heart. The
- 8:05moves are dramatic. You'll get 20% moves
- 8:09to the upside and downside in a matter
- 8:11of a week or two and your flapjacks are
- 8:13on your head and you're like, "What is
- 8:15going on here?" Okay, that that's
- 8:17semiconductor stock. Now, it's going to
- 8:19get crazier. It's going to get way
- 8:21crazier. Okay, six trading days from
- 8:24now, we are going to have the AMD
- 8:27numbers out, right? This is a huge
- 8:29earnings on many fronts, but the
- 8:32guidance the guidance is huge. Okay.
- 8:36Now,
- 8:38with that being said, where do I see the
- 8:40stock going before earnings? Okay. So,
- 8:42let's talk about over this next six
- 8:43trading days. And where do I see the
- 8:44stock going over the next 60 days? Now,
- 8:47before I get into that, let me just say
- 8:48this. Okay, listen. I don't I I have an
- 8:52opinion on where the stock is headed
- 8:54over the next 60 days. I have opinion on
- 8:55where the stock is headed over the next
- 8:5660 days. You will not see me make any
- 8:58short-term moves just because I feel the
- 9:01stock is going here or there based upon
- 9:03my 18 years of experience in the market.
- 9:05I'm not playing those foolish games. No,
- 9:07no, no, no, thank you. Okay, a stock
- 9:11like AMD has me very excited for the
- 9:12next several years and
- 9:16the stock has done me very well. Okay,
- 9:18so with that being said, where do I see
- 9:20the stock going over the next six
- 9:21trading days and over the next 60 days?
- 9:23Okay, here we go. I believe, and this
- 9:28seems dramatic because the stock right
- 9:30now is in the 400s. I think this stock's
- 9:32going to all-time highs before earnings
- 9:34come out.
- 9:36That's six trading days from now. To
- 9:38take out all-time highs, you know, we
- 9:40got to go 580 plus, right? That's a big
- 9:44move up. But I have always kind of
- 9:47foreseen this stock going to all-time
- 9:48highs before the earnings come out. And
- 9:50the reason being is I think a lot of
- 9:53people are of the understanding that the
- 9:55guidance is going to be really good,
- 9:57really good. The conference call is
- 9:59going to be really good. And I think I
- 10:04think after this earnings, AMD will be
- 10:07viewed as the stock you must own in the
- 10:11stock market. There's always got to be
- 10:12that one stock in the market that's
- 10:15like, "Dude, you got to be in the stock.
- 10:17What are you not doing in it?" And I
- 10:19think AMD clearly takes that mantle
- 10:22after the surge. I could be wrong.
- 10:24Guidance is just like a little ahead of
- 10:26expectations. It would be disappointment
- 10:27to me and to a lot of people out there,
- 10:29but I think they're going to come
- 10:30through with the big boy guide and it's
- 10:32going to be significantly significantly
- 10:34above Wall Street expectations and that
- 10:37is going to be like a supercharger
- 10:39behind the stock. And then everybody's
- 10:41going to be looking at AMD. It's going
- 10:42to cross a trillion dollar plus market
- 10:43cap and everybody's going to be like,
- 10:44"You've got to be in AMD. If you're not
- 10:46in AMD, what are you doing?" Right? And
- 10:48so it will get the whole momentum which
- 10:51in my opinion at least carries through
- 10:52the fourth quarter of this year and
- 10:54potentially into the first quarter of
- 10:56next year. Okay. Now what do I see 60
- 10:58days out? I see an AMD stock
- 11:01over $700.
- 11:04That's what I foresee here. Right?
- 11:06That's what I think is going to go on
- 11:08here. Right? With that being said,
- 11:10public count nearly $4.4 million. Right?
- 11:13We built this portfolio brick by brick
- 11:16since 2018. Right. Not from options
- 11:20because you look at something like this
- 11:21and you say, "Man, Jeremy, pretty dang
- 11:22confident. Stock's going 700 plus. Why
- 11:24not play some call options on that?"
- 11:27Nah, I'm good. I'm good. I own a lot of
- 11:29shares of AMD. If what I think's going
- 11:31to play out plays out, I'm going make so
- 11:32much money. I don't even need to mess
- 11:34around with options. Okay, we built that
- 11:36portfolio not from options, right? Who
- 11:38knows what could happen over the next 60
- 11:40days? What if the guidance from AMD's
- 11:42just comes in line? Be a big
- 11:43disappointment, right? What happens if
- 11:46uh I don't know, the whole stock market
- 11:48crashes for the next 60 days because of
- 11:50drama. I don't know. Like, you never
- 11:52know. So, I'm not going to place
- 11:53short-term call option bets because I
- 11:55think AMD is going 700 plus. Plus, you
- 11:57have to pay huge premiums cuz there's a
- 11:59decent probability AMD is going 600 plus
- 12:01in the next 60 trading days, if not 700
- 12:03plus. So, the premium you have to pay is
- 12:06substantial. So, it's not like you make
- 12:08nearly as much money as you think you're
- 12:10going to make, and you're taking a huge
- 12:12risk cuz guess what? They might expire
- 12:14worthless and it might be completely out
- 12:16of your control, right? We didn't build
- 12:18the public account through margin and
- 12:20short-term plays. No, no, no, no, no.
- 12:23Okay. So, that's the way I look at a
- 12:25game like this where I'm like, gosh, I
- 12:27see significant upside um for the short
- 12:30term for AMD, but I'm not going to, you
- 12:33know, mess around with that whole game
- 12:35right now. Something I always teach my
- 12:37private group members is you're building
- 12:39your portfolio for the next five, seven,
- 12:4110, 15, 20 years. And so when you think
- 12:45like that, right, GVD, building a GVD
- 12:48portfolio, growth value, dividends, you
- 12:50don't get into all this foolishness of
- 12:52like, well, because I think the stock's
- 12:53going to this price, I'm going to play
- 12:55short-term options on it or I'm going to
- 12:56margin out or I'm going to go all in the
- 12:58stock just for the earnings period for
- 13:00the next 60 days or something like that,
- 13:01right? We're trying to build portfolios
- 13:03that are great for the next 5, 7, 10,
- 13:0415, 20 years. We think bigger. We think
- 13:07way bigger than what's going to happen
- 13:10in AMD stock over the next 60 trading
- 13:12days or any stock over the next trading
- 13:14days or the market in general, right?
- 13:17And so we're like above we're above
- 13:20that, right? And that's something I
- 13:21teach everybody and that's how you stay
- 13:22focused and that's how you actually
- 13:24scale to big dog numbers as the years
- 13:26tick on, right? And since I started the
- 13:28private group many years ago, I mean,
- 13:29the amount of people we've seen scale to
- 13:32six figures, multi6 figures, seven
- 13:33figures, multi7 figures, eight figures,
- 13:35it's a ridiculously long list of
- 13:38individuals, right? And so that's stay
- 13:40focused on the long term, right? We can
- 13:42all have our opinions, but don't let
- 13:44that clout your moves, right? Now,
- 13:47additionally,
- 13:49I believe Micron MU is going to bounce
- 13:53along with AMD, right? And so when AMD
- 13:56starts this next upward move which who
- 13:58knows it might not happen right I
- 14:00believe it is but when it does uh Micron
- 14:03should move along with AMD again and my
- 14:05opinion on Micron here is you know that
- 14:08stock topped at 1,200 and some change uh
- 14:12back what was that last month right when
- 14:14it comes to Micron I think it's a like
- 14:17if I had to put odds on it right I live
- 14:19in Vegas we put odds on everything uh
- 14:2180% probability micron
- 14:24sees that at 1,200ish range again. Okay.
- 14:28If I Now, some people believe Micron's
- 14:29going to 1500. My opinion, Micron goes
- 14:32to 1500. I would say that's like a coin
- 14:34flip. That's like a 50/50. And then some
- 14:36people believe Micron's going 2,000,
- 14:38right? I think there's a lower
- 14:40probability of that. I put that at about
- 14:4220% probability in terms of Micron going
- 14:452,000 plus. Now, the case for Micron
- 14:47going 20,000 plus is, hey, the
- 14:48valuation's so low. Look at the pees.
- 14:50Look at the forward PES. 4 PM micron
- 14:52might be, you know, it's debatable right
- 14:56now. It could be a four, it could be a
- 14:58six, right, as far as a forward P, but
- 15:01you got to understand like to pay 2,000,
- 15:05then you're you're paying potentially an
- 15:07eight or a 10 forward P for the stock.
- 15:10And people might not want to pay that
- 15:12big of pees because we're in a
- 15:14historically insane upward cycle for
- 15:18memory prices. That is long-term not
- 15:21sustainable. Right now, some people
- 15:22might feel like this time's different.
- 15:24Memory price is only going higher.
- 15:25Micron's only going to make more money
- 15:27in 27 than they did in 26. And then
- 15:30they're going to make even more in 28
- 15:31than they did in 27. They're going to
- 15:33make even more in 29 than they did 28.
- 15:35My opinion is
- 15:37we're just going through another super
- 15:39cycle. it's going to end how they all
- 15:40end, right? With memory prices then
- 15:43starting to flatline, then start to go
- 15:45down um and then probably go down quite
- 15:47substantially and then eventually bounce
- 15:49back, right? And so it's the same game,
- 15:52right? And I feel like that's for all
- 15:54these companies, Nvidia, AMD, uh
- 15:57Broadcom, all these companies, they're
- 15:59in a massive boom cycle right now. boom
- 16:02cycle lasts probably another, you know,
- 16:05it's debatable, I would say 18 to 36
- 16:09months. Then we got a flatline and then
- 16:11we got a down cycle ahead. And so that's
- 16:14just semiconductor stocks. And so when
- 16:16they're on the upswing, it's fun, man.
- 16:18It's a party.
- 16:20When they start going flatline, you
- 16:22know, you are you got to already have
- 16:23moved on. you got already have moved on
- 16:25because by the flatline cycle comes the
- 16:28stock's already down 50 60 70 80%
- 16:31depending upon what type of company
- 16:32you're in at that particular time right
- 16:34so but anyways Micron I think goes on
- 16:37the AMD party that's my opinion and of
- 16:40course maybe the party never exists so
- 16:42that's something to keep in mind there
- 16:43but I think the party does exist high
- 16:45probability of it and MU will go along
- 16:46with it and next thing you know you'll
- 16:48see MU back well over $1,000 again if
- 16:51not approaching that $1,200 plus range
- 16:53once again. Okay. All righty then. Next
- 16:56up here, let's talk about have SAS
- 16:57stocks finally bottomed. We'll speak
- 16:59about Service Now and Salesforce and
- 17:01Palunteer and all these sorts of stocks.
- 17:03Then we'll talk about the perfect easy
- 17:04money stock to buy now. Okay. So, first
- 17:07off, listen, I hope they've all
- 17:10bottomed. Uh, so I have some substantial
- 17:13positions in the public account that are
- 17:15SAS related, right? Palunteer gets
- 17:18thrown in that category. That's a
- 17:19$131,000 position. Service Now gets
- 17:22thrown in that category, right? Service
- 17:24Now sitting on $7,000 of profit so far.
- 17:27Palanteer, $124,000 of profits. You
- 17:30know, obviously I took the far majority
- 17:31of my profits already in Palunteer last
- 17:33year, right? Um that's $128,000
- 17:36position. And then we got Salesforce,
- 17:38which down 24K on $184,000 position. So
- 17:42do the math on that. That's way over
- 17:45$400,000 I have in SAS type companies,
- 17:49right? And so naturally, I I don't
- 17:51really want to put more money in those
- 17:53stocks. I'm good with what I have in the
- 17:55public account in those positions. So
- 17:57like my hope is they go up, right? So
- 18:01I'm a little biased, but I kind of try
- 18:03to always look at
- 18:06what is my actual opinion. Okay, so the
- 18:08easiest one to call a bottom in in that
- 18:11we've already bottomed and we're heading
- 18:12up from here is Service Now by a mile.
- 18:16Okay, this is a year-to- date of service
- 18:18now, right? This one's showing you the
- 18:20clearest bottom of any of the stocks,
- 18:22just to be honest, right? So, we hit
- 18:24that bottom in April. Keep in mind that
- 18:26April time frame, that was peak
- 18:28negativity in regards to the SAS space.
- 18:32I mean,
- 18:34never in my time of being in the stock
- 18:36market since '08 have I seen everybody
- 18:38so negative on on SAS related companies.
- 18:40Never. That was the peak fear negativity
- 18:45like no one's going to use SAS anymore.
- 18:46They're only going to use I don't know
- 18:48LLM somehow and you know Claude and
- 18:51products from Anthropic and all these
- 18:52other companies. And so that was just a
- 18:54viewpoint at that particular time and it
- 18:55was just brutal. Right now since that
- 18:58time period when the stock bottomed in
- 19:00the 80s there every time the stock goes
- 19:02down it doesn't even it doesn't it
- 19:06doesn't go down to that price. It's it's
- 19:08a higher low every single time, right?
- 19:11So, here we got a higher low. The next
- 19:12one, the next go round on the downside,
- 19:15another higher low. The next go round,
- 19:17another higher low. The next go around,
- 19:20another higher low. So, we've now had,
- 19:22you know, four periods when the stock
- 19:25goes down of higher lows essentially,
- 19:28right? So, I think that's something
- 19:30that, you know, from that April bottom.
- 19:31So, I think that's something worth
- 19:32looking at and being like, okay, every
- 19:34time this stock does go down, so you
- 19:36know, there's going to be the next time
- 19:37it goes down, it's going to be a new
- 19:39higher low again likely, right? And so,
- 19:42this shows you like a confirmation of
- 19:44like investors are willing to buy the
- 19:47dips on Service Now. And so, it can't
- 19:49push down to where it used to be able to
- 19:51push down to, right? Unless there's such
- 19:53a big fundamental change in Service Now
- 19:55that would get the stock to capitulate
- 19:56so bad that it would break that April
- 19:58bottom or something like that, right?
- 20:00But that would need to be very very very
- 20:02bad. So has Service Now bottomed? Yes,
- 20:05unless the fundamentals of the entire
- 20:07company completely disintegrate. Outside
- 20:09of that, yeah, the the bottom is already
- 20:11in for Service Now. And in I think this
- 20:13recent run is bigger confirmation cuz
- 20:16with the Service Now
- 20:19latest earnings report, the
- 20:20profitability took a big hit that
- 20:22quarter, right? And additionally, the
- 20:24revenue guide wasn't exciting. So with
- 20:27both of those in there, the fact that
- 20:29the stock didn't even remotely close get
- 20:32close to like a new bottom and it
- 20:34actually was a higher bottom than the
- 20:37previous bottom. That's actually a very
- 20:39bullish signal there. Okay, next one up
- 20:41here. Palanteer,
- 20:43listen. Palunteer is questionable. Okay,
- 20:47it's a questionable bottom now at this
- 20:49point in time. This stock went under
- 20:51110, you know, just uh last month,
- 20:54right? But this one's a questionable
- 20:56bottom. And the reason being is
- 20:57Palanteer is about to, when I say about
- 21:00to, it's either this quarter or next
- 21:01quarter likely going to start to see
- 21:03their revenue growth decelerate. That
- 21:05does not mean their revenue growth is
- 21:07going negative for anybody that's new to
- 21:09the market watching this video right
- 21:10now. It's a deceleration and it's going
- 21:12to occur either likely this quarter or
- 21:14next quarter in my personal opinion. And
- 21:16so, how does a market take that? How do
- 21:19investors take that when the top's
- 21:21finally been called in terms of revenue
- 21:23acceleration? Right? I don't know.
- 21:25That's going to be really interesting.
- 21:27And so it's going to be a big test for
- 21:29Palanteer stock when that does happen
- 21:32because you haven't got that yet. It's
- 21:33just been accelerating, accelerating,
- 21:35accelerating growth for, you know,
- 21:36quarters and quarters and quarters and
- 21:37quarters and quarters now at this point
- 21:38in time. But either this quarter, next
- 21:41quarter, we're going to finally have it
- 21:42hit where it's like, oh shoot, like
- 21:44Palanteer's revenue growth is
- 21:46decelerating. Of course, maybe that
- 21:47doesn't happen. Palanteer is uh just
- 21:50accelerates revenue growth for all of
- 21:51eternity. But considering no company
- 21:53ever has done that and no company ever
- 21:55will do that, it's not happening. Okay,
- 21:57so the moral of the story is we're about
- 21:58to get a really interesting test for
- 22:00Palanteer. So I think it's dangerous to
- 22:02call a bottom in Palunteer. Now at this
- 22:04point in time, we got to wait to see how
- 22:06the investors and how the market reacts
- 22:08to a revenue growth dell. Okay, what
- 22:12about Salesforce CRM? Big investment for
- 22:15me.
- 22:18If we get a scenario here when the
- 22:20Salesforce numbers come out, which
- 22:21Salesforce numbers are still a little
- 22:23while away, okay, if Salesforce CRM
- 22:26revenue accelerates, the bottom's
- 22:29already in for for Salesforce and the
- 22:31stock's going really high, a lot higher
- 22:33from here essentially. Okay, but we got
- 22:35to get a nice revenue acceleration. I'm
- 22:37talking a 14 15% revenue growth number.
- 22:40If they could do 16%, it'd be even
- 22:42better. We also got to get a good
- 22:43guidance. You get a good revenue
- 22:45acceleration ahead of Wall Street
- 22:47expectations. You get a good guidance
- 22:49number ahead of Wall Street
- 22:50expectations.
- 22:52Like this stock's going back to the
- 22:53twos, right? Back to 200 plus. But if
- 22:57there's weak guidance, I I think we got
- 23:00a questionable bottom here. If they
- 23:02guide for like 11% or even 12% revenue
- 23:05growth for next quarter, especially if
- 23:07it's 10%. Uh we might be going right
- 23:10back down to 150. Okay. So that's that's
- 23:13what I'll say about that. Right now do
- 23:15keep in mind Salesforce is led by Mark
- 23:17Beni off. You got to understand there
- 23:20are certain CEOs that Wall Street loves
- 23:23to bet on. Wall Street loves Mark Beni
- 23:25off. They love Mark Beni off. Okay. So
- 23:29if the guy is good, if the revenue comes
- 23:32in with a nice beat and remember
- 23:33profitability is actually not the main
- 23:35worry in the short term with the with
- 23:38the SA, you know, Salesforce Service Now
- 23:40type stocks. people are really just
- 23:42concerned about revenue growth, right?
- 23:44And and you know, because if your
- 23:45revenue growth is quite a bit higher
- 23:47than expectations and the case around
- 23:49you being a uh a casualty in this whole
- 23:54AI um war, right, it it starts to erode.
- 23:58So, they love betting off. Why do they
- 24:00love betting off? He's made he's made
- 24:02Wall Street and he's made big money,
- 24:03fortunes of money over time, right? They
- 24:05built this company from a nothing
- 24:07company 20 25 years ago into this
- 24:11gigantic SAS company that's just you
- 24:13know gobbles up competitors and gobbles
- 24:16up you know uh new exciting new products
- 24:19and those sorts of things and so at the
- 24:21end of the day like they want to buy
- 24:24Salesforce stock and that's why I say
- 24:26like if the revenue comes in has a
- 24:28decent beat there and the guidance is
- 24:29quite a bit ahead of Wall Street by at
- 24:32least two percentage points
- 24:35this stock could pop 10 20% on those
- 24:38earnings like significantly. And you'll
- 24:40see the stock back with a two in front
- 24:41of it again. They love them. They want
- 24:43to own it, but they just don't feel
- 24:45comfortable because the revenue growth
- 24:47has
- 24:49been lagging. Got to come through with
- 24:50the big numbers and then we'll get a
- 24:53clear like, oh, this stock has bottom
- 24:55and we're moving up from here, right?
- 24:56And then it'll be party time in regards
- 24:59to that. Okay. So that was Service Now,
- 25:01Salesforce, Palunteer, my opinion on if
- 25:04those stocks have bottomed and where
- 25:06those stocks are headed from here. Okay,
- 25:08number three. Hope you guys are enjoying
- 25:09this. Hope you get a lot of value out of
- 25:11it. Number three, let's talk about a
- 25:12perfect easy money stock to buy. Now,
- 25:15okay, listen.
- 25:19On Saturday night, right, I was with a
- 25:22friend. We went to play craps at Green
- 25:25Valley Ranch. And man, this guy, this
- 25:27this older gentleman, he was having he
- 25:30was just rolling those dice, man. And I
- 25:33only play with $300 if I ever go to the
- 25:35casino because a friend wants to go or
- 25:37family member or something like that,
- 25:38right? Cuz no matter what how much I
- 25:39play with, like I lose or make like six
- 25:42figures plus every single day I wake up
- 25:44in the stock market. So, you know, it's
- 25:45nothing I'm going to be all play with.
- 25:47The casino is going to get me going. So,
- 25:48it's just for fun, right? So, I turn my
- 25:50300 into just under a,000. I tip the
- 25:53dealers out and then I got 900 bucks.
- 25:55So, I take my 900 bucks and then we go
- 25:56to zero zero bond at the win after,
- 25:58right? And we're waiting for the ladies
- 26:01to get done their thing they were doing.
- 26:03So, they were supposed to meet us there.
- 26:05And so, now we're playing roulette,
- 26:07right? And I got my $900 and I'm betting
- 26:1225 bucks on like the zero, the two, the
- 26:15one, the three. I'm like doing dumb
- 26:17bets, right? I mean, all bets are dumb
- 26:19at the casino, but this is extra dumb
- 26:21and it's super risky, but I'm like just
- 26:23trying to hit something crazy, right?
- 26:25And so, I lost all $900.
- 26:29All all the profit I made at Green
- 26:30Valley Ranch and then all the uh uh the
- 26:33other $300 I initially started with,
- 26:34lost it all. Right now, what I just
- 26:36described to you right there, that is
- 26:39how investors play the market sometimes,
- 26:42right? And especially not experienced
- 26:45people, maybe people in their first year
- 26:47or two, they're trying to hit the big
- 26:49one. They, you know, and so they are
- 26:51taking these gamles and taking these
- 26:53risks that are just not intelligent,
- 26:56right? They're hoping to hit the next
- 26:58Tesla. They're hoping to hit the next
- 26:59Palunteer and they don't understand you
- 27:01got to let those stocks come to you. You
- 27:04can't force it. You can't force it.
- 27:07Hoping you hit hit the big one. No.
- 27:10Okay. No. Same thing in baseball, right?
- 27:13You know, you could swing every time for
- 27:15a home run, but you're going to strike
- 27:17out. There's nothing wrong with hitting
- 27:19a single. There's nothing wrong with
- 27:21hitting a double. And the same exact
- 27:23thing in the stock market. Don't think
- 27:25like the only way to, you know, have
- 27:28success in this game is you got to
- 27:30always find the home run. The home runs
- 27:32will come to you when they come to you.
- 27:34build a great portfolio around GVD,
- 27:37growth stocks, value stocks, dividend
- 27:38stocks, so you can like make it out to
- 27:42the other side of bare markets so you
- 27:43can thrive in the bull markets. And
- 27:45there's going to be some times that you
- 27:46invest into a stock that you think is
- 27:48just a single double situation and it
- 27:50ends up being way better than that. And
- 27:52there's going to be plenty of stocks
- 27:53that you invest in and you're really
- 27:54hyped on and you're really excited about
- 27:56and you think it's the next home run.
- 27:58You think it's the next Palanteer or the
- 27:59next Tesla or the next AMD or the next
- 28:01Meta or whatever. And guess what? It's
- 28:04not going to be and you're going to lose
- 28:06a lot of money. And so that's where
- 28:08building a great portfolio of growth
- 28:10value dividend stocks all around comes
- 28:13in handy. That's where diversification,
- 28:14that's why, you know, I preach if you're
- 28:17going to be an individual stock picker
- 28:18like me, 10 to 25 stocks. If you're been
- 28:22super experienced in the market, you got
- 28:23tons of money, you could take it up to
- 28:25maybe 25 positions, right? If you're
- 28:28more modest amounts, maybe 10 stocks, 15
- 28:30stocks, 20 stocks, something like that,
- 28:32right?
- 28:34So,
- 28:35here's the deal, okay? There's this
- 28:37company. It's a beautiful company. Their
- 28:39latest quarterly results just came out.
- 28:41I rated them an A minus. This company
- 28:43comes through with their numbers almost
- 28:45every quarter. They got a super stable
- 28:47business model. Super stable business
- 28:49model. I'm going to show you my
- 28:50projections just a minute and where the
- 28:51stock's headed and you'll realize, gosh,
- 28:53this is a pretty darn attractive
- 28:55opportunity here, right? And even my
- 28:57bare case on the stock's very
- 28:58attractive, but their revenue growth was
- 29:01low double digits in the latest quarter.
- 29:04They have one spending problem on this
- 29:06one line item here. Now, the big thing
- 29:09with this one line item where their
- 29:11expenses are really high is take a peek
- 29:14at this over time. So, this particular
- 29:16line item was 1.3 billion, right? Then
- 29:18it goes to almost 1.5 billion. Then it
- 29:20jumps up to 1.95 billion. Okay. Then a
- 29:25very modest increase to 1.97 billion. In
- 29:29this latest quarter it actually
- 29:30decreased to 1.94 billion. Which means
- 29:34after next quarter they're going to
- 29:36start comping against all these quarters
- 29:38where they're like at a $2 billion run
- 29:39rate, right? Which means this particular
- 29:42line item the growth there is going to
- 29:44be much more modest. This was just an
- 29:46insane year in terms of how much they
- 29:48increased their expenses here. So, the
- 29:51moral of the story is here, this
- 29:54insanity of this particular line item
- 29:56where it's like 50% growth, it's about
- 29:59to get a lot more modest over the next
- 30:01several quarters. And suddenly, what is
- 30:05that going to mean? I'll tell you what
- 30:07it's going to mean. The earnings per
- 30:08share is going to jump sign
- 30:10significantly because the revenue growth
- 30:12is going to keep coming through.
- 30:14Meanwhile, that line item is not going
- 30:16to be showing insane growth. And so, the
- 30:17earnings per share growth in future
- 30:19quarters is going to start getting
- 30:22very exciting. And this line item that
- 30:25could scare investors away right now is
- 30:26going to stop scaring people nearly as
- 30:28you know, not nearly as much. So, that's
- 30:32very, very, very, very good news. Okay.
- 30:35Now, the other line item was a little
- 30:36questionable was 13% growth here in this
- 30:38particular line item. But if you look
- 30:40here, they had a comp. They did an 8 817
- 30:43number here, right? But they had to comp
- 30:46that against a 720. So the next quarter
- 30:48coming up here, they're going to be
- 30:49comping against a 751. So I wouldn't be
- 30:51surprised if that number shows lower as
- 30:53well. Maybe that's like a 10% growth
- 30:55year-over-year or something like that.
- 30:56And then after that, then they comp.
- 30:59So this company
- 31:01is going to keep coming through because
- 31:02it's a membershipbased model. They're
- 31:04going to keep coming through with the
- 31:06respectable double-digit growth, but the
- 31:09expenses is not going to be nearly as
- 31:11much of a problem, especially after the
- 31:13next quarter, which means earnings per
- 31:15share could get very exciting for this
- 31:16particular company. And this particular
- 31:18company is American Express. I think
- 31:22this represents the perfect easy single
- 31:25or double type stock, right, that you
- 31:27can just own. you can buy a big stake
- 31:29in, you can own it, make your dividends
- 31:31on the stock, make capital appreciation
- 31:33over time, and just be able to sleep
- 31:36well at night, right? And I'll show you
- 31:37my projections for the stock. And I
- 31:39think they're going to be pretty
- 31:40astonishing to a lot of individuals out
- 31:41there. Keep in mind, American Express is
- 31:43one of Warren Buffett's biggest
- 31:45positions. Okay, here we go. This is my
- 31:48bull case for Amex. Uh 10% revenue
- 31:51growth, not a crazy number at all. 15%
- 31:53net income growth, right? 30 to 35p
- 31:55they'd be able to command for this sort
- 31:57of business model at those sorts of
- 31:58growth rates consistently right and keep
- 31:59in mind they're going to likely buy a
- 32:00lot of shares back as well in this
- 32:02scenario I'd get probably a 30%ish kagar
- 32:05compound annual growth rate here my base
- 32:07case this is what I actually expect
- 32:09right 8% revenue growth 12% net income
- 32:12growth 28 to 33p I think is fair for a
- 32:15company like ax growing at these sorts
- 32:16of growth rates and we're talking about
- 32:18a mid20s compound annual growth rate I
- 32:21mean that's I like that I like that a
- 32:24whole lot. What about my bare case? My
- 32:26bare case still gets me double digit
- 32:28returns. This is why I have to bet on
- 32:30Amex stock right now. I'm going to get
- 32:32double digit returns from a bare case. A
- 32:34bare case. Look at this. My bare case is
- 32:38depressing. 5% revenue growth on average
- 32:41over the coming years. 8% net income
- 32:43growth on average over the coming years.
- 32:4520 to 25 PE and I still get 10 to 16%
- 32:49compounded annual growth rate.
- 32:53Amex stock is an easy money stock in my
- 32:57personal opinion and we'll see how that
- 32:58plays out over the next few years. Okay,
- 33:00I hope you guys really enjoyed today's
- 33:01video. I hope you loved it. We got
- 33:03earnings in Sandy coming. I'm going to
- 33:04try to keep you guys up to date with
