  8. 0:17and we wondered did he finally tell the
  9. 0:19truth if Lance Armstrong's goal in
  10. 0:22talking with Oprah was a shot at
  11. 0:23Redemption he may have just taken a big
  12. 0:26step backwards I view this situation as
  13. 0:30um one big lie that I repeated a lot of
  14. 0:34times but Federal investigators say even
  15. 0:36now he's still lying one of the biggest
  16. 0:39Armstrong told Oprah he stopped doping
  17. 0:41in 2005 you did not do a blood
  18. 0:44transfusion absolutely not in 2009 you
  19. 0:46did no doping or blood transfusions in
  20. 0:492010 Absolut 2009 and 2010 those were
  21. 0:52the two years I did the tour absolutely
  22. 0:55not yet today investigators tell ABC
  23. 0:58news that Armstrong's blood work from
  24. 1:00his 2009 tour to France shows clear
  25. 1:03blood manipulation consistent with ban
  26. 1:06transfusions so why admit to some doping
  27. 1:09but not all investigators say it's to
  28. 1:11keep within the statute of limitations
  29. 1:13for Armstrong's biggest fear possible
  30. 1:16criminal charges but even though he
  31. 1:18fessed up to cheating when it came to
  32. 1:19the human part smearing people like
  33. 1:22former friend Betsy Andreu for refusing
  34. 1:24to lie and sabotaging her husband's
  35. 1:26cycling career many saw a lack of
  36. 1:29compassion that seemed bizarre at best
  37. 1:32here's how he described his apology to

  40. 1:39these things but I never called you fat
  41. 1:42are you satisfied by anything you heard

  59. 2:21say this is a guy who does not admit
  60. 2:23mistakes or apologize easily so they've
  61. 2:26never heard him apologize no before so
