- 0:07Hello, nice to meet you. Making the
- 0:09world righteous and warm, this is the 7
- 0:11th-anniversary special of Edaily TV, "
- 0:13Stock World Creation," with me,
- 0:15Seong-ryeol So. This is our third
- 0:17session today. I've moved to the main
- 0:21studio today. For the first two
- 0:24lectures, I was standing. Today, I've
- 0:26opened up the HTS, or the charts, for
- 0:29you all. I moved spots because I'm
- 0:32planning to reveal a secret tip. Now,
- 0:35for today’s third lecture. Actually,
- 0:38there isn’t one. It’s been an
- 0:40interval. Let’s jump right to the
- 0:42screen. I will give you an explanation.
- 0:45Moving to the screen now. In the
- 0:49investment opinions of brokerage firms,
- 0:52you only see "buy" and never "sell."
- 0:56That’s how it is. There are no "sell"
- 0:58ratings in brokerage firm investment
- 0:59reports. Only "buy" recommendations
- 1:02exist. I briefly mentioned this in my
- 1:05first lecture. This isn’t just
- 1:08something I said. It finally happened
- 1:10recently. During the national audit,
- 1:12Assemblyman Kim Sang-min of the Saenuri
- 1:14Party brought it up on the 15th. At the
- 1:16National Assembly's National Policy
- 1:17Committee audit of the Financial
- 1:18Services Commission on the 15th. He
- 1:22pointed out that among the 20,027
- 1:24corporate research reports issued by
- 1:27the five major brokerage firms—Daewoo
- 1:30, Woori, Samsung, Korea Investment, and
- 1:33Hyundai—over the last three years,
- 1:36there wasn’t a single "sell" rating.
- 1:41When I saw this, I was truly surprised.
- 1:44Usually, these kinds of issues are
- 1:46pointed out by the opposition party.
- 1:49I’m actually a fan of Assemblyman Kim
- 1:50Sang-min from the opposition party. Yes
- 1:52. But he went on to say something else.
- 1:55During the same period, yes. During
- 1:57that same period, foreign brokerage
- 1:59firms issued 2,122 reports. Out of
- 2:04those reports, 186 were "sell" ratings
- 2:07—what’s the percentage? It’s 8.8%
- 2:10. It’s 8%. Oh, really? In the reports
- 2:14issued by foreign brokerage firms,
- 2:17there are clearly "sell" ratings. So,
- 2:20for those of you who listened well
- 2:21during the first lecture, you probably
- 2:23understand what this means, right?
- 2:26Personally, Assemblyman Kim Sang-min is
- 2:29actually a bachelor. For those of you
- 2:32who don’t know much about him, seeing
- 2:34this made me feel really moved. If we
- 2:38had more lawmakers like him—there are
- 2:40300 members in the National Assembly—
- 2:43if even just over half were like him, I
- 2:46think our country would become a much
- 2:48healthier and cleaner place. I heard
- 2:51he’s getting married early next year.
- 2:54He’s marrying former KBS announcer
- 2:57Kim Kyung-ran. If you send me an
- 2:59invitation, I will definitely be there.
- 3:02Now, another interesting thing. He
- 3:04disclosed his assets, and it’s
- 3:06negative 6 million won. Does that mean
- 3:07he had no assets? Well, that’s not
- 3:09quite it. He had wealth, but he donated
- 3:10it to social charities and the like. He
- 3:12is truly an impressive member of our
- 3:14National Assembly. Wow, such people,
- 3:16though. When Saenuri Party member Kim
- 3:18Sang-min dared to point this out while
- 3:21having Financial Services Commission
- 3:23Chairman Shin Je-yoon seated before him
- 3:25. I thought, "Wow, this is how the
- 3:28world finally sets things right." But
- 3:30the surprising part is this. Now, I
- 3:31will put the screen up for you.
- 3:33Chairman Shin Je-yoon of the FSC said,
- 3:36"Oh, I see." That is what he said. He
- 3:38added that this wasn't just a thorn
- 3:40under the nail, but a much bigger thorn
- 3:42. He said he would implement measures
- 3:45for the sake of investor protection.
- 3:47That is what he said. But here, I have
- 3:50one question. And that is this. Who
- 3:53exactly does he mean by "investor
- 3:55protection"? Is it institutional
- 3:57investors? Or is it foreigners? The
- 3:59state? Other corporate entities? As far
- 4:01as I know, he seemed to be talking
- 4:02about implementing measures to protect
- 4:04individual investors. Isn't that what
- 4:06he meant? Right? Now, what did I say
- 4:07securities firms have? Right. They have
- 4:09research centers. Now, who do we call
- 4:11them? Analysts. And fund managers use
- 4:13those reports to—that's right. They
- 4:16buy and sell based on the stocks. I
- 4:18told you they move their own company
- 4:20funds and the entrusted funds you have
- 4:22deposited with them. However. The
- 4:25parliamentary audit has concluded.
- 4:27Since it was the 15th of last month.
- 4:29Even now, there is no news anywhere
- 4:31about what measures the commission has
- 4:34prepared. My dear Edaily family members
- 4:38. So. I tried calling them myself. To
- 4:42the financial authorities. And do you
- 4:43know what they said? They know the
- 4:45cause of the problem. Yes. They know
- 4:48the cause, but they said there is no
- 4:50clear countermeasure because it is a
- 4:52matter to be resolved by market
- 4:54autonomy. Ah, that is what they said.
- 4:57Right. I didn't actually call them
- 4:58myself. It was originally in an article
- 5:01. I am explaining it to you after
- 5:03reading the newspaper article. I am
- 5:05telling you this for those who haven't
- 5:07seen the article. They expressed
- 5:10difficulty, saying that the authorities
- 5:12cannot force the mandatory ratio of "
- 5:15sell" reports. As I mentioned in the
- 5:18first session, there is Samsung
- 5:20Electronics and the Hyundai Motor Group
- 5:22, and these two companies also operate
- 5:24securities firms, investment trusts,
- 5:26and insurance companies. So, I referred
- 5:29to these as institutional investors in
- 5:32the first session. My dear Edaily
- 5:34family members, individual investors, I
- 5:37too. Occasionally, I tell you things
- 5:39like this. I sometimes talk on air
- 5:43about small-cap, large-cap, and
- 5:45bottom-chart trading, regardless of the
- 5:48index. However. I noticed that I'm not
- 5:53the only one talking about this; if you
- 5:55look at newspapers or financial TV
- 5:56programs. It turns out I'm not the only
- 5:59one saying these things on stock market
- 6:01shows. So for today. This is a really
- 6:04fantastic broadcast for you all. This
- 6:07one hour today. If you stay tuned and
- 6:09watch this broadcast closely, you'll be
- 6:11able to realize, "Ah, that's what that
- 6:13means." Now, there is the word "life."
- 6:18You all know the word "life." Let me
- 6:21turn the screen now. The word "life"
- 6:24contains "if." So, I will mention this
- 6:29briefly again today, but with four
- 6:32candles, depending on what sits in the
- 6:35middle, there is an amazing technique
- 6:39called the "Life Technique" that helps
- 6:42you identify whether it's a bottom or a
- 6:46peak. So, life is, well, life. 3. "My
- 6:51life," that's it. But it has "if" in
- 6:54the middle. This means "what if." So,
- 6:58for your stock market life, the reason
- 7:00"if" is included is because, in our
- 7:03lives—in our stock trading lives—
- 7:05there is always potential. I want to
- 7:09tell you this. What I want to tell you
- 7:12all is this. It's something like this.
- 7:14There is no royal road to stock
- 7:18investment. There is a saying like that
- 7:20in stock market wisdom. There is no
- 7:21royal road to stock investment. What is
- 7:23a royal road? It's the path the king
- 7:25takes. The path the king takes is
- 7:27usually a smooth one. If the king is
- 7:29traveling, you wouldn't want there to
- 7:30be potholes or gravel on the road,
- 7:32right? Right? So, originally, well,
- 7:34these days, the royal road isn't
- 7:36exactly a smooth path. President Park
- 7:39Geun-hye's path is quite rough right
- 7:41now. Ah, and before that, President Roh
- 7:44Moo-hyun also mentioned that on a
- 7:45broadcast once. Right? Ah, the
- 7:47president's job is just shaky like that
- 7:49. But what I am saying is this. I mean
- 7:52that there is no smooth, easy path. The
- 7:55path of stock investment. There is no
- 7:57royal road. It is unknowable. And you
- 8:00must always spend your own time
- 8:02learning the theories. You also have to
- 8:05gain experience. Only by getting used
- 8:08to various scenarios can you never lose
- 8:11in the stock market. That way, you
- 8:15won't fall into reckless investments.
- 8:18It means you won't be swayed by others
- 8:20and suffer losses. We are in the age of
- 8:23information. Through various media like
- 8:26mobile texts or KakaoTalk, the
- 8:29information and stock tips pouring into
- 8:32your ears are like a flood. Whenever
- 8:35that happens, I will help you clearly
- 8:39determine whether this is a stock you
- 8:42should buy or one you should skip. So,
- 8:45the lecture for today is this. The
- 8:48title is, well, the 777 Chart. The
- 8:52chart we will work with today is this.
- 8:54I will be broadcasting on the topic of
- 8:57the 777 Chart. Let's take a quick look
- 8:59at the screen. Looking at this screen
- 9:01here. There are three colors for you to
- 9:03see. The first one is this. It is black
- 9:06. Black represents strong support.
- 9:10Black represents strong support, and
- 9:12then. The red line in the middle is
- 9:15what. We call a golden cross, right? I
- 9:18designate that as the gold line. Then.
- 9:22The blue line is naturally the dead
- 9:24line. You've been using 5, 10, 20, 60-
- 9:29day moving averages, setting the 5-day
- 9:32in red, the 20-day in blue or black, or
- 9:36whatever color you prefer to trade with
- 9:39, but you often set the 5-day to black
- 9:43and the 20-day to red, or vice versa.
- 9:47We will carefully examine that part
- 9:49today as well. So, what is the lecture
- 9:51content I will share with you today?
- 9:54Today is part 3; yes, if you want to
- 9:57systematically and sophisticatedly
- 10:00establish the principles of the stock
- 10:03market, please spend this hour with me.
- 10:08Shall we move to the next screen? This
- 10:10is the most important part. Now, don't
- 10:12be surprised, everyone. Was it three
- 10:14years ago? Or two years ago? I don't
- 10:18remember exactly, but I once gave a
- 10:21lecture to you all regarding the
- 10:24closing index figures 3714 and 2856. To
- 10:29our viewers and individual investors
- 10:31who have supported, loved, and
- 10:33cherished me, today I am finally
- 10:36revealing the details about this. I
- 10:39have been watching, too. I've been
- 10:42waiting to see when this era would come
- 10:44, when the stock market conditions
- 10:45would finally arrive in our country,
- 10:47and it turns out it will happen early
- 10:48next year, everyone. Now, if you add
- 10:52374 and 286 together. It becomes 108.
- 10:56Right? When you add them all up, you
- 10:58get the number 108, and I've labeled it
- 11:01with a percent sign below. If you look
- 11:04at the percentage, the content I've
- 11:06given you so far is. It's a percentage.
- 11:09Now. 108—this time, think of a
- 11:14baseball player. When a pitcher throws
- 11:17a ball, they grip the seams to throw it
- 11:19. Do you know how many seams there are?
- 11:21There are 108. And also. Do you like
- 11:23golf? I don't have the time for golf. I
- 11:26never learned it in the first place, so
- 11:29I can't play golf. Oh, and one more
- 11:30thing. There is something called a golf
- 11:33hole cup. Do you know that the hole cup
- 11:36is 108mm? It is 108mm. As for me. I
- 11:39prepared this today, but I don't play
- 11:42golf. I don't point fingers like this.
- 11:44Right? Why are you poking? You
- 11:46shouldn't be poking. Right? Now, let's
- 11:48see. Go back to the screen. We are
- 11:50going to learn this today and move on.
- 11:53Listen carefully. Citizens of South
- 11:55Korea watching this broadcast. From the
- 11:58beginning of next year. Starting early
- 12:01next year, the current price limit
- 12:04range. Will be adjusted upward from 15%
- 12:09to 30%. But what is surprising is. We
- 12:13have less than two months left in 2015
- 12:16for this part. Yet, I haven't seen any
- 12:21broadcast or newspaper talk about this
- 12:25seriously. I was surprised. In the past
- 12:29. It was 6%. This price limit, which
- 12:32was 6%in the past. Was gradually
- 12:36increased to the current 15%level. But
- 12:41now, this range is becoming 30%. For
- 12:45now, they say it will only apply to
- 12:48KOSPI early next year. The stock market
- 12:50, right? And for the KOSDAQ market,
- 12:52depending on the situation. They say
- 12:54they will decide whether to apply it
- 12:57later. Should we be happy about this,
- 12:59everyone? Or is it something to be
- 13:02worried about? For me. To be honest,
- 13:06the percentage is 30%. If the stock
- 13:10price starts and drops to the lower
- 13:11limit. And then goes to the upper limit
- 13:13. The maximum swing can be up to 60%.
- 13:18Now, as for me. Watching this
- 13:20administration closely. I'm surprised.
- 13:23In my opinion. This is my personal
- 13:24thought. Don't be surprised. The Park
- 13:26Geun-hye administration. Truly has an
- 13:28amazing policy. Sometimes when you read
- 13:32newspapers or media outlets. There are
- 13:36many critical views about the current
- 13:37administration. At first, it was about
- 13:39economic democratization and what
- 13:41creative economy is. Aren't they doing
- 13:42a creative stock thing? But they say
- 13:44those things. Economic revitalization,
- 13:48this is economic revitalization,
- 13:50everyone. Everyone, listen to me
- 13:53carefully. The truly amazing thing is.
- 13:57It is being discussed as part of
- 13:59measures to revitalize investment, but
- 14:02above all, safety nets or control
- 14:04devices need to be reinforced. Because
- 14:07if a disaster like America's Black
- 14:09Monday happens. It will have an
- 14:12irreparable and massive destructive
- 14:15power for our country's economy. If
- 14:18this happens. How many points will the
- 14:20stock price go to? My beloved Daily
- 14:22family, think about it. Do you know?
- 14:24There are investment caution stocks.
- 14:26And there are investment warning stocks
- 14:28. Nevertheless, if the stock price
- 14:30surges, trading is suspended for a day.
- 14:33But look closely at this. The stock
- 14:35price, I mean. Now, the 3714 2856
- 14:38figures, let me explain while looking
- 14:40at the screen. This is the most
- 14:43important part. Shall I explain while
- 14:45looking at this screen? It's 3%, 7%,
- 14:47and 14%. What is 14%? That's the upper
- 14:51limit. Wait, the upper limit is 15%,
- 14:53isn't it? No. The upper limit ends at
- 14:5714.56%, you see. If you cut 15%in half,
- 15:01what percentage is it? Right? It's 7.5%
- 15:05. Because 7.25 plus 0.5 is 15%. Shall I
- 15:09give you a problem? If you divide 7.5%
- 15:11in half, what percentage is it? One,
- 15:14two, three. Exactly. You don't know, do
- 15:17you? It's 3.75%. The secret lies right
- 15:22here. There is a secret here, so take a
- 15:25good look. 28%is 30%minus 2%. And also.
- 15:32It’s the amplitude. If it goes from
- 15:34the lower limit to the upper limit,
- 15:36it's 60%. Subtracting 4%. This is a
- 15:40matter you need to join me in
- 15:42considering very seriously. So, I dare
- 15:47to say this to you here today. If this
- 15:50is implemented next year. Where will
- 15:54the stock index go? 3,000 points? Well.
- 15:58Will it reach 4,000 points? I’m
- 16:00talking about the multiples here. Even
- 16:02if you just close your eyes and think
- 16:04like an elementary schooler. This is
- 16:07going to go up. Why? Because the market
- 16:09cap goes up. Right? Whether it's an
- 16:12investment caution or a warning. It
- 16:14increases by the multiple. Now, we call
- 16:16it BPS. We call this liquidation value.
- 16:18So, what is liquidation value? I run a
- 16:20chicken restaurant. I run it, then I
- 16:22quit. Why? Because I got a job. Then I
- 16:25settle everything. Pay the overdue rent
- 16:28, pay the delivery part-timer, and then
- 16:30the ingredients, the chicken, the chili
- 16:32paste, and the seasonings. After paying
- 16:35all that, I have some money left over.
- 16:39And the stock market is essentially.
- 16:43Since listed stocks were issued, we
- 16:46divide the remaining money by the
- 16:48current issued stocks. So, let's assume
- 16:53it's 1,000 won. Let's assume it's 1,000
- 16:56won. We call that BPS. And we represent
- 17:00this as a multiple. As a ratio. That's
- 17:03why we call it PBR. Back in '97 and '98
- 17:06, our KOSPI 200 stocks had a PBR of. 1
- 17:10time or 0.5 times. At that time,
- 17:13foreign investors bought in massively.
- 17:15They made a lot of money. But think
- 17:17about it carefully. Right now,
- 17:19developed markets. They say our country
- 17:21is currently undervalued. It is
- 17:22undervalued. Saying our stock market is
- 17:25undervalued means that when we
- 17:27calculate based on liquidation value,
- 17:29it's at the 1x level. So, if it rises 2
- 17:33or 2.5 times—for instance, assuming a
- 17:36BPS of 10,000 won—once it hits 20,000
- 17:39to 25,000 won. That's the peak. Take a
- 17:42good look. Entertainment or gaming
- 17:45stocks are a bit different. They can go
- 17:47up to seven times. They cost a lot of
- 17:48money. Developing just one game costs
- 17:51about 70 to 80 billion won. So if it
- 17:54fails, you're broke. If it succeeds,
- 17:56it's a jackpot. Just think about it.
- 17:58That's why they can go up to seven
- 18:00times. Now, the BPS you are all aware
- 18:03of—if you look at any stock, at that
- 18:06price range—which I'll explain next
- 18:09time—it goes to 2.5 times, meaning a
- 18:1210,000 won stock hits 25,000 or 30,000
- 18:15won, peaks, and then comes back down.
- 18:18And as it comes down, there are tons of
- 18:21stocks that have fallen below their BPS
- 18:24, trending downward to even 0.5. There
- 18:27are so many of them. So, what will
- 18:30happen next year? Moving forward. In
- 18:32developed markets. 2.5 times BPS is the
- 18:36floor. It doesn't go below that. If it
- 18:38falls below that, the company is likely
- 18:41facing delisting or some massive,
- 18:43hidden bad news we don't know about yet
- 18:45. Do you understand so far? But no
- 18:47matter how much I search through any
- 18:50broadcast or financial newspaper.
- 18:52Nothing about that is ever mentioned. I
- 18:55will state clearly through this
- 18:57broadcast. This Park Geun-hye
- 18:59administration. Starting next year. For
- 19:03the first time in our history of
- 19:06investing, we will see a market rally
- 19:09of this magnitude. Right? If you raise
- 19:16the daily limit to 30%, the investment
- 19:19warning or caution levels also double.
- 19:23Then naturally, the market cap
- 19:25increases. And if the market cap
- 19:27increases, the KOSPI index naturally
- 19:29goes up. So if you look at the recent
- 19:31trends. KOSPI has volatility, but
- 19:33KOSDAQ isn't moving, right? It's
- 19:37obvious. Because they say it won't be
- 19:38implemented for KOSDAQ until next year.
- 19:40But this is happening for the first
- 19:41time in 16 years, everyone. It's
- 19:44happening in 16 years. In any case, I
- 19:46welcome it. Regardless, who are the
- 19:49wealthy? They have accurate information
- 19:51and plenty of money. They. Well, I
- 19:54suppose patience is a virtue. Yes.
- 19:56Patience may be a virtue, but for
- 19:58individual investors. It is actually
- 20:00quite hard to hold on. It may involve
- 20:03risks, but on the flip side, you could
- 20:07hit a jackpot. I, to you, that message,
- 20:12yes. I really want to emphasize this
- 20:14point, so let me give you one more
- 20:16analogy. I’m a master of analogies,
- 20:18aren't I? Let's say I'm playing a game
- 20:19of Go-Stop at 100 won a point, right?
- 20:21Oh, really? This is suitable for
- 20:23broadcast. We play Go-Stop during the
- 20:25holidays, right? Right? While playing,
- 20:28my brother-in-law cornered me with a "
- 20:31pibak." He had 5 points. So how much is
- 20:33that? It's 1,000 won. But if I raise
- 20:37the stakes to 200 won. If he gets 5
- 20:41points, the penalty I pay becomes 2,000
- 20:44won. You understand, right? It's simple
- 20:47. As I mentioned earlier today, the
- 20:50chart I'm revealing to you is this.
- 20:52It’s called the 37 chart. I'll head
- 20:55into the HTS now to show you what that
- 20:57chart looks like. I will explain it to
- 21:00you carefully, one step at a time. Now.
- 21:04For those watching this broadcast,
- 21:05please stand up from your seats for a
- 21:07moment. Go to the kitchen or the break
- 21:10room and grab a cup of tea. I will be
- 21:14back in exactly 60 seconds. See you in
- 21:18a bit. Alright, everyone, from now on.
- 21:21I will go into the chart and explain it
- 21:24to you directly. Uh, You need to get
- 21:29smart. What I want to tell you all is
- 21:31this. You need to become smarter. For
- 21:34South Korea to survive. We need to be
- 21:37smarter. Individual investors, stay
- 21:39strong. Now, let's look at the screen.
- 21:41I will explain it to you. I’ll zoom
- 21:44in a bit, too. Let me explain. If you
- 21:48look over here. There is something
- 21:49called the 777 chart. I’m going to
- 21:52explain the 777 chart. As I do this
- 21:55broadcast today. What I’m using right
- 21:58now is this mouse. Double-click the
- 22:01left mouse button here. Just
- 22:03double-click it. You know what I mean?
- 22:06Double-click. Then right-click. You can
- 22:09just right-click. It’s not difficult.
- 22:12Now, with the HTS open. First, place
- 22:16your mouse over the candle and
- 22:18double-click. Then. When you place the
- 22:22mouse on the candle and double-click.
- 22:24You'll see a chart like this. This
- 22:27image appears after setting the price
- 22:29chart. If you look here, there’s "
- 22:31Fill Area," right? Yes, I currently
- 22:33have "Fill Area" unchecked. I’ll
- 22:35check the box to fill the area. I'll
- 22:37fill the area and then hit "Confirm."
- 22:40And then. You see the colors, right?
- 22:42The disadvantage here is this. You
- 22:46can't see the moving averages hidden
- 22:49behind it. That’s why I’m telling
- 22:53you this. Now, double-click again to
- 22:56uncheck "Fill Area." Click "Confirm"
- 22:59again, and you’ll get an image like
- 23:02this. So, I will zoom in and provide a
- 23:05detailed explanation. Now, right here.
- 23:08What I mentioned earlier is. I called
- 23:11this the branch line. And what is the
- 23:15red line? It’s the gold line. We call
- 23:18it the golden cross, right? The gold
- 23:19line. And the blue line is. What we
- 23:22call the dead line. Right? Now, this
- 23:25text here. I am writing this while
- 23:28moving my mouse cursor. It’s amazing.
- 23:31Now, pay close attention, everyone. We
- 23:33call it a golden cross. What a golden
- 23:36cross is, as you all know, let’s go
- 23:38over it. We have the 5-day moving
- 23:40average. Right? Then there is the 20-
- 23:43day moving average. When the 5-day
- 23:46moving average crosses the 20-day
- 23:48moving average and trends upward, we
- 23:51call that a golden cross. We consider
- 23:54this a prime opportunity to buy, so it
- 23:56is presented as a buy signal. That’s
- 23:59the point, but listen carefully. A 5-
- 24:02day moving average is, listen closely.
- 24:04Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday,
- 24:05Friday. Monday to Friday. There is no
- 24:07trading on Saturday and Sunday. None at
- 24:09all. Because the market is closed. So,
- 24:12a simple 5-day closing average is
- 24:15adding up the closing prices from
- 24:18Monday to Friday and dividing by 5;
- 24:21that’s what we call simple. Then for
- 24:2520 days, it’s obviously 5 days.
- 24:28It’s the sum of four 5-day periods.
- 24:30So we calculate four weeks to consider
- 24:3320 days as one month. If the monthly
- 24:37average was stuck at 10,000 won and
- 24:40suddenly the weekly average jumps to
- 24:4212,000 or 13,000 won, wow, that’s a
- 24:45surge. Right? So, if the weekly
- 24:49performance is better than the average,
- 24:52they call that a buy signal. But
- 24:55don’t be mistaken. That is not. Not a
- 24:58buy. It’s a sell; how could it be a
- 25:00buy? It’s not a buy. Once the weekly
- 25:04average significantly surpasses the
- 25:08monthly average. Something is wrong
- 25:11there. Right? So, while what I’m
- 25:15sharing today is important, we will go
- 25:18through the charts one by one. Now,
- 25:22this is a stock called Samjin Pharm.
- 25:26Let me zoom in on the screen while I
- 25:28explain. If you look over here. What
- 25:31I’m telling you is this too. It’s a
- 25:33golden cross. When a golden cross
- 25:35appears, here is what we do. Tomorrow.
- 25:38Tomorrow, once again. When a golden
- 25:41cross appears, we buy it
- 25:43unconditionally the next day. Don’t
- 25:45ask questions, don’t even think about
- 25:47it, got it? We buy it no matter what.
- 25:50Now, let me move it over. So, when I
- 25:53looked at the chart here, what did it
- 25:56say? Looking here, it started at -0.72%
- 26:00and closed at 0%. So, while you
- 26:04technically made a 0.7%profit, you look
- 26:07at this and say things like this.
- 26:09You're probably thinking, "Will I
- 26:10actually make any money with this?" Now
- 26:12, if you look closely at the 37 chart
- 26:15you see here, the stock price goes up
- 26:19by 1.67%next. Then, calculating by
- 26:22percentage again, it’s 0.7%, and then
- 26:26a bearish candle appears. So, look
- 26:28closely. We call this type of pattern a
- 26:32"perfect alignment." We learned it that
- 26:35way, didn't we? The 5-day, 20-day, and
- 26:3660-day moving averages. When the short,
- 26:39medium, and long-term lines are all
- 26:41lined up and trending upward. We call
- 26:44this a perfect alignment. Conversely,
- 26:46when this bends, right? When it turns
- 26:49downward, you've long been taught that
- 26:52it's a "dead cross." But the most
- 26:54important thing is this. This part has
- 26:57that element as well. So, after the
- 27:00cross happens, you buy and proceed, but
- 27:02suddenly a bearish candle appears. When
- 27:06a bearish candle appears, the gap here
- 27:08narrows. Right? When it closes in like
- 27:11that, what I want to tell you is this.
- 27:14If you double-click on the candle, the
- 27:17chart I explained earlier will appear.
- 27:21Now, here is the fourth option. There
- 27:23is something called a "Closing Price
- 27:25Line Chart." There is a closing price
- 27:27line chart, so I’ll click it. And for
- 27:30the color section, follow along with me
- 27:32. Set the color to a light shade of
- 27:36gray, okay? Since this is a broadcast,
- 27:40I'll pick a slightly darker shade and
- 27:42click OK. This image you see right now
- 27:45is the closing price line chart. The
- 27:51reason I'm showing you the closing
- 27:53price line chart is to help you see the
- 27:56737 moving average chart precisely.
- 28:01However, as of right now, it is not a
- 28:04dead cross. If another bearish candle
- 28:07appears tomorrow, then you should
- 28:09respond by selling, but that's not the
- 28:11case right now. It's not time yet. So,
- 28:16what you can use is the double-click
- 28:18function, the closing price line chart,
- 28:21and the candle chart area fill
- 28:23mentioned earlier; if you get familiar
- 28:25with these today, that would be enough.
- 28:29I've returned to the candle chart. So,
- 28:31looking back at the candles, I see it
- 28:34turns into a bullish candle next. It
- 28:37turns bullish by 2.8%, and since it's
- 28:39in a perfectly aligned state, it keeps
- 28:41going. Now, I’ve zoomed in on the
- 28:45chart, but if you shrink the chart like
- 28:47this, you can see a gap in this area,
- 28:50right? What could this be? This is
- 28:53where the sellers wanting to sell from
- 28:56above and the buyers wanting to buy
- 28:58from below are in a tight standoff,
- 29:01which we call a "cross shape." Right?
- 29:04Now, to put it in my own words, I've
- 29:06bought the stock here and it's doing
- 29:09well, but...A fight broke out here.
- 29:11What kind of fight? A gang fight. Over
- 29:13there, Group A and Group B are fighting
- 29:16. If you're passing by, you need to get
- 29:19out immediately. If you watch it and
- 29:22something goes wrong, you could get
- 29:23dragged into it. What if you get caught
- 29:26up in it? You could be charged with
- 29:28assault, so watching a fight—is
- 29:29something you should never do. Once
- 29:31again, in the stock market, watching a
- 29:33fight is something you should never do.
- 29:36That's what I'm telling you. You
- 29:37understand, right? So I'm saying it's
- 29:39best to get out at this point. Then
- 29:42here, at the opening price where you
- 29:45bought. Here, at the closing price,
- 29:47it's becoming a dead cross. I will zoom
- 29:50in on this to explain it to you. I can
- 29:52zoom in on this. Now, if you look at it
- 29:54like this. What does the percentage say
- 29:56here? It's 5.4%, right? Well, since
- 29:59you've made a profit anyway. If this
- 30:01pattern appears, you can sell, or
- 30:03that's fine too. If you think, "Since
- 30:06it's in a perfect alignment, until a
- 30:08dead cross happens—""Let me repeat.""
- 30:12Since it's in perfect alignment, I'm
- 30:14going to hold onto it until a dead
- 30:16cross appears," if you think that. You
- 30:20can do that. Right? Now, shall we
- 30:23proceed a little further here? So,
- 30:26you've made a 5%profit. But I want to
- 30:29sell at this point, and if a bearish
- 30:31candle occurs, and another one follows
- 30:33the next day, a dead cross happens
- 30:35immediately. What did I say to do to
- 30:38check if a dead cross occurred? I
- 30:42double-clicked on the candle and
- 30:44checked the closing price line chart,
- 30:46and if you look here. When you zoom in,
- 30:50everyone, this is where the dead cross
- 30:52happens. What's the percentage when the
- 30:55dead cross occurs? If you hadn't
- 30:58watched the fight when it first popped
- 31:01up and just quietly left, you would
- 31:03have made a 5%profit, but here you
- 31:06realize a 3%profit. So, is it over?
- 31:10After taking your 5%or 3%profit, you
- 31:12watch what happens next, and what do
- 31:15you know? This day and that day, it's
- 31:18the same day, right? A golden cross,
- 31:21almost the same golden cross occurs.
- 31:24Then when should you act? You act
- 31:27tomorrow. Not today, but tomorrow. Okay
- 31:29. You go in thinking, "You're done for.
- 31:31" You have to have fun with it.
- 31:32Investing in stocks. Now, if you look
- 31:35here. What happens the next day? Oh,
- 31:37what is this? I bought it, but it's not
- 31:40going up and it's down slightly. Yes.
- 31:44It's -0.22%. That's okay. It's fine.
- 31:48Let's watch it. Oh, I see. So, you
- 31:51bought well and made a 3%profit. Right?
- 31:54Then, this is—It's not a fight where
- 31:56they are evenly matched. It is
- 31:58currently finding support. It’s
- 32:01finding support, and the candle has
- 32:03wicks at both the top and bottom. These
- 32:06are okay. Since it’s normal, it’s
- 32:10fine to just hold. You can hold it. And
- 32:13then, let’s see how much the price
- 32:16jumped. 3.4%. My dear Daily family. Now
- 32:20, what comes to mind here? Oh, it
- 32:22appeared. What do we call this? We call
- 32:24it a UFO. An Unidentified Flying Object
- 32:27. An Unidentified Flying Object. So,
- 32:29when this pattern appears, why do
- 32:32buyers and sellers suddenly clash?
- 32:35Logically, if the stock is doing well,
- 32:39the buyers remain. But if someone
- 32:42wanting to sell and take profits
- 32:44appears, this pattern emerges. So, what
- 32:47should you do? You must sell. You
- 32:49should sell. Or maybe not. Maybe
- 32:52you’ll say, "I’ll stick to the
- 32:53rules." Because it’s a bullish
- 32:54alignment. Since it's a bullish
- 32:55alignment, I’ll follow the rules. Go
- 32:57ahead and try that if you want. But I
- 32:59get out around here. The most important
- 33:01thing is to sell when it gaps up. When
- 33:03it gaps up, sell. When it gaps up, sell
- 33:05. That’s the advice I always give:
- 33:08sell when it gaps up. It’s like a
- 33:10daughter-in-law running away from home.
- 33:12Now, watch closely. Is it true that up
- 33:15to here, from the opening price earlier
- 33:17? Right? If we draw a line here,
- 33:22we’ve made a 7%profit. 7%earlier, and
- 33:28if you made 7%profit, you’ve done
- 33:30enough. You understand? Now, if you say
- 33:33, "I won’t do that." If you think, "
- 33:37It’s in a bullish alignment, so
- 33:39I’ll just keep holding," then go
- 33:41ahead. Look, it’s going higher. Go
- 33:45ahead if you want. Look, it’s going
- 33:47higher. Go ahead if you want. It
- 33:49doesn’t matter to me. But here is a
- 33:51part you must remember. Doing it this
- 33:56way...You might say, "Director, I
- 33:58ignored your 7%rule, stuck to my
- 34:00bullish alignment, and now I’m up 20%
- 34:03." However, there is something very
- 34:06important we shouldn't forget. I’m
- 34:08going to shrink the candles. I’ll
- 34:11shrink them like this and then zoom in.
- 34:14I said it gapped up earlier. Right?
- 34:16What’s even scarier than a doji
- 34:18candle is this. It is exactly this part
- 34:21. Now. There is the candle body. A long
- 34:24bottom wick means...Let me say it again
- 34:25. I apologize. A long bottom wick means
- 34:28...The buying pressure is strong. But
- 34:32if a candle with a long upper wick
- 34:35appears, it means there are many
- 34:38sellers. That’s why the upper wick is
- 34:42long. If the upper wick is longer than
- 34:45the lower wick, logically speaking,
- 34:48that’s just an anomaly. Right? In
- 34:51fact, where should a tail be? It’s
- 34:54supposed to be on the rear, but if a
- 34:56tail is long on the head, it’s a
- 34:57mutation, just like when we construct a
- 34:59building. We finish the building and
- 35:01then put a lightning rod on the very
- 35:04top floor, right? So here as well. Even
- 35:08if it’s in a perfect alignment, you
- 35:10must respond with a sell. Understood?
- 35:14Otherwise, you can just let it go. But
- 35:17look, in a perfect alignment state, we
- 35:20see a bearish candle. Then if this
- 35:23happens and a death cross appears, that
- 35:26is a sell signal. What kind of chart is
- 35:28this? It’s a 3 chart. But let me
- 35:31explain one thing here for a moment. I
- 35:34mentioned "Life," right? If I have time
- 35:38, I’ll explain that in the next
- 35:40session. It’s what I call the "
- 35:43Wind-Flow Candle.""Life," right? It’s
- 35:45"Life," shall I try to pull it out here
- 35:47? This chart here, I’ll just throw it
- 35:50out for a moment. I clicked with the
- 35:53left mouse button to throw it out.
- 35:56Looking here, You call this a Wind-Flow
- 35:59chart, and to explain it simply, the
- 36:02candles are grouped by four. They are
- 36:07grouped by four, and I will clearly
- 36:10reveal next time the falsehood of the
- 36:13techniques we know regarding this part.
- 36:17Look forward to that next time. I’m
- 36:19giving you a preview. Understood? This
- 36:22is the center line of the candle. What
- 36:26I value the most is the center line
- 36:29itself. I divide the center line into
- 36:32three parts. One part, two parts, three
- 36:36parts—the one-third point is what the
- 36:38Wind-Flow Candle is. Understood? Well,
- 36:42I’ll explain more about that next
- 36:44time. Let’s move on to the next item
- 36:48and I’ll explain it. I don’t need
- 36:51this chart, so I’ll remove it. I’ll
- 36:53explain the "Creation of Heaven and
- 36:55Earth" I mentioned last time when I
- 36:57have more time later. The next item is,
- 37:00uh, let me explain the stock called
- 37:03Leon Kochem. It’s a stock called Leon
- 37:05Kochem. Leon Kochem, too. Back around
- 37:09March, I watched this one quite closely
- 37:13. It was a stock that moved like this.
- 37:16Now, it appears with volume as you can
- 37:19see. But the most important thing here
- 37:22is the percentage. Looking at the
- 37:24percentage here, what percentage?
- 37:26Remember 13%. It is 3, 7, 14%. But
- 37:31it’s good only if it’s formed at 3%
- 37:34from the bottom level. Then, after one
- 37:37move and a period of compression, when
- 37:40the price rises a second time, it
- 37:43should hover around 7%for it to be the
- 37:45second wave according to Granville's
- 37:48Law. So, in this area of the second
- 37:52wave, I decide to sell. Then, at the
- 37:55peak, the candle becomes significantly
- 37:57longer. So this means, "This is the end
- 38:00.""Time to get out." Now, I mentioned
- 38:02that 3714 is the most important
- 38:05percentage. So, when such a large
- 38:08percentage appears from the bottom, you
- 38:10can wait, because of the mean reversion
- 38:12property, the price will pull back to
- 38:14the line, so you can wait until then.
- 38:18Or, you can choose to buy. Now, the
- 38:21next day, you buy without hesitation.
- 38:23Why did I say to buy? I told you to buy
- 38:28because a golden cross, a gold line,
- 38:31appeared. Now, buy the next day. It
- 38:34moves into a bullish alignment. Now, as
- 38:36it moves into a bullish alignment,
- 38:38looking at this part here, it indeed
- 38:40pulls back to the line. It does pull
- 38:42back to the line. So, by buying here,
- 38:44we've made a profit over four days. If
- 38:47a bearish candle appears the next day
- 38:49and a death cross occurs, you should
- 38:51obviously respond by selling. However,
- 38:54for now, we just watch and wait. Then,
- 38:57you can see it moving just the same the
- 38:59next day. Now, if this happens, you can
- 39:02sell. Or you can choose to hold. Now,
- 39:05looking up to this point, it has gone
- 39:07quite far. On this day, the percentage
- 39:09went up to 8%. So, as I always say, if
- 39:13it rises by less than 3%—2%or 3%—
- 39:16from the bottom, and suddenly an 8%rise
- 39:20like this occurs, if you're someone who
- 39:23doesn't want to be greedy and prefers
- 39:26to play it safe, you can take your
- 39:29profits around here, then find another
- 39:32stock to buy and sell, buy and sell; no
- 39:36matter if the market rises or falls,
- 39:41the stocks that move will move, and
- 39:43those that drop will drop. What’s the
- 39:46use of knowing the market conditions or
- 39:51knowing the details of the company?
- 39:53From now on, we are just travelers. So,
- 39:57we leave the world behind and enjoy the
- 40:01breeze. I am Seongsu-jang of the Daily
- 40:04On Pungryu Club. Thank you. Now, this
- 40:06is an advertisement. Shall we look at
- 40:08the next screen? Shall we continue? Now
- 40:10, it jumped up, right? When it jumps up
- 40:12like that, if you can let it go, let it
- 40:14go. In this position, if it were me, I
- 40:17would sell immediately without a second
- 40:20thought. Now, if you still can't bring
- 40:23yourself to do it, thinking, "I'll
- 40:25stick with the bullish alignment," then
- 40:27you can choose to keep holding it. Now,
- 40:29let’s continue. But it’s showing
- 40:31the same pattern as Samjin
- 40:33Pharmaceutical, which I mentioned
- 40:34earlier. When a candle like this
- 40:37appears, you need to exit here. It's
- 40:41like building a house and putting the
- 40:44final spire on top. Right? If you think
- 40:49of this as a mutation, you should just
- 40:52sell; if you always respond by selling,
- 40:56you won't have any trouble trading.
- 41:00Since that point, it accompanied
- 41:02trading volume and brought about a 40%
- 41:04profit. Now, are you excited? Once this
- 41:07appears. Even if it goes higher, don't
- 41:10feel bad. That's what I said in my
- 41:12broadcast last Monday. I even drew
- 41:15pictures of the mascot in the women's
- 41:18restroom and the men's restroom to
- 41:20explain it to you. Where should I let
- 41:24go? I hope you remember exactly where
- 41:27you should let go when you trade. Shall
- 41:29we continue? Shall we continue? Shall
- 41:32we continue? Well, it happens like this
- 41:33. This is a dead cross. If a dead cross
- 41:38appears, there’s no need to hold onto
- 41:40it for a week or so; there's no reason
- 41:42to drag it out. Right? Yes. Anyway,
- 41:45once a dead cross appears, you can buy
- 41:47here and sell when it triggers. This is
- 41:50a 37 chart. Is it over then? No, it's
- 41:53not. You just watch and see. I watched,
- 41:55and once a pattern like this emerges,
- 41:58you buy the next day. Buy the next day.
- 42:01Buy unconditionally. If a dead cross
- 42:03appears, you sell. Now, what did I say
- 42:05the black line was? Since it's a strong
- 42:08support line, I told you that even if
- 42:10the sky falls, you must respond by
- 42:12selling, so we go here. We go. We go.
- 42:16Ah, if it turns, you just let it go. If
- 42:18it turns, you let it go. Got it? If it
- 42:21turns like this, you let it go. Once it
- 42:23turns, you just let it go. It's alright
- 42:26. Wait, and when the pattern appears
- 42:30again, you buy and proceed again. When
- 42:33a sell signal like this comes, you sell
- 42:35. Now, we are almost out of time for
- 42:37this last session. MK Trend is a stock
- 42:41we've been tracking since last December
- 42:45. The part we were involved in is this
- 42:47section. I will just shift the screen.
- 42:51Now, looking at this part here. A
- 42:55bearish candle occurs and it provides
- 42:57strong support. After that. It stays
- 43:00within this range, and as you can see,
- 43:04the stock price continues to move
- 43:07upward. So, when the candles contract
- 43:11and a dead cross appears, sell without
- 43:13hesitation. Wait, and if a bullish
- 43:18candle appears while in a reversed
- 43:20array that suggests a turn toward a
- 43:23normal array, wait for that moment; if
- 43:26you zoom in on this—Once this point
- 43:29becomes a golden cross, I’ll enter a
- 43:32long position the very next day, and if
- 43:35an upper wick appears, you can sell, or
- 43:38since it’s in a bullish alignment,
- 43:40you can just hold it and keep going. If
- 43:45you don't let it go and the alignment
- 43:48holds, you wait for a dead cross, and
- 43:51when it happens, you sell; if you
- 43:54calculate the profit from here, the
- 43:57returns are incredible. Starting from
- 44:0020%, then here, another 12%; that's one
- 44:02wave, two waves, right? Will there be
- 44:05one more wave? We wait and see. Oh,
- 44:07that's right. If a golden cross occurs,
- 44:10I will respond by entering a long
- 44:12position again tomorrow. Long, long—
- 44:15as long as the bullish alignment
- 44:17continues, I will simply proceed. Then,
- 44:20if a bearish candle appears like this.
- 44:22This is what we mean when we talk about
- 44:26wave one, wave two, and wave three. My
- 44:29dear Daily family members, I, in the
- 44:37time I have, I’ll explain the content
- 44:41again and again; although time is short
- 44:44, I will definitely spend the one hour
- 44:47from 8 PM to 9 PM on Monday given to me
- 44:50with you all. Tomorrow, I plan to hold
- 44:54a live market broadcast for the Daily
- 44:56Wealth Club. Come tomorrow, and we’ll
- 45:00continue discussing everything I
- 45:01couldn't cover in today's broadcast.
- 45:03Have a great afternoon. I was Director
- 45:06Seong Myeong-seok of the Daily Wealth
- 45:08Club. Thank you. Goodbye.
