2. 0:10internal knowledge today is Google
3. 0:11Drive. So this saves me hours of
4. 0:14searching and sifting through internal
5. 0:15documents to get the information that I
6. 0:17need. Access and user permissions are
7. 0:19set up and respected at the user level.
8. 0:21And file access is as always controlled
9. 0:24by the admin of your Google Drive. So
10. 0:26there's two ways to use this today. You
11. 0:28can either just ask a question that
12. 0:29would require the internal knowledge
13. 0:31search or you can click on the connector
14. 0:32button. So I'll drop a prompt in that
15. 0:34asks about our internal
16. 0:36project. Here I've asked chat GPT to get
17. 0:38me up to speed on a fictitious launch
18. 0:40which we called project Pixus
19. 0:42internally. Now because internal
20. 0:44knowledge pulls in real private company
21. 0:46data, we're using dummy information to
22. 0:47show you how anyone can really get up to
23. 0:49speed on a project. And while we hope
24. 0:51this demo gives you idea an idea of
25. 0:53what's possible, we believe the magic
26. 0:55moment here really hits when you try
27. 0:57this with your own company's data. So
28. 0:59you can see we have a quick
29. 1:01overview, a goals and value
30. 1:04proposition, launch status and
31. 1:09timeline. And yeah, in no time I have a
32. 1:12quick easy summary so I can get up to
33. 1:13speed. And what's really great is we
34. 1:15have these detailed citations from
35. 1:17internal knowledge. So I can verify the
36. 1:20information as I
37. 1:25go. And I can even click into those and
38. 1:27verify the contents of a file directly
39. 1:30in Google Drive.
40. 1:38And I can actually go ahead and take
41. 1:39this one step further and build a
42. 1:42project update to highlight some of our
43. 1:44key considerations based on existing
44. 1:46project documents. So I'll go ahead and
45. 1:48drop that problem in
46. 1:53here. And just like that, I have a
47. 1:56well-sighted comprehensive product
48. 1:58update.
