  1. 0:00This particular niche has been going
  2. 0:01viral and a lot of people still don't
  3. 0:03know about it. I'm talking about these
  4. 0:04plant growing time-lapse videos that
  5. 0:06have been trending across social media.
  6. 0:08I even found a YouTube channel posting
  7. 0:10this exact style of content and they've
  8. 0:12already grown to over 241,000
  9. 0:14subscribers
  10. 0:15>> [music]
  11. 0:15>> and that is insane. Their videos
  12. 0:17basically show a plant growing from a
  13. 0:19tiny seed all the way into a fully grown
  14. 0:22plant or tree using satisfying
  15. 0:24time-lapse visuals.
  16. 0:25>> [music]
  17. 0:25>> They create both shorts and long-form
  18. 0:27videos and when you look through the
  19. 0:29channel a lot of their uploads have
  20. 0:31pulled in millions of views. They even
  21. 0:33have a short sitting at around 4 million
  22. 0:35views and one of their long-form videos
  23. 0:37has reached about 20 million views. I
  24. 0:39also found another Instagram page
  25. 0:41posting the same style of content with
  26. 0:43over 90,000 followers and several of
  27. 0:45their videos are going viral as well.
  28. 0:48So clearly there's a real audience for
  29. 0:49this niche. Now in this video, I'm going
  30. 0:52to show you exactly how to create this
  31. 0:54style of content using completely free
  32. 0:56AI tools. And the crazy part is the
  33. 0:59videos can look so realistic that it's
  34. 1:01hard to tell they were generated with
  35. 1:03AI.
  36. 1:04For example, check out this video I
  37. 1:06created in just around 20 minutes using
  38. 1:08the prompt I built specifically for this
  39. 1:10workflow.
  40. 1:13>> [music]
  41. 1:19[music]
  42. 1:29[music]
  43. 1:34[music]
  44. 1:40[music]
  45. 1:40>> Yeah, everything you just watched was
  46. 1:42created with AI. And I'm also going to
  47. 1:44show you how to extend the workflow so
  48. 1:46you're not limited to just a 10 or
  49. 1:4815-second clip. You can create much
  50. 1:50longer sequences around 20 to 30 seconds
  51. 1:53or more depending on how long you want
  52. 1:55your final video to be.
  53. 1:56So before we get started, don't forget
  54. 1:58to like the video, subscribe to the
  55. 2:00channel, and turn on notifications so
  56. 2:03you don't miss my next trending AI
  57. 2:04workflow.
  58. 2:05Now, let's get started. All right. So,
  59. 2:07for this particular workflow, the first
  60. 2:09thing you're going to need is a chatbot.
  61. 2:11For this video, I'm going to be using
  62. 2:13ChatGPT, but you also have other options
  63. 2:16you can use like Deep Seek, Gemini, or
  64. 2:19even the free version of Claude. Once
  65. 2:21you have your chatbot ready, the next
  66. 2:23thing you're going to need is access to
  67. 2:24the plant growth [music] time-lapse
  68. 2:26engine prompt I created specifically for
  69. 2:28this workflow.
  70. 2:30This prompt basically handles the entire
  71. 2:31process for you. [music] So, you don't
  72. 2:33have to manually figure out every image
  73. 2:35prompt, animation prompt, or scene
  74. 2:37yourself.
  75. 2:38Once you get access to the prompt, go
  76. 2:40ahead and copy the entire thing.
  77. 2:42Make sure you copy it exactly the way
  78. 2:44I'm doing it here.
  79. 2:45Don't leave out any section because
  80. 2:47every part of the prompt is important
  81. 2:49for the workflow to work properly. Once
  82. 2:51you've copied everything, come back to
  83. 2:52your chatbot.
  84. 2:54Paste the complete prompt into the chat
  85. 2:56and click send. Once the chatbot
  86. 2:58processes the prompt, it's automatically
  87. 3:00going to give you a list of different
  88. 3:01video [music] ideas you can create
  89. 3:03inside the plant growth time-lapse
  90. 3:04niche.
  91. 3:06As you can see, we have different
  92. 3:07categories.
  93. 3:08>> [music]
  94. 3:08>> We have fruit trees and fruit plants. We
  95. 3:11have flowers. And if you scroll down,
  96. 3:13you'll also find vegetables, herbs, and
  97. 3:15other plant ideas. All you have to do is
  98. 3:18go through the list and choose whichever
  99. 3:19one you want to create.
  100. 3:21For this example, I'm going with idea
  101. 3:23number two,
  102. 3:24>> [music]
  103. 3:24>> which is lemon.
  104. 3:25So, I'll simply type two and click send.
  105. 3:28After selecting the plant, the chatbot
  106. 3:30is going to ask whether you want to
  107. 3:31create a short-form [music] or long-form
  108. 3:33video. For this example, I'm creating a
  109. 3:35short-form video. So, I'm going to
  110. 3:37select the short-form option and send it
  111. 3:39back to the chatbot. Give it a few
  112. 3:41seconds to process. And once it's done,
  113. 3:43we're going to get the first important
  114. 3:45part of the workflow, our image prompt.
  115. 3:47As you can see, the chatbot has now
  116. 3:49generated a detailed [music] image
  117. 3:50prompt for us.
  118. 3:52This is really important because this
  119. 3:54image is going to become the starting
  120. 3:55frame for the entire plant growth
  121. 3:57sequence. At the bottom, you'll also
  122. 3:59notice that it tells us to generate the
  123. 4:01image first, then come back and type
  124. 4:03next to continue. So, I'm going to copy
  125. 4:05the complete image prompt. Make sure you
  126. 4:08copy the entire thing without leaving
  127. 4:09anything out. Once you've copied the
  128. 4:11image prompt, head over to Google Flow.
  129. 4:13Google Flow gives you credits you can
  130. 4:15use to generate your content, and as you
  131. 4:17can see here, I currently have credits
  132. 4:19available on my account. Once you're
  133. 4:21inside Flow, click new project. Let the
  134. 4:24project load.
  135. 4:26Then turn agent mode off because we're
  136. 4:28going to handle this workflow manually.
  137. 4:30Now open the settings.
  138. 4:32Inside the settings, make sure you're
  139. 4:34using image mode.
  140. 4:35For the aspect ratio, I'm going to
  141. 4:37select 9 to 16 because we're creating
  142. 4:40short-form content.
  143. 4:42If you're creating a long-form video
  144. 4:43instead, you would use 16 to 9.
  145. 4:46>> [music]
  146. 4:46>> For the image model, I'm going to use
  147. 4:48Nano Banana 2.
  148. 4:50And for the output, I'll select two
  149. 4:51images.
  150. 4:52That way, [music] we'll get two
  151. 4:54different variations, and we can choose
  152. 4:55whichever one looks better.
  153. 4:57Now paste the image prompt we copied
  154. 4:59from ChatGPT into Google Flow. Once
  155. 5:02everything is set, click send. The image
  156. 5:05generation usually doesn't take too
  157. 5:06long, so we'll just wait for the
  158. 5:08results. And just like that, our images
  159. 5:10are ready.
  160. 5:11As you can see, we have a clean flower
  161. 5:13pot sitting on the table with a nicely
  162. 5:16blurred natural background. Now simply
  163. 5:18compare both variations and choose
  164. 5:20whichever one you prefer.
  165. 5:22This is going to become the starting
  166. 5:23frame for the entire video. Once you've
  167. 5:25generated your starting image, come back
  168. 5:27to ChatGPT. Scroll to the bottom of the
  169. 5:30response and type next. Then click send.
  170. 5:33The chatbot will now generate the
  171. 5:35animation prompts for the complete
  172. 5:36growth sequence.
  173. 5:38For this workflow, we're going to get
  174. 5:39three separate animation prompts. We
  175. 5:42have clip one, clip two, and then clip
  176. 5:44three, which is the final stage of the
  177. 5:46plant growth. Start by copying only the
  178. 5:48animation prompt for clip one.
  179. 5:51Then head back to Google Flow. Choose
  180. 5:53the image you generated earlier and drag
  181. 5:55it into the timeline as your starting
  182. 5:56reference.
  183. 5:57>> [music]
  184. 5:57>> Now paste the clip one animation prompt.
  185. 6:00Next, open the settings and switch from
  186. 6:02image mode to video mode. Keep the
  187. 6:04aspect ratio at 9 to 16. For the video
  188. 6:07model, I'm going to use Omni Flash. Set
  189. 6:10the video duration to 10 seconds and
  190. 6:12leave the output at one since we only
  191. 6:14need one video at a time. Then click
  192. 6:17send. Now Google Flow is going to
  193. 6:19animate our starting image.
  194. 6:20>> [music]
  195. 6:20>> Give it a little time to generate and
  196. 6:22just like that, our first clip is ready.
  197. 6:25Let's preview [music] it.
  198. 6:36You can see how the sequence begins with
  199. 6:38the seed being placed inside the soil.
  200. 6:40Then water is sprayed over it.
  201. 6:42>> [music]
  202. 6:42>> We get that satisfying time-lapse
  203. 6:44transition between night and day and
  204. 6:46slowly the seed begins to grow into a
  205. 6:48young plant. That gives us the first 10
  206. 6:51seconds of the video. Now we're going to
  207. 6:53make this video longer without breaking
  208. 6:54the visual continuity. Hover over the
  209. 6:57video we just generated and look for the
  210. 6:59save frame option. Click it. Google Flow
  211. 7:02will automatically capture the final
  212. 7:04frame of the video. That last frame
  213. 7:06becomes the starting point for our next
  214. 7:07generation. So instead of creating a
  215. 7:09completely new video, we're continuing
  216. 7:11directly from where the first one ended.
  217. 7:14Now come back to ChatGPT and copy the
  218. 7:16clip two animation prompt.
  219. 7:18>> [music]
  220. 7:18>> Return to Google Flow. Take the frame we
  221. 7:20just saved and drag it into the
  222. 7:22timeline. Then paste the clip two
  223. 7:24animation prompt. Everything else stays
  224. 7:26the same. Now click send again. We'll
  225. 7:29give it a little time to generate the
  226. 7:30second part of the sequence and our
  227. 7:32second clip is ready. Let's preview it.
  228. 7:45>> As you can see, [music] it continues
  229. 7:46directly from where the first clip
  230. 7:48stopped. The day and night time-lapse
  231. 7:50continues, and the young plant keeps
  232. 7:52developing. More leaves begin appearing,
  233. 7:54the stem gets stronger, and the plant
  234. 7:56gradually becomes much larger. This is
  235. 7:59exactly why we're using the saved last
  236. 8:01frame. It helps us keep the sequence
  237. 8:03visually connected from one generation
  238. 8:05to the next. Now, we're going to repeat
  239. 8:07the process one more time. Save the
  240. 8:09final frame from clip two. Go back to
  241. 8:12the Flow homepage and drag that frame
  242. 8:14into the timeline. Then, return to
  243. 8:16ChatGPT and copy the clip three
  244. 8:18animation prompt. Paste it into Google
  245. 8:20Flow and click send. This is going to
  246. 8:22generate the final stage of the plant
  247. 8:24growth sequence. And now, our final clip
  248. 8:27is ready. Let's preview it.
  249. 8:38>> [bell]
  250. 8:39>> You can see how smoothly the sequence
  251. 8:40continues. The plant grows from that
  252. 8:43younger stage into a fully developed
  253. 8:45lemon tree inside the pot. The lemons
  254. 8:47appear and mature, and toward the end, a
  255. 8:49hand reaches in, picks one of the
  256. 8:51lemons, and cuts it open to reveal the
  257. 8:53fruit inside.
  258. 8:54>> [music]
  259. 8:54>> And the final result looks extremely
  260. 8:56realistic. Now that we have all three
  261. 8:58clips, we're going to combine
  262. 9:00everything. Come back to the Flow
  263. 9:01homepage and select the first video we
  264. 9:03generated. Click the plus icon and
  265. 9:06choose add clips.
  266. 9:08Then, select the second video and add it
  267. 9:10to the scene.
  268. 9:12Once that's done, repeat the exact same
  269. 9:14process and add the third clip.
  270. 9:16Now, all three videos are connected in
  271. 9:18the correct order. Click done at the
  272. 9:21top, and now we have one complete
  273. 9:23sequence.
  274. 9:24Once all three clips have been combined,
  275. 9:27click download. Google Flow will export
  276. 9:29the complete video as one file. At this
  277. 9:32point, we already have the main plant
  278. 9:34growth sequence finished, but we're
  279. 9:36going to do one final step to clean
  280. 9:38everything up and make it ready for
  281. 9:40social media. For that, I'm going to use
  282. 9:42CapCut. Open CapCut and create a new
  283. 9:45project. Click import and bring in the
  284. 9:48video clips you generated. If you're
  285. 9:50working with the separate clips, arrange
  286. 9:52them in order. Clip one first, clip two
  287. 9:55second, clip three last.
  288. 9:57Now, play through the entire timeline
  289. 9:59and make sure every transition looks
  290. 10:01clean.
  291. 10:02You may notice a small frozen section at
  292. 10:04the end or beginning of some clips. If
  293. 10:06that happens, simply trim those few
  294. 10:09frames out. Do the same thing between
  295. 10:11each section. You don't need any
  296. 10:13complicated transitions. The goal is
  297. 10:15simply to remove the unnecessary pause,
  298. 10:18so the plant looks like it's
  299. 10:19continuously growing from beginning to
  300. 10:21end. Once those sections are trimmed,
  301. 10:23the whole sequence should feel much
  302. 10:25smoother.
  303. 10:26Now, one thing I like to add is a subtle
  304. 10:28background sound. So, click import again
  305. 10:31and bring in whichever background audio
  306. 10:33you want to use. Drag it underneath the
  307. 10:35video. Then, lower the volume so it
  308. 10:38doesn't overpower the natural ASMR sound
  309. 10:41already coming from the video. You want
  310. 10:43the background audio to support the
  311. 10:45visuals, not compete with them. If you
  312. 10:47need the particular sound I'm using
  313. 10:49here, you can send me a message inside
  314. 10:51my Telegram community and I'll share it
  315. 10:53with you. Now, play through the entire
  316. 10:55video one more time. At this point, we
  317. 10:58have around a 30-second plant growth
  318. 11:00time-lapse video that flows from the
  319. 11:02seed all the way to the fully grown
  320. 11:04lemon tree.
  321. 11:05>> [music]
  322. 11:05>> Everything is vertical and ready for
  323. 11:07short-form platforms. You can use this
  324. 11:09format for YouTube Shorts, Instagram
  325. 11:12Reels, or TikTok. And the best part is
  326. 11:15that once you understand the workflow,
  327. 11:17you're not limited to lemons. You can
  328. 11:19repeat the exact same process with
  329. 11:20different fruits, flowers, [music]
  330. 11:22vegetables, and herbs. Once everything
  331. 11:25looks good, click export. Give your
  332. 11:27video a name. For this example, I'll
  333. 11:29call mine lemon fruit.
  334. 11:31>> [music]
  335. 11:31>> Then, click export. Since this is a
  336. 11:34short video, it shouldn't take very
  337. 11:35long. And once it's finished, your
  338. 11:37complete video is ready to post. Now, if
  339. 11:40you want access to the exact plant
  340. 11:42growth time-lapse prompt I created for
  341. 11:44this workflow, leave a comment saying
  342. 11:46fruit video, and I'll show you how to
  343. 11:48get it completely free.
  344. 11:50>> [music]
  345. 11:50>> You can also join my Telegram community
  346. 11:52where I share more of my prompts, AI
  347. 11:54workflows, and creator resources.
  348. 11:57And I'm also going to leave a link to my
  349. 11:58private community. If you want to learn
  350. 12:00these workflows in more detail, join the
  351. 12:02waitlist and I'll see you on the other
  352. 12:04side. Don't forget to like the video,
  353. 12:06subscribe, and turn on your
  354. 12:08notifications so you don't miss the next
  355. 12:10AI workflow. And [music] I'll see you in
  356. 12:12the next video.
