  1. 0:00Hello and welcome to the third module of
  2. 0:03the AI agency bootcamp. This is going to
  3. 0:04be a bit of a shorter one. I wanted to
  4. 0:06dedicate a full
  5. 0:08separate module towards GoHighLevel, um
  6. 0:11which is the all-in-one CRM software
  7. 0:12that we use to manage the entire agency
  8. 0:15from.
  9. 0:16Um so this is just going to be a quick
  10. 0:18setup walk-through of how to
  11. 0:20kind of navigate the platform, um what
  12. 0:22you need to look out for, what's
  13. 0:23necessary, what's not necessary.
  14. 0:26It is such a mandatory component in the
  15. 0:28setup process that I just wanted to I
  16. 0:30didn't want to get this mixed up with
  17. 0:31anything else. Um so all the the rest of
  18. 0:33the setup stuff
  19. 0:35fundamentally we went through a lot of
  20. 0:36that stuff in the last module.
  21. 0:39If you haven't watched module one and
  22. 0:41module two, by the way, go do that.
  23. 0:43It's a lot of
  24. 0:44>> [snorts]
  25. 0:44>> um
  26. 0:45good information in them and uh just a
  27. 0:47lot of necessary setup stuff as well
  28. 0:49that we need to cover first.
  29. 0:50But essentially GoHighLevel is the
  30. 0:53all-in-one CRM that we [clears throat]
  31. 0:55manage everything
  32. 0:57uh
  33. 0:57>> [snorts]
  34. 0:57>> both for your own agency, but also for
  35. 0:59your clients. How to build everything,
  36. 1:00how to set up all the funnels, websites,
  37. 1:02pipelines,
  38. 1:04manage all the potential customers, um
  39. 1:07you know, set up AI agents, send
  40. 1:09contracts, um take payments. All that
  41. 1:12stuff is done through GoHighLevel.
  42. 1:14GoHighLevel has also made their own um
  43. 1:17estimate of how much money you're saving
  44. 1:19by just having everything on its own
  45. 1:21platform, which I'm a testament to this
  46. 1:23as well. I've been using GoHighLevel for
  47. 1:24the past 2 and 1/2 years.
  48. 1:26I don't know a single agency owner that
  49. 1:28doesn't use GoHighLevel, so
  50. 1:30this is just a a mandatory fixed cost
  51. 1:33for your agency, but you really don't
  52. 1:35have to pay for that much else aside
  53. 1:37from GoHighLevel.
  54. 1:38Um and if you haven't created your
  55. 1:40account yet, cuz you're going to need
  56. 1:41this, there's going to be a link in the
  57. 1:43description down below with a 14-day
  58. 1:45free trial plus all the snapshots,
  59. 1:47meaning all the packages with features
  60. 1:50that we use inside of our agency. So all
  61. 1:52the funnels, pre-builds,
  62. 1:54pipelines [snorts] pre-built,
  63. 1:55automations pre-built, all of our
  64. 1:57contracts,
  65. 1:58pre-built AI agents as well. You're
  66. 2:00going to get that all for free if you
  67. 2:01sign up in the link down below.
  68. 2:03Um we are an affiliate to GoHighLevel,
  69. 2:05but there's no extra price. You're
  70. 2:06paying the same. Um and you also get a
  71. 2:0914-day free trial if you sign up. That's
  72. 2:10just a small bonus that we get
  73. 2:13um from being a GoHighLevel affiliate.
  74. 2:16But yeah, there's the 97 uh a month
  75. 2:18plan, the 297, and the 497. Uh the 497
  76. 2:21is going to be completely useless for
  77. 2:24you in the beginning. It's just if you
  78. 2:25want to build your own
  79. 2:26white-label SaaS platform,
  80. 2:29um
  81. 2:29which is and you use GoHighLevel's
  82. 2:32display as the template behind that,
  83. 2:34which if you're
  84. 2:35in your first year of business, you're
  85. 2:36not going to use that. I still haven't
  86. 2:38used it to this day.
  87. 2:39Um [snorts] 97 and 297 are the same.
  88. 2:41It's just 297 you have unlimited
  89. 2:43subaccounts, and then you have uh three
  90. 2:45subaccounts on the 97
  91. 2:47dollar a month plan.
  92. 2:49Um you're going to need one subaccount
  93. 2:50for yourself, for your own agency, and
  94. 2:52then one for each client that you take
  95. 2:54on, cuz that's where you manage
  96. 2:56everything. So, you have the same like a
  97. 2:57layout,
  98. 2:59which is with different client
  99. 3:00information.
  100. 3:01Um if you're confident that you're going
  101. 3:02to sign a lot of clients in the first
  102. 3:03month, then you can go for the 297
  103. 3:05directly.
  104. 3:06But otherwise, you could stick to this
  105. 3:07one and then upgrade when it's needed.
  106. 3:10Um
  107. 3:11But yeah, it's a great platform. It's a
  108. 3:13game-changer. You're saving a lot of
  109. 3:14money. You're saving a lot of time, and
  110. 3:16you're also saving a lot of headache
  111. 3:18by not needing a million tabs open at
  112. 3:20the same time. So,
  113. 3:22yeah, go ahead and create your account.
  114. 3:25Uh I also made a small guide in this
  115. 3:26document if uh you just want to look at
  116. 3:29what I think is necessary to even pay
  117. 3:30attention to.
  118. 3:32It is a very beginner-friendly platform,
  119. 3:33but there's a lot of just like,
  120. 3:36>> [snorts]
  121. 3:37>> you know, university SaaS education,
  122. 3:39GoHighLevel's in merch, like don't get
  123. 3:41this mixed up with what's actually
  124. 3:43useful inside of uh GoHighLevel.
  125. 3:45This is like the stuff you're going to
  126. 3:46use.
  127. 3:48On the subaccount level, you pretty much
  128. 3:49use everything. Uh you can disregard
  129. 3:51kind of these like small things at the
  130. 3:52bottom. Um and AI agents, you can
  131. 3:55definitely build AI agents as well. I
  132. 3:57don't want you to disregard this fully.
  133. 3:59But we just prefer to build everything
  134. 4:01on a third-party flat platform if we're
  135. 4:03building AI voice agents on Vapi or
  136. 4:06Retail or 11 Labs, whatever it may be,
  137. 4:08and then we're connecting that through
  138. 4:09the automations that we already have in
  139. 4:11GoHighLevel.
  140. 4:13So that's pretty much how we set it up.
  141. 4:14Um but yeah, without further ado, we'll
  142. 4:17cover everything. What this It'll be a
  143. 4:19basic walk-through.
  144. 4:21There is a billion guides on YouTube if
  145. 4:23you just want to have a more like
  146. 4:26detailed setup guide on GoHighLevel. I'm
  147. 4:28just teaching you the the uh necessities
  148. 4:31of how to set everything up.
  149. 4:33GoHighLevel also want to I want to
  150. 4:34preface this in the beginning. They have
  151. 4:36some of the best, if not the best,
  152. 4:38support
  153. 4:40out of any platform I've ever used. Um
  154. 4:43so anytime you have questions, you can
  155. 4:45just hop on a one-on-one call with
  156. 4:46somebody from their support team. You
  157. 4:48just click the blue button with the
  158. 4:49white question mark in the top right.
  159. 4:51Um click start soon.
  160. 4:54You'll be asked a few questions uh about
  161. 4:56your situation, where inside of the
  162. 4:57platform uh that issue occurs.
  163. 5:00You'll be added to your queue, and then
  164. 5:01you can hop on a one-on-one call with
  165. 5:02them. That's literally how I learned the
  166. 5:04platform in the beginning.
  167. 5:06It's just hopping on calls with them,
  168. 5:07and um
  169. 5:08it's completely free. They're always
  170. 5:10available. It's like a 5-minute queue
  171. 5:11max, and then you can hop on.
  172. 5:14In the agency level, the only thing we I
  173. 5:16really,
  174. 5:17you know, recommend setting up is a
  175. 5:19white label domain. Um if you have your
  176. 5:21domain, you already purchased that on in
  177. 5:24the previous model module.
  178. 5:26You can set up a white label domain, so
  179. 5:27it looks a bit more professional in the
  180. 5:29top. Now it just says app.gohighlevel.
  181. 5:31Um if you set this up, it'll say
  182. 5:33app.yourdomain.
  183. 5:35So that's just a professional touch if
  184. 5:37you're selling this to
  185. 5:39your clients or whatever.
  186. 5:40Um feel free to do that. And then you
  187. 5:43also need to set up the billing.
  188. 5:45So
  189. 5:47Sorry, in the setting section,
  190. 5:49Um um
  191. 5:50billing, everything gets billed from the
  192. 5:52agency level.
  193. 5:53That's something that a lot of people
  194. 5:55don't understand, but
  195. 5:56even if you have sub accounts with
  196. 5:58clients and they link their card on um
  197. 6:03their sub account, if they're spending
  198. 6:05money on SMS or email or whatever it may
  199. 6:07be,
  200. 6:08and [snorts] they're getting billed for
  201. 6:10that action, it still gets billed from
  202. 6:12the agency level and then you can rebill
  203. 6:15the clients via Stripe uh through their
  204. 6:18cards that they have set up in their sub
  205. 6:19account.
  206. 6:20So, you still you like money doesn't
  207. 6:23disappear from your pocket by them
  208. 6:25spending money on SMS, but it is like a
  209. 6:27full circle kind of system where it gets
  210. 6:29spent from the agency level and then
  211. 6:32once it gets spent,
  212. 6:33you charge their card on their sub
  213. 6:35account.
  214. 6:36Uh it's a pretty dumb system, but that's
  215. 6:37just the way it works and
  216. 6:40um
  217. 6:40just make sure that if you have like a
  218. 6:42credit card, ideally,
  219. 6:43you set it up with a credit card.
  220. 6:46It's just a lot easier than uh just
  221. 6:47needing to like, you know,
  222. 6:49have like a an account on an LLC or
  223. 6:51whatever and just like refill them, you
  224. 6:53know. Just uh have like a credit card,
  225. 6:56set up the billing,
  226. 6:57and then set up the white label domain.
  227. 7:00Cover GHL support. So, the last thing is
  228. 7:02really just setting up the sub accounts.
  229. 7:03You head to the sub accounts. You also
  230. 7:05see all the account snapshots. This is
  231. 7:07where you have the snapshots. Um
  232. 7:10So, everything in total and then you
  233. 7:12have the imported snapshots that you
  234. 7:13have from like different entities or
  235. 7:14whatever.
  236. 7:15Shared snapshots, um and then also
  237. 7:18snapshot templates if you want to create
  238. 7:19your own.
  239. 7:20>> [snorts]
  240. 7:20>> That's pretty much it.
  241. 7:22Um but so if you
  242. 7:24sign up with our account, you will be
  243. 7:26asked to import all the snapshots
  244. 7:27directly onto the account.
  245. 7:29>> [snorts]
  246. 7:29>> That's pretty much it. And then the sub
  247. 7:31accounts,
  248. 7:32uh if you want to search the sub
  249. 7:33accounts, I'll probably have to blur
  250. 7:35some of the stuff out cuz we have a lot
  251. 7:36of clients under this account. Um but
  252. 7:40that will be seen uh here if you want to
  253. 7:43access the sub accounts, and then this
  254. 7:44is where you create them.
  255. 7:45>> [snorts]
  256. 7:46>> So, you just click create sub account.
  257. 7:48I would use marketing agency as the
  258. 7:49template. You could also choose which
  259. 7:51snapshots you want to be on.
  260. 7:54You the new sub account.
  261. 7:56Marketing agency.
  262. 7:58Continue.
  263. 7:59And then just type your location. This
  264. 8:01can be pretty broad. I'm in Stockholm at
  265. 8:03the moment, so I'll just text that and
  266. 8:04then proceed. This is where you add all
  267. 8:07your information. So,
  268. 8:10first name, last name,
  269. 8:11email, business niche. So, business
  270. 8:14niche I would just do marketing agency.
  271. 8:15You don't have to do anything more
  272. 8:17specific. You keep it pretty
  273. 8:20pretty broad. Business phone.
  274. 8:23You fill out all your information and
  275. 8:24then website. If you have you should
  276. 8:26have your website from the previous
  277. 8:27module, but if you don't have that, then
  278. 8:30you you just want to create your
  279. 8:31account.
  280. 8:32Um
  281. 8:33just click a dot and then you can
  282. 8:34proceed and then the time zone. The time
  283. 8:36zone is very important that you get it
  284. 8:37right cuz if you're sending
  285. 8:40um
  286. 8:41SMS
  287. 8:42through your account
  288. 8:44and you have it set to like 9:00 a.m. to
  289. 8:465:00 p.m. in Eastern time zone in the US
  290. 8:48cuz that's where your client's tell us
  291. 8:50that. You're if you're set to like
  292. 8:53European time zone or even like
  293. 8:54Australian or something like that,
  294. 8:56um
  295. 8:58it's just going to send during the night
  296. 8:59and that will decrease the
  297. 9:00deliverability of the campaigns or it
  298. 9:02would decrease the pickup rate. Just
  299. 9:04make sure that the time zone of the
  300. 9:05account
  301. 9:06is set right. Um and yeah, then just
  302. 9:09click this is my own account or this is
  303. 9:10my client's account, so they know that
  304. 9:12as well.
  305. 9:13And then you add the sub account. And
  306. 9:15then once we've done that, we'll head
  307. 9:16into the sub account.
  308. 9:19Um
  309. 9:20this is an account that we haven't
  310. 9:21really used, so I'll just show
  311. 9:22everything inside of here.
  312. 9:24Um first of all, we need to set up the
  313. 9:26calendar.
  314. 9:28So, we click on calendars. You come to
  315. 9:30calendar settings and then connections.
  316. 9:33And then you want to add your Google
  317. 9:35calendar. So, if you click connect on
  318. 9:37Google Calendar, you'll be asked to sign
  319. 9:39in with sign in with email. If you If
  320. 9:41you created your Google Workspace email
  321. 9:43in the previous module, you should have
  322. 9:45signed up for an account
  323. 9:47with that professional email on Google
  324. 9:50Calendar, so everything is linked. And
  325. 9:52that's ideally
  326. 9:53what you want to connect
  327. 9:55now with your new GoHighLevel account as
  328. 9:57well.
  329. 9:58Link Google Meet or Zoom, whatever
  330. 10:00you're using. I don't really have a
  331. 10:01preference, I'll use both.
  332. 10:03Zoom is
  333. 10:05you [clears throat] need to pay
  334. 10:07for Zoom
  335. 10:09if you're taking calls past 45 minutes.
  336. 10:12I actually had a sales call like 2 years
  337. 10:14ago and that was one of my first
  338. 10:16proper sales calls ever with a realtor.
  339. 10:19Um
  340. 10:20and uh
  341. 10:22who knows, maybe like it was a very good
  342. 10:23meeting. He might have closed if I just
  343. 10:26wasn't the call further and then we had
  344. 10:27spoken for 45 minutes, the meeting just
  345. 10:29cut off and I never heard from him
  346. 10:30again.
  347. 10:31Um so, maybe he wouldn't have closed
  348. 10:33actually, but
  349. 10:35still, I've used Google Meet for the
  350. 10:36most part. It's completely free, you can
  351. 10:38sign up for that. Or if you just want to
  352. 10:40pay for Zoom, that's fine as well.
  353. 10:42Or keep it below 45 minutes.
  354. 10:44Um so, yeah, connect that and then we'll
  355. 10:47head back into calendars.
  356. 10:49>> [snorts]
  357. 10:49>> We'll
  358. 10:51Yeah, we'll create the calendar first
  359. 10:53cuz I'll just show. You need to add
  360. 10:54yourself
  361. 10:55in the staff section as an admin
  362. 10:58to be to be able to add yourself.
  363. 11:00Uh I can actually show that first.
  364. 11:03So, make sure to add yourself as an
  365. 11:04admin. You head to my staff inside of
  366. 11:06the sub account um
  367. 11:08and then I've already done it here,
  368. 11:10but click add user.
  369. 11:13Just click on first last name and then
  370. 11:15your email. This needs to be a secondary
  371. 11:17email cuz if you have the same email on
  372. 11:19your admin profile
  373. 11:20as the email that you have signed up on
  374. 11:22the account with, it's just going to say
  375. 11:24somebody else within this agency is
  376. 11:25using this email. Um
  377. 11:27so, it's pretty dumb, but you need to
  378. 11:29just sign up with a different email.
  379. 11:32Um and then I'll do that quickly.
  380. 11:40You done one and then uh make sure to
  381. 11:43add yourself as an admin and then you
  382. 11:44click save and then you'll be
  383. 11:47added as an admin and then we head back
  384. 11:48into calendars.
  385. 11:50Click new calendar. Uh we usually do a
  386. 11:52round robin.
  387. 11:54It's just going to be yourself in the
  388. 11:55beginning. A round robin is essentially
  389. 11:57um
  390. 11:58a calendar type where you can throw
  391. 11:59around meetings to optimize for
  392. 12:02you know, equal distribution or um who
  393. 12:04is available at that specific time. If
  394. 12:06you have for our agency, for example, if
  395. 12:08we have multiple closers that are taking
  396. 12:10sales calls,
  397. 12:11we
  398. 12:12uh want to distribute those sales calls
  399. 12:14equally across the team. It's just going
  400. 12:17to be you in the beginning. I would
  401. 12:17still set up a round robin cuz that's
  402. 12:19easier.
  403. 12:20>> [snorts]
  404. 12:20>> Uh we'll just name the calendar
  405. 12:22something simple
  406. 12:24like 45-minute discovery call.
  407. 12:28And then you can do
  408. 12:32like your agency name.
  409. 12:34So, like your agency name.
  410. 12:36Um
  411. 12:38and then this is where you select your
  412. 12:39team team members. So, if you haven't
  413. 12:41added yourself as in the staff section,
  414. 12:43this won't pop up. It will be blank.
  415. 12:45Just make sure that that you're added.
  416. 12:47Uh
  417. 12:47>> [snorts]
  418. 12:47>> meeting duration, I'll set this to 45
  419. 12:49minutes usually.
  420. 12:51Um accept payments, you can leave this
  421. 12:53off.
  422. 12:54And then we click confirm.
  423. 12:56And then once that calendar is created,
  424. 12:58we want to come to edit.
  425. 13:01And then this is where we'll just set up
  426. 13:03the rest of the basics. So,
  427. 13:04if you have a logo, you can add that in
  428. 13:06here. Uh looks a bit more professional.
  429. 13:08I don't want to I don't want you to
  430. 13:10spend too much time on creating a logo
  431. 13:11if you don't want if you don't have one.
  432. 13:13That's just another part of those things
  433. 13:15that
  434. 13:16people spend too much time on. It's like
  435. 13:17their logo or their name. So, just
  436. 13:20if you don't have one, leave that for
  437. 13:22now.
  438. 13:23Uh create the name.
  439. 13:25Write a description. You can use AI for
  440. 13:26the description.
  441. 13:28Um
  442. 13:29rest of the stuff you can leave blank.
  443. 13:30Contact name, this is the meeting invite
  444. 13:32title. So anytime somebody books in a
  445. 13:33call on this calendar,
  446. 13:36uh this is what it would say on the
  447. 13:37invite to them. We have this custom
  448. 13:39value
  449. 13:40that says contact name. So
  450. 13:42their name will pop up
  451. 13:44in here. It will say their name and then
  452. 13:47you could do like you could do your
  453. 13:48name. Just have their name, your name or
  454. 13:51uh like demo call.
  455. 13:54Your agency name or just your name. Both
  456. 13:57works well.
  457. 13:58Most of the time you're going to do your
  458. 13:59name in the beginning cuz uh you're
  459. 14:02yourself you're going to start more as
  460. 14:04an independent contractor
  461. 14:06when you're starting your agency. Um
  462. 14:09and then um
  463. 14:11you [clears throat] know, once you have
  464. 14:13multiple closers that are maybe taking
  465. 14:14calls, you might like write your
  466. 14:16agency's name. It's not the biggest
  467. 14:17deal.
  468. 14:18Um staff location, this is where this is
  469. 14:20where you can add multiple team members
  470. 14:22if you have multiple team members in the
  471. 14:23staff section. You add them and then you
  472. 14:25can optimize for availability or
  473. 14:27optimize for equal distribution. So
  474. 14:28let's say you have like nine sales
  475. 14:30calls, you got three closers on the team
  476. 14:33and um
  477. 14:34you know,
  478. 14:35if they have their calendars added as
  479. 14:37well, they optimize for availability.
  480. 14:40Uh whoever is available at that specific
  481. 14:41time if somebody booked in at like 5:00
  482. 14:43p.m. and somebody else is taking a
  483. 14:44different meeting or they're out doing
  484. 14:46something with their family, you get the
  485. 14:47point.
  486. 14:48Uh or optimize for equal distribution if
  487. 14:50everybody's available on the team and
  488. 14:52can take calls at all times. Um
  489. 14:55it will just give it to whoever
  490. 14:57like
  491. 14:59nine calls, three closers, so it would
  492. 15:01just give them three each. You get the
  493. 15:02point.
  494. 15:03Um you probably wouldn't have three
  495. 15:04closers if you're booking nine calls a
  496. 15:05day cuz a closer could really take nine
  497. 15:09calls in a day themselves, but
  498. 15:11you get the point. Um it's just going to
  499. 15:13be you in the beginning.
  500. 15:14Since it's only me, I will set myself to
  501. 15:16high priority and then custom, link my
  502. 15:18Google Meet. So
  503. 15:20that's that. And then
  504. 15:23um you can also set this priority.
  505. 15:24Whoever like closer you want to take the
  506. 15:25first calls.
  507. 15:27You get the point. Um
  508. 15:29availability, you can set your
  509. 15:31availability if you want want to edit
  510. 15:32this.
  511. 15:33Um
  512. 15:35I just have it to 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  513. 15:37Um Monday to Friday. Most of the time
  514. 15:39you're not going to take calls on
  515. 15:40Saturday and Sundays
  516. 15:42cuz businesses are not available.
  517. 15:44This should also be set to the right
  518. 15:45time zone. Um
  519. 15:47and uh for now for example for our
  520. 15:49agency we have um closers that are
  521. 15:52literally working like night time to fit
  522. 15:55like the US time zone. That's something
  523. 15:57you might have to do yourself as well.
  524. 15:59Um
  525. 16:00or would you just kind of figure out a
  526. 16:01good balance between that if you're just
  527. 16:02taking like calls at night time for
  528. 16:04example. That's something I used to do
  529. 16:05in the beginning
  530. 16:07uh since I was based in Europe.
  531. 16:08And um you know that used to be like 6
  532. 16:11to 9 hours difference.
  533. 16:14Um
  534. 16:16so
  535. 16:17you do that. You kind of have to you
  536. 16:19know do your due diligence with that.
  537. 16:21Um and then booking rules you can leave
  538. 16:24all this pretty blank. Um
  539. 16:26minimum scheduling notice I would do
  540. 16:28like we've always done 8 hours. So 8
  541. 16:30hours is the earliest
  542. 16:32time before the call occurs that you can
  543. 16:34book in.
  544. 16:35Um
  545. 16:37just what you're comfortable with
  546. 16:38really. And then the day range we've
  547. 16:40always set this to 4 days. So this is
  548. 16:42the longest time into the future a
  549. 16:45prospect can book in a call.
  550. 16:47Meaning if you're set if you're setting
  551. 16:49this to like
  552. 16:51a week or like 2 weeks
  553. 16:53if somebody books in a call in 2 weeks
  554. 16:55and it's cold traffic as well like
  555. 16:56they're just not going to show up to
  556. 16:57that call. They have forgot about the
  557. 17:00fact that they booked in a call with
  558. 17:01you.
  559. 17:02Um so how that's set is like 4 days.
  560. 17:03That's always what we had. 4 days is
  561. 17:05like short enough to where they're
  562. 17:06probably remember it but then long
  563. 17:08enough to we give them like some ability
  564. 17:10or some flexibility with their um
  565. 17:12schedule.
  566. 17:13If you set it to 2 days like no one will
  567. 17:15really be available.
  568. 17:18Um
  569. 17:19And the rest of the stuff you can really
  570. 17:21leave if you want to have like maximum
  571. 17:22bookings per day, you can set that, but
  572. 17:24it's not mandatory.
  573. 17:26And then advanced settings,
  574. 17:28you can always you you're going to have
  575. 17:29like a default form from GoHighLevel
  576. 17:31themselves. You can kind of leave this.
  577. 17:33Um accept payments, you can turn this
  578. 17:35off. We have always That's like the main
  579. 17:36thing we haven't done through
  580. 17:38GoHighLevel is actually take payments.
  581. 17:40So, we just send like a separate link
  582. 17:42through Stripe or um Stripe is the only
  583. 17:45one that we've used for a long time. I
  584. 17:46wouldn't recommend it today.
  585. 17:47Um I've heard a lot of like horror
  586. 17:49stories from people getting their
  587. 17:50accounts fro- frozen and stuff.
  588. 17:53Um
  589. 17:54but yeah.
  590. 17:55You can
  591. 17:56do with this what you want. Like this,
  592. 17:58you can set up payments
  593. 18:00um or just leave this blank.
  594. 18:02And this is not really
  595. 18:04correlated with taking payments, by the
  596. 18:05way, but still.
  597. 18:08Um
  598. 18:09yeah, just leave all this blank. Then
  599. 18:10your calendar is set up and you just
  600. 18:12click save changes.
  601. 18:13Um
  602. 18:15the other stuff is just walk through
  603. 18:16like conversations. This where you have
  604. 18:18all the all in one CRM.
  605. 18:20Once again, this is a new account. We
  606. 18:21haven't used this for anything, so this
  607. 18:22is just a bunch of default
  608. 18:25things from GoHighLevel.
  609. 18:27A pretty cool thing is um
  610. 18:29and this going to be a necessary use
  611. 18:31case for some of you.
  612. 18:33You could have
  613. 18:34every single platform that you're
  614. 18:36relying on to like book appointments,
  615. 18:37whether if you're doing cold outreach,
  616. 18:39if it's email, SMS, LinkedIn, Instagram,
  617. 18:41Facebook,
  618. 18:42all the conversations that you're
  619. 18:43managing, if you have like a setter or a
  620. 18:45VA, um
  621. 18:48you could literally manage everything
  622. 18:49from the same CRM, which is sick. Um we
  623. 18:52used to do this. We had like few
  624. 18:56Instagram accounts back in the day when
  625. 18:57we were doing like outreach to realtors.
  626. 18:59We had like 10 Instagram accounts at at
  627. 19:0210 Instagram accounts at at once.
  628. 19:05Um can't speak.
  629. 19:07But and then instead of just like
  630. 19:09hopping between every single one of the
  631. 19:11Instagram accounts, we have everything
  632. 19:12in one CRM through GoHighLevel.
  633. 19:14So, one setter could literally set and
  634. 19:16just have conversations, and this would
  635. 19:18be,
  636. 19:19you know, conversation inboxes from from
  637. 19:21all accounts at once. If you're doing
  638. 19:23email and SMS and Instagram and
  639. 19:25Facebook, nobody really does that.
  640. 19:28Um but it is a cool feature that
  641. 19:29GoHighLevel has. Once again, like the
  642. 19:31the only things that I really recommend
  643. 19:33nowadays for
  644. 19:35getting clients is if you're running
  645. 19:37inbound, just run Meta Ads. If you're
  646. 19:39doing outbound, just do LinkedIn and
  647. 19:40cold SMS.
  648. 19:41Those are really the main things that I
  649. 19:42see working.
  650. 19:44And you will have a full Yeah, the next
  651. 19:45module is covering all that stuff
  652. 19:47front to back.
  653. 19:49Um contacts, this is also where you have
  654. 19:52all the contacts from either the ads
  655. 19:54that you're running or um if you're
  656. 19:56importing leads through like cold
  657. 19:58outreach on SMS.
  658. 19:59We have a bunch of like US numbers in
  659. 20:01here.
  660. 20:02Um actually, it's only 69 contacts, but
  661. 20:05yeah. You you have all the contact
  662. 20:07sections. So, this is just like plain
  663. 20:09company information without any like
  664. 20:11score or um
  665. 20:14you know, specific details to the
  666. 20:16contacts.
  667. 20:17You have every everything here, and this
  668. 20:18is where you import
  669. 20:20um files with like a bunch of contracts
  670. 20:21con- contacts.
  671. 20:23If you're importing like large files
  672. 20:25with uh if you're scraping from Apollo
  673. 20:27or Apollo.io
  674. 20:29um Outscraper, or even just like
  675. 20:31scraping manually from like Yellow
  676. 20:33Pages.
  677. 20:34Uh you upload them here.
  678. 20:36>> [snorts]
  679. 20:36>> Opportunities, this is where we track um
  680. 20:39all So, this is all the pipelines. This
  681. 20:41is where we track the stage of the lead.
  682. 20:43You're going to get all these three
  683. 20:44pipelines um
  684. 20:46for free once again with the link if you
  685. 20:47sign up. So, we have [snorts] the ads
  686. 20:49pipeline lead form. We have the ads
  687. 20:50pipeline straight to calendar, and then
  688. 20:52we have the cold SMS pipeline.
  689. 20:54This is pretty cool.
  690. 20:56Um we also have automations connected to
  691. 20:57this, which I'll cover in a second.
  692. 21:01But we literally have every stage of the
  693. 21:03lead tracked in one single pipeline.
  694. 21:06Um and this gets moved around
  695. 21:08automatically. So, if we're running ads
  696. 21:10and then we have newly attempted
  697. 21:11contact, short-term nurture, uh, which
  698. 21:14is an automation that will add that
  699. 21:17contact to, if applicable, once again.
  700. 21:20Um, but call no show, canceled, showed
  701. 21:22not closed,
  702. 21:23uh, follow-up scheduled. The ads
  703. 21:25pipeline straight to calendar is very
  704. 21:27similar, and then you have the cold SMS
  705. 21:29pipeline as well. Cold SMS pitched, new
  706. 21:31lead, no answer, call later, not
  707. 21:32qualified, not interested, booked, no
  708. 21:34show, canceled.
  709. 21:36Showed not closed, closed, long-term
  710. 21:37nurture, and lost leads.
  711. 21:40So, we have automations applicable to
  712. 21:41all these. If we're sending a If we're
  713. 21:43running a cold SMS campaign and we have,
  714. 21:47you know,
  715. 21:48a no show or like somebody getting
  716. 21:50canceled,
  717. 21:51um,
  718. 21:53depending on where in the pipeline
  719. 21:55they're at, what they'll be added to an
  720. 21:56automation to like keep sending SMS and
  721. 21:58keep reminding them on our service or
  722. 22:00whatever.
  723. 22:01You could add a lot of
  724. 22:03>> [snorts]
  725. 22:03>> like top-line revenue to your company by
  726. 22:05just following up enough. And this is a
  727. 22:08pretty sick Like even before AI was a
  728. 22:10thing,
  729. 22:11um, it's still a sick like value
  730. 22:13proposition to companies that just suck
  731. 22:15at following up with their leads or they
  732. 22:16have
  733. 22:17so much like dead pipeline value that
  734. 22:20it's just so many leads sitting in the
  735. 22:21pipeline, they're not doing anything
  736. 22:23with them, and you can just follow up
  737. 22:24with them.
  738. 22:26Um, or the, you know, speed to lead is
  739. 22:28what Speed to lead is not really
  740. 22:29attached to this,
  741. 22:31but like the speed to lead with an AI
  742. 22:32dollar, for example, which you can both
  743. 22:34set up in the
  744. 22:35AI agent section or if you want to
  745. 22:37connect it from a third-party software,
  746. 22:39once again, uh, we'll have a full
  747. 22:41walk-through of that in the fulfillment
  748. 22:42module.
  749. 22:44Um,
  750. 22:45>> [snorts]
  751. 22:45>> but yeah, it's just a lot of cool things
  752. 22:47you can do,
  753. 22:48um,
  754. 22:49for for your clients, just to make sure
  755. 22:51that they're actually like making the
  756. 22:52most out of every single lead that comes
  757. 22:54in on the pipeline, whether they're
  758. 22:56running ads, running any type of SMS.
  759. 22:58Um, this is how you just have a solid
  760. 23:00overview of everything.
  761. 23:03Payments, uh I wouldn't bother about
  762. 23:04this. This is once again, like we have
  763. 23:07never tracked payments through
  764. 23:08GoHighLevel
  765. 23:09uh itself. We do that on third
  766. 23:11third-party platforms like Stripe.
  767. 23:13Um so, we just send the uh payment link
  768. 23:17directly from Stripe.
  769. 23:19You have AI agents. I wouldn't really
  770. 23:20bother about that. No more marketing
  771. 23:22either.
  772. 23:23Um the only thing before we head into
  773. 23:25automations and sites is media storage.
  774. 23:28Uh this is where you're going to add the
  775. 23:31opt-in form, a screenshot of the opt-in
  776. 23:32form. So, as we covered in
  777. 23:35um
  778. 23:36module or the the previous module,
  779. 23:40>> [snorts]
  780. 23:40>> you will have an opt-in form attached to
  781. 23:42your website at the bottom of it.
  782. 23:44Just this basically ensures if you're
  783. 23:46buying phone numbers
  784. 23:47um and you're sending in an application
  785. 23:50to get it verified cuz you need to
  786. 23:51verify your numbers before you can use
  787. 23:52them,
  788. 23:54you essentially just establish with
  789. 23:56GoHighLevel that the use case is valid.
  790. 23:58So, if we're sending SMS and we're using
  791. 24:00the phone number for
  792. 24:01um dialing leads that come in through
  793. 24:03this opt-in form,
  794. 24:05that's just what they want to know. And
  795. 24:06then we have
  796. 24:08um a phone number verified. I don't even
  797. 24:10know if this makes sense, but we'll have
  798. 24:11a full guide on how to
  799. 24:13um verify the phone number in a second
  800. 24:14as well.
  801. 24:15So,
  802. 24:16as one of the the third part of the
  803. 24:18application for a toll-free number, you
  804. 24:20need to um
  805. 24:22show GoHighLevel essentially what you're
  806. 24:24going to use the number for in order to
  807. 24:25get verified. And that's when we send
  808. 24:27this this in and we need a URL to um a
  809. 24:31patient picture like this and then you
  810. 24:33upload that screenshot from your website
  811. 24:36in here and then you click the three
  812. 24:37dots.
  813. 24:38You click get link. We'll go through
  814. 24:39this in a second.
  815. 24:40>> [snorts]
  816. 24:41>> Uh now to the automation section. This
  817. 24:43is all included in the snapshots. Once
  818. 24:45again, if you sign up,
  819. 24:47I'm mainly going to cover the ads
  820. 24:48automations. So,
  821. 24:50first of all, we have uh full
  822. 24:52automations for the AI dialer. So, if
  823. 24:54you want to connect
  824. 24:55uh Vappy, for example,
  825. 24:57we have the AI dollar automations and
  826. 24:59then the nurturing workflows.
  827. 25:02I'll start by covering the new lead.
  828. 25:04Uh, so this essentially
  829. 25:06tells GoHighLevel that a new lead is
  830. 25:08being added to the pipeline. Uh, if it
  831. 25:09comes in from the opt-in form on a
  832. 25:11landing page, for example. We're running
  833. 25:12the ads and then those the next part of
  834. 25:16the funnel is the landing page.
  835. 25:18We have
  836. 25:19the
  837. 25:21leads uh, filling like
  838. 25:23um, an opt-in form with um, first first
  839. 25:26name, last name, company name, email and
  840. 25:28phone number and then that leads get
  841. 25:30added
  842. 25:31with the tag Facebook lead form.
  843. 25:33Um, and then wait 1 minute and then lead
  844. 25:36is not booked an appointment, then it
  845. 25:37gets sent to move to new lead.
  846. 25:40Add the new lead alert, which is another
  847. 25:41automation and then add to workflow. Um,
  848. 25:44so if the uh, lead didn't book an
  849. 25:46appointment
  850. 25:48on the landing page, then it gets sent
  851. 25:49to the AI dollar. So, this is already
  852. 25:52added to the AI dollar automation. If it
  853. 25:54did book an appointment, it just says
  854. 25:56remove from workflow.
  855. 25:57So, this way we can essentially ensure
  856. 26:00that
  857. 26:01if a new lead is being added through the
  858. 26:03opt-in form that we have on um, our
  859. 26:04landing page,
  860. 26:06if they directly book an appointment,
  861. 26:09which is the the entire goal of running
  862. 26:10the ads for them to book appointments,
  863. 26:11obviously.
  864. 26:12Um, if they book an appointment, we just
  865. 26:14remove them from the workflow. If they
  866. 26:17don't book an appointment, we can follow
  867. 26:18on follow them up. And usually we would
  868. 26:20have a sales team just follow up and
  869. 26:22like dial these leads to make sure that
  870. 26:23they book in.
  871. 26:25Now we just have an AI dollar do that,
  872. 26:27which is pretty uh, efficient. So, then
  873. 26:29it gets sent into this automation, which
  874. 26:31I'll cover in a second.
  875. 26:33Um,
  876. 26:35the other stuff is the short-term
  877. 26:37nurture and then we have the long-term
  878. 26:38nurture. So, depending on
  879. 26:40um, where the lead is, if we collect a
  880. 26:43bunch of lead information,
  881. 26:45we run the ads and then uh, instead of
  882. 26:48once again, instead of having like a
  883. 26:50closer or an SDR just like dialing these
  884. 26:52leads front to back.
  885. 26:54We have an automation saying that if
  886. 26:56we're
  887. 26:58if they're added and it's between day
  888. 27:01three and day 30 of opting, we're
  889. 27:03sending these SMSs. So, we're we we're
  890. 27:05being pretty consistent with the SMSs
  891. 27:07that we're sending.
  892. 27:09Um by nature, we're going to be
  893. 27:12way more consistent with the SMS
  894. 27:14follow-ups in the first month compared
  895. 27:16to the second month and and the third
  896. 27:18month.
  897. 27:19>> [snorts]
  898. 27:19>> But, essentially, we're just sending
  899. 27:21SMSs every single day and you can
  900. 27:22customize these SMSs to your liking. So,
  901. 27:24every single day, you're sending like an
  902. 27:26SMS,
  903. 27:27uh
  904. 27:28you know, based on
  905. 27:29what you want to add into, but the the
  906. 27:32point of this is obviously to
  907. 27:34follow up with leads and make sure that
  908. 27:35they book in an appointment with us
  909. 27:37eventually for us to sell them on the
  910. 27:38service.
  911. 27:39And then, after day 30, if they still
  912. 27:41haven't responded and haven't booked an
  913. 27:43appointment, we just move them to
  914. 27:44long-term nurture, which is the second
  915. 27:47automation.
  916. 27:48Uh so, we have that in here. And now,
  917. 27:50we're a bit more inconsistent with the
  918. 27:51SMS cuz, you know, they're probably not
  919. 27:53going to have the same interest if
  920. 27:54they've if they haven't picked up for
  921. 27:58um the first month.
  922. 28:00Um the rest of this stuff is just
  923. 28:03confirmations for us to have in the
  924. 28:04automation. So, appointment booked,
  925. 28:06appointment canceled, appointment no
  926. 28:07show, appointment rescheduled,
  927. 28:08appointment showed.
  928. 28:09>> [snorts]
  929. 28:09>> This is all stuff that we have inside of
  930. 28:11the pipeline.
  931. 28:13And then,
  932. 28:14uh we have a few other workflows and
  933. 28:16reactivation workflows.
  934. 28:18So, these are like similar stuff.
  935. 28:21Uh reactivation workflow is also if we
  936. 28:22have like dead leads in the pipeline for
  937. 28:24a client and we can just reactivate all
  938. 28:26those leads.
  939. 28:27We have done that in the past where
  940. 28:29um
  941. 28:30we literally
  942. 28:32offered a reactivation campaign or like
  943. 28:34a reactivation workflow to a client
  944. 28:36prior to them actually buying into us as
  945. 28:38a company. So, if [snorts] we had
  946. 28:41um
  947. 28:42you know, we were on like our second
  948. 28:43call with them, they were about to
  949. 28:45they're like a very hot prospect, where
  950. 28:47they're about to come become a client.
  951. 28:49We just send them like this in the
  952. 28:50meantime. Cuz I promise you the average
  953. 28:53like roofing or HVAC company that just
  954. 28:55has a bunch of leads in the pipeline,
  955. 28:57they're not doing anything with them.
  956. 28:59And if we can just activate like a
  957. 29:01reactivation campaign,
  958. 29:03um
  959. 29:05it's going to be very valuable. And then
  960. 29:07last thing is uh the AI dollar, which
  961. 29:09we'll cover more in the fulfillment
  962. 29:10module, but this is just we have AI
  963. 29:12dollar trigger.
  964. 29:13Um so this is very simple. And then we
  965. 29:16have the actual AI dollar automation.
  966. 29:19I won't cover this right now cuz this
  967. 29:20will be
  968. 29:22fully covered in the fulfillment module.
  969. 29:25But that's pretty much much it for the
  970. 29:26automations. Last two things I want to
  971. 29:28cover is how to set up the funnels and
  972. 29:31uh build the landing pages and all that
  973. 29:32stuff. And then also how to apply for a
  974. 29:34toll-free and a local phone number. And
  975. 29:37then we're done. All right. So I'm
  976. 29:39quickly going to walk through how to
  977. 29:41build an entire landing page, an entire
  978. 29:42funnel that you can upload into
  979. 29:44GoHighLevel
  980. 29:45with a simple LLM like Claude or Manas.
  981. 29:48Uh literally all we've been doing with
  982. 29:50my agency for the past couple months is
  983. 29:52just build all the landing pages inside
  984. 29:53of Claude.
  985. 29:54It's a lot easier just to use a chatbot
  986. 29:57like this and then let Claude build a
  987. 29:58landing page instead of building it
  988. 29:59manually inside of GoHighLevel.
  989. 30:01I also I'm not really a fan of the
  990. 30:03aesthetics
  991. 30:04inside of GoHighLevel. The templates are
  992. 30:06a bit boring. They look a bit old. Um
  993. 30:08it's definitely optimized for conversion
  994. 30:11inside of GoHighLevel, but you can use
  995. 30:12that do that with Claude as well.
  996. 30:14What I'm saying with conversion is
  997. 30:17usually the more ugly landing pages and
  998. 30:19website convert better than websites and
  999. 30:22and landing pages that look good. So
  1000. 30:24because it's just like a big red button,
  1001. 30:26it's like a ugly headline, it just it's
1002. 30:28super clear for the customer
1003. 30:30or the lead to know what to do. Um
1004. 30:33and if you just have like all these
1005. 30:34aesthetics and just flowing and a bunch
  1006. 30:36of colors, like
1007. 30:38it's just it looks good, but it's just
  1008. 30:39not optimized for conversion. That's
1009. 30:40also why I want you to have a website
1010. 30:43separate from sales just to optimize for
  1011. 30:45social presence.
1012. 30:47But it's not made for like, you know,
1013. 30:49making sales or for just random cold
  1014. 30:51traffic to book appointments.
1015. 30:53And then you have the funnel
  1016. 30:54that we only run
1017. 30:56under like a separate domain with the
  1018. 30:57ads.
  1019. 30:58So,
  1020. 31:00yeah, essentially I'll just type
  1021. 31:01whatever I want I'd say to the chatbot.
1022. 31:03And you can play around with this
  1023. 31:04endlessly. Like you if there's anything
1024. 31:05that you don't like with the landing
1025. 31:06page that it builds, you just text what
1026. 31:08you need. Um and they will, you know, it
1027. 31:11reiterate that. And then we extract the
1028. 31:14HTML code and the CSS code, which is
1029. 31:16essentially the two codes to build like
1030. 31:19a landing page. The HTML is the
1031. 31:21structure of the landing page and then
1032. 31:22you have the CSS is for the color,
1033. 31:24uh the color coordination and the like
1034. 31:26aesthetics of it. We take those codes,
1035. 31:28we upload it as like a JavaScript um
1036. 31:32in the code builder instead of
  1037. 31:33GoHighLevel. So,
1038. 31:34I'll just come up with a script and then
  1039. 31:36um
  1040. 31:37yeah, I'll get back when I'm done.
1041. 31:39All right. So, it could literally be as
  1042. 31:41simple like this. Um
1043. 31:43once again, you might have to reiterate
1044. 31:44this a couple times, but something like
1045. 31:46just make me a VSL landing page for my
1046. 31:48AI marketing agency for roofing
  1047. 31:49companies in the US
1048. 31:51or whatever niche you've chosen to work
  1049. 31:52within.
1050. 31:53Make the headline access our $2 million
  1051. 31:55AI licensing infrastructure to 3x gross
1052. 31:57revenue while doubling your profit in 90
1053. 31:59days. And then have a small heading
1054. 32:02above the headline that says roofing
  1055. 32:03companies below a million dollars in
  1056. 32:05annual revenue. So, that's just a ICP
  1057. 32:07callout essentially.
1058. 32:09Have a sub headline that says and if we
1059. 32:10don't deliver, you don't pay. And then
1060. 32:12underneath that have a VSL section. The
1061. 32:15rest of the landing page should be
  1062. 32:16reserved for additional information
1063. 32:17about the company plus room for case
  1064. 32:18studies.
  1065. 32:19Um
1066. 32:21the first page of the landing page is
1067. 32:22the the most important to get right.
1068. 32:24M- most people are not going to like
  1069. 32:27look for um
1070. 32:28additional info underneath or anything.
1071. 32:30They're going to watch the video, which
1072. 32:32a VSL for you guys are new is a a video
  1073. 32:34sales letter. It's just a 5 to 10-minute
  1074. 32:36video explaining the offer.
1075. 32:38And um then we could have an application
1076. 32:40form as well under the
  1077. 32:42the VSL
1078. 32:44um section just to like
1079. 32:48get like really narrow down on who we
1080. 32:51who we want to work with. Um plus like
  1081. 32:54collect some additional lead
  1082. 32:55information.
1083. 32:56Um but yeah, we can literally just paste
1084. 32:58this and then it will take a bit of time
1085. 33:01to get the landing page done so I'll get
  1086. 33:02back when it's when it's created. So,
1087. 33:05first version of the landing page is
  1088. 33:06done.
1089. 33:07It's looking very solid. The aesthetics
1090. 33:09are good. We could change around a few
  1091. 33:11things. I wouldn't like the headline to
  1092. 33:14be in six rows.
1093. 33:16Um so that's something that we could
  1094. 33:17tell it.
1095. 33:18Um but you get the point. Like we just
1096. 33:20say like narrow down to three rows for
  1097. 33:22example.
1098. 33:23Um but overall the aesthetics are good
1099. 33:25and just the fact that we can build
  1100. 33:27something this quickly
1101. 33:28we can really just play around with this
1102. 33:30however much we want. This is just one
  1103. 33:32part like I didn't tell it anything
1104. 33:34about aesthetics. Like if we want to add
1105. 33:36a specific type of aesthetics or
  1106. 33:38specific colors,
1107. 33:39um of course you do that as well.
1108. 33:41We got some real good case studies.
1109. 33:43Just the overall offer and the
  1110. 33:45guarantee.
1111. 33:46Um some FAQs that we can add on as well.
1112. 33:50And literally this is the good thing is
1113. 33:52instead of on GoHighLevel like, you
1114. 33:55know, having the funnel builder and like
  1115. 33:56adding all the
1116. 33:58answers to the FAQs or adding the case
1117. 34:01studies, we can literally just paste
1118. 34:02those case studies like pictures with
1119. 34:03case studies if we have like Slack
  1120. 34:05channel screenshots or
1121. 34:09you know, just other answers to these
  1122. 34:11like frequently asked questions.
1123. 34:13We literally just type everything in the
1124. 34:14chatbot. This is like white coding at
  1125. 34:17its finest and
1126. 34:19we just take this and then
1127. 34:21what I do is we have the code as well.
  1128. 34:24Um we literally
  1129. 34:26paste
1130. 34:28or copy this entire code
1131. 34:30front to back so we'll go ahead and do
  1132. 34:32that.
  1133. 34:36One sec.
1134. 34:38And then what we want to do is just
1135. 34:39paste this inside of Manas, and then
  1136. 34:41just tell it um
1137. 34:42that we want the to extract the codes,
1138. 34:45so then we can upload it into
  1139. 34:47GoHighLevel.
1140. 34:48So, we come into Manas. You could also
1141. 34:50probably do this inside of Claude. It's
  1142. 34:51just we've had a few issues with that
1143. 34:52before. So, any LLM that works, you can
1144. 34:55play around with this as well. Um just
  1145. 34:57paste the code.
1146. 34:59And then I would just say extract
  1147. 35:03the HTML
  1148. 35:08Can't spell.
1149. 35:11And CSS code in one
1150. 35:15for me to be able to
  1151. 35:19into
  1152. 35:21the
  1153. 35:24level
1154. 35:28And then you just let it kind of come up
1155. 35:30with this for a minute. But, once again,
1156. 35:32you can play around with this however
  1157. 35:33much you want. Um
1158. 35:36but this is essentially how we've built
1159. 35:38the landing pages for the past few
  1160. 35:40months.
  1161. 35:41Um
1162. 35:42you could also build landing pages
1163. 35:44directly inside of Manas if you want to
1164. 35:45do that as well. You can really play
1165. 35:46around with what aesthetics you like the
1166. 35:48most. Um it's going to take a bit of
1167. 35:50time. Like Claude took a couple minutes
1168. 35:51to build a landing page, obviously, but
  1169. 35:53still [snorts]
1170. 35:54way quicker than if you were to build it
  1171. 35:56manually inside of GoHighLevel.
1172. 35:58There we go. So, now we got the code um
1173. 36:00extracted. So, we took the code from
1174. 36:02here. It looks um fairly similar. So,
  1175. 36:05this
1176. 36:06obviously landing page, and then we have
1177. 36:08the code. You could probably extract
  1178. 36:10this code directly, um
  1179. 36:12but just to double-check,
1180. 36:14uh [snorts] we always use do this
  1181. 36:16through Manas
1182. 36:17um to get the code correctly.
1183. 36:19We just copy this code once again, and
1184. 36:21then we head into the funnel builder of
1185. 36:23GoHighLevel. So, we head to sites on the
1186. 36:25sub-account. We click new funnel.
1187. 36:28You do just build it from from scratch.
  1188. 36:30So, this could be
1189. 36:35test funnel. What was the name?
1190. 36:38Did I name it name it something?
1191. 36:41Yeah, over watch. Let's just name it
  1192. 36:43over watch.
  1193. 36:45Funnel
  1194. 36:47one.
  1195. 36:49There we go.
1196. 36:52And then depends on how many steps you
1197. 36:54want to have in landing page. It's
1198. 36:55obviously the usual is just to have like
1199. 36:57start and then you have like
1200. 37:01Let's just name it landing page.
1201. 37:03And then you have like the call
1202. 37:04preparation and then the private privacy
  1203. 37:06policy.
  1204. 37:07All like the
1205. 37:09you know, privacy policy and everything
1206. 37:10you can create that with AI as well.
  1207. 37:13Which is pretty sick.
1208. 37:14That's what I'm saying. You can vibe
1209. 37:15code this entire thing. Like just head
1210. 37:17into Claude. Say this is the company,
1211. 37:19this is our offer, this is our client
1212. 37:20tell, this is what the headline should
  1213. 37:22be.
1214. 37:23This is where we want to have the case
1215. 37:25studies and then also this is the
1216. 37:27privacy policy for it. We need this and
1217. 37:28this and this for the Go Highlevel. And
  1218. 37:30then we'll create everything for you.
1219. 37:32But yeah, head into edit. This is going
1220. 37:34to be completely blank from the
  1221. 37:35beginning.
1222. 37:37So, what we want to do is just click
  1223. 37:40add.
  1224. 37:41And then we're looking to add a full
  1225. 37:43width section.
  1226. 37:44Um
1227. 37:46Just click on it and then we come to the
1228. 37:48right. Click on allow rows to take
1229. 37:50entire width. We also have to fully set
1230. 37:53this to zero cuz otherwise the the
  1231. 37:55format of the
1232. 37:56landing page will be weird. So, just set
  1233. 37:58this to zero.
  1234. 38:00Um
1235. 38:01So, we have room to add new stuff. We
  1236. 38:03click add again.
1237. 38:05A new column and then we want to delete
1238. 38:07the padding from this as well.
1239. 38:09So, set everything to zero.
  1240. 38:16>> [snorts]
1241. 38:16>> There we go. And then inside of the
1242. 38:19column we want to add
1243. 38:21a piece of code. So, come to elements,
  1244. 38:23scroll down to code,
1245. 38:26and then this is where we open the uh
1246. 38:28code editor. So, this is literally where
1247. 38:29we paste the code. And now you have
  1248. 38:32everything,
1249. 38:34the entire piece of code to that landing
  1250. 38:35page in one.
  1251. 38:38Click save.
1252. 38:39Since this is built in inside of Cloud
1253. 38:41and we can't adapt this to the funnel
1254. 38:42builder inside of Go HighLevel, this
  1255. 38:44will be
  1256. 38:45um
1257. 38:46you won't see anything inside here. So,
1258. 38:48you will have to just save this in top
  1259. 38:50right,
1260. 38:51and then we can click on preview.
1261. 38:55Right. So, we have to uh change the
1262. 38:57color of the background as well. So, if
1263. 38:59you cuz now it's a white, so this is
1264. 39:02obviously different to what it was. So,
  1265. 39:03we come
1266. 39:04back to here. We click background, these
  1267. 39:08like three balls,
1268. 39:10and then we just change this to black.
  1269. 39:13And then save again.
1270. 39:16Now it should look as we want it.
1271. 39:21There you have a fully built landing
  1272. 39:23page um
1273. 39:24that you can anytime you want to make
1274. 39:26iterations to this, you could just go
  1275. 39:27back into Cloud,
1276. 39:29change this and this and this. Um
1277. 39:31you get the point, but this is like it's
  1278. 39:33super efficient, and it's a great way to
  1279. 39:34build landing pages.
  1280. 39:36Um
1281. 39:37obviously once again, I would would like
  1282. 39:39to have
  1283. 39:40this in three rows.
  1284. 39:42Um
1285. 39:43and some other changes like ideally the
1286. 39:44VSL section should be a bit bigger. So,
1287. 39:46have like that across the entire screen.
1288. 39:48Um move the entire like this section a
1289. 39:51bit upwards page. Ideally, to just opti-
1290. 39:54we'll go through this in the ads module
1291. 39:56as well. Ideally, if you want to
1292. 39:57optimize for maximum conversion, if
1293. 39:59people hop on your landing page,
  1294. 40:01especially on phone, if they're on
1295. 40:02mobile, they should see this
  1296. 40:05um
1297. 40:06booking page or booking button
1298. 40:09on the first page. So, they they
1299. 40:11shouldn't be able to or shouldn't need
1300. 40:12to scroll to see this page.
  1301. 40:15Um that's just a a small tweak that we
1302. 40:17have we have seen over the years.
1303. 40:19Um, but yeah, that's pretty much it.
1304. 40:21It's pretty cool way and you can once
1305. 40:23again, I think you get the point. But
1306. 40:25anything you need for privacy policy or
1307. 40:27the next steps of the funnel, you can
1308. 40:28literally wipe code the entire thing.
1309. 40:30Um, so yeah, last thing for just small
1310. 40:34extra touch on the GoHighLevel setup is
1311. 40:36just to set up the toll-free number
  1312. 40:38because I know that's uh an issue for a
1313. 40:40lot of people. So we'll go ahead and do
1314. 40:42that as well. Last thing I do want to
1315. 40:43cover um is the phone numbers. You're
1316. 40:45going to need to buy and verify a phone
  1317. 40:47number um regardless what you're using
  1318. 40:49it for.
1319. 40:51Regardless if it's dialing leads on the
1320. 40:52email end or uh sending cold SMS or just
1321. 40:56doing cold outreach from GoHighLevel in
  1322. 40:57general, you're going to need a phone
1323. 40:59number. Um, and since most of you are
1324. 41:01running the agencies in the US, the only
1325. 41:04two number formats you need to worry
  1326. 41:05about is a local number and a toll-free
  1327. 41:07number.
1328. 41:08A local number is better for pickup
1329. 41:09rate. The deliverability of the SMS is
  1330. 41:11overall better. You're going to have a
  1331. 41:12higher pickup rate if you're cold
  1332. 41:14calling.
1333. 41:15Um, and there are some other benefits in
  1334. 41:17like
  1335. 41:18safety regards as well.
1336. 41:20Um, but it is a lot harder to get
1337. 41:22verified for it. You on paper you need a
  1338. 41:24registered LLC
1339. 41:27to even apply for the A2P application in
  1340. 41:29the beginning.
1341. 41:30Um, the A2P is the verification form
1342. 41:32needed to start using the the local
  1343. 41:34number.
1344. 41:35So what I recommend is just starting
  1345. 41:37with a toll-free number.
  1346. 41:39And uh so
1347. 41:40just to come to the number section, you
1348. 41:42go to settings inside your sub account.
1349. 41:45And then you [snorts] have to phone
  1350. 41:45system.
1351. 41:47And this is where you're going to
1352. 41:48purchase the number. So you click on add
  1353. 41:49number, add phone number.
  1354. 41:51>> [snorts]
1355. 41:52>> And then United States, filter uh
  1356. 41:55uncheck local and then toll-free or
  1357. 41:57uncheck toll-free if you're buying a
1358. 41:58local number. You can also search like
1359. 42:00if you want to have a specific area code
1360. 42:03uh from your number uh like 305 for
1361. 42:05example if you're running it from Miami.
1362. 42:08Or even if you're not running it from
  1363. 42:09Miami, you could still there's certain
1364. 42:11like area codes that are obviously
  1365. 42:12better to have.
1366. 42:13Um but yeah, just leave this blank for
  1367. 42:15now and then we'll have
1368. 42:18um only toll free. Click apply.
  1369. 42:21Pick any number. This doesn't matter.
1370. 42:22And then you just click on proceed to
  1371. 42:24buy.
1372. 42:25Once you bought the number, this is a
1373. 42:26completely new number. It will say
  1374. 42:28verification required.
1375. 42:30I'll go through the exact um
1376. 42:32you know, piece of information that you
1377. 42:34need to have in these cuz this took me a
1378. 42:35long time and a lot of just THL support
1379. 42:39calls to figure out when I started.
1380. 42:41Um so, it needs to be a specific, you
1381. 42:43know, lineup or layout of your
1382. 42:45information to get this verified.
  1383. 42:47Yeah, the legal entity name. I'll
1384. 42:48probably blur some of this stuff out. Uh
1385. 42:50website URL, you have the legal entity
1386. 42:52type, you have your first name, last
  1387. 42:54name,
1388. 42:54your personal email. So, this is not
1389. 42:56like or the one that you just the Google
1390. 42:59Workspace email that we got in the
  1391. 43:00second module.
  1392. 43:02Um
1393. 43:04but just your email, your personal one.
  1394. 43:06And then
1395. 43:07um your phone number. The good thing is
  1396. 43:09if you don't have a legal entity name,
  1397. 43:11meaning a name for your registered
1398. 43:13business, regardless of where you have
1399. 43:15the company, if it's your in your
1400. 43:16hometown or if you have a LLC in the US
  1401. 43:19um
  1402. 43:20like I do for example,
1403. 43:22just leave this as it is. And then um
1404. 43:25the phone [clears throat] number.
1405. 43:27That's pretty much it. And the website
1406. 43:29URL is important as well. The website
1407. 43:30that we created in the previous module
  1408. 43:32needs to be linked
  1409. 43:34um
1410. 43:35so, it needs to be the same website that
  1411. 43:36has the opt-in form that we uploaded a
1412. 43:38screenshot of inside of Media Temple
1413. 43:40cuz that's important in the third part
1414. 43:42of the application of this.
  1415. 43:44Continue to business account.
  1416. 43:46Uh
1417. 43:47business location, this is just, you
  1418. 43:49know, self-explanatory. It's where
  1419. 43:51you're based
1420. 43:53um and where you're running the business
1421. 43:54from. And then the third part of the
  1422. 43:55application is where um
1423. 43:58everything needs to be correct.
1424. 43:59So, we'll go through that as well.
  1425. 44:02So,
1426. 44:03um estimated monthly volume, we have a
1427. 44:05full SOP for this. So, multi-volume put
  1428. 44:09that at 1,000.
  1429. 44:10>> [snorts]
1430. 44:10>> Uh if you do this wrong,
1431. 44:13it won't it will be rejected and then it
1432. 44:14will say rejected. You can keep like
1433. 44:16re-verifying the numbers as many times
1434. 44:18as you want, but then, you know,
1435. 44:21you need to wait another 48 hours. Like
1436. 44:2312 to 48 hours is usually the timeline
  1437. 44:26of getting a toll-free number verified.
1438. 44:28And the more times you verify, just
  1439. 44:29takes longer time. Like we've gone a
  1440. 44:31month
1441. 44:32before for some clients just verifying
1442. 44:33numbers, uh which is very annoying. And
1443. 44:35their like location and being, you know,
1444. 44:38everything has to be aligned. If you get
1445. 44:40a If your number gets rejected, it's
1446. 44:42just because of disalignment between the
1447. 44:44information that you provide them with
1448. 44:45in the application. So, make sure that
1449. 44:48this is all correct. We want to set
1450. 44:49opt-in time to web form.
1451. 44:52Use case categories, I would just do
  1452. 44:53customer care
  1453. 44:54and marketing.
1454. 44:57And then the opt-in workflow image URLs.
1455. 44:59So, this is where you put Let me open up
  1456. 45:02GoHighLevel in a new tab.
  1457. 45:05If you uploaded the
  1458. 45:07um
1459. 45:08picture of the opt-in form that we went
1460. 45:10through in the in media storage
1461. 45:13of your subaccount, you come to media
1462. 45:15storage and then this is where you get
  1463. 45:16the link
1464. 45:18from this picture. So, this is Since we
1465. 45:20already linked what what the website URL
1466. 45:23is, what we're going to use this phone
  1467. 45:24number for.
1468. 45:26This also has to be aligned cuz
1469. 45:28GoHighLevel cuz they can essentially
  1470. 45:30essentially check um
1471. 45:32if that opt-in form is actually on your
  1472. 45:33website.
1473. 45:35We come back after we've taken this link
1474. 45:37to the application and then we just
1475. 45:38paste that link here. Use case
  1476. 45:40description, I would literally just copy
1477. 45:42paste this. Uh this campaign is used to
  1478. 45:44send appointment confirmations and
  1479. 45:45links, message notifications, account
  1480. 45:48information, opt-in and opt-out
1481. 45:49confirmations. Yeah, you get the point.
  1482. 45:52Just copy this.
  1483. 45:54Upload it into
  1484. 45:56use case description.
1485. 45:58And then message content, you all have
1486. 45:59to customize this as well.
1487. 46:01Um but hi David, for example, or hi
1488. 46:03John, we can do as well.
  1489. 46:06It's
  1490. 46:07your name
  1491. 46:12from
  1492. 46:15uh Acquisition List
  1493. 46:18LLC.
1494. 46:20Thanks for opting in to receive SMS
1495. 46:21notifications. I just saved the time for
  1496. 46:22you on Friday, June 12th, 2026 at 4:00
1497. 46:25p.m. I'll see you then. If anything
1498. 46:26changes, just let me know. If you need
1499. 46:28to opt out, reply stop.
1500. 46:29So, this is what we're going to use it
1501. 46:30for, and this is a an example of a
1502. 46:32message that we could send with this
  1503. 46:33number. That's essentially all GHL wants
  1504. 46:35to see.
  1505. 46:37We upload this again.
  1506. 46:39Um,
1507. 46:41that was the wrong one.
  1508. 46:45Just copy this
  1509. 46:48and then upload it.
  1510. 46:49>> [clears throat]
1511. 46:50>> And that's pretty much it. Just make
1512. 46:51sure that this information is nothing is
  1513. 46:53nothing complicated. It's just make sure
1514. 46:54that this, you know, information is
  1515. 46:56correct cuz otherwise you'll get
1516. 46:57rejected again. And then you're all to
1517. 46:59re-verify. Once again, if you have
  1518. 47:01external issues that are,
1519. 47:03um, apart from like this all this stuff,
1520. 47:06you can always hop on with GHL support.
  1521. 47:08Um,
1522. 47:10they're going to help you out with with
  1523. 47:11everything you need.
1524. 47:12And then send information for
1525. 47:14verification. That's all you have to do.
1526. 47:16And then it's just going to say
  1527. 47:17verification in progress.
1528. 47:19Wait, you know, 24 to 48 hours and then
1529. 47:21it's going to say verified and then
1530. 47:22you're good to go and start using the
  1531. 47:24number.
  1532. 47:25So, that's pretty much it. I didn't want
1533. 47:27to make this module too long. Uh, it was
  1534. 47:29more just brief walk-through of the
  1535. 47:30platform. Um,
1536. 47:32once again, use GHL support as much as
1537. 47:33possible. If you want like external, you
1538. 47:36know, guides on how to set up every
1539. 47:38small thing inside of GoHighLevel, you
1540. 47:39can look that up on YouTube. Uh, that
1541. 47:41doesn't need to be provided by me.
  1542. 47:43But,
  1543. 47:45yeah, if you haven't created your
1544. 47:46account yet, go do that in the link down
  1545. 47:47below.
  1546. 47:48Um, you'll have all these automations
1547. 47:50that we went through and uh, our funnels
1548. 47:52as well. This is just a blank
1549. 47:54GoHighLevel account, but you will have
  1550. 47:55all of our funnels
  1551. 47:57uh, pre-built. So, yeah, that's pretty
1552. 47:59much it. Uh, um, brief module, but the
1553. 48:01next one is when we actually start
1554. 48:04moving the needle properly. So,
1555. 48:06we're going to have everything in
1556. 48:07regards to client acquisition, all the
1557. 48:08paradigms behind it, um, fundamentals
1558. 48:10behind client acquisition, as well as
1559. 48:11setting up the outreach systems, plus
  1560. 48:13the ads.
1561. 48:14Everything that you need to, uh, start
  1562. 48:16signing clients. So,
  1563. 48:18yeah, I appreciate you watching, and
1564. 48:19then I'll see you in the next module.
