  1. 0:00This entire CapCut video was edited by
  2. 0:03Claude.
  3. 0:04The voiceover synced to the images, the
  4. 0:06music, the sound effects, the text,
  5. 0:08>> [music]
  6. 0:08>> and I didn't touch the timeline once.
  7. 0:10What's cool is that this isn't just an
  8. 0:12AI video that you can't change. It's
  9. 0:14built in a real CapCut timeline, meaning
  10. 0:17that we can make any tweak [music] we
  11. 0:18want. I'll show you exactly how to
  12. 0:20automate your CapCut editing step by
  13. 0:22step. I've also made a free Claude skill
  14. 0:25for you that you can find in the
  15. 0:26description that will run this entire
  16. 0:28process from the scripts to the
  17. 0:31thumbnails of your video. So, here is
  18. 0:33the finished CapCut timeline that Claude
  19. 0:36edited entirely. Let me show you exactly
  20. 0:38how I got here. What's great is that
  21. 0:40this works on the free version of
  22. 0:41Claude, so you don't need a
  23. 0:42subscription. I do have a subscription,
  24. 0:44so I'm going to use Opus 5.5, which I
  25. 0:47absolutely love. But again, you can do
  26. 0:49this on the free version. So, all we
  27. 0:51need to do is open CapCut and create a
  28. 0:53new project. [music]
  29. 0:54I'm going to go ahead and drag my
  30. 0:56voiceover into my media bin,
  31. 0:58and then I've created 63 frames or
  32. 1:01images that I want in my video. So, I'm
  33. 1:03going to copy all of them and paste
  34. 1:04[music] them into that media bin. You
  35. 1:06can import whatever media you have. What
  36. 1:08we also need to do is change our project
  37. 1:10name to something that we can tell
  38. 1:12Claude. So, I'm going to call it Emu War
  39. 1:14II and go ahead and click enter.
  40. 1:17Then what we can do is go ahead and
  41. 1:18close this CapCut project.
  42. 1:20Make sure that in your projects it's
  43. 1:22saved as Emu War II, and then let's
  44. 1:25close CapCut entirely. [music]
  45. 1:26Then inside of a brand new chat window,
  46. 1:28I'm going to add my prompt telling
  47. 1:30Claude that I want you to edit my CapCut
  48. 1:31project with that project name, Emu War
  49. 1:34II. Sync the images to the voiceover,
  50. 1:36also add sound effects, add music, and
  51. 1:39relevant text, making sure it fits the
  52. 1:41frame perfectly. These last two lines
  53. 1:43are important, or you're actually going
  54. 1:44to see CapCut doing the manual editing.
  55. 1:46Do not use computer use or open CapCut.
  56. 1:49Build the timeline by writing the
  57. 1:50project files directly through file
  58. 1:52access to my Mac. Now, I'm going to have
  59. 1:54a full prompts list that you can copy
  60. 1:56and paste into your Claude. There's a
  61. 1:58link in the description for this. Two
  62. 2:00things, you actually need CapCut
  63. 2:01installed on your computer. You can't
  64. 2:03have or be using CapCut web. [music] We
  65. 2:05also need Claude installed on our
  66. 2:07computer so that it can access the whole
  67. 2:09timeline and the actual project file
  68. 2:11that is stored on our computer from
  69. 2:12CapCut. If you don't have either
  70. 2:14installed [music] on your computer, this
  71. 2:15process won't work. When you run this
  72. 2:17process in a new chat, Claude is going
  73. 2:19to ask for permission to access our
  74. 2:21timeline. What we need to do is click
  75. 2:22[music] allow once. Right here, Claude
  76. 2:24is also asking for two folders on my
  77. 2:26computer. I actually have a creatives
  78. 2:29folder with music and sound effects
  79. 2:30[music] that Claude wants to access, so
  80. 2:31I've just given it permission to access
  81. 2:33that creative folder, too. I'm going to
  82. 2:35give Claude a couple of minutes to edit
  83. 2:37this project, and I will pick back up
  84. 2:38once it is done. We're going to go ahead
  85. 2:40and reopen CapCut, and let's find that
  86. 2:43project Emu War 2. And you can see that
  87. 2:45this is the fully edited timeline. It's
  88. 2:47got all the sound effects. If we click
  89. 2:49on a clip, it's applied keyframes so
  90. 2:51that we get zoom on our clips, and it's
  91. 2:53added in text files. It's also found a
  92. 2:56music file directly from our computer,
  93. 2:58and if we click play,
  94. 3:00>> Australia sent soldiers with machine
  95. 3:02guns to fight an army of 20,000.
  96. 3:05A month later, the soldiers went home.
  97. 3:07The enemy? Emus. This is the Great Emu
  98. 3:11War.
  99. 3:11>> We haven't tweaked anything, but if we
  100. 3:13wanted to tweak anything, maybe there
  101. 3:15was a text file that was misplaced. Once
  102. 3:17again, we have that full timeline
  103. 3:19capability to go in and do some final
  104. 3:21tweaks to customize this. So, you've
  105. 3:23seen the capability that Claude has to
  106. 3:24edit a project in CapCut. But how do we
  107. 3:27set up this whole entire process for
  108. 3:29automated videos to create videos like
  109. 3:31the one you just saw? Well, the first
  110. 3:33thing we need is our media generator.
  111. 3:35So, we're going to be using Higgsfield.
  112. 3:37The next thing is that we need Claude,
  113. 3:38which is our engine, and the last thing
  114. 3:40is we need our editing platform, which
  115. 3:41is CapCut. I've showed you the first two
  116. 3:43steps. Let me show you how to run this
  117. 3:45entire process so that you can make a
  118. 3:47video like this using Claude. We'll be
  119. 3:49using Higgsfield to generate our voice
  120. 3:51and images, and I'll show you exactly
  121. 3:52how much the project cost at the end of
  122. 3:55this video. What we're going to do is
  123. 3:56start a new Claude chat and put in a
  124. 3:58very basic prompt for a YouTube script.
  125. 4:00Right here, I said, "Write me a 3-minute
  126. 4:02script for YouTube. Topic, anything
  127. 4:04interesting. I will later animate this
  128. 4:05script into a stickman video." Now, you
  129. 4:08don't necessarily have to create a
  130. 4:09stickman video. You can create whatever
  131. 4:11type of video or have whatever type of
  132. 4:13subject you want in the video.
  133. 4:15And I've just specified that we're going
  134. 4:16for faceless YouTube automation. While
  135. 4:18our script is being written, we want to
  136. 4:19connect [music] Higgsfield directly
  137. 4:21inside of Claude. This gives Claude the
  138. 4:23capability to generate images on our
  139. 4:25computer. If you don't have a Higgsfield
  140. 4:27account, there is a link in the
  141. 4:28description where you can sign up for
  142. 4:29Higgsfield. Once you do have a
  143. 4:31Higgsfield account, log in to
  144. 4:32higsfield.ai and go to MCP.
  145. 4:35Then we can copy this link right here.
  146. 4:37Let's go ahead and copy that
  147. 4:39and go back to Claude. In our sidebar,
  148. 4:41we're going to go down to the bottom
  149. 4:43left, click settings, go to connectors,
  150. 4:46add add [music] custom connector. We can
  151. 4:49change the name to Higgsfield, and in
  152. 4:51the MCP server URL, let's go ahead and
  153. 4:53paste that link that we copied. Click
  154. 4:55continue. Under authentication, go ahead
  155. 4:58and click sign in now. You can leave
  156. 5:00this as normal and select [music] add.
  157. 5:02Then once you see this, go ahead and
  158. 5:03click connect. It's going to redirect
  159. 5:05you to your browser where we can finish
  160. 5:07connecting. We're going to give Claude
  161. 5:09consent to access Higgsfield by clicking
  162. 5:11allow. And once we see this final
  163. 5:13prompt, we can go ahead and open Claude.
  164. 5:15You'll see in the bottom right that we
  165. 5:16have now connected Claude to Higgsfield.
  166. 5:18Claude has generated our stickman
  167. 5:20[music] script, which we are now going
  168. 5:21to turn into a voiceover. In our prompt
  169. 5:23bar, I'm going to write, "Generate the
  170. 5:25voiceover for the script using
  171. 5:26Higgsfield."
  172. 5:28And we hit send. If this is the first
  173. 5:29time that you're using Higgsfield and
  174. 5:31Claude, Claude will give you the full
  175. 5:33set of voiceovers that you can choose
  176. 5:35from. Once you find one that you like,
  177. 5:37just select [music] that and it'll
  178. 5:38generate your voiceover using that
  179. 5:40option. In a few minutes, Claude has
  180. 5:42generated our voiceovers. We can go Go
  181. 5:45and click one and preview. In 1932,
  182. 5:47Australia sent soldiers with machine
  183. 5:49guns to fight a war against Once you're
  184. 5:51happy with your voice over, go ahead and
  185. 5:52click download. The next thing that we
  186. 5:54need to do is actually generate a
  187. 5:55timestamp script according to this voice
  188. 5:58over. So, I'm going to write another
  189. 5:59prompt. Please timestamp exactly
  190. 6:01according to the voice over so we can
  191. 6:03generate visuals exactly according to
  192. 6:05the timestamp. Once your timestamp
  193. 6:07script is done, we're going to put it in
  194. 6:08a new prompt. This is where we finally
  195. 6:10get to generate those images. I'll put
  196. 6:13generate all the images for our videos
  197. 6:14using the timestamp so it can sync
  198. 6:16perfectly, but first generate a
  199. 6:17character reference sheet for approval.
  200. 6:20Claude and Higgsfield generated two
  201. 6:21character sheets for us. The first one
  202. 6:23looking like that, and the second option
  203. 6:26that we can choose from.
  204. 6:27If we scroll down a bit, you can see
  205. 6:29that sheet A is Claude's pick. So, I'm
  206. 6:31going to say sheet A is approved.
  207. 6:33Proceed to the other images. Once we
  208. 6:35send this prompt, Claude and Higgsfield
  209. 6:37are now going to generate all the final
  210. 6:39images for our entire video. Once again,
  211. 6:42this doesn't necessarily have to be
  212. 6:43stickman. You can create whatever type
  213. 6:45of character you want. And if you don't
  214. 6:47want to use images, just ask Claude to
  215. 6:49generate videos for your final edit.
  216. 6:52Once our [music] images are done
  217. 6:53generating inside of Claude, it'll give
  218. 6:55you a zip file that you can download to
  219. 6:57your computer. Claude has also generated
  220. 6:59a preview for us. Australia sent We can
  221. 7:02see the entire video, but again, this is
  222. 7:04where CapCut steps up. We [music] don't
  223. 7:06have any ability to customize this. So,
  224. 7:08what we're going to do is go ahead and
  225. 7:10open our CapCut. This is where it gets
  226. 7:12crazy. We're going to make that new
  227. 7:14project. We're going to go to our
  228. 7:15downloads folder, import our voice over,
  229. 7:18and import all the shots that it
  230. 7:19created. Let's change the name of this
  231. 7:21project, Emu War 3, and click enter. We
  232. 7:24can go back to that homepage and make
  233. 7:26sure that Emu War 3 is saved. That is it
  234. 7:28for our involvement with CapCut, so go
  235. 7:30ahead and close it. Inside of that same
  236. 7:32Claude chat, I've said edit Emu War 3
  237. 7:34perfectly syncing the visuals to the
  238. 7:35voice over. Add subtle zooms in and out
  239. 7:38using keyframes to each of the images.
  240. 7:40Super subtle, it'll add a little bit of
  241. 7:42motion. Add sound effects and relevant
  242. 7:44music and add any text you deem fitting,
  243. 7:46but make sure it fits in the frame. Do
  244. 7:48not use computer use or open CapCut.
  245. 7:50Build the timeline by writing project
  246. 7:51files directly through the access to my
  247. 7:53Mac. You can go ahead and click send.
  248. 7:55Let's wait and we can go ahead and open
  249. 7:57that [music] project once it's done. We
  250. 7:58have the complete timeline if we wanted
  251. 8:00to make any changes. Maybe a text file
  252. 8:03wasn't sized correctly or we didn't like
  253. 8:05the music. We can make any change. After
  254. 8:08making those changes, close that CapCut
  255. 8:10project and ask Claude to reassess that
  256. 8:12exact project. It'll learn from all the
  257. 8:14tweaks that you made so that your
  258. 8:16[music] next project will be even better
  259. 8:18than the one it edited. Once I was happy
  260. 8:20with the edit, I will ask Claude for
  261. 8:21three thumbnails based off the subject
  262. 8:23matter of our video and it went ahead
  263. 8:25[music] and made those thumbnails for us
  264. 8:27that we can just use directly in the
  265. 8:28YouTube upload. Now, I've created a
  266. 8:30skill for you that will automate this
  267. 8:32entire process. [music] All you need to
  268. 8:33do is click approve on the script idea.
  269. 8:36You can go ahead and download that skill
  270. 8:38in the description. [music]
  271. 8:39Once you have it, inside your Claude,
  272. 8:41you just go to your profile at the
  273. 8:42bottom left, select settings, go skills,
  274. 8:45>> [music]
  275. 8:46>> and then you can add that skill by
  276. 8:48clicking upload skill. Once again,
  277. 8:50that's going to enable your Claude by
  278. 8:51itself to write the script, generate the
  279. 8:54voiceover, do the timestamp script,
  280. 8:56generate that character sheet, generate
  281. 8:58all the images. It'll understand the
  282. 9:00CapCut briefing on how you like to edit
  283. 9:02your project. So, all you need to do is
  284. 9:04import that footage into CapCut and
  285. 9:06Claude will do the rest. So, how much
  286. 9:08did this 3-minute video actually cost to
  287. 9:10create? Well, we used 241 credits for
  288. 9:13the 46 images, the three thumbnails, and
  289. 9:16those two character reference sheets. On
  290. 9:18Hixfeld for $39 a month, you get 1,000
  291. 9:21credits, which works out to 3.9 cents
  292. 9:24per credit. If we take 3.9 cents and
  293. 9:26times it by the 241 credits, this
  294. 9:28project cost around 9 and 1/2 dollars to
  295. 9:30create. Now, this is more on the
  296. 9:33expensive side of what I've run as I've
  297. 9:34done this exercise [music] a couple of
  298. 9:36times and that range generally goes from
  299. 9:38about $5 to this case, which was the
  300. 9:40highest, 9.5. So, you can expect the
  301. 9:43range of the project to be around
  302. 9:44[music] there if you're creating a
  303. 9:463-minute video.
  304. 9:47Obviously, the longer the video is, the
  305. 9:49more expensive it's going to be as it
  306. 9:50has to generate a lot more images. And
  307. 9:53as you've seen, you can now create a
  308. 9:54faceless YouTube channel with no editing
  309. 9:56using Higgs Field, Claude, and CapCut.
  310. 9:59I'll see you in the next video.
