  13. 0:41vast less than a teaspoon of dry Anthrax
  14. 0:44a little bit about this amount this is
  15. 0:46just about the amount of teaspoon less
  16. 0:49than a teaspoonful of dry Anthrax and an
  17. 0:50envelope shut down the United States

  23. 1:04an amount just about this quantity that
  24. 1:06was inside of an envelope Iraq declared
  25. 1:098500 L of Anthrax but uncom estimates
  26. 1:13that Saddam Hussein could have produced
  27. 1:1425,000 liters if concentrated into this
  28. 1:17drive form this amount would be enough
  29. 1:19to fill tens upon tens upon tens upon
  30. 1:21tens upon tens upon tens of thousands of
  31. 1:23teaspoons and Saddam Hussein has not
  32. 1:25verifiably accounted for even one
  33. 1:27teaspoon full of this deadly material
  34. 1:30and that is my third point and it is key
  35. 1:34the Iraqis have never accounted for all
  36. 1:36of the biological weapons they admitted
  37. 1:38they had and we know they
  38. 1:41had they have never accounted for all
  39. 1:43the organic material used to make them
  40. 1:45and they have not accounted for many of
  41. 1:47the weapons filled with these agents
  42. 1:49such as there are 400 bombs this is
  43. 1:52evidence not conjecture this is true
  44. 1:56this is all well
  45. 1:58documented
  46. 2:02one of the most worrisome things that
  47. 2:04emerges from the thick intelligence file
  48. 2:06we have on IR Rock's biological weapons
  49. 2:08is the existence of mobile production
  50. 2:11facilities used to make biological
  51. 2:14agents let me take you inside the
  52. 2:16intelligence file and share with you
  53. 2:18what we know from eyewitness accounts we

  55. 2:22biological weapons factories on Wheels
  56. 2:24and on Rails and on Wheels and on Rails
  57. 2:26and on Wheels and on Rails on Wheels and
  58. 2:28rails
  59. 2:30the trucks and train cars are easily
  60. 2:32moved and are designed to evade
  61. 2:34detection by inspectors in a matter of
  62. 2:37months they can produce a quantity of
  63. 2:39biological poison equal to the entire
  64. 2:43amount that Iraq claimed to have
  65. 2:45produced in the Years prior to the Gulf
  66. 2:51War although Iraq's mobile production
  67. 2:54program began in the mid
  68. 2:551990s un inspectors at the time only had
  69. 2:59B hints of such such a
  70. 3:01program confirmation came later in the
  71. 3:04year
  72. 3:082000 The Source was an eyewitness an
  73. 3:10Iraqi chemical engineer who supervised
  74. 3:13one of these
  75. 3:14facilities he actually was present
  76. 3:17during biological agent production runs
  77. 3:20and he was also at the site when an
  78. 3:22accident occurred in
  79. 3:261998 12 technicians died from from
