  1. 0:00Yes, we can now edit videos with
  2. 0:02artificial intelligence. I'm sure that
  3. 0:05in recent weeks, whether from my videos
  4. 0:08or others, you've seen that you can now
  5. 0:10do edits with tools like Claude or
  6. 0:12ChatGPT, and they are really very good
  7. 0:14edits; but when you try it, you get
  8. 0:16results like these, ugly ones, and you
  9. 0:19end up quitting because, supposedly, it
  10. 0:21looks too fake with AI. I can tell you
  11. 0:24that is false, since in the last month
  12. 0:26I have published all these videos
  13. 0:28edited 100%by artificial intelligence
  14. 0:30and they have gotten me millions of
  15. 0:32views. In this video, I am going to
  16. 0:35show you how to take your video editing
  17. 0:37to the next level. We are going to see
  18. 0:40the exact method I use to have
  19. 0:42animations like these that look
  20. 0:44high-quality and impress your audience.
  21. 0:48You don't need to know how to program,
  22. 0:50you don't need to have editing
  23. 0:51experience, and most importantly, you
  24. 0:52just need the desire to learn. My name
  25. 0:56is Santiago and I've been making
  26. 0:57systems with artificial intelligence
  27. 0:59for about 3 years, and in this video
  28. 1:01you will learn how to take your AI
  29. 1:02video editing to the next level. Let's
  30. 1:05get started. Perfect. Welcome, ladies
  31. 1:07and gentlemen, to this professional
  32. 1:10artificial intelligence editing class.
  33. 1:13Before we start, I'm going to give you
  34. 1:15a bit of context on what we are going
  35. 1:17to do and basically what to expect from
  36. 1:19this video. First, what is video
  37. 1:22editing with artificial intelligence,
  38. 1:24Santi? It's making videos with AI. What
  39. 1:26is it? Okay, don't worry. If you
  40. 1:29haven't seen these two videos I have,
  41. 1:31please, I invite you to check them out.
  42. 1:33I will leave them down here for you.
  43. 1:35What you have to know is that editing
  44. 1:37with artificial intelligence means that
  45. 1:40literally Claude or ChatGPT edit the
  46. 1:42video. Not creating videos with AI, but
  47. 1:45editing. You give them a video and they
  48. 1:48make the cuts, transitions, and
  49. 1:49animations. That is what I mean by
  50. 1:51editing with artificial intelligence.
  51. 1:53And there are two main methods to do it
  52. 1:56today. We have the Hyperframes Remotion
  53. 1:58mode, which is basically editing videos
  54. 2:01with code; that is, Claude generates
  55. 2:03code and that creates the edit. And we
  56. 2:06have the second method, which is
  57. 2:08connecting to a video editor—if you
  58. 2:10haven't seen my last video, the one I
  59. 2:12literally just uploaded, I show it
  60. 2:14there—which is basically connecting
  61. 2:16to platforms like CapCut, Premiere, or
  62. 2:19DaVinci, and having the AI use that
  63. 2:21platform to edit the video. So, in this
  64. 2:24video we are going to be looking at
  65. 2:27this specific method. We're going to
  66. 2:30look at how to create a very
  67. 2:33professional, high-quality edit using
  68. 2:35this specific method, right? So, go
  69. 2:38watch that video because I really
  70. 2:39recommend it, it's very good. So,
  71. 2:42knowing that, let's start with our
  72. 2:44project. Okay, perfect. Let's get
  73. 2:46started. The first step is to go to our
  74. 2:49code application, which in this case
  75. 2:51we'll be using Claude Code, but if you
  76. 2:53use the ChatGPT Codex app, which we've
  77. 2:55used in other videos, that's no problem
  78. 2:57. You can also achieve everything in
  79. 3:00this video. Well, almost. You'll see
  80. 3:02why in a moment. Okay, so I recommend
  81. 3:04using Claude if you have it. So, once
  82. 3:06you have the Claude app, go watch the
  83. 3:08video I left below if you don't have it
  84. 3:09yet. We're going to come to the code
  85. 3:12tab, right up here, "code." Perfect.
  86. 3:14And the next thing is to create a
  87. 3:15folder. Just click here, open folder,
  88. 3:19and select either an existing folder or
  89. 3:22create a new one. You can call it, uh,
  90. 3:26let's call it "video editor" or just "
  91. 3:29videos," right? And let's click create.
  92. 3:32Perfect. Remember where you saved that
  93. 3:35folder. Once you're in the folder,
  94. 3:38we're going to do the following, which
  95. 3:39is to analyze our video. Now, the video
  96. 3:44we're analyzing is this one I have here
  97. 3:47, which is basically a 10-minute video
  98. 3:50I made about my new Forja mobile app,
  99. 3:53my chatbot app. So, as you can see, it
  100. 3:56has no cuts; it's exactly as I recorded
  101. 3:59it and I made a lot of mistakes, so
  102. 4:01it's raw, let's say, the video, right?
  103. 4:05So, having this video, the next thing
  104. 4:07we're going to do is—this is an
  105. 4:09optional step, but I recommend it. For
  106. 4:12Claude to be able to transcribe videos,
  107. 4:13there are several methods. One method
  108. 4:16is using a local model, that is,
  109. 4:18there's a free model, but you need a
  110. 4:20good computer, otherwise it will take
  111. 4:22hours. The method I recommend is to
  112. 4:26come to OpenAI, come to this
  113. 4:28platform.com site, and sign in with
  114. 4:31your ChatGPT account. But pay attention
  115. 4:35, this is different. It doesn't matter
  116. 4:37if you have a ChatGPT Plus plan or not.
  117. 4:39So, once you're here, click where it
  118. 4:42says API keys and you're going to
  119. 4:44create a new key, right? And you can
  120. 4:46name it whatever. Let's call it "video.
  121. 4:48" In this case, we are going to select
  122. 4:51a project and an expiration date. Uh,
  123. 4:53I'll set it for one day, right? You
  124. 4:55guys should set it to never expire.
  125. 4:57We're going to click create. And copy
  126. 5:00this key. And come over here and we'll
  127. 5:03say something like, "What's up, Cloud?
  128. 5:06Hey, I want to create a new skill. Well
  129. 5:10, I want to create more of a new
  130. 5:12animation editing style with artificial
  131. 5:14intelligence, in this case with the
  132. 5:16Hyperframes method. For this, I first
  133. 5:19want to start from the beginning. So,
  134. 5:22basically I'm going to give you a video
  135. 5:24and what I want is for you to use
  136. 5:26OpenAI's Whisper to transcribe that
  137. 5:28video and I also want you to see
  138. 5:30several frames of the video. Basically,
  139. 5:33what I want you to do first is, uh,
  140. 5:35give me an in-depth analysis of the
  141. 5:38video, both the frames and
  142. 5:40transcription, and also give me 10
  143. 5:42professional editing styles that you
  144. 5:45can think of that would fit that style
  145. 5:47of video, more or less, right? So,
  146. 5:51right now just tell me in text, don't
  147. 5:53program them, don't make them, just
  148. 5:55tell me in text. Okay, I'm also going
  149. 5:58to give you my OpenAI API key so you
  150. 6:01can, uh, transcribe the video. Okay,
  151. 6:05basically what you're going to tell it
  152. 6:07is API and paste that key, the one you
  153. 6:10had, uh, copied. And the last thing you
  154. 6:14do is provide your video, which I tell
  155. 6:16you, it can be a video that has, don't
  156. 6:18make a literal video, pause this video,
  157. 6:20make a video now with your, with your
  158. 6:21phone and upload it. The important
  159. 6:24thing is that you have a video from the
  160. 6:26beginning because many people start
  161. 6:27without a video and that's why they end
  162. 6:29up doing it wrong. So, basically, we're
  163. 6:31going to say something like this. We're
  164. 6:33going to hit enter. In this case, I'm
  165. 6:35using the Claude 3.5 Sonnet model. The
  166. 6:393.5 model is because I want to use it
  167. 6:41smarter at the beginning. Later, when
  168. 6:45we automate it and such, we can go down
  169. 6:47to an Opus model or even Sonnet agents.
  170. 6:50But yes, when creating, like, skills
  171. 6:52and styles and so on, the first time I
  172. 6:54do recommend using the most powerful
  173. 6:56model. So basically here it tells us, I
  174. 6:58will review the video, get the
  175. 7:00transcription with Whisper, and extract
  176. 7:02frames to analyze it. Right now,
  177. 7:04basically doing an analysis of what
  178. 7:06editing we can do to the video and then
  179. 7:08we will proceed to the next step. So,
  180. 7:10let's wait and I'll show you how it
  181. 7:12turns out. And look, it’s interesting
  182. 7:15how you can see what the AI is doing.
  183. 7:18We can see here, for example, it has
  184. 7:21already extracted the frames and is
  185. 7:24basically analyzing the layout, the
  186. 7:27frame, the volume...it’s analyzing
  187. 7:30all of that and, probably right now, ah
  188. 7:34, look: it’s analyzing each one in
  189. 7:37more detail. So, this is the first step
  190. 7:40: take into account the content you
  191. 7:43plan to make and, based on that, give
  192. 7:45it to Claude for the first time, and
  193. 7:47from there we will create our editing
  194. 7:50style that we will then apply and
  195. 7:52automate for future videos. I mean,
  196. 7:55everything I'm doing in this video you
  197. 7:57only have to do the first time; after
  198. 7:58that, it will be 100%automated and
  199. 8:00you’ll just give it the video and
  200. 8:02that’s it. So, let's keep waiting.
  201. 8:05Okay, perfect. Look, it already
  202. 8:08finished, and basically here it could
  203. 8:10already see all the script structure
  204. 8:12and could see visually what it looks
  205. 8:14like and some problems and the 10
  206. 8:16styles I asked for, right? Eh, perfect.
  207. 8:19We're doing well. Now, what's next?
  208. 8:21Basically, if I read this, it doesn't
  209. 8:23tell me anything. I mean, I'm not—I'm
  210. 8:25not an editor, I don't know what it's
  211. 8:27telling me. So, we are going to have it
  212. 8:29make them so I can see them visually.
  213. 8:32But we're not just going to tell it,"
  214. 8:33Make them and that's it. "Eh, if you
  215. 8:36don't know, there's something called
  216. 8:38Claude Design, which is basically
  217. 8:40Claude's design mode, and it's actually
  218. 8:42quite good. So, you can use it from the
  219. 8:47Claude Design app or you can also use
  220. 8:49it from the Claude app by typing slash
  221. 8:51design. Look, this appears for you; you
  222. 8:56have to have the latest version of the
  223. 8:58Claude app, and we're going to tell it,
  224. 9:00perfect. Eh, now, do you think you can
  225. 9:04program the 10 styles? But I want you
  226. 9:08to make two variants of each style: one
  227. 9:11minimal and another, let's say, at the
  228. 9:13maximum of that style, so I can see
  229. 9:16what the minimum and maximum of that
  230. 9:19style would be and be able to decide
  231. 9:21correctly, right? Eh, use various
  232. 9:24colors and styles so I can see clearly
  233. 9:27what I can manage to achieve. Be
  234. 9:31creative and, well, yeah, obviously use
  235. 9:34real parts of the video. Okay. Instead
  236. 9:39of" program, "I'm going to say" make. "
  237. 9:41Okay. So we tell it something like that
  238. 9:44and basically we are going to call
  239. 9:46Cloud Design to make, as you saw, I
  240. 9:48asked for two variations of each one.
  241. 9:50Why do I do that, Santi? Basically,
  242. 9:52what I've seen is that a style can
  243. 9:54often be very different if it's very
  244. 9:56saturated or if it's not as saturated.
  245. 9:59Often I do like a style, but many times
  246. 10:02it gets too saturated. That's why I
  247. 10:05tell it one non-saturated and one
  248. 10:07saturated, so I can see, let's say, how
  249. 10:10both points look. So, we are going to
  250. 10:13wait a bit now. It will probably take a
  251. 10:15while because it has to make several,
  252. 10:17and I'll show you how it turns out.
  253. 10:19Perfect. Well look, after a while it's
  254. 10:23finishing and I want you to see here in
  255. 10:25the desktop app, it will usually open
  256. 10:27this same panel on the right where you
  257. 10:29will be able to see all your designs.
  258. 10:33If you are doing it in another app like
  259. 10:35Warp or VS Code, it will give you a
  260. 10:36link you can open on the internet and
  261. 10:38you will be able to see this. Don't
  262. 10:40worry, it works everywhere you use
  263. 10:43Cloud Code, as long as it's updated. So
  264. 10:46, basically, look, here it gives us 10
  265. 10:48editing styles and we are going to go
  266. 10:50through each one to choose the winners.
  267. 10:53See how we have the minimum and the
  268. 10:55maximum. That way, as I tell you, you
  269. 10:57can differentiate what the minimum of
  270. 10:59each style would look like and the
  271. 11:01maximum, see, the most saturated. So,
  272. 11:04we have these, this one like
  273. 11:06documentary, uh this one like split
  274. 11:10talk. Okay, I like this one. Then we
  275. 11:16have this like kinetic type. We have
  276. 11:20this one like editorial. Ah. this one
  277. 11:27like Apple UI, then chat bubbles, uh,
  278. 11:33collage and like teaser. Okay. No, so
  279. 11:38having all these, what I recommend is
  280. 11:41that you choose three that you like and
  281. 11:44from those three, generate five
  282. 11:47variations of those three. I don't know
  283. 11:49if I'm making myself clear. Basically,
  284. 11:51let's say I like this one, the Keynote.
  285. 11:55I'm going to tell it. Okay, perfect.
  286. 11:57Now, the ones I liked were one, four,
  287. 12:06and eight. Let's say those were the
  288. 12:10styles I liked the most. What I want
  289. 12:13you to do now is that with these three,
  290. 12:16you create five variations, but based
  291. 12:18on these three that I like from
  292. 12:21different scenes, right? I mean, create
  293. 12:25more scenes from the video, but knowing
  294. 12:28that these are the ones I like. Well,
  295. 12:31one more thing, I like the subtitles
  296. 12:35from the fifth one, the minimal one,
  297. 12:38the fifth minimal, I like its subtitles
  298. 12:42, I think. We can use these. Okay,
  299. 12:47perfect. We're doing well. Let's hit
  300. 12:50enter and basically what it will do now
  301. 12:53is generate more scenes for me with
  302. 12:56those styles we are defining. I like to
  303. 13:01call this method the filtration method,
  304. 13:05since you go from having nothing to
  305. 13:08having several, to having fewer, like,
  306. 13:11like a triangle, you know? We start
  307. 13:17with many designs, then we decrease
  308. 13:20until we reach a design that will be
  309. 13:24the winner. That is the idea of this
  310. 13:28method, going from general to very
  311. 13:31specialized. And usually, nobody does
  312. 13:34this method. Usually, most people start
  313. 13:36," Cloud, I want an editing style,
  314. 13:39here's my video, "and that's it.
  315. 13:41Usually, you'll get stuck here if you
  316. 13:43do that. That's why from the beginning
  317. 13:46we want to filter until we have the
  318. 13:48best. And this doesn't just apply to
  319. 13:50the style. Usually, I also use this
  320. 13:54same method with other types of things
  321. 13:56like transitions, animations, images,
  322. 14:04sound effects, SFX, I mean, this works
  323. 14:07with all of editing. In fact, in my
  324. 14:11community, Horizonte IA, just yesterday
  325. 14:13, we held a masterclass where I
  326. 14:14explained all of this, right? It was
  327. 14:17about a 2-hour masterclass where we did
  328. 14:20everything you are seeing in this video
  329. 14:22, but more detailed, and we even
  330. 14:25combined the new ChatGPT Astra model to
  331. 14:27do some extra things. But yes, it's
  332. 14:30basically a method that I've found to
  333. 14:31be very good and I've tested it on many
  334. 14:33of my editing styles, and well, you can
  335. 14:35judge for yourselves. My last video
  336. 14:37edited with it had more than 100,000
  337. 14:39views. So, it does work. It really
  338. 14:42works. That's what I can tell you. So,
  339. 14:45we're going to come over here and it
  340. 14:47already tells me, I will use these
  341. 14:49styles and combine them to create five
  342. 14:52new scenes with the video, right? So,
  343. 14:55we're going to wait for it to create
  344. 14:57these scenes, and then after this,
  345. 14:58we'll choose the final style and have
  346. 15:00it edit the whole video. Okay, perfect.
  347. 15:03Well, look, upon finishing, it opened
  348. 15:05the canvas for us again. And look, here
  349. 15:07we already have more scenes with that
  350. 15:10style, which, in fact, I like quite a
  351. 15:12bit. Maybe there are some adjustments
  352. 15:14to be made. For example, here I don't
  353. 15:16want it to cover my face too much, but
  354. 15:18in general, it did a great job
  355. 15:19combining the subtitles I asked for,
  356. 15:21the animations, and basically
  357. 15:23everything, right? So, the next thing
  358. 15:26we're going to do is give it the final
  359. 15:28prompt to edit the whole video, right?
  360. 15:31Another thing you can do is if you've
  361. 15:33already created a skill from my past
  362. 15:35videos—which I tell you to go check
  363. 15:37out—you can combine skills, or
  364. 15:38include this new style in that skill,
  365. 15:40or create a new skill from scratch. You
  366. 15:43can also do that. Uh, so basically,
  367. 15:45what we are going to do is the
  368. 15:46following. Perfect. I like it. I like
  369. 15:49it. Now, the next thing I want us to do
  370. 15:52is basically proceed with the entire
  371. 15:55video edit. For this, I want you to
  372. 15:59combine the logic of my master editor
  373. 16:02skill regarding cutting out silences
  374. 16:05and such, but with this style, right?
  375. 16:09So, check that skill. And I want you to
  376. 16:13try not to cover my face too much. I
  377. 16:16mean, it's very important that you
  378. 16:17position my face well so you don't
  379. 16:19cover it or make it look too small. I
  380. 16:22mean, yes, check the frames to make
  381. 16:24sure you don't cover my face, and
  382. 16:26properly arrange the subtitles,
  383. 16:28animations, and text. And another thing
  384. 16:31, if you want to check more about Forja
  385. 16:33, or even see the Forja code, I'll give
  386. 16:35you the folder where it's saved; or
  387. 16:37actually, you can check it yourself,
  388. 16:39it's called CHATBOT in all caps. You
  389. 16:42can see everything about Forja Inbox
  390. 16:45there, and yes, basically if you need
  391. 16:48anything, check that folder or even
  392. 16:51look at the application, right? And if
  393. 16:55you have any questions, let me know. I
  394. 16:58want it to turn out cool, to obviously
  395. 17:02have animations, and above all, for it
  396. 17:05to be clear how the application works.
  397. 17:09Okay, the recording cut out, but
  398. 17:11basically I put this, right? I like it.
  399. 17:14Now the next thing I want us to do is
  400. 17:16proceed with the video editing. And
  401. 17:18basically, I told it to check more
  402. 17:19about Forja and the inbox, because
  403. 17:21remember that if you have a project on
  404. 17:23your computer, you will have files. So,
  405. 17:25for example, I have Forja in my files,
  406. 17:28obviously. So I basically told it to
  407. 17:30check my folder and to ask me any
  408. 17:32questions if it had any, right? To
  409. 17:35include mockups, animations, and so on,
  410. 17:37right? And then, well, it was working
  411. 17:40for a while, and, well, I put it on my
  412. 17:42phone and, in the end, we have these
  413. 17:44videos that we are going to watch. You
  414. 17:47can now see your Forja AI agents on
  415. 17:49your phone, completely free. If you
  416. 17:52don't know what Forja is, it's
  417. 17:54basically an app that lets your agents,
  418. 17:56like Claude or ChatGPT, create chatbots
  419. 17:58for Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook
  420. 18:00to respond for your business or for you
  421. 18:02. And today, I'm pleased to announce
  422. 18:05that it now has a mobile app where
  423. 18:07you'll be able to see the conversations
  424. 18:09your agent has with your customers and
  425. 18:12even reply yourself. From the app, you
  426. 18:14will be able to fully configure your
  427. 18:16agent now. Its availability, how it
  428. 18:19speaks, FAQs, offers, location, payment
  429. 18:21methods, what it shouldn't say, and
  430. 18:23besides that, you'll have features like
  431. 18:26AI-powered reports, automatic
  432. 18:28maintenance, and that's not all. It
  433. 18:31will also filter and qualify your leads
  434. 18:34, those interested, those who aren't,
  435. 18:36those who are just spam, and it will
  436. 18:38notify you when you need to step into a
  437. 18:40conversation. For example, here we can
  438. 18:43see that for these three conversations,
  439. 18:45the agent already alerted me that it
  440. 18:47needs me to intervene personally. You
  441. 18:49can send images, audio, or files, just
  442. 18:51as you would from any social network.
  443. 18:53And yes, you'll be able to have all
  444. 18:55your social networks unified. Meaning
  445. 18:58that if your agent is already
  446. 18:59responding on all these social networks
  447. 19:01, you'll be able to see them all in one
  448. 19:04app and reply from there. And now, if
  449. 19:07you are part of my community and have
  450. 19:09access to Forja Plus, you'll have an
  451. 19:12exclusive agency mode where you can
  452. 19:14manage all your clients 'bots, perform
  453. 19:16maintenance, configurations, and more;
  454. 19:18see pending cases, tickets, and even
  455. 19:21their monthly spending. Another thing,
  456. 19:25you'll also be able to give your
  457. 19:27clients access to their chatbots from
  458. 19:29the same Forja app so they can see
  459. 19:31their chats too, and you can even
  460. 19:34white-label it with your colors and
  461. 19:36logo so they literally see your brand.
  462. 19:39This is one of the biggest
  463. 19:40announcements I've made to date. If you
  464. 19:43want to connect your bot for free to
  465. 19:44Forja Inbox, just comment" forja "and
  466. 19:46I'll send you all the instructions. Bye
  467. 19:48. Perfect. So, what did you think? Keep
  468. 19:53in mind that this was literally the
  469. 19:54first version. See, I didn't add any
  470. 19:57prompt; it was literally the first
  471. 20:00version of, yes, of this editing style.
  472. 20:03Obviously Santi didn't have errors and
  473. 20:05such, obviously, uh, I mean, they get
  474. 20:08fixed, but I mean, in a prompt you list
  475. 20:10those errors, fix them, fix them, fix
  476. 20:13them, and then once we have the final
  477. 20:15version, we create a skill and we can
  478. 20:18automate this editing style. So, yeah,
  479. 20:22that's how I can get, like,
  480. 20:23high-quality editing, and really, you
  481. 20:25guys are the ones who judge at the end
  482. 20:28of the day, but for me, they are very
  483. 20:30good results. Maybe obviously you won't
  484. 20:34have the best editing yet for now,
  485. 20:37although I am very confident that in
  486. 20:39less than, by the end of the year,
  487. 20:41we'll have editing equal to a
  488. 20:43professional editor. So, well, that
  489. 20:46would be all for today's video. I hope
  490. 20:49it's a little helpful and you see a bit
  491. 20:51more of how I do things in my
  492. 20:52day-to-day and that I really do put a
  493. 20:54lot of emphasis on the creative and
  494. 20:56design side too. If you want to join
  495. 20:58the community, you have all the
  496. 20:59information here in the description,
  497. 21:01and also if you want to check out Forja
  498. 21:02and Forja Inbox, I'll leave them here
  499. 21:04below. Take care and I hope you liked
  500. 21:06it. See you next time. Goodbye. Bye.
