8. 0:195,000% sure she wanted a hit man to kill
9. 0:21her husband was back in court yesterday
10. 0:24taking the stand for the first time
11. 0:26since her arrest in 2009 and her
12. 0:28conviction in 200 11 I I was accused of
13. 0:31something that that I didn't do trying
14. 0:33to explain away that incriminating video
15. 0:36her explanation she was simply acting
16. 0:39this is supposed to be something you
17. 0:40guys going to put online so that you can
18. 0:42get publicity on social media on social
19. 0:45media right so we can try to get an
20. 0:48acting job from it Dalia says it was all
21. 0:51part of a plan she hatched with her then
22. 0:53husband Michael Dilo and former lover
23. 0:55Muhammad shahadi to get famous so this
24. 0:58was acting
25. 1:00but prosecutors say that was no act and
26. 1:03alleged she promised to pay this
27. 1:04undercover cop posing as a Hitman to
28. 1:07kill her husband of 6 months she pogged
29. 1:10one to the third uh space uh from here

31. 1:15ex-husband Mike Dilo says he couldn't

104. 4:10entire plan of publicizing the arrest in

106. 4:14there's still a pending investigation of

109. 4:22adds up to only one conclusion she was
110. 4:24framed there's no question about it that
111. 4:27the Bon Beach Police Department was dead

128. 5:13happen all the time the Buon Beach
129. 5:15Police Department stands behind their
130. 5:17investigation telling ABC News the cops
131. 5:20show just happened to be here at the
132. 5:22time of this investigation we're not in
133. 5:24the business of uh of producing
134. 5:26television we're in the business of
135. 5:28saving lives and uh we believe we did
136. 5:30that in this case and just yesterday
137. 5:32issuing a statement We Trust in our
138. 5:34state attorney to successfully prosecute
139. 5:36this case and we are confident we have
140. 5:38given his office sufficient evidence to
141. 5:40meet the state's burden still Dalia's
142. 5:42attorneys have filed a motion to dismiss
143. 5:45the case based on evidence of what they
144. 5:46say is police misconduct if the case
145. 5:49isn't dismissed a new trial is set to
146. 5:51start this spring and there's one person
147. 5:54who says he has no doubt Dalia is guilty
148. 5:57I am 5,000% sure she tried to kill me
