  1. 0:00Meta just officially upgraded its Ads
  2. 0:02MCP and the changes are absolutely
  3. 0:04mind-blowing. You can now connect Claude
  4. 0:06directly to your Meta Ad account and
  5. 0:07tell it to analyze your performance,
  6. 0:09chart your data, build reports, identify
  7. 0:12winning ads, and create AI-generated
  8. 0:14variants, as well as launch new
  9. 0:16campaigns automatically and schedule
  10. 0:18fresh creative every single week for
  11. 0:20you, and manage your entire ad account
  12. 0:22directly from your phone. This is not
  13. 0:23just another Meta update. It is the
  14. 0:25beginning of AI agents running your
  15. 0:27entire advertising operation. Media
  16. 0:29buying just changed forever and here's
  17. 0:31exactly how it works. So, first we're
  18. 0:33going to be going through capabilities
  19. 0:35on how this works and then we're going
  20. 0:36to show you exactly how to set it up and
  21. 0:38I'm going to walk through live examples
  22. 0:40of how we're using this right now. So,
  23. 0:42to understand what the Meta MCP is, you
  24. 0:43can directly integrate it with Claude
  25. 0:45and Claude will become your central
  26. 0:47terminal for how you manage everything.
  27. 0:49Quite literally, you can connect the
  28. 0:51Meta Ad account and analyze your data.
  29. 0:53You can see what winning ads are
  30. 0:54performing and have AI-generated images
  31. 0:57literally launched all from the exact
  32. 0:59same terminal. You can have all of your
  33. 1:00briefs and reports from your past
  34. 1:02company history accessible as well,
  35. 1:05including your files, your Slack
  36. 1:06communication, and it has all of the
  37. 1:09knowledge and information centralized in
  38. 1:11one place. So, whatever you ask, it is
  39. 1:14able to do. So, whenever you create the
  40. 1:15creatives, you can have 100 assets be
  41. 1:18moved into a cloud storage and then auto
  42. 1:20time release based off of a weekly
  43. 1:22creative refresh cadence. Meaning, we
  44. 1:24have ads that we need to launch every
  45. 1:25week, we find our winners, we iterate on
  46. 1:27them with AI, we plug them into a
  47. 1:29storage and then it pulls from that and
  48. 1:31launches them every week, so that way we
  49. 1:33never have to worry about launching
  50. 1:34creatives again. It's absolutely insane
  51. 1:36to think about and all of your brand
  52. 1:37assets may be on your computer and drive
  53. 1:39and all these different places. Well, it
  54. 1:41has access to all of this stuff as well.
  55. 1:43And all of these scripts, you can
  56. 1:44transcribe literally all of the UGC
  57. 1:46videos that have converted for you and
  58. 1:48it can have access to that to know
  59. 1:49exactly how to write going forward. This
  60. 1:51is not just a regular update. This is a
  61. 1:53completely different new game for how
  62. 1:55we're going to be doing ads going
  63. 1:57forward. And it covers everything from
  64. 1:58like literally doing creatives,
  65. 2:00competitor research, launching your
  66. 2:01audiences for you, analyzing the data,
  67. 2:03adjusting your pixel, your reporting,
  68. 2:06connecting your catalogs, doing admin
  69. 2:08stuff, analyzing DMs, going through
  70. 2:10workflows, setting up the campaigns for
  71. 2:12you, and doing all of the testing all
  72. 2:14from this video. So, let's break down
  73. 2:15exactly how this entire flow works by
  74. 2:18first setting it up. In order to manage
  75. 2:20ads with the AI agent, what we're going
  76. 2:21to do is we're going to scroll down here
  77. 2:23and copy this link for the MCP. And
  78. 2:25everything we're going to be going
  79. 2:26through is linked below this video. So,
  80. 2:28we'll copy this link, and we'll come in
  81. 2:30here, and we'll click on the plus sign.
  82. 2:31We'll go to connectors. And the first
  83. 2:33step is you're going to want to make
  84. 2:34sure you obviously have Claude
  85. 2:36downloaded on your computer so that way
  86. 2:38you can do this. And one of the first
  87. 2:40steps is we're going to copy that link.
  88. 2:42We're going to come in here and click
  89. 2:43the plus sign, go to connectors, manage
  90. 2:45connections, and we're going to hit add.
  91. 2:47We're going to add a custom connector.
  92. 2:48We'll paste this, and we'll name it Meta
  93. 2:50MCP. And then we'll just hit add. It
  94. 2:52will then automatically connect the Meta
  95. 2:54MCP. And then, if we want to do AI
  96. 2:56creatives, we're also going to connect
  97. 2:58the Higgsfield MCP, which I've linked
  98. 3:00below this video so you can copy and
  99. 3:01paste that. And any other connectors
  100. 3:03that you want to have access to
  101. 3:04throughout this process, you can connect
  102. 3:06everything. Whether it's Drive, your
  103. 3:07emails, your Slack channels, whatever it
  104. 3:09is, any source of information you want
  105. 3:11so that way Claude has access to
  106. 3:13everything and has all of the
  107. 3:14capabilities and understanding of your
  108. 3:16business, you would connect it through
  109. 3:17the MCPs here. So, the first thing we
  110. 3:19can have it do is analyze our ad account
  111. 3:21data. So, I could say, "Hey, pull open
  112. 3:23the Happy Dad ad account analyze the
  113. 3:25last 180 day of click-through rates, our
  114. 3:27purchases, our return on ad spend, and
  115. 3:30give me a graph of that data." And then
  116. 3:32I just hit enter, and it's going to go
  117. 3:34through and connect to our ad account
  118. 3:35automatically and pull this data for us.
  119. 3:38And then we can start to analyze it and
  120. 3:39find out what winning ads we have and
  121. 3:41start to begin to create new creatives.
  122. 3:43So, let's go through this process. All
  123. 3:45right, so now we have all of our data in
  124. 3:46here, and it just compiled our
  125. 3:48performance report over the last 180
  126. 3:50days. And as you can see, we spent
  127. 3:52$102,000
  128. 3:54and got 5,539 purchases at a 3.2 x ROAS
  129. 3:58with a 0.68 click-through rate. [music]
  130. 4:00And this is pretty insane what it's
  131. 4:02already done. It's broken down all of
  132. 4:03our graphs here. So, we can actually see
  133. 4:05our click-through rate over time, our
  134. 4:06purchase volume, our purchase return in
  135. 4:09ad spend, and our amount spent. As you
  136. 4:10can see, our spend has dramatically been
  137. 4:12rising over the last couple of months
  138. 4:14here, and our purchase return in ad
  139. 4:16spend has actually been dropping. As
  140. 4:17well as our purchase volume has been
  141. 4:19going up with that additional spend, and
  142. 4:21that is all due to the scale up that the
  143. 4:22reporting is from. And we can even see a
  144. 4:25breakdown of like what's above average,
  145. 4:27which is our spend to ROAS calculations.
  146. 4:30We have a good return in ad spend here
  147. 4:32based off of our margins. And this one's
  148. 4:33a little bit below average. And you can
  149. 4:35see creative testing is doing really
  150. 4:36well, so that could be an indicator that
  151. 4:38we need to rotate those creatives over
  152. 4:40to our other campaigns. And we have a
  153. 4:42table view of the breakdown by week, so
  154. 4:44that way we can see as soon as we
  155. 4:46throttled up spend from about the 1 to
  156. 4:487K a week range to the 15 to 17,000 a
  157. 4:51week range, our ROAS has dropped
  158. 4:53significantly. Now, when looking at this
  159. 4:55report, when we scaled our spend by 20 x
  160. 4:57efficiency did not come with it as what
  161. 5:00Claude is concluding. But what's
  162. 5:01interesting to me is I would like to
  163. 5:03know more information as to why this
  164. 5:05could be the case. So, I'm going to ask
  165. 5:07it include a chart with the volume of
  166. 5:11creatives launched over the same time
  167. 5:13period, so that way I can see how many
  168. 5:15creatives we've been launching alongside
  169. 5:17all of the increase in spend. I want to
  170. 5:20understand the ratio of creatives
  171. 5:21launched to the spend levels to see if
  172. 5:24that is holding. So, the reason I'm
  173. 5:26asking it that is because although we
  174. 5:27raise spend, ROAS drops. That's a pretty
  175. 5:29normal thing that happens when you raise
  176. 5:31spend. But if you don't keep up with
  177. 5:33your creative volume as you scale that
  178. 5:35spend, sometimes your ROAS drops even
  179. 5:37more significantly. So, I want to see if
  180. 5:39our ratio of creatives launched over
  181. 5:41that same time period is staying up to
  182. 5:43par with the amount of spend we're
  183. 5:45driving up. Because this will give me
  184. 5:47even more insights into understanding
  185. 5:49exactly what the true reason is for how
  186. 5:52we can get our ROAS up along with our
  187. 5:54spin rising. All right, so now Claude
  188. 5:56has given us our updated report with the
  189. 5:58creative to spin ratio. And as we can
  190. 6:01see, it's saying that creative output
  191. 6:02tracked the spin ramp closely through
  192. 6:04June, and front-loaded 93 new ads in May
  193. 6:07while spin was still under 3.6k, then
  194. 6:09pushed 153 ads in June as spin hit 27k.
  195. 6:13In July, stopped launches went up only
  196. 6:1510% while spin rose more than 131%.
  197. 6:19So you can see that the creative volume
  198. 6:21is actually going down as spin was going
  199. 6:24up, which is a high indicator that ROAS
  200. 6:26is not going to hold. As you rapidly
  201. 6:27raise your spin, you need creative
  202. 6:29volume with that. And so when we look at
  203. 6:31this, we have our spin levels rising
  204. 6:33significantly, and we're front-loading
  205. 6:35these creatives as we scale spin, which
  206. 6:37is good because our ROAS is still
  207. 6:39holding at a 5.8. And we have all these
  208. 6:41creatives backing it. We continue to
  209. 6:43launch roughly around the same number of
  210. 6:45creatives, but we double our spend again
  211. 6:48going to 2.5.
  212. 6:50And as spin continues to rise, our
  213. 6:52creative volume is actually dying down.
  214. 6:54So our ROAS is decreasing, our creative
  215. 6:57volume is not staying up to par with how
  216. 6:59much we're raising spend. So this tells
  217. 7:01us that we have not only a creative
  218. 7:03issue, but a creative volume issue in
  219. 7:06terms of how many creatives we actually
  220. 7:08need to launch to keep up with the
  221. 7:10additional spin levels so we can further
  222. 7:11optimize this. Now there's going to be
  223. 7:13other things like rotating budgets,
  224. 7:15increasing what's working, and
  225. 7:16optimizing, but just looking at this on
  226. 7:19a creative launch schedule in the ratios
  227. 7:21and how the ratio's actually decreasing
  228. 7:23as we're raising spend, we need to
  229. 7:25launch more creatives. So we can ask it
  230. 7:27to, "Now I want you to pull a report of
  231. 7:29the top three ads that are generating
  232. 7:31the most amount of sales with the
  233. 7:33highest amount of spend and the highest
  234. 7:34return in ad spend, and show me what
  235. 7:36those three creatives are." So I'm now
  236. 7:38asking it to pull our top three
  237. 7:39creatives because I want to see which
  238. 7:41ones are performing best, but I also
  239. 7:43want to know, not just based off of
  240. 7:44ROAS, but which creatives are actually
  241. 7:45handling the most amount of spend with
  242. 7:47the highest purchase volume because the
  243. 7:49weighted value of that means more to me
  244. 7:51than just an ad that has five purchases
  245. 7:53and a 50x ROAS. I care about the ad that
  246. 7:55has 5,000 purchases at a 4x ROAS because
  247. 7:58that means it can handle spend [music]
  248. 8:00and hold its return on ad spend. All
  249. 8:02right, so now let's pull the creative
  250. 8:03report for our top ads where we spent
  251. 8:05$6,000 and made back $33,000. Pretty
  252. 8:08good click-through rate, average cost
  253. 8:10per purchase is nice at a 5x. Same thing
  254. 8:12here, 5x return on ad spend. All of
  255. 8:14these are stellar creatives. They have
  256. 8:15good spend volume, great purchase
  257. 8:17volume, and same thing down here. It
  258. 8:19even breaks it down by style of creative
  259. 8:22as well as the additional spend where we
  260. 8:24spent 3K to make 22K back, which is
  261. 8:26stellar. And then we have our preview
  262. 8:28cards. So, we can see our exact ad
  263. 8:30creative and we can preview which ones
  264. 8:32are working. So, this is a carousel.
  265. 8:34This one is a headline with a product
  266. 8:36feature-based ad. And then we have our
  267. 8:37offer led, which is just a standard
  268. 8:39carousel. And so, now that we know what
  269. 8:41creatives are working, we can also go
  270. 8:43ahead and have it create variations. And
  271. 8:45this is where we can get into the part
  272. 8:47to where we have AI, literally make AI
  273. 8:49creative versions of our best-performing
  274. 8:51ads. So, go ahead and make an AI
  275. 8:53creative now based off of the card one
  276. 8:56and card two image as well as preview C
  277. 8:59image. Go ahead and create new ads using
  278. 9:02Higgsfield so that way we can make
  279. 9:04iterations of these best-performing ads.
  280. 9:07Now, we just ask it to literally go
  281. 9:08create the content for us all in one
  282. 9:10place. We don't have to bounce between
  283. 9:12tools. We don't have to analyze our ad
  284. 9:13account. We literally have everything we
  285. 9:15need right here. And what's going to
  286. 9:17happen is it's going to now connect at
  287. 9:19Higgsfield and make the creatives. It's
  288. 9:21pretty crazy because we have the data,
  289. 9:23the creatives, and everything all
  290. 9:24pairing in one central source. And here
  291. 9:26we go, we already have back some of our
  292. 9:28creatives. We have the exact hat from
  293. 9:31that original image as I showed you
  294. 9:33earlier. This is a new variation in that
  295. 9:35same exact street style, which was
  296. 9:37converting like crazy at a 5x return ad
  297. 9:39spend. This is absolutely incredible,
  298. 9:41the styling and how well it actually
  299. 9:44designed this. This is This is crazy.
  300. 9:46Here's another one, which is like in a
  301. 9:47Cali, you know, boulevard here on the
  302. 9:50beach. Another one of holding the hat.
  303. 9:51This right here, this style of hat would
  304. 9:53absolutely crush it. You could even
  305. 9:54include a headline on this. These like
  306. 9:57one single shot images do wonders. Like
  307. 9:59we could launch that in the ad account
  308. 10:00from Claude right here and easily get a
  309. 10:035x on return ad spend just off these
  310. 10:05additional creatives. Like these aren't
  311. 10:06even real people. This is just like
  312. 10:07reshot. This is a nighttime base scene.
  313. 10:10Like we know nighttime base scenes work
  314. 10:11extremely well in retargeting because
  315. 10:13when people are at home at night, they
  316. 10:15see this and it pairs well with the
  317. 10:17actual relevance of what's going on.
  318. 10:18It's vibey and it's just honestly
  319. 10:21mind-blowing how good these creatives
  320. 10:22are. Not only that, but if we want to
  321. 10:23take this image and turn it into a
  322. 10:25video, we just press animate and it'll
  323. 10:27automatically animate that into a video
  324. 10:28of them like holding the hat, taking it
  325. 10:30off, moving it around, and now we have
  326. 10:32video assets. So here are four creatives
  327. 10:34we can quite literally just launch into
  328. 10:36a carousel and start running right away.
  329. 10:38And that is an ad style that has spent
  330. 10:40roughly 6K to make back $40,000, and now
  331. 10:42we have another ad just like it that can
  332. 10:44absolutely crush. It's honestly
  333. 10:46incredible how amazing this new update
  334. 10:48is. And here's the video asset that it
  335. 10:50generated. It's just a slow camera pan
  336. 10:52zoomed in on this. We can splice this
  337. 10:55into a longer form UGC video. We can use
  338. 10:57this asset. We can add text to it. This
  339. 10:59is just an example of truly what this
  340. 11:01thing can do. Like any video asset, any
  341. 11:04UGC, we can turn this into a creator
  342. 11:06walking down the boulevard talking about
  343. 11:08the hat or just like being in a scene
  344. 11:10and literally have a fully edited video
  345. 11:12to launch into meta ads. Now write five
  346. 11:15primary text and five headlines based
  347. 11:18off of our winning ad copy. And now I'm
  348. 11:21just going to have it write ad copy
  349. 11:22based off of what's been proven in the
  350. 11:23past so that way we can have all of our
  351. 11:25assets from our video and the carousel
  352. 11:28that we just put together. All All so
  353. 11:30now let's put together our top headlines
  354. 11:32based off of our actual results. Sold
  355. 11:35out, one's back now, back in stock,
  356. 11:37won't last, and our collab-based
  357. 11:40headlines, as well as our actual ad copy
  358. 11:42for the text. And I can tell it to now
  359. 11:46draft this as an ad creative carousel
  360. 11:48with the four images you created with
  361. 11:50all of the text inside of our ads
  362. 11:52manager. And what it's going to do is
  363. 11:53it's going to literally go draft this in
  364. 11:55our ads manager, and we can even have a
  365. 11:56Claude publish it here if we wanted to
  366. 11:58and launch it into creative testing. And
  367. 12:01then what we can do is on a weekly
  368. 12:02basis, we can actually have this
  369. 12:04automatically run based off of our top
  370. 12:06winning ad formats that we launch and
  371. 12:07have it automatically create winning
  372. 12:09formats, put them in drive, and then put
  373. 12:11it on an auto scheduler to launch them
  374. 12:13every single week into creative testing.
  375. 12:14So that way we literally no longer have
  376. 12:16to worry about making creatives every
  377. 12:17week. We can have an AI automation
  378. 12:18system quite literally analyzing our
  379. 12:20account, dropping creatives, making
  380. 12:22them, and launching them in our ad
  381. 12:23account regularly. There's literally no
  382. 12:25excuse to be launching ads anymore. And
  383. 12:27now what it's doing is it's creating
  384. 12:28this ad in the ad account. Once again,
  385. 12:30you don't have to do anything manually.
  386. 12:31You can be on your phone. You could have
  387. 12:33an idea walking down the street. You
  388. 12:34could be in your car and using voice,
  389. 12:36talking to this thing. It's honestly
  390. 12:37shocking what the capabilities are of
  391. 12:39this latest update. I don't think people
  392. 12:41realize that you no longer really have
  393. 12:42to do anything. You can just talk to
  394. 12:43this all day and run your entire ad
  395. 12:45account from wherever you are in the
  396. 12:46world.
  397. 12:49And here's just a few of the workflows.
  398. 12:50You can connect the MCP to Meta, analyze
  399. 12:52your ad account data, find out where
  400. 12:53your winning ad images and videos are,
  401. 12:55generate AI images, and automatically
  402. 12:58upload those into your ads manager, and
  403. 13:00find out what creatives are working from
  404. 13:01that, and repeat this process. You can
  405. 13:03also take the winning videos, design
  406. 13:05briefs around those, generate UGC
  407. 13:08videos, and even send new briefs to real
  408. 13:10creators, or just have your in-house
  409. 13:12staff make the AI version of those
  410. 13:14videos. And once again, the workflow
  411. 13:16repeats. The other ways to do this is
  412. 13:18using ads reporting, communicating with
  413. 13:20your team members on a weekly cadence,
  414. 13:21and even automating some of this
  415. 13:23creative process, as well as like
  416. 13:25actually optimizing, syncing up your
  417. 13:27Shopify to tweak your landing pages,
  418. 13:29conversion rates, find out what
  419. 13:30creatives are working on TikTok Shop,
  420. 13:32and designing briefs for UGC AI videos
  421. 13:34for Meta. You can connect your Amazon,
  422. 13:37TikTok Shop, and Shopify data, so that
  423. 13:39way you can cross-reference attribution
  424. 13:41and see what's truly working and report
  425. 13:42on that, as well as measure your
  426. 13:44conversion rates, AOV's, and figure out
  427. 13:46exactly what's holding your ads back on
  428. 13:48your actual Shopify store and Meta ad
  429. 13:50campaigns, all inside one central
  430. 13:52location. This tool is absolutely insane
  431. 13:54and the capabilities you can do. So, I
  432. 13:56highly recommend setting this up and let
  433. 13:57me know what you think in the comments.
  434. 13:59Are we doomed with AI agents or is this
  435. 14:01the new frontier for being able to scale
  436. 14:03a business? And Meta is constantly
  437. 14:05updating their MCP to allow faster and
  438. 14:08more autonomous workflows. The issue is
  439. 14:10that even if you automate your ad
  440. 14:11account, that won't be enough to just
  441. 14:13scale your brand. That's why I put
  442. 14:14together this video here to break down
  443. 14:16the exact strategy we're using to 2x,
  444. 14:185x, even 10x our client brands. So, I'll
  445. 14:20see you in the next video.
