- 0:11In case your client experiences feedback problems, you can perform a critical gain measurement.
- 0:17Open the Critical Gain tab in the First Fit menu.
- 0:21Without a measurement you will see a statistical critical gain in the curve view.
- 0:27Make sure the hearing aids sit correctly in your clients ears.
- 0:33Click on “Start” to conduct the measurement for the desired ear.
- 0:38Now you see the measured critical gain in the curve view.
- 0:43The target gain overlaps with the critical gain curve.
- 0:46The gain curve however has automatically been adjusted to avoid the area of critical gain.
- 0:54If necessary you can discard the measurement by clicking this button ...
- 0:59... or decide to not use the measured critical gain.
