2. 0:03I'm going to show you how you can
3. 0:04collaborate and share with your team
4. 0:06Mosaic layers that you have imported or
5. 0:08made from scratch
6. 0:10collaboration and sharing helps you and
7. 0:12your teams use your Mosaic layers and to
8. 0:14share a central source of Truth so
9. 0:16everyone is literally on the same page
10. 0:18when doing your planning work or to
11. 0:20share your property sites and study
12. 0:21areas
13. 0:23if you already have a mosaic layer that
14. 0:25you want to share with a client of yours
15. 0:26or even a teammate Mosaic allows you do
16. 0:29this by creating a user group as the
17. 0:32administrator of a mosaic layer you have
18. 0:34created you can also determine who can
19. 0:36be in your user group to set up a user
20. 0:38group navigate to your personal
21. 0:40Administration section where your name
22. 0:42is and click on accounts and user groups
23. 0:45from here click on add user group and
24. 0:47give your user group a name and
25. 0:49description
26. 0:50once your user group has been set up you
27. 0:53can decide who should be in this group
28. 0:54put in the person's email and an
29. 0:57invitation will be sent to that person
30. 0:58to join the user group and they will
31. 1:00also be notified in Mosaic to join you
32. 1:03can add as many people as you want to be
33. 1:05in the user group who are also Mosaic
34. 1:07Pro users
35. 1:09to allocate your Mosaic layers to a user
36. 1:11group simply click on the three dots
37. 1:13next to a mosaic layer and add the user
38. 1:16group it really is that easy you can
39. 1:19edit your user group at any time by
40. 1:21going back into your Administration
41. 1:23section to remove or add people or even
42. 1:26transfer ownership of your Mosaic layer
43. 1:28to another administrator
