- 0:28say thanks for questions coming from our
- 0:29audience of Smith Weekly, including Jeff
- 0:32S. Mark R, Jack T, and Paul M.
- 0:37On the program today, we've got a
- 0:39returning guest back to update. Mr. Mark
- 0:41English is on the podcast. Mark is the
- 0:44managing director of Aric Mining, a
- 0:46Western Australia focused gold producer
- 0:48and project developer with conventional
- 0:51open pit operations in the Calgori and
- 0:53Norsemen regions of Western Australia's
- 0:56gold fields including the operating
- 0:58Munda gold mine exploration and
- 1:01development projects including
- 1:02Spargoville Loaded Dog and Lindsay's
- 1:05projects. Arc Mining also holds the
- 1:08Burbanks processing facility which is
- 1:10expected to provide an in-house
- 1:11processing facility in the coming years
- 1:13to the company. Arc Mining is listed on
- 1:16the Australian Securities Exchange under
- 1:18the symbol AWJ,
- 1:22Mr. English. It's good to have you back
- 1:24on the program. Welcome.
- 1:26>> Fantastic, Andrew. Delighted to be back.
- 1:29>> Yeah, Mark. Good to have you back on.
- 1:30And uh you guys of course have been busy
- 1:32since we last spoke and the gold market
- 1:35uh seems to be moving right along in our
- 1:37favor. Well, thanks for coming back to
- 1:39update. Why don't we first get right
- 1:42into company updates. The company has
- 1:45initiated first or shipments from the
- 1:48Munda mine starter pit hauling to the
- 1:51Lakewood Mill for processing under toll
- 1:53arrangement and expected total of about
- 1:5660,000 tons of ore for this first phase
- 1:59of processing. Talk about that.
- 2:02>> Yes, Andrew. We're delighted with the
- 2:05way everything's progressing. We started
- 2:07mining the starter pit at Munda in May
- 2:10this year. It's going to take about 5 to
- 2:126 months to mine the starter pit or body
- 2:16and we've been tracking the ore up to
- 2:19Calguli which is about 100 kilometers
- 2:21away now for a couple of weeks and it
- 2:24started processing through the Lakewood
- 2:26Mill last Sunday the 12th of October and
- 2:30today's a very auspicious day for us
- 2:32because later on today will be our
- 2:34maiden gold pour at the Lakewood Mill.
- 2:37Mark, great to hear and congratulations
- 2:39on that achievement there and looking
- 2:41forward to further production coming out
- 2:43of that and further ramp up there at
- 2:45Munda. Is this a good time maybe we'll
- 2:47talk about cost profile for just a
- 2:49moment at Munda. Just give us a bit of a
- 2:51highlight there as to what you guys
- 2:53would expect the cost profile to be once
- 2:56it's up and running.
- 2:58>> Okay. So I I'll talk in Australian
- 3:00dollar terms. Everybody knows that gold
- 3:03is principally quoted in US dollars, but
- 3:05in Aussie dollars, the starter pit is
- 3:08going to be more expensive than where we
- 3:10believe the main pit will be. That's
- 3:12necessarily because of just the the high
- 3:15startup cost, grading roads, building
- 3:17infrastructure, getting portable
- 3:19accommodation out there. So, as I said,
- 3:22Andrew, we're going to do about 125,000
- 3:26tons in the starter pit. When we did
- 3:28that design for the starter pit, we
- 3:30estimated to produce around 6,100 ounces
- 3:33of gold. In AUD terms, our our profile
- 3:37is going to be around near $3,300
- 3:40Australian, give or take 10%.
- 3:43>> And Mark, after that, as you guys get up
- 3:46and running steady state, everything's
- 3:47going well, and you guys are into the
- 3:49main pit, any expectation on how you
- 3:51would see that looking from a cost
- 3:52perspective?
- 3:53>> Uh, it's changed so much, Andrew. The
- 3:56last time we did a scoping study is now
- 3:58redundant and out of date. We've got a
- 4:01lot of work that we are going to have to
- 4:02do in 2026 and we'll be completing that
- 4:06work throughout 2026 and towards the end
- 4:09of next year. We'll be announcing a
- 4:11detailed scoping study and all those
- 4:14cost profiles and and input costs. With
- 4:17the with the rise rising gold price,
- 4:20Andrew, as you would appreciate, um the
- 4:22whole dynamics changed. you know, the
- 4:24amount of dirt you're going to move, the
- 4:26cut off grade of your gold, um, all
- 4:29those all those input costs are going to
- 4:31change so substantially. I really
- 4:33couldn't give your listeners any any
- 4:36feel for our costs going forward.
- 4:38>> Well, we'll look forward to seeing that
- 4:40as we move ahead here. Well, before we
- 4:42move into the other projects, Mark,
- 4:43during September, the company released
- 4:45its halfyear results ended 30 June. Talk
- 4:49about those operational results and your
- 4:51expectations to finish up the year.
- 4:54Yeah. Um, so those results that we
- 4:56announced 30th of June, so that's our
- 4:58half year. We're a 31st December year
- 5:01end company. Those results principally,
- 5:04Andrew, are in relation to the Jeffre
- 5:06Fine gold mine. We wrapped up the
- 5:08arrangements with Jeffre find in that
- 5:10period. You may recall that we were
- 5:13doing a joint venture arrangement with a
- 5:15company called BML Ventures. Look, our
- 5:18revenue, we're still a small business,
- 5:20Andrew, at this point in time. Our
- 5:22revenue was circa $8.5 million
- 5:24Australian. We made a net profit before
- 5:27tax of a bit over $4 million. After we
- 5:30added back some non-cash items,
- 5:32depreciation, amortization, mine
- 5:35rehabilitation costs, we had an adjusted
- 5:37net profit of about 5.8 million, which
- 5:40is a great place to be for a small
- 5:42company. We've been able to not raise
- 5:44equity because we've been able to
- 5:46monetize our assets and produce our own
- 5:49operating cash flow.
- 5:51with that at Jeffrey's find you guys are
- 5:54in wrap-up stages there. Expected final
- 5:57revenues I believe from the project are
- 5:59supposed to come in as far as the the
- 6:01final payments there with the partner
- 6:03towards the end of the year. Any
- 6:05comments there and outlook as to when
- 6:07you'll see that be 100% and closed out?
- 6:11>> Yeah, we've received subsequent to the
- 6:1330th of June, we've received another
- 6:15$1.4 million profit distribution. So
- 6:19there's not much more to come. Andrew um
- 6:21the rehabilitation costs that work is
- 6:24being done at the moment. So Jeffrey's
- 6:26find all up Andrew from the total time
- 6:29that we bought the project. We bought
- 6:31the project and our development costs in
- 6:34cash about $1.5 million and we're going
- 6:37to get a return out of that somewhere
- 6:40between 14 and $15 million over a
- 6:43threeyear period.
- 6:45>> Very well. Definitely. It's been a good
- 6:47project for the company. and help the
- 6:49company to advance uh towards some of
- 6:51these other projects and acquisitions
- 6:52you guys have done subsequently to that.
- 6:54I appreciate the update on that Mark and
- 6:56looking forward to seeing that finish
- 6:58up. Why don't we shift over briefly here
- 7:01to the company announced in September as
- 7:04well that it had completed the
- 7:07acquisition of the Burbanks processing
- 7:09plant. Mark, talk about that news as
- 7:11well as the initial focus there to
- 7:14potentially put this plant back into
- 7:17operation in the coming years.
- 7:20>> Yeah, thanks Andrew. So, the Burbanks
- 7:22facility has been around for quite a
- 7:24while. It's located about 10 kilometers
- 7:27southwest of Kulgadi, so nice and close
- 7:29to a fairly major town. Kulgadi is about
- 7:3340ks from Kgouli. So that your listeners
- 7:36mostly know Calguli better than Kolgati.
- 7:39So you're talking only a very short
- 7:41distance from time. The Burbanks
- 7:44facility was originally required by
- 7:46Romelius for the Wadd Dam deposit. I'm
- 7:49sure a lot of your listeners have heard
- 7:51of the Wadd Dam deposit in West
- 7:53Australia. It was an outstanding asset
- 7:55for Romelius and was actually the
- 7:58project that got Romelius going. So,
- 8:01this plant, Andrew, hasn't been
- 8:03operational for about five years, five
- 8:05or six years. It last operated in 2019.
- 8:09We've acquired it for a very cheap
- 8:12bargain basement price. Um, we bought it
- 8:15off the mortgage in possession. There
- 8:17was some financing issues with the
- 8:19previous vendors. And why have we bought
- 8:22it? We bought it principally for a
- 8:24variety of factors. One is location.
- 8:27Two, it's got BMAN Road to the front
- 8:29gate. Three, it's got threephase power.
- 8:33Four, it's got water. It's got water BS,
- 8:36water licenses. It's got tailing storage
- 8:39facilities. It's on granted mining
- 8:41leases. And it's fully permitted. So,
- 8:44our acquisition cost was $4.4 million,
- 8:48which is a notional price. Okay. The
- 8:51reason we did it was principally if you
- 8:53started off with a clean piece of paper,
- 8:56it would cost you more than or cost you
- 8:58well more than 4.4 4 million to get it
- 9:01to that stage and more importantly the
- 9:04time saving is substantial.
- 9:08It's our estimate that we've made sure
- 9:09knocked 3 to 5 years off our timeline if
- 9:12we were starting from a clean piece of
- 9:14paper. So we've already engaged mining
- 9:18and geotech and metallurgists to start
- 9:22work on what to do with the mill. Okay.
- 9:24So there's various options. It's
- 9:27currently gazetted at a 200,000 ton per
- 9:29panum plant which is tiny. So we're
- 9:33looking at either A just getting it up
- 9:35and running as a 200,000 ton plant, b
- 9:40getting it up and running with the
- 9:41ability to scale it up or c basically
- 9:46bulldozing what's there and starting
- 9:48from a fresh. Okay, so they're the three
- 9:51options that we're considering, the
- 9:53three options that we're looking at and
- 9:55what we've given the brief to the
- 9:57consulting engineers to come back to us
- 10:00with some highlevel numbers and some
- 10:02highle details.
- 10:04>> Mark, thank you for going over that.
- 10:06Interested to see what you guys decide
- 10:07there as you guys continue to study the
- 10:09initial approach and some of the things
- 10:11you guys want to do there. I think it is
- 10:13a great solution going forward for you
- 10:15guys to have an in-house processing
- 10:16solution and it's so centralized to the
- 10:19project area that you guys have
- 10:21presently and where you want to operate
- 10:22with the existing tailings there. Is
- 10:24there any recovery opportunities given
- 10:26the price of gold and is there anything
- 10:28else there as far as any recovery
- 10:30opportunities as part of remediation or
- 10:33do you see that there's not really any
- 10:34opportunities on that front?
- 10:37>> Andrew that's a magnificent question.
- 10:39Lots of people have asked us the same
- 10:41question. We uh we settled on this
- 10:44project 21 days ago. So, we've only had
- 10:46the keys to the front gate for three
- 10:49weeks. At this point in time, we haven't
- 10:51done anything in that regard. But it is
- 10:54something that we need to consider.
- 10:56Okay. Particularly as a lot of the
- 10:58tailings in there will have come out of
- 11:01the Waddle Dam deposit. As I said, a
- 11:03very high-grade deposit. And with the
- 11:06price of gold in AUD terms today, it
- 11:08cracked 6,700 Australian earlier this
- 11:11morning. You know, the value of what's
- 11:14in those tailing steam storage
- 11:16facilities could be substantial.
- 11:18>> Well, looking forward to seeing what you
- 11:20guys come up with on that front as well,
- 11:22Mark. That's uh good information and
- 11:23possibly another adder to the production
- 11:26profile as you guys continue to evaluate
- 11:28and investigate there at site. Well, why
- 11:30don't we shift over to uh exploration
- 11:33work at Spargoville as well as Loaded
- 11:36Dog? Two key exploration projects for
- 11:39the company. Any updates, Mark, on when
- 11:41you guys will be back on those projects
- 11:44to continue drilling. Any thoughts
- 11:46there?
- 11:47>> Uh yeah, Andrew, I'll talk about
- 11:49Sparkville first. We did a couple of
- 11:52programs in 2024.
- 11:55Just so that everybody's aware, our
- 11:57focus this year has purely been on the
- 11:59Munda project and getting that Manda
- 12:02project up into production. So we
- 12:04haven't gone back and really done any
- 12:06work at Sparkleville now for about 18
- 12:08months or so. Um we have got a program
- 12:11planned in Q1 next year. We want to go
- 12:15back to both a futive prospect and
- 12:17anomaly 37 prospect and we want to do an
- 12:21RC drilling program there. They're on
- 12:24granted tenure. We don't have to do any
- 12:26further heritage clearance work to get
- 12:28into Sparkville. So within the next six
- 12:31months, we expect to have the drill rigs
- 12:33operating at Sparkville. At Loaded Dog,
- 12:36that was a project that we bought again
- 12:38sometime earlier this year. I think we
- 12:41settled that in March 2025.
- 12:44We've just completed a heritage survey
- 12:46with the Naji people, the traditional
- 12:49owners for this area. We've got to go
- 12:51back and do a little bit more work with
- 12:53the Naji people sometime in November
- 12:56this year and again subject to the
- 12:59clearance for the drill program. It's
- 13:02our intention to also do that program in
- 13:04Q1 next year. So we believe that we'll
- 13:08most far apart Andrew they're most only
- 13:11about I know 100 kilometers apart. So,
- 13:14we'll make sure I do a first pass
- 13:16program at Loaded Dog and then we'll go
- 13:18up and finish the program up at
- 13:19Sparkville.
- 13:21>> Good luck with getting everything set up
- 13:23and uh looks like we can expect to have
- 13:25a sequenced exploration program coming
- 13:27up in the coming months. That'll be good
- 13:30certainly as uh you guys continue
- 13:32operations there at Munda. So, no
- 13:34shortage of things happening both from
- 13:36the potential for further ounce ad
- 13:39discovery and also existing production
- 13:41coming out of Monday as you guys
- 13:42continue to ramp up operations there uh
- 13:45towards the main pit. Well, with that,
- 13:48why don't we shift over briefly to
- 13:50Lindsay's gold project. Uh just talk
- 13:52about status and updates there.
- 13:54>> Yeah, Lindsay's has been a bit
- 13:56disappointing in a timing perspective.
- 13:59We entered into a contract in February
- 14:02this year to buy the Lindsay's project.
- 14:03The project is outstanding. We think the
- 14:06Lindsay's project will be a substantial
- 14:09value adder to Oric. The project went
- 14:13through an administration chapter 11 I
- 14:16think it might be called in America and
- 14:18unfortunately there has been some uh
- 14:21issues come about from our due
- 14:24diligence. At this point in time, the
- 14:26vendor cannot give us clear title to the
- 14:28projects. It's caught up in what's
- 14:31called the warden's court in Western
- 14:32Australia. The warden's court's a
- 14:34specific court in WA that just deals
- 14:37with mining issues. We've actually got a
- 14:39meeting on it tomorrow to see how we can
- 14:42resolve the issue and move forward. As
- 14:45I've said to you, Andrew, offline with
- 14:47the current gold price where it is, ORIC
- 14:49needs to go exceptionally hard in our
- 14:52development and our exploration. We
- 14:55believe we're in a gold bull market. For
- 14:57how long? Who knows? So, at this point
- 14:58in time, we've got to go hard whilst the
- 15:01um price is there.
- 15:03>> Mark absolutely agreed with that and I
- 15:05think this fills in really as a pipeline
- 15:08development project. So, certainly not
- 15:10an immediate need given your guys' focus
- 15:12over at Munda and then of course the
- 15:14exploration and expansion work with
- 15:16projects that you do have. So really
- 15:18look at this as a pipeline project and
- 15:21you guys will get those kinks sorted out
- 15:22in due course or maybe not but
- 15:24nonetheless we'll see what happens on
- 15:26updates but uh certainly a pipeline
- 15:28project as far as our view goes on it.
- 15:30One more thing, we'll get to capital
- 15:32structure in just a moment, Mark, but uh
- 15:34unless you had any comments on any other
- 15:36of the projects, Chalice West or
- 15:38anything else there.
- 15:40>> Chalice West has been a project that
- 15:42we've done a lot of work on. It's a big
- 15:44project. It's most probably our most
- 15:47green fields project. Um we believe that
- 15:51Sparkville and Loaded Dog are a bit more
- 15:53brownfields. Chalice West is going to,
- 15:56you know, we'll keep doing work there,
- 15:59but at this point in time, we'd prefer
- 16:01to be concentrating our efforts on the
- 16:03brownfields andor development. So,
- 16:05Chalice West is mostly fallen behind a
- 16:08little bit, Andrew, just because, as I
- 16:10keep saying to you and and your
- 16:12listeners, we want to keep our
- 16:14production profile growing.
- 16:17yet another pipeline project for you
- 16:19guys to spend time and and capital on
- 16:21when the time merits to do so and makes
- 16:23sense as you guys focus on current gold
- 16:25price and production. So very good
- 16:27information there, Mark. I appreciate
- 16:29that. On capital structure here, why
- 16:31don't you give us an update and also
- 16:34probably for some new audience listening
- 16:35in. Talk about where you guys stand as
- 16:38far as current cash on hand, any
- 16:40guidance that you want to give for the
- 16:42rest of the year there. And then also
- 16:44because we do have some new audience,
- 16:46the current shares outstanding and the
- 16:47major shareholders.
- 16:49>> Okay, first off, the current shares
- 16:51outstanding is 186 million. So, we're
- 16:54still a pretty tight structure. The top
- 16:5820 own about between 46 and 48% of the
- 17:01company. We only have one substantial
- 17:04shareholder, which is a gentleman out of
- 17:07Melbourne in Victoria. The directors,
- 17:10I'm myself and my family are the second
- 17:13largest shareholder. The directors
- 17:15collectively between the three of us own
- 17:17about 12% of the business. So there's
- 17:21there's the structure is pretty good. Um
- 17:25at this point in time we have around
- 17:271,400 shareholders. So there's quite a
- 17:29few smalish shareholders at the at the
- 17:32bottom end of the spectrum. There's some
- 17:34unlisted options on issue. Most of those
- 17:37unlisted options have got hurdles before
- 17:40they grant. So, we've got to hit
- 17:42production of 40,000 ounces of gold,
- 17:4560,000 ounces of gold, 70,000 ounces of
- 17:47gold before those options get vested. At
- 17:51this point in time, our market caps
- 17:53around 55 million. Again, pretty small
- 17:56for a company of what we are doing and
- 17:58what we are achieving. Our cash at the
- 18:01end of June was around $11 million. That
- 18:05cash has come down substantially since
- 18:07then, Andrew. So we've bought the
- 18:09Burbanks project and of course when you
- 18:12buy the project in West Australia you
- 18:14pay the goods and services tax in
- 18:16addition. So our cash out to buy the
- 18:19Burbanks mill was about $5 million.
- 18:22We've been mining at Mund now since 30th
- 18:25of June 4 months June to October. Our
- 18:28mine costs run at about 1.5 million a
- 18:30month. So of course we've burnt again
- 18:32around $5 million out of that. So our
- 18:35cash as we speak today is circa about
- 18:38$1.2 million in the bank but as I said
- 18:41to your listeners earlier we produce or
- 18:44black cat produces gold for us today um
- 18:48that will get shipped to the refinery
- 18:50and then there'll be gold sales within
- 18:52the fortnight so we expect a substantial
- 18:55uplift in our cash um before mid
- 18:58November this year.
- 19:01>> Thank you for that good timing. Looks
- 19:03like you guys have got this operation
- 19:05down quite well and the budget
- 19:06accordingly. So, I appreciate you going
- 19:08through that and uh just in time here to
- 19:10uh receive some payments on first gold
- 19:13coming out of Monday. So,
- 19:14congratulations once again on that.
- 19:16Looking forward to further results as
- 19:17you guys can announce those. Well, Mark,
- 19:20before we wrap up here, just wanted to
- 19:21get your quick thoughts. Uh any thoughts
- 19:23on the gold market here? I think it
- 19:24would be probably uh not doing a good
- 19:26service here not to ask your opinion of
- 19:28the market and the gold price at this
- 19:30point.
- 19:31It's a big question, Andrew, isn't it?
- 19:34Um, the gold price in US dollars is
- 19:37outstanding. The gold price in Aussie
- 19:39dollar is outstanding. It bodess well
- 19:43for us as a gold producer. I'm not sure
- 19:46what it means for the world. It means I
- 19:49think the world's in a bit of a bit of a
- 19:51problem. Um, we all know the the issues
- 19:54in Ukraine and the Middle East. I think
- 19:56we all know about the dead issues in the
- 19:58world. I fear for America that they
- 20:02can't get their finances sorted through
- 20:04Congress and be able to get the money
- 20:06flowing to the government employees in
- 20:09America. That doesn't fill me with
- 20:10confidence. But from a gold perspective,
- 20:13as I said to you earlier in this
- 20:16podcast, Andrew, I think we're in a gold
- 20:18ball market. How long it's going to go
- 20:20for, who knows where it is in that
- 20:23market, not sure. But it by god it's
- 20:25robust. We cannot uh emphasize that we
- 20:29thought we're superstars in 2023 and
- 20:322024
- 20:34selling gold in Aussie terms at $3,500
- 20:37an ounce. At one stage, we sold gold at
- 20:41the highest price, highest ever Aussie
- 20:44gold price at 3030
- 20:47and that is less than two years ago. So
- 20:50in today's price, Aussie gold price
- 20:53today is about 6750.
- 20:55Um, you know, I I'm I'm not sure where
- 20:58it's going to get to, Andrew, except
- 21:00that I think it's going to stay
- 21:01exceptionally high in the short to
- 21:03medium term. Um, and even quite frankly,
- 21:07even if it drops 10%, Andrew, it's going
- 21:10to, you know, drop down to 6,000 Aussie.
- 21:13Um, it's still an amazing price.
- 21:16>> Absolutely, Mark. Thank you for giving
- 21:17us your opinion on that. And there's
- 21:19going to be some fluctuations in the
- 21:21price. That's uh to be expected and
- 21:23certainly prepare accordingly for that.
- 21:25At the same time, certainly it indicates
- 21:27quite a few problems on various fronts
- 21:30and at the same time too you have a
- 21:32marketplace the broad market speaking of
- 21:33that and how that can impact our sector
- 21:35as well and temporarily impact the price
- 21:39of the underlying physical as well for a
- 21:41short period of time. But I do think
- 21:43over the long haul we will definitely
- 21:45see higher prices. And of course they've
- 21:47been setting records on in Aussie dollar
- 21:49terms for many years and now starting to
- 21:51set records in the final currencies as
- 21:54we continue to witness irresponsibility
- 21:57at these government levels. So I really
- 21:59appreciate your thoughts on that. Well,
- 22:01why don't we leave it there for now on
- 22:02this update. Mark, for potential
- 22:04investors who are listening in, Arc
- 22:06Mining has a market capitalization of
- 22:08about 54 million Australian dollars. Why
- 22:11should the company be considered within
- 22:13the institutional family office and
- 22:14retail investors portfolio at this
- 22:17stage?
- 22:18>> Uh because we're a new company. We
- 22:20listed on the ASX about well in February
- 22:232021. So we've only been a listed
- 22:26company for a bit over four years. We've
- 22:29achieved our hurdles. When we listed on
- 22:32the ASX, we always had a strategy of
- 22:35acquiring small gold projects that we
- 22:38could turn into cash. We've done that at
- 22:40Jeffrey's Find together with our joint
- 22:43venture partner. We're now doing it at
- 22:45Manda and we're doing that 100% Oric.
- 22:48We've got our own workforce. We're dry
- 22:51hiring the plant equipment for the
- 22:52starter pit. When we get into the main
- 22:55pit, Andrew will start to build our own
- 22:57mining fleet. We've got a great track
- 23:00record in acquisition at Burbanks, the
- 23:03same at Lindsay's. We see Lindsay's and
- 23:06Manda as our two growth assets and our
- 23:09growth story. And we see the exploration
- 23:13potential at Sparkville and at loaded
- 23:15dog to give us the kicker to build our
- 23:18resources. We all know that you go into
- 23:21that capex to start to refurb a mill or
- 23:24build a mill, you need to have enough
- 23:27volume to justify that um management
- 23:30decision. So from our perspective, we
- 23:33need to build our resources. We're very
- 23:35conscious of that fact, Andrew. And the
- 23:38only way we're going to build our
- 23:39resources is either a through the drill
- 23:41bit or b through acquisition. So we're
- 23:44very focused in the Calguli region.
- 23:47Oreic's mantra is to remain in the
- 23:49Calguli region within about 100 km
- 23:52radius of Calguli. That's where we want
- 23:54to stay. There's always going to be
- 23:57projects dropping out of majors. You
- 23:59know, there's some big players around
- 24:00us. South African goldfields, Northern
- 24:03Star, Black Cat, West Gold, Pantoro.
- 24:07They're going to have projects that
- 24:09don't fit their profile that they mostly
- 24:11will want to exit. And there'll be
- 24:14smaller companies that most probably
- 24:15won't be able to raise the capital that
- 24:17they need to keep um their exploration
- 24:19focus. So, we believe that we're in a
- 24:23sweet spot. Our management team is very
- 24:25strong. Um and we're going to say in
- 24:28gold in Calguli.
- 24:30>> Mark, thank you for that. And certainly
- 24:32as you guys progress here improving
- 24:34those margins through a future
- 24:36processing facility of some type, uh
- 24:38certainly we can see the upside value
- 24:39there as well. For further information,
- 24:42Mark, how can folks contact the company?
- 24:45>> Best has come directly to me. Um my
- 24:47email address is mglish
- 24:50oricmining.com.au.
- 24:52Our website's pretty good. they can get
- 24:54a lot of information off our website,
- 24:56Andrew, but anybody that wants to ask me
- 24:59detailed questions or bit further
- 25:01information. I'm very happy to receive
- 25:03their email and I'll respond quite
- 25:05promptly.
- 25:07>> Mark, well, thank you for that and thank
- 25:08you for the update on ARC mining. Keep
- 25:11up the efforts and we're looking forward
- 25:12to having you back in 2026 to update.
- 25:16>> Thanks, Andrew. A pleasure.
