Day 1: AI Agency Bootcamp | Mental Models & Theory [FULL COURSE] — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:01All right, welcome to the first proper
- 0:03module of the AI agency boot camp and
- 0:05this will be the first more business
- 0:06related module. It's still sort of a
- 0:08warm-up. It is a mindset module as you
- 0:10probably saw uh on the title. But the
- 0:13information that I'm going to provide to
- 0:14you guys in this module is insane. Ever
- 0:17since I started scripting all this um at
- 0:19the beginning of this year, this is the
- 0:21one that I've been looking forward to
- 0:22the most. So, it is a special day for me
- 0:25uh cuz I finally get to film this module
- 0:28and uh get this video out to you guys,
- 0:30but it it genuinely like this is the one
- 0:34that I've been looking forward to the
- 0:35most. Uh so, lucky me I get to do that
- 0:37one first. And [snorts] um I just want
- 0:39to say as well, I'll do this completely
- 0:41uncut. There's not going to be any edits
- 0:43or uh you know, [snorts] big cuts or
- 0:45anything. I want to make this as raw and
- 0:47as natural as possible. So, if I slip
- 0:49up, that's not on me. It's just the the
- 0:51way I want it. Um, but yeah, very
- 0:54excited to to get into this stuff. And
- 0:56it's it's going to be heavily pushed
- 0:59towards the mental side and uh how to
- 1:01use your mind to really manifest and all
- 1:03that stuff, which I know it can sound
- 1:05fluffy and corny and all that stuff, but
- 1:06I would be lying if I told you that it
- 1:08was a better way to to get to your goals
- 1:10than to actually use your mind. And
- 1:12[snorts] um I I also want to push the
- 1:15narrative heavily that just working hard
- 1:17and really dialing in and and
- 1:20doing the the practical stuff is not
- 1:22going to get you to get you to your
- 1:23goals. I've seen so many people just
- 1:25work harder than ever. And uh you know
- 1:28me or somebody else that's able to use
- 1:29our minds running laps around these
- 1:31people. And um I I kind of want to shut
- 1:34down that way of teaching people mindset
- 1:36when it comes to business as well. If
- 1:38you're aspiring to be an actor or a
- 1:41football player or anything, this will
- 1:42still apply to you. This is not only
- 1:44business. This is how to use your mind
- 1:46in general. And um if you truly
- 1:48understand the concepts that I'm about
- 1:51to teach in this video, um you can
- 1:53become extremely successful. I don't
- 1:55care if you're looking to even start an
- 1:57AI agency or what you're doing. I'm just
- 1:58teaching you how to use your mind. Uh
- 2:01cuz I would attribute more of my
- 2:03success. There's going to be this module
- 2:04and then there's going to be the coming
- 2:06eight modules when we go through
- 2:08everything [snorts] in regards to
- 2:09building the offer, launching the ads,
- 2:12everything front to back um in regards
- 2:15like the practical steps of the business
- 2:17model. I would still attribute you know
- 2:20more majority of my success to
- 2:22everything that I'm about to teach in
- 2:23this module. So I'm extremely excited
- 2:26and um yeah let's let's get into it.
- 2:29I've written as well the golden rule. We
- 2:32won't get into that now because it's it
- 2:34pretty it ties all this together at the
- 2:36end of this. U but it is the most
- 2:38important thing to to remember when when
- 2:40running a business. Uh but the rest of
- 2:42it is going to be very very mental and
- 2:46uh I'll be walking you through some of
- 2:48the most profound mental models that
- 2:49I've when it comes to business that I've
- 2:51picked up throughout my journey. I could
- 2:52have made this a general walk through
- 2:54fire, show up, work hard, become he who
- 2:56can module, but the truth is that's the
- 2:58type of information people bombard you
- 3:00with to sell a course and for you to
- 3:01start your journey. But it's not what
- 3:03gets you to your goals. I've seen so
- 3:05many mentally strong people dial in, get
- 3:07in shape, follow a strict routine, and
- 3:09work 9our days, and become he who can
- 3:12just to still sit nervous as hell on
- 3:14sales calls and close their first $3,000
- 3:16after a year in the game. If you want to
- 3:18actually get the results you're looking
- 3:19for, you have to develop a character
- 3:20that naturally attracts your goals
- 3:22without chasing. You don't get rewarded
- 3:24for building a character that in theory
- 3:26on paper is worthy of what you're
- 3:27chasing. The only way of getting into
- 3:29your goals is to let your goals come to
- 3:31you. And um a lot of a lot of these
- 3:35concepts stems from my two favorite
- 3:37books of all time. And the only two that
- 3:39I would really recommend you guys uh
- 3:41read, people come to me all the time and
- 3:43and ask for book recommendations. I
- 3:44probably read about 50 books when it
- 3:46comes to leadership,
- 3:48money, business, mindset. Uh I'm not a
- 3:51big fan of reading, but the two that I
- 3:53would actually recommend uh is reality
- 3:55trans surfing or trans surfing in 78
- 3:57days, which I don't think I mean this
- 3:59the reality trans surfing is a 700page
- 4:01book. Um so if you want a more short and
- 4:04condensed version of that, you can read
- 4:06this one. But if you truly want the real
- 4:08sauce, you can go for the the the actual
- 4:10version. And then the other one is
- 4:11Confessions of an Advertising Man by
- 4:13David Oglei. This is more on the
- 4:16business side. This is more on the
- 4:17mindset side. And uh yeah, I'm I'm so
- 4:21excited uh to to just show you
- 4:24everything that I picked up uh from
- 4:25these books. And it's al obviously also
- 4:27like me being a lot in my own head uh
- 4:30which is a good thing, but you know,
- 4:32just tying all these thoughts together
- 4:33and really thinking to myself like what
- 4:35is it that actually gets you to your
- 4:37goals? And this is a quote pulled out
- 4:39from reality trans surfing. In any
- 4:41group, the leaders are always the ones
- 4:42who live true to their own credo. They
- 4:44become leaders because they have freed
- 4:45themselves from the responsibility of
- 4:47consulting others on the matter of how
- 4:49they should behave. Leaders have no need
- 4:50to imitate anyone. They simply know
- 4:52their worth and know what to do. They
- 4:54don't try to c they don't try to curry
- 4:56favor and they have nothing to prove.
- 4:58When you come to know your own worth,
- 4:59everyone else around you will
- 5:00automatically do the same. And then I
- 5:03tweeted earlier this year as well,
- 5:04success is damn near 100% about becoming
- 5:06him. Every successful business owner had
- 5:08a point in their journey where they went
- 5:10from trying to build something to
- 5:11eventually having such a large knowledge
- 5:13base, income, and network to where the
- 5:15undeniable proof overweight the imposter
- 5:17syndrome. Completely convinced that this
- 5:18game of business is actually quite easy.
- 5:20It just takes most of y'all too long to
- 5:21realize you're meant for it. Um,
- 5:25this is what I'm heavy on like I've told
- 5:28so many people like you getting to your
- 5:30goals is 20% the actual technical steps
- 5:33to get there. what you actually have to
- 5:35do practic like physically to get to
- 5:38your goals is always easy. It's never
- 5:40something like out of this world, right?
- 5:42Like you you think of it like like we're
- 5:45all humans. We all have 24 hours in a
- 5:47day. like what you had to do physically.
- 5:49Looking back in your I've I've re like
- 5:51achieved some pretty substantial
- 5:53um things in my life for being uh just
- 5:5720 years old and I still like every time
- 5:59I look back on my journey I'm like I I
- 6:03never looked at that and was like damn I
- 6:05really had to force you know something
- 6:07big or I have to like really become a
- 6:09different person. Like it's it's all
- 6:10come to me naturally. The Bible states
- 6:12as well uh what's yours or what's meant
- 6:16for you will come without chasing.
- 6:18That's something that I you know really
- 6:19believe in as well. And uh when you look
- 6:23back at it and like physically what you
- 6:25had to do there to like you you have to
- 6:27be on your computer. We're looking at um
- 6:28the audience that I'm speaking to in
- 6:30this boot camp is people that are trying
- 6:31to reach their first 10 20 30 40 grand a
- 6:34month with an AI agency. It's a service
- 6:36based business. You're not trying to,
- 6:37you know, move to Silicon Valley and
- 6:39build a tech company or build the next
- 6:40Apple, the next Tesla. Like, you're
- 6:42looking to take on five five 10 15
- 6:45clients and serve them a really good
- 6:47service that they're happy with um and
- 6:49implement AI into their business. Like,
- 6:51you're you're sitting on your computer
- 6:53doing things with your hands. Meaning,
- 6:56what you have to do to physically get
- 6:57there is not difficult whatsoever. It's
- 6:59all up here. And unless you can actually
- 7:01adapt and allow money into your life,
- 7:03allow clients into your life, allow
- 7:05yourself to become the person that's
- 7:07capable of achieving this stuff, you're
- 7:09never going to achieve it. I've I've
- 7:10seen people literally dial in work hard
- 7:14for two years straight and still just
- 7:16sit and shake on sales calls. Like if if
- 7:19that's the type of person you are, like
- 7:21if if you pre prefer to go that route,
- 7:23like go ahead. But that's not what I'm
- 7:25here to teach you. I'm not here to teach
- 7:27you hard work or dial in or show up like
- 7:30you know I've never been a big hard work
- 7:33person and I'm never going to attriute
- 7:35like attribute any of my um success to
- 7:39hard work. It's always been my way of uh
- 7:42navigating my mental and so that's what
- 7:45I'm looking forward to to teach you guys
- 7:46in this module. Everybody talks about he
- 7:49who can but nobody knows what it really
- 7:50means. You don't need to become it
- 7:52physically with proof. You have to
- 7:54become it mentally without forcing.
- 7:56Everybody actually knows how to be
- 7:57confident. What they're searching for is
- 7:59the allowance from other people or
- 8:01themselves to let that confidence show.
- 8:06I think that's pretty self-explanatory,
- 8:07but that that probably hits pretty
- 8:08pretty big. Like you everybody knows uh
- 8:11how to become confident. When you're
- 8:13sitting on a sales call and you're not
- 8:15confident, it's not because you don't
- 8:16know how to be how to be confident. like
- 8:18being like confidence is a really it's a
- 8:21special thing because everybody knows um
- 8:25how to how to be confident or or like
- 8:27what it requires. Like you either you're
- 8:30confident or you're not confident. You
- 8:31like 99% of you watching could probably
- 8:33just switch it on like that. Um but what
- 8:37you're searching for is like that
- 8:39undeniable proof. And I'm not denying
- 8:41the fact that you need proof and you
- 8:43need the the mental awareness yourself
- 8:47of knowing like okay this is not this is
- 8:48something that I know what I'm speaking
- 8:50about. Um
- 8:52but still we're going to get get into
- 8:54like confidence is one of the few things
- 8:56you actually can fake and uh the world
- 8:58is still going to accept you for it.
- 9:00Confidence is just one of those things
- 9:01like either you're confident or you're
- 9:02not confident. If you're not confident,
- 9:04the the world is going to, you know,
- 9:08allow you to be the person that's not
- 9:10confident. If you're confident, the
- 9:12world is going to allow you to be the
- 9:13person that's confident. It's just a
- 9:15choice at the end of the day. Reality
- 9:17trans surfing. The main um thing that
- 9:20I've really attribute a lot of my
- 9:22success to in in a concept that I love
- 9:24and it's pretty simple. It's just let
- 9:25yourself have it. Giving yourself inner
- 9:27permission to possess the goal rather
- 9:29than using desperate, forced, or
- 9:30ego-driven intent to acquire it.
- 9:33Envisioning the alternative space in the
- 9:34version of yourself that already lives
- 9:36the life that you desire. A model
- 9:38suggesting individuals that consciously
- 9:40navigate to preferred life scenarios by
- 9:42choosing them from an alternative space,
- 9:44an infinite non-local information field
- 9:46containing all possible past and future
- 9:48events. Instead of fighting for goals,
- 9:51you shift to a desired pre-existing
- 9:54lifeline by managing inner or outer
- 9:55intention and aligning thoughts with
- 9:57feelings. I know this this can be
- 9:59difficult to understand but everything
- 10:02comes down to and and really
- 10:06reality trans surfing goes into
- 10:07alternative spaces. If you don't have
- 10:09anything let's say there's infinite
- 10:11amount of alternative spaces out there
- 10:14and our entire life is not based on you
- 10:17know the past or the future. It's it's
- 10:19all in the now. We we never we only live
- 10:21one time and it's in the now. And if you
- 10:25can't acquire something in the now, if
- 10:26you can't allow something into your life
- 10:29in the now,
- 10:31you're you're never going to achieve it
- 10:32cuz you're you're pushing that version
- 10:33of yourself. You think when you say,
- 10:35"Okay, I'm going to achieve that stuff
- 10:37in 5 years." Let's say you want to
- 10:38acquire a car um you really have your
- 10:40dream car for example, and you want to
- 10:41acquire that car uh 5 years into the
- 10:43future. You you think that you're just
- 10:45pushing that version of yourself into
- 10:46the future. You say, "I can't achieve
- 10:48that now, but I can achieve it in 5
- 10:50years." Really what you're doing is
- 10:53you're
- 10:55you're saying to yourself, "I can't
- 10:56achieve this car in the now. So, I'm
- 10:59pushing this version of myself into the
- 11:01future." But the version of yourself in
- 11:03the future that can acquire that car is
- 11:05still going to acquire that car in the
- 11:07now. It's just 5 years into the future.
- 11:10So, you're pushing that version of
- 11:12yourself that can't acquire that car.
- 11:14You're pushing that version out of
- 11:16reality and you're pushing that f that
- 11:18version of yourself into an alternative
- 11:20space. There's infinite amount of
- 11:22alternative spaces. There's an
- 11:24alternative space where I'm a
- 11:26billionaire and there's alternative
- 11:27spaces where I'm homeless and I don't
- 11:29have a family or anything. And really
- 11:31what you have to do is just to mentally
- 11:33switch into that alternative space. And
- 11:35I if this sounds confusing now, I'll go
- 11:37into exactly how to do this uh later on
- 11:40in this module as well. Both the future
- 11:43and the past are held in a constant
- 11:44position as if on a film roll. The
- 11:48[snorts] effect of time is only created
- 11:49as a result of the movement of a single
- 11:51frame in which the percent the present
- 11:53is lit up. I'll try to explain this
- 11:55stuff to you in the most simple
- 11:59basic way possible. But this is like
- 12:01like reality transerfing is serious.
- 12:03Like if you if you truly understand this
- 12:05stuff and you're able to apply it
- 12:07mentally every single day, you can
- 12:08achieve anything. Nothing is stopping
- 12:10you anymore.
- 12:12But we're talking like if you if you
- 12:13truly understand this like like the most
- 12:15successful people in the world
- 12:17understand this principle guaranteed
- 12:19because you're not bound to reality
- 12:20anymore. You're able to shift
- 12:22alternative spaces and allow anything to
- 12:24happen in the current version in current
- 12:26state of self anytime you want. And this
- 12:30is like I'll even be honest with saying
- 12:31like this is some of this stuff is too
- 12:33complex for me even. Um, and I'll kind
- 12:35of break down later on as well, like how
- 12:37I've kind of interpreted this and how to
- 12:39break this down in in simple ways that
- 12:41are easier applicable to the business
- 12:45that we're running. But we're like, this
- 12:47is way ahead. Um, but I I'll still
- 12:49explain it to you. Uh, cuz also
- 12:51understanding the the concept and being
- 12:54able to apply it every single day is two
- 12:56different things. Um and I'll also say
- 12:59before I you know explain this further
- 13:01and it's not only this like is the
- 13:03entire reality of trans surfing is
- 13:06if I were to if I said now okay I want
- 13:08100x my life I want 100x more money I
- 13:10want 100 times the cars uh you know you
- 13:15get you get the point like this is what
- 13:17I would practice nothing else I wouldn't
- 13:20go to I need a a bigger team I need more
- 13:24eyeballs I would go to this cuz
- 13:26Everything stems from this right here.
- 13:29And I'll try to explain it in in the
- 13:30most, you know, sensible way possible.
- 13:33Let's say you're watching a movie.
- 13:34You're going to watch a brand new movie
- 13:35on cinema. You've never watched it
- 13:37before. It's a three-hour movie. You
- 13:38head into the cinema. The movie is
- 13:40already done.
- 13:42They're not making the movie as you
- 13:44watch it. The movie is is there. It's
- 13:46three hours. It's already been produced
- 13:48and you're just waiting to see the
- 13:50entire thing. It's just a big
- 13:52big piece of B-roll with different
- 13:54things happening. And you're going there
- 13:57to see if your dream car occurs in the
- 14:00movie.
- 14:02And really, it doesn't matter if the
- 14:05dream car occurs 20 minutes into the
- 14:06movie or 2 and a half hours into the
- 14:08movie. What matters is the car is in the
- 14:11movie. You watch the full 3-hour thing
- 14:12and the car is there.
- 14:15and your 20 minute into the movie
- 14:17version of yourself might say while the
- 14:1949 minute into the movie version of
- 14:22myself will have the car.
- 14:25But really what you're saying is you you
- 14:27think that that's what you're saying but
- 14:28really what you're saying is the car
- 14:29isn't in this movie. The car is in a
- 14:31different movie and I have to go to a
- 14:33different movie to acquire this car. So
- 14:35either you keep on every single time
- 14:38like every single minute of this movie
- 14:40you keep on saying okay the the the car
- 14:41is going to come like I I know it's in
- 14:44this movie or you realize either allow
- 14:46it to happen in the now right now or I
- 14:50need to switch movie
- 14:52what happens if you say to yourself
- 14:54every single day for 5 years the future
- 14:56version of myself will have this car
- 15:00this is still a hypothetical but it's
- 15:02definitely possible and it doesn't
- 15:04matter if it's 5 years if if it's 10
- 15:05years, if it's 6 months, but not
- 15:08allowing yourself to have something in
- 15:10the now. If you don't allow something to
- 15:12happen in the now, when is it going to
- 15:13happen? I might not acquire my car in
- 15:17the now cuz I'm watching I'm filming
- 15:18this video for you guys. But the reason
- 15:21why I don't have a certain piece of
- 15:24material in the now
- 15:26is simply because
- 15:29I'm deciding to do something else. It's
- 15:30not because I like my I'm not ready for
- 15:33it yet.
- 15:35I'm always mentally walking around
- 15:36thinking that mentally I'm ready for
- 15:38anything. And if you can understand this
- 15:42stuff, like it's it's I I know it's it's
- 15:43complex, but you're going to be you're
- 15:47going to be able to acquire anything.
- 15:49Cuz this is exactly why people don't
- 15:52manifest their dreams is because they
- 15:53they walk around thinking, "Oh, the
- 15:55future version of myself has has this um
- 15:59has this car or this watch or anything."
- 16:03and it just keeps on pushing them into
- 16:04the future not knowing that they're
- 16:06they're pushing it out of their own
- 16:08reality subconsciously.
- 16:10And it goes a lot deeper than this as
- 16:12well, but that that's like a you know
- 16:14brief explanation of what this means. Um
- 16:18another big thing that um I contribute a
- 16:21lot a lot to is not pleasing people.
- 16:22What this means, how it genuinely
- 16:25changes perspectives of how to approach
- 16:26people in a serox given but still
- 16:28respectful manner. People pleasing is
- 16:30the entire foundation of caring about
- 16:31what other people other people's
- 16:33opinions about you. One might look at
- 16:34you or one might look at it as a complex
- 16:37phenomenon but in reality as soon as you
- 16:39stop trying to please people you stop
- 16:40caring as well as every single internal
- 16:42comparison you involve yourself in fades
- 16:44away. And I can give you my own
- 16:46experience on this as well cuz I I used
- 16:48to think that it was like a complex
- 16:49thing to stop caring which is essential.
- 16:52I still have to remind myself every
- 16:53single day like just don't give a [ __ ]
- 16:56about what people think. Um, and you
- 16:58need this right here. But it's it's also
- 17:00hard. You hear this a lot, but you don't
- 17:02you don't really understand what it
- 17:03means to stop caring what people think
- 17:06really. It's just, you know, to stop
- 17:08please people. I remember I was like
- 17:10probably
- 17:1214 or 15. I watched a YouTube video. I
- 17:14was just like searching on YouTube like
- 17:16how do I stop caring what people think
- 17:18about me? And uh it just came up a video
- 17:22like just stop pleasing people. That was
- 17:24the title. I didn't even watch the
- 17:25video, but I just before I clicked it, I
- 17:27was like, "Stop pleasing people." And
- 17:32like that did more that that single like
- 17:35sentence in my head made a bigger shift
- 17:37than anything else was just
- 17:40stop pleasing people. Every single time
- 17:42I like I was in a room, this was as well
- 17:45when I was back like 14 years old. I was
- 17:48in a room or I was with family or
- 17:51anything. And this like this is not
- 17:53something like this is just something
- 17:54that you should have across the board.
- 17:56It doesn't matter if you're with your
- 17:57best friends, with your family, in your
- 17:59class, in a team, anything like this is
- 18:02just like something you should carry
- 18:04[snorts] uh mentally and something
- 18:06sometimes you have to remind yourself of
- 18:07it. Um
- 18:10but if you just look at a group of
- 18:11people and say, "I'm not going to please
- 18:12those people. I'm not going to please
- 18:15those motherfuckers." That that's what I
- 18:16thought in my head. I remember I was
- 18:18like, "I'm not going to please them."
- 18:20like it it just does something. And if
- 18:21you like truly the reason you care about
- 18:24what people think is because you're
- 18:25trying to please them. You're trying to
- 18:27do
- 18:29what you think that you have to do for
- 18:31them to like you.
- 18:33That's what people pleasing is. And
- 18:36genuinely I I I've made a few videos
- 18:37about this. Like in my opinion, that's
- 18:40probably one of the most distasteful
- 18:41things you can do as a human being is
- 18:43being a people pleaser. Cuz like nobody
- 18:46likes a people pleaser. you're you're
- 18:48pleasing people cuz you want to be liked
- 18:50and it's the number one thing that you
- 18:52can do to make sure you're not you're
- 18:54not liked whatsoever.
- 18:57So be yourself. And I know it I know it
- 19:00sounds corny, but it's like this is just
- 19:02something this is not even about the
- 19:03mindset stuff, but like be yourself cuz
- 19:05that stuff is genuinely important. And
- 19:08just don't please people. And and I
- 19:10don't know if that makes any sense, but
- 19:11that's what worked for me. It's just
- 19:12like whenever you're in a room, just
- 19:15look at look at the people and say, "I'm
- 19:16not going to please them." That's like
- 19:18it works wonders. Um, another concept of
- 19:22reality trans surfing is the concept of
- 19:24releasing importance. If you walk across
- 19:25a plank of wood laying on the ground,
- 19:27you can walk across that with without
- 19:29falling 100 of 100 times. You might even
- 19:32be able to walk across blindfolded
- 19:34backwards while running and a bunch of
- 19:36other stuff without facing issues.
- 19:37However, if we put that same wooden
- 19:39plank 500 ft up in the air, you would
- 19:41fall. Not because you're not physically
- 19:43capable of watching AC walking across
- 19:45the plank, but because you the increased
- 19:48importance affects your mind. Your
- 19:50anxiety of falling makes you fall. Your
- 19:53body and mind is programmed to protect
- 19:55you while taking such action while
- 19:57taking such actions. While in reality,
- 19:59your subconscious might turn out to be
- 20:01your enemy. And this is also a quote the
- 20:04belief that a personal goal actually
- 20:06I'll walk into this first because this
- 20:08is kind of it isn't that related but um
- 20:11releasing the importance
- 20:14is
- 20:16I'll tell you a secret to to life and to
- 20:18business and everything. If you if you
- 20:21you know go towards something you have a
- 20:24goal and you only focus on that goal you
- 20:26don't see anything else and what you
- 20:28have to do in order to be able to only
- 20:30watch that goal that's up to you. But if
- 20:32you only watch that goal, that's the
- 20:34only thing you see.
- 20:36You can't fail.
- 20:38Like it's it's according to human laws
- 20:41in my experience as well. Like you it's
- 20:43impossible that you fail. If you have a
- 20:45goal and you never once think what
- 20:48happens if I don't reach this, am I
- 20:50actually capable?
- 20:52Should I be doing something else in
- 20:54order to walk to walk across the plank?
- 20:56Should I be less worried? Should I be
- 20:58more worried?
- 21:00Doesn't matter. You're just watching
- 21:01walking across this plank and you're
- 21:02you're just watching watching the
- 21:04destination that you're it might be like
- 21:07a few meters across uh the next building
- 21:10that you're walking to. Like if if you
- 21:12only if you're only focused on your
- 21:14goal, you can't fail. That's guaranteed.
- 21:17Um and I think you understand this this
- 21:19as well. Like this is pretty like I've
- 21:21been I I think it's super interesting to
- 21:24uh once again I'm just rambling. I don't
- 21:26I don't give a [ __ ] Like it's this is
- 21:27supposed to be uncut. I thought about
- 21:30that a lot of times like in in Dubai for
- 21:32example there's a lot of high buildings
- 21:33and we've been on balconies um they're
- 21:36like 200 meters up in the air
- 21:39um it might not be yeah you get the
- 21:41point but like 150 m up in the air and
- 21:45like the l like you're you're even
- 21:46scared of walking out on the balcony
- 21:50um
- 21:51but you know for a fact you would never
- 21:53fall down even if I walked to the other
- 21:55side of the fence and just like stood
- 21:58there I wouldn't I wouldn't fall. But
- 22:01the the chance of you falling is so much
- 22:03higher because you know it's 150 meters
- 22:04up in the air or 500 feet up in the air.
- 22:08Um if you were to do that, you know,
- 22:12just on the other side of like you're a
- 22:14meter, it's a feet down or two feet down
- 22:18to, you know, just a grass field. You
- 22:21wouldn't be scared whatsoever. You could
- 22:22probably like release your hands or
- 22:24probably jump on it or you know stand
- 22:28there blindfolded like you get the
- 22:29point. It's it's it's not a difference
- 22:32whatsoever. It's just the fact that you
- 22:34the fact that like it's a higher fault.
- 22:39Your your you being scared of falling is
- 22:42making you fall, which is so iron ironic
- 22:44because your body and your subconscious
- 22:45mind is here to protect you from
- 22:48falling. like your entire body is
- 22:50programmed to keep you as safe as
- 22:51possible and sometimes you have to work
- 22:53against that cuz that's a prime example
- 22:55of you having to put your conscious
- 22:59above your subconscious in order to
- 23:01reach your goals. Um the rest of that I
- 23:03think you understand yourself but and
- 23:05then there's another quote the belief
- 23:07that a personal goal is difficult to
- 23:08attain represents a projection of outer
- 23:10importance whereas the belief that goal
- 23:12can only be achieved by a personality
- 23:14within the extraordinary qualities is a
- 23:16projection of inner importance. Either
- 23:18way, the indiv individual is fleeced.
- 23:20They may be allowed to reach the finish
- 23:23line, which will no doubt make them very
- 23:25happy. But what the person will not
- 23:26realize is how much energy was wasted,
- 23:28not so much on reaching the goal as on
- 23:30indulging the exactions exactions of the
- 23:34pendulum.
- 23:36It's it's such great wording and it's it
- 23:39kind of, you know, ties back into all
- 23:41this as well. like you're you might be
- 23:44really what holds you back from reaching
- 23:46your goal is not the goal itself or the
- 23:49fact that it's difficult to reach your
- 23:50goal but the belief that a personal goal
- 23:52is difficult to attain.
- 23:54That's literally what what holds you
- 23:56back. It's you thinking that it's harder
- 23:57than it is. And when you as they state
- 24:02as well they may be allowed to reach the
- 24:03finish line which will no doubt make
- 24:04them very happy. But what the person
- 24:06will not realize is how much energy was
- 24:07wasted. Not so much on reaching the goal
- 24:09as on indulging in the excctions of the
- 24:11pendulum.
- 24:13Let's say you want to reach 30 30k a
- 24:15month. You have one path which is super
- 24:18simple. You just reach 30k a month.
- 24:20You're going to be there in 2 months.
- 24:21It's it's super simple. You just have to
- 24:23do the actions in order to get there.
- 24:25The other one might take you 6 months
- 24:29because you doubted yourself so much
- 24:31along the way. And all of a sudden you
- 24:33think it's super hard to reach 30k a
- 24:35month. But really all there was was can
- 24:38I actually achieve this? Am I actually
- 24:40capable? What are my parents going to
- 24:41think of me? What are my friends going
- 24:42to think of me when I post videos? What
- 24:44am I, you know, you know, I might switch
- 24:47up? This is not me. Is this is this
- 24:49really me? I have to, you know, find
- 24:51myself before I do something like this.
- 24:53Uh what are all my clients going to
- 24:54think of me? What happens if I don't
- 24:56fulfill for one of my clients?
- 24:58All these thoughts just lead you to an
- 25:00extra four months before you reach your
- 25:02goal. The goal was never hard
- 25:04whatsoever. And I'm I'm a firm believer
- 25:05in the fact that the goal is never hard
- 25:07to achieve. If it's been done by another
- 25:10person, let's say you want to do a
- 25:11backflip um from the ground up a 500 ft
- 25:15building, that's probably impossible and
- 25:16nobody's ever going to be able to do
- 25:18that. But if somebody else has done it,
- 25:21let's say you want to build a $100
- 25:22million company, if somebody else has
- 25:24done it, you can do it as well. you just
- 25:26have to follow the steps without, you
- 25:28know, looking down or thinking what
- 25:30happens if I fall or um, you know,
- 25:32falling into the pendulum, which is kind
- 25:34of like the enemy um when trying to
- 25:36reach your goals, if that makes sense.
- 25:39Here's also mindset shift that kind of
- 25:41um is unrelated to the environmental
- 25:43stuff, but aim to build an actual
- 25:45business instead of just aiming to make
- 25:46money for yourself and your own
- 25:47interest. This is a marathon, not a
- 25:49sprint. and your house, if your house
- 25:51built on sand, it might let you live in
- 25:53your house sooner, but only a few weeks
- 25:55after you moved in, you're going to have
- 25:56to move out. Same thing goes in
- 25:58business. You try to build everything up
- 26:00as soon as possible because you want to
- 26:02make money. But when you made your
- 26:04money, you always have to rebuild
- 26:05everything shortly after. Don't let your
- 26:07ego get in the way of your own success.
- 26:08The hard route is the easy route. The
- 26:10shortcut is the detour. This is
- 26:12something I firmly believe as well. The
- 26:14biggest mistake I see people doing when
- 26:16starting an agency is trying to make
- 26:19money.
- 26:20Truthfully, if if you were to prioritize
- 26:23getting good, like shortly after, you
- 26:26you would have a lot of businesses just
- 26:29begging for your service because you're
- 26:31so good at what you're doing. And you
- 26:33think, okay, if I'm building my house on
- 26:35sand, if I'm just focusing on the money,
- 26:36I'll get to the money sooner. But
- 26:38really, what happens is you just end up
- 26:40chasing clients without any value to
- 26:42provide. and you have no understanding
- 26:44of how sophisticated the market that
- 26:45you're going after actually is. You just
- 26:48like that. I did that in the beginning.
- 26:49I was like I started my SMMA.
- 26:52This was like fall of 2023 and I just
- 26:55reached out to a few people on Facebook.
- 26:57You know, you think that these people
- 26:59have never heard of a marketing service
- 27:01ever before. So, if I reach out to five
- 27:02people, they're going to be like, "Wow,
- 27:03that sounds amazing. Can you tell me
- 27:05more?" Like, everybody's already done
- 27:08this stuff. So to actually create
- 27:10leverage and to create a vantage point
- 27:12for yourself, you have to become good.
- 27:14And it sounds like unsexy and boring to
- 27:17become good at first because then you
- 27:19you're going to have to spend 3 or 4
- 27:20months to become good. [snorts] But
- 27:22really the alternative is just spending
- 27:2411 months or a year and a half just like
- 27:27chasing after clients and trying to make
- 27:29money without having any value to
- 27:30provide to them. And that's just in the
- 27:34long term is going to take you more
- 27:35time. Um I was there as It took me 10
- 27:39months to get my first client, which is
- 27:41way too long. I don't want like any of
- 27:43you watching this video. I don't want it
- 27:45to take anybody, you know, 10 months to
- 27:47get your first client. But that was just
- 27:49because I would ch I was chasing the
- 27:50money. I mean, it's it's me, myself
- 27:52included. I was chasing the money before
- 27:54trying to become good at something,
- 27:56which is extremely dumb and it's just a
- 27:58bad way to go about it. The hard route
- 28:00is the easy route. You you see the easy
- 28:02route and you see the hard route uh
- 28:04thinking that the easy route like why
- 28:05wouldn't I take the easy route? Of
- 28:07course, the easy route comes with a a
- 28:10downside. Like if if it was a easy route
- 28:13and a and a hard route and both led you
- 28:17to your goal,
- 28:19obviously everybody would take the easy
- 28:21route, of course. So you you're you're
- 28:24doing yourself a disservice by trying
- 28:26to, you know, get to your goal sooner or
- 28:28living your house sooner by building it
- 28:29on set. Your goal is to build a business
- 28:31that and an offer that's valuable enough
- 28:33to the point where it generates you
- 28:35money without trying. If you focus on
- 28:37the money, it runs. If you position
- 28:38yourself as
- 28:40uh the one businesses need to give their
- 28:43money to, it comes without chasing. 90%
- 28:45of the market underestimates the power
- 28:46of a bulletproof bulletproof offer. Um
- 28:49you could focus on all this time just
- 28:51building a great offer. Um, that's that
- 28:52was something I kind of underestimated
- 28:54in the beginning of my journey as well,
- 28:56which is like if I build an offer where
- 28:58I say, I'm gonna 3x your revenue or if
- 29:02[snorts] I don't,
- 29:04I'll give you your money back and an
- 29:06additional 5K and then I'll just become
- 29:09so good at delivering the service that
- 29:10every single client as long as they, you
- 29:13know, qualify themselves to our offer,
- 29:15you know, I'm going to be able to
- 29:16deliver for them. If you build that
- 29:18offer and you just because then all of a
- 29:20sudden all the control is on you and
- 29:21like the responsibility of just making
- 29:24sure that it works is on you and after a
- 29:26while you have an offer that nobody can
- 29:28resist and it's completely risk-f free
- 29:31for any business trying to work with
- 29:32you. But as long as they invest 12 grand
- 29:35or 15 grand or 25 grand into your
- 29:37service, like you're going to be able to
- 29:39fulfill for them. And then if you don't,
- 29:41which 0% happening because you're so
- 29:43good at what you do, you refund them an
- 29:45additional 5K on on top of that. Like I
- 29:48I truly believe that not enough not
- 29:52enough of the market thinks like that.
- 29:55We're just trying to like quick money
- 29:57grab and trying to finesse our CL. Like
- 29:58everybody is trying to finesse their
- 30:00clients. That's genuinely what the
- 30:02market looks like regardless if you're
- 30:04like
- 30:06um want to admit it or not. Like that's
- 30:08just the the state the market decide and
- 30:10you will create a huge vantage point for
- 30:12yourself by just becoming good before
- 30:14you uh pitch clients. Again, there's a
- 30:16huge ch between wanting and being ready
- 30:18to become. It's kind of
- 30:19self-explanatory, but wanting anybody
- 30:22could want. Um anybody can decide if you
- 30:24not everybody's going to be ready for
- 30:26the climb. I'm sure you've seen these me
- 30:28and bro reels. Insanely uh Yeah. Yeah.
- 30:31Me me and bro reels on Instagram. like
- 30:34me and bro in Italy uh with these girls
- 30:36and like these cars in 5 years in these
- 30:39villas and like I see these like or just
- 30:43like me and bro when we make it on reals
- 30:44and I see they have like 500,000 likes.
- 30:48So that's how many people want it. But
- 30:50like how realistically out of those 500
- 30:52like every single one that liked that
- 30:55real was probably like yeah this is it's
- 30:57going to be us. we're going to become
- 30:58successful. But like nobody is willing
- 31:01to actually do what it takes. [snorts]
- 31:03Um there's not a single chance that even
- 31:0510% of those 500,000 people will
- 31:07actually achieve what was set out in
- 31:09that reel, for example. So like [snorts]
- 31:12and that uh if you read the book Atomic
- 31:14Habits as well, like what separates you
- 31:17from your competitors is not your goals.
- 31:19Everybody can have the same goals, but
- 31:21like your goals is not what defines you.
- 31:23It's your work ethic. It's your systems.
- 31:25Uh that's what like if if you're in a
- 31:28World Cup final or a Super Bowl final,
- 31:30you don't think both teams want to want
- 31:32to win. Like it's easy to think, oh, we
- 31:35want it more. Like we want it. We're
- 31:37different. Like but like that's never
- 31:39going to get you to your goals. You know
- 31:41how many people went in and thinking
- 31:42like we want it more and then they lost
- 31:45because you have to rely on systems and
- 31:47actually being good. Um truly like I
- 31:51don't underestimate this stuff like and
- 31:53I know it sounds boring. you're probably
- 31:54going to hear me talk about this and
- 31:56then be like, "Yeah, but I could
- 31:57probably work around this and make money
- 31:59and I want to make, you know, my first
- 32:0010K a month this month." Like, you can,
- 32:02but like
- 32:04make sure to not put becoming good
- 32:06second cuz that's going to be your
- 32:08biggest leverage pool uh later on.
- 32:11Insanely small percentage of those
- 32:12people are going to achieve their
- 32:14pursuit. Make sure you understand what
- 32:15you truly want. This is a long-term
- 32:16game. Do you want uh do you want to be
- 32:19doing this 5 years from now, 2 years
- 32:20from now, 10 years from now? Don't focus
- 32:21on closing your next two five key deals
- 32:24because you want to buy a new watch.
- 32:25That mindset will never take you
- 32:26anywhere. Although people can be driven
- 32:28by material stuff. You need a certain
- 32:30balance between uh balance mentally to
- 32:33attract what you what you're after.
- 32:36So uh this has been an important thing
- 32:38for me as well like make sure if you if
- 32:41you don't want to be in this game 5
- 32:42years from now like make sure that you
- 32:43you understand what the vision is. You
- 32:45know I'll I'll have achieved this 6
- 32:47months from now. Like a lot of you
- 32:49people maybe you want to run an agency
- 32:50for 6 months or 12 months and you want
- 32:52to make 10K a month. You know what an
- 32:54extra 10K a month can do to a lot of
- 32:56people like don't don't get fooled into
- 32:58thinking like you have to make 100k a
- 33:00month. You have to make you know you
- 33:02have to become a millionaire. Uh I'm not
- 33:04the most materialistic person myself.
- 33:06Like you can you can live a very good
- 33:07life um just with an extra 10k a month.
- 33:10And so just make sure that you set out
- 33:13um what you do. And this is the second
- 33:15point as well. Set out a certain goal
- 33:16for yourself. know exactly what you
- 33:18want. I remember thinking to myself, I
- 33:20wanted to hit the 20 30k a month range
- 33:21with my business, but 50 would be cool,
- 33:23but even 10, which is super attainable,
- 33:26would change my life, but it wouldn't be
- 33:27as good as 50 and so on. You never
- 33:30actually get to your goal because you
- 33:31don't have a clear target. A man who
- 33:33chases two rabbits cashes neither. So, I
- 33:36actually used to like I remember walking
- 33:39uh home from like school and I was like
- 33:41building my first agency and I like I
- 33:43was like, "Well, 20k a month is pretty
- 33:46attainable, but 50 would be insane. Like
- 33:4950 we could do all this stuff. Like 10
- 33:50probably wouldn't get me that." Um,
- 33:54but you're just like bouncing between
- 33:56these different income targets where
- 33:58like if you don't have a specific
- 34:00target, what I would do honestly
- 34:01recommend a lot of you guys do set out a
- 34:04target for yourself. Let's say it's 30
- 34:06grand 30 grand a month, which I can say
- 34:0830 grand is like that's when
- 34:11life is pretty similar after that.
- 34:13Unless you're like a super materialistic
- 34:15person and you adapt actively to your
- 34:18income. like 30 grand a month is what I
- 34:21would say most people should actually uh
- 34:23have as their target. It's it's and I
- 34:26want you to have a target cuz like just
- 34:28envision what your dream life looks like
- 34:29and and write all the expenses like I
- 34:31can spend this month, this is the taxes
- 34:33or if I run this type of company for
- 34:35them, I can have this as write offs. I
- 34:36can have this is my travel. I can give
- 34:39this much to my parents. Um I could
- 34:42support my siblings in doing this while
- 34:44they're still in school. I could uh
- 34:46travel for this much. I could spend five
- 34:48grand a month on rent. Like these are
- 34:50all different things that you have to
- 34:51set out for yourself. Uh because once
- 34:54you know like this is it's also a lot
- 34:56easier for you to you know pursue a goal
- 34:58when you know that once I hit this goal
- 35:00this is my life. It's going to be a lot
- 35:02more inspiring for you. And when you
- 35:04have a certain goal, let's say it's 30
- 35:05grand. You can break down the numbers of
- 35:08what you need to do to get there.
- 35:10You're never going to like if you're
- 35:11thinking 10 but maybe 30 but 50. And I
- 35:13see a few guys doing 100 but that's like
- 35:15I'm not really there yet. So, I'm aiming
- 35:17for 30, but even 10 will be good, which
- 35:19is a lot easier than 30. If you if you
- 35:21go in that like thought loop, you will
- 35:24just always um kind of end up not doing
- 35:27anything cuz you don't know what
- 35:29numbers, how much you need to spend on
- 35:30ads, how much you need to pay your team,
- 35:31how many setters you need, how many VAS,
- 35:33how many SDRs, how many account managers
- 35:35for each like for the amount of clients
- 35:38you're managing. Um all this stuff is
- 35:41just going to be unclear. So make sure
- 35:43you have a set goal and then uh just go
- 35:45after it once you've set that up for
- 35:46yourself. Understanding resistance after
- 35:48all. Um, you know, this is still very
- 35:51important for me. Like I I know I said I
- 35:54don't want to make this like a hard work
- 35:55module, but resistance is is truly
- 35:58important to understand. And I'll tell
- 36:01you what what it is. And if you can
- 36:03understand this, it's going to allow you
- 36:04to work a lot more. And resistance is al
- 36:07also like the main thing the the only
- 36:11thing you really got to understand when
- 36:12it comes to hard work. Nothing else
- 36:14really matters the same way. Resistance
- 36:15is an internal internal force that pulls
- 36:17you away from meaningful work towards
- 36:19easier, less important activities. It's
- 36:21the gap between knowing what you should
- 36:23do and actually doing it. Manifesting as
- 36:25procrastination or distraction seeking.
- 36:29Have you ever faced a large amount of
- 36:30work or had a handful of serious tasks
- 36:32in front of you and all of a sudden you
- 36:33remember urgent minor tasks when faced
- 36:36with a challenge? This is resistance
- 36:38disguised as distorted priorities. I
- 36:41could sit at my desk sometimes and I was
- 36:43like, I have to respond to these
- 36:44clients. I have to check into my team. I
- 36:46have two calls at 1 and two. Um, I have
- 36:49to film this thing. Uh, I have to work
- 36:51in this SOP, whatever. And then all of a
- 36:52sudden, I remember I have to eat or I
- 36:55remember I have to go like go piss or do
- 36:58something else. Like these are all like
- 37:00I mean, if you really need to, you need
- 37:02to, but nine nine times out of 10, this
- 37:05is just resistance disguised as like,
- 37:07okay, I need to do this instead.
- 37:09distorted priorities is what I call I
- 37:12need to do this before I get to work,
- 37:13which is rarely ever true because it's
- 37:15like just small minor tasks that are
- 37:17never as important as actually doing the
- 37:20work. Um, resistance isn't laziness.
- 37:23It's a protective mechanism that
- 37:25surfaces most strongly when work matters
- 37:27to you, requires vulnerability, or
- 37:29pushes you beyond your comfort zone. The
- 37:31more important the task, the stronger
- 37:32the resistance tends to be.
- 37:35This is also pretty um self-explanatory.
- 37:37A few common examples of resistance can
- 37:39be the following. Compulsively checking
- 37:40email or social media before starting
- 37:42work. Organizing your workspace instead
- 37:44of beginning the actual task. Convincing
- 37:46yourself you need more research or
- 37:47preparation. Switching to easier tasks
- 37:49that feel productive but avoid the core
- 37:51challenge.
- 37:53You you need to be able to I'll get into
- 37:55this later on as well. You need to be
- 37:56able to spot your resistance cuz if
- 37:58you're like
- 38:00if you don't if you can't identify
- 38:02resistance, you will find a million
- 38:05reasons why you can't work right now.
- 38:06I'll need to check social media. Um, I
- 38:09need to work on my website. Like all
- 38:11these like low leverage tasks that you
- 38:12just don't really need to do. Um,
- 38:16it's just like
- 38:19resistance is isn't only like I need to
- 38:21go um
- 38:25play video games. That could be like,
- 38:27okay, that's resistance. But like
- 38:29resistance is also doing the second most
- 38:32important task of your day. That's also
- 38:34resistance because you don't want to
- 38:35focus on the main thing. And once again,
- 38:38the more important the task, the more uh
- 38:39the stronger the resistance tends to be.
- 38:41So you will have the most resistance uh
- 38:43towards the task that matters the most.
- 38:45Understanding resistance helps you
- 38:46recognize that it's not a character
- 38:47flaw. It's a predictable pattern that
- 38:49you can learn to work with rather than
- 38:51against. The best way to recognize and
- 38:52resist resistance when it occurs is to
- 38:54realize everybody deals with it. So
- 38:56don't feel like you're useless as a
- 38:59human being once you face a bit of
- 39:01resistance. That that's just is natural.
- 39:03Um but you need to deal with it. And um
- 39:06resistance is kind of like we'll get
- 39:08into this as well cuz running is a great
- 39:10way of uh facing resistance. Doing like
- 39:12a plank. If you just like stand in a
- 39:15plank for um 2 minutes, you start to
- 39:18face resistance and you'll feel like
- 39:20[ __ ] I need to give up. I need to do
- 39:22something else. Like okay, I'm done.
- 39:24Like I can't do it do this anymore.
- 39:26That's when you need to keep pushing cuz
- 39:28that that resistance you'll face it when
- 39:29you're working as well. But if you can
- 39:31spot the resistance and realize, okay,
- 39:33that's resistance and I can just keep
- 39:34working. It becomes so much easier to
- 39:36sit. Like that's the difference between
- 39:37somebody sitting at their desk for 30
- 39:39minutes compared to 6 hours. It's just
- 39:42spotting resistance saying, okay, that's
- 39:43resistance. I can keep working. Um it's
- 39:46important that you understand what
- 39:47resistance is and where it comes from.
- 39:48When you sit and work, you realize that
- 39:50you have to do go do something else or
- 39:52you need to scroll, you need to go eat,
- 39:53you haven't brush your brush your teeth.
- 39:55the amount of times that I had this in
- 39:57the beginning as well.
- 39:59I was like sitting with like six tasks
- 40:01in front of me that had to get done and
- 40:02I was like I haven't brushed my teeth
- 40:03and then you go do that before. There's
- 40:05no way brushing your teeth is more
- 40:07important than I mean you could argue
- 40:09but you know before taking care of your
- 40:12tasks um but that's also resistance even
- 40:16though even though it smells like [ __ ]
- 40:18in your mouth. Like I'm not saying you
- 40:20can't go and brush your teeth but it's
- 40:22still it's still resistance.
- 40:26And um I've been I've like I'm naturally
- 40:28a very conscious human being. So I've
- 40:31been able to spot resistance. And it's
- 40:32not fun cuz like resistance is
- 40:33everywhere. Um
- 40:36but it's just like when you when you can
- 40:38actually identify that okay I need to do
- 40:40this task that should be put before
- 40:42anything else. Even though your mind can
- 40:44make up reasons why it is valid to go
- 40:45now, it's still resistance. And the best
- 40:47way to factualize is recognizing how you
- 40:49feel when you say to yourself, I
- 40:51actually have to. It took me a long time
- 40:53to become a person that genuinely needs
- 40:54to go eat instead of being a copout. For
- 40:57a long time, I recognized very
- 40:58consciously that when I stepped away
- 41:00from my desk, I used it as an excuse to
- 41:02stop working. Disto priorities. [snorts]
- 41:04You think you need to do a certain
- 41:06thing, but really it's just an excuse.
- 41:08Like the difference between I need to go
- 41:10eat compared to like I want to go eat
- 41:14instead of working right now is is
- 41:16major. And I would say probably
- 41:20like naturally like it's also a thing
- 41:23with like you you don't really need to
- 41:25go eat,
- 41:27right? Cuz like you're actually good
- 41:29like um I don't know what it's called.
- 41:32Uh but like you you tend to work better
- 41:36uh when you haven't eaten. So like it's
- 41:38usually a
- 41:40uh it's usually a form of resistance
- 41:43distorted or disguises distorted
- 41:45priorities unless you're like dying
- 41:46because you're you needing to eat but
- 41:48that's extremely
- 41:50you know never happens almost. This is a
- 41:53good exercise as well which I told ear
- 41:56earlier as well. Do a plch or sit 90°
- 41:58with your legs towards the wall. Uh do
- 42:00it as you watch this. You could pause
- 42:02the video and do it right now if you
- 42:03want to. I'm not going to force you to.
- 42:05Uh, notice how that starts to hurt and
- 42:07your brain is giving you every reason
- 42:09under the sun to quit. I would still
- 42:11recommend you do this. Actually, if you
- 42:12pause the video, um, you're saying to
- 42:14yourself, I get the point. I've
- 42:15understood the message of this. It's
- 42:16okay to quit, walk away, etc., etc.
- 42:20Working for an extended period of time
- 42:22feels the exact same way. When working,
- 42:24it's just a mental pain instead of a
- 42:26physical pain. But awareness is enough
- 42:27to stop it. If you can acknowledge the
- 42:29resistance every single time you face
- 42:31it, that's enough to fight through it.
- 42:33So, you're going to realize if you sit
- 42:34like 90° uh towards a wall or you you do
- 42:37a PLCH or even go out for a run, um but
- 42:41I would do like a PLCH, you're going to
- 42:42say to yourself, "Okay, I get the point.
- 42:44I get the message of this. Like, I don't
- 42:46actually have to do it." Um that's all
- 42:48like resistance in your head. You you
- 42:50probably feel it a minute in or 2
- 42:52minutes in or 3 minutes in. um when you
- 42:56can spot that resistance,
- 42:58you you're going to have to spot the
- 43:00resistance in in work as well cuz it's
- 43:02it's not that you can't keep going, it's
- 43:04just that like you're once again your
- 43:06body is programmed to keep you safe and
- 43:08protected. So, it's just it's just going
- 43:10to tell you go do something else cuz
- 43:11like I don't really want to do this. But
- 43:14work is also so much easier to do than
- 43:16go out for a run or do a plench
- 43:19uh for for [snorts] 10 minutes. It's so
- 43:22much easier to just sit and work. you're
- 43:23sitting typing with your fingers and
- 43:25probably like using your brain a bit. So
- 43:27[snorts] when when resistance pops up,
- 43:29you have to uh to resist the resistance.
- 43:32Confidence.
- 43:33Confidence doesn't come from shouting
- 43:35affirmations in the mirror, but having a
- 43:36stack of undeniable proof that you say
- 43:38that you are who you say you are. This
- 43:39is the foundation of confidence. This is
- 43:41a quote by Ali Sherosi, by the way. This
- 43:43is the foundation of confidence, and
- 43:44it's still the main way to build it.
- 43:46However, I see so many people
- 43:47misinterpret this. If you took this
- 43:49mindset to its extreme, in theory, you
- 43:52would never close your first deal. And
- 43:54this is where people fail. Um
- 43:58because you need to become you need to
- 43:59become confident one way. And once
- 44:01again, confidence is one of the things
- 44:02you actually can fake. And you're able
- 44:06to cuz a lot of I I do agree like the
- 44:09the most natural way of you becoming
- 44:11confident is just knowing that what
- 44:12you're speaking about, you have an
- 44:14undeniable proof that you are who you
- 44:16say you are. You don't have to pretend.
- 44:19Like pretending is is hard. But also, if
- 44:23you never had the undeniable proof that
- 44:25you are who you say you are, you would
- 44:27never be able to close your first sales
- 44:28call. So, you have to fake it in the
- 44:30beginning. And uh some people are so
- 44:33extremely bad at faking it and uh trying
- 44:35to become that person in the beginning.
- 44:37And some people are pretty good at it.
- 44:38[snorts] Sales is one of the few fields
- 44:40where people buy your confidence. They
- 44:41don't buy your product. Thus, on the
- 44:43flip side, if you're insecure about what
- 44:45you're selling, they won't buy. And
- 44:47frankly, you don't have time to build up
- 44:48a [ __ ] you reputation before you start
- 44:50seeing some progress with your business.
- 44:51Therefore, you have to be delusional in
- 44:53the beginning. Confidence is one of the
- 44:54few things you actually can fake. This
- 44:56is what I'm saying. Like you,
- 45:00your prospects or the leads that you're
- 45:01speaking to on the sales calls are going
- 45:03to buy your confidence 10 out of 10
- 45:05times cuz they want like since you're
- 45:07selling a service,
- 45:09it's it's a unique field that we're in
- 45:12cuz you're selling a service. You're not
- 45:13selling a pair of jeans. If you sold a
- 45:15pair of jeans, the customer could see
- 45:17look at the jeans before buying them.
- 45:19You're selling a service. Meaning, for
- 45:21you to be confident in or for you to
- 45:24sell to them, for them to be, that's
- 45:25what I'm saying. For them to be
- 45:26confident in what you're selling, you
- 45:28have to be confident. You have to
- 45:29express that confidence and conviction
- 45:30on the sales call because otherwise
- 45:32they're not going to buy. Um,
- 45:35and this is extremely important. And as
- 45:36I said, like if you want to take 3 years
- 45:39before you close your first sales call,
- 45:40that's fine. Um, but you don't have time
- 45:42to build up a big reput reputation
- 45:44before uh closing your first few sales
- 45:47calls. So, that's just going to be
- 45:49confidence is one of the few things you
- 45:50you can fake. And the easiest way to
- 45:53become confident is just saying saying
- 45:54[ __ ] you to the entire market. And uh
- 45:58just deciding to be confident. That's
- 45:59kind of what I did. I don't want you
- 46:01guys to be like folded up in this like I
- 46:04have to become this before I can become
- 46:06confident or you know like people are
- 46:08like robots in this market. Like why
- 46:10can't you just show up to a sales call
- 46:12and be confident and just like punch
- 46:14yourself in the chest and just like take
- 46:15care of a sales call? It's it's not
- 46:17difficult. You're making it more
- 46:18difficult. And it goes back to this
- 46:21quote as well. Believe that belief that
- 46:23a personal goal is difficult to attain
- 46:24represent a projection of outer
- 46:25importance. You're it's not hard to
- 46:28close a sales call. You're just making
- 46:29it hard by thinking cuz you've been told
- 46:31by all these people I need to do this
- 46:33and this and this before I can close a
- 46:35sales call. Um, I'm telling you right
- 46:38now, go go have a sales call. Do go do a
- 46:41cold call and just like close them.
- 46:42You'll see how your confidence and your
- 46:43conviction just like expresses onto
- 46:45them. Cuz most of the time if they're
- 46:47buying a service from you, they're
- 46:48probably not very confident cuz they
- 46:50need that service. So, you need to put
- 46:52that confidence on them. This is also a
- 46:55great a quote that I love from uh
- 46:58reality trans surfing. It's not a matter
- 46:59of how appropriate your thinking or
- 47:01actions are, but the extent to which
- 47:03you're confident that you're right.
- 47:04claim your right to be right. I've taken
- 47:06this decision but I because I am the
- 47:07maker of my own reality.
- 47:10This like this is the entire life. Like
- 47:12it's it's not what you do, it's how you
- 47:13do it. That's that's my favorite quote
- 47:15probably. It's uh that goes for
- 47:17anything. Literally anything. That goes
- 47:19for how I make this video and how you
- 47:22interpret me, how I uh speak to, you
- 47:25know, prospects on sales calls, how you
- 47:27go pick up girls. Like everything comes
- 47:29down to it's like it's never about what
- 47:31you say or what you actually do. is how
- 47:33you do it. Um, and you have to claim
- 47:36your right to be right. Cuz if if you
- 47:39think I'm doing this in the right way,
- 47:41you're going to be right. And people are
- 47:43going to be like, "Well, that was
- 47:44weird." But, you know, I guess he he
- 47:46knows what he's talking about. So, the
- 47:48worst offer in the world sold by a
- 47:50confident man will bring in 10x the
- 47:51sales compared to the best offer in the
- 47:52world sold by an insecure man. And this
- 47:55is also um backed up by data. I can tell
- 47:58you. Leadership. Leadership is about
- 48:01taking ownership and initiative.
- 48:02Choosing to be the person who makes
- 48:04things happen.
- 48:07Um,
- 48:09choosing to be the person that makes
- 48:10things happen rather than waiting for
- 48:11somebody else to step out. At its at its
- 48:14core, leadership means sitting at the
- 48:15driver's seat of your work, your
- 48:17decisions, and your impact. Being in the
- 48:19driver's seat means you set the
- 48:20direction instead of waiting to be told
- 48:22what to do. Take responsibility for
- 48:23outcomes, both successes and failures.
- 48:26So, if something good happens, it's
- 48:27because of you. If something bad
- 48:28happens, it's because of you. Make
- 48:30decisions even when you don't have
- 48:32complete information. This is also
- 48:33something you have to deal with as a
- 48:34leader.
- 48:36Guide others through uncertainty uh
- 48:38rather than looking around for guidance
- 48:39yourself. It's never about having all
- 48:42the answers or being the most
- 48:43experienced person in the room, but more
- 48:45so being willing to act when action is
- 48:47needed to speak up when silence is
- 48:48easier and to own the consequences of
- 48:50your choices. Many people wait for
- 48:53permission, a title or the right
- 48:54movement to lead. Leadership starts um
- 48:57the moment you decide to stop being a
- 48:59passenger in your own work and take
- 49:01control of where you're going. You don't
- 49:03need authority to lead. You need a
- 49:04willingness to be accountable and the
- 49:05courage to move forward with when others
- 49:07hesitate.
- 49:09Uh I think I probably
- 49:11uh
- 49:14Yeah, exactly. So, okay. Putting
- 49:16yourself in the driver's seat. I was
- 49:17usually most comfortable. I was usually
- 49:20most comfortable or could enjoy some
- 49:22enjoy something uh mostly when it was
- 49:24organized by some someone else. So I
- 49:26knew it was happening and expectations
- 49:28weren't going to be on me. Christmas is
- 49:29a great example of this. Leadership
- 49:33uh yeah I'll get into this example
- 49:35first. So I used to I used to you know
- 49:40be pretty heavy on Christmas uh spirit
- 49:42and just Christmas feeling when we're
- 49:43celebrating Christmas with family and
- 49:45and friends and all that stuff. And I
- 49:47always had an easier time um getting
- 49:50into this Christmas spirit when it was
- 49:51ho like Christmas was hosted by somebody
- 49:53else because I knew like the entire
- 49:57family is going to be gathered no matter
- 49:59no matter what. It's not our like
- 50:00responsibility to gather the entire
- 50:02family together. And you know, if there
- 50:05was like some one house in the family
- 50:07that was more equipped or uh for
- 50:10Christmas and or it was bigger or it was
- 50:12more like
- 50:14um just felt like more Christmas spirit
- 50:17in the house. I would feel like I would
- 50:19have I would look forward more to
- 50:21Christmas. I would feel like this is
- 50:22like um something that
- 50:27I don't have to put too much effort into
- 50:29in in order to get the Christmas spirit.
- 50:30And this is something that I had to step
- 50:31out of cuz leadership is acting without
- 50:35anybody else's support. You got to get
- 50:36to a point where you have 10 team
- 50:38members and you have to act first. you
- 50:40have to take the first step and um you
- 50:43know go before everybody else
- 50:45essentially because if you're doing like
- 50:48you you can't wait on your team to take
- 50:51action or tell you what to do before you
- 50:52make actions. Uh and I can tell you this
- 50:55is this has shifted as well. Um when I
- 50:59was a kid, this used to be like really
- 51:00heavy. Like if we were hosting
- 51:01Christmas, I would have a hard time
- 51:03getting into Christmas period cuz like
- 51:04everything was on us. That's how I felt.
- 51:07Um it could be the same with an event.
- 51:09like it's it's more fun to go to
- 51:11somebody else's birthday party than to
- 51:12host your own cuz like it's already
- 51:14fixed and everybody's there and you just
- 51:15get to be like a part of it um instead
- 51:19of like being the owner. You have to be
- 51:20start to be comfortable with actually
- 51:23being the decision maker and the ones
- 51:24that take action. Leadership and
- 51:26managing teams is the opposite of this.
- 51:28being in a being uncomfortable
- 51:30uh people depending on you excited
- 51:33expecting you to take the lead on team
- 51:34calls when it comes to strategies and if
- 51:36it sounds scary now everybody can learn
- 51:38it and tap into this version of
- 51:39themselves but you're required to step
- 51:40out of your comfort zone so that's why I
- 51:43said like I could I could feel now I
- 51:45don't care about who's hosting Christmas
- 51:46right now after I started a business
- 51:48which is pretty fun as well uh to look
- 51:51back at cuz now you're way more
- 51:53comfortable putting yourself in the
- 51:54driver's seat and uh you know inviting
- 51:57people and like being the leader of
- 51:58everything instead of just like being a
- 51:59follower.
- 52:01Here's another thing. Uh not really
- 52:02mindset, but it's going to help you
- 52:04immensely. Don't ever work with your
- 52:06phone in the same room. I know it might
- 52:07be difficult sometimes because of
- 52:09business reasons. However, optimize your
- 52:11workspace to be as independent of your
- 52:12phone as possible. The difference
- 52:14between a 10-hour workday and a 3-hour
- 52:16workday without focus is often uh caused
- 52:20by working too close to your phone. the
- 52:22day is won or lost within the first hour
- 52:24or two uh from when you wake up or the
- 52:27first hour but I'd say like the first
- 52:28even like the yeah the less distracted
- 52:31you are in the beginning of your day the
- 52:32easier it becomes to avoid distractions
- 52:34thereafter you will realize if you don't
- 52:35if you wake up you shower my usual
- 52:39routine routine is just I wake up I
- 52:40shower and then I uh sit at my desk and
- 52:42then I try to get 3 hours of work done
- 52:44before I do anything else cuz I I
- 52:46realize how that has an impact on my day
- 52:49and if I don't watch my phone for the
- 52:50first 3 hours of my day, it's going to
- 52:52be way easier for me to avoid my phone
- 52:54for the rest of my day compared to if I
- 52:56just check my phone the first day in the
- 52:58morning. I'm going to be con like
- 52:59consistently addicted to my phone
- 53:01throughout the day. Uh, and I can tell
- 53:03you it's so much easier to get work done
- 53:06if if your phone is in another room or
- 53:09uh, you know, I've even heard people
- 53:10like lock their phone in their car or
- 53:13like in another house uh, when they're
- 53:15working. And it it truly does have an
- 53:17impact. It's so much easier to work.
- 53:18like your phone is pro like built to
- 53:21have you distracted. Um, so please give
- 53:24that up cuz it will be a lot easier for
- 53:25you to take care of work otherwise. Uh,
- 53:28and I also I know it might be sometimes
- 53:31like you have to have a verification
- 53:34code come through your phone. You have
- 53:35to verify that or you're you're
- 53:37purchasing something or you're launching
- 53:38[snorts] ads and you have to like accept
- 53:40that with your phone.
- 53:43You have to work around that as well cuz
- 53:45sometimes I go out, I purchase something
- 53:46online and then I have to take my phone
- 53:48and then you know fill in the [snorts]
- 53:49verification code um and then all of a
- 53:52sudden I'm distracted. Even like like
- 53:54holding my phone gets me distracted as
- 53:57well. So make sure that you uh adapt to
- 54:00that as well. Running uh which I'm
- 54:03pretty excited to explain to you guys as
- 54:05well. I started my agency journey at the
- 54:06end of 20 23 2023 and I remember
- 54:09celebrating New Year's in Morocco
- 54:11followed by 10 km run uh to start off
- 54:13the new year. By far the most exhausting
- 54:15run that I've done in my life. I ran
- 54:17down to the highway and then all the way
- 54:18back up. So it was like five kilometers
- 54:20down and then five back up. I remember
- 54:22acknowledging this as the most intense
- 54:24run that I'd ever been on, but still
- 54:26relating it to the version of myself
- 54:27that I had to become this upcoming year
- 54:29to [snorts] achieve the goals that I had
- 54:31set out for myself. And uh I I remember
- 54:34it was like it's still probably
- 54:36physically the most exulting exhausting
- 54:38thing that I've done in my life. It was
- 54:40just hot. I was running it like
- 54:41constantly uphill for like 5 km straight
- 54:44in like um like a a bent road as well
- 54:48like you know when you go down like
- 54:50mountains. Um and I was like it it
- 54:55sucked but I was like if I can achieve
- 54:56this I can probably achieve a lot of
- 54:57other stuff. And I love the comparison
- 55:00of running and business/ long work days.
- 55:03The fact that you in real time feel that
- 55:04it sucks, but you keep you you feel
- 55:07yourself keep going. That continuous
- 55:09process of feeling exhausted but still
- 55:11putting one foot in front of the other
- 55:12is immensely accurate. And if you can
- 55:14tap into that and relate your work
- 55:15sessions with running, I would encourage
- 55:17that for anybody watching. You can see
- 55:19some serious results real fast if you
- 55:21do. So, I would encourage anybody that
- 55:23sees this to start running every single
- 55:25day this coming week to tap into this
- 55:26feeling and also stick to your word as
- 55:28you're starting your journey as an AI
- 55:29agency owner. Um,
- 55:32this is also something that I would like
- 55:34running is extremely accurate to running
- 55:37a business. Um, cuz you just feel
- 55:39yourself keep going as long as you don't
- 55:41stop. Like that could be related to you
- 55:44just sitting in your desk feeling
- 55:45immense resistance but just like keep
- 55:47going. Um, and also that's that's truly
- 55:51the the only thing that can be more
- 55:52difficult. I'm really just [snorts]
- 55:54speaking out of my mind right now, but
- 55:55the only thing that can be more
- 55:56difficult with working compared to
- 55:58running is running is just one thing.
- 56:00It's just one foot in front of the other
- 56:01until you're done. Working can be a lot
- 56:04of different things. You need to reply
- 56:06to Slack messages, you need to launch
- 56:08ads, you need to film something, you
- 56:09know, like it's just that's why it is it
- 56:11can be complex to run an agency. a lot
- 56:13of different components that just have
- 56:15to dance together. And that's what I
- 56:19would re recommend. Always do one task
- 56:21task at a time. Always have one tab
- 56:22open. Don't have multiple tabs cuz then
- 56:25then it's truly like running. Then it's
- 56:26just like flow state. You you keep going
- 56:28until you're done. And uh it would just
- 56:31be easier to, you know, keep going. And
- 56:34I would honestly if you're deciding like
- 56:36this boot camp is like the starting
- 56:37phase of everything
- 56:39>> [snorts]
- 56:39>> um and you're starting your AI agency
- 56:41journey now I would genuinely start go
- 56:43for a run like 3 km it doesn't have to
- 56:45be long every single day of this week
- 56:49one is a good thing to stick to your
- 56:50word but also you will feel that
- 56:52comparison you can relate that to uh
- 56:54your work later on as well
- 56:58expectations as well. This is a small
- 57:01thing but it's it's still pretty
- 57:02important. Work like the renters do, but
- 57:04expect your first payout a year from
- 57:05now. I know this is a hard uh I know
- 57:07this is hard to tap into and it's a
- 57:09mindset that sounds old and boring, but
- 57:10it's so important. Do a lot, expect
- 57:12nothing. It took me 10 months to land my
- 57:13first client. And in the beginning of
- 57:15the year, I felt like I would have quit
- 57:17if it took me over two. Once again, if
- 57:19id used that as an excuse to give up, do
- 57:22something else, I wouldn't be sitting
- 57:23here today. genuinely like you're
- 57:28I I remember watching a podcast with
- 57:31Iman saying that it took him
- 57:34probably 7 months uh where he had signed
- 57:37one client and then it took me took him
- 57:39another seven months to land his like
- 57:41first proper client that was like paying
- 57:42paying him a lot of money. And I
- 57:44remember watching that I was like if
- 57:46that's me like that can't happen to me.
- 57:49I couldn't even imagine a life where it
- 57:50took me 7 months without a single
- 57:53client. From like actively trying to get
- 57:54a client, it takes me 7 months. It ended
- 57:56up taking me 10 months. And um there's
- 57:59nothing wrong with that cuz here I am,
- 58:01right? So, however long it takes, like
- 58:04as long as you don't quit, you're you're
- 58:06going to be fine. But your uh your
- 58:09expectations play into heavy into this.
- 58:11Like just just work and do what's
- 58:13required, but like expect your first
- 58:15payout a year from now. And maybe that's
- 58:17even like a thousand bucks. Expect a,000
- 58:19bucks a year from now. And I promise
- 58:21you, you don't have you don't have to be
- 58:22scared because it won't take you that
- 58:24long. Trust me, if you apply everything
- 58:26that I'm about to say in these coming
- 58:27nine modules with these 10 modules in
- 58:30total, you're going to be fine. Um, but
- 58:34you know, high expectations have ever
- 58:36really served anybody. No difference
- 58:38between ambition and expectations. I
- 58:39have clients that say to me, I want need
- 58:42to reach this goal within X timeline.
- 58:44It's good to be ambitious and it's good
- 58:46to have extremely high goals based on
- 58:48what you know that you're capable of.
- 58:49However, having high expectations is
- 58:52something completely different and has
- 58:54rarely benefited someone ever. High
- 58:56expectations is what makes the number
- 58:57one team lose 4 to the underdogs. High
- 59:00expectations is what makes you perform
- 59:01worse because you think your best
- 59:03performance isn't required. High
- 59:05expectations is what makes you what is
- 59:07what makes people quit before they see
- 59:08results. Genuinely ambition is good and
- 59:12confidence is good and still like
- 59:15knowing what you're capable of is good
- 59:17and uh you know just high conviction in
- 59:20your own abilities is still good but
- 59:22expectations is where you fall short
- 59:24usually cuz expectations just
- 59:28it kind of demands without putting any
- 59:30effort just like I'm I'm worthy of this
- 59:32so like I don't really have to do
- 59:34anything or I don't have to have my best
- 59:35performance like that's just like that's
- 59:38the devil's work against you. Like don't
- 59:40have high expectations. It's never been
- 59:43good to have high expectations ever. And
- 59:44if you if you disagree with me on that,
- 59:46it's probably just because you
- 59:47misinterpreted
- 59:49it interpret it for just having high
- 59:52goals. Like it's good to have high
- 59:54goals, but high expectations is never
- 59:56good. So just make sure that you um keep
- 59:59that difference. And um [clears throat]
- 1:00:02you know, it's still good. everything
- 1:00:03else confidence and like I'm going to
- 1:00:05achieve this like knowing that you're
- 1:00:08going to achieve everything first. But
- 1:00:09like doing what I did like 7 months like
- 1:00:11I I can't deal with that. That's that's
- 1:00:13just a bad thing. And uh as long as you
- 1:00:16keep going, you'll end up um like me as
- 1:00:18well. Not saying that I'm some type of
- 1:00:21superhum that that has achieved
- 1:00:22everything, but when I started, I would
- 1:00:24have certainly looked up to the point
- 1:00:26that I am with my business today. So
- 1:00:29yeah, genuinely starting to look at
- 1:00:31money differently. I remember pitching
- 1:00:32the prospect on my first ever every
- 1:00:34sales call for 5K and I couldn't even
- 1:00:36get the words out of my mouth. Uh it was
- 1:00:38a phone call for a Swedish client, so I
- 1:00:40it made it a bit easier. Uh [snorts] so
- 1:00:42I wasn't on FaceTime or or Google Meet
- 1:00:44or anything. Uh but otherwise, I would
- 1:00:46have literally fumbled. I became better
- 1:00:49and better with every call. And the only
- 1:00:51reason I don't have a problem pitching
- 1:00:525K now is because I don't view it like a
- 1:00:54lot of money. This is hard to change if
- 1:00:56you already have a certain outlook on
- 1:00:57money. Uh and it comes with time as
- 1:00:59well. I can spend 100 bucks on anything
- 1:01:00now and I won't even look. 1 th000 bucks
- 1:01:02is my new 100. And I recommend this
- 1:01:04paradigm shift for anybody watching. I
- 1:01:07remember I was pitching this client 5K,
- 1:01:10which is it's so fun to look back at cuz
- 1:01:12now I could pitch 5K to anybody. Uh and
- 1:01:14I genuinely genuinely from the bottom of
- 1:01:17my heart, I don't look at 5K as a lot of
- 1:01:19money. And I'm not saying that to to
- 1:01:20brag or anything, but it's it's what you
- 1:01:22have to to do in order to be able to
- 1:01:26pitch it. It's also like you you reflect
- 1:01:29yourself. If if you have a hard time
- 1:01:30pitching 5K to somebody else, it's
- 1:01:32because you view it as a lot of money.
- 1:01:34Because I I would probably I mean I I
- 1:01:36wouldn't have a problem with that, but
- 1:01:39you know, pitching a million dollars to
- 1:01:40somebody today would be like
- 1:01:44that would be harder than pitching 5K.
- 1:01:46Cuz at that time when I when I fumbled,
- 1:01:48I remember that phone call. I was like
- 1:01:49looking out my window at the time and uh
- 1:01:54I was just like saying 5K and I almost
- 1:01:56like shaked and I just like put the
- 1:01:57phone away cuz I like I didn't want him
- 1:02:00to hear my like me swallowing or like uh
- 1:02:04you know just fumbling in my voice or
- 1:02:06anything. So, but if at that time if I
- 1:02:09would have pitched him for like 50 bucks
- 1:02:11or 500 bucks even like that wouldn't be
- 1:02:12wouldn't have been a problem. It's only
- 1:02:14your outlook on money and genuinely I
- 1:02:17think I do believe that this is like the
- 1:02:18ladder you go in life. You start off
- 1:02:20with
- 1:02:22um watching a 100 bucks as a certain
- 1:02:25like this is that's it can buy you
- 1:02:28certain things. Um and then like the
- 1:02:32thousand becomes a new hundred. So now I
- 1:02:34view a,000 bucks the same way I view
- 1:02:36viewed 100 bucks like two years ago.
- 1:02:39[snorts] And I I probably view I
- 1:02:41probably view 10 10,000 bucks the same
- 1:02:44way as I viewed 100 bucks like 10 years
- 1:02:47ago when I was like whatever or even
- 1:02:50when I was like 7 years old. Um I viewed
- 1:02:54like a 100 bucks like that that could
- 1:02:55buy me the world at the time. Um and and
- 1:02:58rightfully so as well because you have
- 1:03:00no you have no
- 1:03:03um
- 1:03:05you don't need to view money in a
- 1:03:06certain way like money is fake honestly
- 1:03:09like money is just made up from paper as
- 1:03:12we all know. Uh that's a good exercise
- 1:03:14that I would recommend for you guys as
- 1:03:15well. If you want to you know detach
- 1:03:17from your uh relationship with money
- 1:03:19just search up a video on on how money
- 1:03:21is made. Um, but anyways, that's besides
- 1:03:25the point. Like that's it's going to
- 1:03:26happen naturally across your journey.
- 1:03:28But if you can genuinely start to view
- 1:03:30money differently, it will be a lot
- 1:03:31easier for you to pitch clients um on,
- 1:03:35you know, that type of package. And
- 1:03:37also, money comes as it goes. The more
- 1:03:38money you make, the more money you
- 1:03:39spend. And vice versa. The easiest way
- 1:03:41to start that cycle of abundance is to
- 1:03:42start spending more. It will always be
- 1:03:44harder for you to make money if you're
- 1:03:45not willing to spend it. If I spend
- 1:03:47money, if I spend 5K on anything, like
- 1:03:49it would be so easy for me to pitch
- 1:03:51somebody on 5K. The reason it's it was
- 1:03:54easy for me to pitch 50 bucks two or
- 1:03:56three years ago when I tried to sign my
- 1:03:58first client. Um
- 1:04:01because I could then I could spend 50
- 1:04:03bucks on anything. But now I could spend
- 1:04:065K on like pretty much anything. I
- 1:04:08wouldn't pay 5K for g groceries
- 1:04:11obviously, but you get the point. like
- 1:04:13it's it's still this constant um that's
- 1:04:17also something that I see a lot of broke
- 1:04:20people if you will like you they have a
- 1:04:23they have an objective outlook on what's
- 1:04:24a lot of money and what what is not a
- 1:04:26lot of money and they just feel like
- 1:04:28that like that ladder of money goes for
- 1:04:30the entire world like it's just like
- 1:04:32this is a lot of money and this is not a
- 1:04:34lot of money which is completely false
- 1:04:35like how [snorts] like what's a lot of
- 1:04:38money is completely based on one one how
- 1:04:40much money you have access to um how
- 1:04:43much money you have access to, but also
- 1:04:44your outlook on money. And if I decide
- 1:04:47to not look at a,000 bucks is a lot of
- 1:04:48money, then I could spend it on anything
- 1:04:50and it will be a lot easier for me to
- 1:04:51pitch that to somebody else. So me
- 1:04:53spending that money easily will make it
- 1:04:54a lot easier for me to make that back
- 1:04:56because I don't have a hard time
- 1:04:58pitching that to somebody or I don't
- 1:05:00look at it as a lot of money. Six figure
- 1:05:03characteristics. The best way to reach
- 1:05:04your goals is to start acting like the
- 1:05:06version of yourself that already has
- 1:05:07what you're after. If you imagine a
- 1:05:09person doing 20k a month with a team of
- 1:05:11three or four people, that man is
- 1:05:13probably that man is probably not doing
- 1:05:14certain things that you're doing in your
- 1:05:16life right now. So, this kind of ties
- 1:05:17back to manifesting um you know your uh
- 1:05:22and we'll get back to into reality trans
- 1:05:24surfing [snorts] in a bit as well, but
- 1:05:26this kind of ties back into uh becoming
- 1:05:29the person that can achieve the goals
- 1:05:31you're after. So, I used to think like
- 1:05:33this as well. Like if I was I used to
- 1:05:35desire like a a nice apartment or a big
- 1:05:38house or anything like that 3 years ago.
- 1:05:40And I was just thinking like he's
- 1:05:42probably not a reactive person. He's
- 1:05:44conversely probably very proactive.
- 1:05:45Meaning he doesn't react to stuff.
- 1:05:48Meaning if he sees a a Tik Tok video, he
- 1:05:52is proactive with putting that phone
- 1:05:54away insteading instead of being
- 1:05:55reactive to the phone. He is choosing
- 1:05:59this is what I want to do. So, I I'll do
- 1:06:01it instead of like he he lets the mold
- 1:06:04he lets the world mold itself to him
- 1:06:06instead of molding himself to the world.
- 1:06:08Uh he's probably not laying on his side
- 1:06:11sideways in bed scrolling endlessly. I
- 1:06:13could literally like 3 years ago I could
- 1:06:15lay on the side in my bed like just
- 1:06:16scrolling and I was like if I own a $20
- 1:06:20million villa I'll probably not lay on
- 1:06:23my on the side just scrolling endlessly.
- 1:06:25Um and he probably doesn't shower for an
- 1:06:28hour in the morning. He probably doesn't
- 1:06:29let extremely small things upset him.
- 1:06:31Like these are all small things. If you
- 1:06:33you could do this exercise yourself as
- 1:06:35well. If you go go a day and uh you just
- 1:06:39point out everything that you're doing
- 1:06:40in your life right now and then you can
- 1:06:41say what what about this um like what
- 1:06:46what with what I'm doing at the moment
- 1:06:48would a 20k a month agency owner do and
- 1:06:50what wouldn't he do? And you can
- 1:06:52probably spot that pretty uh easily for
- 1:06:54yourself as well. The let yourself have
- 1:06:56it model is only efficient if you
- 1:06:57interpret it properly. It it's meant to
- 1:07:00favor you and if you truly understand
- 1:07:02it, it will do more good than any other
- 1:07:04mindset ever could. However, don't let
- 1:07:05this mindset become your enemy by doing
- 1:07:07it incorrectly.
- 1:07:09This let yourself have it is also stems
- 1:07:10from uh um reality trans surfing. These
- 1:07:14are all small things you need to think
- 1:07:15before heading into your journey. Every
- 1:07:17time you catch yourself lacking, ask
- 1:07:18yourself would the x amount of a month
- 1:07:20version of myself do this? You you'll
- 1:07:22find yourself saying no quite often. So
- 1:07:24be cautious. Manifestation isn't about
- 1:07:26wishing for outcomes or setting goals.
- 1:07:28It's about becoming the person who
- 1:07:29already has what you want, then acting
- 1:07:31from that identity. Instead of
- 1:07:33constantly chasing a future version of
- 1:07:34yourself, manifestation means stepping
- 1:07:36into that character. Now you envision
- 1:07:39that person who already has who has
- 1:07:42already achieved your goal, how they
- 1:07:44think, how they make decisions, how they
- 1:07:46spend their time, what they prioritize.
- 1:07:47Then you embody that version of yourself
- 1:07:48in your daily actions. This works
- 1:07:50because it removes internal conflict.
- 1:07:52When you act as the person who already
- 1:07:54has what you want, the necessary tasks
- 1:07:55feel natural rather than forced. It
- 1:07:58simplifies decision-m. You simply ask,
- 1:08:00"What would the successful version of me
- 1:08:02do right now?" And the answers become
- 1:08:04obvious. This is why I'm saying it's not
- 1:08:06a hard thing to do. You understand
- 1:08:07exactly what you need to do to get to
- 1:08:09your goals. Um, it shifts your identity
- 1:08:12before your circumstances change. You're
- 1:08:15not want you're not waiting to become
- 1:08:16that person you're choosing to be them
- 1:08:17today.
- 1:08:19This also goes back to the same thing.
- 1:08:20Things that have happened in the past do
- 1:08:22not do not disappear uh do not just
- 1:08:25disappear and what has yet to be in the
- 1:08:27future is already present here in the
- 1:08:28now. The current section of a person's
- 1:08:29life is a material manifestation of the
- 1:08:31alternative space in this section of
- 1:08:34their lifeline.
- 1:08:35I find this so interesting. But this is
- 1:08:37it goes back to what I said with that
- 1:08:39movie. It's like you're not you you have
- 1:08:42you don't have
- 1:08:45one alternative space in a different
- 1:08:47like lifeline in a bunch of different
- 1:08:49like time spans across your life. You
- 1:08:50just have a big B- roll of things that
- 1:08:54happen in your life and it's just a
- 1:08:56bunch of different alternative spaces
- 1:08:58stacked after each other. Meaning if you
- 1:09:01want a different life, you have to jump
- 1:09:02into the alternative space. Meaning you
- 1:09:04have to just jump into a different
- 1:09:05version of yourself. you're not just
- 1:09:07like progressively
- 1:09:09becoming somebody else. Because as long
- 1:09:10as you think that you're progressing,
- 1:09:12you're still staying in the same version
- 1:09:15of yourself that you used to be. And
- 1:09:16I'll go into this um later on as well
- 1:09:20why uh why this is important.
- 1:09:23For example, if you want to run a
- 1:09:24successful business, you don't just set
- 1:09:26a revenue goal. You step into the
- 1:09:27identity uh of someone who already runs
- 1:09:30that business. You make decisions like
- 1:09:31they would. You show up with their level
- 1:09:33of professionalism. You solve problems
- 1:09:34the way they would. The external results
- 1:09:36follow the external internal shift.
- 1:09:39Manifestation is the practice of closing
- 1:09:40the gap between who you are now and who
- 1:09:42you need to be by simply deciding to be
- 1:09:44that person. Now,
- 1:09:46this is what let yourself have it is all
- 1:09:48about based on the fact that if you
- 1:09:50manifest the version of yourself that
- 1:09:52already does a certain revenue number or
- 1:09:53has a certain material possession you're
- 1:09:55pursuing, if you manifest the wrong way,
- 1:09:57that character of yours get pushed into
- 1:09:59the future. If you manifest the correct
- 1:10:01way, that character the correct way that
- 1:10:04character manifests in the now. However,
- 1:10:07people tend to put immense importance on
- 1:10:09this character in the now. And I'll give
- 1:10:11an example of this in the future or
- 1:10:13soon. To connect the dots, letting
- 1:10:15yourself have it allows you to be this
- 1:10:17future version of yourself right now in
- 1:10:19a natural non-forced manner. You cannot
- 1:10:22have this mindset for a week or two and
- 1:10:23then go back to your normal self. This
- 1:10:25is a permanent mindset shift that needs
- 1:10:28doing all the way up until that version
- 1:10:29of yourself uh that you're pursuing
- 1:10:31manifest in reality. So there's three
- 1:10:33ways to manifest. What the way people
- 1:10:35think that you manifest is I [snorts]
- 1:10:37want to become this um version of myself
- 1:10:40in the future. I'll work towards that
- 1:10:43you know person. Um
- 1:10:47once again you're pushing that version
- 1:10:48of yourself into like into a different
- 1:10:50alternative space. So you're
- 1:10:52acknowledging to to yourself I'll never
- 1:10:54become that version of myself. Um the
- 1:10:57right way to manifest which and once
- 1:10:58again the right way which I'll I'm sure
- 1:11:01you've heard from a lot of people like
- 1:11:02this is the right way to manifest is
- 1:11:05you're just allowing yourself to be that
- 1:11:07person in the now and you're allowing
- 1:11:10yourself to have everything that you
- 1:11:11want. Like you're walking around
- 1:11:12thinking like a 20k a month agency
- 1:11:14owner. The reason this doesn't work for
- 1:11:16most people is because you're making
- 1:11:18once again, you're closing the gap
- 1:11:20between who you are and who you need to
- 1:11:21become.
- 1:11:23But since it's such a big gap, let's say
- 1:11:25you're like you're a nobody, not to I
- 1:11:28mean, for lack of better words, but
- 1:11:31you're you haven't achieved anything
- 1:11:32yet. um you have $1,000 in your bank
- 1:11:35account and you want to get to 20K a
- 1:11:37month, for example, you
- 1:11:41are going to when when you're making
- 1:11:42that jump from being the person that
- 1:11:44doesn't have the habits, doesn't have
- 1:11:45the routine, doesn't have the network,
- 1:11:46doesn't have the clients, doesn't have
- 1:11:48the business, doesn't have the money,
- 1:11:50and you're directly from one day to
- 1:11:52another hopping to a person that's
- 1:11:54making 20K a month, you will put so much
- 1:11:56importance on on this person where
- 1:11:59you're just walking around like,
- 1:12:01I don't know how to behave really like
- 1:12:04it's it's so rare for you to feel like
- 1:12:06this type of person that you you you
- 1:12:08have zero idea how to behave pretty much
- 1:12:11uh and you'll just walk around like
- 1:12:14what what am I supposed to do like I I
- 1:12:16have this is what I'm saying as well
- 1:12:17like you you cannot have this mindset
- 1:12:19for a week or two and then go back to
- 1:12:20your normal self this is a perman
- 1:12:21permanent mindset shift that he's doing
- 1:12:23all the way up until that version of
- 1:12:24yourself you're pursuing manifesting
- 1:12:26reality so the key and the truly correct
- 1:12:30way to manifest is allow yourself to
- 1:12:33have it in and out without putting
- 1:12:34importance on that person. If you can do
- 1:12:37that and that's not like that's not on
- 1:12:39the same level that that's pretty easy
- 1:12:43an easy thing for you to practice. Um if
- 1:12:46you can do that correctly, you'll be
- 1:12:48able to achieve your goals pretty fast
- 1:12:49cuz you're allowing yourself to be the
- 1:12:52person in now. meaning you're you're
- 1:12:53doing the dec you're making the
- 1:12:54decision. You're taking the actions to
- 1:12:56[snorts] be the exact type of person
- 1:12:57that's making 20K a month and reality
- 1:13:00just has to catch up with you
- 1:13:03um doing what's required of you to get
- 1:13:06to your goals. But at the same time,
- 1:13:08you're not putting importance on that
- 1:13:09person. You're like, I know I am this
- 1:13:11person right now. I'm not trying to like
- 1:13:12act different or like walk more
- 1:13:15upstraight or anything like um because
- 1:13:18I'm trying to achieve this thing. like
- 1:13:20I'm I'm I'm just going to be this person
- 1:13:22now and um I'm not putting in
- 1:13:25importance. You you fully release the
- 1:13:26importance. Release the importance is
- 1:13:27also a big quote from reality trans
- 1:13:30surfing. Um which is like if if I
- 1:13:35if I make a flip with this glass right
- 1:13:37here, I'm able to catch it. But if I do
- 1:13:39that on a balcony 200 m down, I'm way
- 1:13:42more likely to to lose this glass. And
- 1:13:45it's not because it's a different thing
- 1:13:47or it's harder. It's just because I know
- 1:13:50it could fall down. So just my awareness
- 1:13:52of it falling down um makes makes me
- 1:13:56lose a glass. And it's the same thing
- 1:13:57with that becoming that different
- 1:13:59version of yourself is
- 1:14:02if you're not like cautious, you're
- 1:14:05you're going to put way too much
- 1:14:06importance on that cuz you're looking up
- 1:14:07to that version of yourself.
- 1:14:10That's what I did in the beginning as
- 1:14:11well. was like I had to I thought it was
- 1:14:13so far away this like 20k a month agency
- 1:14:16owner which everybody aspires to be
- 1:14:18where when in reality you just have to
- 1:14:19allow yourself to be in the now meaning
- 1:14:22you don't have to do a lot of stuff
- 1:14:24except for like you don't have to act a
- 1:14:26certain way you don't have to change
- 1:14:27your language you don't have to look
- 1:14:29different or anything you just have to
- 1:14:31allow that person to manifest in the now
- 1:14:34once again in this alternative space
- 1:14:35because otherwise you're pushing that
- 1:14:36version of yourself into the future um
- 1:14:40so practice that and just walk around
- 1:14:42like the person that already has what
- 1:14:44you're after. And you know, it's just a
- 1:14:46matter of time before reality has to
- 1:14:47catch up. It has to catch up. Um that's
- 1:14:50just like physical loss basically.
- 1:14:53Uh and I'll give a example of this as
- 1:14:56well. The first time I was in Dubai, I
- 1:14:57was making zero money. I had, you know,
- 1:14:59I was just invited there to be in an
- 1:15:01event. I hadn't made any money in my
- 1:15:02life. Uh I was still pretty close. I was
- 1:15:06just a few months away from signing my
- 1:15:07first client. But I was like I got to
- 1:15:09the hotel room and I was so overwhelmed
- 1:15:11by everything. Um that when I was
- 1:15:14walking around in my hotel room I was
- 1:15:15like I'm so unworthy of being here. This
- 1:15:17is like the city of winners or whatever.
- 1:15:20Like this everybody is above me here. Uh
- 1:15:23I was just walking around my hotel room.
- 1:15:24I felt like I was just I just felt like
- 1:15:26a smaller human being. I was like I have
- 1:15:29to open this door correctly. I have to I
- 1:15:31can't like scroll before I go to bed.
- 1:15:34And that's the complete wrong way to do
- 1:15:36it because then you're just you're
- 1:15:37putting once again you're putting
- 1:15:38importance on the person that you have
- 1:15:40to become rather than just like [ __ ] it
- 1:15:43like I can do anything. If I went to
- 1:15:45today I'd probably do the complete
- 1:15:46opposite of what I did then which was
- 1:15:48like I'd probably sleep in and just like
- 1:15:50own the city instead of just trying to
- 1:15:52adapt to it like a little punk. Um, so
- 1:15:55that's important as well that you do cuz
- 1:15:56like you'll probably feel that as well,
- 1:15:58but just recognize that this is not like
- 1:16:00this is just like putting me further
- 1:16:03away from my goal instead of manifesting
- 1:16:05it.
- 1:16:07So that's pretty much it for just like
- 1:16:10the mental
- 1:16:12um part of like how to manifest
- 1:16:15everything and uh go back and truly make
- 1:16:17sure you understand everything cuz we'll
- 1:16:18also this is also a big part of mindset
- 1:16:21but you have to understand why the
- 1:16:22business model that you're starting is
- 1:16:23truly the best one to start uh cuz that
- 1:16:26can affect your mindset a lot and be
- 1:16:28more motivated to to put in the work and
- 1:16:29put in the hours. [snorts]
- 1:16:31Every single business out there that's
- 1:16:34ever needed bought and bought into any
- 1:16:36service now needs AI. It's not like the
- 1:16:39regular chase after new clients where if
- 1:16:41the if they've already worked with
- 1:16:43another marketing agency previously they
- 1:16:44wouldn't need your service. This is now
- 1:16:45the opposite. I remember and this is a
- 1:16:47very interesting perspective. Uh I hope
- 1:16:49you listen to this as well. I remember I
- 1:16:51was in Cape Town in a massive villa last
- 1:16:53year surrounded by high level business
- 1:16:55owners um just sharing sals and
- 1:16:57marketing strategies overall. We got
- 1:16:58invited our last day and I was just
- 1:17:00we're just chilling. People that were
- 1:17:02way above us in business. Uh they were
- 1:17:04paying I think they were paying 12K
- 1:17:08let me see yeah they were paying 12K a
- 1:17:10night for a villa. Uh so they were
- 1:17:12staying there for 10 days paying 120
- 1:17:13grand for a villa in Cape Town. Uh which
- 1:17:16was like levels like everybody was above
- 1:17:18me at the time and I was like even lower
- 1:17:20in business than I am now as well. So,
- 1:17:23one thing I heard from one [snorts] of
- 1:17:24the guys, uh, I just like overheard
- 1:17:28another conversation was if I [snorts]
- 1:17:30want to get to the big numbers, I have
- 1:17:31to sell to my competitor's clients
- 1:17:34because I can't be in the constant race
- 1:17:36of finding untapped clients. Every
- 1:17:38single business owner under the sun is
- 1:17:39looking for clients that are fresh. This
- 1:17:42is the whole um,
- 1:17:44you know, principle or concept behind
- 1:17:46like an unsaturated market or in
- 1:17:49saturated a saturated market. We need to
- 1:17:51find clients that are fresh, completely
- 1:17:53new. These are always the best and
- 1:17:54easiest to sell to. On the other end,
- 1:17:56the prospects that have been sold to and
- 1:17:57burned in the past are almost impossible
- 1:17:59to sell to in the real estate market,
- 1:18:01for example. I'm not saying that that's
- 1:18:02a bad market because it's such a big
- 1:18:04market, but it it is saturated, if you
- 1:18:06will. Um, so they have been sold so many
- 1:18:09marketing services, so many systems, so
- 1:18:11many licensing [snorts] infrastructure,
- 1:18:13so many courses before that hasn't
- 1:18:15worked that they're super skeptical to
- 1:18:16working somebody with somebody new. the
- 1:18:19sales process is longer and you have to
- 1:18:21speak to these type one prospects which
- 1:18:23which is the people that are the harder
- 1:18:27hardest to pers persuade essentially. Uh
- 1:18:29that's type one prospects is just like
- 1:18:31the type of prospects that have all the
- 1:18:35difficult questions. They don't care
- 1:18:36about the [ __ ] or the fluff. They
- 1:18:37just want the answers and the results
- 1:18:39and the case studies and all that stuff.
- 1:18:41Um and it's harder to sell to them. They
- 1:18:43don't want the normal sales process.
- 1:18:44They just want the no [ __ ] straight
- 1:18:45to the point stuff and they have a
- 1:18:47million objections to why you are worth
- 1:18:48working with. So let's say the market
- 1:18:51looks like this. You have SEO agencies,
- 1:18:54people agencies offering Facebook ads.
- 1:18:56You have people offering organic
- 1:18:58content. Let's say you you go into a
- 1:19:00market. This could be any niche and the
- 1:19:02market looks like this. Some of them
- 1:19:03have been sold the Facebook ads service.
- 1:19:05Some of them have been sold the SEO
- 1:19:07services and some of them have been sold
- 1:19:09more like organic content. all all this
- 1:19:12to grow their agency or to you know
- 1:19:13increase their revenue and we're trying
- 1:19:16to sell a service to this market. If I
- 1:19:18if I try to sell Facebook ads I have to
- 1:19:21sell to the green ones or the red ones
- 1:19:23or potentially the blue ones if they've
- 1:19:25been scammed by this initial agency but
- 1:19:27that would be a lot harder if I'm
- 1:19:30selling organic content. I have to sell
- 1:19:31to these. I think you get the gist. But
- 1:19:32this is just a hard market to be within.
- 1:19:36And let's say this is you. You're
- 1:19:38selling f Facebook ads. Once again,
- 1:19:41your chances of selling an outdated
- 1:19:42service to an saturated market or even
- 1:19:44worse, this is everybody is selling
- 1:19:47Facebook ads because a regular marketing
- 1:19:49agency is pretty standard. And I'm not
- 1:19:51saying it's not possible, but you want
- 1:19:53you need, you know, a leverage point,
- 1:19:55meaning you need a original service to
- 1:19:58sell to the market that you're heading
- 1:19:59into in order for them to get this like
- 1:20:02aha, you know, curiosity factor uh on
- 1:20:04the niche you're servicing. Here we have
- 1:20:08a fully saturated Facebook ads um
- 1:20:11provided market. Let's say this is real
- 1:20:12estate. [snorts]
- 1:20:14Majority of these, probably 80% have
- 1:20:16been sold a Facebook service. A few of
- 1:20:18them are more light blue, like they've,
- 1:20:20you know, they've dabbled in it, but
- 1:20:21they're not too experienced. And then we
- 1:20:23have a few white ones. And our goal as
- 1:20:25an agency owner when walking into this
- 1:20:26type of market is we're trying to find
- 1:20:29like the the untapped diamonds which
- 1:20:32haven't been sold before. And that's
- 1:20:34just not the race you want to be in cuz
- 1:20:36you're going to speak to 10 prospects,
- 1:20:39seven of them have been burned, two of
- 1:20:41them aren't really interested because
- 1:20:42they've been semi burned, and one of
- 1:20:43them are interested in your service.
- 1:20:46you'll find yourself within this type of
- 1:20:47market. This is market saturation.
- 1:20:49Multiple businesses offering the same
- 1:20:50service to a market that's already got a
- 1:20:51taste of the service from your
- 1:20:53competitors. And you're actively
- 1:20:55competing to serve the least served
- 1:20:57clients in the game without any
- 1:20:59competitive edge. You're competing to be
- 1:21:01the best rather than the first. This is
- 1:21:02just not the game you want to be in
- 1:21:04either.
- 1:21:06This is the this is AI agency right now.
- 1:21:09Selling your competitor's clients. Every
- 1:21:11single service under the sun has been
- 1:21:13provided to a certain market. Tik Tok
- 1:21:14ads, Google ads, Facebook ads, organic
- 1:21:16content, copyrightiting, all these
- 1:21:18services are already provided by a
- 1:21:20market that you're heading into. And
- 1:21:22these circles kind of, you know,
- 1:21:24represent what they need right now. Cuz
- 1:21:26everything that's been provided in the
- 1:21:27past isn't nearly as like close to being
- 1:21:30as powerful as AI or implementing AI the
- 1:21:34correct way. You have all these circles
- 1:21:36um with just people that need AI
- 1:21:39selling to your competitors, clients.
- 1:21:40The entire market, local businesses,
- 1:21:42professional service providers,
- 1:21:43contractors, entrepreneurs, and agency
- 1:21:44owners consist of businesses that have
- 1:21:46invested into multiple different B2B
- 1:21:48offers that [snorts] either got them
- 1:21:50burned or helped them out. And now all
- 1:21:52of a sudden, every single one of them
- 1:21:53needs AI, sorry, to amplify what they've
- 1:21:56done previously. You don't have to
- 1:21:58navigate the stage of your leads for a
- 1:22:00second. their current situation is
- 1:22:01horsely irrelevant compared to what it's
- 1:22:04been previously to understand their
- 1:22:05current situation and decide situation.
- 1:22:09This is also studies um according to
- 1:22:12McKenzie and co as well 83% of companies
- 1:22:14say AI is their top priority uh in their
- 1:22:17business strategy. 83% of world
- 1:22:20worldwide companies prioritize AI
- 1:22:21implementation above anything else going
- 1:22:23into 2026. They have probably already
- 1:22:25realized that their competitors are
- 1:22:26using AI to grow yet they don't
- 1:22:28understand anything on how to implement
- 1:22:29it. And it's this is not black and white
- 1:22:32either because there's a lot of
- 1:22:32different ways of implementing AI. I'm
- 1:22:34not just saying take, you know, a chat
- 1:22:36GBT prompt and give it to them because
- 1:22:38that's just not the way it works. You
- 1:22:40have to navigate around the specific
- 1:22:41service that is applicable to the market
- 1:22:43that you're selling to, but still all of
- 1:22:47a sudden you come into these businesses
- 1:22:48that are cashri. They sit on a lot of
- 1:22:50capital as long as you've chosen the
- 1:22:52right niche, uh, which will help you out
- 1:22:54in the next module as well. They need AI
- 1:22:56and you say, "I can help you implement
- 1:22:58AI solutions tailored to your operations
- 1:22:59for XML." You save the money, you make
- 1:23:02the money, and you save them time on top
- 1:23:03of that. For the right business,
- 1:23:05explained in a dumb down way, this is a
- 1:23:06no-brainer offer. Every business out
- 1:23:09there needs AI. And
- 1:23:12there in the in like Mark Cuban said
- 1:23:14that as well, like in in the future,
- 1:23:15there's going to be two types of
- 1:23:16companies. The companies that are great
- 1:23:18at AI and everybody else. And the people
- 1:23:20that don't adapt are just going to be
- 1:23:24washed out by the entire the rest of the
- 1:23:25market because you you don't need AI,
- 1:23:27but it certainly [ __ ] helps if you
- 1:23:29have a good team of like AI agents or
- 1:23:32whatever it is that we're implementing
- 1:23:33to them. Uh that can help them out with
- 1:23:35whatever whatever they need. Um this is
- 1:23:39what it looks like. You don't even have
- 1:23:40to care about the fact that people have
- 1:23:42offered any manual service under the sun
- 1:23:45cuz you have what everybody needs. And
- 1:23:47as long as you enter the right market,
- 1:23:49I'm not saying that this is what it
- 1:23:50looks like. You'll probably have, you
- 1:23:52know, a few businesses that, you know,
- 1:23:53dabbled into a few AI solutions, but
- 1:23:55it's still insanely untapped with this
- 1:23:58type of service. And when the demand is
- 1:24:00high and supply and history of supply is
- 1:24:02low, this is what I'm saying as well.
- 1:24:04Like the supply can be low, but also the
- 1:24:06history of supply is low, meaning they
- 1:24:09haven't been offered something like this
- 1:24:10in the future or in the past. Sorry.
- 1:24:12Capitalize upon the right opportunity.
- 1:24:13Insane amounts of money is made.
- 1:24:16Why would businesses pay you instead of
- 1:24:18doing it themselves? This is something
- 1:24:20that you might um ask for. And for me,
- 1:24:23AI is really like even me myself, I pay
- 1:24:26a lot. I have a lot of contractors. We
- 1:24:28have an in-house AI developer team that
- 1:24:30helps us build a lot of these things.
- 1:24:31So, it's not like I'm an AI,
- 1:24:34you know, professionalist. I just know
- 1:24:36that companies need AI. The market needs
- 1:24:37AI. We need we are it's our
- 1:24:40responsibility to, you know, position
- 1:24:42ourselves the right way uh in front of
- 1:24:44these companies. um to help them out and
- 1:24:47implement the AI that they need. So why
- 1:24:49would businesses pay you instead of
- 1:24:50doing it themselves? Businesses have a
- 1:24:51lot of money, but zero time zero time to
- 1:24:54handle everyday tasks, but also zero
- 1:24:55time to miss out on opportunity cost.
- 1:24:57This is actually the most expensive
- 1:24:58thing when it comes to businesses. When
- 1:25:00the market is developing fast, companies
- 1:25:02are willing to do anything to make sure
- 1:25:03that stuff gets done correctly the first
- 1:25:05time. So to ensure that they would
- 1:25:07rather give up some money to get it done
- 1:25:09fast and correctly than to spend time
- 1:25:10doing it themselves. These are also pain
- 1:25:12points that you can push heavily in the
- 1:25:13sales process.
- 1:25:15companies, especially big companies,
- 1:25:16they have zero patience and zero time
- 1:25:19trying something that doesn't work
- 1:25:22because you probably [ __ ] up their
- 1:25:23business or at least a department within
- 1:25:25their business. And you're also, you
- 1:25:27know, taking a lot of their time that
- 1:25:29could have been spent on something uh
- 1:25:31good and something that, you know,
- 1:25:33contributed to growth instead of just
- 1:25:35like bullshitting with a bunch of, you
- 1:25:37know, like contractors that they hired
- 1:25:39or even like the CEO tried to do it by
- 1:25:41themselves. And we'll get into this uh
- 1:25:44later on as well because the the the
- 1:25:47com the companies that are doing nine
- 1:25:50figures a year, they probably already
- 1:25:51have a few like people on doing AI for
- 1:25:54them. So the best companies are going to
- 1:25:56be the ones that have enough money to
- 1:25:58pay [snorts] you for your services that
- 1:26:00are cash rich. They're sitting on a lot
- 1:26:01of capital, but still they don't have
- 1:26:04like all these connections and a big
- 1:26:06team of people that could implement AI
- 1:26:07for them in the correct way. local
- 1:26:09businesses, independent contractors,
- 1:26:12professional service providers like law
- 1:26:13firms, potent agents, um tax
- 1:26:16accountants, all that stuff. So, and
- 1:26:19there's a quote by Andrew Tate as well.
- 1:26:21Um the best way to make money today is
- 1:26:23to take advantage of the knowledge gap
- 1:26:25between the young and the old. We have
- 1:26:27so much access to social media, to ads,
- 1:26:30to AI that, you know, the people at the
- 1:26:33top, which naturally according to the
- 1:26:35market are going to have a lot more
- 1:26:36money. Uh that's just the way the market
- 1:26:38is. The older people have a lot more
- 1:26:40money than the younger generation. And
- 1:26:42the younger generation can come in and
- 1:26:44kind of close the knowledge gap between
- 1:26:45what we know. We have a lot of knowledge
- 1:26:47on social media, a lot of pay ads, a lot
- 1:26:49on um AI, of course, and we can provide
- 1:26:53that to the people that need it and they
- 1:26:55have a lot of money to pay for it, but
- 1:26:57they can't do it themselves. This has
- 1:26:59always been the foundation of the golden
- 1:27:01opportunity
- 1:27:02from a service standpoint. Facebook ads,
- 1:27:04Tik Tok ads, YouTube ads, SEO, CRM
- 1:27:06systems, saper integration, social
- 1:27:07media, organic. These are all been
- 1:27:10attractive enough for businesses to pay
- 1:27:11loads of money for because they
- 1:27:13understand it's important and that the
- 1:27:14young younger generation understands the
- 1:27:16tools better than they ever could. Thus,
- 1:27:18you're able to charge a lot of money for
- 1:27:20it. AI as a whole, but more specifically
- 1:27:22AI marketing services is the new one by
- 1:27:25[snorts] far. Main reasons to why you'll
- 1:27:28have an easy time pitching AI to
- 1:27:29businesses. AI is projected to add $15
- 1:27:31trillion to the global economy by 2030.
- 1:27:33That's in 4 years. That's 10% of the
- 1:27:35world's GDP that will attribute it to,
- 1:27:37you know, just AI being implemented into
- 1:27:39the market. And that's the entire
- 1:27:40market. Uh that's just not like that's
- 1:27:43the world economy we're talking about,
- 1:27:45not only local businesses or the
- 1:27:47business that we're pitching. It's so
- 1:27:49much easier to sell trends than needs.
- 1:27:52It's always been possible to sell
- 1:27:53marketing services or any type of
- 1:27:54outcome of some sort, but it would never
- 1:27:57it never sounded sexy, nor was it
- 1:27:59something that the business were excited
- 1:28:00about. They mainly bought it because
- 1:28:01they needed to. You can probably relate
- 1:28:03this to a scenario in your own life. Is
- 1:28:04it more fun to go buy something you need
- 1:28:06or something that you deeply care about?
- 1:28:08A trend. We've ran out of toilet paper,
- 1:28:10but we need it for the home compared to
- 1:28:12I'm buying my first Rolex. These are
- 1:28:14probably, you know, different levels of
- 1:28:15excitements. And this goes for the
- 1:28:16business as well. Like you you're it's
- 1:28:18still humans that you're selling to. I
- 1:28:20don't think that just because you're
- 1:28:21signed to a local business ran by some
- 1:28:2355year-old, you know, roofers at a team
- 1:28:26of seven that they don't care about
- 1:28:27trends or excitement in their life.
- 1:28:30There's they're still going to be very
- 1:28:31excited to buy something that they care
- 1:28:33about and that is some fun to see, you
- 1:28:36know, progress.
- 1:28:38These are two completely different ways
- 1:28:40of selling and marketing a product
- 1:28:41product. And really, for the first time
- 1:28:43ever, this is possible to do with AI
- 1:28:44because it's something that genuinely
- 1:28:46gets a lot of businesses pumped. It's
- 1:28:48the least competitive service category
- 1:28:49in the world by far. Every single
- 1:28:52business is eventually going to be on
- 1:28:54the market for AI and they know that
- 1:28:56whoever their competitors take whoever
- 1:28:58of their competitors competitors take
- 1:29:00action the f the fastest is going to
- 1:29:02stay around long term. Above 80% of
- 1:29:05business worldwide prioritize
- 1:29:06implementing AI into their business
- 1:29:07above everything right now. Yet only 20%
- 1:29:09of business have found a way to
- 1:29:10implement it by themselves or at all
- 1:29:13found some type of marginal change in
- 1:29:15the AI that they've used so far. Like a
- 1:29:17lot of business might have tried a few
- 1:29:20prompts or implementing a few tools
- 1:29:21that's been released but you know very
- 1:29:24few businesses have seen like actual
- 1:29:26increase in revenue and decrease in
- 1:29:28costs and you know salaries and all that
- 1:29:31stuff uh because of the AI that they've
- 1:29:33implemented.
- 1:29:35So they need people like us that they
- 1:29:37need people like us that understand
- 1:29:39technology and AI extremely well as well
- 1:29:42as somebody that has pre uh that has
- 1:29:44pretty much the only
- 1:29:46the only thing the only thing that these
- 1:29:49businesses lack which is time. Not only
- 1:29:51can we contribute with time but with
- 1:29:52with a will to learn about AI and
- 1:29:54implement it to business to grow. And
- 1:29:56this is also a um if you want to watch
- 1:29:58this I'll give you access to these
- 1:29:59documents on the link down below. Um,
- 1:30:03this is a extremely good YouTube video
- 1:30:04with Brad Jacobs, who's worth, last time
- 1:30:08I checked, between 12 and 15 billion
- 1:30:10dollars. Um, and they're talking about
- 1:30:12market trends and they say you can you
- 1:30:15can make a you can do a lot of things
- 1:30:17right, but if you don't get the major
- 1:30:18trend right, you're not going to make a
- 1:30:19lot of money. And conversely,
- 1:30:22if you're swimming upstream, you know,
- 1:30:24you're not that techsavvy, you're doing
- 1:30:27a lot of things wrong, but you have the
- 1:30:28major trend right, you're going to make
- 1:30:29way more money than the person that
- 1:30:31doesn't have the major trend right. So,
- 1:30:33this is the highest point of leverage.
- 1:30:35Uh, or this is what he said. Uh, you can
- 1:30:37mess up a lot of things and get the main
- 1:30:39trend right, you're going to make a lot
- 1:30:40of money. And if you don't get the main
- 1:30:41trend right, you can execute on
- 1:30:43everything else to perfection and still
- 1:30:44lose to the person that gets the major
- 1:30:46trend right. um that's your biggest
- 1:30:49point of leverage just having the the
- 1:30:52major trend right by far the AI agency
- 1:30:54model is beginner friendly and these are
- 1:30:56extremely low startup cost the reason
- 1:30:59people are afraid of starting their own
- 1:31:00company since way back is because we've
- 1:31:02been taught it's risky mostly because of
- 1:31:04high startup cost which isn't the case
- 1:31:06here you're teaching yourself something
- 1:31:08that's going to be extremely useful for
- 1:31:09the coming decade meaning regardless of
- 1:31:11your offer if you offer companies uh
- 1:31:15your services and you do $10 million in
- 1:31:16revenue or end up working for a high
- 1:31:18level tech company making 7K a month,
- 1:31:19you're still better off learning about
- 1:31:21AI than becoming an expert within any
- 1:31:23different field.
- 1:31:25So, first of all, I want to say the
- 1:31:27reason why people, you know, and still
- 1:31:29in Sweden, the the country that I'm
- 1:31:31from, people watch it pretty like or
- 1:31:34they they view entrepreneurship as
- 1:31:36something that's risky is mostly because
- 1:31:38of high startup costs since the 80s or
- 1:31:41the ' 90s. like the to found a company
- 1:31:43back in the day was to like come up with
- 1:31:46a new idea and uh just like fund
- 1:31:49[snorts] a bunch of like raise a bunch
- 1:31:52of capital and be in debt for a very
- 1:31:54long time like for four or five 10 years
- 1:31:57until you're profitable. This is just
- 1:31:59not the case anymore. You can learn a
- 1:32:00few AIs who will spend like a you know
- 1:32:04maybe a 100 bucks a month to uh acquire
- 1:32:06the skills to build a business and
- 1:32:08that's literally all you need. And as I
- 1:32:10said, like you're you're still you could
- 1:32:12learn AI and build a company that you
- 1:32:14exit for 10 or even like eight or nine
- 1:32:16figures or end up working for a high
- 1:32:17level tech company making 7K a month.
- 1:32:19You're still better off learning AI than
- 1:32:22doing anything anything else in the
- 1:32:24world right now. Um
- 1:32:26so that's what I say to everybody.
- 1:32:28Second of all, there's zero startup
- 1:32:29costs. And I say when I say zero, I mean
- 1:32:31you could build a seven figureure
- 1:32:32business starting with 100 bucks a
- 1:32:33month. If you can't allocate that
- 1:32:35towards a business, you're not built for
- 1:32:36anyway. If you don't, if you view as a h
- 1:32:38100red bucks a month as money being
- 1:32:40spent on the business, you're just not
- 1:32:42meant for entrepreneurship.
- 1:32:44Um, and this is the golden rule that I
- 1:32:46want to cover as well. You only fail if
- 1:32:48you quit. Otherwise, the failure is
- 1:32:50simply a redirection of your journey to
- 1:32:52get you one step closer to the success.
- 1:32:53It took me 10 months to sign my first
- 1:32:55ever client. If I would have used that
- 1:32:57prolonged development as a excuse to
- 1:32:59quit, I would have never sat here and
- 1:33:00told you guys about how all this can
- 1:33:02change your life. Secret to the
- 1:33:04universe. If you keep going, you can't
- 1:33:06fail. Whether your life becomes a
- 1:33:08success story or not is fully dependent
- 1:33:09on if you view the setback as a lesson
- 1:33:11or as the end. Trust me, like a lot of
- 1:33:13people say like, I tried entrep
- 1:33:14entrepreneurship and I failed. Or I
- 1:33:16tried to start a business, I failed. You
- 1:33:18didn't try because if you tried, you
- 1:33:20wouldn't have let that failure be the
- 1:33:23end. Like if I hear somebody say, I
- 1:33:25tried to build a business and then it
- 1:33:26failed. You wasn't meant for it in the
- 1:33:28beginning anyways.
- 1:33:30If you start a business and you keep
- 1:33:32going, you will succeed. That's
- 1:33:33genuinely how this works. I can tell you
- 1:33:36like
- 1:33:37you're if if people like this whole
- 1:33:39online business thing is still so new
- 1:33:42that people still view it as like some,
- 1:33:45you know, side hustle or something you
- 1:33:47can't do full-time.
- 1:33:49like the fact that I'm 20 years old, at
- 1:33:5219 I built a business that was making me
- 1:33:5460 grand a month and uh I started with
- 1:33:56probably I mean aside from investing
- 1:33:58into mentors and you know help from
- 1:34:00people above me which is still very
- 1:34:02important and can make your journey a
- 1:34:04lot easier but if you genuinely just
- 1:34:06wanted to like save money on this you
- 1:34:08could be spending 50 100 bucks a month
- 1:34:10on like software fees API credits a few
- 1:34:13CRM um you're going to need to go high
- 1:34:16level obviously which we'll get into in
- 1:34:17the next module But we're we're talking
- 1:34:20about like if you spend 3 years on this
- 1:34:22like trust me like you're we have people
- 1:34:25studying in the school for for a
- 1:34:28position that isn't even promised to
- 1:34:31them. Like you could study a 5year
- 1:34:33degree and once you're done you don't
- 1:34:34even know if you have a job or not. And
- 1:34:36if you get a job you might be get fired
- 1:34:38because somebody else took your job 5
- 1:34:40years later. And we're talking about
- 1:34:43like four, five, six grand a month for
- 1:34:45these people that have studied for 5
- 1:34:47years. I can promise you if you take
- 1:34:49this information, you start off and then
- 1:34:51either you invest into our team or
- 1:34:54somebody else that can help you out and
- 1:34:56you spend two years on this. If you
- 1:34:58don't make 10 grand a month after 2
- 1:34:59years, you're like like majority of this
- 1:35:04page would be looking at you like what
- 1:35:05the [ __ ] are you doing? What have you
- 1:35:07been doing for 10 years? You could be
- 1:35:08like 10 years, sorry, two years like you
- 1:35:11could be making 10 grand a month like
- 1:35:12six months into your journey. Genuinely,
- 1:35:15this is the greatest opportunity of all
- 1:35:16time. And I'm giving you the blueprint
- 1:35:19and the entire playbook to do this for
- 1:35:21free and just launch an AI agency that
- 1:35:23can make you 10 or even upwards of 100,
- 1:35:26500 grand a month if you take it that
- 1:35:27far. Trust me, this is genuinely the
- 1:35:30best opportunity that's ever been given.
- 1:35:32That's why I want to give you guys this
- 1:35:33information for free as well. um to give
- 1:35:36you kind of a a start off like kick and
- 1:35:39this is genuinely everything that you
- 1:35:41need to to get started and you know sign
- 1:35:43your first 5 10 clients. The difference
- 1:35:46between people who succeed and people
- 1:35:47who don't is never talent, luck or
- 1:35:49circumstances. It's how they interpret
- 1:35:51setbacks. Talent or luck or anything
- 1:35:54like that. It's just [ __ ] on unless
- 1:35:57you um actually keep going. And when
- 1:36:01most people encounter failure, they see
- 1:36:02it as evidence that they're not cut out
- 1:36:04for what they're attempting. They treat
- 1:36:05it as a stop sign. Failure is actually a
- 1:36:08signal, not a sentence. It's feedback
- 1:36:10showing you that what doesn't work or
- 1:36:13it's feedback showing you what doesn't
- 1:36:14work so you can adjust your approach and
- 1:36:16get closer to what does. Important to
- 1:36:18know to keep going until you win doesn't
- 1:36:20mean keep going with what you're doing
- 1:36:22and treating it as a volume game. The
- 1:36:24point of it all is the whole reason why
- 1:36:26you will win eventually is if you don't
- 1:36:29give up is because you take feedback
- 1:36:31from these setbacks and redirections and
- 1:36:34you make iterations accordingly. I'm not
- 1:36:35saying that you will go two years and as
- 1:36:37long as you keep doing volume with SMS
- 1:36:39towards one niche, you'll you'll make it
- 1:36:41eventually. That might be the case. But
- 1:36:43the reason you will make it after one or
- 1:36:45two years is because you take these
- 1:36:47setbacks as lessons and that redirect
- 1:36:49you in another like in another
- 1:36:51direction. If you had one niche that
- 1:36:53didn't work, you you switch the niche.
- 1:36:55If you feel like you need a business
- 1:36:56partner, you you know, you get a
- 1:36:57business partner. If you had one ad body
- 1:37:00that didn't work, you change the ad
- 1:37:02body, you change the hook, you change
- 1:37:03the, you know, traffic campaign to a
- 1:37:05lead campaign. Like, it could be
- 1:37:06anything. But you you will keep going
- 1:37:09until you make it. And if you don't make
- 1:37:11it, it's never because you weren't meant
- 1:37:14to do stuff like this. It's just because
- 1:37:16you you gave up. The moment you quit is
- 1:37:18the moment failure becomes real. Until
- 1:37:20then, you're just someone in the middle
- 1:37:21of their success story collecting the
- 1:37:23lessons that will make the eventual
- 1:37:25breakthrough possible. This is almost
- 1:37:26gives me chills reading this. But
- 1:37:28genuinely, like it took me 10 months to
- 1:37:31get my first client. The people that
- 1:37:33take this information that I'll give out
- 1:37:34in this boot camp and genuinely apply
- 1:37:36it, it won't take you 10 months. If it
- 1:37:39takes you 10 months, you didn't try.
- 1:37:42Like genuinely. So, just know that cuz
- 1:37:44like I was just like 9 months in, it
- 1:37:47wasn't that I wasn't meant for it. I was
- 1:37:49clearly meant to do this stuff. I was
- 1:37:52just in the middle of my success story.
- 1:37:54Um and uh the eventual breakthrough is
- 1:37:57possible because all the failures that
- 1:37:59you've collected. So you know what not
- 1:38:00to do. Like the what not to do is almost
- 1:38:02more important than what what to do. A
- 1:38:05lot of the times if you were 20 failures
- 1:38:07away from your first breakthrough, how
- 1:38:09excited would you be to fail for the
- 1:38:10first time? Every single person you
- 1:38:12admire had multiple failures. What
- 1:38:13separated their journey from yours isn't
- 1:38:15a lack of failures, but because they
- 1:38:17refused failure to be the end. Your the
- 1:38:21person that you look up to in life has
- 1:38:23probably had more failures than you. You
- 1:38:25don't think Tom Brady or Drake or
- 1:38:28Ronaldo had any failures.
- 1:38:31They probably just tried more times cuz
- 1:38:33they knew that they like there was no
- 1:38:36other way to go about anything. like
- 1:38:38that was what they wanted to do and they
- 1:38:39they you know made sure that that was
- 1:38:42you know a dream that would come true
- 1:38:44eventually
- 1:38:45uh come true eventually. Success is
- 1:38:47guaranteed. This is one uh quote that I
- 1:38:50actually got from a friend the first
- 1:38:51time I was in Dubai. Um Andrew if you
- 1:38:55see this you you probably know that this
- 1:38:57is from you but success is guaranteed.
- 1:38:58Tommy it's not. This is also a great way
- 1:39:00to look at it. When you start to view
- 1:39:02the journey uh through this lens, you
- 1:39:04reduce the main component u that causes
- 1:39:06uncertainty for people starting out.
- 1:39:08Though it's not longer about if but
- 1:39:10rather about when. Success is
- 1:39:12guaranteed, timing is not. Success is
- 1:39:15guaranteed. Timing is not. Let me say it
- 1:39:17again. Like it's you're you're going to
- 1:39:19see success eventually, but you just
- 1:39:21don't know when. But if you know if you
- 1:39:24keep if you have that mindset like it's
- 1:39:26it's going to happen, which it is going
- 1:39:27to happen. Maybe it takes two years, but
- 1:39:30it it is going to happen. And it's still
- 1:39:31way quicker than if you were to study
- 1:39:34for some [ __ ] degree on on college.
- 1:39:35I'm not [ __ ] on anything, but like
- 1:39:37I'm I'm just making you realize the
- 1:39:40opportunity that that you had have in
- 1:39:42front of you. You have social media, you
- 1:39:44have Claude, you have all the AI that
- 1:39:46you need to do all the research. You
- 1:39:47have this boot camp. You have everything
- 1:39:49that you're going to you're going to
- 1:39:50need. So, uh success is guaranteed.
- 1:39:53Timing is not. You only fail if you
- 1:39:55quit. Otherwise the failure is simply a
- 1:39:56redirection of your journey to get you
- 1:39:58one step closer to your success. Those
- 1:39:59are the two things I want to leave you
- 1:40:01with. Um you know go back to this
- 1:40:04mindset module as well uh the stuff that
- 1:40:07I spoke about earlier in this module
- 1:40:09because this is extremely important. And
- 1:40:12um if you learn to apply that the
- 1:40:13correct way and actually know how to
- 1:40:15manifest and just be confident in the
- 1:40:17fact that you're you're meant to do
- 1:40:19this. You don't show up to sales calls
- 1:40:20like a punk. you actually carry your way
- 1:40:23through. And you know, like it's also
- 1:40:26like these are people you're sitting on
- 1:40:29a computer, you're collecting money from
- 1:40:31people that you're most likely never
- 1:40:33going to meet, even though they become
- 1:40:34your clients and you build a
- 1:40:35relationship with them, it's still not
- 1:40:37that deep. So if somebody no shows or
- 1:40:39somebody tells you to [ __ ] off on an SMS
- 1:40:41campaign or when you're cold calling
- 1:40:42them or when you're warm calling them,
- 1:40:45um it doesn't matter. It's all it's all
- 1:40:48a redirection. So keep that in mind. Uh
- 1:40:51it's been fun to have this module and
- 1:40:52I'm excited to uh you know film the next
- 1:40:54ones for you guys and I'm excited for
- 1:40:56for this boot camp as well. So you have
- 1:40:59everything underneath. Um
- 1:41:02everything is all the documents are
- 1:41:03linked um down below as well and um all
- 1:41:07the links that you need for everything
- 1:41:09else is going to be provided in the
- 1:41:10description down below. So that's pretty
- 1:41:13much everything. I could go back and
- 1:41:14cover all this stuff but I'd recommend
- 1:41:16you do that by yourself. And um yeah, I
- 1:41:20think that's it for for this module. So
- 1:41:22So I truly appreciate you guys watching
- 1:41:24and uh I'll see you guys in the next
- 1:41:25module. Peace.
