2:12:39guilty and should be punished for her
2:12:41crimes guilty or innocent the dying
2:12:44Downs case is making National headlines
2:12:46again and it's expected to be weeks
2:12:48before a verdict is reached by a jury of
2:12:50her peers
2:12:51I was driving with my family and we came
2:12:54to old Mohawk Road I came up behind a
2:12:56red car with Idaho plates going rather
2:12:58slowly can you tell us how slowly
2:13:00it was 10 miles or less
2:13:03it was to the point where my speedometer
2:13:04wouldn't register
2:13:06the car didn't stop
2:13:07attempt to make contact or pull over to
2:13:09the side of the road
2:13:10I was waiting for that in case they
2:13:12needed some assistance
2:13:14that didn't happen
2:13:15it didn't happen no sir
2:13:22and Joseph Inman has testified that he
2:13:24passed Diane's car at 10 17. Diane was
2:13:27only four and a half miles from the
2:13:29hospital
2:13:30and yet it took her over 22 minutes more

2:13:37children did reach the hospital alive
