13:24morning and she said that her little
13:27girl was raped her little girl her
13:30daughter no girls

13:44two friends of their female friends here
13:47stay the night
13:52so she took the little girl to the
13:55hospital they worked on the little girl
13:57and they asked a little girl

14:13and this allowed their mother to see the
14:16little girl and now it's been a year and
14:19a half and now they get paper quarters
14:21because she still hasn't seen her
14:22daughter
14:29total mind control they had totally
14:32changed the girl over they will not
14:35bring charges against the weather
14:36reports because they know that it won't
14:39stand up in court the way that they
14:41positioned but their stealing the kids
14:43they're possessing the kids and turning
14:46them against their parents dying those
14:48kids know what happened and they'll
14:51they'll always know so they can't change
14:53anything
14:55Christy doesn't remember
14:58she has asked him for six weeks what
15:00happened
15:02she doesn't remember enough
15:05she knows it could be true that's what
15:08I'm saying I'm never going to get my
15:09kids back even when this is over
15:14I really fear that there's anything as

15:26this lady that just called me

15:32like three kids or something like that
15:33they stole their kids stuff
15:35and the DA's office and spent 50 kids
15:38away from her she was trying to be very
15:41pleased by the gutter address
15:44another lady said called and said that
15:47she knew of a lady who doesn't like to
15:50wear clothes so she doesn't wear clothes
15:52inside the house she doesn't wear
15:53clothes

15:56she wasn't wearing clothes and reported
15:58her to TFC because she had a
16:00six-month-old baby but she was
16:02breastfeeding while they arrested the
16:03woman threw her in jail took her child
16:05away from him the trans press charges
16:21they just
16:26they only see it the Springfields

16:32I wish you could see the other articles

16:47don't have to tell you that because it

17:01I can understand that we had some guy
17:03call tonight and say you all should get
17:05the death penalty and now we aren't even
17:08safe here some coke
17:11could come and just blow my head off
17:13because he thinks the judicial system
17:15isn't going fast enough and I didn't do
17:17it
17:18I'm being victimized again and the ones
17:23that are allowing this or the DA's
17:25office in Lincoln County Sheriff's
17:26Department
17:27CSD and various attorneys
17:31they all get together and hold hands and
17:34say don't you dare and let her have
17:36those kids
17:37they've admitted in court Christie's
17:39like I was saying Christy says no my
17:42mommy didn't shoot me
17:43and they said don't let Elizabeth down
17:46see her kids because in time Christie
17:48will remember that her mommy shot her in
17:52other words when we're finished
17:53conditioning her then she'll know she'll
17:55be able to say it
17:58and that's why I'm fighting because it
18:02happens to a lot of people

18:07and if I don't if I don't say something
18:10like if I had to get my mouth shut none
18:12of this would have happened it would
18:13have blown over but I'm telling the
18:15people what's going on I'm telling them
18:17what this the sheriff's department is
18:19doing
18:22I'm telling people what the DA's office
18:24is like ncsd
18:27and uh
18:30when this is all over it's gonna be more
18:33than just getting me free because I can
18:35get me free real easy
18:38it's going to be pretty easy to prove I
18:41just do this
18:44but it's not just that anymore
18:50what else is it I gotta stop it from
18:53happening to somebody else

18:59victim okay well you need to win first
19:02and then go for that approach I'm going
19:04for both right now
19:06they work hand in hand if I can
19:09prove I can't prove myself yet because
19:12any time that I try to prove myself
19:14innocent they use it against me I have
19:16to wait till they bring an indictment
19:18and then we belong up and
19:22there are so many things they have said
19:24Nick we went to court a couple days ago
19:28and
19:30it's been worse
19:33yes it was yesterday I went to court
19:35yesterday to try and get visiting my
19:38expect for my kids
19:40and they said something
19:43in court and I went home and I made
19:46notes and I wrote down everything that
19:49they said that the kids said against me
19:51I could prove was not right
19:53I can prove that what the kid said was
19:57not possible
19:59but we can't say that now because then
20:02they find a way to doctor it up
20:05and make it fit their plan
20:08there are things about well I can't tell
20:11you
20:12but I can prove it but if I do it now it
20:16doesn't work I have to wait till they
20:19indict me and they won't they even said
20:20it in the paper they won't indicted they
20:23won't won't press charges
20:26but they won't give me my kids either
20:28they're going to wait they have no
20:30physical evidence against me all the
20:33tests prove I didn't do it the only
20:34thing they have is the word of my kids
20:37and my kids say that I didn't do it so
20:39they have to keep teaching my kids that
20:42I did it
20:44and the reason they're doing it is
20:46simple they lost their their bond
20:47election I told you that they've run out
20:50of money they've run out of cops and
20:52they're looking like a bunch of [ __ ]
20:54which they are
20:56and I have to clean this case up because
20:58I've made such a big deal of it
21:02you're on the front of the front lines
21:06almost every time I'm in the front page
21:09and on the news
21:11the 5 30 6 o'clock and 11 o'clock
21:16and it's only because I am going to tell
21:19people what their legal system like is
21:21in Lane County it's crappy these people
21:25run this place without any regard for
21:27the law at all
21:29there was a guy here there there was a
21:32girl that was kidnapped and
21:35don't tell this to anybody because the
21:38guy doesn't want the case opened again
21:39because they already tried to hang in
21:41one this girl got kidnapped and this guy
21:45overheard Street Talk found out where
21:47the girl was I couldn't get her out
21:50because of the circumstances you can
21:52went to the sheriff's department and
21:54said please help me get her out
21:56they said they thought he was a quack
21:58well the girl ended up dead and the guy
22:01had gone she got murdered the guy had
22:03gone to the sheriff's department and
22:05said our police whoever it was and said
22:07I have all this evidence I can prove to
22:09you I know where she's at I know who
22:11she's being held by etc etc well the
22:13girl ended up dead and the police looked
22:15like fools because they didn't listen to
22:17him so they broke into his house they
22:19stole his evidence and then they turned
22:21it around and tried to pin the murder on
22:23him
22:25but he didn't do it so they couldn't and
22:29it all died down it just went away the
22:32murderer was never found
22:35another guy somebody that I know that I
22:39just found out today was shot four years
22:41ago by a woman and somebody saw this
22:44woman do it you know what they did to
22:46her they watched her for a year and let
22:49her go she was never prosecuted at all
22:53they pick and choose who they want to
22:55prosecute who they don't
22:58there's no discretion that there's just
23:01they have no respect for the law they
23:04simply do as they damn well please
23:07and somebody has to speak up and say
23:09don't do that anymore you can't keep
23:11hurting these people there is a 7-Eleven
23:14clerk that got murdered down here and
23:16they arrested two boys the two boys that
23:18reported finding the clerk they arrested
23:21those two kids about two weeks after it
23:22happened and said there was overwhelming
23:25evidence well they let him go three days
23:28later saying there wasn't enough
23:30evidence
23:32but we are sure that those are the kids
23:35that didn't that type of [ __ ] and making
23:38their lives Miserable Now The Neighbors
23:39go on TV saying I can't believe that
23:41kid's still lives in his neighborhood
23:42I'm afraid for my life you know what
23:45Nick I don't think they did it you know
23:47why
23:48no damn sure I didn't do it and that's
23:50what they're saying about me
23:52well then you got no problem

25:17him to shut up he was he kept telling
25:19him yeah she did it I know she did it
25:21I'm sure she did it I'm absolutely
25:24positive and the more he said it the
25:26more they they came at me and they kept
25:31standing between me and my kids and
25:33they'd give their dirty looks and
25:34waiting from the DA's offices are real
25:36[ __ ] and it was all because of Steve
25:39and they were simply going to
25:42indict me on circumstantial evidence
25:45just because Steve hates me Steve hates
25:47me that much
25:56and all I did was make sure that what
26:00was coming out of his mouth was
26:03[Applause]
26:04there was no his reputation was shot
26:09I have since felt a little sorry for
26:12Steve but not a lot not a lot not at all
26:15especially since as I said Nick I don't
26:17know who shot us
26:20and as I said there are only two people
26:23that have a motive and Steve's one of
26:26them for all I know Steve orders did and
26:30they are the charlena I don't think she
26:33did it well who's the other person Hey
26:35Stephen Charlene but I don't think
26:37Charlene did I don't think Steve did it
26:40but I don't trust anybody
26:47so there's no
26:49no love lost no not between me
26:55and for the hell that Steve put me
26:57through for eight years I don't think
26:58it's gonna
27:00be that bad
27:03it's not Revenge
27:05but I don't have to worry about him
27:06beating me up anymore
27:08I don't have to worry about him trying
27:10to take my kids away anymore I won't
27:12have any kids
27:15and I guess I am getting sort of bitter
27:18I was just thinking I sound bitter I
27:20don't like being alone I never thought
27:22I'd ever be alone
27:24I figured my kids would be around for
27:26the rest of my life my kids and their
27:28kids and their kids
27:31and that's not it and I won't get them
27:34back
27:35I had one attorney say that one CSD has
27:38their hands on your kids you never get
27:39them back
27:40I think she's right
27:44and I don't like being alone and I have
27:46nothing more to go for I have nobody to
27:48take care of
27:49nobody to work for nobody to hug and
27:53love so I'm gonna fight
27:56and I'm gonna fight the people that
27:58deserve it and that's the Lane County
28:00legal system
28:05and I'm gonna win
28:09and I'm sorry if you think I'm wrong but
28:11I'm not wrong somebody violated me and
28:14my kids
28:15and one of the most horrible ways I can
28:17think of
28:18I didn't think anything else was could
28:21happen until the judicial system got
28:23their hands in it and now they're
28:25ripping us up
28:27work
28:31and they're wrong and everybody should
28:34know about it
28:38and I'm sorry if you think this sounds
28:40like a Peyton Place
28:41or like it's a bunch of
28:44made up stuff
28:46but it's not
28:49we're Springfield News article did you
28:52get anywhere what's today
28:54oh hell I don't know I read them at the
28:57post office no
29:00I wonder who's getting it so a guy must
29:03be Laura no it's it's it's the newspaper
29:07that gets delivered out on Route 11.
29:10it's a new scene unlike newspapers that
29:13come in the post office every morning
29:15yeah you did that one type of deal
29:22how would you like to read something
29:24that's a little bit more honest
29:27truthful unbiased
29:36I could have said yeah I'd like to
29:41either want to hear the truth or you
29:42don't you're so ready to be angry at me
29:45for something you read in the
29:46Springfield News
29:49Springfield News and kevi are the only
29:52two that don't like me
29:54they're doing everything they can to
29:56paint you in a bad picture
30:01so obviously I don't give interviews to
30:04Springfield News and keti
30:07and therefore they don't like me even
30:10more and that's not paranoid that's true
30:12that's just the way it is

30:28don't want to embarrass you by writing
30:33didn't attract any attention that was
30:37very important it had to be read

32:19said it was so and everybody is
32:22following the judicial system blindly
32:26everybody was raised the same way that I
32:28was you trust government you trust the
32:30cops they're going to protect you that's
32:32a bunch of [ __ ]
32:36at least here it is in Lane County
32:40I don't know how it is elsewhere because
32:41I've never run in with her before

36:17our time together just was over

36:26and then all of a sudden I get nine
36:29million questions from the cop and
36:31robber Squad
36:36they're sweeties aren't they

36:40well they are tiring and time consuming
36:48that's very nice
36:51you know Nick for two weeks I really
36:53believe they were trying to help me
36:55I really did there were things that were
36:58said I was just so tired at that time I
37:01had just been shot I was very exhausted
37:04Christy was laying in a bed with tubes
37:06going through all parts of her body
37:07Danny was they found out two days
37:11afterwards that he was paralyzed and
37:13they just entered in a hospital but I
37:15was doing a whole lot of hurting and
37:17running back and forth between and
37:19trying to answer questions reenacting
37:21the crime going back out to the scene
37:23with them doing those whole lines
37:26because I really honest to God believe
37:29they wanted to help me
37:31you know what they did
37:34they just kept hanging around waiting
37:36for me to say something
37:40they really think I did it

37:45you're the only one who knows and if you
37:48didn't then you didn't and you got
37:50nothing to worry about if you did your
37:52ass is gone I can guarantee it
37:55so I mean
37:58that's why I'm not afraid I'm angry at
38:02what they're doing to my kids and what
38:05they're doing to you what they're doing
38:07to me

38:14that's all I'm doing I'm trying to fight

38:17and they're looking like fools in the
38:19paper
38:24yeah I'm gonna send you some articles I
38:27want you to know what's really going on

38:36and what they say about me and what I
38:39say about them
38:43and I want you to know that every time
38:45an article comes out the people are on
38:47my side you know why well that's what

38:54me because I didn't do it you people

38:59they say there's no way I've had two
39:02letters for two ladies
39:04said I know you didn't do it because
39:06there's no way you could have done with
39:08what happened to your kid and still be
39:10able to look at them and not crack
39:14it's been seven weeks Nick
39:17up until three weeks ago I would look at
39:20my kids and I would hurt because I know
39:23what they're gonna have to go through
39:24Danny is really pretty lucky
39:27he's healthy he sterilized but he
39:30doesn't bother him it's not an emotional
39:32thing for him at all he totally accepted
39:35and that's life
39:37Christy is the same way she just totally
39:40accepts what's happened to her
39:42the fact is Christy she's just as smart
39:46as she always was the brains are still
39:48there it's just hard for her to get the
39:50work to come out
39:52and that's
39:55got to be hard for Christy because
39:57Christy is a very verbal person
39:59she was she used to write poetry and
40:02matter of fact I forgot to do well
40:04Krusty Drew you a picture she was an
40:07artist today she Drew you a picture
40:09she wanted me to send it to you and I
40:11said no that I couldn't because like
40:13what you said it back she said well one
40:15of these days whenever you see him again
40:17I won't say that either because I know
40:20you're not interested what did you do
40:21with the rocking shell that the kids
40:23gave you
40:26I have no idea

40:29anyway Cheryl had a flower she made a
40:32flower and she wanted me to send it to
40:34you but I want something
40:37sure I like to your flowers that was the
40:39big thing she's kept me roses almost
40:41every day after work I had wrote Cats
40:44roses waiting for me Cheryl had cut
40:47anyway it's very hard for Christy to
