- 0:24Hey family, welcome to day 271 here on
- 0:27the Bible department podcast. I'm your
- 0:30host Dr. Manny Orango and today we are
- 0:32looking at Psalms 57,58 and 59. All
- 0:36three of these Psalms are MC Tams. MC
- 0:41Tams. That's right. If you haven't done
- 0:42the reading yet, then you're definitely
- 0:45going to want to go ahead and do the
- 0:46reading. Easy reading. Obviously, poems
- 0:50are pretty easy to read. Psalm 57:58 and
- 0:5259. You're going to see similar themes
- 0:55throughout. David is definitely going to
- 0:57communicate with the language of being
- 0:59hunted like prey. Uh so we're going to
- 1:01get a lot of animallike language for the
- 1:03people that are trying to devour him or
- 1:05ensnare him or trap him. Super super
- 1:08poetic, really beautiful in my opinion.
- 1:11Like always, if you haven't done the
- 1:13reading, then you're not going to really
- 1:14understand the content of this episode.
- 1:17I'm going to start out with context
- 1:19clues, then we're going to move to nerdy
- 1:20nuggets. Always going to leave off with
- 1:21a timeless truth. If you've done the
- 1:23reading, then with no further ado, let's
- 1:26jump into the episode. All right. Uh
- 1:29we've got context for Psalm 57 and Psalm
- 1:3459. Actually, Psalm 57, 58, and 59 kind
- 1:37of work as a kayazm. And if you're new
- 1:40to the podcast, you may not know how
- 1:41kayazms work. It means that the outside
- 1:45of the sandwich kind of begins to become
- 1:48an interpretive clue for what's
- 1:49happening inside. Right? So, um, a
- 1:52kayazm, let's say in the New Testament
- 1:54in the book of Mark would be Gyrus has a
- 1:57daughter who's sick. He goes to see
- 1:59Jesus to get healing for his daughter.
- 2:02And in the middle of Gyrus's
- 2:04conversation with Jesus, a woman with
- 2:06the issue of blood pops up. And then
- 2:08after the woman with the issue of blood
- 2:09is healed, they go to Gyrus's house. So
- 2:11it's like gyrus one with the issue of
- 2:12blood. Gyrus. So gyrus becomes the
- 2:15sandwich or the bread for the sandwich
- 2:17and then the one with the issue of blood
- 2:19becomes the meat. What's in the middle?
- 2:21And so you've got to interpret what's
- 2:24happening with the girl and with Gyrus
- 2:26to understand what's happening with the
- 2:28woman and vice versa. You got to
- 2:30understand what's happening with the
- 2:31woman to understand what's happening
- 2:32with girl and with Gyrus. Right? So
- 2:35another word for this would be an
- 2:36intercolation or just a sandwich. But a
- 2:39kayazm means that the gold is in the
- 2:42middle. Right? So Psalm 57 and Psalm 59
- 2:46are very very very similar which help us
- 2:48to understand Psalm 58 which doesn't
- 2:51have a context heading. So Psalm 57 does
- 2:54have a context heading. Okay. Psalm 57
- 2:57tells us right up at the top it says
- 3:00when David had fled from Saul into the
- 3:04cave. Okay. And so the context for Psalm
- 3:0757 is going to be 1st Samuel chapter 24.
- 3:11And we're going to look at 1st Samuel uh
- 3:14chapter 24 in just a second. Psalm 59.
- 3:18The context for Psalm 59, we can read
- 3:21the heading right up at the top of the
- 3:23Psalm is going to be when Saul had sent
- 3:26men to watch David's house in order to
- 3:29kill him. Okay. So the context for Psalm
- 3:3257 is 1st Samuel chapter 24. And I just
- 3:35want to make note that this is not in
- 3:38chronological order. So Psalm 59's
- 3:41context is 1st Samuel chapter 19. Okay.
- 3:45So 1st Samuel chapter 24 for the context
- 3:48for Samuel chapter 57. So sorry, Psalm
- 3:5157 and then 1st Samuel 19 is the context
- 3:55for Psalm 59. All right. So all three of
- 3:59these psalms are written in a time of
- 4:02great distress while David is on the
- 4:04run. And so the context really in terms
- 4:07of just distressed and on the run is the
- 4:10same as yesterday if you were here for
- 4:12day 270 of the podcast. Okay. Now
- 4:16there's another little we're going to
- 4:18get into 1st Samuel 24 and 1st Samuel 19
- 4:20in just a moment. So a little bit more
- 4:23context than normal. But there's another
- 4:26little it's kind of a nerdy nugget of
- 4:29context. So, it's still a context clue,
- 4:31but it's it's a nerdy nugget of context.
- 4:34So, I I know I'm merging context clues
- 4:36with nerdy nuggets here. Let's look at
- 4:40the headings again. Psalm 57 says this,
- 4:43"For the director of music to the tune
- 4:46of do not destroy, to the tune of do not
- 4:50destroy." Okay, now let's look at 58.
- 4:53Psalm 58, for the director of music to
- 4:55the tune of do not destroy. And then
- 4:59let's look at Psalm 59. These are our
- 5:01three psalms for the day. Okay. For the
- 5:02director of music to the tune of do not
- 5:06destroy of David a Miktam. Okay, we're
- 5:09going to see that repeated for all three
- 5:12of our psalms that we have assigned to
- 5:14the Bible reading plan today. To the
- 5:16tune of do not destroy. So what's going
- 5:20on with that? Okay. And and I know this
- 5:23is super granular. Like you can't just
- 5:26read the psalm itself. You kind of got
- 5:28to read the heading. Okay. So what's up
- 5:31with this tune? Do not destroy. Well,
- 5:34let's kind of help us dive in to what
- 5:36that could mean. Okay. Because uh I've
- 5:39got I've got some clues as to what's
- 5:41going on here. Let's go to Deuteronomy
- 5:44chapter 9. Okay. Deuteronomy chapter 9
- 5:46verse 25. This is Moses talking. Okay.
- 5:51there there's been a golden calf
- 5:52incident and Moses is going to intercede
- 5:55on the behalf of the people because God
- 5:57actually says to Moses, "Hey, I'm going
- 5:59to destroy all these people and me and
- 6:01you can start over." Okay, let's read
- 6:04Deuteronomy chapter 9. I lay prostrate
- 6:06before the Lord. This is Moses
- 6:08recounting something that had happened a
- 6:10long time ago. I lay prostrate before
- 6:12the Lord those 40 days or 40 nights
- 6:14because the Lord had said he would
- 6:17destroy you. Verse 26. I prayed to the
- 6:21Lord and said, "Sovereign Lord, do not
- 6:24destroy, do not destroy your people,
- 6:28your own inheritance that you redeemed
- 6:31by your great power and brought out of
- 6:34Egypt with a mighty hand." So Moses
- 6:36prays to the Lord that the Lord would
- 6:39not destroy. Here we go. Do not destroy.
- 6:42That's Moses' prayer to the Lord. Do not
- 6:45destroy your people, your own
- 6:46inheritance, that you redeemed by your
- 6:49great power and brought out of Egypt
- 6:51with a mighty hand. We're going to see
- 6:53this phrase again in Isaiah 65:8.
- 6:56This is what the Lord says. As when
- 6:59juice is still found in a cluster of
- 7:02grapes and people say, "Don't destroy
- 7:04it." There is still a blessing in it, so
- 7:08I will do it on behalf of my servants. I
- 7:13will not destroy them all. Do not
- 7:18destroy. So now let's go to 1st Samuel
- 7:22chapter 26. Okay, this is David who has
- 7:26an opportunity to kill the man who's
- 7:28trying to kill him, Saul. And here's
- 7:30what he says. But David said to Abashai,
- 7:33"Do not destroy him. Who can lay a hand
- 7:38on the Lord's anointed and be guiltless?
- 7:40As surely as the Lord lives, he said,
- 7:43the Lord himself will strike him, or his
- 7:46time will come, and he will die, or he
- 7:49will go into battle and perish. But the
- 7:51Lord forbid that I should lay a hand on
- 7:54the Lord's anointed. Now get the spear
- 7:57and the water jug that are near his
- 7:59head, and let's go." So David took the
- 8:02spear and the water jug near Saul's
- 8:04head, and they left. No one saw or knew
- 8:07about it, nor did anyone wake up. They
- 8:10were all sleeping because the Lord had
- 8:12put them into a deep sleep. Do not
- 8:16destroy. So what? Okay, why did I lead
- 8:20us down all this trail of breadcrumbs?
- 8:22Because just the heading on Psalm 5758
- 8:26and 59 are actually telling us that
- 8:29David has the character of Moses and
- 8:34Yahweh. That is what's being said here.
- 8:36The reason that these psalms have to be
- 8:39sung to the tune of do not destroy is
- 8:42because then you're supposed to Google
- 8:44search in your mind where else does the
- 8:46Bible say do not destroy. And then you
- 8:48go look up those stories and you go,
- 8:50"Oh, Moses said those words to the Lord
- 8:53when the Lord wanted to destroy the
- 8:54people." And then Isaiah says, speaking
- 8:58for God, that God is not going to
- 9:01destroy the people of Israel although
- 9:03they're rebellious. And then we get the
- 9:05story of David in 1st Samuel 26 where he
- 9:10could kill Saul, but it's intentional
- 9:13not to use the word kill, but use the
- 9:16word destroy because every word in
- 9:18Hebrew is very, very intentional. So the
- 9:21writer uses the word destroy to link
- 9:24David and his character to Moses and to
- 9:29Yahweh. This is brilliant. This this
- 9:32this is this is just such an artistic
- 9:35way to write. And so the theme that we
- 9:38have for all three of these psalms is
- 9:41that David will not destroy that which
- 9:44only God is allowed to destroy. And that
- 9:49is going to be be our Thomas truth for
- 9:51the day because a lot of us it it's
- 9:54we're battling with unforgiveness and
- 9:56vengeance and jealousy but we don't
- 9:58realize vengeance belongs to the Lord.
- 10:01And the moment I try to take vengeance
- 10:03for myself then actually I'm stepping
- 10:06into God's shoes. I'm stepping into
- 10:08God's position and I'm acting like God.
- 10:11I'm actually doing something that's very
- 10:12very idolatrous. All right. So let's
- 10:15back up and get even more context. Okay?
- 10:17cuz cuz that's the theme running through
- 10:19these three psalms is the very tune that
- 10:23the psalms have to be played to are
- 10:26telling you something about David's
- 10:27character that he will not destroy Saul
- 10:31even though Saul is actively trying to
- 10:34murder him. Saul is trying to kill
- 10:37David, but David will not destroy Saul
- 10:41because like Moses and like Yahweh,
- 10:44David will refuse to destroy anything
- 10:47that he has not been given a green light
- 10:49to destroy. Wow, that right there, just
- 10:53that alone blows my mind. Okay, now
- 10:56let's actually look at the context. All
- 10:58right, family, the wait is over. My
- 11:01brand new book, Crushing Chaos, is out
- 11:04now and available everywhere books are
- 11:07sold literally today. I walked into a
- 11:11Barnes & Noble and I signed a bunch of
- 11:13copies at a physical location. So, you
- 11:16can grab this book at a physical Barnes
- 11:18& Noble or you can go to a Books a
- 11:20Million or Amazon or anywhere books are
- 11:23sold and grab a copy. If you enjoy
- 11:27reading the Bible from an ancient
- 11:29perspective, if you understand that the
- 11:32beauty of scripture is actually knowing
- 11:33it in context, then you'll love this
- 11:36book. And if there's any chaos in your
- 11:38personal life, I think that reading the
- 11:41Bible from an ancient perspective can
- 11:43actually help to crush the chaos in your
- 11:46life. I think this book is going to be a
- 11:48New York Times bestseller. I really do.
- 11:50I think we wrote a good one. I think you
- 11:52should get a copy today. All right, back
- 11:55to the episode. The context for Psalm 57
- 11:58is 1st Samuel chapter 24. So, let's flip
- 12:01to 1st Samuel chapter 24. What's
- 12:03happening in 1st Samuel chapter 24? I'll
- 12:05tell you exactly what's happening. Okay,
- 12:08David is uh hiding, okay, in a cave. And
- 12:13Saul goes into the cave to relieve
- 12:16himself. Okay, this is actually supposed
- 12:19to be pretty funny, okay? that that Saul
- 12:23has to go number two. And it's clear
- 12:26that he's got to go number two and not
- 12:28number one because while he's going
- 12:29number two, David is going to cut off a
- 12:32corner of Saul's robe. And he's only
- 12:34able to do that if he's going number
- 12:36two, not if he's going number one. So,
- 12:38pretty comical that the king is, you
- 12:41know, going number two. And that the
- 12:43Bible is just going to tell us that he's
- 12:44going number two. That's what's funny.
- 12:46Okay. It says this. Then David crept up
- 12:49unnoticed and cut off a corner of Saul's
- 12:51robe. Afterwards, David was conscious
- 12:53stricken for having cut off a corner of
- 12:55his robe. He said to the men, "The Lord
- 12:57forbid that I should do such a thing to
- 12:59my master, the Lord's anointed, or lay
- 13:02my hand on him, for he is the anointed
- 13:05of the Lord." With these words, David
- 13:08sharply rebuked his men and did not
- 13:09allow them to attack Saul. And Saul left
- 13:12the cave and went his way. Okay, so I
- 13:16love this. David feels conscious
- 13:19stricken about cutting a corner off of a
- 13:21man's robe who's actively trying to kill
- 13:24him. Man, this is character. I know I've
- 13:29said this so many times when talking
- 13:30about David that David is less moral
- 13:34than Saul, but David has better
- 13:37character than Saul. Okay? He will not
- 13:40touch God's anointed. And had David kept
- 13:44this same mindset when dealing with
- 13:46Uriah aka Beth Sheeba, he would have
- 13:49done good in life. But people are
- 13:51complex and people change. Okay? So the
- 13:55context of Psalm 57 is that David is in
- 13:59the desert of Engeti. Okay? And and Saul
- 14:02takes 3,000 men and set out to look for
- 14:05David and his men near the crags of the
- 14:08wild goats. He came to the sheep pens
- 14:10along the way. A cave was there and Saul
- 14:12went to relieve himself. David and his
- 14:14men were far back in the cave. Now, I
- 14:16need you to see this, okay? If you're in
- 14:191st Samuel 24, you got to see this.
- 14:21Verse four, the men said, so David's
- 14:25men, what do they say? This is the day
- 14:28the Lord spoke of when he said to you, I
- 14:31will give your enemy into your hands for
- 14:33you to deal with as you wish. So, the
- 14:36men are now reminding David of a word
- 14:40he's received from God, a promise he's
- 14:42received from God. But David does not
- 14:45take his cues from his followers. This
- 14:48is a good leadership lesson right here
- 14:50that every leader is going to have to
- 14:52get to a place where they go, I know how
- 14:54to discern the difference between what
- 14:55the Lord has said and how the people who
- 14:59are loyal to me are interpreting what
- 15:02the Lord has said. Okay. So the men
- 15:04said, I want you to compare that to
- 15:07verse 9. Drop down to verse 9 because
- 15:09we're going to compare and contrast
- 15:11Samuel, sorry, Saul to David. Okay,
- 15:14verse 9 says these words of chapter 24
- 15:17of of 1 Samuel. He said to Saul, so now
- 15:21David is going to confront Saul. He's
- 15:23got a corner of his robe. He's going to
- 15:25confront Saul. Why do you listen when
- 15:29men say David is bent on harming you?
- 15:33This day you have seen with your own
- 15:35eyes how the Lord delivered you into my
- 15:38hands in the cave. I could have killed
- 15:40you very very easily. Some urged me to
- 15:43kill you but I spared you. I said I will
- 15:47not lay my hand on my lord because he is
- 15:50the Lord's anointed. See my father look
- 15:54at this piece of your robe in my hand. I
- 15:57cut off the corner of your robe but did
- 15:59not kill you. And obviously cutting off
- 16:01the corner of the road proves I could
- 16:03have killed you because you were in a
- 16:05vulnerable position. Okay? I could have
- 16:07easily killed you. I did not kill you. I
- 16:10need you to know that I could have
- 16:11though. Here's the contrast. David is
- 16:13saying to Saul, "Why are you listening
- 16:16to your men?" Get this. I'm not
- 16:18listening to mine. My men are telling me
- 16:21to kill you. But I don't listen to my
- 16:24followers. I listen to the Lord. And
- 16:26instead of listening to the Lord, you've
- 16:28decided to listen to your people, your
- 16:32followers.
- 16:33Why? David is literally contrasting
- 16:35himself with Saul. Hey, he's saying,
- 16:38Saul, can you do what I'm doing? I'm not
- 16:41listening to my men. I'm listening to
- 16:43the Lord. I'm taking my cues from the
- 16:45Lord, not from my followers. I love
- 16:48this. Okay. Uh and then he says these
- 16:50words, verse 12, may the Lord judge
- 16:53between you and me. Okay. So this whole
- 16:55theme, do not destroy. Okay, do not
- 16:57destroy. We we we saw this theme in 1
- 17:03Samuel chapter 26, but we're also seeing
- 17:05it here in 1 Samuel chapter 24 that now
- 17:08there's multiple times where David could
- 17:10kill Saul and he refuses to kill the
- 17:13person who's trying to kill him. Okay,
- 17:15what's the context for Psalm 59? It's
- 17:181st Samuel chapter 19. So, we got to
- 17:21flip all the way five chapters in the
- 17:23past. Again, I hope you get this by now.
- 17:25The Psalms are not going to give us
- 17:28these moments in chronological order.
- 17:31Okay. 19. Okay. And it says this in the
- 17:35in the heading. Okay. When Saul had sent
- 17:38men to watch David's house in order to
- 17:41kill him. Okay. So, this is the thing
- 17:44that's gonna spark David being on the
- 17:47run. We'll actually back up two verses.
- 17:50We'll start reading in verse 9. Chapter
- 17:5219:9. But an evil spirit from the Lord
- 17:55came on Saul as he was sitting in his
- 17:58house with his spear in his hand. While
- 18:00David was playing the liar, Saul tried
- 18:03to pin him to the wall with his spear,
- 18:06but David eluded him as Saul drove the
- 18:09spear into the wall. That night, David
- 18:12made good his escape. Okay, so David is
- 18:16obviously in Saul's palace and Saul
- 18:18tries to pin him to the wall with a
- 18:20spear, meaning throw the spear through
- 18:22him to kill him. And so now verse 11 is
- 18:26where we pick up, which is what Psalm 59
- 18:30is based on. Okay, it says, "Saul sent
- 18:34men to David's house to watch it and to
- 18:36kill him in the morning. But Mikall,
- 18:39that's his wife. That's also Saul's
- 18:41daughter. It's David's wife. Saul's
- 18:42daughter, warned him, "If you don't run
- 18:45for your life tonight, tomorrow you'll
- 18:47be killed." So Mikall let David down
- 18:49through a window, and he fled and
- 18:52escaped. Then Mikall took an idol and
- 18:56lay it on the bed, covering it with a
- 18:58garment and putting some goats hair at
- 19:00the head. When Saul sent the men to
- 19:03capture David, Mikall said, "He is ill."
- 19:06Then Saul sent the men back to see David
- 19:09and told them, "Bring him up to me in
- 19:11his bed so that I may kill him." But
- 19:13when the men entered, there was the idol
- 19:16in the bed, and at the head was some
- 19:19goat's hair. Saul said to me call, "Why
- 19:22did you deceive me like this and send my
- 19:25enemy away so that he escaped?" Mikall
- 19:28told him, he said to me, "Let me get
- 19:30away. Why should I kill you?" So David
- 19:34fled. He made his escaped. He went to
- 19:37Samuel at Rama and told him all that
- 19:40Saul had done. Then he and Samuel went
- 19:44to Na and stayed there. And now David is
- 19:48officially going to be on the run. Okay.
- 19:50So these psalms, Psalm 57, 58, and 59,
- 19:55all center around Saul's schizophrenic,
- 20:00evilspirited
- 20:01desire to kill David and David's loyalty
- 20:06to Saul and to Yahweh. They're the
- 20:09couple of timeless truths that we can
- 20:12learn. Okay, I spent 20 minutes giving
- 20:14context, but honestly, the context
- 20:17brings these psalms to life. Okay. uh
- 20:20without the context, the Psalms are
- 20:23beautiful in and of themselves, but to
- 20:25know what David is talking about helps
- 20:28you to appreciate the actual Psalms in a
- 20:30whole different way. There's a couple of
- 20:33lessons, timeless truths I think we can
- 20:35take out of this. Number one, even a bad
- 20:38leader can create good character or let
- 20:41me say this, can reveal good character
- 20:44in you. Bad leadership reveals more
- 20:48about me than it does about them. Bad
- 20:51leadership. Now, I've had good leaders.
- 20:54I've had bad leaders. I've had toxic
- 20:56leaders. I've had healthy leaders. Now,
- 20:58I've been on staff three different times
- 21:00in my life. I'm now leading a church,
- 21:04planting a church. And not every leader
- 21:06I've ever had has been a healthy,
- 21:09positive, good leader. I've had some
- 21:12toxic leaders. And I will say I'm so
- 21:15thankful for the good leaders, but I'm
- 21:18also thankful for the toxic leaders
- 21:20because they've revealed something about
- 21:24me to me. And so I think sometimes we
- 21:28think the only people we can learn from
- 21:30are good, healthy, perfect, great,
- 21:32awesome leaders. But the reality is that
- 21:35David, we are not impressed by David
- 21:39because he had a fantastic leader. We're
- 21:42impressed by David because Saul's wicked
- 21:45and it juxtaposes David's character so
- 21:48much more. Okay. Number two, it is God
- 21:52who elevates. It is God who judges. And
- 21:56ultimately, it is God who replaces
- 21:58people, not us. Oh, we need to know that
- 22:01that that it's God who gives platforms.
- 22:04It's God who elevates people in his
- 22:07church. God does that stuff. Okay? And
- 22:10if there's one big idea that I want to
- 22:13like drive home as as we land the plane
- 22:16here, it's Deuteronomy chapter 34,
- 22:18sorry, chapter 32:35.
- 22:21Deuteronomy 32:35.
- 22:24And Paul is going to quote this in the
- 22:26New Testament in Romans 12:1 19. And
- 22:30here's the simple idea. Vengeance is
- 22:33mine, says the Lord. David could have
- 22:36easily sought vengeance on Saul. for all
- 22:39of Saul's evil plotting and death
- 22:42threats and attacks. But David declares,
- 22:46"You know what? How I respond to you
- 22:49says more about me than it says about
- 22:51you. And so I am not going to match your
- 22:54energy. I'm not going to respond in
- 22:56kind. I am going to treat you based on
- 23:01my covenant loyalty to Yahweh, not based
- 23:04on how your actions towards me deserve
- 23:07to be treated. Okay? And David could
- 23:10have made every excuse in the world to
- 23:14kill Saul because in David's mind, he
- 23:17could have just come to the conclusion,
- 23:18well, God's already anointed me to be
- 23:20king. But here's what David understands.
- 23:23He actually says this, I think in 1st
- 23:26Samuel 23, if the Lord is going to kill
- 23:28him, then let the Lord do it. I won't be
- 23:31the one to do it. And I think sometimes
- 23:33we assume, well, since it's God's will,
- 23:36I may as well be the one to act out
- 23:38God's will. And actually, the same can
- 23:41be said about Judas in the New
- 23:42Testament. Somebody's got to betray
- 23:44Jesus, but it doesn't have to be Judas.
- 23:47Judas could have decided, it ain't going
- 23:48to be me. Somebody's got to betray
- 23:50Jesus. It ain't got to be me. And you
- 23:51can see how David goes, "Saul's got to
- 23:54die, but I ain't going to be the one to
- 23:57do it." And I think that, you know, I've
- 23:59said to a lot of wives, "Hey, if your
- 24:02husband who you're submitted to tells
- 24:04you to do something stupid, how about
- 24:06you just make sure that he has a problem
- 24:08with God, but the moment I step out from
- 24:10under the covering now, I have a problem
- 24:12with God, too. Or rather, God has a
- 24:14problem with me." And in every situation
- 24:16where I've had a bad leader, I'm here to
- 24:17tell you right now, God's protected me.
- 24:19I've obeyed. I've submitted. I've done
- 24:21what that person has asked me to do. And
- 24:23God's protected me and God's covered me.
- 24:27And I love that these are mctams and
- 24:29that that word ketamu means to cover
- 24:33because not only do I think David is is
- 24:36praying these with a covering over his
- 24:38lips. I think that these psalms are a
- 24:40testament to the fact that God can cover
- 24:42you better than you can protect
- 24:43yourself. And God begins to say,
- 24:46"Vengeance is mine, says the Lord." And
- 24:49so you can let go of whatever the grudge
- 24:51is or the bitterness or the
- 24:52unforgiveness and let God enact
- 24:55vengeance cuz guess what? He can heap
- 24:59burning coals on people's heads better
- 25:01than you can. All right. Tomorrow uh
- 25:04we've got day 272. We're going to be
- 25:06looking at Psalms 60- 62 right here.
