- 0:00Hello everyone, I'm hear me out. Welcome
- 0:03to my channel. We're going to be reading
- 0:05some letters from Diane DS tonight and
- 0:07they are crazy. One of them is the
- 0:10infamous letter she wrote to her lawyer
- 0:11in 1984 that I believe she denies ever
- 0:14having written and then the other two
- 0:16are to the parole board in 2020 and
- 0:18those are next level insane. These
- 0:22letters are brought to us by the Dian
- 0:23Downs TV channel. So make sure to check
- 0:26them out. Link in the description below.
- 0:28But before we begin, for those of you
- 0:30who are just joining us for the first
- 0:31time, this is a commentary channel. And
- 0:34for those who don't know what commentary
- 0:36means, I will be pausing and talking
- 0:39during the video. Actually, I'm not even
- 0:40going to be pausing the video. We're
- 0:41going to be reading the letters live.
- 0:43But let's get one thing absolutely clear
- 0:45right now. This is not a channel where
- 0:47people have fun. So, I don't want to see
- 0:50one single person having a good time in
- 0:52the chat. And if you don't believe me,
- 0:54try me. We can take it OUTSIDE AND I'LL
- 0:57SHOW YOU WHAT IT'S LIKE. [laughter] I am
- 0:59going to be joined by a bank co-host
- 1:01tonight. So, it's not [music] just going
- 1:02to be me reading and commenting on a
- 1:04letter myself. But on the other hand, if
- 1:05you do enjoy what you see here, consider
- 1:07subscribing so you don't miss out on any
- 1:09of the fun. So, you can join us on all
- 1:11the different subjects we talk about
- 1:12such as Dying Down, Sarah Boone, Lauren
- 1:15Armstrong, and many others. The links
- 1:17for those playlists are in the
- 1:18description of this video below. So,
- 1:20hello to everyone who's here in the live
- 1:21chat with us. Hello to the replay crew.
- 1:24Please remember to hit that like button
- 1:26so we can avoid all unnecessary
- 1:28situations and so I can keep my cat.
- 1:32All right, let's go.
- 1:35[music]
- 1:44[music]
- 1:49>> [music]
- 1:54[music]
- 2:04>> Hello everyone. Well, I got the Diane
- 2:07D's wig on, but I'm not sure it's
- 2:10exactly right at the moment. Um, feels
- 2:13very heavy on this side. Let me just try
- 2:16this one more time.
- 2:19Uh, let me bring up my co-host while I'm
- 2:21doing this.
- 2:24Exuba, externa.
- 2:26I was combining the names there.
- 2:29>> Um,
- 2:29>> hello again.
- 2:31>> Good. And you? [laughter]
- 2:35>> Why don't you guys talk about each
- 2:37other? You guys have both read these
- 2:39letters. Just give us your first
- 2:40impressions.
- 2:42>> That [ __ ] insane.
- 2:44>> Oh, yeah. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yeah. That that
- 2:46reminds me. Yes, I have. And ditto.
- 2:50>> There's not much else to say
- 2:53>> besides
- 2:54>> you can't believe how insane they are
- 2:56and you can't remember how insane they
- 2:57are because they're so insane,
- 2:59>> right? It doesn't stick in your mind.
- 3:01Her her train of thinking,
- 3:03>> there's magazine cutouts and
- 3:08it's just it it's like conspiracy theory
- 3:12with tin foil hats.
- 3:14>> I don't know how she does it. It's
- 3:16incredible. It really is incredible.
- 3:18>> Yeah.
- 3:19>> And it's distinctive. She has a very
- 3:21distinctive voice.
- 3:22>> She does.
- 3:23>> Oh,
- 3:24>> and handwriting.
- 3:25>> Look at you.
- 3:26>> All right. So, here was the surprise.
- 3:29>> Um, originally, I always thought when I
- 3:32would be doing this with the Diane D
- 3:34haircut that my wife would be here to
- 3:36help me. I bought some black mascara cuz
- 3:39she's always got that thick mascara on
- 3:42her face that's like like gel charcoal
- 3:45or something. I've never used this
- 3:47before. How hard would this be for me a
- 3:50first-time user to apply this?
- 3:52>> It's impossible for me to say because
- 3:53it's like me asking you how hard it
- 3:55would be for a first- time drummer to
- 3:56drum. Well, I mean, you'd probably
- 4:00>> Yeah.
- 4:01>> Oh, yeah. That looks great. That's
- 4:03fantastic.
- 4:04>> It's basically me getting ready every
- 4:05day. That's what it looks like.
- 4:07>> Yeah. Okay. Okay. Let's
- 4:09>> listen. A little bit of blush never
- 4:10killed anybody.
- 4:11>> Never killed anyone.
- 4:13>> It's like I'm putting on lipstick with a
- 4:15paint roller here.
- 4:16>> Yeah. [laughter] It's like I mean
- 4:19>> you look You look
- 4:22>> You look divine.
- 4:23>> It's a little bit What is it? What do
- 4:24they call it? Like sha It's
- 4:25[clears throat] shadow. It's smoky eyes.
- 4:27>> Yeah.
- 4:28>> Smoky eyes is what it's still better
- 4:30than Sarah Boon's eyeliner in during
- 4:32>> I don't think I'm getting any Oh, there
- 4:34we go. that.
- 4:34>> There you go. Look at that.
- 4:38>> Okay.
- 4:40Yeah. How How Wait, am I supposed to dip
- 4:43it between each?
- 4:45>> You're good.
- 4:47>> Okay, there we go.
- 4:48>> Yeah, you look
- 4:50>> Yeah, you look good. It's perfect. I
- 4:51wouldn't dip.
- 4:51>> You look like a fine Italian dinner.
- 4:53>> That's gonna not gonna
- 4:56[laughter]
- 4:56I hope this isn't waterproof mascara.
- 5:00>> I don't know. It's voluminous carbon
- 5:03black. I just bought it off Amazon. I
- 5:05don't know.
- 5:06>> Yeah, it's L'Oreal, but it could be
- 5:08waterproof. But you'll find out the hard
- 5:09way.
- 5:10>> It doesn't [laughter] say L'Oreal.
- 5:15>> I don't want I DON'T WANT IT TO RUN WITH
- 5:17MY TEARS. [laughter]
- 5:20>> NO, because we wouldn't want it to be
- 5:22messed up.
- 5:23>> Look, that that is a big difference.
- 5:26Don't you think she her eye is always
- 5:29got the
- 5:30>> We're in a weird area here. last time.
- 5:35>> Jesus, I can't get
- 5:36>> Hi, Wonder Lake.
- 5:37>> Out of my eyes. Okay.
- 5:40>> Hi, detective.
- 5:41>> You practically shoved that thing.
- 5:43>> Hi, Redville girl.
- 5:44>> Hey, Clay Winston.
- 5:47>> All right. Best luck washing that off.
- 5:50>> I don't I'm sure my wife has some makeup
- 5:52remover.
- 5:53>> Yeah, I'm sure it'll be It's going to be
- 5:55an interesting conversation when I text
- 5:58her. She's away for the weekend with uh
- 6:00my son during a band thing. Or you can
- 6:03just I I can walk you through it if it
- 6:06comes down to it. Hi. [laughter]
- 6:07>> It'd be an interesting text for her to
- 6:09get. Hey, where's the makeup remover?
- 6:12[laughter]
- 6:13>> Yeah, she will ask no questions.
- 6:15>> I'm going out and like like dressing up
- 6:17as like a transvestite or something when
- 6:19when she's out.
- 6:21>> Hey, [snorts] where's the uh makeup
- 6:22remover?
- 6:23>> Yeah, she [laughter]
- 6:26>> Okay, so I figured we'd read the letter
- 6:30to the lawyer first. Or do you want to
- 6:31start with the pearl board letters?
- 6:33>> Hi heirlooms. Hi Bob.
- 6:35>> Uh, [sighs and gasps]
- 6:37>> hi Jackie.
- 6:38>> Let's do the lawyer first. That one's
- 6:40not as fun.
- 6:41>> That one's from 1984, right?
- 6:43>> Yeah. Let's do the lawyer first.
- 6:45>> Okay, here we go.
- 6:48And uh, swap this here.
- 6:53Uh, hide this current comment. And then
- 6:54I got the music in the background cuz
- 6:57she's good. Now I'm going to start
- 6:59playing it. But if it causes my mic to
- 7:00to cut out, let me know so I can um
- 7:05we'll just have to ditch the background
- 7:08volume at that point or background music
- 7:10at that point.
- 7:13So, if you remember correctly, this is
- 7:15the letter that she wrote to her lawyer
- 7:17confessing a different story and that
- 7:19that the parole board keeps asking her
- 7:21about and she keeps going, I never sent
- 7:23that letter. I never did that. Uh but
- 7:26very clearly is in her handwriting. Yes.
- 7:29Hear me out is a very handsome woman.
- 7:31>> Yes. A lot like Diane D is also a very
- 7:34handsome woman.
- 7:36>> Oh, I wanted a different
- 7:40one second. We this as well.
- 7:45Um
- 7:50Okay, here we go.
- 7:55November 7th.
- 8:001984.
- 8:03Sorry, it's not doing the well tab thing
- 8:06for me. It's moved over here.
- 8:13Stop it.
- 8:16No. Okay, I think we're set here.
- 8:23November 7th, 1984. Dear Jen, I'm not
- 8:29really sure how to start this letter,
- 8:31but I guess the best way to make an
- 8:34apology is to say, "I'm sorry."
- 8:38Now, you're probably wondering what this
- 8:39is all about. And when you are through
- 8:42reading, you'll probably drop this
- 8:43letter and say, "Damn you, Diane."
- 8:47Or she she'd say it like this. She'd be
- 8:49like,
- 8:50>> "Damn you, Diane." With a smile. She's
- 8:53smiling. have this
- 8:55like you have so many times before.
- 8:59Uh this is on repeat and fade in. Okay.
- 9:01Can
- 9:04Sorry. Is it loud? Is the music loud for
- 9:06everyone else? It's very loud for me.
- 9:08>> I can barely hear it.
- 9:09>> Okay. How about now?
- 9:13>> Now. Yes.
- 9:14>> Now I can hear it.
- 9:21your blood pressure will go up and I'm
- 9:23sorry about that too. I'm sorry about a
- 9:27lot of things really.
- 9:30I hope you will forgive me for not being
- 9:32totally honest with you. It's just that
- 9:35it's so hard for me to put myself in
- 9:37someone else's hands. I find it hard to
- 9:40fully trust anyone not to hurt me and
- 9:44I've been that way for a few years.
- 9:48It has been a hard lesson to learn and I
- 9:51can't guarantee that I I'll make
- 9:53forever. Hear me out. I think it's too
- 9:55loud. Lower it a bit.
- 9:58>> Yeah. Lower. There we go. Better. I
- 10:01think that's better.
- 10:04>> I hope you'll forgive me for not being
- 10:05totally honest with you. It's just that
- 10:08it's so hard for me to put myself into
- 10:10someone else's hands.
- 10:12It's hard to still too loud.
- 10:15Yeah, people are saying no music. All
- 10:17right, fine.
- 10:25I hope you will forgive me for not being
- 10:27totally honest with you. It's just that
- 10:29it's so hard for me to put myself in
- 10:31someone else's hands.
- 10:34I find it hard to fully trust anyone not
- 10:36to hurt me. And I've been that way for a
- 10:39few years.
- 10:42It has been a hard lesson to learn and I
- 10:45can't guarantee that I'll be cured
- 10:46forever.
- 10:48But I know now that I should have placed
- 10:50this whole problem in your hands and let
- 10:53you deal with it. You think your lawyer
- 10:55probably [laughter]
- 10:58should have been upfront and honest with
- 10:59your lawyer at this point, but I was
- 11:01afraid.
- 11:03Silly maybe. But I was afraid you would
- 11:06lose respect for me and illeible me.
- 11:11hate me probably
- 11:13>> probably.
- 11:14>> Um, no. Uh, Diane, they he probably lost
- 11:18respect for you when you killed your
- 11:19kids.
- 11:20>> Yeah.
- 11:20>> Right.
- 11:21>> Who's this to?
- 11:23>> This is to her lawyer.
- 11:24>> I see.
- 11:26>> Yeah. Before the trial.
- 11:29>> Yeah.
- 11:30>> Hopefully by the time you finish reading
- 11:32this, you'll have an understanding of
- 11:34me. Actually, should I try this with the
- 11:36One second here.
- 11:41Little echo. Echo. Echo. Not an echo.
- 11:43Reverb.
- 11:45Like I'm reading this in a dream
- 11:47sequence.
- 11:50Little bit of pitch.
- 11:54Too much reverb.
- 11:59Hope. Wait.
- 12:02Yeah.
- 12:04Hopefully by the time you finish reading
- 12:06this, you'll have That's so much reverb
- 12:08from one.
- 12:09>> That's a lot of reverb.
- 12:10>> What [laughter] the hell was that?
- 12:13>> Hopefully by the time you finish reading
- 12:15this, you'll have an understanding of me
- 12:17and I'll have your forgiveness.
- 12:20I had no right to hire you as my
- 12:22attorney and then expect you to
- 12:24represent me without telling me you
- 12:25every without telling you everything I
- 12:28could. [clears throat] So, is she going
- 12:31to confess in this? [snorts]
- 12:32>> I hope so. Yeah. Oh, I'm sure
- 12:35>> I really am grateful [laughter]
- 12:37for your representation and support
- 12:39these past 17 months. And because of
- 12:42that, I cannot be comfortable with
- 12:45myself unless I come clean with you. Oh,
- 12:48she's
- 12:50[laughter]
- 12:51>> Maybe this is where she starts telling
- 12:53them about the guy that she actually got
- 12:56high with and
- 12:57>> Yeah, that's what this is.
- 12:58>> Is it?
- 12:59>> Yeah.
- 13:00>> Yeah.
- 13:00>> But it's weighing on her soul, Suma.
- 13:03Yeah, because she turned out that the
- 13:04guy who shot her kid, she was actually
- 13:06partying with by the side of the road.
- 13:07>> Yeah. Right. Exactly.
- 13:09>> The side of an abandoned road,
- 13:12>> right?
- 13:12>> Yeah. Some bushyhaired lunatic stranger,
- 13:16>> which you know, I do sometimes.
- 13:18>> I mean, whatever. I'm not going to I'm
- 13:20not for that.
- 13:21>> Different strokes for different folks,
- 13:23you know.
- 13:23>> Exactly.
- 13:26>> Hear me out. spends his Saturdays
- 13:29>> stabbing his eye with mascara and
- 13:32wearing a
- 13:32>> I think I did [clears throat] a pretty
- 13:34damn good job for my first and last
- 13:36time.
- 13:36>> You look handsome.
- 13:38>> You do
- 13:38>> handsome.
- 13:40>> I could be lining up in
- 13:43I could be lining up as a defensive
- 13:45linebacker, but
- 13:47>> [clears throat]
- 13:47>> um [laughter]
- 13:50>> Well, it's macho.
- 13:52>> Again, I'm sorry for thinking I had to
- 13:55handle things myself. I forgot she's
- 13:57kind of like a southern accent. I should
- 13:59have ineligible for once in my life and
- 14:03let someone else talk ineligible for a
- 14:06while. Please understand and forgive.
- 14:10This letter may get lengthy, but please
- 14:12bear with me. I have a lot of conscience
- 14:16to relieve.
- 14:18Perhaps it's best to start with the
- 14:20night of the shooting.
- 14:21>> Yeah, how about it?
- 14:24No. When's she going to start?
- 14:26[laughter]
- 14:28>> Tell us how long her mother was in labor
- 14:29for.
- 14:30>> Yeah. See, [clears throat] back in the
- 14:32second grade, uh, when I received my
- 14:36>> Yeah.
- 14:37>> Yeah. Your your lawyer probably only
- 14:40cares about starting with the night of
- 14:41the shooting.
- 14:42>> H, when should we start this?
- 14:46>> Can you imagine being her lawyer and
- 14:48getting this and be like, "Oh my god. Oh
- 14:50my god. [laughter]
- 14:52How did I get stuck with this woman?
- 14:57Oops.
- 14:59Perhaps it's best to stop with the night
- 15:01of the shooting. I wasn't totally honest
- 15:04because I was afraid of what else would
- 15:06happen to me at the hands of the police.
- 15:10>> I had marijuana in my car when I stopped
- 15:13on Old Mohawk Road and I was afraid if I
- 15:16told the tr the whole truth, I would
- 15:19lose my job with the post office.
- 15:22because of the drug charge and I
- 15:24couldn't afford that. So, I guess
- 15:26>> marijuana.
- 15:28>> I guess she figured being indicted for
- 15:30uh murder of her children. You know,
- 15:33that's less of a road bump to get over.
- 15:36You know, she doesn't want to lose that
- 15:37post office job. She's still employed
- 15:39this point. No, she's arrested, isn't
- 15:41she?
- 15:41>> Well, she didn't murder them, so she
- 15:43wasn't worried about that.
- 15:44>> Yeah. No. Well, I was always getting
- 15:46>> She was arrested by this point.
- 15:48>> Yeah.
- 15:49>> No, I know. But she wasn't she wasn't
- 15:51but she but she still knew. She always
- 15:53knew and to this day she knows that she
- 15:55didn't do it. So,
- 15:57>> right. But the point is she probably
- 15:58isn't being paid by the post office at
- 16:00this point. I don't know. It's a
- 16:02government job. But um
- 16:05>> yeah,
- 16:08>> she doesn't want to be labeled as a drug
- 16:10user.
- 16:12>> Absolutely not. I personally I
- 16:14personally would never touch marijuana.
- 16:17>> No. I mean me neither. And if I had a
- 16:19choice between, I mean, I certainly
- 16:20would be wouldn't be concerned about the
- 16:22fact that I stopped by the side of some
- 16:25abandoned road with some stranger to
- 16:28party with some guy who shot my kids. I
- 16:30would be more concerned about the
- 16:32marijuana that we [laughter]
- 16:35>> Yeah, call me a child killer, but don't
- 16:36call me a a reefer reaver head.
- 16:39>> Call me a roadside hooker, but uh on the
- 16:42marijuana.
- 16:45Oops, it's the wrong button. I keep
- 16:49So, I told as much of the truth as I
- 16:51could without saying the things that
- 16:53would make me look like a creep.
- 16:58I also hoped that by eliminating certain
- 17:00facts that the police could not find out
- 17:03that I had rather loose morals.
- 17:08I did not want people I respected to
- 17:10think poorly of me.
- 17:12>> Diane, you [ __ ] anything with two
- 17:14legs?
- 17:16>> Yeah. I mean,
- 17:17>> and a set of balls. And even I don't
- 17:19think the balls were necessary.
- 17:22>> This is almost like Sodom Gomorrah. Find
- 17:24me 10 good men. Find me 10 people.
- 17:27[laughter] Find me 10 people, Diane,
- 17:29that think you don't have loose morals.
- 17:34>> See that? That's how you get into my
- 17:36heart is with either classics or ancient
- 17:39[laughter]
- 17:42[snorts]
- 17:46I did not want people that I respected
- 17:48to think poorly of me.
- 17:51So when I got to the hospital, I
- 17:53couldn't tell the police I opened the
- 17:54trunk because they would know.
- 17:57They would want to know what I removed
- 18:00and it was
- 18:03suspect. This is the actual transcript
- 18:06from Diane Downs TV themselves. Oh, by
- 18:10the way, is my voice glitching out that
- 18:13I won't use? Okay.
- 18:14>> No,
- 18:14>> just on my side, I guess.
- 18:18But while I had the trunk open, I didn't
- 18:21see him remove the black case. Yes, the
- 18:25black case WITH STEVE'S GUN in it. Oh my
- 18:29god.
- 18:32[music]
- 18:34Already
- 18:44this story is stupid. [laughter]
- 18:48>> Yeah.
- 18:48>> Cuz she didn't explain in this story yet
- 18:51that she pulled over to smoke with this
- 18:54guy. This guy has just suddenly
- 18:56appeared.
- 18:57>> Yes.
- 18:57>> Right. In this story,
- 19:00>> she has loose morals and the guy has
- 19:04appeared and
- 19:08uh he now has taken the gun.
- 19:12I'm sorry I lied, but I couldn't explain
- 19:15the presence of the gun without telling
- 19:17you about the pot.
- 19:23The last thing you want to do is tell
- 19:25your your lawyer that you're on charge
- 19:27for murder with about the pot.
- 19:29>> Yeah. This is like her saying she did
- 19:32all of this to hide the fact that one of
- 19:34her headlights wasn't working.
- 19:36>> Yes. [laughter]
- 19:38>> No, this is like Laur Yeah. Well, this
- 19:40is it's like Lauren
- 19:41>> infraction. Lauren saying the I'd never
- 19:44got in trouble before this other than
- 19:46owi where I you were just arrested on
- 19:49house
- 19:50>> national TV.
- 19:52>> Yes.
- 19:52>> For trying to have sex with a minor
- 19:55Lauren. So uh [laughter]
- 19:57doesn't make it any better.
- 20:01[clears throat]
- 20:04So, while I think it is very possible
- 20:06that an officer can make one mistake in
- 20:09an effort to trap a criminal,
- 20:12I don't think that it that it happened
- 20:14this time. What
- 20:20What the hell does that mean?
- 20:24An officer can make an a mistake in an
- 20:26effort to trap a criminal.
- 20:32Who
- 20:34Aren't you the one that was trapped?
- 20:38>> What was the mistake?
- 20:40>> Well, that she's not really a criminal.
- 20:42Oh, God.
- 20:46>> I don't know how many times I have to
- 20:47explain this to you.
- 20:51>> Well, I mean, she
- 20:53the pro her problem is is she has told
- 20:57she's continually telling everyone these
- 20:59stories, right? that she's leaving out
- 21:01important details in the story because
- 21:03it doesn't make sense.
- 21:06Like this story, like the parts that are
- 21:09missing in this story don't fit in a
- 21:11different story,
- 21:13right? I mean, there's the guy that was
- 21:16on the side of the road that you smoked
- 21:19weed with, but then you didn't mention
- 21:20the weed, but you hadn't mentioned the
- 21:22guy either up until because you said it
- 21:24was a bushy-haired stranger.
- 21:27You know what I mean? It just doesn't
- 21:29make it. Okay. It just all seemed so
- 21:32harmless in the beginning. Jim, the kids
- 21:35and I were coming back from Heathers
- 21:38with [snorts] the horse coupon.
- 21:40>> Yeah.
- 21:42>> And when we turned around at the north
- 21:44side of Sunderman Road, a guy started
- 21:46playing quote catchup with me.
- 21:52>> What? This is This must be the guy that
- 21:55smokes marijuana. Like he probably
- 21:57should have introduced this earlier in
- 21:59the story.
- 22:00>> Specify who who this guy is, you know.
- 22:02>> Yeah. Well, he's just a big guy that
- 22:04likes to smoke weed and smoke kids with
- 22:06Steve's gun,
- 22:08>> right? [laughter]
- 22:12>> I was driving slower than most people
- 22:14do. So, he passed me. Then, he pulled up
- 22:17in front of me and slowed down. So, I
- 22:19passed him. It was a game, just a flirt.
- 22:24Then I figured he probably had a penis.
- 22:26So, uh,
- 22:29I [laughter] ran him off the road to get
- 22:31that.
- 22:35That's got to be in me.
- 22:38>> We pulled off Marcola on top old Mohawk.
- 22:43Why? [snorts] Just because the kids were
- 22:46asleep. He was a man
- 22:50with a
- 22:55And I wasn't really tired yet. I'm I
- 22:58like men and I love to flirt.
- 23:02[laughter] Like like this is a news
- 23:03flash to anyone.
- 23:07>> Uh [clears throat]
- 23:10maybe some would say it's just because
- 23:12she's a [ __ ] No, not some. Everyone
- 23:15says that because you were It's not a
- 23:18[ __ ] You're
- 23:21>> [laughter]
- 23:23>> Dan, you are if anyone is, you are a
- 23:28like [laughter]
- 23:30you went out to get pregnant while
- 23:33married from a different guy and then
- 23:35you're like, God, he took it so wrong.
- 23:38He's always bringing it up how I was
- 23:40pregnant by another dude. She uh she
- 23:43jumped she hopped an 18 foot barbed wire
- 23:47prison fence so she could get dick.
- 23:51>> Yeah. And there's got there.
- 23:54>> Yeah. [laughter]
- 23:59>> I smell it.
- 24:01>> Wouldn't mind being in cars so much if
- 24:03there wasn't all that dick out there.
- 24:05>> Yeah.
- 24:06[clears throat]
- 24:07And then, you know, I was going to go to
- 24:08California and catch the real killer,
- 24:10but then, you know, there was a so
- 24:12>> [clears throat]
- 24:12>> uh figured just hang out in the house.
- 24:15>> I mean, you know, [laughter]
- 24:17>> and [clears throat] it wasn't just any
- 24:20>> it was married.
- 24:23That's the best the best kind to Diane.
- 24:27[snorts]
- 24:29[clears throat]
- 24:30>> I met her favorite.
- 24:32Anyway, I pulled over on old Mohawk and
- 24:36he stopped behind me. When I got out of
- 24:39the car, I checked the kids and they
- 24:41were all asleep.
- 24:43I did take the keys out of the ignition,
- 24:46hang on my finger.
- 24:48We talked for a couple minutes and I
- 24:50looked at the kids. They were still
- 24:52asleep.
- 24:54He asked if I had any quote smoke.
- 24:58And he even thought and even thought he
- 25:00wasn't exactly my kind of guy.
- 25:02>> Even though he wasn't exactly my kind of
- 25:04guy.
- 25:04>> Oh, sorry. Thank you. He asked if I had
- 25:07any smoke. And even though he wasn't my
- 25:10kind of guy, I figured it would be
- 25:12better to plate him rather than to than
- 25:15offend him.
- 25:17So, I got down on my knees and I
- 25:20[laughter]
- 25:22and that wasn't working. So I I off for
- 25:26like 20 minutes [laughter]
- 25:31cuz there was a there right? What else
- 25:34could you do? Is this extra like this
- 25:38could be like an 80s thing. If I had any
- 25:41smoke was is is Was a a slang term for
- 25:45weed?
- 25:47>> Not that I remember.
- 25:49>> I mean smoke up.
- 25:51>> Smoke up, but be
- 25:53>> he asked if I had any smoke. I mean the
- 25:56I would take that seem like a very stu
- 25:58Yeah, it would seem like a very stupid
- 26:00nickname because it could be easily
- 26:02convinced or confused with smokes.
- 26:05>> I feel like it's
- 26:06>> people are saying yes.
- 26:08>> Yeah, I I mean I'm sure it was. What
- 26:09else would it be? But
- 26:12>> no. Okay, so it was uh it Okay, so smoke
- 26:17was a nickname for weed, I guess. Maybe.
- 26:22>> All right.
- 26:24>> We learn something new every day.
- 26:28[music]
- 26:34>> No, this wasn't 87. This was 84.
- 26:37>> 83. Sorry.
- 26:40>> 84.
- 26:41>> No, 8. The crime happened in ' 83. This
- 26:44letter is from 84.
- 26:45>> Yeah. Yeah.
- 26:55So, I opened the trunk and removed the
- 26:57bag.
- 26:59I had to dig under a couple of things to
- 27:01get it, and I did not see him remove
- 27:03anything from the trunk.
- 27:06When I straightened up and closed the
- 27:07trunk, I saw he had the gun in his hand.
- 27:11I don't recall our conversation
- 27:12verbatim, but we quote discussed the
- 27:17reason he had taken the gun. And by that
- 27:19time, he had removed it from the case.
- 27:23He started acting a little strange.
- 27:25[laughter]
- 27:26It wasn't strange at this point,
- 27:30right? Taking the gun out and everything
- 27:32that normal. Then he started getting
- 27:34weird. Then he started getting weird.
- 27:39He started getting a little strange and
- 27:41that is when I started to get scared,
- 27:43which I rarely do.
- 27:46He made sexual advances.
- 27:48And then I got down on my knees and I
- 27:51off.
- 27:54I was like, "Finally, you're talking my
- 27:56language."
- 27:58No, he made sexual advances. And I
- 28:01handed him the pot and tried to get his
- 28:03mind on another subject by RUBBING A
- 28:09WHY DOESN'T SHE PUT THAT AS put that in
- 28:12here? It would make this actually more
- 28:13believable. Like, well, because up until
- 28:17this point, you're like, and then you
- 28:18read the line.
- 28:19>> And then I started rubbing his like,
- 28:21well,
- 28:22>> all right. I mean,
- 28:23>> that that does actually sound like what
- 28:25she would do to a stranger on the side
- 28:27of the road.
- 28:28>> That that that really does track
- 28:31[laughter]
- 28:38Honestly, Jim, all I did was try to
- 28:41discourage his advances. Okay, [ __ ]
- 28:44Now you just lost us again. You've never
- 28:47turned down advances
- 28:51and he flipped.
- 28:53He tossed the black case and the pot on
- 28:55the hood of my car.
- 28:57I thought you were at the trunk.
- 29:00>> No, no, no. got it out of the trunk and
- 29:02then he started acting strange. So, we
- 29:04could assume they had moved from there.
- 29:12>> No, it's bad narration.
- 29:17>> Are you saying she doesn't make sense?
- 29:19>> I'm I'm saying she's an unreliable
- 29:21narrator.
- 29:26Um,
- 29:28he tossed the black case in the pot on
- 29:30the hood of my car and grabbed my left
- 29:32arm. Couldn't tie my shoes for a damn
- 29:36month. [laughter]
- 29:39It made me mad and scared at the same
- 29:42time. So, I pulled my arm free and said
- 29:45no.
- 29:47That is when he went to open the door of
- 29:49my car. I moved toward him but looked in
- 29:53the little wing window.
- 29:56Ille ill illegible.
- 30:00And he shot my redacted
- 30:03daughter, right? She was daughter.
- 30:07She really was asleep, Jim.
- 30:10But she woke up and raised herself
- 30:11before he shot her again.
- 30:14Yeah, getting shot will tend to wake
- 30:17somebody up.
- 30:20I really don't know who he shot next and
- 30:23I don't see why it matters.
- 30:26Uh because you're the only you're the
- 30:28only witness, Diane.
- 30:30>> That's why it matters.
- 30:32>> He's holding her by the left arm and at
- 30:36the same time he's holding this grown
- 30:38woman, he's also shooting and killing
- 30:43her children.
- 30:44>> No, you're wrong. You missed the second
- 30:46part. grabbed [snorts] the left arm and
- 30:48then she pulled her arm free and said
- 30:51no. So she's not restrained at this
- 30:52point.
- 30:54>> So then get a rock and start bashing.
- 30:57>> No, she just kind of stood there.
- 31:02Why?
- 31:03She Why put in your own story that you
- 31:06were you broke your arm free
- 31:10>> to do nothing?
- 31:12>> Yeah.
- 31:13>> Okay. So, they were at the back of the
- 31:15car.
- 31:16>> Then they're at the front of the car.
- 31:18>> For some reason, he sees, for some
- 31:20reason, he sees a black case or you take
- 31:22out the black case with the gun in it,
- 31:25>> and then he takes it, starts acting
- 31:29weird, then grabs you by the arm, you
- 31:31break free, and his first and shout no.
- 31:34And she shouts no.
- 31:35>> She shouts no.
- 31:36>> And your instinct is to shoot children.
- 31:39Why? Why would he do that?
- 31:43Um, why wouldn't he? They were flirting
- 31:46earlier.
- 31:47>> Maybe he was working for the FBI guys.
- 31:49>> Yeah, it was the FBI guys. Remember, she
- 31:50was out there. Uh, because she's not
- 31:53saying that she wasn't really out there
- 31:55to deliver pictures for her boyfriend,
- 31:58her FBI FBIA guy boyfriend.
- 32:04Um,
- 32:10this this line though, I really don't
- 32:12see who he shot. I I really don't know
- 32:14who he shot next and I don't see why it
- 32:16matters. That's very rep rem reminiscent
- 32:18of the the Nickerbacher taste for me.
- 32:20Like, what is what is the obsession with
- 32:22this damn gun?
- 32:24>> What why is everyone so obsessed with
- 32:27this damn gun?
- 32:28>> I just listened to that again like two
- 32:30days ago.
- 32:33What?
- 32:34Do you know something? I don't know,
- 32:35Nick.
- 32:37Well, damn, Diane. The same caliber gun
- 32:40as the killer of Why don't you know
- 32:43you're muted, Suma?
- 32:46>> She's
- 32:46>> You can hear the ice in his drink.
- 32:48>> Yeah, just clink.
- 32:51>> Yeah.
- 32:52>> And damn, Diane, [laughter] you own It's
- 32:55the same caliber gun as the one that
- 32:57shot your kids. Of course, they want to
- 32:59know where it is. [laughter]
- 33:01I just don't get it. WHAT? WHAT'S GOING
- 33:03ON, NICK?
- 33:03>> I DON'T WANT to know about that damn
- 33:04gun.
- 33:05>> What is the big deal with this? What is
- 33:07the obsession with this gun?
- 33:10Oh [ __ ] Diane.
- 33:13I would I Nick just seems like he would
- 33:17be a cool dude to just sit down and have
- 33:20a smoke or a drink with.
- 33:22>> Yeah, I like him.
- 33:24>> Seems like he would be a cool dude.
- 33:26>> The ding dang gun.
- 33:28[laughter]
- 33:30Well, G Wilkers.
- 33:32>> I just I just don't know. I just don't
- 33:35know.
- 33:36>> Do you know something? I don't know. I
- 33:38just can't figure it out.
- 33:40>> Diane,
- 33:45you're you're in a heap of trouble.
- 33:47They're coming after you. You You ain't
- 33:50doing yourself no good. Not talking to
- 33:52the police.
- 33:53>> No, it wasn't me. I I don't like them
- 33:55guns. I was in N.
- 33:59Well, I I don't know. I could it be
- 34:01Steve? Why would Steve kill you? Shoot
- 34:04your kids. I don't know.
- 34:06>> I don't know.
- 34:08>> I don't know. I'm just saying I don't
- 34:10think he did, but
- 34:13>> I'm not [clears throat] saying I think
- 34:15he did. I'm just
- 34:16>> I'm saying somebody told me this.
- 34:20>> All right. So, back to the letter.
- 34:24All I do know
- 34:27>> no I don't know if you got in the car or
- 34:30not. All I do know allegible saw my
- 34:34daughter my redacted bleeding.
- 34:39I just stood there paralyzed
- 34:42smile. I could see the blood coming out
- 34:45of her teeth and the blood was was
- 34:49coming out of her mouth. Oh, blood out
- 34:50of a mouth. Protected. And I am
- 34:54empathetic.
- 34:57Empathetic.
- 35:01>> Uh, empathetic. Yeah.
- 35:02>> Yeah. I mean, it's sounds ridiculous
- 35:04coming from her, but
- 35:05>> No, in this sentence, Blank and I are
- 35:08empathetic,
- 35:10>> which she's trying to say she feels all
- 35:12the pain that Cheryl feels.
- 35:15>> Yeah.
- 35:17>> So, Cheryl and I are empathetic.
- 35:20What? What is that?
- 35:20>> Meaning they they both can feel each
- 35:22other's pain.
- 35:23>> Mhm.
- 35:24>> Isn't that empathic?
- 35:27>> You're an empath. It comes from the same
- 35:30word, path and m.
- 35:34But empathetic means you feel sorry for
- 35:36somebody. Why would there need to be two
- 35:37people in this
- 35:38>> pain or feelings?
- 35:41>> No. Well, I I just I guess I'm confused.
- 35:43Like there's It would just be I'm
- 35:45empathetic.
- 35:47Yes. She should not have said her
- 35:49daughter's name. I think that's what's
- 35:51throwing you off.
- 35:52>> Yeah. And there and there's no reason to
- 35:54say announce that you're empathetic
- 35:55because most people would assume you
- 35:57are. So when you say
- 35:58>> No, no, no, no. I disagree because there
- 36:01she's saying she might as well have
- 36:03gotten shot [clears throat]
- 36:05because she shares that pain so
- 36:08strongly. It was like the FBIA guy shot
- 36:11her.
- 36:12>> No, that's just being a mother. That's
- 36:14just being a normal mother. That's just
- 36:16being a normal mother. She's talking
- 36:18about it like [laughter] it's a I know.
- 36:21>> Yeah. She's trying to say they have a
- 36:23spiritual bond
- 36:25>> as PKL said.
- 36:27>> Yeah. But that's not wants to know why
- 36:29there are two sumas above ex.
- 36:32>> They're what?
- 36:34>> Oh.
- 36:34>> Oh, yeah. Okay.
- 36:35>> She's saying we're twins.
- 36:40[clears throat]
- 36:40>> Suma. No. Tomorrow. Yeah. I'm going to
- 36:44do a let's get ready tomorrow just in
- 36:46case anyone wants to know.
- 36:47>> Get ready with me. We'll do it.
- 36:49>> One of those RWMs or whatever
- 36:51>> like like uh
- 36:53>> odd twist of fate. Hear me out becomes a
- 36:55makeup guru YouTube.
- 36:57>> Yeah. Here's my outfit of the day,
- 37:01>> right?
- 37:02>> We're just going to do a little
- 37:04little accent here.
- 37:06>> I mean, I got to see that that group of
- 37:09subscribers.
- 37:11That's That's going to be one kinky
- 37:13group of bears right there. I'll tell
- 37:14you what.
- 37:15>> Exactly. [laughter]
- 37:17>> You got your twinks. You got your Donald
- 37:18Ducks.
- 37:20>> What' you say?
- 37:21>> You got [laughter]
- 37:23It's from Silicon Valley. The guy is
- 37:25he's listing through all these like f
- 37:27He's like, "You got your twinks, you got
- 37:28your Donald Ducks." Like, "Well, that's
- 37:30a twink in the Navy." And like
- 37:31[laughter]
- 37:35it's funny.
- 37:38Uh,
- 37:42>> I really don't think my makeup looks
- 37:44that much worse than Diane D. So,
- 37:46>> it really doesn't. The sad part.
- 37:48>> You look better than her, but I mean, I
- 37:50should hope so, you know. [laughter]
- 37:53[snorts]
- 37:54>> Uh, [clears throat]
- 37:57it's almost as if I was
- 37:58>> No, no, no, no, no. I didn't read the
- 38:00second part, but I stopped it empathetic
- 38:03cuz I couldn't get over the stupid.
- 38:05Blank and I are empathetic and I
- 38:08couldn't separate myself from her pain
- 38:10and terror. [laughter]
- 38:12So much blood.
- 38:15It's almost as if I were was a part of
- 38:18her. No, you're her mother. She's a part
- 38:22of you
- 38:25animal.
- 38:27Now you'll probably sit back and say,
- 38:29"Yep, Diane's a real crazy."
- 38:34End quote.
- 38:35But if you illegible, it's only because
- 38:39you've never loved anyone or tried your
- 38:42life up,
- 38:44tied your life up in anyone as much as I
- 38:46did with my kids.
- 38:49It's hard for me to explain how much I
- 38:51love my kids and need them.
- 38:54Unless there's a guy with a on the side
- 38:56of the road that wants to smoke.
- 38:59>> Really? A guy with a [ __ ] anywhere.
- 39:01>> Yeah, we were just flirting. I I love
- 39:03the guys.
- 39:05>> She was flirting with her car. She even
- 39:07takes driving her car as flirtatious.
- 39:11I'll tell you one thing, my car is the
- 39:13least flirtatious thing about me.
- 39:15>> Um, do you not understand a car has
- 39:18headlights?
- 39:19>> Do you not understand? Headlights are a
- 39:21metaphor for breasts. Of course, I was
- 39:23showing him my breasts. My electronic
- 39:26breasts. Maybe she had those things for
- 39:29those the headlights that are like lash
- 39:31eyelashes for the
- 39:34>> Those are pretty flirty.
- 39:35>> I was turning them off and on winking at
- 39:38them. [laughter]
- 39:42>> In fact, I have one of them duct t duct
- 39:44taped down so I can I could do a one eye
- 39:46wink. [laughter]
- 39:50[snorts]
- 39:52It's hard for me to explain how much I
- 39:54love my kids and need them.
- 39:57Well, didn't you say on national TV that
- 40:02kids are so great because you can always
- 40:04have more? So, [laughter]
- 40:07kind of goes against that. Diane,
- 40:11love seems like such an inadequate word.
- 40:15[laughter] Perhaps if you ever want to
- 40:17talk to me again, I could try to explain
- 40:20it. So, is this after the trial then? I
- 40:24believe it is. Okay.
- 40:27November 7th. Yeah, this is after the
- 40:29trial. I think she was convicted mid
- 40:31year.
- 40:37And again,
- 40:39how stupid is it to write a tell all
- 40:42confession to your lawyer after you've
- 40:44lost if this is the truth, right?
- 40:47[laughter]
- 40:49>> Yeah.
- 40:50>> You kind of screwed up.
- 40:54Anyway,
- 40:56when he swung back towards me, I was
- 40:58startled. The gun hit my right hand
- 41:03and the keys did jingle,
- 41:06but he didn't ask for the car. What?
- 41:12Diane.
- 41:18Diane,
- 41:20what are you doing here? Diane,
- 41:25you've removed the carjacking
- 41:28theory now cuz you say it in probation
- 41:31later or
- 41:33>> Yes, she does.
- 41:36>> He didn't say anything because I hate
- 41:38him and I guess he was too mad for
- 41:41words.
- 41:45What?
- 41:48I'm sorry. I can't say why he didn't say
- 41:50anything.
- 41:52This letter is illegible for
- 41:54speculation,
- 41:57but I can say that he looked angry.
- 42:01Diane.
- 42:04Diane.
- 42:06Son of a [ __ ]
- 42:08>> Oh, Diane.
- 42:10>> He just shot your kids. I assume he's
- 42:12angry about something in your story.
- 42:18[clears throat]
- 42:20He's going to grab the left arm again.
- 42:22He grabbed my left arm again and I tried
- 42:25to be illegible free. Break free. Just
- 42:30then I heard the gun fire two times. My
- 42:32arm fell to my side. [clears throat]
- 42:36It may sound strange, Jim, but in that
- 42:39moment I didn't feel fear or hysteria
- 42:42anymore.
- 42:43That is weird, Diane. That
- 42:47Oh,
- 42:49it is very weird to not feel fear or
- 42:52hysteria after hearing gunshots
- 42:55towards your children.
- 42:59I was angry and I guess motivated is a
- 43:03good word for how I felt.
- 43:06He was looking at the gun and I pushed
- 43:09him.
- 43:10Why was he Why was he looking at the
- 43:12gun?
- 43:14I jumped in the car and inserted the
- 43:16keys and left. I have no idea if he fell
- 43:19or what. I wasn't looking at him.
- 43:24So, where did she She hasn't been shot
- 43:26in the arm at this point.
- 43:27>> No, she has not.
- 43:31>> All that we know is [clears throat] that
- 43:32he grabbed her
- 43:34>> left arm and she hit his right arm. No,
- 43:39the gun hit her right hand
- 43:42>> and he got angry.
- 43:43>> And the keys did jingle
- 43:45>> and the keys jingled.
- 43:46>> Diane, you are so stupid. You can't even
- 43:50account for all the facts within your
- 43:51madeup story. Like even in an
- 43:54unbelievable way. You're leaving out
- 43:58provable things that happened that you
- 44:00would not forget if they actually
- 44:01happened. Like being shot.
- 44:04[sighs]
- 44:07I remember very little of the tri trip
- 44:09to the hospital. I recall trying to help
- 44:13re
- 44:16uh
- 44:18one of the kids.
- 44:19>> Yeah. Cheryl. This got to be Cheryl,
- 44:22right?
- 44:23>> Or Christy.
- 44:25>> I think it could have been any of the
- 44:26Well, probably not Danny. Probably
- 44:28Cheryl or Christie. I recall trying to h
- 44:32I I recall
- 44:34I recall trying to help Cheryl and
- 44:37hearing Cheryl cry and telling Christy
- 44:40to wake up or that's probably got that
- 44:42backwards actually. I remember blood and
- 44:45odors in a [music] white fence. Oops.
- 44:53I recall opening the window and then
- 44:56turning into 97.3. Here the jack is
- 45:00back.
- 45:02>> Here's hungry.
- 45:03>> Hungry like the wolf. [laughter]
- 45:06And I stuck my head out the window and
- 45:08my hair was flowing free.
- 45:11>> Now she's driving 6 miles an hour.
- 45:13>> Driving five miles. Well, I was You
- 45:16don't understand
- 45:18exter.
- 45:20[laughter]
- 45:27[singing]
- 45:35[snorts] At any rate, my memory is gone.
- 45:39>> How convenient.
- 45:41[laughter]
- 45:42Actually,
- 45:45as I am innocent,
- 45:47I would say that's decidedly
- 45:50inconvenient.
- 45:53[laughter]
- 45:55>> These are the lucky ones.
- 45:56>> That's a quote from the Sha Shank
- 45:57Redemption. So, as I am innocent of this
- 46:00crime, I would say that is decidedly
- 46:03inconvenient for me that the gun was not
- 46:05found
- 46:08>> at the hospital. I can't say it was very
- 46:11rational. Perhaps I looked cool, calm,
- 46:14and collected to everyone.
- 46:18>> No, you look
- 46:19>> scanner
- 46:20>> who knows me or know me who it probably
- 46:24says who don't know me.
- 46:30My kids needed help in a way I could not
- 46:32help. Where's the pull up? I pulled up
- 46:34and was screaming, "Get the doctor. Get
- 46:36the doctor." Somebody shot us.
- 46:38>> There a doctor in this in this hospital?
- 46:41like go. Do we treat kids with gunshot
- 46:44wounds? I don't know. Now that's
- 46:48>> St. Mary's down the road. We don't treat
- 46:50kids and gunshot wounds here. Sorry.
- 46:56Side tangent here. Second.
- 47:00I I like the uh queserito from Taco
- 47:05Bell. It's a quesadilla that wraps a
- 47:07burrito. Right. Did you see the guy on
- 47:09Instagram?
- 47:11>> No.
- 47:12>> Oh, okay. Continue.
- 47:13>> For some reason, my local Taco Bell
- 47:17rarely is able to do the queserto and
- 47:19then sometimes can do the volcano
- 47:22volcanoita
- 47:24or something. And I'm like, what the
- 47:27hell's the difference? So, I'm
- 47:28wondering, are they pre are they are
- 47:30they being sent
- 47:34like queser like quesadilla wrap things?
- 47:37I the way I took it from the commercial.
- 47:39They're making the quesadilla and then
- 47:40they're making the burrito inside and
- 47:41wrapped around. It's just it's very
- 47:46confusing.
- 47:47>> What's happening?
- 47:48>> No, I'm saying I'm glad you brought this
- 47:50up because really that that's what
- 47:53>> I don't know anything about Taco Bell.
- 47:54So,
- 47:54>> no, no, no. We're talking about you know
- 47:57whether the hospital serves them or not.
- 47:59You got to go down the street just they
- 48:02tr down there, right? I don't get why
- 48:04this Taco Bell can't do a queserita and
- 48:08they can only do a volcanorita
- 48:10or the other one. I I don't get it. It's
- 48:12only different in sauce.
- 48:14>> Probably because God hates you. Same
- 48:16reason that bad things happen to me.
- 48:18>> That's
- 48:20Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Really is. What? Not
- 48:23all Taco Bell is the same. The Queserita
- 48:25is really good,
- 48:27>> right? And that's
- 48:28>> There was a dude on Instagram. He was
- 48:31filming himself eating the queserito
- 48:35every day that it was on the menu at his
- 48:38Taco Bell. He got up to 40 days. He ate
- 48:42it 40 days straight. At least one a day.
- 48:45And he would eat them in one bite
- 48:47sometimes.
- 48:48>> Oh my god,
- 48:49>> they're big. Well, I mean I I So I sub
- 48:52in steak and I do extra rice and I add
- 48:54pico, right? So it's big.
- 48:58He eats it in one bite. This guy must
- 49:00have been massive.
- 49:03>> Big mouth.
- 49:03>> Oh, what's his face? The famous hot dog
- 49:06eating guy. Uh
- 49:07>> oh. Is that him?
- 49:08>> Chestnut.
- 49:09>> No, no, no. Joey Chestnut.
- 49:10>> Oh,
- 49:11>> was impressed by his
- 49:14his queserrito eating abilities.
- 49:16>> Well, I don't So, he gets lucky enough
- 49:19to live around a taco that had it 40
- 49:22days in a row.
- 49:24>> Something like that. Yeah.
- 49:25>> One time.
- 49:29It was delicious.
- 49:30>> But that's cuz you couldn't get it
- 49:32again, right?
- 49:33>> Yeah. It's not It hasn't been available
- 49:35since.
- 49:37>> Okay.
- 49:38>> My life.
- 49:41>> My kids needed help in a way I could not
- 49:44help.
- 49:46She can't treat gunshot wounds.
- 49:49So, I get them to the doctor,
- 49:52but it's hard for me to just turn my
- 49:54life over to someone else and let go.
- 49:58So I used all my strength to hold
- 50:00together so I would be ready when they
- 50:02needed me to help. Couldn't tie my shoes
- 50:05for a damn month.
- 50:09>> I wanted to become a basket case that I
- 50:12I didn't want to become a basket case
- 50:14that the doctor would have to knock OUT
- 50:16BECAUSE I HAVE to be ready and able to
- 50:19support my kids rationally.
- 50:21>> Diane, they
- 50:23>> they wanted you nowhere near those
- 50:25children. You frightened the doctors and
- 50:28nurses.
- 50:29>> You literally lost
- 50:31>> you lost all custodial decisions within
- 50:33like the first day.
- 50:35>> Yeah. [laughter]
- 50:35Like everything was just done. Like do
- 50:38not allow this woman without a police
- 50:41present.
- 50:42>> And that was before to pull the plug.
- 50:45>> Yes, it was.
- 50:47>> You're right.
- 50:48>> Well, her kids were the lucky ones.
- 50:51>> Mhm.
- 50:52>> Yeah. They didn't have to live with the
- 50:54pain of her arm. Yeah.
- 50:56>> Right. And Danny doesn't know the
- 50:57difference. She doesn't know. He's fine.
- 51:01>> So, I just I just don't believe I don't
- 51:05believe that. I I know Danny can walk.
- 51:08He's just, you know, it's his foster
- 51:10parents are telling him he can't walk.
- 51:12It his foster parents in medical science
- 51:15apparently.
- 51:17>> Diane, [laughter]
- 51:20>> he's just young enough where he won't
- 51:21even remember walking. So, it won't make
- 51:23a difference to him,
- 51:24>> you know. All all those fools that John
- 51:26Hopkins is saying he'll have to adjust.
- 51:29He doesn't remember walking.
- 51:32>> Hold on. How old was Nick Nickerbacher?
- 51:34Wasn't he like 30?
- 51:37>> Well, I wasn't doing I was doing a Diane
- 51:39impression there. Did you?
- 51:40>> No, no, no. I know, but I I was
- 51:42[laughter] just going off a different
- 51:43tangent in my mind. And I was thinking,
- 51:45wasn't Wasn't him he only like 30 or 32
- 51:49years old?
- 51:50>> Maybe. But doesn't he seem older?
- 51:52>> Yeah. No, that that was the thing. He
- 51:53like seemed like super like like like uh
- 51:57>> ageless like you can't really
- 51:59>> like like what's his name? Bronson.
- 52:00Charles Bronson like super like man
- 52:05manly like
- 52:06>> amazing man
- 52:07>> you know we're gonna we're gonna be
- 52:08hanging out with Nick Nickerbacher and
- 52:10he's going to be like and I be like
- 52:13that sounds cool dude like what what's
- 52:16up [laughter]
- 52:18and he's like you know I'm
- 52:21Oh I don't got to get more ice. one.
- 52:26>> Dang it, Diane.
- 52:28>> Yeah,
- 52:29>> you boys, you know, you know I'm
- 52:30actually 8 years younger than you.
- 52:33[laughter]
- 52:38Uh, okay.
- 52:43[clears throat]
- 52:46Then of course there was the police
- 52:48force. They needed answers.
- 52:51[snorts]
- 52:53You wouldn't. You didn't want answers,
- 52:55Diane. And I did tell them what I could.
- 52:58I couldn't tell them about my loose
- 53:01morals, which put us in a dangerous
- 53:03situation.
- 53:05>> Oh my god.
- 53:07THIS IS THE SAME [ __ ] SHE'S STILL saying
- 53:1230 years later. You know, I was [snorts]
- 53:15what she she says I'm a careless woman.
- 53:18Isn't that what she says? Like I was I
- 53:19was a careless woman. they're free. Or
- 53:22yeah, like she didn't think of anything.
- 53:23She had no not a care in the world,
- 53:25right? Like wasn't that what it was?
- 53:27>> Or reckless some something
- 53:30>> about like now in prison she has to
- 53:31think about what shoes she's going to
- 53:32wear, but before she didn't think about
- 53:35that.
- 53:36>> Yeah. And and if she hadn't been so
- 53:38reckless or whatever, careless, they
- 53:41never would have been out there because,
- 53:43you know.
- 53:44>> Yeah. But Right. And al but also if she
- 53:47didn't Yeah. if she didn't have her kids
- 53:50with her,
- 53:52>> right? No, that's she was reckless cuz
- 53:54she had her kids out there and was
- 53:56trying to, you know, uh, smoke out
- 53:59>> smoke out some, right?
- 54:00>> Yeah. But she also claimed that she had
- 54:02them with her because she
- 54:04>> I don't know.
- 54:06>> Hey, Kelly.
- 54:09[snorts]
- 54:09>> Hello, Kelly. Oh,
- 54:11>> Kelly has a question.
- 54:13>> Oh.
- 54:16>> Oh,
- 54:17>> no. No. I Where is it? It's very hard
- 54:19for
- 54:19>> I don't It's not It's not here yet.
- 54:22>> Well, that was a premature Poco
- 54:24prematur.
- 54:28>> I don't know if anyone knows this,
- 54:31but
- 54:35>> it is difficult to run a stream
- 54:40on this type of chat.
- 54:42>> Your voice is cutting out, jackass.
- 54:46[laughter]
- 54:49cutting out. Yes,
- 54:54it's [snorts] difficult to run a stream,
- 54:57read a chat in character, read the chat
- 55:00or read a letter in character, read the
- 55:03chat on the side, and bring up
- 55:05reactions. You know what?
- 55:08>> Yeah. Well, that's why I was telling you
- 55:09that has a question. I'm just
- 55:11>> I know, but then you said it like you I
- 55:14said yes. Oh, I said Oh. And you you g
- 55:16kind of gave me a you know you know
- 55:18>> No, I said well she has
- 55:19>> No, I'm going to say a little little bit
- 55:21of disrespect there. Uh
- 55:24>> on his own like I wasn't paying
- 55:25attention.
- 55:26>> Yeah, that's right.
- 55:29>> What? Okay. Well, tell me what a
- 55:31question is when it comes up.
- 55:33>> No.
- 55:35>> Okay. Well, that's
- 55:39>> Oh. Oh, the trial.
- 55:42>> Is it possible to watch the trial? The
- 55:44Diane DS trial. It wasn't recorded.
- 55:47>> Yeah.
- 55:48>> I would love to watch a Diane Downs
- 55:50trial live.
- 55:52>> Yeah.
- 55:53>> Or not live, but you know.
- 55:55>> Well, not not live. You know.
- 55:57>> Yeah.
- 55:57>> Record recorded.
- 55:58>> You know, this happened 40 years ago,
- 56:00right?
- 56:02[laughter]
- 56:04>> What' you say?
- 56:05>> I said, you know, this happened 40 years
- 56:06ago, so it's not going to be live.
- 56:10He didn't mean
- 56:12>> um
- 56:13>> that was the question. So now
- 56:16>> All right. So we can continue.
- 56:17>> Okay, we can continue now.
- 56:19>> All right, we've been allowed.
- 56:20>> And this is the most This This is
- 56:22actually one of the ser letters. That's
- 56:25That's the crazy part.
- 56:26>> The next The next two are They're much
- 56:29shorter, but they're bad [ __ ]
- 56:31>> Bad [ __ ] Crazy.
- 56:32>> Yeah.
- 56:36>> I didn't mean to offend anyone in the
- 56:37chat.
- 56:41Then of course [clears throat]
- 56:45I couldn't tell him about my loose
- 56:47morals which put us in a dangerous
- 56:49situation because I didn't want my
- 56:51parents and the hospital staff and the
- 56:53police to think I was a [ __ ]
- 56:57[laughter]
- 56:59again.
- 57:02Diane, show me 10 men that don't think
- 57:06you're a and we will try and believe
- 57:08you.
- 57:11And I couldn't tell him about the pot.
- 57:14Therefore, I couldn't tell him about the
- 57:15gun.
- 57:17I just don't understand what everyone is
- 57:19so Why is everyone so focused on this
- 57:22damn gun?
- 57:26Is it better with or without this voice
- 57:31adjustment on not? What do you think?
- 57:33What do you guys think?
- 57:34>> That's fine. That's fine.
- 57:36>> This is fine now.
- 57:38>> Yeah,
- 57:38>> this is this is with the adjustment.
- 57:40>> God damn it, Diane.
- 57:42>> Yeah. What? They don't got to find this
- 57:44gun. I mean, it might not even make a
- 57:47difference. I don't know.
- 57:50But I told them where to look and what
- 57:51to look for. I know I sounded very
- 57:55confused and to be truth though I was a
- 57:58mess.
- 57:59It didn't hit me that when they found
- 58:01him they would find about the
- 58:06Oh my god. They would find out about the
- 58:09flirt and the pot and the gun.
- 58:12I just knew. I could not tell them. You
- 58:15didn't think about that, Diane? the fact
- 58:18that they were gonna find out anyway
- 58:19when they found this supposed
- 58:21perpetrator.
- 58:23[snorts]
- 58:24[clears throat]
- 58:28Even when she's saying she's stupid,
- 58:30it's stupid.
- 58:33As time passed, and not very much of it
- 58:36at that, the police and everyone else
- 58:40found out about my attraction to men.
- 58:44[snorts]
- 58:45>> [music]
- 58:48>> I never knew she was attracted to men.
- 58:51>> Yes.
- 58:56I'm just imagining [laughter] like the
- 58:58the super comical version of Diane DS
- 59:01where you know the text is walking up
- 59:03and as soon as she's walking towards him
- 59:05she's grabbing his dick. [laughter]
- 59:09[snorts] He's like whoa. She's like,
- 59:12"Everyone in the office likes it when I
- 59:14grab the like what? That's how I greet
- 59:18men."
- 59:21>> Damn it, Diane.
- 59:23[snorts]
- 59:25[laughter]
- 59:26>> Or she's talking to the detectives in
- 59:28the hospital. They're like, "We need to
- 59:30sit for you." And she's like, "Can you
- 59:31get me coffee?" And like me and she's
- 59:33like, "I'll suck your
- 59:36[laughter]
- 59:37like she's just constantly
- 59:41Yeah. I don't She's so not sexual. Like
- 59:45she's such so not
- 59:47>> she doesn't there's nothing like sensual
- 59:49or sexy about her, right?
- 59:51>> Well, I think she was very clearly
- 59:53trying to go for the Princess Diane.
- 59:56Like
- 59:56>> it's not the look, it's the whole vibe.
- 1:00:00>> No, no, no, no, no. I'm not saying she's
- 1:00:02anywhere close to Princess. I'm saying
- 1:00:04that was she she was a she was striving
- 1:00:07for that. She was like, "Oh, Princess
- 1:00:09Diane has short hair. Like, I'll cut my
- 1:00:11hair short, but she doesn't realize like
- 1:00:14she's a grotesque monster." That is
- 1:00:16>> right. But I'm not talking about her
- 1:00:18looks even. I'm just saying that
- 1:00:19considering she was so sexually charged,
- 1:00:22she was not a very sexual seeming
- 1:00:24person. Like,
- 1:00:25>> no, she wasn't.
- 1:00:26>> You know, she there's nothing sexy about
- 1:00:28her looks aside.
- 1:00:30Like, there's nothing.
- 1:00:32>> Why would her looks have Oh, you mean
- 1:00:34she didn't dress provocatively like I
- 1:00:37mean, she didn't act in a way that is
- 1:00:39sexual.
- 1:00:40>> But but apparently in
- 1:00:41>> What are you talking about? She was she
- 1:00:43was screwing people all over.
- 1:00:45>> But that's actual screw screwing. I
- 1:00:48don't think
- 1:00:48>> Okay. Well, okay. So, you're saying
- 1:00:50she's like, you know, LIKE SURPRISE,
- 1:00:53jumping on their dick.
- 1:00:55>> I don't know. Well, I don't know. But
- 1:00:57I'm just saying that there's not she's
- 1:00:58not very
- 1:01:00she doesn't I couldn't even real
- 1:01:03flirting because I heard her phone calls
- 1:01:05with what's his name? But she just
- 1:01:08doesn't she's not a very like
- 1:01:11sexy person.
- 1:01:12>> She's not attractive.
- 1:01:14>> She's an aggressively sexual person.
- 1:01:18>> Best way I can put it.
- 1:01:19>> She She's very ugly and not attractive.
- 1:01:22>> You keep This is like talking to
- 1:01:24>> Yeah. You're You're going down the
- 1:01:26attractiveness route. We're talking
- 1:01:27about like sexuality.
- 1:01:29>> No, but you're you're talking about
- 1:01:30these all we have are public videos. We
- 1:01:33have no idea what she said in private.
- 1:01:35So the thing I was saying is in small
- 1:01:38sacrifices it said she would often wear
- 1:01:40like a cut off tank top with her breasts
- 1:01:45just hanging out with no bra and you
- 1:01:47know working in the post office lifting
- 1:01:49bottoms.
- 1:01:49>> The nipples are half out or something.
- 1:01:51>> Yeah already man was a woman that kind
- 1:01:54of sexuality.
- 1:01:55>> And then like at lunch hey you want to
- 1:01:57have lunch together I'll suck your
- 1:01:59>> I think that's exactly Yeah.
- 1:02:02when she went after Nick, it was Nick
- 1:02:04and another guy and the other guy said
- 1:02:08no or something like that or maybe she
- 1:02:12bang. She probably did have sex with
- 1:02:14them cuz everyone did. But once that was
- 1:02:17done, she was like, "Okay, now I'll go
- 1:02:18for Nick."
- 1:02:20>> Okay. But my argument would be that you
- 1:02:23said, Suma, that she doesn't seem very
- 1:02:25sexual. I would argue that wearing a
- 1:02:28tank top with half your nips sticking
- 1:02:29out and then saying like, "Hey, you what
- 1:02:31are you doing for lunch? I'll suck your
- 1:02:33is very sexual."
- 1:02:35>> Yeah. I didn't mean sexual. What I first
- 1:02:37said is is um Well, maybe I did say
- 1:02:39that, but I mean appealing, like
- 1:02:42sexually appealing.
- 1:02:43>> Yeah, she's ugly.
- 1:02:46>> Okay. [laughter]
- 1:02:47>> No, no, no. Go. I No, I'm saying it. She
- 1:02:49She does not exude sexuality because she
- 1:02:52looks like Skeletor.
- 1:02:55like she looks like a crib.
- 1:02:57>> While it is much harder to be sexy when
- 1:03:00you're not good-looking, it's not
- 1:03:02impossible. You can still have a
- 1:03:03sensuality about your person. That's all
- 1:03:06I'm saying.
- 1:03:06>> Yes.
- 1:03:08>> Maybe we can agree on this. She wasn't
- 1:03:10sexy. She was just explicit. How about
- 1:03:13that?
- 1:03:13>> Yeah, she was Well, she was aggressive.
- 1:03:17>> I could go for that.
- 1:03:18>> Aggressive, obviously. But, you know,
- 1:03:20>> I mean, it's it's probably the same as
- 1:03:21like, you know, the uh like the
- 1:03:2350year-old or not 50, sorry, not 50,
- 1:03:2680year-old
- 1:03:28that's hooking on the street that has
- 1:03:30been doing it for 50 years and she's got
- 1:03:32no she's got dentures in out on the
- 1:03:34Vegas strip or she's like a second for a
- 1:03:37carton of cigarettes or something,
- 1:03:39right? That's not very sexual, right?
- 1:03:41You would not look at her and be like,
- 1:03:42"Oh my god, she's sexy." But she's very
- 1:03:45explicit and forward. Forward. How about
- 1:03:47that? She's very forward maybe in
- 1:03:49private.
- 1:03:50>> Oh, she knows what she wants.
- 1:03:52>> Yeah.
- 1:03:53>> I mean, look, she climbed over a fence.
- 1:03:56>> So,
- 1:03:56>> for Yeah.
- 1:03:59>> Yeah. I'm I'm so glad I did not grow up
- 1:04:02in the 80s then. She was considered very
- 1:04:04beautiful back. I I don't know. I don't
- 1:04:06get that though because there's lots of
- 1:04:09like Okay. Why were the M if that is
- 1:04:12true?
- 1:04:12>> She was ever considered beautiful.
- 1:04:14>> Yeah. I I I don't get that because if
- 1:04:16you if that was true, why do none of the
- 1:04:18people in the 80s movies like that are
- 1:04:21with like the uh
- 1:04:22>> the like the sex exploitation movies
- 1:04:25like Porky's or whatever like you know
- 1:04:27the or uh Fast Times at
- 1:04:30>> Bridgemont High?
- 1:04:32>> Why don't any of the sexy
- 1:04:35actresses in those movies look like her?
- 1:04:40>> It It's not sexy. Diane is beyond sexy
- 1:04:45>> and and it's true. I know that um
- 1:04:48horrific heirloom says that Steve Bishi
- 1:04:50is sexy to her without being
- 1:04:52traditionally handsome, which I have
- 1:04:55friends who agree with you. And I will
- 1:04:57say that
- 1:04:57>> that's men though.
- 1:04:58>> That's men. Yeah, men can get away with
- 1:05:00looking like Steve Buchi,
- 1:05:02>> right?
- 1:05:03>> And they're still sexy. Women, not so
- 1:05:05much.
- 1:05:06>> Right.
- 1:05:10And if you're a terrible person like
- 1:05:12Devin Shrivever,
- 1:05:14the
- 1:05:14>> I knew that was going to come up. The
- 1:05:16itty bitty titty committee.
- 1:05:19>> Yeah, of course we're going to go down
- 1:05:20this rabbit hole.
- 1:05:22>> Where? I haven't seen my son.
- 1:05:26Okay, let's get through the rest of this
- 1:05:28and move on to the fun stuff. Um,
- 1:05:33where did I leave off?
- 1:05:38Yes, you're
- 1:05:38>> I think this is it, right?
- 1:05:40Attraction to men.
- 1:05:43>> Yeah, everyone's shocked. She's
- 1:05:45attracted to men.
- 1:05:46>> By then, it was impossible for me to go
- 1:05:49back and retract my halftruth.
- 1:05:52And as far as I'm concerned, and still
- 1:05:54am, it doesn't re really matter why I
- 1:05:58stopped.
- 1:05:59Whether it be for
- 1:06:06or a monster
- 1:06:08any of those three. [laughter]
- 1:06:13That's why I didn't tell them the rest.
- 1:06:17Then everyone almost was SAYING THAT I
- 1:06:21WAS THE ONE WHO SHOT MY KIDS. Oh my god.
- 1:06:25[laughter]
- 1:06:26Wait.
- 1:06:32Uh I
- 1:06:35she says then almost every everyone
- 1:06:38almost was saying I would rephrase that
- 1:06:41to
- 1:06:43then almost instantly everyone was
- 1:06:45saying that I shot [laughter]
- 1:06:47was the one who shot my kids.
- 1:06:50And then they said it was Steve's gun
- 1:06:52that was used.
- 1:06:54I don't understand what the what is the
- 1:06:56obsession with his gun.
- 1:06:59>> [clears throat]
- 1:06:59>> God damn
- 1:07:01Diane, it's the same caliber of the
- 1:07:03shooter.
- 1:07:06[laughter]
- 1:07:10You told me you had it last week. You
- 1:07:12You told me it was in the trunk before
- 1:07:15you moved up here. You had it.
- 1:07:19I don't know why everyone's so concerned
- 1:07:21about this gun.
- 1:07:24Therefore, that was proved I was
- 1:07:27Therefore, that proved I was guilty.
- 1:07:30Yeah, you did. [music]
- 1:07:37Well, by that time, it wouldn't have
- 1:07:39mattered if I had wanted to risk losing
- 1:07:42my job by telling about the pot and
- 1:07:45explaining what happened because they
- 1:07:46would have used the gun against me.
- 1:07:50What is the deal with this gun? God damn
- 1:07:54Diane.
- 1:08:02I was afraid, Jim. Afraid of what people
- 1:08:05would think of me. Ironic, isn't it? I
- 1:08:09didn't want everyone to know. I didn't
- 1:08:12everyone to
- 1:08:14I didn't want everyone to know I had
- 1:08:16loose morals. Didn't Didn't she say
- 1:08:20above
- 1:08:22that people assumed she had loose
- 1:08:24morals?
- 1:08:25>> No, she didn't want people to assume it.
- 1:08:28>> Yeah, she didn't want people to assume
- 1:08:29she had loose Well, that's an assumption
- 1:08:31if you do have loose morals.
- 1:08:35What is wrong with you, Diane?
- 1:08:38>> Uh,
- 1:08:40is ridiculous anyway. The whole the
- 1:08:42whole thing is ridiculous.
- 1:08:43>> Yeah, it's just so you didn't need to do
- 1:08:45any of this. It's like Chandler Hollison
- 1:08:48cutting up his parents. You were going
- 1:08:50to get convicted. You don't need to say
- 1:08:52any of this, Diane. You're done.
- 1:08:54>> It's also rid What I was thinking of
- 1:08:56actually is that it's ridiculous that,
- 1:08:59you know, if this was a man, he wouldn't
- 1:09:01be worried about the loose morals. And
- 1:09:03considering the fact that she was quite
- 1:09:05aggressive sexually, she really
- 1:09:07shouldn't that should not even be
- 1:09:08concern of hers.
- 1:09:11>> Well, actually, it would have played
- 1:09:12better into her defense of saying, "No,
- 1:09:14I was a whore." Yeah,
- 1:09:16>> I was I was dating every I didn't have
- 1:09:17an obsession with this dude down there
- 1:09:19who didn't want kids. I was literally
- 1:09:23sucking every
- 1:09:26in the Portland metro area. Every single
- 1:09:30I could get my hands on. I was all over.
- 1:09:33So I didn't care about this guy. Why
- 1:09:35would I KILL MY KIDS FOR THAT?
- 1:09:38THERE WAS ALL OVER THE PLACE.
- 1:09:40>> All the wrong things. There's like 50%
- 1:09:42of us in this county that have and I was
- 1:09:45all over them.
- 1:09:48>> Especially if they're married.
- 1:09:50>> Yeah. I mean I Well, it's a little
- 1:09:52smaller. It's like 25 30% are married.
- 1:09:56That makes it more interesting. But
- 1:10:03>> hi, Blue River.
- 1:10:06>> Yeah, [snorts] she was fast.
- 1:10:09I didn't want everyone to know I had
- 1:10:11loose morals and now they think I'm a
- 1:10:13murderous
- 1:10:16murderer.
- 1:10:19>> I I think murderous is out of fashion,
- 1:10:22right?
- 1:10:22>> Sex here.
- 1:10:26>> 42y old letter.
- 1:10:28>> Yeah.
- 1:10:29>> Yeah.
- 1:10:29>> It's all because I wouldn't own up to my
- 1:10:32real faults.
- 1:10:34Well, then I redeemed you to help my
- 1:10:37daughter. Ended up needing you myself.
- 1:10:43But by the time I needed you, I
- 1:10:46respected you and looked up to you. I
- 1:10:49didn't want you to think of me as a liar
- 1:10:50or a weakling.
- 1:10:53So what did I do to cover the lies? Lies
- 1:10:56some more.
- 1:10:58[laughter]
- 1:11:00Oh man, Diane, you got yourself in such
- 1:11:02a pickle now.
- 1:11:06But I can't stand it anymore. You can
- 1:11:09only keep it up for so long before it
- 1:11:11becomes like a bile in your throat.
- 1:11:17Pretty sure bile. Well, stomach bile, I
- 1:11:20guess. Whatever.
- 1:11:21>> Yeah, you could go up.
- 1:11:23>> I've gotten to the place that I can't
- 1:11:25even look at myself anymore.
- 1:11:28You proved yourself not only a good
- 1:11:30attorney but a friend. And I can't
- 1:11:33escape the feeling that if I never
- 1:11:36confess the lies,
- 1:11:38then I have used you. And I can't live
- 1:11:41with that on my conscience forever.
- 1:11:44So here I am asking you to forgive me
- 1:11:47for being a liar in a [ __ ]
- 1:11:50>> You're a very good actor tonight.
- 1:11:52>> I'm ashamed of myself and I don't
- 1:11:55deserve it. Thank you so much.
- 1:11:58>> You're welcome.
- 1:11:58>> But I truly hope you can forgive me. And
- 1:12:01I just want you to know that anytime you
- 1:12:04come down to the jail, I'LL SUCK YOUR
- 1:12:06[laughter]
- 1:12:07>> YEP.
- 1:12:10YEP. And if you could go ahead and
- 1:12:14into a little baggie for me and then
- 1:12:16hand me the little bag
- 1:12:20cuz that's the thing about kids. You can
- 1:12:22always have more
- 1:12:25>> [snorts]
- 1:12:26>> I'll suck your
- 1:12:29and put everything else behind.
- 1:12:32I know I told you many things and I had
- 1:12:35all kinds of explanation for all kinds
- 1:12:37of things and I'm sorry and I wish I had
- 1:12:43never omitted a part about the truth. I
- 1:12:45wish.
- 1:12:48Well, it's all behind me now.
- 1:12:51But I'm sorry. Doesn't seem like enough,
- 1:12:54but I am sorry.
- 1:12:58Attached are 20 coupons for sucking
- 1:13:02that you can redeem at any time you come
- 1:13:06down here. Jim,
- 1:13:08your wife doesn't need to know.
- 1:13:12Respectfully, Diane.
- 1:13:15And that's the letter. The infamous
- 1:13:19letter.
- 1:13:21>> Bravo.
- 1:13:24Yeah. Um,
- 1:13:26do you happen to have any of the letters
- 1:13:29uh
- 1:13:31like available to present yourself? The
- 1:13:33ones you typed up?

- 1:13:49myself, but then uh can't find him
- 1:13:53necessarily.
- 1:13:55>> Um,

- 1:14:18you for asking.
- 1:14:21We can curse, Winter Lake.
- 1:14:25>> Um, yeah, you can curse in the channel
- 1:14:28you want. I don't give a [ __ ] Uh,

- 1:14:33somebody was asking.
- 1:14:35>> Yeah, because I wasn't I wasn't active
- 1:14:37on my bleep button. I I I apologize for
- 1:14:40it and I figured
- 1:14:41>> Oh, is that what it was?
- 1:14:43I mean, I just don't I think it's
- 1:14:45interesting that this is where they
- 1:14:46choose to
- 1:14:48>> make a stand.
- 1:14:50>> Yeah. Against foul language like
- 1:14:52>> Well, but I mean like I only did like I
- 1:14:56I've been bleeping myself out. I think
- 1:14:58the only thing I did in the last call

- 1:16:59sharing my drive because that's a lot of
- 1:17:03dickpicks of Lauren. [laughter]
- 1:17:05>> No, all you have to do is share the
- 1:17:08document.
- 1:17:09>> That kind of
- 1:17:09>> You don't have to share all the
- 1:17:11dickpicks. [laughter]
- 1:17:13>> Just share the document.
- 1:17:14>> All or nothing kind of guy.
- 1:17:17Oh my god.
- 1:17:18>> I can't get it to show just one thing.
- 1:17:21Hold on. Let me
- 1:17:22>> download it locally and then just share
- 1:17:24that.
- 1:17:25>> Email it to you from our text.
- 1:17:26>> It won't it won't do it. It only shares
- 1:17:29an entire screen.
- 1:17:31>> Okay. Like hold on. Maybe I can do this
- 1:17:34here.
- 1:17:35>> Which is I mean if people want to see
- 1:17:38Mr. Penis, who am I to stop them?
- 1:17:42But this is way more than you were
- 1:17:43probably bargaining for.
- 1:17:45>> Yeah. Yeah. We don't we don't need any
- 1:17:46of that. No,
- 1:17:47>> I think I've got them right here. Hang
- 1:17:48on.
- 1:17:52>> Uh,
- 1:17:55>> yes. Share the window.
- 1:17:58Damn it.
- 1:17:59>> No, I just got to open it in the right
- 1:18:00order. Okay, here's 10 2110.
- 1:18:05Um,
- 1:18:12tell you what.
- 1:18:14Do you want to read this? So,
- 1:18:16>> I'll read it. It's fine.
- 1:18:18>> All right. We're We're doing the 10.
- 1:18:22>> Oh, I have your handwriting.
- 1:18:25>> No, that's not the right one.
- 1:18:34This is the one with the crazy
- 1:18:37with the crazy um like
- 1:18:41>> they're both nuts.
- 1:18:43>> Well, no, it it's it's the crazy like
- 1:18:46you have to map it out and be like, what
- 1:18:48is going on? Like
- 1:18:52like the relationship between all these
- 1:18:54people in this story doesn't make any
- 1:18:56sense.
- 1:18:58Uh, why is this enable editing? Okay.
- 1:19:03Doc X share screen. Share screen window.
- 1:19:07Here we go. Got it. Got it. Got it. Got
- 1:19:10it. Got it. Got it. Got it.
- 1:19:20All right. There you go.
- 1:19:23>> October 21st, 2010. Honorable in
- 1:19:26reference to Rebecca Babcock, Diane DS,
- 1:19:30honorable members of the parole board.
- 1:19:34>> Can I Can I stop you?
- 1:19:35>> I'll try to keep this brief.
- 1:19:37>> Okay. I was just about to say like, are
- 1:19:40you going to attempt an impersonation?
- 1:19:42Yeah. Go ahead.
- 1:19:43>> Do the same.
- 1:19:45>> I'll try to keep this brief since my
- 1:19:47dad's stroke. Typing is difficult for
- 1:19:50him. So, I'll not ask him to type this
- 1:19:52for me. and I'm aware my handwriting is
- 1:19:55taxing.
- 1:19:58The purpose of this letter is to clear
- 1:19:59up what is quickly becoming a national
- 1:20:03misconception.
- 1:20:05When Betty Ruiz called me in early
- 1:20:07September, she asked about the sudden
- 1:20:10appearance of your daughter. first in
- 1:20:13August 2006,
- 1:20:152 years before my first parole board
- 1:20:18hearing and again in Glamour magazine
- 1:20:21and on 2020 just months before my second
- 1:20:24parole board hearing.
- 1:20:27I speculate there is a method to
- 1:20:29someone's madness and told Miss Ruiz so
- 1:20:32while assuring her the girl is not my
- 1:20:36child.
- 1:20:40Then the first week of October, Dr.
- 1:20:43Schulty, the psych assigned to evaluate
- 1:20:46me, again wanted to know how I felt when
- 1:20:49your daughter made her debut. The doctor
- 1:20:52didn't try to hide her belief that I was
- 1:20:56lying when I said
- 1:20:59that isn't my daughter. That is
- 1:21:01someone's attempt to discredit me
- 1:21:03because they know Babcock is not my
- 1:21:06daughter and they know I'll deny her and
- 1:21:09they know the public will want to
- 1:21:10believe I'm lying, etc., etc.
- 1:21:14>> All right, hold on. Hold on. No,
- 1:21:17[clears throat]
- 1:21:18you very publicly had this baby when you
- 1:21:21were in jail. Like it it's it's very
- 1:21:25easy to prove that this Okay, you gave
- 1:21:28birth to this baby. this baby went over
- 1:21:30to this foster family or whatever,
- 1:21:32right? And was renamed this other
- 1:21:34daughter, right? And I'm sure they
- 1:21:36showed that on 2020. And the public has
- 1:21:40no problem believing you are lying,
- 1:21:44Diane, because you're your entire MO is
- 1:21:47lying.
- 1:21:48>> Believing you're telling the truth would
- 1:21:49be tough.
- 1:21:50>> Yeah, exactly.
- 1:21:54But in truth, the scam goes deeper than
- 1:21:58that. The con artists are hoping I'll
- 1:22:01produce my real child born June 27th,
- 1:22:051984 to prove Babcock isn't mine.
- 1:22:10When Rebecca, whose name means call out
- 1:22:13to battle, the Ecclesiastic first wrote,
- 1:22:16"She asked me who her father was, I said
- 1:22:20we'd need to have our DNA tested first
- 1:22:22to make certain whether or not she was
- 1:22:24my child before I reveal the secret.
- 1:22:29identity of Amy's father. I knew she was
- 1:22:33an impostor then.
- 1:22:35Babcock, whose name means Babington, the
- 1:22:39leader or father who led an army to
- 1:22:42destroy King Henry VIII's daughter,
- 1:22:44Elizabeth I, said she absolutely has no
- 1:22:48interest in doing a DNA test with me.
- 1:22:52She just wanted to know who's my daddy.
- 1:22:56>> All right, stop it for a sec. I I love
- 1:22:58like it's already very very very
- 1:23:03paranoid thinking here like what why are
- 1:23:06you think like Rebecca means call out to
- 1:23:09battle like that matters.
- 1:23:12>> It's all an elaborate plot.
- 1:23:14>> I know it's all it's
- 1:23:19>> I know what you're doing. You're coming
- 1:23:21after me with somebody called Rebecca
- 1:23:24Rebecca.
- 1:23:26He's call out to battle
- 1:23:28>> the leader of father.
- 1:23:29>> What's she doing with that? The meaning
- 1:23:31of names.
- 1:23:32>> She's saying
- 1:23:33>> that it's all a conspiracy.
- 1:23:35>> Yeah, she she's she knows what
- 1:23:37everyone's doing. She knows, you know,
- 1:23:39the gig is up. She knows what they're
- 1:23:42trying to do. They're trying to make
- 1:23:46like a fool of her because
- 1:23:49>> But she doesn't know what a bad look it
- 1:23:51is for her to be so nasty about someone
- 1:23:54who thinks that they might be her
- 1:23:55daughter. No, this is her proving her
- 1:23:57innocence.
- 1:23:59>> Okay.
- 1:24:02>> I made four offers, all of which were
- 1:24:05rejected by Rebecca Babcock, which leads
- 1:24:08me to speculate she knows she is not my
- 1:24:10child.
- 1:24:12Unfortunately, she isn't bright enough
- 1:24:14to realize the people who put her up to
- 1:24:17pretending to be me, to be Amy, don't
- 1:24:20care about her. And if they can't cash
- 1:24:23in on the farce one way, they'll do it
- 1:24:25another.
- 1:24:26>> Now, you know, the other reason why she
- 1:24:28would turn down all your offers for a
- 1:24:30DNA test is cuz she knows you're her
- 1:24:32mother, [laughter] right? That would be
- 1:24:34the other reason you would be like, "No,
- 1:24:36I'm not going through any DNA [ __ ]
- 1:24:38Tell me who my dad is."
- 1:24:39>> I also don't think that's what Rebecca
- 1:24:41means. But,
- 1:24:43>> and also Diane didn't want a DNA test,
- 1:24:46>> right? She didn't want
- 1:24:47>> There's no proof she requested it. Yeah.
- 1:24:50>> What do you mean Rebecca didn't want
- 1:24:51that? What are you talking about?
- 1:24:52>> Diane didn't want it.
- 1:24:54>> No. Suicide. Rebecca didn't want that.
- 1:24:56No,
- 1:24:56>> no, I said I don't think that's what
- 1:24:57Rebecca means. I think it means uh like
- 1:25:01captivating or bound to someone or
- 1:25:03something like that.
- 1:25:04>> Oh, the the meaning of the actual name.
- 1:25:06>> I don't think it's come to battle or
- 1:25:08call to battle.
- 1:25:09>> Well, I think it it can mean whatever it
- 1:25:11was.
- 1:25:11>> It might be in the Old Testament. I I
- 1:25:13don't know.
- 1:25:14>> Or lunatic.
- 1:25:14>> In the Old Testament, it means
- 1:25:15captivating or to be tethered to
- 1:25:17someone. captivating or to be tethered.
- 1:25:20>> Okay.
- 1:25:20>> Which actually kind of works better.
- 1:25:23>> Yeah.
- 1:25:24>> I haven't studied the Torah. Wait, you
- 1:25:26just uh
- 1:25:29>> Wait, where did it go? Why did it go
- 1:25:31down?
- 1:25:31>> I don't know. Where did it go?
- 1:25:38>> The hell?
- 1:25:40Why is it uh
- 1:25:46Streamyard? Thank you, Streamyard. Thank
- 1:25:48Thank you, Streamyard.
- 1:25:51>> Oh my god, I don't know. Streamyard.
- 1:25:54>> Don't forget, we're also talking about a
- 1:25:56woman who's possibly
- 1:25:58the aist to Romania.
- 1:26:01>> Yeah,
- 1:26:01>> possibly. I would say there's a very,
- 1:26:03very strong chance of that.
- 1:26:10>> Yeah. Okay, here we go. Go ahead.
- 1:26:13>> Thank you, Wendy. Wednesday.
- 1:26:15>> In January 2007, inmate Katrina
- 1:26:19Mullholland showed me the exact photo
- 1:26:21sent to me by Babcock in August 2006.
- 1:26:25Moleholland said that was her
- 1:26:27sister-in-law, who was divorcing her
- 1:26:30husband, that Dawn had two children with
- 1:26:33Jack Moleholland, and that according to
- 1:26:37the embittered venomous diet tribe,
- 1:26:40Katrina said Dawn would lose everything.
- 1:26:45I believe Babcock is also the pregnant
- 1:26:49girl who testified in the case of the
- 1:26:51state of California versus Pashelle and
- 1:26:54Perkins Mullholland codefendant.
- 1:26:57The young woman testified that she was 7
- 1:27:00months pregnant on August 22nd.
- 1:27:02>> Wait, wait, wait, wait. I thought this
- 1:27:03other this started. Okay, no, this is
- 1:27:06the same kind of [ __ ] Crazy. Okay,
- 1:27:08sorry. Go ahead. when she ordered Steve
- 1:27:10Shane to leave her house with Mole
- 1:27:12Hullen, Pashelle, and Perkins. The next
- 1:27:16morning, Shane was found beside the
- 1:27:19road, tortured and murdered.
- 1:27:27>> I mean, she just in introduced so many
- 1:27:31characters at this point, right? We now
- 1:27:35have Rebecca, who's actually Dawn, who
- 1:27:38is the daughter-in-law or sister-in-law,
- 1:27:40excuse me, of Mullholland, Katrina
- 1:27:44Mullholland, who just so happened
- 1:27:48>> I thought it was just so happened to
- 1:27:50have a court case against the state of
- 1:27:52California.
- 1:27:53>> No, I thought Katrina was
- 1:27:56the sister-in-law.
- 1:27:58>> Yes. To Dawn.
- 1:28:00>> Yeah. And Katrina happened to end up
- 1:28:04being a cellmate of
- 1:28:08Diane.
- 1:28:09>> Yes.
- 1:28:10>> I mean that I mean
- 1:28:12>> it's incredible. It's incredible. But
- 1:28:14the FBI guys don't have any way to end
- 1:28:18this. They will go all out to put an end
- 1:28:22to
- 1:28:24Diane.
- 1:28:25>> Well, here's the thing. like the you
- 1:28:28might hear that and be like, "Well, this
- 1:28:30is crazy. Why Why would you think
- 1:28:35why would we believe that uh somebody
- 1:28:38that's randomly paired with you happens
- 1:28:41to be the sister-in-law of Dawn,
- 1:28:45who is faking being your daughter and
- 1:28:49was also connected to the murder of your
- 1:28:51children?"
- 1:28:52>> Well, no, the the answer the answer is
- 1:28:54it it goes all the way to the top. And
- 1:28:56it continues because Mull Holland was a
- 1:28:59co-defendant
- 1:29:02in the state of California versus
- 1:29:04Pashelle and Perkins.
- 1:29:06>> She was seven months pregnant when Dawn
- 1:29:10Dawn/Rebecca
- 1:29:12Babcock ordered the murder and torture
- 1:29:16of Steve Shane.
- 1:29:18>> Yeah.
- 1:29:23story like that's got to be true.
- 1:29:26[laughter]
- 1:29:32>> Clearly,
- 1:29:33>> I like how she doesn't she doesn't even
- 1:29:35say here that like she knows what
- 1:29:37happens to Shane. She just knows that he
- 1:29:38was found murdered. I'm not saying that
- 1:29:41they did, but hey, don't you think it's
- 1:29:44a little weird he was found murdered?
- 1:29:47>> Clearly, Babcock doesn't think this will
- 1:29:50happen to her, too. But I fear it will.
- 1:29:53People made a lot of money, hundreds of
- 1:29:56millions of dollars from my daughter's
- 1:29:58death and my imprisonment.
- 1:30:01How much more money would these people
- 1:30:04make if they could convince some silly
- 1:30:06girl to claim to be Diane DS's daughter?
- 1:30:10Then if they murder her son the way they
- 1:30:13murdered my daughter, and if they then
- 1:30:15frame Rebecca the way they frame me,
- 1:30:18that $200 million revenue would triple.
- 1:30:27>> I mean,
- 1:30:28>> incredible.
- 1:30:30>> Yeah. I mean, it it's kind of obvious
- 1:30:33when you think about it.
- 1:30:34>> This is airtight. This is airtight.
- 1:30:35>> It It's obvious when you think about it.
- 1:30:37Like there's there's money in, you know,
- 1:30:39uh,
- 1:30:41pharma. Sorry, one second. Just got to
- 1:30:45grab my vape here.
- 1:30:49[snorts]
- 1:30:50>> There's money in uh, big pharma,
- 1:30:54oil.
- 1:30:55>> Yeah, big pharma's involved. Oil
- 1:30:58>> big tech. No, no, no, no, wait, wait,
- 1:30:59wait. Big tech.
- 1:31:00>> New AI companies, they're all involved
- 1:31:02in this. Yeah, AI and uh the other one
- 1:31:07uh you know what was the one we
- 1:31:09identified earlier big big uh big
- 1:31:13textbook big big
- 1:31:15>> big suitcase
- 1:31:16>> big big publisher
- 1:31:18of reading books and that kind of stuff
- 1:31:20but uh the the shadow giant is big child
- 1:31:24murder
- 1:31:26right like people are just getting
- 1:31:28trillions of dollars off of murdering
- 1:31:31kids
- 1:31:33just like Lauren is
- 1:31:34>> hundreds of millions
- 1:31:37>> just like Lauren is always so upset that
- 1:31:40you know 100 million $100,000 an episode
- 1:31:44is a hell of a lot of a motivation
- 1:31:48to catch guys that are you know
- 1:31:51vulnerable
- 1:31:53right that's the whole reason to catch a
- 1:31:56predator was going after predators
- 1:31:58because it's big money
- 1:31:59>> yeah and she
- 1:32:02>> and she
- 1:32:04>> But I mean now you may say to yourself
- 1:32:09>> want to kill this other little boy
- 1:32:15>> for $200 million
- 1:32:16>> Don's
- 1:32:18child. However, there is proof because
- 1:32:22Rebecca is 26. Her son Christian is
- 1:32:26seven. When I was still 27 and my
- 1:32:30daughter Christianne 8, we were shot. My
- 1:32:34fear is that Cheryl's murderer will kill
- 1:32:38Christian next year when Rebecca's 27
- 1:32:41and her son is eight.
- 1:32:49>> You got rid of it again?
- 1:32:50>> No, it's it's [ __ ] streamyard,
- 1:32:54dude. It's not me stopping it. It just
- 1:32:57stops.
- 1:32:59So,
- 1:33:04close this. Open it again.
- 1:33:07Um,
- 1:33:09yeah, because like just like it it's
- 1:33:12almost like a good murder mystery,
- 1:33:14right? You know, that that's the perfect
- 1:33:16age to kill a kid,
- 1:33:20right? that that that age difference of
- 1:33:22okay the mother's this that we we've
- 1:33:24done all the demographics
- 1:33:26uh [laughter]
- 1:33:29we got to kill the kid at this age when
- 1:33:31the mother's this age that parallel will
- 1:33:34be very nice be very neat
- 1:33:41why is it
- 1:33:44hate stream so much
- 1:33:49doesn't want appear here.
- 1:33:51>> Oh, we have a troll. That's nice.
- 1:33:54>> Yeah.
- 1:33:54>> Who Who's the troll
- 1:33:56>> in the in the chat?
- 1:33:58>> No. [clears throat] Who is it?
- 1:34:00I'm not reading.
- 1:34:00>> Call them out because then it gives them
- 1:34:02publicity.
- 1:34:04>> I can't.
- 1:34:05>> Give me a hint.
- 1:34:07>> It's It starts with a D.
- 1:34:11>> Oh,
- 1:34:13>> why would anyone troll this stream?
- 1:34:15>> I don't know.
- 1:34:16>> I can't get rid of them.
- 1:34:18Oh, I Desawn Tigley.
- 1:34:21>> You know Deshawn Tigley.
- 1:34:24>> No. Sounds like a stupid name.
- 1:34:26>> I'm trying to
- 1:34:28>> Is that Is that English for
- 1:34:34eat [ __ ]
- 1:34:37>> I mean, I'm trying my best here.
- 1:34:38>> No, no, no, no, no, no. This is what I
- 1:34:40do. I I normally go on streams that I do
- 1:34:44not like the content and complain in the
- 1:34:48chat rather than going and watching
- 1:34:50>> my ability to get rid of people.
- 1:34:53>> What?
- 1:34:54>> Never mind. You You wouldn't do that.
- 1:34:57>> Oh, no. No. I want to f No. Here's the
- 1:34:59thing.
- 1:35:01Uh
- 1:35:03there's a reason they're here. That your
- 1:35:05boyfriend Winter Bob. So, obviously this
- 1:35:09is somebody that has an issue with
- 1:35:10Winter.
- 1:35:12Is this Winter Stalker? That's That's
- 1:35:14what I'm trying to uncover. Why Why are
- 1:35:16you here? And
- 1:35:17>> Oh, so you think this is tied to Diane
- 1:35:19DS?
- 1:35:21>> No, I think it's tied to Winterlake.
- 1:35:23This guy is obsessed with Winter League
- 1:35:25probably. I don't know.
- 1:35:27>> Or obsessed with Diane DS.
- 1:35:32>> Yeah, you can go ahead and ban him.
- 1:35:34[clears throat] He's not He's Wait, ban
- 1:35:36him. He's not a mod. I can't.
- 1:35:39>> He's not a mod.
- 1:35:41You can't ban him.
- 1:35:43>> I can't get rid of him. No.
- 1:35:45>> Oh my god. Does he figure out the
- 1:35:47Matrix? Let me Okay, one second.
- 1:35:49[laughter]
- 1:35:52>> Damn it, Diane.
- 1:35:53>> While I'm figuring out how to ban this
- 1:35:55guy,
- 1:35:57I will tell you the nemesis story.
- 1:36:00This is as good a point as ever.
- 1:36:02>> Someone did it.
- 1:36:03>> Oh, Katrina the dancer did it.
- 1:36:05>> Thank you. Oh, so did someone else.
- 1:36:07But I don't know because now I'm on I
- 1:36:09went through YouTube to see if I could
- 1:36:10do it there, but no.
- 1:36:12>> Yeah. Well, you can't do it in
- 1:36:13StreamYard.
- 1:36:15>> I've done it in StreamYard before.
- 1:36:17>> Really?
- 1:36:18>> Yeah.
- 1:36:18>> Huh. I've never done it.
- 1:36:22>> Interesting.
- 1:36:24>> Damn it, Diane.
- 1:36:30Uh,
- 1:36:36we're almost done.
- 1:36:37>> Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:36:40>> I told her to get away from those
- 1:36:41people, but she decided she was special
- 1:36:44and sold my letters for her partners.
- 1:36:47She is stupid, but I can't just stand by
- 1:36:51when I fear for her life. Now, what
- 1:36:54could be the proof? I know Diane's going
- 1:36:56to have proof. So, I expressed my
- 1:36:58concerns to Amy's, my real daughter's
- 1:37:01father. His family quickly found a
- 1:37:04Rebecca Babcock lookalike to put in the
- 1:37:07enclosed Toyota ad, telling Babcock's
- 1:37:11partners that everyone deserved to be
- 1:37:14safe.
- 1:37:16It is a waste of time to hurt.
- 1:37:18>> I remember this.
- 1:37:20>> Go ahead. Sorry. I will not expose my
- 1:37:22children to save hers, but the serial
- 1:37:25killers will not be able to profit from
- 1:37:27Christian's death either. Please put
- 1:37:30this Rebecca Babcock lie to rest for
- 1:37:33that dear little boy's sake.
- 1:37:36Respectfully,
- 1:37:37Diane DS.
- 1:37:38>> So, when when you get to this point, you
- 1:37:41just obviously you're like, "What the is
- 1:37:45she talking about?
- 1:37:46>> Why did Toyota come up?"
- 1:37:48Then you look at the picture
- 1:37:50>> and then then you look at the picture,
- 1:37:52but I already had it in the back of my
- 1:37:54brain at this point. You're like, "Oh my
- 1:37:57god, is this just a Toyota ad?" And
- 1:38:00we'll go down here.
- 1:38:05So what exactly did she say?
- 1:38:08>> Everyone deserves to be safe. So they're
- 1:38:10threatening Christian. No, but she's
- 1:38:13saying that this is
- 1:38:16the
- 1:38:18this is Rebecca Babcock
- 1:38:19>> left kid
- 1:38:21>> lookalike. No, this is the lookalike of
- 1:38:23Rebecca Babcock
- 1:38:26>> through a magazine telling her
- 1:38:29>> to be everyone
- 1:38:30>> everyone deserves to be safe.
- 1:38:33>> But but it was set up by Amy's real
- 1:38:37father. Like so they went out and did
- 1:38:39the ad campaign for it. They contact So
- 1:38:42Amy's real Toyota.
- 1:38:44>> Yeah. Reached out to Toyota and said,
- 1:38:46"Hey, we're going to run an ad campaign
- 1:38:48for you." Um, saying, "Everyone needs to
- 1:38:51be safe."
- 1:38:53[ __ ] Stupid chair.
- 1:38:56Everyone deserves to be safe
- 1:38:59and we need you to hire this specific
- 1:39:01actress that looks like our daughter.
- 1:39:03[laughter]
- 1:39:06>> It's genius. Really?
- 1:39:07>> No. Looks like the impostor. Cuz Rebecca
- 1:39:09Babcock is the imposttor, right?
- 1:39:13So, it's an impostor of an impostor.
- 1:39:17>> No, that they're saying this is this is
- 1:39:20how they're contacting Rebecca Babcock
- 1:39:23>> and
- 1:39:24>> by hiring a lookalike of her to be in a
- 1:39:27Toyota magazine ad.
- 1:39:29>> Yes.
- 1:39:30>> Saying everyone deserves to be safe,
- 1:39:32which Rebecca Babcock will obviously see
- 1:39:34and go, "Oh, I get it. That that actress
- 1:39:37looks like me. [laughter]
- 1:39:42This is incredible.
- 1:39:45>> Do you want to have a labbotomy, Diane?
- 1:39:48You sound so insane in these letters.
- 1:39:53>> Do you want to go to a mental hospital?
- 1:39:58[sighs and gasps]
- 1:40:01Okay,
- 1:40:04that's it. We finished that one.
- 1:40:07>> Oh, actually, no. What it is is it's a
- 1:40:11message to the people that are putting
- 1:40:12Rebecca up to it.
- 1:40:15That's what it is.
- 1:40:18And of course,
- 1:40:18>> but at the same time, I think it's also
- 1:40:20a message to Diane.
- 1:40:24>> No, Diane just happened to notice it,
- 1:40:26but they thought they they can't put it
- 1:40:28out in the open, [clears throat] right?
- 1:40:30So, they were they were trying to do it
- 1:40:33discreetly because if they said if they
- 1:40:34ran a full page ad saying Rebecca
- 1:40:37Babcock
- 1:40:39or don't hurt Rebecca Babcock's do son
- 1:40:42or child, right? That'd be too obvious
- 1:40:45and Diane Dans would see it.
- 1:40:48>> Yeah. D that would never work for Diane.
- 1:40:50>> Yeah. So they had So they had to kind of
- 1:40:52like do it, you know, discreetly, but
- 1:40:55unfortunately,
- 1:40:58you know, Diane's just too goddamn
- 1:41:00smart.
- 1:41:01>> She is.
- 1:41:03>> Diane's incredibly sharp.
- 1:41:06She's the sharpest light bulb in the
- 1:41:08crayon box.
- 1:41:10>> Yeah.
- 1:41:10>> Okay, let me bring up the next one.
- 1:41:18Stream doesn't like that.
- 1:41:21Doesn't acknowledge it exists. It's
- 1:41:23weird cuz I have uh approximately four
- 1:41:26different word documents up here and
- 1:41:31>> the only one it doesn't want to show.
- 1:41:34Oh, go ahead.
- 1:41:35>> The only thing it offered me was to
- 1:41:37share my entire screen, which is why I
- 1:41:39was saying people are about to see a lot
- 1:41:41of
- 1:41:41>> window and tab.
- 1:41:44>> Why does it not allow
- 1:41:48>> showing this word document?
- 1:41:49>> And also Stanley Kendall's dick, which
- 1:41:53if you think Lauren's dick is bad,
- 1:41:55>> let me tell you something.
- 1:41:56>> I don't know who that is. He was another
- 1:41:59predator on To Catch a Predator that the
- 1:42:01same catfish. Uh, Ember and Fiero.
- 1:42:04>> I'm sure there's one decent dick in that
- 1:42:07whole crowd.
- 1:42:08>> Oh, well, uh, Nickelodeon guy's dick.
- 1:42:11Nickelodeon guy had a
- 1:42:14>> He was blessed. That That boy Yeah, that
- 1:42:17boy was
- 1:42:18>> surprising.
- 1:42:19>> He was
- 1:42:21>> I'm [clears throat] going to try to
- 1:42:22print two.
- 1:42:22>> Want to be in the same zip code as that
- 1:42:24thing.
- 1:42:26>> It does not. And Lurch also Lurch uh
- 1:42:29Travis Fowler who was arrested.
- 1:42:31>> Oh god. That guy. Yeah.
- 1:42:33>> Uh his dick also was on the healthy
- 1:42:37side.
- 1:42:38>> Yeah. But but Nickelodeon guy's dick I
- 1:42:41mean I've seen pretty much all the
- 1:42:43Predators dicks. Uh that dick
- 1:42:49>> it was scary. It's a it's a fierce it
- 1:42:52was it put the fear of God in you. No,
- 1:42:56>> this is ridiculous that I can I cannot
- 1:42:59share the one thing I want to share.
- 1:43:05If [clears throat] I email this to you,
- 1:43:07Suma, can you maybe share?
- 1:43:09>> I can try. I can try.
- 1:43:11>> Okay, go ahead. Try share the December
- 1:43:12one.
- 1:43:14>> Let's see. I'm telling you, Streamyard.
- 1:43:17See, it's being
- 1:43:18>> pissy for you, too.
- 1:43:19>> It's being insanely stupid here. like
- 1:43:23it. There's only one thing I want to
- 1:43:25show and it won't give me the option to
- 1:43:28show it. It gives me the option for
- 1:43:30everything else.
- 1:43:31>> I'll just go ahead and just close drive
- 1:43:33so that there's not even an accident of
- 1:43:35that. And uh we'll go here [snorts] and
- 1:43:40here
- 1:43:43and
- 1:43:43>> Oh, maybe it might Let me do this.
- 1:43:46[clears throat]
- 1:43:47Upload.
- 1:43:47>> All right. If if you pop me up, I think

- 1:43:50>> on on on a second.
- 1:43:52>> This might this might be working. One
- 1:43:54second.
- 1:43:56>> Rate the rate the Predator D's Derek.

- 1:44:04That dick was
- 1:44:07that that was a
- 1:44:09>> not getting any bigger.
- 1:44:10>> It was a tripod
- 1:44:12[snorts]
- 1:44:14>> to like the bottom ones. You know,
- 1:44:16Lauren's kind of in the middle. Just he
- 1:44:19think Lauren thinks his his dick is like
- 1:44:21the greatest of all dicks and it's
- 1:44:23really just a
- 1:44:25>> This is all that I see on screen right
- 1:44:27now.
- 1:44:28>> That's fantastic.
- 1:44:30Where at the very bottom you have people
- 1:44:32like um what was Allen? Allen something.
- 1:44:37He he that that guy's dick.
- 1:44:42>> People are questioning your dickpick
- 1:44:44collection.

- 1:45:48a arrow or above document data.
- 1:45:52>> No, I don't see that.
- 1:45:53>> Look on the left side. It says
- 1:45:55documents.

- 1:46:20good. That's good.
- 1:46:25>> Oh yeah, this one is
- 1:46:27>> this one is insane. This is the one we
- 1:46:29needed to add the
- 1:46:31>> the circles and the in the strings.
- 1:46:36[snorts]
- 1:46:37>> Shall I
- 1:46:38>> go for it?

- 1:47:10write down who the people are?
- 1:47:11>> It's working now. It's working. It's
- 1:47:14working now. I think
- 1:47:16yours is working.
- 1:47:18>> She and her friends even saw the man's

- 1:49:05desire to let sleeping dogs lie,
- 1:49:07>> what am I to do when I am constantly
- 1:49:10reduced to being the dog's breakfast?
- 1:49:14I can forgive 70* 7. My family can
- 1:49:18forgive 70* 7, but enough is enough
- 1:49:22already.
- 1:49:24In 2001, a girl claiming to be the
- 1:49:27daughter of Chick Iverson emptied a $10
- 1:49:30million mansion of every item that was
- 1:49:34not nailed down and sent it to Bend,
- 1:49:37Oregon. She and her friends even stole
- 1:49:40the man's fish, 19 koi.
- 1:49:45Shortly after the furniture was hauled
- 1:49:47away, Danny Dor D. Rosier, who drove one
- 1:49:52of the moving vans, began saying he
- 1:49:54needed to go to the police to confess.
- 1:49:58>> I'm playing, by the way, I'm playing

- 1:50:19Sherry D. Rosier
- 1:50:22upon her return from court where her
- 1:50:24life sentence was revoked and she was
- 1:50:27given 18 years and the authorities were
- 1:50:31given information and the koi [laughter]
- 1:50:35like they just handed the bag of fish.
- 1:50:38>> But then who's Danny Drosia? Oh, I see.
- 1:50:41Okay. But who's Chick Iverson? Oh, it's
- 1:50:43a pseudonym for
- 1:50:44>> the daughter. the daughter. It's a
- 1:50:47pseudonym.
- 1:50:48>> I I
- 1:50:50there there's no point in taking notes
- 1:50:51on this. [laughter]
- 1:50:53>> No, a girl. So, a girl claiming to be
- 1:50:56the daughter of Chick Iverson is is
- 1:50:58Dawn, who is actually Rebecca Babcock,
- 1:51:01who's the fake Amy.

- 1:51:18>> No.
- 1:51:20>> Related to Danny D. Rosier.
- 1:51:22>> No, not related to Danny.
- 1:51:24>> D Roier's mansion that she and that she

- 1:51:31>> No, they were the robbers.
- 1:51:33>> Was a robber.
- 1:51:34>> Sher D. Roier and her husband robbed the

- 1:52:41right? Cuz it's koi. Wait, wait, wait.
- 1:52:42Cuz it's koi and they stole his koi
- 1:52:45fish.
- 1:52:47Get it?
- 1:52:49>> Yeah, I got it. I got it from from the
- 1:52:51beginning that I get. But I [laughter]
- 1:52:56>> Explain it to Suma. Explain it to Suma.

- 1:53:18[sighs]
- 1:53:18>> God, it's it's like they never thought
- 1:53:21they'd be caught when it's so obvious.
- 1:53:23>> But who is Chick Iverson really? What's
- 1:53:25his real name?
- 1:53:26>> It's a pseudonym.
- 1:53:28Who isn't chickson?
- 1:53:30>> That's
- 1:53:32Don. No, it's Don's father who is
- 1:53:34obviously behind the murder of uh Diane
- 1:53:38D's kids in 1983.
- 1:53:40>> Yeah.
- 1:53:42>> Nobody has said that the music is too
- 1:53:44loud. So, I will keep playing it. Go
- 1:53:46ahead.
- 1:53:49>> The attack was not just financial. It
- 1:53:52felt personal.
- 1:53:54The girl who together with her friends
- 1:53:57moved all of the possessions to Ben,
- 1:53:59Oregon, then took up residence in the
- 1:54:02empty mansion. Katrina Mull Holland
- 1:54:05moved into the maid's quarter. That's a
- 1:54:08house built separate from the main
- 1:54:10residence.
- 1:54:11>> Can I just ask why would you remove all
- 1:54:13the furnishings and everything from a
- 1:54:15house and then move into it? [laughter]
- 1:54:18>> Well, they're not your furnishings. No,
- 1:54:20no, but I mean I mean like if you're
- 1:54:23living there, nobody's kicking you out,
- 1:54:24right? So why move all the expensive
- 1:54:26stuff?
- 1:54:26>> What if you're caught with it?
- 1:54:28>> Maybe it's not their style.
- 1:54:30>> They just want to be They just brought
- 1:54:33some sleeping bags in.
- 1:54:34>> I'm not sure I'm not sure we can ask too
- 1:54:36many questions about the story.
- 1:54:38>> Like, oh, I really wish we had a
- 1:54:40dishwasher. No, we moved it out.
- 1:54:42[laughter]
- 1:54:43>> I wish we had someplace to sit. We get
- 1:54:45some folding chairs in here. [laughter]
- 1:54:49On August 22,
- 1:54:52>> on August 22nd, 2002, a man allegedly
- 1:54:56called Steven Shane was beaten,
- 1:55:00tortured, bound, and murdered at this
- 1:55:03residence. Katrina Mullholland plead
- 1:55:07plead guilty for which she was sentenced
- 1:55:10to 12 years on August 21st, 2006.
- 1:55:14Katrina's two codefendants had opted for
- 1:55:18jury trials and after being convicted
- 1:55:21received life sentences.
- 1:55:24>> Okay, so I have a question here.
- 1:55:27He she was convicted to understand.
- 1:55:30>> No, she was convicted of a murder with
- 1:55:32an alias. Like they didn't know who the
- 1:55:34victim was.
- 1:55:36[laughter]
- 1:55:37>> Well, he was allegedly called Steve
- 1:55:39Shane.
- 1:55:39>> Yeah.
- 1:55:40>> You don't know that for sure.
- 1:55:41>> Yeah. So they they went to trial for
- 1:55:44well our alleged our our victim's name
- 1:55:46is allegedly Steve Steven Shane. We
- 1:55:50don't know who he is. Uh but you know
- 1:55:54go ahead and write up that indictment
- 1:55:57but it was Katrina Mland who lived in
- 1:56:00the maid's quarters.
- 1:56:01>> Mhm.
- 1:56:02>> Yes, that's correct. I'm
- 1:56:03>> guilty.
- 1:56:05>> Okay, good.
- 1:56:07Also, and I think it's a little too
- 1:56:09loud. Hear me out.
- 1:56:12At least for me it is. The music's a
- 1:56:14little loud. Yeah. Okay, good. Also,
- 1:56:17>> oh, that it's interesting that the music
- 1:56:19volume here changed. Okay, go ahead.
- 1:56:22>> Also, in August 2006,
- 1:56:24Rebecca Babcock was writing to me to
- 1:56:28claim she is my daughter.
- 1:56:31She sent three photos, one of which was
- 1:56:34of her holding a baby born in September
- 1:56:372002.
- 1:56:38I knew she was not my daughter, but was
- 1:56:41curious to know if she knew who was
- 1:56:44stalking my real daughter. It didn't
- 1:56:48take long to discover she was a better
- 1:56:50con than I am perceived, so I cut her
- 1:56:54game off.
- 1:56:57In interim of that correspondence,
- 1:57:00Katrina Mullholland was transferred to
- 1:57:03prison, processed through receiving, and
- 1:57:06placed in my cell. Okay, so
- 1:57:11here's where it gets here's where it
- 1:57:13gets strange.
- 1:57:15>> What's strange about this?
- 1:57:17>> Katrina Mholland.
- 1:57:19>> Yes.
- 1:57:20>> Sister-in-law is Dawn is Rebe Rebecca
- 1:57:23Babcock.
- 1:57:24>> Correct. That's how Rebecca's tied to
- 1:57:26all this,
- 1:57:27>> right? Katrina Mullholan, if you
- 1:57:30remember,
- 1:57:32uh, plead guilty to the murder of the
- 1:57:35alleged
- 1:57:37>> Steven Shane.
- 1:57:38>> Correct.
- 1:57:39>> Um, and then her codefendants
- 1:57:42went to jury trial, got life in 2006.
- 1:57:47Dawn, aka the sister-in-law,
- 1:57:51right? sister-in-law of Rebecca of
- 1:57:54Christ Christina uh Katrina Moleholland
- 1:57:57was writing her already.
- 1:58:00Uh
- 1:58:02but this is before she was convicted.
- 1:58:07>> Why is this addressed to Oprah?
- 1:58:11[laughter]
- 1:58:12>> Why wouldn't it be?
- 1:58:14>> Asks.
- 1:58:15>> And also Steven Shane was the truck
- 1:58:18driver. Correct. That's from the last.
- 1:58:20>> No, no, that was Do doier.
- 1:58:23Danny Doseier was one of the people
- 1:58:25driving the fans and then other person
- 1:58:28was murdered afterwards.
- 1:58:30>> Oprah did interview her, but that has
- 1:58:32nothing to do with this, right?
- 1:58:34>> No.
- 1:58:35>> No. Uh,
- 1:58:38okay. Go ahead.
- 1:58:42On January 22nd, 2007, she showed me
- 1:58:46photos of her sister-in-law, Dawn, and
- 1:58:49said if her codefendant, Linda Pickle,
- 1:58:52did not win her appeal, she'd tell
- 1:58:55everything she knew about the case and
- 1:58:57give names no one knew.
- 1:59:01I don't know if she was referring to
- 1:59:03Dawn, but I told her I already knew
- 1:59:06Dawn's name was Rebecca Babcock.
- 1:59:15So, if that was her big news, Babcock
- 1:59:19beat her to it by sending me the photos
- 1:59:21first.
- 1:59:23>> So, I I I I really don't understand
- 1:59:25this. Like, no.
- 1:59:27>> What is What is this plot?
- 1:59:31I mean, a minute ago you were telling me
- 1:59:34>> Okay, I get it. I get it. I get
- 1:59:35[laughter] it. I get it. I get it. I get
- 1:59:38it.
- 1:59:39I get it. Wait, here. Here it is. Here
- 1:59:41it is. Here it is. Here it is.
- 1:59:46[clears throat]
- 1:59:46Katrina Moholland
- 1:59:49was transferred to prison, placed in the
- 1:59:51cell of Diane DS.
- 1:59:54and Katrina Moholland's co-acmplaces
- 1:59:57were going to name names of who was
- 2:00:00involved which included Dawn so which is
- 2:00:03Rebecca Babcock and Rebecca Babcock knew
- 2:00:06this and was like oh my god I cannot
- 2:00:10have
- 2:00:11uh my sister-in-law and their
- 2:00:13codefendants
- 2:00:15snitch to my to Diane DS so I better
- 2:00:19tell Diane DS that I'm her daughter so
- 2:00:22she won't you know, be a become a prison
- 2:00:25snitch.
- 2:00:27>> I get it now.
- 2:00:28>> I don't know.
- 2:00:30>> No, I think that's what she's going for.
- 2:00:32It's It's stupid as But that's what
- 2:00:34she's going for,
- 2:00:39>> right? Because Babel.
- 2:00:42>> Yeah. Go, go, go.
- 2:00:45>> It was by Katrina's brother. Jesus. It
- 2:00:49was hard to tell if this news obser
- 2:00:52because she was already in an agitated
- 2:00:55state, but she named no other names and
- 2:00:58showed no other photos in all the time
- 2:01:01she knew me.
- 2:01:02>> Okay.
- 2:01:04>> In February 2007, Katrina told me that
- 2:01:08Dawn, who was pregnant by Katrina's
- 2:01:11brother, was chatting with a man named
- 2:01:14Steve Miller.
- 2:01:15>> Hold on a sec. Wait, wait one second.
- 2:01:17One second.
- 2:01:22Steve Miller is an
- 2:01:23>> Didn't we just hear in the sentence
- 2:01:25above? Did she not just say she named no
- 2:01:28other names and now Katrina names a new
- 2:01:31name [laughter] in the next sentence?
- 2:01:33>> Yes, but that was later on.
- 2:01:35>> Yeah, but she she was in all the time
- 2:01:38she she named no other names in all the
- 2:01:40time she knew me. And then next sentence
- 2:01:42she told me a new name.
- 2:01:45>> Come on,
- 2:01:46>> Diane. Follow your own plot. Go ahead.
- 2:01:51And that Dawn lured the man to her house
- 2:01:53so her husband could punish him for
- 2:01:56asking questions that were none of his
- 2:01:58business. I said, "What a stupid girl.
- 2:02:03Doesn't she know how jealous men get?
- 2:02:06>> Steve could have been really hurt. Why'
- 2:02:09she say anything to her husband at all?
- 2:02:12She was the one online, too." Wait,
- 2:02:15wasn't his name Steve Shane above?
- 2:02:18That's
- 2:02:19>> tell her husband about every girl she
- 2:02:20was [ __ ]
- 2:02:21>> Steve Shane was killed.
- 2:02:23>> No, Steve Shane was the
- 2:02:25>> beaten, tortured, and murdered.
- 2:02:27>> No, allegedly call Steve Shane.
- 2:02:31>> We don't really know if that's Steve
- 2:02:33Shane.
- 2:02:33>> No, it's an alias for Steve Miller.
- 2:02:35>> We still don't really know.
- 2:02:37>> No, we do. This is what she's This is
- 2:02:39what
- 2:02:40>> she Don't you think it would make sense
- 2:02:42for her to specify that? So you you
- 2:02:45you're connecting it now and saying that
- 2:02:47Steve Shane is actually Steve Miller all
- 2:02:51along.
- 2:02:52>> What I'm Go ahead. Go ahead.
- 2:02:54>> No, no, no, no,
- 2:02:55>> no, no, no. Go ahead. I I know what
- 2:02:56you're going to say. Say it now. I have
- 2:02:58an answer for you.
- 2:02:59>> No, I don't know if I don't know what
- 2:03:00I'm saying. I was going to say, but how
- 2:03:01could he how could this happen if he was
- 2:03:03dead? If he's dead. But I guess she's
- 2:03:05This is
- 2:03:06>> No, she's talking about something that
- 2:03:07happened back in 2001.
- 2:03:09>> Okay. No, 2007.
- 2:03:12No, she this is confessed in 2007.
- 2:03:15>> She's told her this is so stupid.
- 2:03:18>> And the reason she's doing it is saying
- 2:03:21the guy was Steve Shane. It was a as an
- 2:03:24alias, right? And now saying this is a
- 2:03:26guy named Steve Miller. She she you know
- 2:03:29this is her standard MO, right? She's
- 2:03:31like I'm not I'm not saying like she's
- 2:03:33trying to leave all these breadcrumbs
- 2:03:35thinking everyone else is an idiot.
- 2:03:37>> Yeah. It's all hearsay,
- 2:03:39>> which is what she does all the time.
- 2:03:41all.
- 2:03:41>> Yeah. She And then they be like, "Oh my
- 2:03:43god, the guy's alias was Steve Steve
- 2:03:47Shane."
- 2:03:48>> People are always
- 2:03:48>> And then this guy was named Steve
- 2:03:50Miller.
- 2:03:52>> What if Steve Shane is Steve Miller? OH
- 2:03:54MY GOD. DIANE'S RIGHT.
- 2:04:00>> I mean, but none of this ma makes any
- 2:04:02sense at all. Like
- 2:04:03>> No, but she's gonna she's going to leave
- 2:04:04more breadcrumbs by saying Steve Miller
- 2:04:07died in the same way that Steve Shane
- 2:04:09did. Go ahead. We're not under the
- 2:04:11problem. Suma. Suma.
- 2:04:13>> Yeah.
- 2:04:13>> Suma. Suma.
- 2:04:15>> Mhm.
- 2:04:15>> The problem is we're not seeing this as
- 2:04:18the fourdimensional chess that it is.
- 2:04:21>> Right.
- 2:04:23>> I just saw myself again in the mirror
- 2:04:24and and I'm wearing this silver wig, all
- 2:04:28this mascara on my face.
- 2:04:29>> We can see you.
- 2:04:31>> Yeah, we see you. It's It's
- 2:04:34>> This is This is worse than the uh
- 2:04:36ponytails. No, nothing is better than
- 2:04:39the pony.
- 2:04:39>> What if I Uber to the gas station? I
- 2:04:41don't remember to uh take off the
- 2:04:43mascara.
- 2:04:44>> That's all.
- 2:04:45>> I just got to paint my fingernails black
- 2:04:47before
- 2:04:49>> then you would fit it,
- 2:04:49>> right? You'll be fine.
- 2:04:50>> I'm like, "Oh god, I'm so deep." A
- 2:04:53>> You live in the Pacific Northwest for
- 2:04:55Christ's sakes.
- 2:04:56>> Yeah. Like, oh,
- 2:04:58>> I saw I did a live the other night and
- 2:05:00played a body cam where this guy fell
- 2:05:02asleep in his car and the cops
- 2:05:03approached him and when he
- 2:05:04>> Oh, that guy. Yeah.
- 2:05:06When he stepped out of the vehicle, he
- 2:05:08was wearing
- 2:05:10long.
- 2:05:10>> He was ravishing.
- 2:05:12>> Yeah. A whole like tight lace slip and
- 2:05:16garters and stockings. He was
- 2:05:18>> And then the top was so nice to him.
- 2:05:21>> Yeah.
- 2:05:21>> And wait, what?
- 2:05:22>> No makeup. Like, but that was it. It was
- 2:05:24just the outfit. Like he was he
- 2:05:27>> No, I'm saying like what's the problem?
- 2:05:28Like like that has that's like a normal
- 2:05:31>> Oh, no. No, no. The problem was he was
- 2:05:32piss drunk and then the cop stops him,
- 2:05:35lets him go.
- 2:05:37>> Yeah. Well, it says to him, "Find a
- 2:05:38ride. I'll leave you. Just get make sure
- 2:05:40you get a safe way home or walk home or
- 2:05:42he didn't want him to walk home like
- 2:05:43that, I guess,
- 2:05:44>> or anything." Yeah.
- 2:05:45>> Yeah. Anyway, he drove he was stopped
- 2:05:47again by the same cop and that's when he
- 2:05:50was asked to step out of or I guess
- 2:05:52again step out. Then they arrested him,
- 2:05:54whatever it was.
- 2:05:56[snorts]
- 2:05:56>> But they let him go.
- 2:05:58>> Oh, sorry. gets link to where I think.
- 2:06:01>> I'm not sure.
- 2:06:02>> Jordan Redmond says uh or $4.99. Thank
- 2:06:05you very much. I left out ex Dexter I
- 2:06:08mean ex Derek in my last super chat. Oh,
- 2:06:10you got me good.
- 2:06:19>> Katrina said she knew what she was
- 2:06:22doing. She manipulated the whole thing.
- 2:06:25She lured him and got off on knowing she
- 2:06:29has that kind of power over all our
- 2:06:31lives. I said, "What? You don't mean
- 2:06:34this Steve Miller really came to her
- 2:06:36house?" Katrina said, "I just told you
- 2:06:40he did." I asked, "What happened?"
- 2:06:43Katrina said, "I don't want to talk
- 2:06:46about it."
- 2:06:46>> For somebody that doesn't remember stuff
- 2:06:48verbatim, she's really narrating this
- 2:06:50like it is.
- 2:06:51>> Yeah. [laughter]
- 2:06:52a first person encounter recall.
- 2:06:56Go ahead.
- 2:06:58>> Until and just that,
- 2:07:01sorry. And just that fast the door was
- 2:07:05closed. I didn't get another glimpse
- 2:07:07into that world until March 5th, 2007
- 2:07:11when
- 2:07:12>> what a month a month later. Okay. Okay.
- 2:07:16>> From February 2007.
- 2:07:17>> Yeah. From February to March. Just I
- 2:07:20didn't get another glimpse till a month
- 2:07:22later. [laughter]
- 2:07:23Go ahead. When Katrina asked me to read
- 2:07:27her sister's appallet brief and write a
- 2:07:30postconviction appeal petition for her.
- 2:07:33>> That's the most unbelievable part of
- 2:07:35this, by the way.
- 2:07:37>> That someone would want her to
- 2:07:39>> want her to read something and and write
- 2:07:40a write
- 2:07:42>> an appeal petition.
- 2:07:43>> Yeah.
- 2:07:44>> Well, but is her sister at this point
- 2:07:46Dawn?
- 2:07:48Cuz Don's her sister-in-law. Now she's
- 2:07:50saying her sister. So is this another
- 2:07:52person we don't know?
- 2:07:53>> No, I think that's another person.
- 2:07:55>> Is this one of her codefendants? Why did
- 2:07:57she mention there was a sister above?
- 2:08:01This is just another person.
- 2:08:05>> I'm I'm shocked she was convicted of
- 2:08:08murder with
- 2:08:10>> her ability to keep
- 2:08:14>> Go ahead.
- 2:08:14>> All of this is a matter of public
- 2:08:16record. You can go online to read it all
- 2:08:19for yourselves.
- 2:08:21The singular issue I want to deal with
- 2:08:24here is the fact that an 8-month-old
- 2:08:27pregnant woman on August 22nd, 2002
- 2:08:31ordered Katrina and her codefendants to
- 2:08:35take Steven Shane away from the house
- 2:08:38after which he was shot and his body
- 2:08:41dumped. But the evidence is that he was
- 2:08:44beaten and tortured before he left the
- 2:08:46house.
- 2:08:47>> No, wait, wait, hold on, hold on, hold
- 2:08:49on, hold on, hold on, hold on. Diane,
- 2:08:53you you have
- 2:08:56you you you've not introduced this
- 2:08:58before here because you've talked about
- 2:09:00Steven Miller before this.
- 2:09:05How? Okay, I get it. I get it. I get it.
- 2:09:08>> She's thinking Bill is Steve. I know
- 2:09:12she's she's she's assuming we're not
- 2:09:15going to make the conclusion that Steven
- 2:09:17Miller was Steven Shane. So, she's just
- 2:09:19going to put this in there like like any
- 2:09:22good writer so that we know this. And
- 2:09:26then so it was
- 2:09:29Dawn who ordered this this killing,
- 2:09:32right?
- 2:09:34>> That's correct. Yes. Don, who is Rebecca
- 2:09:37Babcock, who is falsely impersonating
- 2:09:41Diane D's daughter,
- 2:09:43>> Amy. Yes.
- 2:09:46All right. Okay. Following. I got it.
- 2:09:48Not
- 2:09:49>> You're not You're not the only one.
- 2:09:51Don't worry. None of us get it. Yeah.
- 2:09:53>> You don't get How could people not get
- 2:09:55This is so clear. It's like glass
- 2:10:00Natalie Holloway into this.
- 2:10:02>> Well, why wouldn't she?
- 2:10:04>> Yeah. No, she should obviously
- 2:10:07[laughter]
- 2:10:07>> Wait, wait, wait, wait. You act like
- 2:10:09bringing Natalie Holloway into the story
- 2:10:11makes you sound crazy.
- 2:10:13>> Yeah. No, I just
- 2:10:16>> I think it I think it grounds the story.
- 2:10:18It's like, oh yeah, I remember
- 2:10:19>> a real person invol that she brings up.
- 2:10:21>> I remember Natalie Holloway. Oh my This
- 2:10:25goes that deep.
- 2:10:27>> Yes, of course it goes that deep. Come
- 2:10:28on.
- 2:10:29>> And John Ben Ramsey,
- 2:10:30>> wasn't wait but this is 2020. Wasn't
- 2:10:33Jordan Vanderloot already caught by this
- 2:10:36point?
- 2:10:38He He had already been arrested in
- 2:10:40Brazil and for the murder
- 2:10:43>> of Natalie Holloway. I I remember the
- 2:10:45reason I remember that because I was in
- 2:10:47the stores I believe in in Carto.
- 2:10:52>> Was this Oh, was this 2020?
- 2:10:55>> The the letter this letter is 2020
- 2:10:57>> by 2020. Yes.
- 2:10:59>> Let me let me look at Jordan Vander
- 2:11:012020. 2010.
- 2:11:04[snorts]
- 2:11:04>> This is 2010,
- 2:11:06>> isn't it?
- 2:11:08>> Midnight.
- 2:11:10>> I thought these were Oh, they are 2010.
- 2:11:12Okay.
- 2:11:14Very important. Okay. Uh, he was
- 2:11:18>> fairly recent.
- 2:11:19>> Wait, he was convicted in 2010.
- 2:11:22>> Good night, Miyagi. Uh,
- 2:11:29so this wait this is
- 2:11:33this is December 2010. He he had already
- 2:11:35been picked up and convicted of murder
- 2:11:36and and convicted of murder.
- 2:11:42[laughter]
- 2:11:42>> Oh, it looks like people want me to say
- 2:11:45I do declare.
- 2:11:47[laughter]
- 2:11:47>> Yeah, it is a really a fogghorn leg horn
- 2:11:51type deal here.
- 2:11:53See, I was thinking more Gone with the
- 2:11:55Wind.
- 2:11:56>> I do declare. [laughter]
- 2:12:01>> I hope.
- 2:12:03What? What was with you saying that my
- 2:12:06uh Quinn impressions were Jamaican?
- 2:12:09>> Your Quinn impression was absolutely
- 2:12:12slightly Jamaican.
- 2:12:15>> It was Boston.
- 2:12:18>> Well, if there are Jamaicans in Boston,
- 2:12:21I'm sure Our mission was so secret. No
- 2:12:24distress signal have been sent.
- 2:12:28>> Oh, good. Go ahead.
- 2:12:30>> Fantastic.
- 2:12:32>> Uh, we're on the wrong page.
- 2:12:34>> With friends like these, who needs
- 2:12:35enemies? With these co-hosts constantly
- 2:12:38mocking me,
- 2:12:39>> we're on the wrong page.
- 2:12:41>> As as I'm wearing a wig and mascara,
- 2:12:44>> TREAT ME LIKE I'M SOME kind of joke.
- 2:12:46>> I mean, it's amazing that we're not
- 2:12:47constantly mocking you,
- 2:12:50>> dude. declare.
- 2:12:52[laughter]
- 2:12:53I say I I say I say I say I say
- 2:12:57[laughter]
- 2:12:58tarn nation.
- 2:13:01[gasps]
- 2:13:02[sighs]
- 2:13:03>> Um [snorts]
- 2:13:06is this it? [laughter]
- 2:13:07>> Uh we are
- 2:13:09>> Maria is not going to think about all of
- 2:13:11this tomorrow.
- 2:13:11>> No went too far.
- 2:13:14>> It's at the note
- 2:13:15>> note note.
- 2:13:18Rebecca Babcock, Dawn, and this woman
- 2:13:22who gave a video deposition concerning
- 2:13:24the murder of Steve Shane were all eight
- 2:13:27month 8mon pregnant on August 22nd,
- 2:13:312002. And Katrina wanted me to believe
- 2:13:36Babcock was Dawn. And Babcock wanted me
- 2:13:40to believe she was my daughter. Why?
- 2:13:43>> Wait.
- 2:13:46And this who's the woman
- 2:13:50Rebecca Babcock Dawn and this woman
- 2:13:53right who gave the video
- 2:13:54>> making a connection saying that DonRbeca
- 2:13:57Babcock is the woman who gave the video
- 2:14:00deposition.
- 2:14:01>> No no you say is the woman not and this
- 2:14:04woman.
- 2:14:04>> No but she doesn't want to be that
- 2:14:06direct. She doesn't want to say that.
- 2:14:08She wants to insinuate.
- 2:14:11>> Okay. Okay. Okay. She's saying Rebecca
- 2:14:13Babcock, Dawn, and this woman who gave a
- 2:14:17video deposition of just concerning the
- 2:14:19murder of Shane were all eight months
- 2:14:22pregnant on 8:22. So therefore, they are
- 2:14:25all the same person.
- 2:14:26>> Exactly. Every person who was pregnant,
- 2:14:30eight months pregnant on August of 2002
- 2:14:35are the same person
- 2:14:38around the world. That's a fact.
- 2:14:41>> Yeah. Yeah.
- 2:14:42>> So, every baby born in March to October
- 2:14:46of 2002 is actually the same baby.
- 2:14:52>> Oh my god.
- 2:14:54>> Oh my god.
- 2:14:55>> I feel like I'm I feel like I'm looking
- 2:14:57at the Matrix code right now. Like I'm
- 2:14:59just seeing it all. [laughter]
- 2:15:00>> You really sent this letter to a real
- 2:15:02person. I can't imagine anyone reading
- 2:15:04this and thinking anything.
- 2:15:06>> She didn't send it to a real person. She
- 2:15:08sent it to the parole board.
- 2:15:10>> I know. [laughter]
- 2:15:11But I mean, when you step back and think
- 2:15:13about that, it's it's like, wow.
- 2:15:17[laughter]
- 2:15:18>> They're probably fighting over who gets
- 2:15:20to be in that, you know, pearl earring.
- 2:15:24[laughter]
- 2:15:26Furthermore, I'm attaching a photo of a
- 2:15:29woman who looks enough like Rebecca
- 2:15:31Babcock to be her sister, or at least
- 2:15:34halfister,
- 2:15:36Malie Tucker.
- 2:15:38>> Oh, wow.
- 2:15:40Is that the one with the Toyotas?
- 2:15:43>> No. No. Here's here's the connection.
- 2:15:45>> The next picture.
- 2:15:46>> Mallerie Tucker looks close enough to
- 2:15:49Rebecca Babcock to be her halfsister.
- 2:15:52And who is her friend? Who is Natal? Who
- 2:15:54is Mallerie Tucker's friend?
- 2:15:57>> Chris Tucker.
- 2:15:58>> Natalie Holloway.
- 2:16:00>> Oh man.
- 2:16:02>> I like yours better. Next Derek.
- 2:16:05[laughter]
- 2:16:06>> All right. Go ahead.
- 2:16:13on on May 30th, 2005, her friend Natalie
- 2:16:18Hollowayum.
- 2:16:24>> Is there is there anything else to
- 2:16:26really say?
- 2:16:29>> Anything else?
- 2:16:30>> She will. Anyway,
- 2:16:31>> I mean, just imagine being on the parole
- 2:16:32board and reading this because you got
- 2:16:34to read it, right? And and then and then
- 2:16:37somebody's faster than the other ones
- 2:16:38and then they just start laughing like
- 2:16:40[laughter]
- 2:16:43>> and you're like people like wait what?
- 2:16:45What'd you get your like [laughter]
- 2:16:48connected Natalie Holloway?
- 2:16:50>> Juror number three says, "Was I supposed
- 2:16:52to take something before listening to
- 2:16:53this letter?"
- 2:16:54>> Yes. Yes. Preferably yes. Uh Lubines von
- 2:16:58B $5. Extric taken up a collection to
- 2:17:00ask you to say I do declare in Diane
- 2:17:02Dan's voice, please.
- 2:17:04I do declare.
- 2:17:07>> But now you got to stutter. I I
- 2:17:10say I said I do declare
- 2:17:14>> polomial purebred second dollar $4.99
- 2:17:18for x Derek second declaration. Thanks
- 2:17:20Luminesa. Yeah. Well, unfortunately I
- 2:17:24can't control
- 2:17:26>> my co-hosts
- 2:17:30made clear. If they if they don't
- 2:17:32deliver on what you requested, I
- 2:17:34apologize
- 2:17:36because
- 2:17:38not everyone
- 2:17:39>> Natalie as gifted as me.
- 2:17:44[music]
- 2:17:46Natalie Holloway was murdered in Aruba.
- 2:17:52There are six and three/4 billion people
- 2:17:56on this planet. What are the odds that
- 2:17:58two violent murders born of luring and
- 2:18:02kidnap would be connected to two
- 2:18:05lookalike women who both subsequently
- 2:18:08sell their stories to the Jane magazine
- 2:18:11within two months of each other.
- 2:18:18Now the way she phrases this sentence is
- 2:18:21that the murderers were born of luring
- 2:18:23and kidnapping.
- 2:18:26So,
- 2:18:26>> no, no, no. The the murderers are not
- 2:18:28the murderers.
- 2:18:30>> Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh,
- 2:18:32oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh. Yeah, you
- 2:18:33you're right. You're right. Right.
- 2:18:36And because Mallerie Tucker looks like
- 2:18:39she could be the sister or at least half
- 2:18:41sister of Rebecca Babcock.
- 2:18:44I mean,
- 2:18:45>> but now it's a while ago, by the way.
- 2:18:48>> But now the real question is, how can we
- 2:18:50tie this to the murder of the children
- 2:18:53back in 1983? Uh, isn't it Isn't it
- 2:18:56obvious? You wait.
- 2:18:57>> Oh, it's going to be obvious. Okay, we
- 2:18:59need some We need some
- 2:19:02>> What's the word?
- 2:19:04>> Drugs.
- 2:19:05>> No. What do you say?
- 2:19:07>> As it is.
- 2:19:08>> Describe the sto the the the details of
- 2:19:10a movie out.
- 2:19:13>> Um, noted.
- 2:19:16>> No, not extra.
- 2:19:19>> Maybe it is extrapolation. the the
- 2:19:21dialogue that's stupid being like,
- 2:19:23"Don't you see that this person did the
- 2:19:26murder?" Like, you're explaining for the
- 2:19:28stupid audiences, right? Um, it's it
- 2:19:32starts with an E. What's the word?
- 2:19:35Somebody help me.
- 2:19:39Not trailer, not sleep. No,
- 2:19:45you f No, you fill in. You describe
- 2:19:48what's happening to the audience because
- 2:19:49the audience is too stupid.
- 2:19:52>> Ejaculate.
- 2:19:53>> No. Oh my god.
- 2:19:55>> Oh my god. Epilogue.
- 2:19:57>> No. EP.
- 2:19:58>> Exposition.
- 2:19:59>> Exposition. That's the word. Exposition.
- 2:20:02>> That's it.
- 2:20:02>> This is all exposition.
- 2:20:03>> I like the exter.
- 2:20:05>> We need exposition for Exerk to catch up
- 2:20:08to understand how this connects to the
- 2:20:10murder of the children.
- 2:20:13>> Okay. Go ahead. I realize I need to let
- 2:20:16Interpol
- 2:20:18[laughter]
- 2:20:24[laughter]
- 2:20:26>> I realize I need to let Interpol, the
- 2:20:29FBI, and San Bernardino County,
- 2:20:32California handle this, but wouldn't you
- 2:20:36want someone to order a DNA test between
- 2:20:39Babcock and Tucker, who
- 2:20:42who is wearing an extremely faded Levi
- 2:20:46jacket, as was the man who murdered my
- 2:20:50daughter in 1983.
- 2:20:56All right. So, what she's saying very
- 2:20:58clearly,
- 2:21:01Rebecca Babcock
- 2:21:04murdered Steve Shane.
- 2:21:05>> Spit some facts. Spit some facts.
- 2:21:07>> Murdered Steve Shane, aka Steve Miller,
- 2:21:10because of this mansion heist. Right.
- 2:21:12And her halfsister, if not twin sister,
- 2:21:16is Melanie Tucker. Mey Tucker.
- 2:21:20>> Mhm.
- 2:21:21>> She's wearing an extremely faded Levi
- 2:21:23jacket, who is related to Natalie
- 2:21:26Holloway.
- 2:21:26>> No, I thought Friends with
- 2:21:28>> No, no. Mali Tucker is Natalie
- 2:21:31Holloway's best friend.
- 2:21:34And
- 2:21:35Mallerie Tucker is wearing an extremely
- 2:21:37faded Levis's jacket, which the killer
- 2:21:40of Diane D's children was wearing. And
- 2:21:44therefore, it's probable that the killer
- 2:21:47of Diane D's children passed this
- 2:21:50extremely faded Levi's jackets down to
- 2:21:52her his daughter, his offspring, being
- 2:21:55like, "Hey." And then she's wearing it
- 2:21:57because he went out for cigarettes and
- 2:21:58never came back. And [laughter]
- 2:22:03I always love that. I always love that
- 2:22:05that plot device and story like he went
- 2:22:08out for cigarettes and he never came
- 2:22:10back. [laughter]
- 2:22:11>> No, I was once on a a date and I
- 2:22:14actually
- 2:22:16climbed through a window in the bathroom
- 2:22:18of the place and never came back.
- 2:22:19>> Good.
- 2:22:20>> Yeah.
- 2:22:21>> But did you say you were going out for
- 2:22:22cigarettes?
- 2:22:23>> No, I said I was going to go use the
- 2:22:25ladies room. I didn't know I didn't know
- 2:22:27there was going to be a window in there
- 2:22:28that I could actually go through.
- 2:22:30[laughter]
- 2:22:30>> It was Be honest. It was glass block.
- 2:22:32You had to bust it out and you
- 2:22:35>> I wish it happened to be a very easy it
- 2:22:38was not in the city. It was a very easy
- 2:22:41situation like anyone could have done
- 2:22:42that but not anyone would have because
- 2:22:45not everyone was on the date I was on.
- 2:22:49>> Well,
- 2:22:51maybe Diane DS was.
- 2:22:54>> Maybe probably
- 2:22:56>> you should have said maybe you'll get
- 2:22:58some cigarettes a sec and then then left
- 2:23:00through the bathroom and it'll be even
- 2:23:01funnier, right? She never go back to
- 2:23:03this person.
- 2:23:04>> She never came back. She went out to get
- 2:23:07cigarettes in the bathroom. She never
- 2:23:08came back. [laughter]
- 2:23:10>> My best friend did the cigarettes thing.
- 2:23:12But that's easy.
- 2:23:14>> Uh, okay. But do you understand now? Now
- 2:23:17the connection, right?
- 2:23:18>> Of course.
- 2:23:19>> The faded Levi jacket. Tucker is wearing
- 2:23:22the faded Levi jacket. Mallerie Tucker
- 2:23:24was friends with Natalie Holloway who
- 2:23:27was murdered in Aruba.
- 2:23:29who be the sister or halfsister of
- 2:23:32Rebecca Babcock. Both of these two
- 2:23:34violent murders born of luring and
- 2:23:36kidnap because Rebecca was involved with
- 2:23:40the murder of Steve Shane/steve
- 2:23:43Miller who was found beaten and tortured
- 2:23:47because of the orders of Rebecca
- 2:23:49Babcock.
- 2:23:50>> Yes. And Katrina Mullholland was tied
- 2:23:54into it all.
- 2:23:56>> Yeah. And now here's here's the here's
- 2:23:59the lynch pin.
- 2:24:00>> Wouldn't you want someone to seize that
- 2:24:04jacket and luminol it for blood spatter
- 2:24:07and test it for my real children's DNA?
- 2:24:19I don't and what's funnier is in the if
- 2:24:21you remember in the pearl hearing the
- 2:24:23the pearl guy was like did you send a
- 2:24:27letter saying that
- 2:24:29>> the FBI
- 2:24:30>> we should test the DNA
- 2:24:33for blood spatter of this magazine at
- 2:24:35which is down below here
- 2:24:38right this is the this is the image she
- 2:24:41attaches right that you want to has this
- 2:24:44jean jacket
- 2:24:46>> for for the DNA of your children. And
- 2:24:49she and then she backtrack. She's like,
- 2:24:50"No, this is something that was said to
- 2:24:52me." None none of this was said to her
- 2:24:55in this in this letter.
- 2:24:58Right. This is all the
- 2:25:01She does say stuff above where stuff is
- 2:25:04said to her, but none of this was said
- 2:25:06to her, right? She just picked out
- 2:25:09Natalie Holloway best friend Mallerie
- 2:25:12Mali Tucker who looks like Rebecca
- 2:25:15Babcock. Nobody told her, "Hey, don't
- 2:25:18doesn't uh Mal Malie Tucker look a lot
- 2:25:20like your daughter? That's your fake
- 2:25:23daughter that also killed Steven
- 2:25:25Miller?"
- 2:25:27No, this this was something that was
- 2:25:29said to me. Okay, go ahead.
- 2:25:32>> People who lack my experiences say I
- 2:25:34lack insight. They just don't see what I
- 2:25:40know.
- 2:25:42Please end this. Sincerely, Diane DS.
- 2:25:47>> And I I'm not sure what. Please end
- 2:25:50what?
- 2:25:51>> I would like them to end it, too.
- 2:25:53>> No, the
- 2:25:55>> Oh, you don't like being here?
- 2:25:57>> No, not this. I love
- 2:25:58>> Oh, bye, Simba. Bye, Simba.
- 2:26:01>> Yeah,
- 2:26:02>> I'm waiting. [laughter]
- 2:26:05>> Me, too.
- 2:26:08No, I would didn't mean here. I love
- 2:26:10being here. I meant I would like
- 2:26:12[laughter]
- 2:26:13>> Look at his eyes.
- 2:26:16>> Oh.
- 2:26:18Oh.
- 2:26:20>> Oh, weirdest feeling.
- 2:26:22>> So sad. But I was
- 2:26:25>> He's like a puppy.
- 2:26:27>> I know. I feel so bad. But I didn't even
- 2:26:29mean that.
- 2:26:37I mean, I apologized a FEW TIMES.
- 2:26:40>> CRYING. I'M cutting just the onions. I'm
- 2:26:42cutting.
- 2:26:44>> That's exactly what I said. Danielle,
- 2:26:45he's going to have a
- 2:26:48>> Oh, Robin said it to Danielle. You're a
- 2:26:50beauty influencer now. there there's
- 2:26:53there's nothing in this that is an the
- 2:26:56last letter said I don't want uh you
- 2:27:00know
- 2:27:01>> Rebecca Babcock's kids to be killed
- 2:27:04right we we need to put this out we need
- 2:27:07to stop this danger right
- 2:27:09>> there's nothing in this letter that is
- 2:27:13>> she has called for you know you need to
- 2:27:15stop this it is all just [ __ ] on a
- 2:27:18page it's literally
- 2:27:21on a page age [laughter]
- 2:27:24and she says, "Please end this at the
- 2:27:26end." And you sent this to the parole
- 2:27:29board. You think you're getting out ever
- 2:27:31after this?
- 2:27:33>> I mean, hi Karolina. This is insanity.
- 2:27:37>> So, if we look at this picture, it says,
- 2:27:39uh, page 306, glamour.com, October 2010.
- 2:27:46Is this girl re is this girl Babcock's
- 2:27:49half sister? Who cares?
- 2:27:51>> Born 1986.
- 2:27:54>> Do we know what Babcock looks like? Even
- 2:27:57the other one?
- 2:27:57>> She has dark brown hair. These are two
- 2:28:00blondes like
- 2:28:03>> Well, no, actually we do know. Remember
- 2:28:05the other one that we had the Rebecca
- 2:28:07Babcock lookalike for the Toyota ad?
- 2:28:09>> Well, we don't know that that really
- 2:28:10looks like her,
- 2:28:11>> but none of them look
- 2:28:12>> according.
- 2:28:14>> Yeah, I don't know what the actual
- 2:28:16Rebecca I mean, these are all like very
- 2:28:18like But according to Dian's own
- 2:28:22statements,
- 2:28:23>> they do.
- 2:28:24>> Right.
- 2:28:25>> Right. So, let me just bring this up
- 2:28:28here and see if this can uh
- 2:28:31>> we we'll go back and look here if this
- 2:28:33works this time.
- 2:28:36Probably not.
- 2:28:38>> Not the way Streamyard's been going
- 2:28:40today.
- 2:28:41>> I don't even know how she comes up with
- 2:28:42that.
- 2:28:42>> It's not It's not working again.
- 2:28:45>> She's had She's a lunatic. That's how
- 2:28:48>> with with decades of time to just sit
- 2:28:51there.
- 2:28:51>> Yeah.
- 2:28:52>> And normally she'd just be using that
- 2:28:54time to to have sex. But
- 2:28:57>> yeah, she is a complete lunatic. If you
- 2:29:00if you remember I'm I'm looking at the
- 2:29:02photo and the other ones that's not
- 2:29:04pulling up right now, right? But she
- 2:29:08looks like the girl Rebecca Black from
- 2:29:10the video from Friday. Friday. Friday
- 2:29:15going to get down on Friday.
- 2:29:19It doesn't look at all.
- 2:29:23>> Uh yeah, here we go. All right. So, just
- 2:29:28remember this. Remember this. Yeah.
- 2:29:36>> I only recognize her.
- 2:29:39>> I only remember her from the last time
- 2:29:40you played her.
- 2:29:41>> I know. No, what I'm saying is I'm
- 2:29:43looking at the I'm looking at the Toyota
- 2:29:45ad where it says everyone deserves to be
- 2:29:47safe.
- 2:29:48>> Yeah, me too. I don't see it. I mean I
- 2:29:49and I
- 2:29:50>> No, I mean it's it's not a spitting
- 2:29:51image, but I'm saying this person could
- 2:29:55maybe pass as a body double like action
- 2:29:58sequence.
- 2:29:58>> Are you saying Rebecca Black is also
- 2:30:00involved?
- 2:30:02>> Oh my god.
- 2:30:07She could maybe pass as a body double
- 2:30:09from behind
- 2:30:11in an action sequence, right? But look
- 2:30:13at this person here. And then look at
- 2:30:15these two girls in this ad.
- 2:30:19Do they look anything alike?
- 2:30:23>> Well, Lauren [music] thought four
- 2:30:25different girls were all the same one.
- 2:30:28Yeah,
- 2:30:30>> they all the
- 2:30:32>> also I just the whole thing is just
- 2:30:34bizarre
- 2:30:36like
- 2:30:37>> and why not include the the article
- 2:30:40where it say okay it says Mallerie
- 2:30:41Tucker left and Claire Claire Fearman
- 2:30:46included
- 2:30:47>> Alabama Lake where they spent lazy happy
- 2:30:50days with Natalie.
- 2:30:52Why why not include the article where
- 2:30:54supposedly you're the other person is is
- 2:30:57telling their story like
- 2:30:59>> Yeah. And Jane magazine or whatever. And
- 2:31:01how about a picture of the actual what's
- 2:31:03her name? Bab Rebecca Babcock,
- 2:31:06>> right? But she said Jean magazine. This
- 2:31:08is glamour. That's that's two different
- 2:31:10mag.
- 2:31:11>> I know. That's that's another thing. I
- 2:31:13noticed that as well. She mixes up the
- 2:31:15magazine names.
- 2:31:16>> Yeah.
- 2:31:17>> What the are you talking about? Diane,
- 2:31:20>> she's obvious.
- 2:31:22>> Diane functions on a higher level.
- 2:31:24>> The help and it says page 306.
- 2:31:28Glamour magazines are not 300 pages.
- 2:31:32What is this? Doki.
- 2:31:36>> It was the best of times. It was the
- 2:31:37worst.
- 2:31:38>> Yeah, it was the best.
- 2:31:39>> It's not DostIki, but you get
- 2:31:41>> Yeah. Tale of Two Cities. Got it.
- 2:31:45This best of times. It was the blurst of
- 2:31:47times. Warm peace. [laughter]
- 2:31:51>> Jackie Anderson499. Hear me out. Mascara
- 2:31:54code says you need to reapply when you
- 2:31:56cried off. Stage is yours. Well, I'm not
- 2:31:59going to cry tonight. I promise
- 2:32:01>> again.
- 2:32:02>> No matter how much
- 2:32:06how much hurt you tonight of you.
- 2:32:08>> I wasn't going to cry. [screaming]
- 2:32:14[snorts]
- 2:32:17I'm just I'm just hearing Lauren crying
- 2:32:19in my head right now [laughter]
- 2:32:21while the little tears drip down on his
- 2:32:24little crooked penis.
- 2:32:27Fletcher boy, how could you how could
- 2:32:29they convict Diane? She's obviously
- 2:32:34innocent.
- 2:32:35>> Yes,
- 2:32:37she is.
- 2:32:39>> Well, okay. So now I guess before the
- 2:32:42end of the show
- 2:32:44I will tell the nemesis story now.
- 2:32:47>> Awesome.
- 2:32:49>> So uh back in the ear and everyone who
- 2:32:54doesn't care about funny stories can
- 2:32:56leave I guess. Um
- 2:32:59there was
- 2:33:02so there was a uh you know there's a
- 2:33:04period at the end of my junior year in
- 2:33:06Michigan when I had finished my vine I
- 2:33:10cannot stop looking at myself and
- 2:33:12[laughter]
- 2:33:13>> well it's cuz you look beautiful.
- 2:33:14>> No no no I was just like this I look
- 2:33:17like uh one of the uh what time machine?
- 2:33:20Who are the people that live under the
- 2:33:22earth live underground in the time
- 2:33:25machine?
- 2:33:27You you read books, exeric. Who is it?
- 2:33:29The Warlocks. I look like Jeremy Irons.
- 2:33:32The the the leader of the Morlocks.
- 2:33:34Jeremy Irons. [laughter]
- 2:33:35>> What What book is that?
- 2:33:37>> The Time Machine
- 2:33:39>> by Wells.
- 2:33:40Yeah.
- 2:33:43The Warlock. I I look like Jeremy Irons,
- 2:33:46the leader of the Morlocks.
- 2:33:48[laughter]
- 2:33:49[snorts] Just Google that picture after
- 2:33:51this and you'll you'll understand what
- 2:33:53I'm [laughter] talking about.
- 2:33:56I'm a little more red than he is. But uh
- 2:33:58so anyway,
- 2:34:01the uh I had some time to kill because
- 2:34:04you know, you can't fly. I lived in
- 2:34:07Washington. I was going to school in
- 2:34:09Michigan. So I had done almost all my
- 2:34:12exams, but then you know, you can't just
- 2:34:14go home, drive home. So I had to wait
- 2:34:16for my flight cuz I had one more exam.
- 2:34:17So I had like three days to kill. And
- 2:34:21there were uh a lot of movie premieres
- 2:34:23and my roommates who were had dropped
- 2:34:25out and they were only delivering pizza
- 2:34:26at that point. So they didn't have any
- 2:34:28money. They didn't want to go to a
- 2:34:30movie. And then so I was like saw the
- 2:34:32trailer for Star Wars Nemesis
- 2:34:36[snorts] and uh I was like, "Oh, I want
- 2:34:38to go see that." The trailer made it
- 2:34:40look kind of cool. And I'd watched Star
- 2:34:42Star Trek as a kid. Did I say Star Wars
- 2:34:45Nemesis? Star Trek Nemesis.
- 2:34:46>> Star Trek.
- 2:34:47>> Star Trek Nemesis. Sorry. I was like,
- 2:34:50"Yeah, I'm going to go see that." But
- 2:34:51nobody was going with me. And then this
- 2:34:53is back in the day. Like it was kind of
- 2:34:55weird. Like theaters were still full and
- 2:34:58I for some reason I didn't want people
- 2:35:00to think that I was going by myself to a
- 2:35:04movie. So what I would do is I would go
- 2:35:07in and I would sit down in the in the
- 2:35:11seat and I I would leave I would sit
- 2:35:14like one space over and then I would
- 2:35:16kind of save a seat, right? And then if
- 2:35:19there were any people around me such as
- 2:35:21females
- 2:35:23>> or like you know I was 21, right? I'm a
- 2:35:26dude. I don't want
- 2:35:28>> maybe meet some ladies or even a
- 2:35:30girlfriend, whatever. Uh
- 2:35:33I I didn't want to be the guy going into
- 2:35:35Star Trek Nemesis
- 2:35:37alone
- 2:35:39>> on a on a night. Uh, and so what I would
- 2:35:43do is I I would uh, you know, set a
- 2:35:47phone, set an alarm on my phone, my flip
- 2:35:50phone for vibrating, and then I pick it
- 2:35:51up and I pick it up and be like, "Hey,
- 2:35:54yo, what's up?" Yeah. No. No. I got
- 2:35:58Yeah. Now I'm in uh I'm in a Ro J. Yeah.
- 2:36:02No, it's theater 12 or whatever, right?
- 2:36:04And then uh
- 2:36:06What,
- 2:36:08dude? Are you kidding me?
- 2:36:12All right.
- 2:36:13>> Saving you a seat.
- 2:36:15>> All right. Okay. Well, you're going to
- 2:36:17miss out, bro. No, I already got my
- 2:36:20ticket.
- 2:36:22Yeah. No, I I I guess I'll see you
- 2:36:24tomorrow or whatever. No, whatever.
- 2:36:28Bye.
- 2:36:30Hang up and
- 2:36:32that way everyone around me knew
- 2:36:35>> that you're a winner.
- 2:36:36>> No, no, that I was not going to the
- 2:36:38movie alone. I was meeting friends.
- 2:36:41>> You were being stood up at the movie.
- 2:36:42>> They had cancelled at the last minute
- 2:36:45for some lame reason and you know I'm
- 2:36:48not going to go because I had [laughter]
- 2:36:49already bought my ticket
- 2:36:51>> and so I was going to stay and watch the
- 2:36:52movie.
- 2:36:53>> Some lame totally true reason obviously
- 2:36:56>> and uh I had the act down cuz I I saw
- 2:36:59like four or five movies that week like
- 2:37:02even after the the spring semester I did
- 2:37:04the same thing. I went I saw Bruce
- 2:37:06Almighty by I just saw so many movies by
- 2:37:09myself.
- 2:37:11Um
- 2:37:14[laughter]
- 2:37:15>> what?
- 2:37:17Look at your phone. [laughter]
- 2:37:22[snorts]
- 2:37:23>> I don't see anything on my phone.
- 2:37:28>> Sent us.
- 2:37:28>> She She just sent Oh, wait.
- 2:37:31Yeah. Yeah. That's it. That's the
- 2:37:33Warlock.
- 2:37:35>> [laughter]
- 2:37:35>> the Jeremy Irons Morlock.
- 2:37:37>> I'll pull it like it's pretty I mean I
- 2:37:40gave the example, right?
- 2:37:43>> Yeah, that's why I sent that's why I
- 2:37:44looked it up.
- 2:37:46>> Let me pull it up for for the people
- 2:37:48that
- 2:37:48>> like Oh, you can see it on screen now.
- 2:37:51Wait.
- 2:37:51>> Yeah, just
- 2:37:55Yeah, the Jeremy, [laughter]
- 2:38:01>> right?
- 2:38:02>> Mhm.
- 2:38:04Um, but yeah, that that's what I did.
- 2:38:07And uh,
- 2:38:09but then at the, you know, I was
- 2:38:11watching Star Trek Nemesis and then at
- 2:38:13the end
- 2:38:15data
- 2:38:17data says a lot. I mean, it's a Star
- 2:38:19Trek movie. It's nerd, right? But Star
- 2:38:22Trek I This all came about because I was
- 2:38:25watching Star Trek Nemesis on the on a a
- 2:38:29pirate site last night.
- 2:38:30>> How many women have ever seen that
- 2:38:32movie? So, I mean,
- 2:38:33>> there were not many people. I I probably
- 2:38:35did not need to do the skit because
- 2:38:37there was almost no one there. But, uh,
- 2:38:40>> practice.
- 2:38:41>> It was practice.
- 2:38:43Um, it was funny cuz I had I had watched
- 2:38:48Star Wars in years at that point, right?
- 2:38:49I think the last time I had seen a Star
- 2:38:51Wars movie was maybe like three weeks
- 2:38:53earlier. And
- 2:38:58>> that's a joke.
- 2:38:59>> Yeah.
- 2:39:00Uh, but anyway, there's a scene at the
- 2:39:03end where Data's there and he puts the
- 2:39:06the the temporary one-time transporter
- 2:39:09badge on Bquard and before Pard could
- 2:39:12say anything, Data hits it and beams him
- 2:39:15off the ship back to the Enterprise
- 2:39:17before the ship that they're on is
- 2:39:19destroyed. And right after he does it,
- 2:39:21he says, "Goodbye."
- 2:39:23And the ship blows up and Data is dead.
- 2:39:25And I'm just sitting there like, "What?
- 2:39:28data is dead
- 2:39:30>> the android and it was it was it was it
- 2:39:33was surprisingly
- 2:39:35sad for me. I was just like
- 2:39:39what why are more people not here? Um
- 2:39:42but anyway so uh that was a embarrassing
- 2:39:47story of my past. So we're we're going
- 2:39:49to come up with a this will be a series.
- 2:39:52I've got I've got plenty of them.
- 2:39:55Not that tonight hasn't been its own
- 2:39:58embarrassing story. [laughter]
- 2:40:04>> I [snorts] like this new look.
- 2:40:06>> This
- 2:40:06>> I'm going to replace I'm going to put on
- 2:40:08the thumbnail. I'm going to just put
- 2:40:10Jeremy Iron's Warlock
- 2:40:13>> looking
- 2:40:15now.
- 2:40:16>> On the thumbnail with my face kind of
- 2:40:18like replaced on Jeremy Irons Warlock.
- 2:40:21>> I like how his is like male p. It's like
- 2:40:23bald. his his charts like back here and
- 2:40:26you have to shave your head. It would be
- 2:40:27a commitment that I don't think you want
- 2:40:28to make. [snorts]
- 2:40:30>> Yeah. Uh well, another true story, I ran
- 2:40:34a time time machine when I flew back
- 2:40:37from my freshman year with the DVD from
- 2:40:39the airport, ran the DVD, and I couldn't
- 2:40:41time the thing. So then I I uh thought
- 2:40:45the the flight was going to be like 5
- 2:40:47hours. So I watched it and then, you
- 2:40:50know, it took off and then it was 40
- 2:40:51minutes in. I was like or an hour in.
- 2:40:53And I was like, I better start it over
- 2:40:54cuz I got to kill time or whatever.
- 2:40:56Watch the thing again. And then before I
- 2:40:58knew it, we were landing and there was
- 2:41:00still half an hour left and I was like,
- 2:41:01"Oh my god, I got to see the [ __ ] end
- 2:41:03of this movie." And I I didn't see it.
- 2:41:06So I missed out watching it.
- 2:41:08>> Start out with you having a time
- 2:41:09machine.
- 2:41:10>> What
- 2:41:11>> did that start out with you having a
- 2:41:12time machine?
- 2:41:13>> No, watching the time machine.
- 2:41:16And uh yeah, Orlando Jones was in it as
- 2:41:20the digital librarian.
- 2:41:22>> Excuse me. Your eyes are hypnotizing.
- 2:41:25>> Thank you.
- 2:41:26>> It's like looking into a cobra's eyes.
- 2:41:28>> Yeah. Uh, he's talking about me, honey.
- 2:41:31[laughter]
- 2:41:36>> I think someone would be really weird
- 2:41:38actually if he said it to me all of a
- 2:41:40sudden. [laughter]
- 2:41:43>> Like exeric just turns into like this
- 2:41:46really like
- 2:41:47>> listen queen,
- 2:41:49>> I got this boy. boy knows what he likes.
- 2:41:54[laughter]
- 2:41:56>> I was walking to work once and there I
- 2:41:58passed this man who I just, you know,
- 2:42:00he's like an older, very tall black guy
- 2:42:03and I was wearing three
- 2:42:04>> Okay, hold on.
- 2:42:05>> three thin belts of a different
- 2:42:07>> Oh, no, no, no. Wait, wait, wait, wait,
- 2:42:08wait.
- 2:42:11>> That's like cool.
- 2:42:13>> That's like cool.
- 2:42:14>> I was looking I was waiting I was trying
- 2:42:16to find the record scratch. Why Why do
- 2:42:19you guys say he's black? Whoa.
- 2:42:22Whoa. What decade is this?
- 2:42:24>> I don't see color, so I'm not sure he
- 2:42:25was black.
- 2:42:26>> That's true. [laughter]
- 2:42:27>> He might have been white.
- 2:42:28>> Yeah, who knows? He could have been
- 2:42:30transparent for all I know.
- 2:42:31>> I don't even see people. Anyway, he was
- 2:42:34like, "Are the Are you wearing three
- 2:42:36belts
- 2:42:38attached to each other wrapped around
- 2:42:39your waist?" And I said, "Yes." And he
- 2:42:41said, "Amazing.
- 2:42:43>> Hell yeah."
- 2:42:45>> Yeah.
- 2:42:46>> And then he went
- 2:42:46>> my entire day now. And then he just like
- 2:42:49went back and like he like his his
- 2:42:51shoulders went all the way back at that
- 2:42:53moment and then he said, "Yes, queen."
- 2:42:57[clears throat]
- 2:42:58>> That's one of my favorite things on uh
- 2:43:02True Crime Loser does the Sarah Boone
- 2:43:04interrogation and he has a something
- 2:43:06where I don't know. She said something
- 2:43:07now I don't remember what it was in the
- 2:43:09interrogation when she's
- 2:43:10>> Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
- 2:43:11>> Yeah. And he's like like he's she's
- 2:43:12expect like what does she think that
- 2:43:14like the detectives are going to be like
- 2:43:16Yes. Queen. Oh yeah, give him five
- 2:43:18minutes.
- 2:43:19>> Yeah. Yeah, that was it. [laughter] Give
- 2:43:20him five minutes. Like the detectives
- 2:43:22are gonna be like, "Yes, queen. Give him
- 2:43:24five minutes."
- 2:43:25>> Like she's going out for high five. Like
- 2:43:28give him five minutes.
- 2:43:29>> Yeah.
- 2:43:29>> Uh oh. You're not going You're not going
- 2:43:31with me on this. Okay. Okay. Uh
- 2:43:35[laughter] five minutes for what? Oh,
- 2:43:37you're not going to go with me on it.
- 2:43:39Okay. Uh
- 2:43:41um
- 2:43:44>> All right. Last thing. Last thing.
- 2:43:48This ties into Abberrombi.
- 2:43:50>> Oh, good.
- 2:43:51>> Remember I was talking about how weird
- 2:43:53it was in the store, right? But we had
- 2:43:55the weirder part was the soundtrack that
- 2:43:58we had to listen to.
- 2:43:59>> Bad.
- 2:44:00>> Um,
- 2:44:01>> and it probably will cause the live chat
- 2:44:04to be uh
- 2:44:07>> because I will have to um cut this out,
- 2:44:10but
- 2:44:12um I think it's worth it. So what I I'm
- 2:44:17in I'm in uh an Abberrombi store, you
- 2:44:20know, basically,
- 2:44:22you know, being served up as, you know,
- 2:44:25a sex symbol.
- 2:44:26>> Eye candy.
- 2:44:27>> Yeah. We
- 2:44:28>> candy.
- 2:44:29>> Mhm.
- 2:44:30>> Right. Uh and
- 2:44:34here we go.
- 2:44:36The they would have the soundtrack. So
- 2:44:38there about 22 songs.
- 2:44:41>> 22 songs. It would last about two hours.
- 2:44:44So your shift is 8 hours. You're hearing
- 2:44:46these songs four or five times a night,
- 2:44:49right? And then you get to kind of know
- 2:44:51them and then you hear these different
- 2:44:52songs and then you're just like, where
- 2:44:54am I working? And one of the songs I
- 2:44:56remember from December of 2020 2001 was
- 2:45:00this song
- 2:45:02uh called Flawless by
- 2:45:06I I you won't believe this. Uh
- 2:45:10this is going to shock you.
- 2:45:12>> Mhm. The lead singer is uh drag queen.
- 2:45:16This
- 2:45:24[music]
- 2:45:25>> shocking, right? Like I mean this is
- 2:45:27this is the most heterosexual song I've
- 2:45:29ever heard. And I was dancing along and
- 2:45:30then [laughter] then I you know
- 2:45:33afterwards I was like wait a minute
- 2:45:36[music]
- 2:45:37>> cuz this is back in the here he is in
- 2:45:39the center. Watch this.
- 2:45:47>> [music]
- 2:45:49>> Yeah. So, I mean,
- 2:45:51>> it was kind of weird.
- 2:45:53>> Mhm.
- 2:45:53>> That's a powerful song. I'm glad you
- 2:45:56played that.
- 2:45:57>> Completely bombed your stream for that.
- 2:45:59>> But then the next song, the next song in
- 2:46:02the mix would be what's the
- 2:46:04>> um
- 2:46:09>> [singing]
- 2:46:13>> Um,
- 2:46:15what's
- 2:46:15>> going
- 2:46:18I said
- 2:46:20>> grab your things. I'm going to take you
- 2:46:22home.
- 2:46:22>> Gabriel. Gabriel.
- 2:46:23>> Yeah. Yeah. Like that would be the next
- 2:46:26song in the mix. It was just so weird.
- 2:46:29And this was the only song I liked in
- 2:46:31that mix. It was just like
- 2:46:38>> and then eventually like by the third I
- 2:46:40was like I don't care how gay it sounds.
- 2:46:42All right.
- 2:46:43>> Cedric the Entertainer has a really
- 2:46:45funny thing about that where he's like
- 2:46:46hanging out with his friends and all of
- 2:46:48a sudden they're singing along to he's
- 2:46:50like since you've been gone [laughter]
- 2:46:52like he looks at him and he's like yeah
- 2:46:54they'd be playing it at my job you know.
- 2:46:56[snorts]
- 2:46:56>> Yeah. Do uh well that that brings up
- 2:46:59another funny story. You know, I blew
- 2:47:00out my stereo to Kelly
- 2:47:04Kelly, what's her name?
- 2:47:06>> Clarkson.
- 2:47:07>> Kelly Clarkson. Since you begun, I
- 2:47:09literally melted a speaker, blasting it
- 2:47:12in my Civic.
- 2:47:13>> How How would you blast out
- 2:47:16>> cuz I I had I very I had a very powerful
- 2:47:19stereo and I cranked it.
- 2:47:22>> But to Kelly Clarkson?
- 2:47:24>> No. Since you've been gone by Kelly
- 2:47:26Clarkson that
- 2:47:30>> Yes.
- 2:47:33>> So I mean it was weird
- 2:47:37[music]
- 2:47:42>> and then I wondered if I was being you
- 2:47:45know I just it it was confusing in the
- 2:47:47store. I bet [laughter] it's confusing.
- 2:47:51>> It's very confusing.
- 2:47:53>> As you're wearing mascara and a wig.
- 2:47:56>> Yeah, that was confusing.
- 2:47:59>> No, we just had to wear all this weird
- 2:48:02stuff. It was always out of season. Like
- 2:48:04you It was a twomon It was It was a
- 2:48:07two-month season lag, right? So, it's
- 2:48:11Jan end of January, you're wearing the
- 2:48:14spring collection in Michigan.
- 2:48:16>> Yeah. Yeah. It's like
- 2:48:17>> February 1st
- 2:48:18>> there there's 12 inches of snow out
- 2:48:20there and I'm in board shorts, sandals,
- 2:48:23and a cut off tank top.
- 2:48:25>> Yeah.
- 2:48:25>> Going to work and being like, "Yo,
- 2:48:27what's up, bro? [laughter]
- 2:48:30It's It's August. It's 100° outside.
- 2:48:34Satan's [ __ ] and we're selling
- 2:48:36sweaters for the fall collection." It
- 2:48:38didn't make any sense. I always thought
- 2:48:41about the kids who would have to like
- 2:48:42who worked at Hot Topic and would have
- 2:48:44to like park their dad or mom's car in
- 2:48:48the parking lot and then walk like past
- 2:48:50like wicks and sticks and lids and all
- 2:48:53that like dressed like you know.
- 2:48:56>> No. Well, fortunately for us right now
- 2:48:59>> there there are there are employee
- 2:49:01entrances to a mall. I don't know if
- 2:49:03malls still exist.
- 2:49:04>> Yeah, they I think Well, I don't know.
- 2:49:06>> No, it's just but it's it's weird. It's
- 2:49:08like one of those It's like a long
- 2:49:09corridor you'd see in a like an artsy
- 2:49:11movie like it's like 100 Well, like
- 2:49:13where they would show somebody running
- 2:49:15like speeding up and they'd zoom out
- 2:49:17with like some weird zoom in zoom out
- 2:49:19like like a just like one door and then
- 2:49:22you just walk in there with your
- 2:49:24flipflops and you turn the corner and
- 2:49:25then Okay, there's the Abberroi. I'm
- 2:49:27right there. Um,
- 2:49:30uh, no, the I thought the I thought the
- 2:49:32[clears throat] Abbercrombie cologne was
- 2:49:34all right. But, um,
- 2:49:37>> here's the thing, though. Like, I I made
- 2:49:39$5 an hour, but I was required to buy
- 2:49:44at least three current items for the new
- 2:49:47season, which I could only buy at a
- 2:49:49discount of like $35. So, I had to work
- 2:49:53for basically, what was it? 3570.
- 2:49:58Well, I mean, you could get maybe some
- 2:49:59of the cheaper. So, $75
- 2:50:02maybe. So, I'm working
- 2:50:05essentially
- 2:50:08almost like three days just to work
- 2:50:11there.
- 2:50:12[laughter]
- 2:50:13>> Just for the privilege just the for the
- 2:50:15privilege of buying the clothes.
- 2:50:18>> Yeah.
- 2:50:18>> Um
- 2:50:19>> like the clothes I mean back in the day.
- 2:50:22>> Yeah. I some of the clothes would like
- 2:50:23and I guess should I finish off with
- 2:50:25dressing the mannequins?
- 2:50:28>> Oh, you could. I'm I mean I don't know
- 2:50:32stand alone.
- 2:50:33>> You're bored. I I I assume you're bored.
- 2:50:36>> No, I'm not bored. I just think that
- 2:50:38that's I mean that's really up to you.
- 2:50:40>> No, I can cut these up into a
- 2:50:41standalone.
- 2:50:43>> Yeah. I just feel [snorts] like
- 2:50:44>> I wouldn't say blow your wad all at
- 2:50:46once.
- 2:50:47>> You You're assuming I have a limited
- 2:50:49number of of embarrassing stories. No,
- 2:50:51no, we're not. No, no.
- 2:50:54[snorts]
- 2:50:54>> You're making new ones every day.
- 2:50:56>> So, the the weirdest thing about
- 2:50:58Abberrombie
- 2:50:59>> Yeah. Tell us
- 2:50:59>> was how like if you walk
- 2:51:02>> and I'm sure this is like every store
- 2:51:03you walk in, everything is is planned
- 2:51:06out. Everything is meticulously laid
- 2:51:09out. Like that's the first thing I
- 2:51:11learned there when I went in there. I
- 2:51:12didn't know what I was doing. I was like
- 2:51:13trying to like fold a shirt. I was like,
- 2:51:14"Well, I fold the arms like this." And
- 2:51:16they're like, "No, no, no. the one on
- 2:51:20you got to fold it like this
- 2:51:22>> and then the one on top has to look
- 2:51:24messy, right? So I I was taught the
- 2:51:26messy like the the sleeves like if you
- 2:51:28had a sweater, right? All the ones
- 2:51:30underneath would be perfectly flat. The
- 2:51:33one on top you needed to roll up the
- 2:51:35cuffs and then you kind of needed to
- 2:51:36like move them so it look they style it
- 2:51:39so they look like arms that were kind of
- 2:51:41sitting there. I was like, "Okay, that's
- 2:51:43kind of weird, right?" And then in the
- 2:51:45jeans you had to the top one you had to
- 2:51:48like flip open the the the the fly and
- 2:51:51it had to be like kind of tilted to the
- 2:51:54like it was all sexual like it was
- 2:51:56everything
- 2:51:58>> in the store was sexual right but the
- 2:52:01mannequins were the most ridiculous.
- 2:52:03When we would do a changeover they'd be
- 2:52:05like
- 2:52:06>> all right mannequin one here. Okay this
- 2:52:09is the you know this is the spring
- 2:52:10collection. Okay. So, start with putting
- 2:52:14on, you know, uh the cargo shorts first,
- 2:52:18right? Then, like I said, put on the
- 2:52:21board shorts over top of that. Why would
- 2:52:24you wear board shorts over the the cargo
- 2:52:27short? But then, okay, but make sure the
- 2:52:29open flap, the string is open flap so
- 2:52:31you see both of them. Okay, then. Now,
- 2:52:34put on one of the sweaters from last
- 2:52:37season on the bottom. Okay. Now put a
- 2:52:40put a T on top of it. A graphic T.
- 2:52:43>> A graphic T. And then pull the sweater
- 2:52:45up above the top of the tea. Now put on
- 2:52:48a track jacket. Make sure that the
- 2:52:51sleeve the sweater sleeves are pulled
- 2:52:53out from underneath the track jacket and
- 2:52:56then like you know put a jacket on top
- 2:52:58of it. And it was like nobody WOULD WEAR
- 2:53:00THIS.
- 2:53:01>> NOBODY CAN imagine that.
- 2:53:03>> Nobody would ever do this. It was so
- 2:53:06ridic. But it had they they would
- 2:53:08included pictures. They wanted
- 2:53:10>> what they were doing. I'm sure they knew
- 2:53:12what they were doing
- 2:53:12>> because they would have secret shoppers
- 2:53:14or not secret shoppers, but inspectors
- 2:53:16come through to make sure that the
- 2:53:17mannequins had the the right like I knew
- 2:53:21the store managers would tell me like,
- 2:53:22"No, if if they come through and and
- 2:53:25like the the bunch of this the shirt
- 2:53:28like they would all
- 2:53:29>> remember they had the open fly shorts on
- 2:53:31the bottom, right? You also need to like
- 2:53:33bunch the the t-shirts up along the
- 2:53:36side.
- 2:53:37>> And if it didn't look like that, they
- 2:53:38would get docked and possibly demoted.
- 2:53:41>> It would
- 2:53:43>> being demoted from abroad.
- 2:53:48>> Um, all right. Well,
- 2:53:51>> good night, Jackie.
- 2:53:54>> I think that's a good enough place to
- 2:53:58end with.
- 2:53:59>> Didn't you? It was good. It was
- 2:54:01excellent.
- 2:54:02>> I don't If you guys want to do a stream
- 2:54:03tomorrow night, we could do some
- 2:54:05>> We could do some Lauren. I don't know.
- 2:54:09>> Let's uh
- 2:54:10>> I don't know if
- 2:54:11>> let's bash our heads together tomorrow.
- 2:54:13>> Yeah, you might have to work on Monday.
- 2:54:15So maybe if we could do it a little
- 2:54:16earlier.
- 2:54:18>> You have to work on Monday. You don't
- 2:54:20have a job.
- 2:54:22>> Says who?
- 2:54:24>> No, Sumi doesn't have a job.
- 2:54:26>> You don't know that. You always say
- 2:54:28that.
- 2:54:28>> You always talk. You're always like, "Oh
- 2:54:30my god,
- 2:54:33>> 3 p.m."
- 2:54:35Like, you're like, "It's it's it's it's
- 2:54:38noon somewhere."
- 2:54:40>> Hold on. Hear me out. I think Compass
- 2:54:42Realy Hitman is about to have a stroke
- 2:54:45if you don't tell him.
- 2:54:47>> Yeah. Who that song?
- 2:54:48>> Oh. Oh, this. Oh, sorry.
- 2:54:52>> I don't know if they're talking about
- 2:54:54this song or the other.
- 2:54:55>> Yeah. Now, this is uh it's called
- 2:54:56Flawless by the Ones.
- 2:55:04[music]
- 2:55:06>> I mean, if that doesn't scream
- 2:55:07heterosexuality,
- 2:55:08>> I don't think they they're American.
- 2:55:11>> No, I think they're British.
- 2:55:14[music]
- 2:55:18>> That just raw heterosexual energy. Uh,
- 2:55:22unfortunately, the lead singer is dead.
- 2:55:23He died from CO, I think.
- 2:55:26>> Oh, well, I've never heard of them.
- 2:55:28>> He had one other single that maybe made
- 2:55:30the top 40, but it's basically the same
- 2:55:32song.
- 2:55:34[music]
- 2:55:39>> Okay, [music] I think we savedless.
- 2:55:55>> [music]
- 2:55:58>> This song is about to make me blow my
- 2:56:00brains out. I like it.
- 2:56:06[music]
- 2:56:08You got to remember this is 2001, so I
- 2:56:10mean Gigi Diagina was really big back
- 2:56:12then,
- 2:56:16but I'm assuming by your silence you
- 2:56:18don't know who that is. So,
- 2:56:19>> no.
- 2:56:20>> Nope.
- 2:56:22I will send you guys some videos
- 2:56:24tonight.
- 2:56:24>> Talking about whoever that is in a
- 2:56:26different chat though. I do remember
- 2:56:27that.
- 2:56:28>> Yeah, GG. It was He's a DJ.
- 2:56:34>> Uh he he did uh I'll fly with you.
- 2:56:41>> He did uh
- 2:56:54Nope.
- 2:56:55>> No freaking idea what you're talking
- 2:56:56about.
- 2:56:57>> Baby, I love you so.
- 2:57:03I'll never be disgraced. Tell me you
- 2:57:06love me so I'll never let you go.
- 2:57:09>> Hey buddy. Buddy, I think it's time.
- 2:57:11>> Yeah. [laughter] Well, if you guys don't
- 2:57:13appreciate quality and art, I mean, I
- 2:57:15give you Beethoven and I can give you GG
- 2:57:18Dagustinino.
- 2:57:20>> It's It's time. It's It's okay.
- 2:57:23>> Okay. Well, you guys You know what?
- 2:57:30>> That's what we deserved. And it's okay.
- 2:57:32It's okay. I'll take that.
- 2:57:34>> You know who's disappointed?
- 2:57:36>> Oh, I would never want to disappoint
- 2:57:38him.
- 2:57:38>> No, me neither.
- 2:57:40>> Well, you did. I think he's fine. Well,
- 2:57:42you did.
- 2:57:44>> You know you you know what else you
- 2:57:45disappointed?
- 2:57:47>> Oh god.
- 2:57:48>> Orange [ __ ]
- 2:57:50>> Well, he's he looks disappointed.
- 2:57:52>> Don't Don't worry. I got plenty more of
- 2:57:54those.
- 2:57:58[snorts]
- 2:57:59>> We really got to get back on Lauren,
- 2:58:00though. We got to get
- 2:58:01>> Yeah, we desperately need to get back on
- 2:58:03Lord.
- 2:58:05>> All right. Well, we ended early by by uh
- 2:58:10prior standards.
- 2:58:11>> Prior standards. Yes.
- 2:58:13>> Okay. So, um
- 2:58:15Okay. Well, anything else you want to
- 2:58:17say, Suma?
- 2:58:18>> Nope.
- 2:58:20>> Thank you. This was fun.
- 2:58:21>> Thanks, Eric.
- 2:58:22>> Kiss your finger.
- 2:58:26>> Delete your archives.
- 2:58:27>> Delete your archives. Kiss your face.
- 2:58:28Hard eyes.
- 2:58:30>> Goodbye.
- 2:58:32Bye.
- 2:58:35>> [music]
- 2:58:38>> Hey,
