8. 0:17demonetised by Google repeatedly as
9. 0:20Prager University
10. 0:21Dennis Prager is sitting here he will be
11. 0:23testifying on the next panel mr. Prager
12. 0:26is in my judgment a highly learning
13. 0:30erudite individual studied and well
14. 0:34thought on a great many issues and in my
15. 0:37experience I've always found that I
16. 0:38learned when listening to mr. Prager
17. 0:40whether I happen to agree with a
18. 0:41particular issue or yet or not and yet
19. 0:44YouTube actively censors the content mr.
20. 0:49Prager is producing is it your view that
21. 0:51mr. Prager is somehow disseminating
22. 0:53dangerous ideas or ideas that fit into
23. 0:56the buckets you we're talking about a
24. 0:57violent extremism or hate speech no
25. 1:01senator we do have a very small percent
26. 1:06of our subscribers who opt for what we
27. 1:09call restricted mode these are mostly
28. 1:11institutions like churches or perhaps
29. 1:14schools where there's certain more
30. 1:18mature content that they choose not to
31. 1:21have access to now this is less than two
32. 1:23percent of the overall YouTube Watchers
33. 1:26but we do feel it's important that to
34. 1:29give those those institutions that
35. 1:31degree of control the restrictions are
36. 1:33purportedly for blocking things like
37. 1:35pornography but apparently in YouTube's
38. 1:39world talking about the 10 commandments
39. 1:41and the nation of Israel is comparable
40. 1:43and and and should be blocked that says
41. 1:46it all there the man himself is with us
42. 1:48now Dennis Prager founder of Prager you

44. 1:54heard mr. Cruz there say you were going
45. 1:56to be testifying I mean it was an
46. 1:58interesting session no doubt this week

54. 2:23hate-filled and he said well nothing why
55. 2:27didn't the paddle sort of end then so
56. 2:32it's the the the the man was was almost
57. 2:37brilliant I have to commend him it's
58. 2:42like well did you run over that old lady
59. 2:45yes but we just continue the
60. 2:51conversation but if you ran over the old
61. 2:53lady isn't that the only reason you're

86. 4:04our videos that are quote-unquote mature
87. 4:07yes they're all mature in the sense that
88. 4:09we appeal to the mind not not the
89. 4:12emotions that's true but but if mature
90. 4:16means a 15 year old or a fourteen
91. 4:18thirteen twelve eleven year old
92. 4:20shouldn't see it there isn't one such
93. 4:22video that's in weight it's it's I mean
94. 4:26I mean you know the the the the history
95. 4:29of Israel the by the way this isn't a
96. 4:32very interesting thing out of our three
97. 4:34hundred twenty videos fifteen are about
98. 4:35Israel stories obviously it's it's not a
99. 4:38very large percentage right half of them
100. 4:41are on their restricted list if you say
101. 4:43anything positive about America it's
102. 4:45restricted anything positive about
103. 4:46Israel its restricted and then there are
104. 4:49things that are restricted that I can't
105. 4:51even figure out why all right Dennis
106. 4:54well we're talking about it hopefully
107. 4:55someone will say wait a minute this is
