- 0:00With the release of Seedance 2.5 and
- 0:02Claude Code, I found a way that you can
- 0:04literally clone almost any YouTube
- 0:06channel, whether it's documentary,
- 0:08history, true crime, 2D animation, Pixar
- 0:11style, pretty much any channel like this
- 0:13that's getting millions of views and
- 0:14making money. And after hours of
- 0:16research, I found the perfect blueprint
- 0:18that you can use to start your own
- 0:20faceless YouTube automation channel in
- 0:22any niche. So, in this video, I'm going
- 0:24to walk you through the entire process
- 0:26step by step. I'll show you how to find
- 0:28YouTube channels that are actually
- 0:29making money. I'll show you which tools
- 0:31you need, where to get them, how many
- 0:33credits [music] we actually use on them,
- 0:35and how to automate as much of this
- 0:37process as possible so you can start
- 0:39cashing in on faceless YouTube
- 0:40automation today. Okay, so the first
- 0:43thing that you need to do is find a
- 0:45channel that you want to model. Now, I
- 0:47know a lot of you might be thinking that
- 0:48the best thing to do is replicate the
- 0:50biggest channel you know that you've
- 0:52been following for years. But actually,
- 0:54if your goal is to make money, we need
- 0:55to go deeper than that. Instead of
- 0:57looking at channels that blew up years
- 0:59ago, the best thing to do is to find a
- 1:01channel that's performing well now. You
- 1:03basically want to go and find channels
- 1:04like these that have blown up in the
- 1:06last 6 to 12 months. The reason for this
- 1:08is because these channels are what we
- 1:10call outlier channels, which means
- 1:12they're getting far more views than they
- 1:14have subscribers, showing that they're
- 1:16performing well now. And I went and did
- 1:18some of this research for you. I put a
- 1:20list of outlier channels in the
- 1:22description below that you can go
- 1:23through to find something that makes
- 1:25sense for you. The next thing you want
- 1:26to do is use a tool like Social Blade
- 1:28that is free or VidIQ that is paid, and
- 1:31you can actually see how much these
- 1:33channels are making. Like, for example,
- 1:34this channel that has 1.2 million
- 1:37followers from just 68 videos is a great
- 1:40outlier piece of inspo. I've noticed a
- 1:43lot of small channels like this are
- 1:45blowing up right now, so I'm making a
- 1:47full walk-through on this soon. Make
- 1:49sure you're subscribed. But for today's
- 1:50video, the style that I'm going to be
- 1:52replicating is this channel because I
- 1:54know a lot of you have asked for it, and
- 1:56it's very hard to figure out how they do
- 1:58this. Step one, setting up the system.
- 2:00First, we need to install Claude desktop
- 2:03from their website and log in. Once
- 2:04you're logged in, I want you to open the
- 2:06sidebar on the top left. We're going to
- 2:08see a few different modes in here.
- 2:09Claude code is the one that we want.
- 2:11This is the version that's actually
- 2:13going to work with the files on your
- 2:14computer, and it's basically going to be
- 2:16able to run things in the background
- 2:17fully automated like a YouTube
- 2:20automation channel. Now, we're going to
- 2:21plug in the engine that's actually going
- 2:23to generate the visuals for us. You're
- 2:25going to come over to Higgsfield, create
- 2:26an account, and then find the MCP and
- 2:29CLI section. Here, I want you to click
- 2:31CLI. Here, you will see this prompt
- 2:33given. All you got to do is copy and
- 2:35send this to Claude. Claude will run a
- 2:37few commands and ask for few
- 2:38permissions. Allow them all. That's it.
- 2:40Now, Claude code and Higgsfield are
- 2:42connected, and they're going to be able
- 2:43to work together for you. And this is
- 2:45what's going to turn the rest of this
- 2:46video into a copy and paste automation.
- 2:49Step two, adding brain and laying the
- 2:51foundation. Now, here's the brain that's
- 2:53going to make this entire system work.
- 2:54[music] This is the master prompt. I
- 2:56built this out for you so that Claude
- 2:58runs as an actual production pipeline.
- 3:01It's 11 stages in order from branding to
- 3:03thumbnails. Again, guys, all this is
- 3:05going to be in the description, so you
- 3:07can just follow along. You're going to
- 3:08copy it, and then paste it all over into
- 3:10Claude code and just send it. What this
- 3:12prompt does is basically turn Claude
- 3:14into a content engine for you. It knows
- 3:17how to take any channel, break down why
- 3:19it works, and then rebuild that style
- 3:21for you. As soon as you send the prompt,
- 3:23Claude is going to ask you one question.
- 3:25What channel do you want to replicate?
- 3:27So, now, we can just type in the channel
- 3:28name that we're replicating, and if you
- 3:30have the URL, that works, too. But,
- 3:32aside from just giving Claude the name,
- 3:33I've noticed that it works best if you
- 3:35actually describe the channel. So, I'm
- 3:37going to do that here. So, since we're
- 3:38replicating this channel that has
- 3:40millions of subscribers, we're going to
- 3:42describe it as documentary style channel
- 3:44that covers real events and historical
- 3:46stories using 3D visuals. And then, if
- 3:48you really want to take this to the next
- 3:50level, you're going to actually include
- 3:52screenshots from those channels. In
- 3:54fact, it's even better if you choose a
- 3:56few channels that are all in the same
- 3:57niche. So, I found a few more channels
- 3:59that are very similar, and then we're
- 4:00just going to drop these screenshots in,
- 4:02add our short description, and send it
- 4:04all into Claude code. So, when it comes
- 4:06to names, descriptions, and logos,
- 4:08Claude code can actually take care of
- 4:10all of that for you as well. For me, it
- 4:12came back with names like these, which
- 4:13honestly fit perfectly for what we're
- 4:15trying to do here. I'm going to go ahead
- 4:16and choose this one because I think it's
- 4:18the best fit for this channel. So, then
- 4:20you're just going to type next, and
- 4:21Claude is going to move you onto the
- 4:23next stage, which is scripting. This is
- 4:25a step that a lot of people skip, and
- 4:26it's exactly why their scripts end up
- 4:29sounding like AI, and sometimes get
- 4:31demonetized later on. If you want Claude
- 4:33to actually write scripts like the
- 4:34channel you're referencing, then you
- 4:36need to follow this process. So, here's
- 4:38what you're going to do. You're going to
- 4:39go over to the channels that you're
- 4:40modeling and open some of their most
- 4:41viral videos. Watch a bit of it so you
- 4:43understand the structure, and then
- 4:45scroll down to the description and click
- 4:47show transcript. I want you to select
- 4:49the entire thing, copy it, and paste it
- 4:51over to a Google Doc. [music] Then I
- 4:53want you to go do this for five more
- 4:55videos in the niche that have done well.
- 4:57And just a quick disclaimer before
- 4:58anyone gets weird in the comments, this
- 5:00video is educational. I'm not showing
- 5:02you how to copy anyone's scripts
- 5:04directly. Obviously, you don't want to
- 5:06do that because it won't work. That is
- 5:08copyright, and your channel will get
- 5:09deleted or demonetized immediately.
- 5:11Instead, what we want to do is study a
- 5:13winning format, the pacing, the
- 5:15structure, the visual language of a
- 5:17proven niche. It's the same thing that
- 5:19every screenwriter does for movies,
- 5:21every musician does for songs, and of
- 5:23course, every big YouTuber does this as
- 5:25well. That's why you see so many of your
- 5:27favorite YouTubers basically copying the
- 5:29same format that other YouTube videos
- 5:31have run that have been successful.
- 5:33We're going to take that and use it to
- 5:34build something that's completely
- 5:36original, our own story, our own script,
- 5:38our own visuals. So, once you have your
- 5:40transcripts, you're going to save them
- 5:42all into one PDF and upload that PDF
- 5:44into Claude code. I'm just going to type
- 5:46transcripts attach and click send. Now,
- 5:49Claude is reading through these scripts
- 5:51and pulling out the DNA, the hook
- 5:53structure, the tone, the cadence, the
- 5:55pacing, all the things that keep a
- 5:57viewer watching. And from this point on,
- 5:59all of the videos that it generates are
- 6:00going to follow that same exact pattern.
- 6:03Once Claude finishes analyzing these
- 6:05videos, it's going to ask you if you
- 6:07already have a video idea, as we don't
- 6:09have one, so we're going to say no. And
- 6:11if we read through the titles, I mean,
- 6:12these are directly on point. Now, we're
- 6:14going to pick the one we want to make,
- 6:15so I'm going to go with this one, just
- 6:17type the number and send it. Before
- 6:19scripting anything, Claude asks you how
- 6:22long do you want your video to be, so
- 6:24I'm going to say 10 minutes. [music] And
- 6:25then watch what happens when it starts
- 6:26writing. This is not some generic AI
- 6:29voice. It's following the exact cadence
- 6:31of the transcripts that we fed it, the
- 6:33structure's right, and the hooks land
- 6:34where they're supposed to. Now, think of
- 6:36yourself as a director here. I want you
- 6:38to read through this and see if
- 6:39something feels off. If it does, tell it
- 6:42now, because this works like a
- 6:43conversation. You can basically tweak
- 6:45this by just going back and forth a few
- 6:47times. And this is a big reason that I'm
- 6:49using Claude code for this instead of
- 6:51some Chat GPT chatbot. Basically, it
- 6:53doesn't choke on long outputs. You can
- 6:55actually push this to 4,000 words, and
- 6:57it's just going to keep writing for you.
- 6:59Anytime I use Chat GPT, it basically
- 7:01gives me way less words than I asked
- 7:03for, and it's really frustrating, and
- 7:05yeah, I kind of have a long history with
- 7:07Sam Altman, so that's a story for
- 7:09another time. But once you're happy with
- 7:11the script, you're just going to copy
- 7:12the finished script over into a Google
- 7:14Doc so you don't lose it, and then type
- 7:16next here. Step four, generating
- 7:18visuals. Now, we're at the visual image
- 7:20stage, [music] and this is going to work
- 7:21just like the transcripts did. Claude is
- 7:23going to need some references. So again,
- 7:25go back to the channels you're modeling
- 7:27and screenshot the kind of shots that
- 7:29you want, the characters, the lighting,
- 7:31the overall look. You're going to need
- 7:32at least five images for this to work
- 7:34well, so try to pick some of the best
- 7:36ones you can find. going to go ahead and
- 7:38describe the reference style, so I'm
- 7:40going to say these 3D stylized figure
- 7:42shots with dramatic lighting. I'm going
- 7:44to feed that to Claude so it does its
- 7:45best work. Now, Claude is going to study
- 7:48these frames and work out the visual DNA
- 7:50that we need. The lighting, the color
- 7:52grade, the camera angles, the whole
- 7:54aesthetic to make images like this for
- 7:56us. So, from now on, every image prompt
- 7:59that it writes is basically going to
- 8:00carry that baked in, which is going to
- 8:02keep our video looking consistent
- 8:04instead of a bunch of random shots that
- 8:05have no consistency. Now, I want you to
- 8:07type, I need prompts for my script. is
- 8:10one of my favorite parts of the entire
- 8:11blueprint. Claude's going to go back
- 8:13through your entire script and map out
- 8:15every single visual beat. That's going
- 8:17to be a visual for every moment of your
- 8:1910-minute-long video. No guessing, no
- 8:21trying to figure it out on the fly.
- 8:22Claude is doing all of that for you. We
- 8:24have a detailed image prompt for every
- 8:26scene, each one carrying out the full
- 8:28visual style, so every image looks the
- 8:30same. And again, this [music] is where
- 8:32Claude code absolutely crushes,
- 8:34especially when it comes to seed dance,
- 8:35because you can generate seven or 800 of
- 8:38these if you need to. Okay, so now we're
- 8:39moving into image generation, and this
- 8:41is where that Higgs Field connection
- 8:43that we set up at the start really pays
- 8:44off. Literally a few months ago, you
- 8:46would have had to gone into Higgs Field
- 8:48and prompt every single one of these
- 8:49yourself, but now Claude is going to do
- 8:52all of that for us at a very high level.
- 8:54The reason Higgs Field's the right
- 8:55engine for this is because everything is
- 8:57in one place. We have Nano Banana Pro
- 8:59for images, Seed Dance 2.5, which is
- 9:01insane for video, plus they have Seed
- 9:04Dream, Flux, Cling, they have everything
- 9:06you need in here. So, back in Claude
- 9:08code, instead of copying prompts
- 9:09anywhere, you're just going to tell it,
- 9:11generate all the images using Higgs
- 9:13Field skill, Nano Banana Pro, 16 by 9
- 9:15for YouTube. And as you can see, it's
- 9:17generating all of our scenes while I do
- 9:19absolutely nothing. So, after about 10
- 9:22minutes, we're going to check the
- 9:23results. We're going to head over to our
- 9:25Higgs Field account, click on to your
- 9:26[music] images, and wow, here they all
- 9:28are. So, just going through these, we
- 9:30can see that they're all the same style,
- 9:32the same world, and it really did a good
- 9:34job on that consistency element. Now,
- 9:36one thing to mention on quality control
- 9:38here, I want you to spot check. If you
- 9:40notice something that you don't like or
- 9:41that it missed, just tell Claude to
- 9:43regenerate scene 47 or whichever scene
- 9:45is missing, and it'll go ahead and redo
- 9:47that. Again, you're not actually doing
- 9:49this all yourself. All of this is
- 9:51automated if you do it right. And just
- 9:53in case the CLI setup was too much for
- 9:55you, the manual route still works, too.
- 9:57You're just going to copy each scene
- 9:59prompt from Claude, paste it over to
- 10:01your Higgsfield image generator under
- 10:03Nano Banana Pro 16 by 9, click generate,
- 10:06and you're going to get the same
- 10:06results. It's just a little bit slower,
- 10:08and it's more work for you. But
- 10:10honestly, the three commands from
- 10:11earlier are totally worth it. Makes
- 10:13everything automated, and I highly
- 10:14recommend it. Step five, animate with
- 10:16Seed Dance 2.5. This is the step that's
- 10:19going to bring this entire process to
- 10:21life. And again, Seed Dance 2.5 just
- 10:23released, and it is crazy. First, I want
- 10:26you to know that this step is optional.
- 10:28Some niches work perfectly fine with
- 10:30still images and almost no editing.
- 10:32Claude's going to ask if you want video
- 10:34prompts for your niche, so just say no
- 10:36and skip ahead if you don't need them.
- 10:37But for us, we do. And I want to show
- 10:39you how good Seed Dance 2.5 is. So for
- 10:42this, I'm going to say yes, and when you
- 10:44do, Claude is going to go back through
- 10:45the script and write animation prompts
- 10:47for each of the scenes. This is going to
- 10:49include camera movements, subject
- 10:51motion, atmosphere, and because it
- 10:53remembers the scene map, you get the
- 10:55same amount of prompts. And they're
- 10:56going to be numbered to match your
- 10:58images one to one, so there's nothing
- 11:00for you to figure out here. And again,
- 11:02this is why staying on one platform, aka
- 11:04Higgsfield, is going to make your life a
- 11:06lot easier. Still inside Higgsfield,
- 11:08we're going to switch over to the video
- 11:09generator and pick Seed Dance 2.5. This
- 11:12is ByteDance's newest video model, and
- 11:14it is the best one on the market by a
- 11:16landslide because it holds character
- 11:18consistency across shots, it handles
- 11:20camera motion cleanly, and you can feed
- 11:22it multiple references for a single
- 11:24generation. But I want to try to save
- 11:25you guys some credits here. You don't
- 11:27need to animate everything. Video
- 11:29generation burns credits faster than
- 11:31anything else does, and you definitely
- 11:33don't need video generation for every
- 11:35single one of your scenes. So, here I
- 11:37want you to go through your scene list
- 11:38and pick the ones that look the best and
- 11:40that need that motion in them. I'm going
- 11:42to choose between 15 and 30 of them to
- 11:44start. Then, it's the same play as the
- 11:46images. We're going to tell Claude to
- 11:47generate videos for all the scenes using
- 11:49the Higgs Field scale seed dance 2.5,
- 11:52and we're going to use each scene's
- 11:53image as the start frame for that video.
- 11:55Then, it's going to run the whole batch
- 11:57for you. But again, if you want to do it
- 11:58manually, all you're going to do is come
- 12:00over to Higgs Field's video generator,
- 12:02upload your image as the start frame,
- 12:04and then paste the matching animation
- 12:05prompt, and click generate. And while
- 12:07these are generating, I'm going to show
- 12:09you the first one, and oh my gosh, this
- 12:11is insane. I mean, the camera work,
- 12:14everything in this is wild. YouTube
- 12:16might be cooked. Movies, Netflix,
- 12:18everything might be cooked from this.
- 12:19This is crazy. Step six, thumbnails. And
- 12:22honestly, this might be one of the most
- 12:24immediately useful parts of this entire
- 12:26blueprint. We're going to use the same
- 12:28pattern as before. Claude needs
- 12:29references. Go to the model channels and
- 12:31screenshot some of their best performing
- 12:33thumbnails and upload like five of them.
- 12:35Next, I want you to type thumbnails
- 12:37attached and click send. Claude's going
- 12:39to basically reverse engineer their
- 12:41entire formula, the text treatment,
- 12:43where the subject sits, the lighting,
- 12:45and then it's going to give you a set of
- 12:47thumbnail concepts designed for your
- 12:49specific video. Look at that. The text
- 12:51is right, the contrast is right, and
- 12:53it's all perfect in size. This is an
- 12:55uploadable thumbnail with zero
- 12:57Photoshop. And I used to have to pay a
- 12:59lot for thumbnails, and it's just crazy
- 13:01that AI can do this now. If there's
- 13:03anything that you don't like, obviously,
- 13:04you're just going to tell Claude and
- 13:06Higgs Field what to change, ask for
- 13:08another concept, and iterate until it's
- 13:10right. Step seven, generate the
- 13:11voiceover for this video. We can stay
- 13:13inside of Higgs Field and use one of
- 13:15their voiceovers, or you can come over
- 13:17to 11 Labs. If you're inside of 11 Labs,
- 13:19I like using voice design because it
- 13:21actually creates a voice that sounds
- 13:23like what you want for this video. So,
- 13:25I'm just going to describe the voice
- 13:26that I want in this video, and then I'm
- 13:28going to click generate. And once I have
- 13:30one that I like, I'm just going to paste
- 13:31over the script that Claude gave us, and
- 13:33I'm going to have this entire voiceover
- 13:35generated for our video. And I've
- 13:37noticed that it really helps inside of
- 13:38Eleven Labs if you cut out the dead
- 13:40spaces in between the sentences. That
- 13:42way your video is punchy as possible.
- 13:45Step eight, editing. So, there's two
- 13:47things that we need to mention here.
- 13:48First are your assets. Right now, all
- 13:50the images and clips are live in
- 13:52Higgsfield servers, not your machine.
- 13:54So, inside of Claude Code, we're going
- 13:56to ask it to download everything
- 13:58locally, and we're going to name it each
- 14:00file by its actual scene number. And
- 14:02this is the move that's going to make
- 14:03your editing process extremely simple.
- 14:06You can pull up CapCut, Adobe Premiere,
- 14:08Final Cut, whatever you use for editing,
- 14:10and then you're just going to drag the
- 14:11file names in order from what Claude
- 14:14gave you. Now, when you're editing, you
- 14:15might want to add some captions or some
- 14:17transitions to just make things as
- 14:19smooth as possible. I've noticed that
- 14:21really works here. The last thing that
- 14:23we need to do is just paste over the
- 14:24voiceover. You probably also want to add
- 14:26some background music as these videos
- 14:28perform well with a song that matches
- 14:30the vibe of what's going on in the
- 14:32video. I've put some of my favorites in
- 14:34the description below for you, and let's
- 14:36check out what we actually made here.
- 14:38>> It's a Wednesday afternoon, July 15th,
- 14:412020. Somewhere in California, a Twitter
- 14:44employee is working from home. The
- 14:46pandemic has emptied the offices.
- 14:48Everyone is a face on a screen now.
- 14:51His phone rings. It's the IT help desk.
- 14:54There's a problem with the company's
- 14:56VPN, a known [music] issue. They've been
- 14:58fixing it all week.
- 14:59The voice on the line is calm and a
- 15:01little bored. Caller knows his name
- 15:03[music] and which team he's on.
- 15:06To fix the issue, caller walks him to a
- 15:08login page that [music] looks exactly
- 15:09like the one he uses every day. So, he
- 15:12types in his username, his password, and
- 15:15[music] his two-factor code.
- 15:17And just like that, he hands the keys to
- 15:19the loudest platform [music] on Earth to
- 15:21a stranger.
- 15:21>> That is so crazy. I just can't believe
- 15:24that AI is able to do this. I'm actually
- 15:26mind-blown. And if it says anything, I'm
- 15:29up at 5:11 in the morning because this
- 15:31is just blowing my mind and I can't
- 15:33sleep when this is happening. You now
- 15:35have a video that holds its own against
- 15:37some of these giant channels with
- 15:38massive production teams. And actually,
- 15:40let's zoom out for a sec and realize
- 15:42what just happened. Claude Code and Seed
- 15:44Dance 2.5 just put together an entire
- 15:47video for us. It handled the branding.
- 15:49It learned a proven style on YouTube
- 15:51that actually gets views. It wrote the
- 15:53script. It mapped out every scene. And
- 15:55then Higgs Field generated all the
- 15:57images and Seed Dance 2.5 put together
- 15:59every single video clip that we need to
- 16:01make an entire video. I'm going to drop
- 16:03the amount of credits that it took to
- 16:04make that 30-second sample so you can
- 16:06have an idea for how much this would
- 16:08cost. And I know not everyone has the
- 16:10money to create these videos with AI.
- 16:12But if you think about it, creating
- 16:13something like this used to take weeks,
- 16:15if not months, and be impossible for
- 16:17normal people like you and me. The fact
- 16:19that you can do all this in less than an
- 16:21hour using AI is crazy. Not to mention
- 16:24that starting almost any business does
- 16:26take money. Now, our last step in this
- 16:28video is actually uploading this onto
- 16:30YouTube. And here's what I'm going to do
- 16:31for you in this video. I'm not just
- 16:33going to tell you that this might work.
- 16:34I'm going to be uploading this and
- 16:36several other videos in other niches and
- 16:38showing you that this actually works.
- 16:40And sharing with you the amount of
- 16:41views, the retention, if it actually
- 16:43makes money, if it gets demonetized, all
- 16:46the things that show that this is an
- 16:47actual business. And if you haven't
- 16:49followed my channel for a long time,
- 16:51this channel actually started as an AI
- 16:53influencer. It's always been my voice,
- 16:55but at the beginning of this channel, I
- 16:57never showed my face. It was all an AI
- 16:59influencer. My point is, if I can do it,
- 17:01so can you. YouTube has changed my life
- 17:04in so many ways, and I know so many of
- 17:06you can do the same. All the master
- 17:07prompts are in the description below. I
- 17:09can't wait to see what you guys create.
- 17:11And with that, I will see you on the
- 17:13other side.
