  1. 0:00In today's video, I'm going to show you
  2. 0:01how to build an e-commerce brand that
  3. 0:03does anywhere from $395,000 to $790,000
  4. 0:08every single month. And we do this by
  5. 0:10studying brands that are already hitting
  6. 0:12those revenue numbers. We find out which
  7. 0:15of their products are bestselling. And
  8. 0:17based on their bestselling product and
  9. 0:19their bestselling brand, we go ahead and
  10. 0:21create our brand from scratch. with
  11. 0:23Claude. Not only do we figure out how
  12. 0:25the brand's going to look and feel, but
  13. 0:27also what our end customers going to
  14. 0:29get. And trust me, this isn't some very
  15. 0:31light video. It is a full course because
  16. 0:34we're going to go ahead and look at all
  17. 0:36of the different suppliers for this
  18. 0:37product. Whether or not you're drop
  19. 0:39shipping, private labeling, or you want
  20. 0:41local suppliers in your area that can
  21. 0:43ship a few pieces every single day.
  22. 0:46After that, we're going to build the
  23. 0:48outline [music] of your website. Then
  24. 0:50we're going to fill it up with copy and
  25. 0:52build other sections on to make this
  26. 0:54website absolutely bulletproof. And then
  27. 0:57we're going to add incredible images and
  28. 0:59incredible copy to bring your entire
  29. 1:02brand to life. I'm going to pull back
  30. 1:04the curtain and show you exactly how I
  31. 1:06build these worldclass stores and how I
  32. 1:09do all of the imagery to create an
  33. 1:11unforgettable brand. All of this is done
  34. 1:14with AI. So what you're going to want to
  35. 1:16do is strap in. Watch the entire video
  36. 1:19and I promise you by the end you're
  37. 1:21going to have some insane ecommerce
  38. 1:24skills, some insane branding skills and
  39. 1:26any brand that you can think you will be
  40. 1:28able to bring it to life. So without
  41. 1:30further ado, let's jump right in. All
  42. 1:32right guys, so today the brand that
  43. 1:34we're going to be talking about is Hair
  44. 1:35Syrup. This is a very very interesting
  45. 1:38e-commerce brand and let's just take a
  46. 1:40look at how these guys have exploded and
  47. 1:44currently when we track them these guys
  48. 1:46are doing anywhere between 390 to
  49. 1:49$790,000 per month and this is
  50. 1:52definitely not their full potential
  51. 1:54because they have actually based their
  52. 1:57brand on something that went mega viral.
  53. 1:59All right. So, first let's take a look
  54. 2:01at the brand, the product, what they're
  55. 2:04selling, and what we can learn from
  56. 2:06these guys. All right. So, the products
  57. 2:07called hair syrup, right? It's a hair
  58. 2:10oil, right? It's something that you put
  59. 2:12in inside of your hair pre-wash. And
  60. 2:15this is what that looks like. Now,
  61. 2:17there's a ton of stuff to really like
  62. 2:19about this product, specifically the
  63. 2:21what the product is, uh, the branding
  64. 2:24and the packaging. And this is what I
  65. 2:26want to talk about, the packaging.
  66. 2:27Right. Normally hair oil is not really
  67. 2:30put inside of this type of bottle. And
  68. 2:33so when I started doing some research,
  69. 2:35it gave me an idea of what they've based
  70. 2:37their brand on. And that brand is called
  71. 2:40Grazia. So Graia, this Graza, sorry, is
  72. 2:43the first um virgin olive oil. Normally
  73. 2:48olive oil is sold in bottles, but they
  74. 2:50sold it in squeezy bottles, right? And
  75. 2:53this allowed them to do what about a
  76. 2:55100,000 in their first week of launch.
  77. 2:57And now they've obviously hit the Inc.
  78. 3:005000 and they're doing millions and
  79. 3:01millions of dollars in sales. And I
  80. 3:03think this is the same playbook that
  81. 3:05they're using, but just for hair oil.
  82. 3:07That's what I think at least. Okay. So,
  83. 3:09this brand is absolutely blowing up. And
  84. 3:12in today's video, my goal is to
  85. 3:15deconstruct this brand, show you exactly
  86. 3:18what they're doing and how they're doing
  87. 3:19it, and more importantly, teach you how
  88. 3:21if you wanted to launch a brand like
  89. 3:23this in your own country or you wanted
  90. 3:26to just launch a brand like this because
  91. 3:28you think this product is cool, it is
  92. 3:30very, very easy and very, very possible
  93. 3:32to do with AI. So, we're going to be
  94. 3:34doing everything from scratch. First,
  95. 3:36we're going to understand why this brand
  96. 3:38makes so much money. um what their ads
  97. 3:41look like and what their product looks
  98. 3:43like. And then we're going to do and
  99. 3:45construct this brand step by step. We're
  100. 3:47going to be creating our version of the
  101. 3:49same logo. We're going to be creating
  102. 3:51our bottle and packaging. We're going to
  103. 3:53be finding suppliers for this. We're
  104. 3:54going to be creating a color palette for
  105. 3:56this. We're going to be recreating the
  106. 3:58website, sourcing the product. And by
  107. 4:01the end of this video, we will actually
  108. 4:03have built this brand up. All right? And
  109. 4:06if you follow this video along and
  110. 4:08follow it like a course and do all of
  111. 4:09the steps that I'm showing you in this
  112. 4:11video, by the end of it, you will have a
  113. 4:14store that looks incredible, a brand
  114. 4:17that looks like a six or seven figure
  115. 4:19brand, and you'll be able to launch with
  116. 4:22a ton of confidence. So, without further
  117. 4:24ado, let's get into it. I'm going to
  118. 4:26just talk about 2 minutes why I chose
  119. 4:28this brand. Right? Number one, what I'm
  120. 4:30seeing is a consistent flow of traffic.
  121. 4:32anywhere from 80 to 100,000 people visit
  122. 4:35this website every single day. I'm
  123. 4:36seeing a consistent increase in the
  124. 4:38number of active ads. And that to me is
  125. 4:41the most important indicator of whether
  126. 4:44or not this brand is going to work. This
  127. 4:46brand's been featured in various shows
  128. 4:48like Dragon Den. All right, I've seen on
  129. 4:50BBC's Dragon Den, right? So, this isn't
  130. 4:53a normal brand by any means. This is
  131. 4:56something that has legs. All right. It
  132. 4:59has active ads that have been running
  133. 5:00for months getting them traffic. And it
  134. 5:02has a unique enough product and a unique
  135. 5:05enough value proposition to help you
  136. 5:07stand out. And I've been doing
  137. 5:08e-commerce research for multiple
  138. 5:09products for a really, really long time.
  139. 5:11And I know when I can find something
  140. 5:13that is this unique, but you shouldn't
  141. 5:16take my word for it. Let's go ahead and
  142. 5:18do some real product validation. So,
  143. 5:19whenever you get into a product, you
  144. 5:21have to validate whether or not it is
  145. 5:23worth launching. So, that's what we're
  146. 5:25going to do next. So throughout the
  147. 5:26build, you guys will see me use a bunch
  148. 5:29of AI employees. I basically have
  149. 5:31outsourced my entire workflow to AI and
  150. 5:34I use AI employees for everything. These
  151. 5:36are very specific workflows that I'll be
  152. 5:38using and to get them, I will leave them
  153. 5:41linked down below, okay? It's my AI
  154. 5:43vault. It has all of the AI employees
  155. 5:45that I'm using and u that's you'll see
  156. 5:47that being referred to often in this
  157. 5:50video. And so the first AI employee that
  158. 5:52we've used is called the white labeler
  159. 5:56product validator. The first AI employee
  160. 5:58we've used is called the white labeler
  161. 6:00product validator. All right. Now what
  162. 6:02this does is it looks as a at a product
  163. 6:05from all of these different angles.
  164. 6:07Okay. For the ad momentum, the
  165. 6:09concentration, the uh vitality on the
  166. 6:12store level, the com comp the
  167. 6:14competition, if it's a fit for Facebook
  168. 6:16ads. look at all of those conditions
  169. 6:18that you would need to look at if you
  170. 6:21are launching a brand online. All right.
  171. 6:23And the way these AI employees work is
  172. 6:25um you once you have access um you you
  173. 6:28might need access to certain tools and
  174. 6:31you would just need to load the AI
  175. 6:33employee up. So this is what it means.
  176. 6:34You click this button and the AI
  177. 6:36employee is now loaded onto your
  178. 6:37computer. Then you go simply to claude
  179. 6:40and then you essentially just paste in
  180. 6:42the AI employee here and just say run
  181. 6:45this prompt. That's it. That's how all
  182. 6:47of my AI employees work. All right. So,
  183. 6:48if you see me doing this, I'm loading up
  184. 6:50an AI employee onto Claude. I've already
  185. 6:53gone ahead and validated this product.
  186. 6:54And this is what it told me, right? Uh
  187. 6:57the white labeler product validator.
  188. 6:59It's loaded. And what it needs is access
  189. 7:01to a software that allows you that
  190. 7:04allows it to do some deep research. And
  191. 7:06the software that I'm using is Winning
  192. 7:08Hunter. Now, this is what we referenced
  193. 7:10in the start of the video. This is what
  194. 7:12it gave me. All of the stats, the active
  195. 7:14ads, the best sellers, uh the type of
  196. 7:17ads that is running. Winning Hunter is
  197. 7:19an incredible software and they're
  198. 7:21growing their intelligence day by day.
  199. 7:23Every single day I'm on the software and
  200. 7:25every single day I've noticed this that
  201. 7:27they've added a new feature. I don't
  202. 7:28think there is another software out
  203. 7:30there that does this much work on their
  204. 7:33product. It is a must-have for anybody
  205. 7:35that's doing e-commerce, okay? On any
  206. 7:37capacity to do market research. And what
  207. 7:39my AI employee does is it syncs up into
  208. 7:42Winning Hunter. If you do have an
  209. 7:43account, you just need a basic account.
  210. 7:45It will go ahead and Claude will
  211. 7:49basically connect to Winning Hunter and
  212. 7:51do the research on your behalf. It's
  213. 7:53really cool. And to do that, you just
  214. 7:54would have to follow these steps, right?
  215. 7:56If you want to connect Claude to Winning
  216. 7:58Hunter, you get Winning Hunter. Then
  217. 8:00once you have it, you go to Unclaude,
  218. 8:03you go to settings, connectors, add a
  219. 8:04custom connector, and add this link in.
  220. 8:06It's super easy. All right. So once you
  221. 8:09have claude connected to winning hunter
  222. 8:12right the next thing is to drop the
  223. 8:14product and where you found it or
  224. 8:16whatever right so what I basically did
  225. 8:19was I put in a screenshot of the page
  226. 8:21inside of white labeler and it worked.
  227. 8:25Okay to get a screenshot of this page
  228. 8:27right all you would have to do is get
  229. 8:29the um is get the um white labeler store
  230. 8:34extension. All right. So now I'm on this
  231. 8:37store, right? Let's just go to
  232. 8:40hairsyurrup.co.uk,
  233. 8:42right? Let's just go here. And then
  234. 8:44there's a Chrome extension that we've
  235. 8:45developed called White Labeler Chrome.
  236. 8:47The White Labeler Chrome extension. And
  237. 8:49what it allows you to do it is it allows
  238. 8:51you to capture this entire page, right?
  239. 8:54And now you have this screenshot that's
  240. 8:56ready. Then you can just download the
  241. 8:57screenshot, okay? And then you can just
  242. 8:59upload it to your uh to Claude right
  243. 9:03here. Okay? And so when you upload it to
  244. 9:05claude, what ends up happening is the AI
  245. 9:08employee starts to work and then it
  246. 9:10starts doing scans. Okay, it goes into
  247. 9:12winning hunter and it starts searching
  248. 9:15for Facebook ads. It goes into winning
  249. 9:16hunter and it scans for concentration
  250. 9:19like it start it starts scanning top
  251. 9:21spending ads, right? Then it does um um
  252. 9:25uh store level and trust pilot data. It
  253. 9:28does competitive mode scanning. It does
  254. 9:30a policy check. It looks not just a
  255. 9:33winning hunter but all of these other
  256. 9:34websites to figure out whether or not
  257. 9:38this brand is worth it and then it gives
  258. 9:39you a final score and the final score
  259. 9:41that it's given is 7.95. All right. Um
  260. 9:45it's verdict go with conditions. The
  261. 9:47product category is genuinely validated
  262. 9:50with scaling profitable brand behind it
  263. 9:52but the moat around hair itself is brand
  264. 9:55driven and the winning tier is crowded.
  265. 9:57So a challenger needs a sharp angle and
  266. 9:59not a clone. So what does that mean?
  267. 10:02Okay, it means there's tons and tons of
  268. 10:04potential behind it. But there is a
  269. 10:06moat. Okay, uh because if you are going
  270. 10:09to launch this brand, you can't just go
  271. 10:12in with um just another product. It has
  272. 10:16to be brand driven and it has to be
  273. 10:19content driven. And that's very very
  274. 10:21understandable, right? If you look at
  275. 10:22this, if you look at this particular
  276. 10:24product, look at how much content they
  277. 10:26have around this particular product.
  278. 10:27Look at how many influencers, some AI
  279. 10:30and some not AI are promoting this
  280. 10:33particular brand. Right? This is what
  281. 10:35you're going to need. You're going to
  282. 10:36need to approach this with some
  283. 10:38seriousness. But if you do, you will
  284. 10:40truly have a product that will be
  285. 10:42difficult for other people to get to. So
  286. 10:44when a lot of people look at this as,
  287. 10:46oh, should I start? I look at it as if I
  288. 10:48do this and if I do this right, there
  289. 10:51will be very little pe there's number
  290. 10:54one, I will develop a six or seven
  291. 10:56figure brand. And number two is a lot of
  292. 10:58other people can't get in. Okay, a few
  293. 11:00more signals to study before we move on.
  294. 11:02The demand is super high. 9 out of 10.
  295. 11:05Um the growing demand is rooted. Okay.
  296. 11:09Um uh the ad momentum is really good,
  297. 11:12right? Strong. The brand is aggressively
  298. 11:15scaling paid right now. The brand that
  299. 11:16we're studying. Okay. Winner
  300. 11:18concentration, right? Hooks are problem
  301. 11:20callouts. There's tons of people
  302. 11:22spending in this category. The winning
  303. 11:24formula is very visible. Okay, on the
  304. 11:26store level, right, hair syrup revenue
  305. 11:28is really, really good. Uh, it is a
  306. 11:31specialist brand. Um, and um, uh, this
  307. 11:34is a real profitable 5-year-old business
  308. 11:36with a fanatical customer base. That's
  309. 11:38where we want to get to with this brand
  310. 11:40as well. Okay. Uh, there is a
  311. 11:42competitive mode, right? You u um, and
  312. 11:45this is basically where um, people will
  313. 11:49um, this is basically where people will
  314. 11:52lose it. And we don't want to create a
  315. 11:55straight clone of this one. Okay, we
  316. 11:58are, you'll see across the build, we
  317. 12:00will make this brand even better than
  318. 12:02the original. You will see how we're
  319. 12:04going to use AI and create better pages,
  320. 12:06better branding, better voice, um in we
  321. 12:10will model everything that works, but we
  322. 12:12will elevate it. Okay, we will elevate
  323. 12:14it. Okay, uh meta ad fit 7.5 as well. Uh
  324. 12:18safe to scale if you comply with the uh
  325. 12:21language. So don't say anything crazy.
  326. 12:23And this is where it gave this is the
  327. 12:25score math that it did and it gave us a
  328. 12:277.9. Now I wanted to also show you guys
  329. 12:30how much of the data was found with
  330. 12:31winning hunter and how much of the data
  331. 12:33came with web research. You can actually
  332. 12:35use this AI employee if you don't have
  333. 12:36winning hunter as well that's completely
  334. 12:38fine. But you will only get 55% of the
  335. 12:40data. But if you do also combine it with
  336. 12:43winning hunter you will get 40 you get
  337. 12:44like over 50% more data. and um um the
  338. 12:50um the winning hunter 45% actually
  339. 12:53helped the other web data become clearer
  340. 12:56and better. Okay, so that's how we
  341. 12:57arrived at our research and it gives me
  342. 12:59more confidence than ever to pursue
  343. 13:01building this brand. All right, guys.
  344. 13:03So, the next thing to work on is the
  345. 13:06branding. And as you can see, we've
  346. 13:07gotten all of the branding done for this
  347. 13:11brand. All right. Um let's go ahead take
  348. 13:13a look at all of the branding assets.
  349. 13:15Look at this. This is the entire brand
  350. 13:16board, right? These are all of the nice
  351. 13:20sort of uh what our our brand's going to
  352. 13:22look like at the end of the day, right?
  353. 13:24Um let's take a look at some more assets
  354. 13:26that we've developed. This is the logo
  355. 13:28that we've developed for the brand,
  356. 13:30right? Different variations. Uh this is
  357. 13:33another more simpler brand board and
  358. 13:35just the name Hair Nectar. All right.
  359. 13:38So, how did we come up with this and how
  360. 13:40can you come up with this for your own
  361. 13:42brand? So what we've used is an AI
  362. 13:44employee to basically design our entire
  363. 13:46branding kit and it works with all of
  364. 13:48the tools that you already have
  365. 13:50available. So this is called the white
  366. 13:52labeler branding design specialist
  367. 13:54version 3. We've actually released three
  368. 13:55separate versions of this and all you
  369. 13:58have to do again is go to the AI vault,
  370. 14:00copy this in and then your AI employee
  371. 14:02gets loaded up. Then you go into claude
  372. 14:04and put it in and just say run this
  373. 14:07prompt and rename the chat whatever you
  374. 14:09want. And then the prompt starts working
  375. 14:12right your senior design branding
  376. 14:14specialist starts and the first thing
  377. 14:16that it asks for is you know what is the
  378. 14:19product that you want to work on. Now it
  379. 14:22already knows that we're working on hair
  380. 14:23oil and that's because we used this
  381. 14:26earlier to come up with the validation
  382. 14:29right. So, um, it's it knows the product
  383. 14:31that we're working on now, but it still
  384. 14:33needs all of this information to be able
  385. 14:36to go ahead and give you a good brand.
  386. 14:38So, it needs, you know, what is a
  387. 14:40specific product, what's the business
  388. 14:41name, target market, price position,
  389. 14:43competitors, right? Existing assets,
  390. 14:45first home, all of that stuff. And all I
  391. 14:48did was upload a screenshot again of the
  392. 14:51entire page. And I said, man, this is
  393. 14:53the brand that I'm modeling. I plan on
  394. 14:55selling very similar products here,
  395. 14:57right? just go ahead and um you know
  396. 15:00answer these questions yourself and it
  397. 15:02did that it went through and it answered
  398. 15:03all of the questions and there are some
  399. 15:05that it still didn't know like what is
  400. 15:07your business name what is your target
  401. 15:08customer do you have any existing assets
  402. 15:10and where are you planning on launching
  403. 15:12this brand and so I very easily answer
  404. 15:15these questions I am making this brand
  405. 15:17for the USA target market I'm going for
  406. 15:19the same price same sort of playful vibe
  407. 15:21that they have and my first home is
  408. 15:23going to be a Shopify store mirrored
  409. 15:25with a white labeler we'll come to white
  410. 15:27label
  411. 15:28Uh next. Okay. So now it understands
  412. 15:31everything about the category, right?
  413. 15:33And it's going to go ahead and ask us um
  414. 15:36some questions around positioning. So
  415. 15:38the next thing that it does is it asks
  416. 15:40us questions around positioning. And it
  417. 15:42basically asks us, man, what do you want
  418. 15:45your brand to look like? And it's it's
  419. 15:46done this fun thing. And this is again
  420. 15:48what we've built is you can decide your
  421. 15:50brand voice. Do you want it to be more
  422. 15:52playful, less playful, more serious?
  423. 15:54Right? and it'll set these sort of bars
  424. 15:58according to the brand that you
  425. 15:59submitted. Okay? So, it knows the brand
  426. 16:01that you've submitted and it already
  427. 16:03comes up with all of these values for
  428. 16:05you. Okay? Now, if you want to make it a
  429. 16:07little bit more playful, you can do
  430. 16:09that. If you want to make it a little
  431. 16:10bit more bold, you can do that. It's up
  432. 16:12to you how you want to go about it. I
  433. 16:14set these sort of triggers for my brand.
  434. 16:18Okay? And again, these were the triggers
  435. 16:19that Claude recommended. I looked at
  436. 16:21them and I was like, you know what? I'm
  437. 16:22happy with the way that this looks. All
  438. 16:25right. And then it asked me three more
  439. 16:27questions about my brand. The dinner
  440. 16:29party test, the 3-second feeling, and
  441. 16:31naming the territory instinct. These are
  442. 16:33again branding things. If you actually
  443. 16:35sat down with a branding expert, they
  444. 16:37would ask you these questions. I went
  445. 16:39ahead and answered them honestly. And
  446. 16:41then it created my branding strategy
  447. 16:43snapshot. It created what my colors
  448. 16:46would look like, what my motif would
  449. 16:48look like, what my, you know, my my what
  450. 16:51my products would be named XYZ. And
  451. 16:53after that, the first thing that it does
  452. 16:55is it opens up the naming studio, which
  453. 16:58is it'll go ahead and try and find a
  454. 16:59name for your brand. It went ahead and
  455. 17:01recommended these names for me based on
  456. 17:04some research. I didn't really relate to
  457. 17:06any of these names, okay? because they
  458. 17:08were not so u you know I I felt that
  459. 17:11there was a little bit of a disconnect
  460. 17:13between like a customer that's cool
  461. 17:14right so how would slurp be um like like
  462. 17:18position for a hair oil right basically
  463. 17:21it was going for the fact that this hair
  464. 17:22oil really seeps into your skin it was
  465. 17:24going for all of those types of names
  466. 17:27and I said no you know what let's give
  467. 17:29let's make it sound like a hair oil
  468. 17:30company right even have hair in the name
  469. 17:32maybe and with that feedback it gave me
  470. 17:35some incredible names for my company
  471. 17:37look at this main course, right? Main
  472. 17:39line, main, right? Hair drip, right?
  473. 17:41Main squeeze, hair nectar, and this is
  474. 17:44of course the name I ended up going
  475. 17:45with. Hair sauce, hair snack, thirsty
  476. 17:48hair, locks and honey, gold goldie
  477. 17:50locks, right? So many great names. And
  478. 17:53but but this name for me was uh was was
  479. 17:55was money, right? Hair nectar. And it
  480. 17:58recommended some of these names, but I
  481. 18:00said, I love hair nectar. It did a
  482. 18:02domain check and it found that hey man
  483. 18:04these are the types of domains that
  484. 18:07you're going to want to buy. If you
  485. 18:08cannot buy hairnector.com, get these
  486. 18:10domain names instead, right? Try hair
  487. 18:13nectar. Get get hair nectar, hair nectar
  488. 18:16co, shop hair nectar, hairnector.co. You
  489. 18:19can get all of these domain names if you
  490. 18:21can't buy hairnector.com.
  491. 18:23And um then it asked me, do you are you
  492. 18:26sure you want to go with this name? I
  493. 18:27said yes, let's keep it. And then it now
  494. 18:29knows our brand name and our strategy.
  495. 18:31After that, it's going to start
  496. 18:33developing some of these u assets like
  497. 18:35some of these image assets, right? So,
  498. 18:37it's going to do a check on what tools I
  499. 18:39have available. Claude will probably
  500. 18:41know a lot about you already. Um, so it
  501. 18:44knows sort of what tools I have and I
  502. 18:46don't. But you can work with whatever
  503. 18:49tool you have and it will help you
  504. 18:50prompt for it. Okay. For me, I have claw
  505. 18:53design. I have pretty much every tool
  506. 18:54available. I said let's do clot design
  507. 18:57for now. And then it came up with this
  508. 18:59particular prompt. All right. Now, what
  509. 19:01this prompt is guys is a um sort of set
  510. 19:04of instructions. this entire prompt.
  511. 19:06It's a set of instructions for um
  512. 19:09creating what I like to call a brand
  513. 19:11board. Okay? And what I took what I did
  514. 19:14was I took this set of instructions and
  515. 19:16I went on literally every platform to
  516. 19:18see what they came up with. So I pasted
  517. 19:20it in Claude Design. If you guys don't
  518. 19:22know what Claude design is, again, just
  519. 19:23go to Claude Design and you'll be in
  520. 19:25Claude's designing tool and came up with
  521. 19:27sort of this uh design pattern which I
  522. 19:31sort of liked. All right. Then I went to
  523. 19:33um chat GBT and it came up with this
  524. 19:36which I thought was really really nice.
  525. 19:38It's just basically like a like a poster
  526. 19:41with all of your branding elements. I
  527. 19:42mean this is really really nice. Not
  528. 19:45going to lie. Right. Then I went to
  529. 19:47Google um sorry I went to Nano Banana.
  530. 19:50This is Gemini's platform and it came up
  531. 19:53with this for me. Again um it's really
  532. 19:55really nice the way it sort of
  533. 19:57visualized the entire brand, right? Um,
  534. 20:00for some reason it's not like opening.
  535. 20:02So, let me actually just download it and
  536. 20:04show you guys. I mean, look at how it's
  537. 20:06come up with this entire identity. I
  538. 20:08thought this was really, really nice as
  539. 20:10well. Okay, but the best one I liked was
  540. 20:13this one. This was developed by Top
  541. 20:16View, and this is what I'm going to
  542. 20:17recommend everybody go to. Now, I used
  543. 20:19to do a lot with claw design, but claw
  544. 20:22design, I'm I'm I'm beginning to
  545. 20:24realize, is too technical and not visual
  546. 20:27enough. Right? If you're designing a
  547. 20:28brand, this is what you want to see. I
  548. 20:30mean, look at how good this brand board
  549. 20:32is, right? It came up with the logo. It
  550. 20:35came up with like our signature color
  551. 20:37palette, the the drop, the pattern, the
  552. 20:40headline, the elements, what our sort of
  553. 20:45u social media posts are going to look
  554. 20:47like, our vibe. Look at this. Look at
  555. 20:50this. It was incredible. Right. So, um
  556. 20:52now I'm going to show you how I did this
  557. 20:54with Topview. Uh I'll leave a link to
  558. 20:55Topview down below. I've been using them
  559. 20:57forever. It's a great great truly
  560. 21:00fantastic image and video generation
  561. 21:02tool. You go to board and just create a
  562. 21:04board to be able to organize all of your
  563. 21:06AI images. I have a board called cloud
  564. 21:08images. And then when you're inside of
  565. 21:10the board, you go to text to image.
  566. 21:12Choose this model. It's called chat GBT
  567. 21:152.0. Right? And then over here is where
  568. 21:18you would put in the prompt. The prompt
  569. 21:20is generated from our branding designer.
  570. 21:24Okay. You copy this in. You paste this
  571. 21:25inside top view and it will generate
  572. 21:27this board. Okay, but the board is just
  573. 21:29a starting point for what your brand
  574. 21:31looks like. You take this board and you
  575. 21:34drop it back here and say, "Man, uh, you
  576. 21:37know, I really like this entire design
  577. 21:39and vibe." And the next thing that it's
  578. 21:41going to do is it's going to use your
  579. 21:42brand board and come up with an entire
  580. 21:45like all the entire branding strategy is
  581. 21:47now locked in. All right, the next thing
  582. 21:49is it's going to come up with logo
  583. 21:51concepts. So again, it's going to give
  584. 21:53you a prompt, right? you put it inside
  585. 21:55top view um over here or whatever tool
  586. 21:58you want to use. Make sure that the when
  587. 22:00you're generating the logo is one is to
  588. 22:02one. And then this time I did four
  589. 22:04generations and I came up with one 2 3
  590. 22:07and four. I'll give you guys a second.
  591. 22:09Which one was your favorite? I'll I'll
  592. 22:11I'll uh shuffle back. It's 1 2 3 and
  593. 22:15four. Right. For me, I picked number
  594. 22:18two. Okay. This this for me was the
  595. 22:21best. So I downloaded this again. I gave
  596. 22:24it back into um our claude branding AI
  597. 22:27employee. I said I I really like this.
  598. 22:29And then it came up with a logo
  599. 22:32variation, right? So just var variance
  600. 22:34on the same logo which is this like our
  601. 22:37logo can also look like this. All right.
  602. 22:39And then finally I use this logo and
  603. 22:42then I came up with an entirely new
  604. 22:45brand board with our new logo sort of in
  605. 22:48the center with all of this. And this is
  606. 22:50basically what your brand is going to
  607. 22:52look like. And this is what you're going
  608. 22:53to give suppliers, any designers that
  609. 22:55you bring on, anything that you want to
  610. 22:57do with your brand, this is in one shot
  611. 23:00what your brand looks like. Does that
  612. 23:01make sense, guys? Cool. Now that we have
  613. 23:04our branding in place, the next thing to
  614. 23:06do is really get an idea of what our
  615. 23:10product is going to look like, right?
  616. 23:11And so we're going to jump into product
  617. 23:14sourcing uh product um development and u
  618. 23:19you know just buying products making
  619. 23:21sure you have inventory if you guys are
  620. 23:24private labeling if you guys are drop
  621. 23:25shipping. We're going to go into and
  622. 23:28jump into all of that next. All right
  623. 23:29guys so a lot of work has been completed
  624. 23:32now and I'll walk you through everything
  625. 23:34but honest opinion. What do you guys
  626. 23:36think about the final product mockup?
  627. 23:39Right. So this is GrowGgetter uh from
  628. 23:41Hair Nectar, right? This is how it looks
  629. 23:44like on the side, right? This is a
  630. 23:47little bit of a zoomed in. These are
  631. 23:49some incredible product photos that we
  632. 23:52created for this brand, right? Look at
  633. 23:55how wonderful this whole brand looks and
  634. 23:57especially like images like these all AI
  635. 24:00generated. I mean, it's it's brilliant.
  636. 24:02Okay, so let me walk you through exactly
  637. 24:04how I was able to design the bottle,
  638. 24:06design all of the images. Not just that,
  639. 24:09even go ahead and design like the
  640. 24:13packaging. All right, the packaging on
  641. 24:15the product. Now, if you're somebody
  642. 24:17who's drop shipping, don't worry. I'll
  643. 24:19get to how you can even drop ship this
  644. 24:21type of product. I just want to go over
  645. 24:23a little bit about how to create like a
  646. 24:26product mockup, how to create product
  647. 24:28packaging, send it to a supplier, all of
  648. 24:30that good stuff. And then I'll talk a
  649. 24:32little bit about drop shipping if you
  650. 24:34want to start this business with drop
  651. 24:35shipping as well. All right. So the last
  652. 24:37thing we did was we generated a brand
  653. 24:39board, right? So what I did with this
  654. 24:42brand board was I went to Claude design.
  655. 24:45Okay? And this is exactly what I did. I
  656. 24:47gave it my brand board and I gave it my
  657. 24:50logo and I asked Claude Design, uh, I
  658. 24:53have a logo and a brand board. Um, this
  659. 24:56is the vibe. This is the mood. This is
  660. 24:57everything I'm going for. I want some
  661. 24:59consistency. And I told it to create
  662. 25:02like a very consistent spec because even
  663. 25:06though top view is great at imagining
  664. 25:08it, as you can see the logo is not my
  665. 25:11logo. It's not perfect, right? My logo
  666. 25:13is like this over here. Top view has
  667. 25:16made it like this. And you need that
  668. 25:18consistency. So what claw design does is
  669. 25:21it just makes everything consistent.
  670. 25:23Like this is my color palette, this is
  671. 25:26my logo, and this is my logo in
  672. 25:28different shapes. and it will never
  673. 25:29change because it has it pixel perfect.
  674. 25:31And that's important specifically when
  675. 25:33you're about to go live, when you're
  676. 25:35about to send your logo to a supplier,
  677. 25:37it needs to be perfect. It can't just be
  678. 25:38a PNJ. And that's where cloud design
  679. 25:40comes in. Um, and so, you know, I told
  680. 25:43it it has all of this um, incredible
  681. 25:46imagery, just the mood, the vibe,
  682. 25:48everything done. Okay, so now I have my
  683. 25:50brand board and once that brand board is
  684. 25:53ready, I told it like give me all of the
  685. 25:55individual images. Um, once the brand
  686. 25:58board was done, I said, "Hey, nice. Give
  687. 26:00me the PGs, which is images for the logo
  688. 26:02and the color palette." So, it did that.
  689. 26:04It gave me all of the images right here
  690. 26:06of the color palette and logo. As you
  691. 26:08guys can see, this is then what that
  692. 26:10looks like. This is the color palette.
  693. 26:12This is the logo in different shapes and
  694. 26:15sizes. So, now that we have the the
  695. 26:17logo, the brand board, right? If you're
  696. 26:20ever going to get this product actually
  697. 26:23made from a supplier, the supplier needs
  698. 26:25to know two things. The first thing it's
  699. 26:26going to need to know is what is this
  700. 26:28product actually going to look like. All
  701. 26:30right, you're going to need to send your
  702. 26:31supplier images like this. So, this was
  703. 26:33a model that I rejected, but this is the
  704. 26:35one that I approved. So, you're going to
  705. 26:37need to send your supplier an image like
  706. 26:38this, like this is what I want my actual
  707. 26:41product to look like. And then you're
  708. 26:43going to want to send your supplier
  709. 26:46um uh like a um a packaging spec like
  710. 26:50this. Now your what your supplier can do
  711. 26:53is look at this packaging spec and make
  712. 26:55it a lot better. Okay? Um to match your
  713. 26:59vibe, but at least it has some idea of
  714. 27:01what your packaging will look like based
  715. 27:04on your branding. So you have to send
  716. 27:05these two things to your supplier. Now
  717. 27:07let's get into how we created these. All
  718. 27:09right, so we're back inside Whit Labeler
  719. 27:11AI Vault. And what we're going to want
  720. 27:12to do is go and get the product mockup
  721. 27:16generator. Again, this is another AI
  722. 27:18employee. Load this up. like every other
  723. 27:20AI employee, paste this into um Claude.
  724. 27:23All right. Now, Claude is ready to get
  725. 27:25started. And it needs a few things. It
  726. 27:27needs a competitor's product photo so it
  727. 27:29understands what product you're trying
  728. 27:32to create. Okay? It needs your logo and
  729. 27:35your brand board. Okay? And so what
  730. 27:37you're going to want to do is you're
  731. 27:38going to want to upload all of this to
  732. 27:41Claude. Okay? Um and what I also did was
  733. 27:44I gave it a brand reference guide. It's
  734. 27:47just a guide on like what my brand is,
  735. 27:50how it works, what it feels like, you
  736. 27:53know, the look and feel, what I'm going
  737. 27:54for, because again, I want to build my
  738. 27:57own brand, right? I don't necessarily
  739. 28:00want this to be my branding. My branding
  740. 28:02is all hair, nectar, golden, stuff like
  741. 28:05that, right? So, this is where I'm at.
  742. 28:09So, I wanted again to do like a little
  743. 28:11bit of a brand reference guide. And who
  744. 28:14do you think generated this for me? the
  745. 28:16last AI employee we used. So, I'm back
  746. 28:18to our last AI employee, the branding
  747. 28:20strategist, and I just said, I want a
  748. 28:22description of what our brand is, what
  749. 28:24we stand for, what our unique identity
  750. 28:26is. That could be used as a reference
  751. 28:28for any photographer, any videographer,
  752. 28:29anybody who's looking to create any
  753. 28:31assets in our brand. Right? This is the
  754. 28:33same guy that we use to generate all of
  755. 28:35our branding material. So, it now has a
  756. 28:37really good remember the person that we
  757. 28:39uh, you know, messed around with the
  758. 28:41with the sliders on, he knows our brand,
  759. 28:44right? So, he did a an incredible write
  760. 28:46up for us. Here you go. It it created an
  761. 28:49amazing brand reference guide. What it
  762. 28:51is, what we stand for, what our
  763. 28:53personality is, everything, right? So,
  764. 28:55we just hit copy and then we go back to
  765. 28:57our product mockup generator. Okay. And
  766. 28:59then this is where uh uh we paste that
  767. 29:02in. So, I pasted it in when it was doing
  768. 29:05the intake again. I put in a
  769. 29:07competitor's photo, my logo, my brand
  770. 29:10board, and my brand guide. So it has a
  771. 29:12very good understanding of everything
  772. 29:15about me and my brand and it creates a
  773. 29:18brand snapshot. Okay. And um it asks us
  774. 29:22to confirm the snapshot and then um
  775. 29:24it'll design um the the product photo.
  776. 29:27Okay. So I said yes. And I also said
  777. 29:30that my first ever product that I'm
  778. 29:32going to launch is called the uh
  779. 29:34growter. Okay. So for them the one of
  780. 29:37the one you know with hair one of the
  781. 29:39biggest thing is thinning and sparse
  782. 29:42hair right of course if you if you think
  783. 29:44about hair oil what do people use it
  784. 29:46for? It's for thinning sparse hair. So
  785. 29:48their answer to it is called rosemary.
  786. 29:51So for me I wanted a fun name for my
  787. 29:54first product as well. I in fact
  788. 29:56actually got it again from uh my um my
  789. 30:00branding guy. Okay. After he generated
  790. 30:03the um the brand guide for me, okay, I
  791. 30:06asked it that I am actually going ahead
  792. 30:09and launching my first product. Okay,
  793. 30:11can you give it a fun name? And it came
  794. 30:13up with really fun names for me and I
  795. 30:16chose this name called the growter. All
  796. 30:18right, so now let's go back to our
  797. 30:20product mockup generator. Again, I'm
  798. 30:22switching tabs a little fast. I have
  799. 30:24different AI employees loaded up,
  800. 30:26thinking differently, achieving the
  801. 30:28goals that I've set out for them, right?
  802. 30:30So again, let's go back to our product
  803. 30:32markup generator. Again, quick recap.
  804. 30:33This is the person that has asked for
  805. 30:35all of this. Um, we've given it, we've
  806. 30:37given it the brand guide, competitor's
  807. 30:39photo, logo, everything. Um, it knows
  808. 30:42it. And then I said it, it asks us to
  809. 30:44confirm the snapshot. I said yes. And my
  810. 30:46first product name is the growter. And
  811. 30:49now it's designing the bottle. Okay. So,
  812. 30:52it's like, do you want a honeypour? Do
  813. 30:54you want a nectar window? Do you want a
  814. 30:56group chat label? Okay. And I said, you
  815. 30:58know what? I'll go with your
  816. 31:00recommendation. And so it went with the
  817. 31:04nectar window. Okay. Uh what does that
  818. 31:06mean? It means it it almost looks like
  819. 31:09you're, you know, looking into the
  820. 31:11bottle, right? The nectar window. Uh
  821. 31:14like a like a drop of honey. You're
  822. 31:16you're actually looking into the bottle.
  823. 31:18It went with that and I'm very happy it
  824. 31:20did because it ended up looking really
  825. 31:22really good. So to again start to create
  826. 31:24these images, it asked us to go to top
  827. 31:26view. It told us what images to upload
  828. 31:29based on what we gave it, right? So, it
  829. 31:31doesn't have any other understanding
  830. 31:33other than what we gave it. So, it's
  831. 31:35asking us to upload two images. Image
  832. 31:37one is our uh uh is the image of our
  833. 31:41competitor and image two is uh the image
  834. 31:44of the logo. So, let's go back here and
  835. 31:47you can see what two images I used and
  836. 31:49what prompt I used right here, right? To
  837. 31:52generate this image. In fact, if I hit
  838. 31:53re-edit, it'll all get loaded up right
  839. 31:55here. And this is exactly what I did. So
  840. 31:58I created it and I set it to two. So I
  841. 32:01put in the competitor's image. You can
  842. 32:02see here, right? If I click this. Oh,
  843. 32:04it's not opening. So if I click this,
  844. 32:06this is the competitor's image, right?
  845. 32:08And then this is my logo, right? I've
  846. 32:10put those two up top and I pasted the
  847. 32:12prompt that my branding guy gave it
  848. 32:14here. I set it as 3x4 2K medium and I
  849. 32:18set two uh two um generations because I
  850. 32:21wanted to see what uh what type it will
  851. 32:24do. So, the first type it did was like
  852. 32:27literal see-through and this. And the
  853. 32:29second type it did was a kind of
  854. 32:31see-through and this. So, I like this
  855. 32:33one a lot better. Let me know in the
  856. 32:34comments which one you would have
  857. 32:35picked. I kind of like this cuz it's
  858. 32:37it's it's eyegrabbing. And so, this
  859. 32:39became my my product photo and I was
  860. 32:42really happy with how everything came
  861. 32:45out. Okay, let's go back to the product
  862. 32:46mockup generator. Um, after we've
  863. 32:50finished our first mockup, for the
  864. 32:52second one, it says, "For image one, use
  865. 32:55your approved mockup. And for image two,
  866. 32:57use your logo." Okay. And so I did that
  867. 33:00and then I ended up generating these
  868. 33:03images of how it would look like in
  869. 33:06different styles and in in different
  870. 33:08settings. Okay. And then the third image
  871. 33:10that it asked us to make right here uh
  872. 33:13is a clean pack shot. Right. So again,
  873. 33:15first uh the the first image plus the
  874. 33:17logo plus this and it gave a little bit
  875. 33:19more of a zoomedin photo, right? It gave
  876. 33:22a little bit more of a zoomed-in photo.
  877. 33:24It looks amazing. And that's how I was
  878. 33:26able to come up with how my product
  879. 33:29looks like. Okay. And then after that,
  880. 33:32it ask I I gave it all three images that
  881. 33:35we generated. Okay. And then it's uh
  882. 33:38going ahead and thinking through what my
  883. 33:40box is going to look like. Okay. So, uh,
  884. 33:42it's going to invent the back panel and
  885. 33:44the hero packot, right? And it's going
  886. 33:47to develop a claw, uh, claude design
  887. 33:50brief. Okay. Now, with this claude
  888. 33:52design brief, we just copy it. All
  889. 33:54right. We go into claude. All right. Uh,
  890. 33:58the same place that our brand board
  891. 34:00exists right now. We're going to go into
  892. 34:01claude. Okay. We're going to paste this
  893. 34:03entire thing in here. Okay. And we're
  894. 34:06going to upload the three images. So, as
  895. 34:07you can see, I uploaded the three
  896. 34:08images. I pasted the entire design
  897. 34:11brief. All right. And then boom, it
  898. 34:13created our packaging. And this again is
  899. 34:16the packaging that we can go ahead and
  900. 34:18send to our supplier. So at this stage,
  901. 34:20we have not only visualized what our
  902. 34:23brand looks like, we have also
  903. 34:24visualized what our product is going to
  904. 34:27end up looking like. Okay. So the next
  905. 34:29thing that we want to create is these
  906. 34:31type of images. And this is more so for
  907. 34:34you to be able to visualize what your
  908. 34:36end product's going to look like and
  909. 34:38feel like, right, in different settings,
  910. 34:40in different, you know, marketing
  911. 34:43images, like what is your product end up
  912. 34:46looking like? And this is what these
  913. 34:47images are for. Obviously, we're going
  914. 34:49to put them on their website as well,
  915. 34:50but just so that you can start getting a
  916. 34:52feeling for your brand. And again, to
  917. 34:54create these images used another AI
  918. 34:56employee, and this one is called the
  919. 34:58white labeler brand mockup studio. All
  920. 35:00right. Again, we access this AI
  921. 35:02employee. We head over to Claude, right?
  922. 35:05We go ahead and we we paste in this
  923. 35:08prompt and we say run it. All right. And
  924. 35:10then uh the brand mockup studio begins.
  925. 35:13Okay. So, first it needs to load up your
  926. 35:16brand. So, you need to put in your
  927. 35:18mockup images which you've already
  928. 35:19generated. Then you're going to need to
  929. 35:21put in your logo which you've already
  930. 35:23generated, your brand board which you've
  931. 35:25already generated, and your brand write
  932. 35:26up which has already been generated.
  933. 35:28After that, it does a brand snapshot and
  934. 35:31locks it and then asks for you to
  935. 35:32confirm and then you hit confirm, right?
  936. 35:35And then it asks you to start uploading
  937. 35:37inspiration images, right? So, where do
  938. 35:39we get the inspiration from? Well, we
  939. 35:41get the inspiration from our competitor,
  940. 35:43right? And to get these inspiration
  941. 35:44images, all we have to do is go to our
  942. 35:46competitor and there's this really nifty
  943. 35:49tool that I like to use called Image
  944. 35:51Eye. When you open it up, it's a Google
  945. 35:52Chrome extension. It lists down every
  946. 35:55single image that this page has and
  947. 35:57allows you to go ahead and quickly
  948. 35:59download it. Okay? You can just hit this
  949. 36:01and you can download the image. All
  950. 36:03right? And so that's what ends up
  951. 36:05happening. You download the images that
  952. 36:06you want for inspiration, right? And I
  953. 36:09downloaded a bunch. So this is the image
  954. 36:11that I downloaded for inspiration. I
  955. 36:13uploaded it and it gives us again the
  956. 36:16prompt to use, right? So as you can see
  957. 36:18over here, so as you can see over here,
  958. 36:20it's told us image one, right?
  959. 36:22uh the inspiration that you just sent
  960. 36:24and then image two is the product
  961. 36:26identity reference. Right? So we upload
  962. 36:29both these images and it's given us a
  963. 36:31full prompt to put in. All right. So we
  964. 36:34take all of this information, the image
  965. 36:36one which is the inspiration and the
  966. 36:38image two which is our product identity
  967. 36:41reference. So that is this image right
  968. 36:43here. Okay. And with these two images or
  969. 36:47the competitors and our image and this
  970. 36:49prompt, we go back into top view and we
  971. 36:52paste this in. And what it doesn't do is
  972. 36:55create just another image of just your
  973. 36:58product in that same background. It
  974. 37:00understands your branding. So instead of
  975. 37:03using like this image, right, with this
  976. 37:05with white ice and this, it use rosemary
  977. 37:09and like honey ice almost to create your
  978. 37:12branded version of that same image. Look
  979. 37:13at the way that it's put in these, you
  980. 37:16know, like water droplets, right? Look
  981. 37:17at how realistic this looks. This looks
  982. 37:19so freaking realistic. It looks like
  983. 37:21it's been shot on camera. Okay. And
  984. 37:23that's the beauty of this. Every single
  985. 37:25image that you give it, right? I gave it
  986. 37:27an image of like um uh like like oranges
  987. 37:31and stuff, but it knows that it's made
  988. 37:33with avocado oil and cucumbers. So,
  989. 37:34that's the background that it used.
  990. 37:36Right. Over here, I gave it a reference
  991. 37:38image of flowers, but it knows it has
  992. 37:40rosemary and cucumbers. Right. Over here
  993. 37:43I give it a reference image of uh
  994. 37:45lavender. Again it knows that it needs
  995. 37:47to use rosemary here. Right over here I
  996. 37:49gave it a watermelon image and it knows
  997. 37:51that it has to use cucumbers and
  998. 37:53rosemary and created a very very similar
  999. 37:55image for us. Again all I kept doing was
1000. 37:58kept putting in products right here.
1001. 38:00Kept getting the breakdown the images to
1002. 38:02use and the prompt to use. And in AI
1003. 38:05image generation your images will only
1004. 38:07ever be as good as the prompts that you
1005. 38:10use. and our brand mockup generator. It
1006. 38:13is some of the best prompting that you
1007. 38:16will see and it will be close to your
1008. 38:18brand as possible. It'll be close to
1009. 38:19your product as possible and you will
1010. 38:21have worldclass images that give you a
1011. 38:23feeling of the brand. If you're ever
1012. 38:25going to investors, if you're ever going
1013. 38:27to pitch this product, if you want to
1014. 38:29show suppliers what it needs to look
1015. 38:30like, if you want to show influencers
1016. 38:32what your product's going to look like,
1017. 38:33if you want to show any of your
1018. 38:34investors, your parents or your siblings
1019. 38:37or your wife like this is what my
1020. 38:39brand's going to look like. Look at
1021. 38:41where we started and look at what we've
1022. 38:43ended up with, right? This is why this
1023. 38:46is so freaking important. And now we're
1024. 38:48going to jump into the next section,
1025. 38:50which is actually how do we find
1026. 38:51suppliers? How do we private label this
1027. 38:53product? and how do we drop ship this
1028. 38:55product if need be? All right, guys. So,
1029. 38:57the next thing we should focus on is
  1030. 39:00suppliers, right? You're starting this
1031. 39:02uh business. Where are you going to get
1032. 39:04the products from? And there are
1033. 39:05different ways to go about this. And for
  1034. 39:07that, we've prepared a full sourcing
1035. 39:10report with different types of uh
1036. 39:13suppliers. If you want to drop ship
1037. 39:14this, what is the price shipping ETA uh
  1038. 39:18and trust? If you're private labeling,
  1039. 39:21which means you're ordering inventory,
1040. 39:22you're giving them your branding, they
1041. 39:24print labels for you, and they prepare
1042. 39:27the product for you on your behalf. What
1043. 39:29are the suppliers to look for? If you
1044. 39:31want dropshipping, but you want like
1045. 39:35local manufacturers, uh, who may be able
1046. 39:38to drop ship it for you or who you can
1047. 39:41just buy small units from and you don't
1048. 39:43have to ship from China. What are those
1049. 39:44guys look like? And what's the profit on
1050. 39:47each level? How do you negotiate with
1051. 39:49them? And how do you do outreach? So,
1052. 39:52we've actually prepared an entire report
1053. 39:54for this particular product, but let me
1054. 39:56show you how you can prepare it for any
1055. 39:59product that you want or if you want to
1056. 40:00run this for the same product, how do we
1057. 40:03do that? All right. And just like all of
1058. 40:05the other stuff that we've done here,
1059. 40:07we've done this with the help of AI
1060. 40:10employees, right? So, for this one
1061. 40:12particularly, we use the white labeler
1062. 40:14AI supplier scout version two. Again, we
1063. 40:17access this AI employee and load it up.
1064. 40:20And then we head over to Claude. Inside
1065. 40:22Claude, we paste the AI employee. I just
1066. 40:24ask it to run the employee and rename
1067. 40:26the chat. Um, and it because I asked it
1068. 40:29to rename the chat for hair oil, it
  1069. 40:32understood immediately that I'm sourcing
1070. 40:35for uh the um rosemary hair oil, right?
1071. 40:38And it also knew all of these details uh
1072. 40:41like the target price, target selling
1073. 40:44stage, monthly inventory compliance. It
1074. 40:46knew all of this because we've been
1075. 40:48working with claude for this product for
1076. 40:50a while, right? It still asks for us to
1077. 40:52upload a screenshot um if if we want to
1078. 40:56or we could have just even said go. So,
1079. 40:58I did upload a screenshot. Again, the
1080. 40:59way that I got the screenshot was I went
1081. 41:01on the page. I used the white labeler
1082. 41:03Chrome extension link down below. And I
1083. 41:05hit capture and just goes through and
1084. 41:07captures the entire page for us. Opens
1085. 41:10it up. We can download it and we can
1086. 41:12upload it right here. Okay. And then
  1087. 41:15that's it. the screenshots's been
1088. 41:16received, right? Um, and it knows
1089. 41:19everything it needs to. Then it does a
1090. 41:21product identity card, right? With all
1091. 41:24of the uh details available for this
1092. 41:26product, and then it does a sourcing
1093. 41:29report, right? It goes through all of
1094. 41:31the different suppliers for this
1095. 41:32particular product, what are the costs
1096. 41:34and the margins associated, how should
1097. 41:36we sell it, and what the verdict is. It
1098. 41:39basically says start with drop shipping
1099. 41:41and then after you get some orders um um
1100. 41:45um in after you get some orders you can
1101. 41:48move to Zenrop or Spocket for uh faster
1102. 41:51delivery and then um when you have some
1103. 41:55uh more sales you can then move into
1104. 41:57private labeling. Okay. and an entire
1105. 42:00report gets built and then you can just
1106. 42:03uh you know import this into Google
1107. 42:05Drive and you can see all of the details
1108. 42:08right here. This is an amazing AI
1109. 42:10employee and it'll allow you to be able
1110. 42:12to um it'll allow you to be able to um
1111. 42:16really source pretty much any product
1112. 42:18right now. Um, these numbers are
1113. 42:21important to understand again. Um, and I
1114. 42:24and I want to briefly talk about drop
1115. 42:26shipping versus private labeling and
1116. 42:29branding. Now, we spent all of this time
1117. 42:31branding our product. If you don't have
1118. 42:33the ability right now to spend a little
1119. 42:35bit on getting a little bit of inventory
  1120. 42:37in place, even $500 to $1,000,
1121. 42:40um, and then getting some nice branding
1122. 42:42and packaging, which is completely fine.
1123. 42:44If you don't have the ability to, then
1124. 42:46go and drop ship it and use this
1125. 42:49supplier, your drop shipping suppliers
1126. 42:51images to create all of the images for
1127. 42:54your brand. But still, the branding that
1128. 42:56you've done, um, that should be very
1129. 42:59visible on the website, not on the
  1130. 43:01product pages, cuz then there'll be a
1131. 43:03mismatch between the product that they
1132. 43:04receive versus the one that they see. So
1133. 43:07try that strategy first and then once
1134. 43:09you have the ability and the money then
1135. 43:11switch all over to the branding. Now the
1136. 43:14reason you do the branding first is so
1137. 43:16that you have like a vision of what your
1138. 43:19final end goal looks like and that's
1139. 43:21always good to have even as just
1140. 43:23motivation that man eventually my brand
1141. 43:25will look like this. But don't let it
1142. 43:27stop you if you don't have the money.
1143. 43:28You can use AliExpress. You can even use
1144. 43:30local USA suppliers to be able to drop
1145. 43:33ship and uh sell this product. All
1146. 43:35right, guys. So, now with the branding
1147. 43:38done, product design done, um suppliers
1148. 43:41done, initial all of the assets that we
1149. 43:44need to be able to launch all of that
1150. 43:45out of the way, the next thing that
1151. 43:46we're going to do is probably the most
1152. 43:48fun out of everything. Now, we're going
1153. 43:51to start designing our actual website.
1154. 43:54Um, now for the platform, because this
  1155. 43:56is an e-commerce business, I highly
1156. 43:58recommend using Shopify to uh host your
  1157. 44:01website. and I'll leave a link down
1158. 44:03below. But building pages on Shopify has
  1159. 44:06been very difficult. They they don't
1160. 44:08have a page builder um currently uh at
1161. 44:12least in my understanding that is really
1162. 44:14really good. And if I am building this
1163. 44:18brand, all right, I would basically much
1164. 44:21like my page to look very similar to the
  1165. 44:24page that's already been designed here,
1166. 44:26but in my brand because they've gone
1167. 44:29ahead and done such a great job at
1168. 44:31building pages that generate them six to
1169. 44:33seven figures. But I at the same time, I
1170. 44:36don't want it to be exactly this page. I
1171. 44:38want it to be my brand. And if there are
  1172. 44:39any weaknesses in this page, I don't
1173. 44:41want my brand to have those weaknesses.
1174. 44:44And so for this part of the process,
1175. 44:46we're going to be using White Labeler to
1176. 44:48create our pages. Now, we've just redone
1177. 44:51the homepage of White Labeler to really
1178. 44:53show you what it is, right? So, White
1179. 44:55Labeler takes any proven page and
1180. 44:57mirrors it for your brand. All right.
  1181. 45:00Um, and there's a four-step process.
1182. 45:02First, we mirror a page, which is
1183. 45:04basically create a template of the page
1184. 45:07that is already existing. Then, we
1185. 45:09rebrand it, right? We change the colors.
1186. 45:12We change the branding. We change
1187. 45:13everything about the page so that it
1188. 45:16more so reflects our style. Then we're
1189. 45:18going to upgrade the page. This is a new
  1190. 45:20feature that we've added where it'll go
1191. 45:22through identify all the weaknesses of
1192. 45:24the page and it will build sections that
1193. 45:27are missing. You're going to want to
1194. 45:29watch this fully and then we launch on
1195. 45:32Shopify. So this is it. I would highly
  1196. 45:34recommend getting a white labeler plan
1197. 45:37and the program that we've been using.
1198. 45:39The AI vault is part of it. All right.
1199. 45:42Uh there are three plans. Um get the one
  1200. 45:44that you're comfortable with, but get a
1201. 45:46plan to be able to do any of this. All
  1202. 45:48right. So, without further ado, let's
1203. 45:50get into um white labeling a page. All
1204. 45:53right. So, for the first thing is let's
1205. 45:54go to the product that we've been
1206. 45:56working with all this time, which is
1207. 45:58Rosemary. Right now, again, this is the
1208. 46:01page we've been working with thus far.
1209. 46:03Right. So, what we're going to want to
1210. 46:05do right here is we're going to want to
1211. 46:07take this page. Okay. And let me just
1212. 46:10open it up. Okay. So, with the page
1213. 46:12open, all I have to do is go to the
  1214. 46:14white label extension, which we've been
1215. 46:16using to capture pages, but this time
1216. 46:18we're going to hit the mirror page.
1217. 46:19Okay. And what this does is really cool.
1218. 46:22It will take an entire it'll crawl
1219. 46:25through the whole page and it will take
1220. 46:27all of the information of that page and
1221. 46:29submit it inside of the white labeler
1222. 46:31tool. This will only happen if you
1223. 46:32already have an account and if you're
1224. 46:34signed in. Okay. Um, now we just uh name
1225. 46:38our products. Our product is called the
1226. 46:39hair nectar grow getter. Right. And then
1227. 46:43uh we're going to need to decide if
1228. 46:45people are buying on this page or if
1229. 46:47people don't buy on this page. Okay.
1230. 46:48Now, why is that important? It's because
1231. 46:51pages serve different functions and they
1232. 46:52need to be built differently. If
1233. 46:54somebody is buying on the page, we need
1234. 46:56to be able to include checkouts and
1235. 46:58stuff on the page, right? So, you're
1236. 46:59going to need to choose, do people buy
1237. 47:01on this page or no? Because you can
1238. 47:03technically use this to model the entire
  1239. 47:06homepage, right? To model a collections
1240. 47:08page, to model a contact us page,
1241. 47:10whatever page you want, this will uh
1242. 47:13allow you to do it. Okay. So, now hair
1243. 47:15nectar growter, right? Um people do buy
1244. 47:18on this page and we hit the mirror. And
1245. 47:21so, now there's this cool animation that
1246. 47:23happens. And I recommend you watch this
1247. 47:25entire animation uh because you will see
1248. 47:28your page being built live in front of
1249. 47:30you. It's one of the coolest things
1250. 47:31ever. Um the page is being built now. Um
1251. 47:35and you will see after this little black
1252. 47:38black and uh cool animation, you'll see
1253. 47:41each section of the page being built.
1254. 47:42And so now we can see all of the
1255. 47:46sections being built live. This is for
1256. 47:48me the coolest thing. Like literally the
1257. 47:50AI is building each part of your website
1258. 47:54live and what it's not doing is it's not
1259. 47:57trying to um like it's not copying
  1260. 48:00anything from it right it's
1261. 48:02understanding all right this is where
1262. 48:03there is a product section this is where
1263. 48:06the buyers uh buying section is
1264. 48:08happening this is where the review
1265. 48:10section is this is where the FAQs are
1266. 48:14this is where other products are being
1267. 48:16sold right this is what the page looks
  1268. 48:18like and now it's gone ahead and it's
1269. 48:21built it for you. And now we're in. Look
1270. 48:23at how great this freaking thing looks.
1271. 48:26All right, let's go back and compare it
1272. 48:27with the original. So in the original we
1273. 48:30have an image, text, um buttons, and
1274. 48:32videos, right? Image, text, buttons, and
1275. 48:35videos. Then we have a description here.
1276. 48:39We got a description here, right? Then
1277. 48:42we have uh more videos here, right? Then
1278. 48:45we have more videos here, right? Then we
1279. 48:49have a review section here, right? Then
1280. 48:51we have a review section here, right?
1281. 48:54Then we have um um FAQs here, right?
1282. 48:59Then we have FAQs here. Um over here we
  1283. 49:02got a a testimonial section. Um over
1284. 49:06here we got another testimonial section.
1285. 49:08Then finally we end with the footer. So
1286. 49:11every single thing has been built to
1287. 49:13spec. So if you ever hired someone to
1288. 49:16build it out for you, um this is what
1289. 49:19they would first do. And the reason we
1290. 49:21know this is we bu we've built thousands
1291. 49:23of websites for clients. So before
  1292. 49:26building a website, the first question
1293. 49:28that we ask is, yo, what do you want it
1294. 49:31to look like? And a lot of people say,
  1295. 49:33"Yeah, I want it to look like this. I I
1296. 49:35think this is a great website." And then
1297. 49:38um when we returned something that that
1298. 49:41kind of looked like this but with our
1299. 49:43spin on it, they're like, "No, no, no. I
1300. 49:44really wanted it to look like this."
1301. 49:45Because people fall in love with a
1302. 49:47particular design. So now what we do is
1303. 49:49we built it exactly to spec. Okay. So
1304. 49:52this is what the white labeler does. So
1305. 49:55um this is a page score. We're not just
1306. 49:57going to score it yet. It's a very very
1307. 49:59cool feature. What we're going to do
1308. 50:01first is we're going to theme it. Okay.
1309. 50:04Now to theme it because they're using
1310. 50:07sort of yellows and this type of yellow,
1311. 50:09right? This is why they have this. Our
  1312. 50:12brand colors are different. We've
  1313. 50:13developed a a genuine color palette for
1314. 50:16our brand. So what we can do over here
1315. 50:18is we can upload our logo or we can
1316. 50:21upload our color palette. So let's go
1317. 50:23ahead and do that. Now this is the color
1318. 50:25palette we have for our brand right
1319. 50:27here. These are the colors and these are
1320. 50:29the colors we want seen everywhere.
1321. 50:30Right? So, I'm going to upload the color
1322. 50:31palette and then I'm going to hit
1323. 50:33generate themes. And now we're going to
1324. 50:35start uh it's going to start generating
1325. 50:37themes for our website. All right. So,
  1326. 50:40with our themes generated, it's
1327. 50:42generated a few themes for us, right?
  1328. 50:44So, there's warm harvest, deep earth,
1329. 50:46and golden glow. So, let's see what
1330. 50:48happens when we pick warm harvest. All
1331. 50:50right. You see all of the colors have
1332. 50:52now changed to be more in line with our
  1333. 50:55branding. Right now, let's pick deep
  1334. 50:57earth. All right. That's pretty cool,
1335. 50:59too. I'm kind of liking this one. And
1336. 51:01then finally, golden glow. All right,
1337. 51:03this is it. Uh, this is the golden glow.
1338. 51:05So, it's up to you which one you want to
1339. 51:07pick. And I want to know in the comments
1340. 51:09which one you would have picked. There's
1341. 51:10warm harvest, deep earth, and golden
  1342. 51:13glow. I'm going towards the golden.
1343. 51:16Yeah, I'm going to go towards golden.
1344. 51:18All right. So, now the golden glow theme
1345. 51:19has been picked. If you would have
1346. 51:21picked differently, let me know in the
1347. 51:22comments down below. All right. So, now
1348. 51:24with our theme picked, let's go ahead
1349. 51:26and run. Let's upgrade the page. Okay.
1350. 51:29So, by the way, you could do it
1351. 51:30individually if you like, right? You can
1352. 51:32go here and um start, you know, just
1353. 51:34adding sections. So, let me just walk
  1354. 51:36you through the thing. There's AI
1355. 51:38theming. You can rewrite all the copy
1356. 51:40with AI, which we're going to do in a
1357. 51:42bit. You can start restructuring
1358. 51:45everything. So, for example, if you
1359. 51:46wanted this one somewhere else, right,
1360. 51:48this uh video grid, if you wanted it
1361. 51:50somewhere else, you could you could
1362. 51:51essentially move it, right? You can just
1363. 51:53hit up and down and move it. Um or if
1364. 51:56you didn't want it to be visible, you
1365. 51:58could just not make it visible, right?
1366. 52:00So it makes it super easy for us to be
1367. 52:02able to manage these sections. And then
1368. 52:04finally, you can just add a section,
1369. 52:06right? So let's say you wanted to um add
  1370. 52:08add a section right underneath, right?
1371. 52:10It comes here and then you can uh go up
1372. 52:13or down based on whatever it is. So you
1373. 52:15can you can do you know you can do
1374. 52:17everything manually. You can go in and
1375. 52:19start putting your text in manually. All
1376. 52:20of that. All I ask is that you download
1377. 52:22the HTML because when you download the
  1378. 52:25HTML, it's basically like a a website
1379. 52:28file that exists. Okay? And then you
1380. 52:31what you could do always like see right
  1381. 52:32now I've gone ahead I've downloaded the
1382. 52:34HTML, right? Um now if you ever exit um
1383. 52:38the um hold on so that this is what it
1384. 52:41is, right? If you ever exit white
1385. 52:44labeler, you could just go back in to uh
  1386. 52:47whitelabler.ai,
1387. 52:48start cloning, right? Um, you could go
1388. 52:51to upload and start right back where you
1389. 52:53left off. So, always just save your
1390. 52:55work. Okay. Um, now let's get back to um
1391. 53:00this. All right. Let's go ahead and
1392. 53:02upgrade the page. This is one of the
  1393. 53:04best new features that we've added.
1394. 53:06Okay. It calculates a page score based
1395. 53:08on everything that exists on the page
1396. 53:10right now. And it will go ahead and then
1397. 53:13give us recommendations on what sections
1398. 53:16need to be added to increase that page
1399. 53:18score. And the best part of it is it'll
1400. 53:21actually go ahead and add those sections
1401. 53:22in. So whatever Rosemary is doing,
1402. 53:25right, we have those sections in place
1403. 53:27so that our website looks and feels like
1404. 53:30a sevenigure score, but we go one step
1405. 53:33up and upgrade it. All right, so let's
1406. 53:35go ahead and hit calculate score. Right
1407. 53:37now, it's scoring our page and uh very
1408. 53:40soon we'll be able to see what's on the
  1409. 53:42page, what's working, and what's
1410. 53:44definitely not working, and where we
1411. 53:46need to beef up. So, it has gone ahead
1412. 53:49and decided that it needs all of these
1413. 53:52sections for this page to be good,
  1414. 53:54right? We're we're only at a 55 out of
1415. 53:58100 in terms of paid scoring. And the
1416. 54:00way that we score pages, guys, is we've
1417. 54:03studied thousands and thousands of
1418. 54:05pages. And all of that information flows
1419. 54:07through our AI model that goes ahead and
1420. 54:10does this thinking for us. So, it's up
1421. 54:13to you which uh blocks you'd like to
1422. 54:15add, but I'd say add all of them. Okay?
1423. 54:18I'd literally say add all of them.
1424. 54:20They're going to be worth it. So, it's
1425. 54:21up to you. You can select the ones that
1426. 54:22you want or you can select all. Okay?
1427. 54:25And then you're going to want to just
1428. 54:26hit this generate sections. And now,
  1429. 54:29it's going to literally because there's
1430. 54:32risk reversal missing, right? Nobody
1431. 54:33knows if the the what we're going to buy
  1432. 54:37is it going to be 100% risk-free, right?
1433. 54:39And that sometimes will mean people
  1434. 54:41don't buy. Right? There's a how it works
  1435. 54:44section that's missing, right? Why how
1436. 54:46does this uh you know, how does this uh
1437. 54:49um product help you achieve the goal
1438. 54:53that you're looking for? Us versus them.
1439. 54:55Why you why should they buy your product
1440. 54:57versus anything else, right? And the
1441. 54:59founder and credibility block like who
1442. 55:01where is this coming from? Who are you?
1443. 55:03Right? Like um that's going to be very
1444. 55:06very important for us to to put in. So,
1445. 55:09all of those sections are being added um
1446. 55:11right now and um once they're added uh
1447. 55:14you'll see them automatically appear on
1448. 55:16the page. This is a very very cool
1449. 55:18thing. All right, so the first section
1450. 55:20just got added which is the guarantee
1451. 55:23headline. And this should say the number
1452. 55:25of days. Don't worry, this will get
1453. 55:26fixed when we add the copy. Um that's so
1454. 55:29freaking cool. And look at it. It's
1455. 55:31matched the colors of the brand and it
1456. 55:32knows where in the page it needs to be
1457. 55:34added as well. So that's been added.
1458. 55:36Now, the next thing that's being added
1459. 55:38is how it works. All right, the second
1460. 55:40section got added. It's the how it works
1461. 55:42section. Step one, step two, step three.
1462. 55:45It looks beautiful, man. It looks really
  1463. 55:47beautiful. I love that it's the way that
1464. 55:49it's added it into um the existing color
1465. 55:53scheme. Freaking amazing. So, again, uh
1466. 55:56the reason we the software does this is
1467. 55:58cuz me and my agency, we used to do this
1468. 56:02for clients every single day. And with
1469. 56:05AI, we needed to find a way to do this
1470. 56:07faster, quicker, better, right? And so
1471. 56:10now you can see each section being added
1472. 56:14to um to the page. And you could almost
1473. 56:17run this as a service, right? Um if you
1474. 56:20if if you don't want to do this for your
  1475. 56:22business, you can take any business's
1476. 56:24page out there, generate a score for
1477. 56:26them, tell them, "This is what your page
1478. 56:28looks like before. This is what it can
1479. 56:30look like after. Pay me and I'll put it
1480. 56:32into your store." Right? It's such an
1481. 56:34insane service that you can offer to
1482. 56:36clients and it takes it does nothing.
1483. 56:38Okay, look at this. This is the us
1484. 56:39versus them. Look at how beautiful this
1485. 56:41section looks. Us versus them section
1486. 56:44being built. And then final section
1487. 56:46that's being built is the founder and
1488. 56:48brand credibility block. And so now if
1489. 56:52this page was making six figures a month
1490. 56:55for these guys, we have literally found
1491. 56:58every single thing that this page was
1492. 56:59missing and we have added it to our
1493. 57:03section. Boom. This is the founder note.
  1494. 57:06And that's it. It's done. So now based
  1495. 57:08on the new sections it's added, it's
1496. 57:10going to go through the page again and
1497. 57:12it's going to calculate a new page score
1498. 57:15for you. All right. So, after rescoring
  1499. 57:17the page, we're at a 92, which is
1500. 57:20exceptional. And it is exceptional
1501. 57:21because look at what this page is now.
1502. 57:24From what it was to what it is, this
1503. 57:26page is absolutely amazing. It is a
1504. 57:29conversion machine. Okay. So, now that
1505. 57:31we've gotten the page optimized, the
1506. 57:33next thing that I want to do is actually
1507. 57:34start writing some copy for our
1508. 57:37particular brand. And for that, again,
1509. 57:40I'm just going to use one of their AI
1510. 57:42features, which is AI copywriting. All
1511. 57:44right. So, very simply to start writing
1512. 57:46copy, all you're going to want to do is
1513. 57:47go here to the third tab and write copy.
1514. 57:50Over here, you're going to want to name
1515. 57:53the product and the brand, right? So,
1516. 57:55hair nectar growter. Okay? And then the
1517. 57:58next thing that you're going to want to
1518. 57:59do is paste in just details about the
  1519. 58:02product. So, I have like a supplier open
1520. 58:03on another on another tab and I'm just
1521. 58:06sort of pasting in like the ingredients,
1522. 58:09the reviews, all of that stuff that will
1523. 58:11help our copywriter write amazing
1524. 58:14copies. I've pasted a lot of it in. And
1525. 58:17again, um the the the more information
1526. 58:20you give the copywriter, the better it
1527. 58:22is. It's no at no point what you finish
1528. 58:24it with, but it is a really really good
1529. 58:27standard to start writing copywriting
1530. 58:29with. So, now we're going to hit
1531. 58:30generate copy. And now we're going to
1532. 58:32wait for the copy to come in. And after
  1533. 58:35that, we're basically done designing one
1534. 58:38of our product pages. And in many
1535. 58:41respects, and again, I want to be super
1536. 58:42respectful, it actually will end up a
1537. 58:44lot of times looking better than the
1538. 58:46original. And you guys already know, we
1539. 58:49have incredible images for our uh
1540. 58:52product as well. So I am really really
1541. 58:55happy with um how this is coming about.
1542. 58:58our images, our copy, um all of it is
1543. 59:01going to look incredible. So, um let's
1544. 59:04go ahead uh finish this up, right? Start
1545. 59:07rewriting all of the copy. Um and then
1546. 59:09when the copy is done, let's start
1547. 59:11populating it with images. All right,
1548. 59:13guys. So, the copy is in and I genuinely
  1549. 59:16want everyone's feedback on this copy,
1550. 59:19right? So, grower rosemary plus biotin
1551. 59:22hair growth oil, right? the purchase um
1552. 59:27description. Why growter works when
1553. 59:30nothing else did, right? Step one, wakes
1554. 59:33up dormant follicles, rebuilds every
1555. 59:35strand from the root, locks in moisture
1556. 59:37and shine. Right? What customers are
1557. 59:39saying? It actually worked. Stopped my
  1558. 59:41shedding. 47. My hair looks 27. Cured my
  1559. 59:44scalp pain. Exactly what I needed.
1560. 59:46Right? Look at this. Not all rosemary
1561. 59:49oils are built the same, right? Us
1562. 59:51versus them. Okay? thicker and fuller
1563. 59:54hair in less than 90 days. All right,
1564. 59:56look at that. Let's just make this text
1565. 59:58color um like this yellow or maybe a
1566. 1:00:02little bit less. Okay, fine. You know
1567. 1:00:03what? This black is nice. Okay. Um watch
1568. 1:00:06it grow, right? So, we can just
1569. 1:00:07basically make sure that you know it's
  1570. 1:00:09it's if if there's anything that didn't
1571. 1:00:12uh come the way that you want it to, all
1572. 1:00:14you have to do is you can just change it
  1573. 1:00:16right here. And that's what I'm going to
1574. 1:00:18do now. Just quickly change these text
1575. 1:00:20colors right here. Okay. So, look,
1576. 1:00:23thicker and fuller hair in um as little
  1577. 1:00:26as 90 days, right? A message from the
1578. 1:00:28founder. Uh question and answers. Look
1579. 1:00:30at this 90-day promise. Grow it back in
1580. 1:00:3290 days or we refund every scent. Right?
1581. 1:00:34More testimonials and the footer. Even
1582. 1:00:37the footer, I think we can go um another
1583. 1:00:40color with it. Uh I'm going to go ahead
1584. 1:00:43and um use maybe this um this um uh I
1585. 1:00:48want to I want to use this yellow. So,
1586. 1:00:50I'm just going to go here. I'm going to
  1587. 1:00:52use background color. I think this is a
  1588. 1:00:54very similar yellow. I'll just change
1589. 1:00:56that to this yellow. And we're done.
1590. 1:00:59We're done. Look at how great this page
1591. 1:01:02looks. I'm going to go ahead and quickly
1592. 1:01:04download the HTML. This is like my
1593. 1:01:06little save. I can preview it. This is
1594. 1:01:08what your page is going to look like
1595. 1:01:09when somebody lands on it. Completely
1596. 1:01:11branded all of the copy done. Very, very
1597. 1:01:14exciting stuff. And now all we have to
1598. 1:01:16do is hit publish to Shopify and
  1599. 1:01:19download the Shopify template. Now I'm
1600. 1:01:22going to show you how to basically take
1601. 1:01:24any of the pages that you've built and
1602. 1:01:26put it into your Shopify store. So what
1603. 1:01:28you're going to want to do is use the
1604. 1:01:29link down below and sign up for Shopify.
1605. 1:01:33And once you're done with the intake,
1606. 1:01:35you're going to be taken to a screen
1607. 1:01:36like this. Now to get your store live,
1608. 1:01:39all you have to do is go to online
1609. 1:01:41store, right? You're going to want to
1610. 1:01:43hit this button and hit edit code. And
1611. 1:01:46over here, we're going to go ahead and
1612. 1:01:48create a section. So, the way that this
1613. 1:01:50thing works is it's built this entire
1614. 1:01:52page out as a section. And then you can
1615. 1:01:55add that wherever you wish, right? So,
1616. 1:01:58now we're going to go we're going to go
1617. 1:01:59here. It's going to load, right? And as
1618. 1:02:01you can see, these are all the sections
1619. 1:02:04that I have created. All right. Then,
1620. 1:02:06what you're going to want to do is go
1621. 1:02:08make sure that you are on section and
1622. 1:02:09hit this button and name it something.
1623. 1:02:12Normally I go WLE which is white label
1624. 1:02:14e-commerce and then I'm going to go um
1625. 1:02:17hair nectar and then I'll do gg for
1626. 1:02:19growter. Okay. And then I'm going to end
1627. 1:02:22oh sorry see that's not going to work
  1628. 1:02:24because I didn't end it correctly. We'll
1629. 1:02:26do it again. Okay. Sections here wle
1630. 1:02:30hair nectar gg which is growter. And
1631. 1:02:33then you we're going to want to put
1632. 1:02:35liquid. When you put liquid, the Shopify
1633. 1:02:38icon appears because liquid is how
1634. 1:02:39Shopify saves its files. And then over
1635. 1:02:42here, you're going to go want to go back
1636. 1:02:44to white labeler uh this code that it's
1637. 1:02:46given. You copy it and make it downloads
  1638. 1:02:48it automatically. So, you're fine
1639. 1:02:49anyways. And then you're going to want
1640. 1:02:51to hit paste. And then you're going to
1641. 1:02:52want to hit save. And now this file is
1642. 1:02:56permanently stored inside of your store.
1643. 1:02:58And you can use it however you want. If
1644. 1:03:00you don't if you want to delete it at
1645. 1:03:02any point, you can delete it as well.
1646. 1:03:03And now we can exit this. Next thing
1647. 1:03:06that we're going to want to do is we're
1648. 1:03:07going to want to go to products and
1649. 1:03:09we're going to want to basically create
1650. 1:03:11a product, right? So let's add the
1651. 1:03:12product and let's call it the hair
1652. 1:03:15nectar grow getter. Okay. Um we're going
1653. 1:03:18to want to upload some images. So let's
1654. 1:03:20upload the images that we created. So
  1655. 1:03:22I've just uploaded images. We don't
  1656. 1:03:23really need to write a description
1657. 1:03:25because um you write a description when
  1658. 1:03:27you're using sort of Shopify's default
1659. 1:03:30page. Okay. I'm going to make this the
1660. 1:03:32the first image that people see. Um, and
1661. 1:03:35these are all the nice images. Okay.
1662. 1:03:37Amazing. Um, then what we're going to
1663. 1:03:39want to do is set a price. I'm actually
1664. 1:03:41going to go to my suppliers recommended
1665. 1:03:43price now. So, our selling unit for one
  1666. 1:03:45is 2150, right? That's good. Now, if
1667. 1:03:49we're going to want to do like buy one,
1668. 1:03:51get one, buy two, get two, buy two, get
1669. 1:03:54three, you're going to want to make sure
1670. 1:03:55that you add those as bundles over here.
1671. 1:03:58All right. Um, so, you know what? Let's
1672. 1:04:00just do it for now for for for for
1673. 1:04:03example sake, right? So what is Rosemary
1674. 1:04:05doing? They have they only have one time
1675. 1:04:08in subscribe and save. Um so in that
1676. 1:04:11case we don't really need to. Right? In
1677. 1:04:13that case we don't really need to. We
1678. 1:04:15can just leave it at the 21 uh50 price
1679. 1:04:18point. Hit save. Now that our products
1680. 1:04:20added in, let's go back to the website.
1681. 1:04:23Um let's go to the um edit theme. All
  1682. 1:04:26right. Now let's go here to home. Let's
1683. 1:04:30go to homepage. Let's go to products and
  1684. 1:04:32let's create a template. We're going to
1685. 1:04:34call this hair nectar. GG. Okay. And uh
1686. 1:04:37this is hair nectar. Uh actually grow
1687. 1:04:40not growter. Sorry. Ours is Yeah, ours
1688. 1:04:44is um yeah, ours is growter. Sorry. It's
1689. 1:04:46uh the their theirs is gross. Okay. So
  1690. 1:04:49now we're going to hit create a
1691. 1:04:50template. All right. And now this is
1692. 1:04:52like the if if you had let's say if you
1693. 1:04:56had um used nothing but the Shopify um
1694. 1:05:01page, right? If you you this is what
1695. 1:05:03your page would look like if you just
1696. 1:05:04had the Shopify theme, right? And this
1697. 1:05:07kind of doesn't look good at all, right?
1698. 1:05:09So what we're going to do is we're going
1699. 1:05:10to hide all of these. Okay, we don't
1700. 1:05:12need any of these sections. And like I
1701. 1:05:14said, our the way that we create pages
1702. 1:05:17is by sections. So now we've actually
1703. 1:05:19already created a full section. So you
1704. 1:05:21go add a section, you go all the way
1705. 1:05:22down and you will find um the um our
1706. 1:05:26section right here. So you you can see
1707. 1:05:28here WLD hair nectar growter and boom
1708. 1:05:31the entire page gets loaded up right
1709. 1:05:33here. Okay. So this is your entire page
1710. 1:05:36loaded up. And so the way that we build
1711. 1:05:39these is you can decide what to do with
1712. 1:05:41each section. You can move sections
1713. 1:05:44around if you want. You can move this
1714. 1:05:45above the review list. You can move this
1715. 1:05:48below the review list. You have complete
1716. 1:05:50control in terms of how the entire
1717. 1:05:53section looks, feels, and works. Okay.
1718. 1:05:56The biggest thing that you have to do
1719. 1:05:57when you add a section is go here and
1720. 1:05:59make sure you select a product and you
1721. 1:06:01add the product right here. Hair nectar
1722. 1:06:03growter. Okay. When you do that, you'll
1723. 1:06:05see um the um the the the images start
1724. 1:06:09populating right here. Okay. Now, what
1725. 1:06:12we're going to want to do is we're going
1726. 1:06:14to want to make sure that we u it says
1727. 1:06:17sold out right here, right? So, we don't
1728. 1:06:19want ours to be sold out, obviously. So,
1729. 1:06:21we're going to go back to the product.
1730. 1:06:24Okay, we're going to edit this. Um, and
1731. 1:06:26we're going to make sure that it is not
1732. 1:06:28sold out and that it has some units
1733. 1:06:31available. So, the way that we do that
1734. 1:06:33is over here, you can see available, you
1735. 1:06:37can make it 10,000 and hit save. And
1736. 1:06:40when you hit that, the product is ready
1737. 1:06:42to be bought now. Okay, the product's
1738. 1:06:45ready to be bought now. All right. And
1739. 1:06:47if you were thinking Ali, why were the
1740. 1:06:49images so huge? Um, we just fixed that
1741. 1:06:52very quickly because I had added really
1742. 1:06:54really big images. So I added all of the
1743. 1:06:56images that we created and some images
1744. 1:06:58were really big size. So if the image
1745. 1:07:00size is normal um this will look uh good
1746. 1:07:03as well. And so now look at how this
1747. 1:07:05thing looks freaking beautiful. Freaking
1748. 1:07:09beautiful. Okay. So now we have our
  1749. 1:07:11product here. It's branded. It looks
1750. 1:07:14good. And as soon as we add the product,
1751. 1:07:17everything goes um in. Okay. And every
1752. 1:07:20single link can be connected. So this is
1753. 1:07:22your entire um um this is your um menu,
1754. 1:07:26right? You can literally connect every
1755. 1:07:28single menu to a link on the website.
1756. 1:07:31This is um your hero section, right? Um
1757. 1:07:35this is the ingredients. All of that is
1758. 1:07:37in here. Why grower works? Uh the the
1759. 1:07:41video grid, you can uh start attaching
1760. 1:07:43videos here. what customers are saying.
  1761. 1:07:45So you can link I [clears throat] I
1762. 1:07:48wanted everybody to have ultimate
  1763. 1:07:50ultimate ultimate customizability when
1764. 1:07:52it comes to preparing uh pages. So I
1765. 1:07:55mean at the end of the day look at how
1766. 1:07:57beautiful the product page looks and
1767. 1:07:59just even comparing it to the original
1768. 1:08:02that we used right this is their page.
1769. 1:08:05Okay. And this is going to be our page
1770. 1:08:07very soon. I mean, I'm just so so pumped
1771. 1:08:11to to see, you know, to to to get into
1772. 1:08:15fruition and come to what this page is
1773. 1:08:17going to end up looking like for us. So,
  1774. 1:08:20really, really excited about that. Let's
1775. 1:08:21move on to the next section where we go
1776. 1:08:24ahead and we start preparing all of the
1777. 1:08:26assets that go into all of these
1778. 1:08:29different sections. All right. So, when
1779. 1:08:30I was testing it, I realized that this
  1780. 1:08:34accord doesn't open up, right? So,
  1781. 1:08:36there's a description, right? But there
  1782. 1:08:38is it doesn't it doesn't open up because
1783. 1:08:40the way that it was built it was built
1784. 1:08:42as a just a placeholder. Right? So if if
1785. 1:08:45if this happens when you're doing your
1786. 1:08:47own build, it's very easy. All you have
1787. 1:08:49to do and this is just good advice for
1788. 1:08:51you just in case you want to make any
1789. 1:08:53changes is go back to the wireframe.
1790. 1:08:55Always have it open, right? And then you
1791. 1:08:57can click on any section and you can go
1792. 1:08:59I mean you can change the design layout,
1793. 1:09:01you can change the section. So all you
1794. 1:09:03need to do is go in here. All right. and
1795. 1:09:06just ask AI what to do. So you can go in
1796. 1:09:09here and when when you click on any
1797. 1:09:11section you can change the layout, the
1798. 1:09:13design or you can rebuild it directly.
1799. 1:09:15Okay, so over here we're going to hit
1800. 1:09:16rebuild and we're going to just ask for
1801. 1:09:19a change here. Right. So this is an
1802. 1:09:22accordion section. If someone clicks the
1803. 1:09:26plus button, it should open the
1804. 1:09:30accordion. Accordion is like when you
1805. 1:09:32click plus the the thing should open,
1806. 1:09:34right? And then we can just hit rebuild
1807. 1:09:36section. And what the AI does is it
1808. 1:09:39starts rebuilding this section right
1809. 1:09:41here. So that the uh the the the it
1810. 1:09:44opens when someone clicks it. And then
1811. 1:09:48when you have that section done, you can
1812. 1:09:50take it to Shopify and you will see all
1813. 1:09:52of it to start to open. And you can do
1814. 1:09:54that with anything, right? If you want
1815. 1:09:56the this to be in another way or if you
1816. 1:09:59want this to be in another way, if you
1817. 1:10:00want this to be in another way, like for
1818. 1:10:02example, see now the accordions open,
1819. 1:10:04right? Then again, we hit publish to
1820. 1:10:06Shopify. We hit download Shopify
1821. 1:10:08template. It regenerates it. We hit copy
1822. 1:10:11code. We go back to our page over here.
1823. 1:10:13We edit the code and we just paste in
1824. 1:10:15the new code. When we do that, that
1825. 1:10:17section will automatically change into
1826. 1:10:19the new section. So right here, we hit
1827. 1:10:21save. Okay, I pasted in the new code.
1828. 1:10:23I'm going to hit save. We'll see the
1829. 1:10:25original was 1 hour ago. The new version
1830. 1:10:28is here. When we go back, we're going to
1831. 1:10:30hit refresh one time. Right? We're going
1832. 1:10:32to reload the website. And now you will
1833. 1:10:35see that that new section will start to
1834. 1:10:37appear. And this is it. Right? Now there
1835. 1:10:39is all of these accordians. How come
1836. 1:10:41come in here, right? And so now you can
1837. 1:10:43change the descriptions and the text.
1838. 1:10:45And that's how easy it is to make those
1839. 1:10:48changes. And see over here if I all
1840. 1:10:50these sections can be open, all these
1841. 1:10:52sections can be closed as well. So, this
1842. 1:10:54is how easy it is for you to make any
1843. 1:10:57changes you want at all to the main
1844. 1:10:59website. All right, guys. So, we have
1845. 1:11:01just finished doing all of the images,
1846. 1:11:05videos, and all the other assets that we
1847. 1:11:08would need for this page. And our page
1848. 1:11:11is finally complete. And this has been
1849. 1:11:15one of the most detail oriented builds
1850. 1:11:17that we've done on the channel. So, if
1851. 1:11:18you've made it this far, I mean, you
1852. 1:11:21know, I hope you got to learn a lot. and
1853. 1:11:23one of the best looking builds we've
1854. 1:11:25done on this channel to be honest with
1855. 1:11:27you. It just looks incredible and you
1856. 1:11:30know all of this was done with the help
1857. 1:11:32of AI. Now I don't want to make this
  1858. 1:11:34video ridiculously long. I think the
1859. 1:11:36runtime is already over an hour. So I'm
1860. 1:11:39going to show you very quickly how all
1861. 1:11:42of these AI images were generated. Um
1862. 1:11:44again I have just been using AI
1863. 1:11:47employees to be able to build these
1864. 1:11:48images. We're going to go back to the
1865. 1:11:50vault, right? And you do get the vault
1866. 1:11:53for free with a pro subscription to
1867. 1:11:54white labeler. And I've been using the
1868. 1:11:58uh branding design specialist to come up
  1869. 1:12:00with different image prompts. I've been
1870. 1:12:02using the white labeler image mirror
1871. 1:12:05studio where it gives where you
  1872. 1:12:06basically give it a competitor's image
1873. 1:12:09and it will create an image for you in
1874. 1:12:11your brand in the same style. Right? The
1875. 1:12:14customer experience studio helps you
1876. 1:12:16create images of customers using your
1877. 1:12:18different product. Right? And there are
1878. 1:12:20just tons and tons of different AI
1879. 1:12:22employees that are all here available
1880. 1:12:25for you to be able to create just
1881. 1:12:27incredible images. And for videos, we
1882. 1:12:29also have more AI employees for
  1883. 1:12:32showcasing testimonials, for showcasing
1884. 1:12:34people using the different products. And
  1885. 1:12:36what I'll do is I'll link some videos
1886. 1:12:38down below for those of you guys that
1887. 1:12:39are looking to create really, really
1888. 1:12:41good images for your products and
1889. 1:12:42really, really great videos for your
  1890. 1:12:44products. All right. It's not that
1891. 1:12:46difficult when you have AI employees
1892. 1:12:48that you're using to do that because
  1893. 1:12:49then you're able to create just
  1894. 1:12:50incredible looking um images. So, let's
1895. 1:12:53do one last uh go at it. I just want I'm
1896. 1:12:56going to open it up in an incognito
1897. 1:12:58window just so that there's no Shopify
1898. 1:13:00branding on it. This is what somebody
1899. 1:13:02lands on. This is what somebody sees.
1900. 1:13:05And look at your brand just basically
1901. 1:13:07come to life. And you know what? This is
1902. 1:13:10a perfect perfect moment to compare this
1903. 1:13:13brand to the brand that we started off
1904. 1:13:16with. Let's do that. So, this is the
1905. 1:13:18brand that we started off with, right?
1906. 1:13:20This is what it looks like, and this is
1907. 1:13:22all that it has to offer. And now,
1908. 1:13:25genuinely compare it to this brand, your
1909. 1:13:28brand, and how it looks, how it feels,
1910. 1:13:31how it's been elevated, and how it has
1911. 1:13:33all of the sections and everything that
1912. 1:13:35it needs to be able to convert somebody
1913. 1:13:38into buyer into a buyer. And this is
  1914. 1:13:39exactly what the white label e-commerce
1915. 1:13:42process is. Um, and for anybody that is
1916. 1:13:45serious about doing this, I, you know,
1917. 1:13:48we're at the end of the video, so I'm
1918. 1:13:50going to let you know that in the link
1919. 1:13:51down in the description below, you will
1920. 1:13:53find a link to our program, White Label
1921. 1:13:56E-Commerce. Um, and in that program,
1922. 1:13:59what we do is we build brands just like
1923. 1:14:01this, and we allow you to white label
1924. 1:14:04them. What does that mean? It means
1925. 1:14:06we've built the brand. We've done all of
1926. 1:14:09the work. You can come in, swap out the
1927. 1:14:11logo, and launch it as your own. Okay,
1928. 1:14:14that's the entire process of Y label
1929. 1:14:16e-commerce. It is linked down in the
1930. 1:14:18description below. If you want to use
1931. 1:14:20literally this website, all of the
  1932. 1:14:21assets that we've developed, you are
1933. 1:14:24able to do so inside of that program. It
1934. 1:14:26is one of the fastest ways that I know
1935. 1:14:28how to help somebody go from zero to
1936. 1:14:30launch. Not only will we help build your
1937. 1:14:33websites, we'll also create your ads for
1938. 1:14:35you. We will also launch the business
1939. 1:14:37with you. And there's tons and tons of
1940. 1:14:38training if you want to learn how to
  1941. 1:14:40create beautiful images, beautiful
1942. 1:14:43videos just like this. AI employees,
1943. 1:14:46weekly calls, you name it, it is all
1944. 1:14:48included. But with that being said,
1945. 1:14:50guys, I am so so happy that we have
1946. 1:14:52reached the end of this video. This has
1947. 1:14:54been uh a labor of love going through
1948. 1:14:57the exact build process. For anybody
1949. 1:14:59that made it this far, let me know what
1950. 1:15:00you truly feel about it and let me know
1951. 1:15:02what you think about all of the tools
1952. 1:15:03that we've used. Right? These are tools
1953. 1:15:05that we use on a daily basis to to do
1954. 1:15:08things. So, thank you guys so much.
1955. 1:15:10Again, appreciate each and every one of
1956. 1:15:12you. Um, and um, let me know in the
1957. 1:15:15comments down below what else you want
1958. 1:15:17to learn. If you got any value, leave a

  1960. 1:15:21single comment. I know I've been a
1961. 1:15:23little bit late on that, but I'm
1962. 1:15:24catching up again. Making sure I reply
1963. 1:15:26to every single person that comments
1964. 1:15:28down below. Thank you guys so much and
1965. 1:15:30as always I will catch you guys in the
  1966. 1:15:31next
