  1. 0:00Claude on its own won't make you money
  2. 0:01because Agentic AI is complete
  3. 0:03But Claude plus Google Maps can
  4. 0:05definitely make you $30,000 a month this
  5. 0:07year. When I first started my $25
  6. 0:09million AI agency, Gym Members Now, I
  7. 0:11was searching on Google for hours just
  8. 0:13to find four to five businesses that
  9. 0:14looked decent. Then I'd have to copy all
  10. 0:16of their information and then paste it
  11. 0:18into a spreadsheet from Google. And this
  12. 0:20would take me days. And those were days
  13. 0:22and hours that some of my competitors
  14. 0:23beat me to reaching out to some of the
  15. 0:24businesses that I have on my list. But
  16. 0:26now you can build a list of hundreds of
  17. 0:28quality leads in less than an hour. And
  18. 0:30I'm going to show you how to do it and
  19. 0:31also give you the cheat code to find the
  20. 0:33best possible clients you can reach out
  21. 0:34to. This is exactly what I'd pay to have
  22. 0:37when I first started. So, let's get into
  23. 0:39it. So, the first thing we're going to
  24. 0:40want to do is connect Claude to Google
  25. 0:43Chrome. And so, obviously, you need to
  26. 0:45use Google Chrome. And then you need to
  27. 0:46go to claude.com/cloud-4-chrome.
  28. 0:50So, that's what I'm on right here. All
  29. 0:51you have to do is click add to Chrome.
  30. 0:52And then, what it's going to do is it's
  31. 0:54going to download it. You want to
  32. 0:55authorize it right here. And then from
  33. 0:57there, all you need to do is pin it to
  34. 0:59your extension bar. I'm going to click
  35. 1:01on it and then I'm going to click I
  36. 1:03understand and I I accept the terms and
  37. 1:04then click next. Next. And now from
  38. 1:06here, Claude is connected to Google
  39. 1:09Chrome. It's literally that simple. And
  40. 1:11what you want to do from here is you
  41. 1:13want to pick the industry that you're
  42. 1:14going to actually go after. And when it
  43. 1:15comes to picking the industry you're
  44. 1:16going to go after, it's very important
  45. 1:18that you pick one that you're going to
  46. 1:19be able to have a lot of success in
  47. 1:21while not having to work too hard. And
  48. 1:23so what I went ahead and did is I
  49. 1:25actually built a rubric that you can
  50. 1:27upload into Claude that will do the
  51. 1:30research for you. And it's an eightpage
  52. 1:32document. This is it right here. And so
  53. 1:33what I went ahead and did is did it for
  54. 1:36roofers. But as you can see, it pulled
  55. 1:38all of this. And really the four things
  56. 1:40you want to look for is proof of
  57. 1:41concept, meaning you want to have other
  58. 1:43people making money doing it. You want
  59. 1:44the total adjustable market to be
  60. 1:45greater than 10K and you want it to be
  61. 1:47high ticket. And then in addition to
  62. 1:48that, you want it to be a growing
  63. 1:50market. And so, as you can see here,
  64. 1:51roofers checked all those boxes and it
  65. 1:53did a lot of other additional work. And
  66. 1:55so, what I built is this thing, which is
  67. 1:58a skill within Claude that's connected
  68. 2:00to Google Chrome. And what it will do is
  69. 2:02it will crawl a city based off the
  70. 2:05market you're going after. All you
  71. 2:06literally have to do is tell it the
  72. 2:07industry you're going after and the city
  73. 2:09that you wanted to do the research in.
  74. 2:11And so, as you can see here, it pulled
  75. 2:12all of this information and it gave me
  76. 2:15all of this for roofers. And then I did
  77. 2:17it again for gems because that's the
  78. 2:18industry that I go after. You can see
  79. 2:20all of the gyms that I was able to pull.
  80. 2:22And now what I'm going to show you is
  81. 2:23just proof that this actually works
  82. 2:25because this is literally what I did to
  83. 2:26get my first customer. So this is a guy
  84. 2:28named Wade Wilburn, the owner of a gym
  85. 2:30called Exclusive Fitness. And then this
  86. 2:32is Patrick, the owner of a gym called
  87. 2:34Greatness Fitness. And so if I just go
  88. 2:37to their pages, this is Exclusive
  89. 2:39Fitness, and I hit message, what you're
  90. 2:40going to see is this was me back in 2019
  91. 2:44DMing them on Facebook after I did this
  92. 2:46research. And if I just scroll through
  93. 2:47this, you're going to see that I was
  94. 2:48able to book a call with them. And then
  95. 2:50from there, obviously, I was able to
  96. 2:52sign them up. And that's why Wade right
  97. 2:54here gave me a testimonial. And then
  98. 2:56obviously, if I go over here to
  99. 2:59Greatness Fitness, which is the other
  100. 3:01business, and I click on message, you
  101. 3:02can see here back in 2019, the exact
  102. 3:04same thing where I was able to book an
  103. 3:06appointment with them and ultimately get
  104. 3:08them to become a customer of mine. If I
  105. 3:10just go back here, you're going to see
  106. 3:12that he ended up giving me a
  107. 3:14testimonial. My point in showing you
  108. 3:15this is that if you do this, you're
  109. 3:16going to be able to save yourself a ton
  110. 3:18of time. And you simply can just reach
  111. 3:19out to these businesses on Facebook and
  112. 3:21do that. But before I show you what you
  113. 3:23should sell after you provide this, let
  114. 3:25me show you proof that I've actually
  115. 3:27generated over $25 million with my AI
  116. 3:29agency. Okay? So, if I just go over here
  117. 3:31to my payment processor, what you'll be
  118. 3:33able to see is just right there on July
  119. 3:3514th, we collected $43,000. If I go to
  120. 3:37the last 12 weeks, you can see we've
  121. 3:39generated $743,000.
  122. 3:41So, I can only show you the last 12
  123. 3:43months on there. So now if I go over to
  124. 3:44my payment processor, what you can see
  125. 3:45is these are all of the invoices we've
  126. 3:48actually run through that payment
  127. 3:49processor exported because I can't show
  128. 3:51you anything past the 12 months. This is
  129. 3:52what we've run through it. This is
  130. 3:54exported from a payment processor called
  131. 3:57Allen that we used where we ran 839
  132. 3:59grand through this one. We ran 400 grand
  133. 4:01through this one. We ran 72,000 through
  134. 4:04this one. We ran a lot through this one.
  135. 4:064.8 million right there. And then on
  136. 4:09this one we ran 682,000.
  137. 4:11And then this one we ran a lot through
  138. 4:13as well. 3 million. Right now, here's a
  139. 4:15Stripe account. We used to use Stripe
  140. 4:16before we switched to the payment
  141. 4:17processor I just showed you where you
  142. 4:18can see we did 6.5 on this one. We did
  143. 4:20947, 782, 1.35, 90, and then 945 and
  144. 4:25$523,000.
  145. 4:28The reason why I'm making this content
  146. 4:30and the whole purpose behind all of this
  147. 4:31is that I'm looking to eventually sell
  148. 4:32my business because my broker told me
  149. 4:34that if I can help around three to four
  150. 4:36other people do exactly what I've done
  151. 4:37but in different verticals, instead of
  152. 4:39selling for a 4x multiple, I could roll
  153. 4:41those businesses into a portfolio and
  154. 4:43then sell for potentially an 8 to 15x
  155. 4:45multiple, which would ultimately take my
  156. 4:47business from being worth around $5
  157. 4:48million, which is what I got it valued
  158. 4:50at by a company called Value Buddy, to
  159. 4:53instead being worth $10 to $15 million
  160. 4:55for literally no additional work other
  161. 4:56than me helping other people do what
  162. 4:58I've already done, which is the one
  163. 4:59thing I know more about than anything
  164. 5:01else cuz it's what I've done for the
  165. 5:02last 8 years. [music] So, if you're
  166. 5:04serious about building this, you can
  167. 5:06apply to work with me directly through
  168. 5:07the link below on this video. We'll have
  169. 5:09a onetoone conversation. I'll be able to
  170. 5:11determine whether I think you're a good
  171. 5:12fit or not. And if you are, great. If
  172. 5:14not, no big deal. And so, the cheat code
  173. 5:16that you want to make sure you do is you
  174. 5:18don't want to just keep reaching out to
  175. 5:20a bunch of independent businesses. The
  176. 5:22reason why is because the mistake that
  177. 5:23almost everyone makes with a tool like
  178. 5:26the skill that I just showed you is they
  179. 5:27pull every single business in the city
  180. 5:30and then they go as wide as possible and
  181. 5:31they just add in all of these random
  182. 5:33businesses. But that only gets them a
  183. 5:35list of random businesses. So some of
  184. 5:37them are not going to have the money to
  185. 5:38pay you and others don't even need your
  186. 5:40services and the rest are in completely
  187. 5:42different markets. So it's just a waste
  188. 5:43of time. So what ends up happening to
  189. 5:45most people is they burn out before you
  190. 5:47find someone who's actually going to be
  191. 5:48willing to pay you for your offer. And
  192. 5:50so before starting to build your list,
  193. 5:53you need to know exactly who you want to
  194. 5:54find and you need to search for
  195. 5:56franchises. In 2019, I landed one
  196. 5:58client, Jeff. He's an Anytime Fitness
  197. 6:00owner and he owned 12 Anytime Fitnesses.
  198. 6:02I got him very good results and he'd
  199. 6:04never seen any results like this. And
  200. 6:06then he went and he talked about me on
  201. 6:08his franchise advisory board. And that
  202. 6:09one conversation made me acquire over
  203. 6:12200 gym owners in a very short period of
  204. 6:14time. And from one day to the next, I
  205. 6:16had more clients than I could literally
  206. 6:18handle. And that's why franchises are a
  207. 6:20cheat code. They don't compete with each
  208. 6:21other, so they aren't afraid to help
  209. 6:23each other get better results. They sit
  210. 6:24on advisory boards. They're in private
  211. 6:26groups, and they meet up at conferences
  212. 6:28all the time. So, if you get a really
  213. 6:30good owner in a franchise great results,
  214. 6:32he'll literally just end up referring
  215. 6:33you to a ton of other people that run
  216. 6:35the same exact business. So, here's what
  217. 6:37you're actually going to do with Claude
  218. 6:39to ensure that you find these
  219. 6:40businesses. And so, if I go back over
  220. 6:42here and go back to Claude, I built
  221. 6:44another skill that does exactly this.
  222. 6:47And so if I just scroll down here, as
  223. 6:49you can see, right, I I put in the
  224. 6:51franchise gap outreach for gyms in
  225. 6:53Louisville, Kentucky. And now what it
  226. 6:55ended up pulling is it will build the
  227. 6:57list of businesses that are franchises
  228. 6:59that have very low reviews. And then it
  229. 7:00will also create the outreach message
  230. 7:03you want to send for day 1, day 3, day
  231. 7:057, and day 14 based on their reviews and
  232. 7:07how they rank compared to their
  233. 7:09competition. So, it literally pulls the
  234. 7:11franchises that have the lowest Google
  235. 7:13reviews and then finds their competitors
  236. 7:14that have higher Google reviews and then
  237. 7:16it leverages data in the follow-up and
  238. 7:18in the reachout to then peique their
  239. 7:20interest. And so, if you want this
  240. 7:21skill, just comment below. I'll easily
  241. 7:23be able to send them all over to you if
  242. 7:24you want them. If I now just scroll up
  243. 7:26back on 2019 here, all of these people
  244. 7:28I'm doing testimonials with are Anytime
  245. 7:30Fitnesses because my first three
  246. 7:32customers were independent gyms and then
  247. 7:33I ran an email blast and and reached out
  248. 7:35to all of them on Facebook to get them
  249. 7:37to become my customer. And then what
  250. 7:38ended up happening is I ended up getting
  251. 7:40invited by Jeff. This is Jeff and this
  252. 7:43is me to speak in front of over 50
  253. 7:46anytime fitness owners at a conference
  254. 7:48that they were having in New Orleans
  255. 7:49back in 2019. This is precoid. The only
  256. 7:51reason I was able to do this is because
  257. 7:53I got an independent gym owner results
  258. 7:55and then I marketed those results to
  259. 7:56them and reach out to them on Facebook.
  260. 7:58Got them as customers and then from
  261. 8:00there literally this one customer was
  262. 8:02able to help me acquire so many more.
  263. 8:03And as you see these posts, club 141,
  264. 8:05club 142, club 143, these are all
  265. 8:07Anytime Fitnesses. If you read this, and
  266. 8:09I had this filtered back to 2019. And so
  267. 8:11now, if I just refresh this and show you
  268. 8:13what it looks like now, I'm still doing
  269. 8:15the exact same thing literally right
  270. 8:17now. So now the question is, what do you
  271. 8:19actually sell to these people? And
  272. 8:21there's a very specific AI system that
  273. 8:23every single one of these businesses
  274. 8:25needs to be able to grow. It's a system
  275. 8:27that they've never been sold before
  276. 8:28typically. And I know it because this is
  277. 8:30the exact same system that I sell in my
  278. 8:32agency, Gym Members, now that's
  279. 8:33generated over $25 million. And so what
  280. 8:35I want you to do is picture a business's
  281. 8:37customers as a car just driving down a
  282. 8:39highway toward that business. The path
  283. 8:41is completely empty, but along the
  284. 8:43highway, there's seven different exits
  285. 8:45that'll lead the customer to a
  286. 8:47competitor. Each exit is a problem the
  287. 8:49business has that gives the customer a
  288. 8:51reason to pull off before they ever even
  289. 8:52arrive at the business. So, what this
  290. 8:54system does is it just closes each of
  291. 8:56those exits so each prospect can go
  292. 8:59straight into the business and become a
  293. 9:00client. Now, what I'm going to do is I'm
  294. 9:01going to walk you through these seven
  295. 9:02problems and how the system solves each
  296. 9:05and every single one of them. Okay? So,
  297. 9:06exit number one is the page never
  298. 9:08loaded. And so, what I mean by this is
  299. 9:10their website. And so, on average, what
  300. 9:12Google's data shows is that local
  301. 9:14brick-andmortar businesses, over 50% of
  302. 9:16them fail the Google load page speed
  303. 9:18test. If a website takes longer than 5
  304. 9:20seconds to load, 90% of the traffic just
  305. 9:22leaves. If it takes longer than 3
  306. 9:24seconds, over 50% of the traffic leaves.
  307. 9:25In addition to that, these businesses,
  308. 9:28if it does load quick, their websites
  309. 9:30are not optimized for a phone. They're
  310. 9:31built for somebody that's on a desktop
  311. 9:33computer. And so, have you ever gone to
  312. 9:35a website and ended up on it, but you
  313. 9:36were on your phone and you could tell it
  314. 9:37was built for a desktop and you just
  315. 9:39bounce. The data shows that on average,
  316. 9:4178% of people that experience going to a
  317. 9:43local business on a phone that's built
  318. 9:45for a desktop just leave and then find a
  319. 9:46competitor. Then, in addition to that,
  320. 9:48most of these businesses websites, they
  321. 9:50have a contact form. Have you ever seen
  322. 9:51a contact form that says contact us?
  323. 9:53What the data shows is that that is the
  324. 9:55lowest converting form on a website. And
  325. 9:57so what we do instead of that is we make
  326. 10:00sure that the page loads in less than a
  327. 10:01second. We make sure that the page is
  328. 10:02optimized for desktop and mobile users.
  329. 10:05And then in addition to that, we make a
  330. 10:06form with a promotion on it. Not a
  331. 10:09contact us form, but a promotion that it
  332. 10:11incentivizes the person on the page to
  333. 10:12give their information because it's the
  334. 10:13whole point of a website. And by doing
  335. 10:15that, we see businesses websites
  336. 10:18increase in conversion by over a,000%.
  337. 10:20We'll literally have clients whose
  338. 10:21websites are generating one to two leads
  339. 10:23a month. We change their website, they
  340. 10:24start generating over a dozen leads,
  341. 10:26sometimes over 30 leads a month just by
  342. 10:28making those simple changes. And so the
  343. 10:29second exit is I forgot they existed.
  344. 10:32And so what this is is the majority of
  345. 10:34businesses are sitting on a database of
  346. 10:36leads of people that gave them their
  347. 10:37information or were past customers at
  348. 10:39some point and they don't ever follow up
  349. 10:41with them. And so what the data shows is
  350. 10:42that on average it takes six attempts to
  351. 10:45turn a lead back into a customer. And on
  352. 10:47average, staff and business owners at
  353. 10:49local businesses reach out 1.3 times.
  354. 10:52And so what we do is we plug our AI into
  355. 10:54their database and reach out to them via
  356. 10:55text and call. And by doing this, we're
  357. 10:57able to get a lot of people coming
  358. 10:59through their door without them having
  359. 11:00to spend any money on marketing at all.
  360. 11:02And that's why we focus on that. Second
  361. 11:04is because we're just capitalizing on
  362. 11:05the lowhanging fruit that's sitting in
  363. 11:07their database that they're usually not
  364. 11:08doing anything with or they're just
  365. 11:10blasting them with email campaigns that
  366. 11:12as we know nobody responds to. So exit
  367. 11:14number three is I didn't trust them,
  368. 11:15which is the reputation manager. And so
  369. 11:17what we're doing here, the majority of
  370. 11:19businesses on average, local brick and
  371. 11:21mortar businesses, only 11% of them ask
  372. 11:23customers for reviews. So 98% of people
  373. 11:27reference Google reviews before making a
  374. 11:28purchasing decision. So if a business is
  375. 11:30running advertising and they have bad
  376. 11:32reviews, people are going to look them
  377. 11:33up before becoming a customer. And if
  378. 11:35they see that, they're going to just go
  379. 11:36elsewhere. And so all we do is we plug
  380. 11:38our AI in to their database of active
  381. 11:40customers. We reach out to them asking
  382. 11:42for feedback on how their experience was
  383. 11:44and then we incentivize them with an
  384. 11:45offer to tell us how their experience
  385. 11:47was. Basically saying, "Hey, Jacob, just
  386. 11:49want to know how your experience was on
  387. 11:50a scale of 1 to five and if you let us
  388. 11:51know, we'll give you a chance to win a
  389. 11:52membership for free for the year. We'll
  390. 11:53put you into a raffle that we run every
  391. 11:55quarter." By doing that, we get a ton of
  392. 11:56people to respond. And then from there,
  393. 11:58what we do is we follow up with those
  394. 12:00people to get them to leave a review on
  395. 12:01Google and make it very easy for them to
  396. 12:02do it. And then once they leave a
  397. 12:03review, we follow up with them asking
  398. 12:05for referrals as well, incentivizing
  399. 12:07them again, saying, "If anyone comes
  400. 12:08from you, we'll put your name in that
  401. 12:09raffle five more times for each person,
  402. 12:11and then anyone that you want to refer,
  403. 12:12we'll give them a free 7-day pass." So,
  404. 12:14we make it very easy for them to do
  405. 12:16that. So, exit number four is I reached
  406. 12:18out and heard nothing back. So, how many
  407. 12:20times have you reached out to a business
  408. 12:21through their website or their contact
  409. 12:22form and then they didn't get back to
  410. 12:24you. And so, that's all we're doing
  411. 12:25right here. What the data shows is that
  412. 12:26on average, local businesses take 42
  413. 12:28hours to follow up with leads. we've
  414. 12:30also seen is that if you follow up
  415. 12:31within less than 5 minutes, your chances
  416. 12:33of getting that lead to come through the
  417. 12:34door increase by over 400%. And so what
  418. 12:36we do here is we plug our AI into their
  419. 12:39website, leads that opt in, and we just
  420. 12:41follow up right away within 5 minutes.
  421. 12:43And so just by doing that, we get a ton
  422. 12:45of leads that opt in to book and show up
  423. 12:47that they can then turn into customers
  424. 12:49without them having to lift a single
  425. 12:50finger. And that is why we do it fourth
  426. 12:52because once you fix the website, once
  427. 12:54you fix the reviews, you're now getting
  428. 12:55a lot of people coming to the website.
  429. 12:57then you've got to make sure you're able
  430. 12:58to actually follow up with them right
  431. 13:00away. Now, exit number five is I called
  432. 13:02and nobody picked up. So, how many times
  433. 13:04have you called a local business and
  434. 13:05nobody picked the phone up? On average,
  435. 13:0762 out of 100 calls to local businesses
  436. 13:09don't get picked up. And I've had
  437. 13:10customers where they've literally gotten
  438. 13:12106 calls in one month. They answered
  439. 13:14six of them. So, over 90% of their calls
  440. 13:16were missed. And these are people that
  441. 13:17are calling the business that want to
  442. 13:18become customers. And if you don't pick
  443. 13:20the phone up, what the data shows is
  444. 13:21that these people are just calling other
  445. 13:22businesses. So, if you call a restaurant
  446. 13:24to try and make a reservation and they
  447. 13:25don't pick up, you're going to call
  448. 13:26another restaurant. That's just how it
  449. 13:27works. And so, what we do is we connect
  450. 13:29our AI to their phone so that if no one
  451. 13:31picks up within 10 seconds, the AI picks
  452. 13:33up and then books them in. And then from
  453. 13:35there, it texts them to confirm their
  454. 13:37appointment to make sure they actually
  455. 13:38show up to their appointment. And then
  456. 13:39if they do show up and then ask them for
  457. 13:41a review, if they leave a review, it
  458. 13:42asks them for a referral. And so, it's
  459. 13:44all a system. Now, as you can see, it's
  460. 13:46a cycle that we put the leads through
  461. 13:47that end up squeezing the juice out of
  462. 13:50every single opportunity we have to help
  463. 13:52the business owner make more money and
  464. 13:54help more people. And then exit number
  465. 13:55six is I talked to them, but they didn't
  466. 13:57convince me. And so, on average, only
  467. 14:0030% of people that work at local
  468. 14:01businesses ever receive formal sales
  469. 14:03training. So, if you've ever had an
  470. 14:04awkward experience at a local business
  471. 14:06where someone was trying to sell you
  472. 14:08something, this is why. is because the
  473. 14:10majority of the time the business owners
  474. 14:11have no clue what they're doing and they
  475. 14:13don't teach their staff what to do cuz
  476. 14:14they don't know what to do. And so what
  477. 14:16we do because of that is we help them
  478. 14:18with it and we create an AI that can
  479. 14:20help roleplay with them and then review
  480. 14:22their consultations. And so what the
  481. 14:24data shows is that these people, the
  482. 14:25sales people that receive training in
  483. 14:27some form of way regularly on a weekly
  484. 14:29basis see over a 50% increase in sales.
  485. 14:31And so if you're getting all of these
  486. 14:33new opportunities through the door for
  487. 14:35these business owners, it doesn't matter
  488. 14:36if they can't close them cuz they're
  489. 14:37going to blame you even if they don't
  490. 14:39close them. Unfortunately, that's just
  491. 14:40how this works. And so that's what I've
  492. 14:42been able to create throughout this
  493. 14:43whole process is a bulletproof system
  494. 14:46that basically solves all these problems
  495. 14:48with the business owner leveraging AI.
  496. 14:49And then finally, exit number seven is I
  497. 14:51never knew they existed in the first
  498. 14:53place. And so a lot of these businesses
  499. 14:55invest a lot of money into marketing and
  500. 14:56they do a very bad job of it or they
  501. 14:58work with companies that do a very bad
  502. 15:00job of it. And so we address all those
  503. 15:02problems and then we pour gas on the
  504. 15:05fire by then running ads, hyperargeted
  505. 15:08ads for them. And then we nurture the
  506. 15:09leads that come through those ads for
  507. 15:11them. Once we do all of this and we do
  508. 15:13it in the correct sequential order that
  509. 15:15I just broke down, these business owners
  510. 15:17end up getting very good results. And
  511. 15:19that's why, as I just showed you, I've
  512. 15:21been able to scale in one franchise over
  513. 15:23the last 7 months to almost 50
  514. 15:25locations. And that's now bringing my
  515. 15:27business in over $70,000 a month. I just
  516. 15:28reached out to a couple people and then
  517. 15:30we got one guy really good results and
  518. 15:31now he's literally just telling everyone
  519. 15:33to work with us and now even the owner
  520. 15:35of the franchise made us a preferred
  521. 15:36vendor and we're going to speak at their
  522. 15:38conference in September to then go sign
  523. 15:40up a bunch more of them. So if you just
  524. 15:42search on Google maps for franchises and
  525. 15:44sell them the system I just told you
  526. 15:46about. You can build a six-figure AI
  527. 15:48agency in 2026, potentially even a
  528. 15:50sevenfigure agency. But this window
  529. 15:51won't stay open forever. So if you're
  530. 15:53going to do this, the time is to start
  531. 15:55right now. and I can help you do it a
  532. 15:56lot faster. Not with a shitty course or
  533. 15:58a coaching program or a useless
  534. 16:00community. I've made over $25 million in
  535. 16:02sales for my agency. So, I really don't
  536. 16:03need your money. The way that I'll help
  537. 16:05you is to give you everything that I use
  538. 16:07in my agency so you can apply to the
  539. 16:09franchise you want to [music] work with.
  540. 16:10Then I'll scale you to seven figures per
  541. 16:12year. And the way I benefit is by
  542. 16:14acquiring a partner who I can add to my
  543. 16:16portfolio of companies. Every person I
  544. 16:18help gets me closer to my goal of
  545. 16:20selling for a very large multiple. So,
  546. 16:22if you want to take this opportunity
  547. 16:23while the window is still open, the
  548. 16:25application link is in the description
  549. 16:26below under this video. You and I will
  550. 16:28hop on a one-to-one call where we'll be
  551. 16:30able to discuss how I can help you out
  552. 16:31and if I think you'd be a good fit. And
  553. 16:33if so, great. If not, I'll keep giving
  554. 16:35you the free value. Thank you for
  555. 16:37watching. Mhm. I'll see you in the next
  556. 16:38one.
