  3. 0:10you've talked about going to
  4. 0:14Paul's body and Maggie's body you recall
  5. 0:18getting
  6. 0:19blood on on you on your hands or any
  7. 0:22part of you
  8. 0:24yes okay do you know what whose blood
  9. 0:28you would have gotten on you
  10. 0:30I know I got blood on my
  11. 0:33fingertips
  12. 0:35um
  13. 0:40can you differentiate you know whether
  14. 0:41it was Maggie or Paul
  15. 0:44it's probably both
  16. 0:47um
  17. 0:48except for so much blood
  18. 0:54they're um
  19. 0:56turns out there was a drop of blood on
  20. 0:58the steering wheel the Suburban do you
  21. 1:00know how that got there
  22. 1:02um I mean if it was fresh I put it there
  23. 1:07if it was not fresh I mean Maggie drove
  24. 1:10my car all the time but I I assume it
  25. 1:13got there from me touching Maggie and
  26. 1:16then and then touching the steering
  27. 1:18wheel that night
  28. 1:19and then I think maybe they're possibly
  29. 1:23blood on this gun maybe not I mean it
  30. 1:28do you know if you got transferred blood
  31. 1:30on anything else if Maggie's blood's on
  32. 1:34that gun then I I put it there I mean
  33. 1:37Maggie
  34. 1:38I mean Maggie didn't really fooled with
  35. 1:40guns other than put them up
  36. 1:43there's um did you submit to a GSR
  37. 1:47examination that night yeah that's what
  38. 1:50I was talking about earlier and that
  39. 1:52Brian wanted to testified about
  40. 1:55where your hands were swapped that's
  41. 1:57right and then you're
  42. 1:59your clothes were collected by
  43. 2:01I don't say to no one or someone else
  44. 2:04that's correct
  45. 2:06and um
  46. 2:08and
  47. 2:09turns out there's some GSR on your shirt
  48. 2:12and on your shorts and
  49. 2:14um did you handle this gun
  50. 2:16this this is uh yes
  51. 2:19this is item 22 that yes I had I
  52. 2:22basically had that gun with me until I
  53. 2:24put it up against my car
  54. 2:26um when when the um
  55. 2:29police officer I think it was Mr Green
  56. 2:31got there I put it against my car
  57. 2:35we're and I think Nolan had testified
  58. 2:39that
  59. 2:40this is you know one of the shotguns
  60. 2:42Paul like to use it is we'll see
  61. 2:44meticulous about cleaning his guns Papa
  62. 2:48yeah no
  63. 2:50now when he cleaned it he was meticulous
  64. 2:53about it but
  65. 2:55it was far and few between when he
  66. 2:57actually cleaned them
  67. 3:07you're um
  68. 3:10your shirt was
  69. 3:14went through testing and analysis and
  70. 3:17you were part of this case provided
  71. 3:20results of that were you not
  72. 3:22yes sir
  73. 3:25I mean I wouldn't provide it at the time
  74. 3:26I've seen them
  75. 3:28right getting seen all these records
  76. 3:36you um
  77. 3:39well just let me ask you did you get on
  78. 3:41your shirt
  79. 3:44High Velocity blood spider from being
  80. 3:46within a distance of a shooting Maggie
  81. 3:49or Paul
  82. 3:50there's no way that I had high velocity
  83. 3:53blood spatter on me
  84. 3:57had you seen reports that said that at
  85. 3:59one point in time I have seen reports
  86. 4:01that said that
  87. 4:04just to be clear were you anywhere in
  88. 4:07the vicinity when Paul and Maggie were
  89. 4:08shot
  90. 4:09I was nowhere near
  91. 4:11Paul and Maggie when they got shot
  92. 4:23after sled collected uh your clothing
  93. 4:26that night at
  94. 4:28the main Residence at Mozelle did
  95. 4:31you remember changing in remember what
  96. 4:34you changed into
  97. 4:37do I remember yeah yeah I know I changed
  98. 4:40clothes and I I've learned since then
  99. 4:43what I had on but I don't you don't
  100. 4:46remember okay I don't remember that at
  101. 4:48all
  102. 4:51but I understand I had on athletic
  103. 4:53shorts and a t-shirt sure
  104. 4:56um and other people have talked about
  105. 4:58this I'm not going to repeat it but did
  106. 5:00um where did you spend the night or
  107. 5:03where did you go to after leaving
  108. 5:05Moselle
  109. 5:06um
  110. 5:07when
  111. 5:09when you left for the evening we went to
  112. 5:12Almeda too we went to my mom and dad's
  113. 5:15house and we stayed there and who went
  114. 5:17with you
  115. 5:19um I believe that bus in Brooklyn
  116. 5:23and I rode together
  117. 5:26John Marvin might have been with us
  118. 5:28I know John Marvin stayed at Almeda with
  119. 5:31us I just don't know if he rode in the
  120. 5:33same car we rode in
  121. 5:35but I know I wrote with Buster in
  122. 5:37Brooklyn I know that for a fact
  123. 5:40and uh the next morning
  124. 5:42um
  125. 5:43what'd you do
  126. 5:45and I we're talking about daylight hours
  127. 5:47on June the 8th what what did you do and
  128. 5:50we basically got up and came back to
  129. 5:52Moselle
  130. 5:53do you remember roughly what time you
  131. 5:55got to Mozelle I don't remember
  132. 6:00no I don't remember what time you know
  133. 6:03there's things I remember about that
  134. 6:05morning but I don't remember exactly
  135. 6:06what time we left and and Alec we'll get
  136. 6:08to this more detail but
  137. 6:11during that period of time
  138. 6:14is it hard to remember
  139. 6:17times what time things started and stop
  140. 6:20and how long things took
  141. 6:23I mean it's definitely hard to remember
  142. 6:24now looking at these timelines and all
  143. 6:27these records
  144. 6:28I mean it it sure helps but to to
  145. 6:33just do it off the top of my head is
  146. 6:34very difficult
  147. 6:36and we'll get to more of that um
  148. 6:43when you went back to Moselle
  149. 6:45on the morning of
  150. 6:48June the 8th did you um do you know
  151. 6:51whether you took a shower there or took
  152. 6:53a shower Almeda or took a shower at all
  153. 6:55now I know we took a shower at Moselle
  154. 6:58but
  155. 6:59I did not take a shower before I left
  156. 7:01Almeda we basically got up and went to
  157. 7:04um Moselle Maggie's mom and dad
  158. 7:10they were there they were coming
  159. 7:16tell them
  160. 7:17see them
  161. 7:20we gotta we got up from out meet and we
  162. 7:23left and we went to Moselle
  163. 7:28and you
  164. 7:31and do you know
  165. 7:34do you even recall sled coming in and
  166. 7:37searching the house
  167. 7:38for anything
  168. 7:40on the eight
  169. 7:43I knew that um I mean I knew they were
  170. 7:45doing it yeah
  171. 7:46um
  172. 7:49I knew they would I knew they were doing
  173. 7:51it
  174. 7:53but I I don't remember I wasn't out in
  175. 7:56that gun room and I'll see all that
  176. 7:57video and all that but I knew sled yeah
  177. 7:59and was coming in there I mean we made
  178. 8:02I mean we
  179. 8:04we made the house available for them to
  180. 8:06come in there
  181. 8:08so I mean I
  182. 8:09can't tell you details but yeah I
  183. 8:12remember it did
  184. 8:14you at one point just tell sleigh that
  185. 8:16the cart belongs to search anywhere
  186. 8:18anytime I told sled they could do
  187. 8:20anything anywhere anytime that they
  188. 8:23wanted to
  189. 8:25anything to do with me my property my
  190. 8:28cars even though I didn't own the cars I
  191. 8:31would get my Law Firm on the cars I
  192. 8:33would have the people they had full
  193. 8:37whatever they wanted
  194. 8:39they were welcome too
  195. 8:43and uh
  196. 8:46did you have any discussions with
  197. 8:49David Owen or anybody that's LED about
  198. 8:51concerning the General Motors to get
  199. 8:54that off the car
  200. 8:56every time that I talk to David Owens I
  201. 8:59would ask him about getting OnStar data
  202. 9:02and GPS data from phones
  203. 9:06and why was it important to you to get
  204. 9:07OnStar data and GPS data from the phone
  205. 9:10to confirm where I was saying I went
  206. 9:14what I did GPS
  207. 9:17you know at that point in time I knew
  208. 9:19that Maggie's phone
  209. 9:21have been taken
  210. 9:24and I knew
  211. 9:27that my Suburban
  212. 9:29in my phone
  213. 9:30and Maggie Sloan never crossed paths
  214. 9:36and that was extremely important to me
  215. 9:39and I asked him about it every single
  216. 9:41time we talk
  217. 9:42every single time
  218. 9:45and um
  219. 9:48speaking of magnitude
  220. 9:53did you know her password to her phone
  221. 9:56yes I knew her password
  222. 9:58do you know her password to her computer
  223. 10:00yes does she know your password
  224. 10:03yes
  225. 10:05and when
  226. 10:07Maggie's phone was located
  227. 10:09um
  228. 10:10on the side of the road did did you
  229. 10:12provide sled the password to her phone I
  230. 10:15did
  231. 10:18I think I actually provided it to John
  232. 10:21Marvin Who provided it to celeb but
  233. 10:24I'm the one who gave it to him run
  234. 10:30and
  235. 10:35your knowledge that Maggie's
  236. 10:39have these location services on her
  237. 10:41phone she use them frequently
  238. 10:43all the time one of Maggie's things that
  239. 10:47she liked to do
  240. 10:48was
  241. 10:51there's an app called find my friends
  242. 10:53that you can see what other people are
  243. 10:56doing and they can see what you're doing
  244. 10:58Maggie loved
  245. 11:01me bus Papa Brooklyn
  246. 11:07um Grandma Papa t Marion
  247. 11:12the three girls
  248. 11:14uh
  249. 11:16Lizzy
  250. 11:18and there were a few others but the
  251. 11:19people that were closest to her she had
  252. 11:21them all in her phone and she loved to
  253. 11:24to look at that phone and see where
  254. 11:26people are and she'd love to surprise
  255. 11:28you like let's say you're at um
  256. 11:31Walmart she looks on there and and she'd
  257. 11:34love to text you and get me a TV from
  258. 11:36Walmart or something you know like she
  259. 11:39she followed you and see where you were
  260. 11:41she used it all the time
  261. 11:44and so you know I just knew that there
  262. 11:48would be GPS data
  263. 11:51on Maggie's phone
  264. 11:54Alex when you're being interviewed on
  265. 11:56the night of June 7th
  266. 12:00and again on June the 10th
  267. 12:04what was your understanding standing as
  268. 12:06to why they they were interviewing you
  269. 12:09why were you being interviewed on June
  270. 12:117th and June the 10th yes sir
  271. 12:17foreign
  272. 12:18again
  273. 12:20what is his understanding of why sled
  274. 12:22was interviewing him on the night of
  275. 12:24June the 7th and again on June the 10th
  276. 12:28and the basis for the objection
  277. 12:31401 and 402 you're on
  278. 12:34what do you mean
  279. 12:35uh relics your honor his understanding
  280. 12:37is is not important what he said is
  281. 12:39important
  282. 12:40response
  283. 12:44well I can
  284. 12:46he goes to his
  285. 12:50his father he goes to his state of mind
  286. 12:53that's what it goes to
  287. 12:55that's not sustained
  288. 12:58did um
  289. 13:03why wasn't it why was it important to
  290. 13:05you to be able to get data from the
  291. 13:07Suburban data from your phone and data
  292. 13:10from Maggie's phone I knew at that point
  293. 13:13in time I knew since I was the person
  294. 13:15who found
  295. 13:17pop all the mags
  296. 13:19that
  297. 13:21I was
  298. 13:22a suspect I mean they kept talking about
  299. 13:25this circle
  300. 13:26um but
  301. 13:28I mean I knew that it was very important
  302. 13:30for me to find that to get that
  303. 13:33and and what was your belief as to
  304. 13:36that information what would it have done
  305. 13:38for you
  306. 13:40there's no question in that and it would
  307. 13:42demonstrate
  308. 13:44that I couldn't have done this
  309. 13:49and when was the
  310. 13:52data from General Motors off that
  311. 13:55Suburban finally obtained
  312. 14:03it was either this past Saturday or
  313. 14:05Saturday before that according to what
  314. 14:07uh
  315. 14:09was sat in this courtroom during this
  316. 14:11trial absolutely
  317. 14:15and uh to your knowledge was
  318. 14:20GPS data ever able to be located off
  319. 14:23Maggie's phone
  320. 14:25no no I mean not just to my knowledge it
  321. 14:27was not able to be gotten
  322. 14:29you know the testimony was in here that
  323. 14:34it did it couldn't that it couldn't be
  324. 14:36gotten it only went back to um
  325. 14:38June the 9th everything before that was
  326. 14:42erased
  327. 14:45on Maggie's phone
  328. 14:50now when um
  329. 14:52starting
  330. 14:53June the 8th
  331. 14:55when
  332. 14:56that
  333. 14:58Mosely did a lot of people come to
  334. 15:02support you be with you
  335. 15:05on June the 8th
  336. 15:07on June the 8th like the next day right
  337. 15:09yes sir a lot of people
  338. 15:12and and you mentioned your Maggie's
  339. 15:15parents and
  340. 15:16and family came as well
  341. 15:19yes sir
  342. 15:22um from
  343. 15:24from that moment
  344. 15:26June 8th when folks family came and

  346. 15:35Moselle and you met with them were were
  347. 15:38you left alone by any of your family
  348. 15:40members
  349. 15:41the rest of that week
  350. 15:48no I mean I I was attached to Buster
  351. 15:58at the hill
  352. 16:02but I mean
  353. 16:07and what happened I was
  354. 16:10what happened on June the 10th

  455. 20:36believe I went to Somerville by myself
  456. 20:37but
  457. 20:39um I know bust in in the car by myself I
  458. 20:41can't remember Buster and I rode
  459. 20:43together but I think we might have had
  460. 20:45separate cars we probably we probably
  461. 20:47did ride together that first day I don't
  462. 20:49remember but I know I went to Somerville
  463. 20:51and Buster was in Somerville with me
  464. 20:53with grandma and papa t
  465. 20:57and and Somerville is where Maggie's
  466. 21:00parents live that's right that's um

  473. 21:15yeah I stayed with them
  474. 21:17um
  475. 21:18we stayed in Summerville Monday night
  476. 21:20Tuesday night
  477. 21:22Wednesday night
  478. 21:25and then we went to
  479. 21:28Greenville
  480. 21:30okay
  481. 21:33um
  482. 21:35and and what was in Greenville
  483. 21:40um
  484. 21:44my niece
  485. 21:47that was um
  486. 21:52she was having a baby and
  487. 21:55Maggie had just been
  488. 22:01she's just been so excited
  489. 22:05so
  490. 22:09please
  491. 22:11she's just so proud of those girls
  492. 22:16she was so excited about the baby
  493. 22:21and so the baby being born just came
  494. 22:24such a
  495. 22:26big deal to me
  496. 22:30it was the baby born yeah
  497. 22:33they were born
  498. 22:36beautiful little baby girl

  502. 22:55at this Lake
  503. 22:57um kiwi that y'all heard about is really
  504. 22:59close to Greenville and so when I say we
  505. 23:01went to Greenville we really went to
  506. 23:04Lake Keowee but we went up there because
  507. 23:08you know and and
  508. 23:11um when she had a baby
  509. 23:15I I want to say the baby might have
  510. 23:17gotten born shortly after we got there
  511. 23:19like Thursday but it I think it was
  512. 23:21Saturday before we could go and see them
  513. 23:23and and see my niece and see the baby so
  514. 23:27you know I mean that's where we went was
  515. 23:29to Lake Keowee
  516. 23:32but they live in Greenville
  517. 23:44foreign
  518. 23:47of June 16th I think that was a

  553. 25:17before never seen it before never
  554. 25:19touched it and don't know anything about
  555. 25:21it
  556. 25:25did you um
  557. 25:30did you ever remember taking a tarp at
  558. 25:32any point in time over the house without
  559. 25:34me no I don't remember it I don't
  560. 25:36remember taking a talk over there but
  561. 25:38you know I mean Shelley's got something
  562. 25:40in her mind about that and there may
  563. 25:43have been some point but I certainly
  564. 25:45don't remember it and it certainly
  565. 25:47wasn't
  566. 25:50anytime
  567. 25:52around my dad's funeral
  568. 25:56or the week's following
  569. 26:06I think we we talked
  570. 26:11briefly about
  571. 26:13um
  572. 26:16about your recollection of times and and
  573. 26:20I just want to play
  574. 26:22um
  575. 26:23Doug from
  576. 26:26State's exhibit

  586. 27:06foreign
  587. 27:25[Music]
  588. 27:33[Music]
  589. 27:38uh we have been to a ball game that
  590. 27:40weekend
  591. 27:41um I don't remember exactly what time it
  592. 27:44would have been uh
  593. 27:50somewhere between 8 30 and 9 30 probably
  594. 27:5310 o'clock maybe at the latest something
  595. 27:57like that
  596. 27:59Ali on this table were you being asked
  597. 28:02when you went to work on the
  598. 28:05on the Sabbath yes
  599. 28:07and you said 8 30 to 9 30 in the morning
  600. 28:11and then I think said 10 o'clock at the
  601. 28:13latest is that correct no it wasn't
  602. 28:16now I've seen all these records what
  603. 28:18does it look like what time you went to
  604. 28:19work on the
  605. 28:21on the seventh a little afternoon
  606. 28:26all right
  607. 28:27um
  608. 28:28if we'll go to the uh Doug States
  609. 28:31exhibit 243.
  610. 28:35which is the June 10 interview you know
  611. 28:37Mr Griffin on that same date uh also if
  612. 28:41you play that thing and I don't know if
  613. 28:43it's right there but if you play that
  614. 28:44further I also told him the best way to
  615. 28:47see exactly when I went in that door is
  616. 28:49to go and get my information from my law
  617. 28:53firm
  618. 28:54and I told them that they'll you know we
  619. 28:56have a
  620. 28:57you know how things are electronic now
  621. 28:59where you don't have a key you have a
  622. 29:01key card and um and you have a key card
  623. 29:03in your wallet and so when you use it
  624. 29:06it creates a
  625. 29:08like all this other stuff a digital
  626. 29:10footprint and I've told David Owens that
  627. 29:13he could go get it from my office and
  628. 29:15was that a common response of yours when
  629. 29:18you're asking about specific times that
  630. 29:20you would give them you know your best
  631. 29:23estimate but you would Point them to
  632. 29:25where they could find the most accurate
  633. 29:26data
  634. 29:27yes sir you did that more than once yes
  635. 29:30sir
  636. 29:33so um if we've got the June 10th
  637. 29:36interview which is State's exhibit 243
  638. 29:38and and Doug I'd like to go to nine
  639. 29:40minutes and 59 seconds and here that
  640. 29:43you're being asked when did Paul arrive
  641. 29:46at Moselle
  642. 29:49what time in the afternoon in
  643. 29:56in broad daylight when we were it wasn't
  644. 29:58dust dark or late okay you know and we
  645. 30:01rode uh you know we just rode around we
  646. 30:04wrote her up
  647. 30:06so did you tell them on June 10th that
  648. 30:09Paul got there
  649. 30:10five o'clock for Tom Perry yes sir uh
  650. 30:13yes sir I obviously did and was that
  651. 30:15incorrect
  652. 30:17yes sir it was incorrect okay
  653. 30:20and what what time did you looking at
  654. 30:22the records now what time did it look
  655. 30:23like Paul actually got there
  656. 30:27and looking at the records it's clear
  657. 30:28that he got there sometime around seven
  658. 30:30o'clock
  659. 30:33because at some point in time you have a
  660. 30:35conversation with Shelly Smith about
  661. 30:38you know how long you were over at
  662. 30:41Almeda on the night of June the 7th do
  663. 30:44you remember you know I don't distinctly
  664. 30:46remember having a conversation with her
  665. 30:48about how long I was over there but I
  666. 30:52know that I told Shelly Smith that
  667. 30:56um sled was going to come and talk to
  668. 30:58her and that I'd appreciate it if she
  669. 31:01would talk to them
  670. 31:03and that she just needed to tell him the
  671. 31:05truth
  672. 31:09and um
  673. 31:10did you take extra care not to talk to
  674. 31:14people that you knew celeb would be
  675. 31:15talking to
  676. 31:17absolutely and why is that
  677. 31:20after this boat wreck that you've heard
  678. 31:22so much talk about in this courtroom
  679. 31:26that were
  680. 31:28social media newspaper
  681. 31:32um
  682. 31:34I mean it went deeper than that but I
  683. 31:37mean there were so many
  684. 31:39so much talk about how I
  685. 31:42you know fixed Witnesses and and
  686. 31:46structured the investigation just things
  687. 31:49that were totally false that were
  688. 31:52absolutely baseless but it was said
  689. 31:54repeatedly repeatedly and it was
  690. 31:57reported repeatedly how I'd done this
  691. 32:01and would this witness and influence
  692. 32:03this police officer and
  693. 32:05all these things
  694. 32:07so I wasn't taking any chances
  695. 32:13I want to um ask you about
  696. 32:15you can take that down though thank you
  697. 32:18ask you about the August August August
  698. 32:2111th interview
  699. 32:23um
  700. 32:25with David Owen at
  701. 32:28the sled office and I think here in
  702. 32:32Walterboro do you remember that
  703. 32:33August 11th absolutely
  704. 32:36had you requested that meeting
  705. 32:39I've been requesting
  706. 32:41what I'd really been requesting is some
  707. 32:44information I've been begging David
  708. 32:46Owens to come meet with
  709. 32:51me and specifically
  710. 33:00I wanted
  711. 33:04Grandma Papa t
  712. 33:07there were so many questions that I
  713. 33:09couldn't answer
  714. 33:10and I've been begging him to meet with
  715. 33:12me and to meet with grandma and papa t
  716. 33:16I've been begging him
  717. 33:18for weeks
  718. 33:21and weeks
  719. 33:25and did uh
  720. 33:27we enter the meeting on August 11th did
  721. 33:30you think that's what it was for to give
  722. 33:32you an update
  723. 33:34yes
  724. 33:37and um
  725. 33:40at the
  726. 33:41conclusion of the meeting they let you
  727. 33:43know that that you're their Prime
  728. 33:45Suspect
  729. 33:47Ed
  730. 33:56Mr Griffin I'll rephrase it
  731. 34:00at the
  732. 34:02that by the conclusion of the meeting
  733. 34:04did they make it known to you that that
  734. 34:06you were
  735. 34:08suspect
  736. 34:10oh there's no question about that
  737. 34:13absolutely now he used a lot of I mean
  738. 34:16you hear it to talk about how
  739. 34:18I'm in this circle and he can't get me
  740. 34:20out and this and that but there's no
  741. 34:23doubt in my mind
  742. 34:25there was no question in my mind what
  743. 34:27was going on
  744. 34:29and the um
  745. 34:32and during that meeting did they show
  746. 34:34you the Snapchat Snapchat video of you
  747. 34:40uh
  748. 34:41trying to stand up the fruit tree
  749. 34:44yes and were you questioned about what
  750. 34:47clothing you were wearing and I can't
  751. 34:49remember this I can't remember if he
  752. 34:50showed me the whole video or he showed
  753. 34:52me a picture of it
  754. 34:54um but I was definitely showed that
  755. 34:56information I was definitely showing
  756. 34:57those clothes in that meeting on August
  757. 35:00the 11th and and what clothes were you
  758. 35:02wearing the same ones you see in
  759. 35:05and do you remember what kind of pants
  760. 35:08it was khaki pants and what kind of
  761. 35:10shirt
  762. 35:11it's a button-down
  763. 35:15short sleeve button down I call it a
  764. 35:18dress shirt but short sleeve button-down
  765. 35:20dress shirt
  766. 35:21like
  767. 35:23like shirt you got there but just just
  768. 35:24like this but short sleeve and it was
  769. 35:26colored and what color was it blue
  770. 35:29with some blue stripes
  771. 35:31and where you question about
  772. 35:33when you changed out of those clothes
  773. 35:36I was
  774. 35:40and um
  775. 35:43did you have a follow-up did you have a
  776. 35:45conversation after that meeting with
  777. 35:46celeb with Blanca about
  778. 35:48what you're wearing that day
  779. 35:51absolutely and what was the purpose of
  780. 35:53the conversation with Blanca well they
  781. 35:55made an issue about that in that meeting
  782. 35:58and
  783. 35:59I
  784. 36:01asked Blanca
  785. 36:03about
  786. 36:05those clothes that
  787. 36:08that I had on earlier that day
  788. 36:11do you ask her specifically about the
  789. 36:13blue shirt I asked her specifically
  790. 36:15about all the clothes okay what I asked
  791. 36:18Blanc about specifically was did she
  792. 36:21remember getting my clothes
  793. 36:24after she came back
  794. 36:26um when she came back to Moselle did she
  795. 36:28remember getting my clothes it's
  796. 36:31specifically what I asked her I see and
  797. 36:35why were you asking her those questions
  798. 36:36because on August the 11th they had made
  799. 36:40an issue about me wearing
  800. 36:43still wearing those clothes not having
  801. 36:46changed clothes when I was in that
  802. 36:48Snapchat video
  803. 36:50that's why I went to Blanca
  804. 36:53did they ever ask you on August 11th
  805. 36:55whether um
  806. 36:57I mean they ask you for those clothes
  807. 36:59can you produce the clothes do they ask
  808. 37:01you that no they did it have they ever
  809. 37:03asked you for those clothes
  810. 37:09no
  811. 37:10as far as my understanding goes my
  812. 37:13clothes were never an issue in this case
  813. 37:15until y'all figured out
  814. 37:19as my lawyers
  815. 37:22figured out that there was no blood
  816. 37:24spots
  817. 37:26sir is that objection your honor
  818. 37:30401 402 and Beyond in speculation
  819. 37:36Mr Griffin it's a matter of public
  820. 37:38record
  821. 37:40it's a matter of public record what is
  822. 37:43um the issues with the shirt and the
  823. 37:45blood test it's a matter of public
  824. 37:47records filed in this case
  825. 37:51the objection's overall
  826. 37:56I'm well aware that my clothes never
  827. 37:59became an issue in this case until my
  828. 38:02lawyers
  829. 38:06proved
  830. 38:08that this blood spatter that they said I
  831. 38:10had on my shirt from my wife and my son
  832. 38:15was a lie and that there was no blood on
  833. 38:18my shirt
  834. 38:20and once they filed the documents and
  835. 38:23they proved that that was a lie all of a
  836. 38:26sudden the clothes I was wearing back on
  837. 38:28that day became an issue
  838. 38:37and that's in the weeks
  839. 38:39leading up to the stride
  840. 38:43no

  852. 39:07another night at Mozelle why not
  853. 39:22I could
  854. 39:27they don't want to
  855. 39:32do okay

  857. 39:36about

  872. 40:09um I stayed with grandma and papa t as

  898. 41:20Lizzy's because it was close so
  899. 41:24I would stay with Randy and Christy
  900. 41:28um in Hampton when Buster was there I
  901. 41:31would almost always go to John and
  902. 41:35Lizzy's when Buster was there
  903. 41:37I would go to John and Lizzy sometimes
  904. 41:39when um
