Dolores Cannon’s Final Regression Revealed Something No One Expected - The Cosmic Recall — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:07This is what Dolores Cannon found at the
- 0:09end of 45 years inside human
- 0:11consciousness. A discovery so large it
- 0:14reversed everything she had built before
- 0:16it and became the only thing she wanted
- 0:18to talk about in her final years. Not a
- 0:21biography, not a summary of her books,
- 0:24the specific discovery that arrived late
- 0:27in her career, how she reached it, what
- 0:30it dismantled, and what it means for the
- 0:32life you are living right now. To
- 0:34understand the ending, you have to
- 0:36understand how far she traveled to get
- 0:38there. We are going to move through it
- 0:40in order, from the very beginning of her
- 0:42work to the moment the floor gave way
- 0:44beneath 45 years of certainty because
- 0:47none of it lands without the full
- 0:49distance of the journey behind it. Who
- 0:51Dolores Cannon was before we reach the
- 0:54discovery, you need a clear picture of
- 0:57who Dolores Cannon actually was because
- 0:59arriving here with the wrong impression
- 1:01will cause you to misread the weight of
- 1:03everything she found. She was not a
- 1:05mystic, no meditation retreats, no
- 1:09esoteric lineage, no years of
- 1:11intentional spiritual cultivation. A
- 1:14navy wife with four children, an
- 1:16Arkansas drawl, and a journalist's
- 1:19instincts, those were her actual
- 1:21credentials. Every session, every
- 1:24decade, she carried a tape recorder and
- 1:26described herself not as a teacher or a
- 1:29spiritual guide, but as a reporter, a
- 1:32stenographer, someone who walked into
- 1:34rooms, asked questions, and wrote down
- 1:37exactly what came back. 83 years old
- 1:40when she left this earth on October
- 1:4218th, 2014,
- 1:44she trained thousands of practitioners
- 1:47in the method she developed and
- 1:48published 19 books over the course of
- 1:51her career. None of that began with a
- 1:53spiritual awakening. It began in a room
- 1:56in Texas in 1968 where a doctor needed
- 2:00help with a patient. Dolores was
- 2:02present. The patient dropped into deep
- 2:04hypnotic trance and began describing in
- 2:07precise and emotionally vivid detail
- 2:11a life she had never lived, a different
- 2:13century, a different body, a different
- 2:15world entirely.
- 2:17Dolores did not dismiss it. She
- 2:19documented it and then she went home and
- 2:22started building the practice that would
- 2:24consume the next 45 years of her life.
- 2:28That fundamental orientation,
- 2:30documentation over interpretation,
- 2:32following the evidence rather than
- 2:34confirming a world view she had already
- 2:36formed, gave her work the integrity that
- 2:38set it apart. What arrived in session
- 2:41after session led somewhere
- 2:43extraordinary and she followed it
- 2:45faithfully wherever it went. The first
- 2:48map, what she believed for decades, her
- 2:51earliest certainty, the one her first
- 2:53body of work rested on, was this: past
- 2:56life regression is real and souls do not
- 2:59live only once. They return. They carry
- 3:03memories, trauma patterns, and hard-won
- 3:06capacities across multiple lifetimes,
- 3:09accumulating wisdom life after life
- 3:11until they have completed what they came
- 3:13here to accomplish. Hundreds of sessions
- 3:16confirmed this. Millions of people
- 3:18reached her books. A global practice
- 3:21formed around what the deep trance state
- 3:23had revealed and clients in different
- 3:25countries, across different decades, who
- 3:28had never spoken to one another, arrived
- 3:30independently at the same descriptions
- 3:32of the same process. The pattern was too
- 3:35consistent to be coincidence and Dolores
- 3:38knew how to recognize a pattern. For a
- 3:40significant portion of her career, this
- 3:43was the map. Souls reincarnate. Multiple
- 3:46lifetimes serve the purpose of growth.
- 3:49You are a soul on a journey, gathering
- 3:52experience across time, working through
- 3:54what you came here to work through until
- 3:57the work is done. Internally consistent,
- 4:00well-documented across hundreds of
- 4:01cases, and complete looking in the way
- 4:04that only maps look complete before you
- 4:07discover the territory extends past the
- 4:09edge. And then the sessions started
- 4:11changing. The first expansion beyond the
- 4:14Earth curriculum. The first revision
- 4:17arrived not as a contradiction, but as
- 4:19an expansion so enormous that the
- 4:21previous suddenly resembled a postage
- 4:24stamp compared to the territory it had
- 4:26been trying to represent. Her clients
- 4:28stopped going to past lives on Earth.
- 4:31More and more of them, as the years
- 4:33accumulated, went somewhere else
- 4:35entirely, describing lives on other
- 4:38planets, existences in dimensions that
- 4:40carried no physical form at all,
- 4:42memories of being pure consciousness,
- 4:45pure light, pure energy before any
- 4:47incarnation in any body, anywhere. The
- 4:50existing model had no room for this. The
- 4:53model said souls reincarnate on Earth
- 4:56lifetime after lifetime, resolving karma
- 4:59and accumulating wisdom until the work
- 5:01is finished. But what kept arriving in
- 5:04session after session said something
- 5:06different. It said that Earth is one
- 5:08school among many schools, one
- 5:10experience inside a vast curriculum that
- 5:12consciousness navigates across
- 5:14dimensions far beyond this single
- 5:16planet. And that the soul has existed in
- 5:18many forms in many places across a
- 5:21universe incomprehensibly larger than
- 5:24anything the Earth-only model could
- 5:26contain. Dolores did what she always
- 5:28did. She documented it, confirmed it
- 5:30across hundreds of sessions with people
- 5:32who shared no contact and no common
- 5:35language, and watched the pattern hold
- 5:37across different countries and different
- 5:39decades until the conclusion became
- 5:41unavoidable. She revised her map. She
- 5:44believed this was the final revision.
- 5:47she was wrong. The splinter, the
- 5:49discovery that changed the architecture,
- 5:52the next discovery, the one that began
- 5:55dismantling the entire architecture she
- 5:57had built, arrived through a question
- 5:59she had asked hundreds of times before.
- 6:02Who are you and what are you? For years,
- 6:05that question returned descriptions of
- 6:07an individual soul, a being with a
- 6:10history of lifetimes, a trajectory of
- 6:12learning, a specific identity that
- 6:15persisted across incarnations. A you
- 6:18that was recognizably you life after
- 6:20life on its long journey back to source.
- 6:24In the later sessions, the answer
- 6:26started describing something else,
- 6:28something she had no existing framework
- 6:30to hold. What came through said this,
- 6:33the life you are living is not the whole
- 6:35of you. It is a fragment, a splinter, a
- 6:39small piece of a vastly larger
- 6:41consciousness that sent this fragment
- 6:43into physical experience. Not because
- 6:45this is the only thing it is doing, but
- 6:47because it is one of many things it is
- 6:48doing simultaneously across dimensions,
- 6:51timelines, and planes of existence that
- 6:53are simply invisible from inside this
- 6:55body. In the first volume of The
- 6:58Convoluted Universe, Dolores published
- 7:00exactly what she had found. She wrote
- 7:03that what lives a life on Earth is only
- 7:05a small piece or splinter of a much
- 7:07larger identity, that we are many rather
- 7:10than one, pieces of a more complex
- 7:12whole, only able to focus on the
- 7:15splinter we perceive as our totality.
- 7:17Read that carefully because it reverses
- 7:20something most people carry as an
- 7:22unexamined assumption for their entire
- 7:24lives. You are not a soul moving through
- 7:27one life after another in linear
- 7:29sequence, accumulating experience across
- 7:32time. You are a fragment of something
- 7:35immeasurably larger, a piece of a
- 7:37consciousness so vast it can be having
- 7:39hundreds of experiences simultaneously
- 7:42in different bodies, in different
- 7:44dimensions, across different timelines.
- 7:46The life you are living right now is not
- 7:48your whole story. It is a splinter of
- 7:51your actual identity sent here to gather
- 7:54something that only this specific
- 7:56physical experience can produce. The
- 7:58particular quality of love, of growth,
- 8:01of consciousness that only your life,
- 8:03the one you are actually living, is
- 8:05capable of generating. Dolores believed
- 8:08this was the final piece. The complete
- 8:10picture. She built her later work around
- 8:13it and carried it around the world. And
- 8:16then came the sessions that ended all
- 8:18maps. The final sessions, what the
- 8:20voices revealed. To understand what
- 8:23happened in the final period of her
- 8:24research, you need to understand the
- 8:26mechanics of how she worked. For 45
- 8:30years, Dolores had been in conversation
- 8:32with what she called the subconscious,
- 8:34the higher self, the oversoul, the
- 8:36greater consciousness that each client
- 8:39carried and that spoke in deep trance
- 8:41with a clarity and depth that the
- 8:43client's ordinary waking mind could not
- 8:45access. She had assumed, without ever
- 8:48examining the assumption directly, that
- 8:51these were different entities. That the
- 8:53subconscious speaking through a client
- 8:55in Arkansas was a different
- 8:56consciousness from the one speaking
- 8:58through a client in Australia or Japan
- 9:00or Germany. That each belonged to a
- 9:02specific soul with its own history and
- 9:05its own identity. The final sessions
- 9:08dismantled that assumption with a
- 9:10completeness she could not look away
- 9:12from. What came through every client in
- 9:15every country in every language across
- 9:17decades of transcripts was not
- 9:20different. It was the same. Not similar
- 9:23in theme, not consistent in tone, the
- 9:26same. The same intelligence speaking
- 9:28through different mouths with the same
- 9:30quality of knowing, the same vast
- 9:33patience, the same absence of judgment,
- 9:35the same unwavering orientation toward a
- 9:38single truth. What she had been calling
- 9:40the individual subconscious of each
- 9:42client was not the higher self of a
- 9:45particular soul. It was something
- 9:47larger, something that belonged to no
- 9:49individual, something that used each
- 9:52person as a window through which it
- 9:53could be seen but was not itself
- 9:55contained within any window. It was
- 9:57source, the intelligence that runs
- 10:00everything, and it had been speaking
- 10:02through every single person she had ever
- 10:05placed in trance. Every voice, one
- 10:07voice. She had spent 45 years listening
- 10:11to the universe describe itself, and she
- 10:13had not realized until the very end that
- 10:16what was speaking belonged to all of us.
- 10:19The discovery, there is no separation.
- 10:22Here is the discovery, the one she spent
- 10:25her final years approaching from
- 10:27different angles, reaching for language
- 10:29that could hold it. There is no
- 10:31separation, not as a spiritual idea, not
- 10:35as a comforting metaphor about the unity
- 10:37of all living things, but as a literal,
- 10:40operational, structural truth about the
- 10:43nature of what we actually are. What
- 10:45Dolores confirmed across thousands of
- 10:47sessions through voices that could not
- 10:50have coordinated, from depths of
- 10:52consciousness that had no reason to
- 10:53fabricate. Every soul that has ever
- 10:56existed is a fragment of the same
- 10:58source. Every lifetime ever lived is the
- 11:02same consciousness experiencing itself
- 11:05from a different angle. Every being you
- 11:07have ever encountered, the one who hurt
- 11:09you, the one who saved you, the
- 11:11stranger, the enemy, the beloved, every
- 11:15one of them, at the level of ultimate
- 11:17reality, is the same consciousness, the
- 11:20same original substance wearing a
- 11:22different body in a different moment of
- 11:25what we call time, but made of the same
- 11:27thing and returning to the same thing,
- 11:30always without exception. She had spent
- 11:33decades operating inside a model where
- 11:36individual consciousnesses were separate
- 11:38from each other and separate from
- 11:40source, each on an individual journey
- 11:42back to a god that stood apart from
- 11:44them. What the final sessions showed her
- 11:47was that this separation is the
- 11:48fundamental illusion, the one that all
- 11:51other illusions are constructed upon,
- 11:53the one forgetting that every soul's
- 11:55incarnation into physical form requires
- 11:58in order to function. As she put it in
- 12:00her later teachings, people become so
- 12:03involved in their personalities and
- 12:04their day-to-day living that they pull
- 12:06away from the collective, pull away from
- 12:09the source, pull away from that which
- 12:10is, and in doing so become
- 12:13individualized, separate, convinced the
- 12:16separation is real when the separation
- 12:18was always only a costume. You forgot
- 12:21what you are because you had to. The
- 12:23experience of physical life, the
- 12:26specific, concentrated, irreplaceable
- 12:28learning that only physical incarnation
- 12:31can produce requires the illusion of
- 12:33separation to operate. You cannot
- 12:36experience the longing for love if you
- 12:38already know you are love. You cannot
- 12:41experience the journey home if you
- 12:43already know you never left. The
- 12:45forgetting is the design. The
- 12:47remembering is the purpose. What this
- 12:50means for the people in your life.
- 12:52Before we go further, there is something
- 12:54Dolores documented that bears directly
- 12:57on the relationships that have shaped
- 12:58you most. The souls who play the most
- 13:01significant roles in our lives, the ones
- 13:03who altered us permanently through love
- 13:05or through pain, are not strangers to us
- 13:08at the level of the oversoul. They
- 13:10belong to the same soul group, fragments
- 13:13of the same larger consciousness that
- 13:15agreed before incarnating to meet in
- 13:18this lifetime and deliver exactly the
- 13:21experience each soul needed for its next
- 13:23stage. The person who broke your heart
- 13:26so completely you had to rebuild
- 13:28yourself from nothing. The parent who
- 13:31could not love you the way you needed.
- 13:33The friend who vanished at the exact
- 13:36moment you needed them most. The one who
- 13:38stayed when everything rational said to
- 13:41leave. At the level of the small self,
- 13:44the individual personality, the splinter
- 13:47of consciousness navigating this
- 13:49particular lifetime, those experiences
- 13:52registered as pain. Some registered as
- 13:55devastation. Some left marks that still
- 13:58ache when the light hits at a certain
- 14:00angle. But at the level of what both of
- 14:03you actually are, at the level of the
- 14:05oversoul and the source consciousness
- 14:07that sent both of you into this
- 14:08experience, those encounters were agreed
- 14:11upon before you arrived here. They were
- 14:13acts of love so precisely calibrated
- 14:16that the small self cannot recognize
- 14:19them as love from inside the weight of
- 14:20them. The soul who agreed to break your
- 14:23heart did so as an act of service. Not
- 14:26because they lacked love for you, but
- 14:27because at the level where souls
- 14:29actually operate, they loved you with
- 14:31enough precision to deliver exactly the
- 14:33wound that would force exactly the
- 14:35growth your soul came here to
- 14:37accomplish. And then they carried the
- 14:39weight of having been the one to do it.
- 14:41That is not a comfortable truth. But it
- 14:45is, according to everything Dolores
- 14:46confirmed across thousands of sessions,
- 14:49the actual one. And the moment you feel
- 14:52it not as an intellectual concept, but
- 14:54in the place where grief and gratitude
- 14:57for the people who hurt you most managed
- 14:58to coexist, you will understand why she
- 15:01called this the most important thing she
- 15:03ever found. The truth she kept returning
- 15:06to. In the years between this discovery
- 15:08and her departure in 2014,
- 15:11Dolores traveled the world giving
- 15:13lectures, trying to share what had come
- 15:15through, not with the triumphant
- 15:16certainty of someone delivering an
- 15:18explosive revelation, but with the
- 15:20quieter, slightly stunned quality of
- 15:23someone who has seen something so large
- 15:25that the words available to describe it
- 15:27feel permanently inadequate. Yet those
- 15:30words are all she has. One truth pulled
- 15:34her back more than any other. The voice
- 15:36that was not one voice, but the single
- 15:38voice of everything speaking through the
- 15:40mouths of thousands across 45 years, had
- 15:43delivered it more times than she could
- 15:45count. Love just is. Love carries no
- 15:48opposite. If people tell you the
- 15:50opposite of love is fear, it is not so.
- 15:54Love just is. It is the answer to
- 15:56everything, not most things, but
- 15:58everything. The suffering, the
- 16:01confusion, the apparent cruelty of a
- 16:04universe in which souls volunteer to
- 16:06descend into density and pain, the
- 16:08devastating love that breaks you open,
- 16:12the loss that never fully resolves, the
- 16:14question you have carried in every
- 16:16version of your most private prayer. Why
- 16:19is any of this necessary? The answer
- 16:21that came through every voice in every
- 16:24session, in every language, across every
- 16:27decade of her work, arrived at the same
- 16:30place. Because this is where love
- 16:33becomes real. Consciousness can know
- 16:35about love as an abstract quality, can
- 16:37contain love as a potential, but to feel
- 16:40it, to experience it the way only a
- 16:42being in a physical body with a
- 16:44breakable heart and a specific
- 16:46vulnerability of embodied existence can
- 16:48experience it, consciousness has to
- 16:51incarnate. It has to forget what it is.
- 16:54It has to descend into the apparent
- 16:56separation of physical life. And then it
- 16:58has to love anyway. Love chosen in the
- 17:01face of loss. Love maintained through
- 17:04pain that has every rational
- 17:07justification for becoming something
- 17:09else. Love that persists after the heart
- 17:12has been broken and the world has
- 17:14delivered every possible reason to
- 17:16close. That is what Dolores found at the
- 17:19bottom of every session. And that is the
- 17:21discovery that changed everything. Not a
- 17:23cosmic secret, not classified knowledge,
- 17:26but the most ordinary truth there is
- 17:29hiding inside the most common human
- 17:31experiences dressed in the disguise of
- 17:33something too simple to be the answer.
- 17:35Love is the answer to everything. And
- 17:38you are the instrument through which the
- 17:39universe is answering its own deepest
- 17:42question. How she changed in her final
- 17:45years. It is worth pausing here on what
- 17:48the discovery actually did to Dolores
- 17:50Cannon as a person because the most
- 17:52revealing evidence of how real something
- 17:54is is what it does to the one who found
- 17:56it. She became less certain about the
- 17:58details and more certain about the one
- 18:01truth beneath all the details. Less
- 18:04drawn to the specific cosmology, the
- 18:06exact structure of dimensions, the
- 18:08precise mechanics of reincarnation, the
- 18:11particular hierarchy of souls and
- 18:13guides, and more drawn always back to
- 18:16the same truth that kept returning
- 18:18through every voice in every session.
- 18:20She became gentler. Her daughter Julia,
- 18:23who traveled and taught alongside her in
- 18:26those years, spoke about watching
- 18:28Dolores change. How she would pause in
- 18:30the middle of a session or a lecture or
- 18:32an ordinary conversation and something
- 18:34would move across her face that did not
- 18:36belong to the professional researcher
- 18:38cataloging information. Something that
- 18:40resembled, to those who witnessed it,
- 18:43the specific expression of a person who
- 18:45has been given the answer to a question
- 18:47they did not know they were asking. The
- 18:50intention behind her sessions shifted.
- 18:53Less, "I am going to extract the
- 18:55information." More, "I am going to sit
- 18:58in the presence of the truth that has
- 19:00always been here, ask the questions, and
- 19:02let it speak." And it always spoke
- 19:05through every client in every session
- 19:08with the same voice, the same quality of
- 19:11love, the same unshakable patience. Each
- 19:14client, a fragment of the same source
- 19:16she had been listening to her entire
- 19:18career, each of them temporarily
- 19:20convinced of their own smallness and
- 19:22separation, each of them carrying
- 19:25perfectly intact inside them the memory
- 19:28of everything they actually were. She
- 19:30helped them remember. That is what the
- 19:33work always was, not the discovery of
- 19:36new information, but a 45-year act of
- 19:39helping consciousness recognize itself.
- 19:42In every lecture during those final
- 19:44years, no matter how complex the
- 19:46material had become, she would find her
- 19:49way back to the same place. She would
- 19:52lean forward and say it the way someone
- 19:53says a true thing they have been saying
- 19:55for years and still cannot believe how
- 19:58consistently it surprises people. The
- 20:00awakening is the purpose, she said, the
- 20:02awakening to the fact that in essence we
- 20:04are light, we are love, and the power
- 20:07source that runs all life is light. The
- 20:09practice making this real. Understanding
- 20:12what Dolores Cannon found is one thing.
- 20:16Knowledge that lives only in the
- 20:18intellect does not change anything. What
- 20:21follows is a practice designed to take
- 20:23what she confirmed across thousands of
- 20:24sessions and make it available not as a
- 20:27concept to understand, but as a reality
- 20:29to briefly, imperfectly inhabit inside
- 20:33the ordinary life you are living. She
- 20:35confirmed through the subconscious
- 20:37directly that the higher self, the vast,
- 20:40permanently source-connected part of
- 20:42every human being, can be accessed while
- 20:45still in a physical body, not only in
- 20:47deep trance. In daily practice, in the
- 20:50deliberate act of turning attention
- 20:52inward past the personality, past the
- 20:55accumulated story of a lifetime of being
- 20:57a small self to the place where the much
- 21:00larger truth has been waiting perfectly
- 21:02intact. Do this in the evening before
- 21:05sleep. The timing is intentional.
- 21:08Delores documented that the boundary
- 21:10between waking and sleeping is the most
- 21:12accessible point of contact between the
- 21:14small self and the larger one, the place
- 21:17where the veil runs thinnest. Step one
- 21:20takes two minutes. Lie down, close your
- 21:23eyes, and take five slow deliberate
- 21:26breaths. With each exhale, release one
- 21:29thing the small self is still holding
- 21:31from the day, not resolving it, just
- 21:33releasing it. The argument, the worry,
- 21:37the thing left undone, the comparison,
- 21:40the fear. One thing per breath, clearing
- 21:43your hands for what you are about to
- 21:45receive. Step two takes one minute. In
- 21:48the relaxation that follows, ask a
- 21:50question, not to yourself, not to the
- 21:53room, but to the part of you that is
- 21:55older and larger than this personality
- 21:58and this lifetime. Ask simply, "Show me
- 22:01what I am beyond this life." Then wait,
- 22:04not with expec- -tation, but with the
- 22:06quality of openness that belongs to
- 22:08someone who has stopped trying to figure
- 22:10out the answer and is finally willing to
- 22:12receive it. You may feel warmth. You may
- 22:15feel your awareness expand gently beyond
- 22:19the edges of your body. You may feel
- 22:21nothing on the first attempt and
- 22:23something real on the 15th. The practice
- 22:25does not require an immediate result. It
- 22:28requires consistent sincerity. Step
- 22:31three takes five minutes. In the space
- 22:34created by the question, allow this
- 22:36truth to move through you, not as a
- 22:38thought, but as something felt. You are
- 22:41a fragment of something immeasurably
- 22:44larger. The consciousness that animates
- 22:46this body, that loves and grieves and
- 22:49hopes and fears, is not small, not
- 22:52limited to this lifetime, not defined by
- 22:55what has or has not happened to it, or
- 22:57by the story it has had to live inside.
- 22:59It is a piece of the same source that
- 23:01generates and sustains every dimension,
- 23:05every soul, every moment of
- 23:07consciousness that has ever existed
- 23:09anywhere. Let it be true for 5 minutes,
- 23:12not in the thinking mind, but in the
- 23:14chest, in the place where the small
- 23:16self's loneliness lives. Step four takes
- 23:192 minutes. In this expanded state, bring
- 23:23to mind one person you have not been
- 23:25able to forgive, one person whose role
- 23:27in your life still carries a charge.
- 23:29From the place you have just touched,
- 23:31from the part of you that knows what
- 23:33Dolores confirmed across thousands of
- 23:35sessions, look at them not as the person
- 23:37who hurt you, but as another fragment of
- 23:40the same source you are, another piece
- 23:42of the same consciousness navigating
- 23:44their own particular life, carrying
- 23:46their own particular forgetting, doing
- 23:48the best they could with the light they
- 23:51had access to in that moment. You do not
- 23:53have to condone what they did. You only
- 23:56have to recognize what they are beneath
- 23:58the action, the same light, the same
- 24:01source, the same consciousness wearing a
- 24:03different costume through a different
- 24:05lifetime. Step five is one breath. One
- 24:09long exhale. And as you drift toward
- 24:11sleep, carry this single intention, I
- 24:14remember what I am, and tomorrow I will
- 24:17try to remember again. That is the
- 24:19entire practice, not perfection, not
- 24:23permanent enlightenment, but the daily
- 24:25imperfect, sincere act of remembering
- 24:28for a few minutes each evening what
- 24:30Dolores Cannon spent 45 years listening
- 24:33to the universe confirm. Conclusion:
- 24:36Dolores Cannon reached her final
- 24:38discovery not by seeking it, but by
- 24:41staying in the room long enough for it
- 24:43to arrive. Thousands of sessions, 19
- 24:46books, a tape recorder, an Arkansas
- 24:49drawl, and a journalist's capacity for
- 24:52staying with what came through, even
- 24:54when it dismantled what she thought she
- 24:56already knew. What emerged at the end of
- 24:59all that work was not a new cosmology.
- 25:02It was the oldest truth in existence
- 25:04confirmed from the inside through
- 25:06thousands of voices in the deepest
- 25:09available layer of human consciousness.
- 25:11You are not a human being trying to
- 25:13become spiritual. You never were just a
- 25:16human being. You are an expression of
- 25:18source itself wrapped temporarily in the
- 25:21extraordinary experiment of physical
- 25:23life organized around the one purpose
- 25:26that all of this serves, to love in the
- 25:28specific, irreplaceable, forged-in-fire
- 25:31way that only this life, your life, can
- 25:34love. The separation you feel, that
- 25:37persistent ache for something you cannot
- 25:39quite name, that longing no relationship
- 25:42or community or spiritual practice has
- 25:44ever fully resolved, is not evidence
- 25:47that you are lost. It is what forgetting
- 25:49feels like from the inside of an
- 25:51infinite consciousness that is
- 25:52temporarily and deliberately agreed to
- 25:55forget. And the remembering, the moments
- 25:58when the veil goes thin, when reality
- 26:01seems larger than the life you were
- 26:02living inside it, when something looks
- 26:04out through your eyes, and for one
- 26:06impossible second recognizes itself in
- 26:09the world around it, those moments are
- 26:11not imagination. They are recognition.
- 26:14The largest part of you briefly and
- 26:16deliberately making itself known.
- 26:19Delores Cannon spent 45 years giving the
- 26:23world language for that recognition. She
- 26:25sat across from thousands of strangers
- 26:28and listened to the universe describe
- 26:30itself through them. And what it kept
- 26:32saying through every voice in every
- 26:34session in every language across every
- 26:37decade of her work was always the same
- 26:40thing. You are not a small life inside a
- 26:42vast universe. You are a fragment of the
- 26:45consciousness that is the universe sent
- 26:47here voluntarily, lovingly by the
- 26:50largest part of yourself, to do the one
- 26:53thing that only physical existence makes
- 26:55possible, to remember love from the
- 26:58inside of forgetting it.
