  7. 0:16how he's been able to move on Stacy well
  8. 0:18Fields this Sunday marks 10 years from
  9. 0:20the day Ray cron was exonerated by an
  10. 0:22Arizona judge after spending a decade
  11. 0:25Behind Bars three of those years in
  12. 0:27isolation on death row for a murder he
  13. 0:29did not commit he says rather than being
  14. 0:32angry about the years he lost Behind
  15. 0:33Bars he's trying to turn his experience
  16. 0:36into something
  17. 0:38positive within one day of getting up on
  18. 0:40a Sunday Tuesday evening I'm in jail and
  19. 0:42for the next 10 years in prison facing
  20. 0:45the death sins Ray cron was convicted
  21. 0:47twice for the murder of 26-year-old Kim
  22. 0:49anona at a phoenix bar in 1991 all along
  23. 0:53he maintained he was home the night of
  24. 0:55the murder something his roommate even
  25. 0:57corroborated still prosecutors convinced
  26. 1:00two juries that bite marks found on the
  27. 1:02victim matched Cron's teeth but in 2002
  28. 1:05he was exonerated by DNA evidence they
  29. 1:08can do it to me they can do it to
  30. 1:09anybody cron spent nearly three years on
  31. 1:12death row and now has made it his
  32. 1:14mission to help others who have been
  33. 1:15wrongly convicted he tours the country
  34. 1:17talking about the death penalty
  35. 1:19something he used to support I've never
  36. 1:21met a person that's wise enough
  37. 1:23experienced enough to determine who
  38. 1:25should live and who should die without
  39. 1:26making mistakes yesterday Arizona
  40. 1:28carried out its third execution of the
  41. 1:30year of Thomas Kamp convicted of a 1992
  42. 1:34murder his last words that he regretted
  43. 1:37nothing attorney general Tom Horn said
  44. 1:39Kemp has paid the penalty for his
  45. 1:41terrible crimes it is my hope that his
  46. 1:43victims and their families will find
  47. 1:45some measure of peace that justice has
  48. 1:47been carried out but cron believes the
  49. 1:50death penalty is not the harshest
  50. 1:52punishment a lot of people think the
  51. 1:54death penalty is the ultimate punishment
  52. 1:55make them suffer killing them is the
  53. 1:57best thing um I lived on death row with
  54. 1:59these I was on death Road for 3 years
  55. 2:02I'll tell you what most of all our
  56. 2:03opinion what kill me do me a favor what
  57. 2:05have we proven to society that this is
  58. 2:07actually now making it safer a better
  59. 2:09Society has it worked does it work cron
  60. 2:12is speaking at a legal conference about
  61. 2:14wrongful convictions at the Phoenix
  62. 2:16School of Law tomorrow
