  1. 0:00Hello everyone, dear listeners. Today I
  2. 0:03will tell you a scary, true story that
  3. 0:06happened to me. About how I was
  4. 0:09threatened with lawsuits and cyber
  5. 0:11police, how my channel got a strike,
  6. 0:13and how I realized that I am truly
  7. 0:15surrounded by a large audience. Because
  8. 0:18the likelihood of running into the
  9. 0:20person we’ll talk about today grows
  10. 0:23when there are really a lot of people
  11. 0:25around you. I hope this video will
  12. 0:27entertain my regular listeners. And it
  13. 0:30will also be useful for narrators,
  14. 0:33publishers, literary platforms, and
  15. 0:36those who organize contests. I want to
  16. 0:40tell you my story and give you a little
  17. 0:43warning. So, make yourselves
  18. 0:45comfortable and let’s listen to my
  19. 0:48story. As you know, in July of this
  20. 0:50year, we started the "Potorichchia"
  21. 0:52contest on our channel. It involves
  22. 0:55writers—young authors or experienced
  23. 0:58ones—submitting their works to the
  24. 1:01contest. We select the best ones, voice
  25. 1:04them, then there’s a vote among
  26. 1:06listeners, we choose the winners, and
  27. 1:08award them with financial prizes.
  28. 1:11Shortly after the contest started, I
  29. 1:13think around July 15th, an author by
  30. 1:16the name of Vladyslav Hryshkevych
  31. 1:18submitted his work. I accepted the work
  32. 1:22, and as I usually do, I thanked him
  33. 1:24and recommended he subscribe to our
  34. 1:27Telegram channel so he wouldn't miss
  35. 1:29news, updates about the contest, and so
  36. 1:32on. And literally the next day,
  37. 1:34Vladyslav Hryshkevych commented on one
  38. 1:36of the posts on my Telegram channel.
  39. 1:39What the post was about doesn’t
  40. 1:40matter, but what matters is the manner
  41. 1:42and tone in which Vladyslav began
  42. 1:44commenting on that situation I had
  43. 1:45written about. He treated that
  44. 1:48situation and the authors—
  45. 1:50specifically, the author I am working
  46. 1:52with—with contempt. He started
  47. 1:54arguing with me and trying to prove
  48. 1:55something to me. He said that the
  49. 1:57author had an inflated ego. He started
  50. 1:59making conclusions about a stranger
  51. 2:02that were completely unfounded. I got
  52. 2:05curious about who this person
  53. 2:06commenting was, because many people
  54. 2:08write and I can’t remember everyone.
  55. 2:10I saw that the nickname looked familiar
  56. 2:12. And then I realized that this person
  57. 2:13had submitted a work to me for the
  58. 2:15contest just yesterday. And it was his
  59. 2:16nickname. Well, I became curious about
  60. 2:18what kind of person he was. I went to
  61. 2:20Google and typed in his name, Vladyslav
  62. 2:23Hryshkevych, to see what kind of
  63. 2:25interesting character he was. What I
  64. 2:29saw there, well, as they say, my ears
  65. 2:31curled up. On his social media pages,
  66. 2:35he talks about how he worked with the
  67. 2:38Arkush platform, which we all know very
  68. 2:41well, Booknet, and other publications.
  69. 2:45He called Arkush a swamp where
  70. 2:47lawlessness and nepotism reign, where
  71. 2:49everyone has conspired against talent,
  72. 2:51and where talents are pushed out and
  73. 2:52blocked. Well, by "talents," he, of
  74. 2:55course, means himself. I have been
  75. 2:57collaborating with the Arkush platform
  76. 2:59for a very long time. I know that the
  77. 3:01owner of Arkush serves in the Armed
  78. 3:02Forces of Ukraine. I can only say good
  79. 3:05things about this platform, exclusively
  80. 3:07. And those screenshots that Vladyslav
  81. 3:10Hryshkevych posted on his social media
  82. 3:12pages, showing how he fights with
  83. 3:14everyone, nitpicks everything, and
  84. 3:16twists things around. I mean, he brings
  85. 3:19negativity upon himself, and then he
  86. 3:21accuses people of bullying him when
  87. 3:23they respond in the same manner. "They
  88. 3:25are bullying me, they are insulting me,
  89. 3:27" and all that. I looked at all of this
  90. 3:30and wondered what I should do.
  91. 3:32Accepting such a person into the
  92. 3:34contest threatens bad consequences, as
  93. 3:37there could be a lot of problems,
  94. 3:39because a contest involves evaluating
  95. 3:42work based on a scoring scale and votes
  96. 3:45. This person is confrontational; he
  97. 3:47might disagree with the scores he was
  98. 3:49given. There could be insults,
  99. 3:51arguments with other authors, with the
  100. 3:54audience, and with us as organizers and
  101. 3:56the jury. While I was thinking about
  102. 4:00this and consulting with my team on
  103. 4:02what to do, a heated discussion was
  104. 4:04meanwhile boiling in Telegram. Our
  105. 4:06admin Ruslan had already joined in. He
  106. 4:09is an active military serviceman. He
  107. 4:11tried to calm him down so he would stop
  108. 4:14arguing and writing such unpleasant
  109. 4:16things. Well, when you go to someone's
  110. 4:20house as a guest, please, behave
  111. 4:22politely and decently, or don't come at
  112. 4:24all; if you don't like anything, why
  113. 4:26did you even come here? I am looking at
  114. 4:30all of this, and I decide that we are
  115. 4:32ending our cooperation with Mr.
  116. 4:33Vladyslav right now, because if the
  117. 4:35degree of conflict and arguing is this
  118. 4:37high already, what will happen next? So
  119. 4:41, I write to him that his participation
  120. 4:44in the contest is denied. We are not
  121. 4:46accepting your work, goodbye. I block
  122. 4:49him on Telegram so he won't write to me
  123. 4:51anymore, because there is no point in
  124. 4:53talking to this person; you tell him
  125. 4:55one thing, he twists everything and
  126. 4:57says something completely different
  127. 4:58back to you. In short, we blocked him,
  128. 5:01removed his work from the list, and
  129. 5:04went on to mind our own business.
  130. 5:07Literally the next day, Vladyslav [
  131. 5:10posted] on a platform with a small
  132. 5:15number of followers, namely AWS, a
  133. 5:17little article about us. You could only
  134. 5:21call it an "article" with a huge
  135. 5:22stretch, because what he wrote there—
  136. 5:24I cannot show you screenshots here,
  137. 5:26because that would be a formal pretext
  138. 5:28for him to complain to YouTube about
  139. 5:30this video to get it deleted, claiming
  140. 5:32we are using his written work without
  141. 5:34his consent. There is such a loophole
  142. 5:36in the YouTube rules, and he could use
  143. 5:38it. And so I will not provide
  144. 5:40screenshots here, and I certainly
  145. 5:41won’t read anything out, because I
  146. 5:43find it disgusting to read. All the
  147. 5:44original sources are saved in my
  148. 5:46Telegram. For those who aren’t on
  149. 5:47Telegram, please reach out. If you are
  150. 5:49really, well, interested, I will
  151. 5:50provide everything to you. He openly
  152. 5:54mocked me there, my appearance, my
  153. 5:56vision impairment, and even my age. As
  154. 5:59if he himself will never be older. He
  155. 6:02will be forever young and drunk, as
  156. 6:04they say. He mocked our admin Ruslan, a
  157. 6:07service member. He mocked his injuries.
  158. 6:10Well, in particular, Mr. Ruslan said
  159. 6:12that he has a concussion, and he called
  160. 6:14him a "concussed one." I will not
  161. 6:16repeat that word. In short, if you want
  162. 6:18, you can ask me, and I will tell you,
  163. 6:20because that article has been deleted
  164. 6:22now. But I have saved the screenshots.
  165. 6:25There was so much, well, just such
  166. 6:27filth and profanity there. It is simply
  167. 6:31beyond the pale. Well, how he turned
  168. 6:34his rich inner world inside out, and
  169. 6:36all his writing talent, if he even has
  170. 6:38any, of course, he poured it all out
  171. 6:40there. It really came from the soul. On
  172. 6:45that Anyos platform, there were later a
  173. 6:47few more articles about our contest,
  174. 6:49and about everyone, everyone, everyone,
  175. 6:51and about the admins, and that we are
  176. 6:52all, every one of us, siblings here.
  177. 6:55That I am the head toad here, and
  178. 6:56everyone around me serves me. Well, in
  179. 6:57short, something like that. He made it
  180. 6:59up and wrote it all down. It was very
  181. 7:02unpleasant. I posted it on Telegram,
  182. 7:04and people there were also in shock.
  183. 7:08And after some time, we managed to
  184. 7:10contact the management of the Anyos
  185. 7:12platform. To show them what kind of
  186. 7:15lawlessness is actually happening there
  187. 7:17. And they deleted this post, well,
  188. 7:19forced him to delete it, and changed
  189. 7:21their rules. They took certain measures
  190. 7:23, but I still consider it insufficient,
  191. 7:25because they should have just blocked
  192. 7:26him. But that is their business. I
  193. 7:29won’t be dictating any advice here.
  194. 7:32Well, it seems the story ended; yes, it
  195. 7:33was unpleasant, yes, all sorts of
  196. 7:35things happen. And it seems like we
  197. 7:37forgot about it all and went on living
  198. 7:40our lives. Somewhere around September,
  199. 7:44I voiced a story by Serhiy Klemin. It
  200. 7:46was called "The Package." He wrote it
  201. 7:48himself and offered it to me for
  202. 7:50voice-over. This is not our first joint
  203. 7:52work. We have been collaborating for a
  204. 7:53long time. I voice his stories.
  205. 7:54Everything between us was, so to speak,
  206. 7:56going well. And I voiced this story as
  207. 7:59well. It was about a photograph of four
  208. 8:02friends, three of whom died in a plane
  209. 8:04crash. And well, one remained. He
  210. 8:07received this photograph, which was
  211. 8:08taken, well, in the last minutes of
  212. 8:10their lives, you know, before boarding
  213. 8:12the plane. And then all those friends
  214. 8:14who had died began to come to life and
  215. 8:16step out of the photograph. Well,
  216. 8:18it’s a fairly well-known plot; there
  217. 8:20are many similar stories in literature
  218. 8:22about cameras and photographs from
  219. 8:23which some dead people would emerge,
  220. 8:25followed by something terrible.
  221. 8:27Actually, there are quite a few.
  222. 8:28Stephen King alone has several works,
  223. 8:31well, on this theme. Many people write
  224. 8:33about this. But, well, Mr. Vladyslav,
  225. 8:37who previously accused Arkush of
  226. 8:39stealing his works, also accused the
  227. 8:41platform Booknet of, supposedly,
  228. 8:43stealing something from him too. Well,
  229. 8:46because there was a story with a
  230. 8:47contest on Booknet as well. He
  231. 8:50disagreed with the criticism, was
  232. 8:51deeply offended that he was criticized,
  233. 8:53and believed that they were bad, they
  234. 8:55criticized me, they stole my work. And
  235. 8:59when he heard this voice-over of mine
  236. 9:01for Serhiy Klemin, I am sure that he
  237. 9:03was tracking every one of my works and
  238. 9:05saw a similarity. Well, because where
  239. 9:07else would he even know about it? Only
  240. 9:09from my channel. He started accusing me
  241. 9:13of stealing his idea, writing a work—
  242. 9:16well, Serhiy Klemin wrote it and it was
  243. 9:19voiced. He began writing that it was,
  244. 9:22how did it sound, some sort of
  245. 9:24primitive plagiarism, or something like
  246. 9:27that he kept writing. Literally under
  247. 9:30every comment he spammed this phrase,
  248. 9:31that it was plagiarism, well, under
  249. 9:33Serhiy Klemin's video. I blocked him
  250. 9:35along with his comments. I just smiled
  251. 9:38to myself quietly. I thought, well,
  252. 9:40people have different perceptions, what
  253. 9:42can you do. But Mr. Vladyslav
  254. 9:44Hryshkevych did not stop at writing
  255. 9:47comments under my video. He started
  256. 9:50writing about the alleged plagiarism on
  257. 9:52his social media. It was quite strange
  258. 9:55to read all of this. I thought, let the
  259. 9:57person write if they want to. That's
  260. 9:58what he thinks; well, some people think
  261. 9:59they are Napoleon, and some people
  262. 10:01think their work was stolen. Well,
  263. 10:03there are different, you know,
  264. 10:04hallucinations that people have. I
  265. 10:06didn't even give it any serious
  266. 10:07consideration. I have plenty of other
  267. 10:09things to do, lots of work for the
  268. 10:10contest, and outside the contest. Well,
  269. 10:12in general, there is just no time for
  270. 10:15this, for digging into this, so to
  271. 10:17speak, unpleasant, brown sludge. But I
  272. 10:21wake up in the morning and see an email
  273. 10:23from YouTube the next day that a strike
  274. 10:25is hitting my channel, that someone,
  275. 10:27Vladyslav Hryshkevych, filed a strike
  276. 10:29against the channel. A strike is a
  277. 10:32copyright complaint, for those who
  278. 10:33don't know. And my video by author
  279. 10:37Serhiy Klemin was removed from YouTube.
  280. 10:41I am just in shock, how is this
  281. 10:42possible? How is he not the author? He,
  282. 10:45well, cannot prove his authorship. He
  283. 10:47shouldn't be able to, at least. I
  284. 10:50started looking into what was happening
  285. 10:53and what could be done about it. Well,
  286. 10:56according to YouTube rules, anyone
  287. 10:57running a channel knows about strikes.
  288. 11:00First of all, if you get three, the
  289. 11:01channel is simply deleted. It’s an
  290. 11:04unpleasant situation on its own, even
  291. 11:08one is unpleasant, but considering
  292. 11:11it’s completely unfair and has no
  293. 11:14basis whatsoever. There were two
  294. 11:18options: either contact the person who
  295. 11:21issued the strike and try to resolve it
  296. 11:23peacefully. Well, that was certainly
  297. 11:25not our option. That was immediately
  298. 11:28off the table. Or, file a so-called
  299. 11:30counter-notification. Where you explain
  300. 11:34why this strike is not, so to speak,
  301. 11:37valid or justified. YouTube reviews
  302. 11:39this counter-notification manually, as
  303. 11:41far as I understood. And if they deem
  304. 11:45it fair, they forward it to the person
  305. 11:48who issued the strike, in our case
  306. 11:50Hryshkevych, and give them 10 business
  307. 11:53days to sue over this whole situation.
  308. 11:58Because YouTube itself, like Google,
  309. 12:00does not deal with plagiarism cases, as
  310. 12:02it is not within their competence to
  311. 12:03prove who stole an idea from whom. It
  312. 12:06needs to be handled by specially
  313. 12:08trained people, so to speak, special
  314. 12:09experts. In parallel with this strike,
  315. 12:13when I received it, I saw on
  316. 12:15Hryshkevych’s page that he was
  317. 12:17sending out letters to everyone
  318. 12:19literally—publishers, literary groups
  319. 12:22, including my partners, people I work
  320. 12:24with—claiming that Serhiy Klemin and
  321. 12:27the "Strashno Tsikavo" channel are
  322. 12:29engaged in plagiarism, distributing
  323. 12:32stolen works, counterfeit items, and so
  324. 12:34on. It should be said that Hryshkevych
  325. 12:38has a secondary legal education and
  326. 12:40knows how to draft legal letters. And
  327. 12:43at first glance, it might seem that he
  328. 12:45is a lawyer. He writes himself that he
  329. 12:47is a lawyer, but that is not actually
  330. 12:49the case, because having a diploma from
  331. 12:51a legal college doesn't make one a
  332. 12:52lawyer. That’s right. I later showed
  333. 12:56his letters to an acquaintance of mine,
  334. 12:58a lawyer and attorney with many years
  335. 13:00of experience. He said that every job
  336. 13:03has a so-called professional touch,
  337. 13:06some kind of experience. You can see
  338. 13:08that experience in every piece of work,
  339. 13:11nuances that only professionals know.
  340. 13:13And Mr. Hryshkevych has zero experience
  341. 13:15. Big and round zero. He is just a
  342. 13:17student who finished a law college. He
  343. 13:21has no work experience as a lawyer, no
  344. 13:23practical experience whatsoever. But
  345. 13:25people who are not in the loop, who
  346. 13:27don't know all these nuances, well,
  347. 13:29perhaps it makes a terrifying
  348. 13:31impression on some, that you are being
  349. 13:33threatened with criminal code articles.
  350. 13:36They address you in such formal
  351. 13:38language. When I received this strike,
  352. 13:40I posted the MP3 version of Serhiy
  353. 13:42Klemin's story on Telegram and said
  354. 13:43that anyone who hadn't listened yet
  355. 13:45could listen there. For now, the video
  356. 13:47is deleted, but it will be restored in
  357. 13:4910 business days. This angered Mr.
  358. 13:52Vladyslav very, very much. He wrote me
  359. 13:55an official warning with threats and
  360. 13:58ultimatums, demanding that I delete
  361. 14:00this work from Telegram and all
  362. 14:03platforms under my control, otherwise
  363. 14:05he would turn to the cyber police, the
  364. 14:08court, and I would have to pay him
  365. 14:11moral damages. He gave me 24 hours to
  366. 14:14do it. Well, I laughed at it, again,
  367. 14:18because, well, what court, what cyber
  368. 14:20police, what are you even talking about
  369. 14:23? And also, he started writing letters
  370. 14:26to all publishers, all my partners, and
  371. 14:29my acquaintances, who then contacted me
  372. 14:31and said: "Ms. Kateryna, what is this
  373. 14:34strange letter that arrived, in which
  374. 14:36your name appears?" Well, I explain it
  375. 14:39to people, and they also grab their
  376. 14:40heads, saying: "Goodness, what is this?
  377. 14:42We have never seen anything like this."
  378. 14:45Well, I thank Mr. Vladyslav, because
  379. 14:47thanks to this situation he created, I
  380. 14:49renewed contacts with many people. Our
  381. 14:52professional connections have become
  382. 14:54stronger, I believe. This is, well, a
  383. 14:57bit of a bonus. I filed a
  384. 14:59counter-notification according to
  385. 15:01YouTube's rules. The basis of this
  386. 15:05appeal was the fact that Serhiy
  387. 15:07Klemin's work "The Parcel" was written
  388. 15:09before Vladyslav Hryshkevych's work "
  389. 15:12Polaroid." I turned to Serhiy Klemin,
  390. 15:16because he was also publicly accusing
  391. 15:18him, writing libel about him, and
  392. 15:20telling everyone that he was a pirate
  393. 15:22and a plagiarist. And Mr. Klemin sent
  394. 15:26me a link from January 19, 2026,
  395. 15:28meaning half a year before
  396. 15:30Hryshkevych's story appeared, Mr.
  397. 15:32Serhiy Klemin had posted it on the
  398. 15:35Blogger portal. Well, it's a portal
  399. 15:38from Google where you can create your
  400. 15:39own blogs and write your own posts
  401. 15:40there. It was in a slightly different
  402. 15:43edition, but it was still the story I
  403. 15:45had narrated. Well, it's obvious. You
  404. 15:47don't need to be an expert to
  405. 15:48understand that the story "The Parcel"
  406. 15:50was created half a year earlier than
  407. 15:52the story "Polaroid." Well, Mr. Serhiy
  408. 15:55also said that he has several friends
  409. 15:57and acquaintances who are witnesses and
  410. 15:59will confirm that they read the story "
  411. 16:01The Parcel" back in the winter of last
  412. 16:03year, at a time when no one had even
  413. 16:06heard of Vladyslav Hryshkevych. In my
  414. 16:09counter-notification to YouTube, I
  415. 16:11included this link and pointed out that
  416. 16:13it was published on January 19th, which
  417. 16:15is six months before Vladislav
  418. 16:16Grishkevich's story appeared. Therefore
  419. 16:19, Grishkevich cannot claim that we
  420. 16:21stole anything from him, because his
  421. 16:23work appeared later. By the way, he
  422. 16:25himself wrote that his story "Polaroid"
  423. 16:27was created specifically for the "
  424. 16:29Scarily Interesting" contest. And the "
  425. 16:32Scarily Interesting" contest started in
  426. 16:34July of '26, which is half a year later
  427. 16:36than when the post was published. So,
  428. 16:39it just doesn't add up. Not at all. I
  429. 16:41submitted this counter-appeal. It only
  430. 16:44went through on the third try, because
  431. 16:46YouTube, well, they don't always review
  432. 16:47them. To write such appeals so that
  433. 16:50they are successful. Even if you know
  434. 16:52you are right, you need to completely
  435. 16:54turn off your emotions and stick to
  436. 16:56facts, facts, dry facts. Otherwise, you
  437. 16:59might have problems, like I did, when
  438. 17:00they didn't even accept it the first
  439. 17:02time. But that’s another story. At
  440. 17:05the same time, while I was dealing with
  441. 17:06this appeal, while I was wasting my
  442. 17:08nerves, time, and energy on it instead
  443. 17:10of working on the channel, Mr. Serhiy
  444. 17:12Klemin was trying to talk to Vladislav
  445. 17:13Grishkevich to prove to him that his
  446. 17:15work was written earlier. He wrote him
  447. 17:19very polite letters, showing the HTML
  448. 17:22code of the page on Blogger, where it
  449. 17:24was visible—well, in the page code
  450. 17:27it's visible—that it was published in
  451. 17:30January '26. Well, he provided all
  452. 17:33kinds of technical proof that his work
  453. 17:34had been published earlier. And instead
  454. 17:38of admitting he was wrong or trying to
  455. 17:40engage in any kind of constructive
  456. 17:43dialogue, Vladislav Grishkevich
  457. 17:44publicly stated on his Facebook that we
  458. 17:47had falsified and forged the
  459. 17:49publication date of the post, and that
  460. 17:51it was actually published later. Bravo!
  461. 17:56But that’s not all he did. His next
  462. 18:00step was an attempt to remove the work
  463. 18:03published on the Blogger platform that
  464. 18:07belongs to Serhiy Klemin. He sent in
  465. 18:10that same little "piece of junk"
  466. 18:13complaint of his. I can't call it
  467. 18:15anything else, claiming that we had
  468. 18:17allegedly plagiarized him. I mean, he
  469. 18:19found arguments for why he even
  470. 18:21considered it plagiarism. He found, I
  471. 18:25think, six or eight similar plot points
  472. 18:28—that supposedly both his story and
  473. 18:31Klemin's are about a photograph, and
  474. 18:34both use the motif of a sick relative,
  475. 18:37only there it was a mother and here it
  476. 18:40was a wife. He found eight generally
  477. 18:43accepted plot tropes that are used in
  478. 18:45literature. Well, many authors use
  479. 18:48those. That cannot be considered
  480. 18:49plagiarism, because we all read things
  481. 18:51in our lives. Something influences us,
  482. 18:54our worldviews. And, well, this is not
  483. 18:57plagiarism, because in Clemin's work
  484. 18:59the events took place in an American
  485. 19:01setting, while in Hryshkevych's, they
  486. 19:03were here in Ukraine. Well, it's all
  487. 19:05completely different; yes, there are
  488. 19:07some similarities, of course, but there
  489. 19:09is much more that is different. And the
  490. 19:12most interesting thing is that this
  491. 19:14post, with which he supposedly proved
  492. 19:17that we stole his story, was a text he
  493. 19:19most likely generated in ChatGPT by
  494. 19:22giving it such a task: "Here we have
  495. 19:24two works. One is mine, and one is not.
  496. 19:28Prove that my work was stolen." And if
  497. 19:31you give ChatGPT such a task, it will,
  498. 19:33of course, play along with you. It will
  499. 19:36find you 28 common features because its
  500. 19:38task is to play along and flatter the
  501. 19:40person. Well, I work with it a lot
  502. 19:43myself. And everyone who works with
  503. 19:45ChatGPT asks it questions and
  504. 19:47communicates with it. Well, you
  505. 19:49probably know that if you give it the
  506. 19:51task: "Oh, find evidence that I was
  507. 19:53stolen from," well, it will find it.
  508. 19:57For fun, my team and I even gave it the
  509. 19:59task of finding commonalities between a
  510. 20:02fan and a human heart. And imagine, it
  511. 20:06found them; there were such twists that
  512. 20:08the human brain wouldn't even think of.
  513. 20:10These are just generated common
  514. 20:12features that don't prove the existence
  515. 20:15of plagiarism at all. But,
  516. 20:17unfortunately, he fed this, well, this
  517. 20:20artificial text written by a robot. He
  518. 20:24fed it to another robot built into
  519. 20:26YouTube, the same one built into Google
  520. 20:28. And this robot, of course, swallowed
  521. 20:31it and decided that we had plagiarized
  522. 20:34his work. Well, I don't see any other
  523. 20:36explanation. This is not an expert
  524. 20:39opinion. And the fact that he wrote
  525. 20:42there that it's a verdict from Google,
  526. 20:44that even Google admitted my work was
  527. 20:46plagiarized. That is proof. That is not
  528. 20:48proof at all. It's just that the robot
  529. 20:50made a mistake. Robots often make
  530. 20:52mistakes. This happens everywhere all
  531. 20:54the time. Well, there is a lot of it.
  532. 20:57And when I personally wrote the appeal,
  533. 20:59a person must have read it there and
  534. 21:01seen it, because they didn't accept it
  535. 21:03the first time; they were asking me
  536. 21:05some clarifying questions. And the
  537. 21:08person realized that there was no
  538. 21:10plagiarism, that the video was actually
  539. 21:12published six months earlier, and that
  540. 21:14closes all questions. And, of course,
  541. 21:17the strike on my channel was,
  542. 21:18fortunately, removed. And, well, the
  543. 21:22ten-day period began, which was granted
  544. 21:24to Mr. Hryshkevych to file a lawsuit,
  545. 21:26well, and provide proof of the legal
  546. 21:28action. If he had provided them, well,
  547. 21:30my video wouldn't have been deleted and
  548. 21:32the strike on the channel would have
  549. 21:33been reversed. But, of course, he has
  550. 21:35nothing to take to court. These aren't
  551. 21:37proofs; they are, well, so to speak,
  552. 21:40simply ridiculous. 10 days have passed,
  553. 21:44today my video was restored, and I
  554. 21:47didn't see any evidence for a court
  555. 21:49case. Instead, I saw massive defamation
  556. 21:53from Mr. Hryshkevych. He, well, damaged
  557. 21:56my reputation, and damaged Serhiy
  558. 21:58Klemin's reputation. He called everyone
  559. 22:02who supported Serhiy Klemin and me the
  560. 22:04worst names because Serhiy wrote a post
  561. 22:06on Facebook where he, well, shared his
  562. 22:08view on this situation. People
  563. 22:10supported him, and Mr. Hryshkevych
  564. 22:13screenshotted it all and posted it on
  565. 22:15his own page. As if a campaign of
  566. 22:17harassment had started against him.
  567. 22:20That he’s being bullied, that he’s
  568. 22:22being insulted. Well, once again, this
  569. 22:24same old song, our song is good and new
  570. 22:27, let's start it all over: if you can't
  571. 22:29, well, somehow refute the evidence,
  572. 22:31you start playing the victim, claiming
  573. 22:33everyone around is bad. He has used
  574. 22:35this not once, not twice, and not three
  575. 22:38times. Well, this scenario is getting a
  576. 22:40bit tiresome. I want him to change the
  577. 22:42record a little, well, to start
  578. 22:44learning something. I thought for a
  579. 22:46long time whether or not to tell you
  580. 22:49this story. Well, because, as they say,
  581. 22:52don't stir the pot and it won't stink.
  582. 22:55I know that after this video, there
  583. 22:57will be 500 more episodes on his
  584. 22:59Facebook page about me—how bad I am,
  585. 23:01how old and cross-eyed I am, whatever
  586. 23:03else he’s said about me and everyone
  587. 23:05around me. I know it will happen. Well,
  588. 23:08he’s only giving himself bad
  589. 23:09publicity with this. If he still hasn't
  590. 23:11realized this and it hasn't dawned on
  591. 23:12him yet, then let me give you a hint.
  592. 23:15You are giving yourself bad publicity;
  593. 23:17no one will work with you, and they
  594. 23:20already aren't. Not because you're so
  595. 23:22talented, exceptional, and everyone is
  596. 23:24afraid of your competition, but because
  597. 23:26people go to your page, see all this,
  598. 23:28and don't want to get involved with you
  599. 23:30. Well, just a little hint, don't
  600. 23:33mention it. Well, just so you
  601. 23:35understand the level of cynicism and
  602. 23:38such insolence. Well, I can't even find
  603. 23:41the words for this person. Well, now he
  604. 23:44is trying, well, so to speak, to become
  605. 23:46famous, to push his name using war
  606. 23:48topics. He writes stories about the war
  607. 23:51, such touching, tear-jerking ones.
  608. 23:54Well, or ChatGPT writes them for him: "
  609. 23:55There are different options." I mean,
  610. 23:57he insulted our soldier, calling him
  611. 24:00the worst names. There is proof of this
  612. 24:02. And then he writes little stories
  613. 24:07about the war to touch people's hearts,
  614. 24:10to, so to speak, sway them so they’d
  615. 24:13sympathize with him or take his side. "
  616. 24:17Look how good I am, I write about
  617. 24:18soldiers, about the war, about how
  618. 24:20terrible it all is." In other words,
  619. 24:24it's a cheap manipulation of a painful
  620. 24:27topic that resonates with many people,
  621. 24:30while he himself calls soldiers names
  622. 24:33and mocks their trauma. Again, I have
  623. 24:37all the proof. I just don't want to
  624. 24:38publish it here. I repeat, I can
  625. 24:41forgive and understand many things in
  626. 24:43life, but what I hate most in people is
  627. 24:45hypocrisy. When you pretend to be
  628. 24:49something you're not at all, it's
  629. 24:51always infuriated and disgusted me,
  630. 24:53ever since I was a child. Well, right
  631. 24:57now, unfortunately, many people use the
  632. 25:00topic of war and patriotism to somehow
  633. 25:02whitewash themselves. And it works very
  634. 25:06well because everyone is traumatized
  635. 25:08and emotional. Everyone has various
  636. 25:11traumas from the war, and yet there are
  637. 25:13scumbags who take advantage of this,
  638. 25:15writing little stories about the war
  639. 25:17while calling soldiers the worst names.
  640. 25:20And when I see this person submitting
  641. 25:22stories about the war, or stray animals
  642. 25:24, or whatever else he dreams up to
  643. 25:26contests, well, you don't even need to
  644. 25:28think. You just throw a prompt into
  645. 25:31ChatGPT: "Come up with 10 heartbreaking
  646. 25:33topics so people will cry." And it will
  647. 25:36come up with them, and it will do a
  648. 25:37decent job. And it will seem like you
  649. 25:39came up with it and lived through it
  650. 25:41yourself. He's using this right now.
  651. 25:44And that is why I urge you to share
  652. 25:46this video as widely as possible,
  653. 25:49everywhere you can, so that people know
  654. 25:51what is really inside this person and
  655. 25:54what is behind his tear-jerking war
  656. 25:56stories. I am recording this video
  657. 26:00because the problem is actually much
  658. 26:02broader than just this story. Well,
  659. 26:05first of all, it lies in the fact that
  660. 26:07I want to warn people against working
  661. 26:09with this individual. He will create
  662. 26:12problems for you. He has created
  663. 26:14problems and scandals for others, not
  664. 26:16just me. There were many other
  665. 26:19situations where he tried to submit his
  666. 26:22work somewhere. Something wouldn't
  667. 26:25please him, and then everyone else was
  668. 26:26the villain. But even that is not the
  669. 26:29most important problem I see in this
  670. 26:31situation. The next problem is a
  671. 26:34massive loophole. I believe it's a
  672. 26:38loophole, a flaw in YouTube, that you
  673. 26:40can get offended by a channel, generate
  674. 26:43some nonsense, fabricate plagiarism
  675. 26:46accusations, and file it as a copyright
  676. 26:48strike against a channel. I’ve looked
  677. 26:51it up, and such cases exist. I am not
  678. 26:53the only one who has suffered like this
  679. 26:55. There are other channels that have
  680. 26:57had, well, strikes manufactured against
  681. 26:59them specifically for various reasons.
  682. 27:01Whether it's some kind of haters or who
  683. 27:02knows who. And so I am addressing those
  684. 27:05who have YouTube channels, especially
  685. 27:07popular ones. Be careful, because when
  686. 27:10you work with a large number of people,
  687. 27:13when a large audience gathers around
  688. 27:15you, of course, the probability
  689. 27:16increases that some bad person will be
  690. 27:19found who, for one reason or another,
  691. 27:21wants to harm you. And to make sure
  692. 27:24they don't take advantage of this
  693. 27:25loophole that, unfortunately, exists on
  694. 27:27YouTube. Yes, you will beat the strike,
  695. 27:30but it will cost you nerves, time, and
  696. 27:33resources that you would prefer to
  697. 27:36direct toward something more useful and
  698. 27:39necessary. But unfortunately, you have
  699. 27:42to spend it proving that you're
  700. 27:44innocent, writing these appeals, these
  701. 27:46letters, and enduring this endless
  702. 27:48correspondence, because on YouTube, it
  703. 27:50is very difficult to reach a real
  704. 27:52person. Everything there is automated,
  705. 27:55everything happens through these chains
  706. 27:58. Well, it's difficult. But the
  707. 28:00procedure provided for false strikes
  708. 28:03does exist, even if it is unpleasant.
  709. 28:05Still, I think we somehow need to
  710. 28:08protect ourselves from this, be
  711. 28:10cautious, and at least know that such
  712. 28:12things are possible. I am telling you
  713. 28:15this story, dear colleagues, so that
  714. 28:16you know how things can happen. And
  715. 28:19finally, I would like to end with a
  716. 28:22rhetorical thought that when a person
  717. 28:24with a not-quite-healthy psyche—I'm
  718. 28:27not a psychiatrist, but people who saw
  719. 28:30this behavior were unanimous in saying
  720. 28:32that something is not right there. And
  721. 28:36when you give such a person freedom or
  722. 28:39any influence, well, firstly, a Putin
  723. 28:41can grow out of such a person. Let's be
  724. 28:44honest, he probably also once imagined
  725. 28:46something in his head, that Ukraine
  726. 28:48doesn't exist and that Lenin invented
  727. 28:51it, and started a little war. I think
  728. 28:54that, fortunately, Grishkevich does not
  729. 28:56have such influence, so to speak, or
  730. 28:59such opportunities, because most likely
  731. 29:01he doesn't even work; a person who has
  732. 29:03a job simply doesn't have the time to
  733. 29:06engage in such nonsense. But he thinks
  734. 29:09he is a writer, a great artist, a
  735. 29:12lawyer. He wants to stroke his ego so
  736. 29:14that it grows. In what way? Well, by
  737. 29:17saying that I was stolen from. Look at
  738. 29:19what a scandal, how they dared. They
  739. 29:22stole from someone as talented as me.
  740. 29:24And he looks, and this post of his was
  741. 29:27read not by five people as usual, but
  742. 29:29by ten. Quite the "successful success."
  743. 29:32That's it. Then let's do it again.
  744. 29:34Stolen again, stolen again. He’s just
  745. 29:36so talented, and they keep stealing
  746. 29:37from him. Yes, everyone. Because they
  747. 29:39can’t do anything themselves, they
  748. 29:40only steal from him. I suggest changing
  749. 29:42the record, because this is becoming
  750. 29:44uninteresting and predictable. But I,
  751. 29:47well, I would like to end with a
  752. 29:49different thought. If you give such
  753. 29:52people a free internet, a sense of
  754. 29:55impunity to do whatever they want
  755. 29:58online, well, it can create these kinds
  756. 30:01of problems. Of course, it’s good
  757. 30:03that he doesn’t walk the streets
  758. 30:05attacking people, but instead does his
  759. 30:06nasty deeds online. Well, better that
  760. 30:08than if he were walking about. But
  761. 30:10still, it is unpleasant. And I
  762. 30:12emphasize once again: be careful. All
  763. 30:14of you who collaborate with him, or
  764. 30:16might collaborate. Be careful. I ask
  765. 30:20you to share this video on social media
  766. 30:22, distribute it as much as possible so
  767. 30:25it reaches the largest number of
  768. 30:27writers, owners of literary platforms,
  769. 30:30those who organize contests, various
  770. 30:32activities, and so on. YouTube
  771. 30:35narrators. Again, please, I am begging
  772. 30:37you, do not take his works for
  773. 30:39voiceovers. You’ll record it, he
  774. 30:41won't like something, he’ll hit you
  775. 30:43with a strike, and you won’t be able
  776. 30:45to prove he gave you permission,
  777. 30:47because proving that legally is really
  778. 30:49difficult. A screenshot of him giving
  779. 30:51you something—that is not proof, by
  780. 30:53the way. Actually, that is the reason I
  781. 30:55turned him down back in the day,
  782. 30:57because I considered the possibility
  783. 30:59that if he didn't like something, he
  784. 31:01would complain about me later. But I
  785. 31:02could never have imagined that I would
  786. 31:04turn him down and he would still hit me
  787. 31:06with a strike. Well, that was simply
  788. 31:08beyond my wildest imagination. So
  789. 31:12that’s your bedtime story for the
  790. 31:13night. I wish for you to never
  791. 31:16encounter such people. Be careful. I
  792. 31:20hope that this is the last such case.
  793. 31:23The first and last such case in my
  794. 31:26career. Take care of yourselves. Yeah.
