  1. 0:00Here is the real problem with trading.
  2. 0:01It is not the chart, it is not the
  3. 0:03patterns, it is not even the capital. It
  4. 0:06is a fact that every decision you make
  5. 0:08requires you to process enormous amounts
  6. 0:11of information, filter it out for your
  7. 0:13specific situation, and arrive at a
  8. 0:15conclusion fast enough to act on it. And
  9. 0:17you're doing all of that alone. One of
  10. 0:20the best traders I've personally met has
  11. 0:22a Excel sheet with years of Nifty and
  12. 0:24[music] Bank Nifty chart patterns saved
  13. 0:27with him. The traders like him who
  14. 0:29consistently get better are not just
  15. 0:31smarter, they're better organized. They
  16. 0:33have a system, they have something
  17. 0:35helping them think. That is what this
  18. 0:37masterclass is about. We are not talking
  19. 0:39about tips or stock names or buy
  20. 0:40signals, we're going to talk about
  21. 0:42building an AI-powered trading system, a
  22. 0:45trading brain that works specifically
  23. 0:48for you. With this, every time you sit
  24. 0:50down to trade, you're not going to start
  25. 0:52from scratch. So, in this video, we'll
  26. 0:54go through what this trading brain is,
  27. 0:56how to set it up, and how to use it to
  28. 0:5810x your trading journey with real
  29. 1:01examples. So, if that's the case, what
  30. 1:03are you waiting for? This is Ajay
  31. 1:04Jadhav, welcome to Market Feed.
  32. 1:11Part one, what is our trading brain?
  33. 1:14A trading brain is a self-learning
  34. 1:15system and a companion which will help
  35. 1:18you become a 10x better trader. It has
  36. 1:20two components. The first component is
  37. 1:22all the learning set you feed into the
  38. 1:24system. In my case, I've fed it a lot of
  39. 1:27data regarding option strategies,
  40. 1:29candlestick patterns, and what not. The
  41. 1:31second component is the self-learning
  42. 1:33journey itself. It learns from you what
  43. 1:35sort of trader you are, what your risk
  44. 1:37appetite is, what sort of trades you
  45. 1:40like, and based on both of these
  46. 1:42components, it will become a proper
  47. 1:44trading companion for you. So, let's
  48. 1:46take two examples in order to understand
  49. 1:48how you can use it better. In my first
  50. 1:51case, let's say I want to learn a new
  51. 1:53options trading strategy. Let's say we
  52. 1:55want to learn about call ratio back
  53. 1:57spread strategy. So, understanding and
  54. 1:59learning from all the knowledge that it
  55. 2:01has and all the learnings of who I am as
  56. 2:04a trader, the system will give me an
  57. 2:06answer, a learning experience which is
  58. 2:09tailored for me. Two other practical use
  59. 2:12cases are building out a trade planning
  60. 2:14system or even building out a trade
  61. 2:16journaling system. So, in the trade
  62. 2:18planning system, let's say you are
  63. 2:20having a trade in front of you, but you
  64. 2:22want certain confirmations based on the
  65. 2:25system or the rules that you have set
  66. 2:26for yourself. Now, as I said, it's a
  67. 2:29conversational app that we are building,
  68. 2:31a conversational companion. This
  69. 2:33companion can help validate the trade
  70. 2:36for you, make sure that the trade that
  71. 2:37you are entering into is a good trade
  72. 2:40based on the rules that you have set for
  73. 2:41yourself. And after the trade, it can
  74. 2:44help you set up the entire trading
  75. 2:46journal. What happened from A to Z? What
  76. 2:49are the learnings from this trade? What
  77. 2:50are the mistakes? What was the outcome?
  78. 2:53Everything can be saved so that you can
  79. 2:55come back to it even 2 years later or
  80. 2:58even 10 years later, you can come back
  81. 3:00to the system and see what your
  82. 3:01learnings were. So, that's what the
  83. 3:03trade brain is, a conversational AI
  84. 3:05system that will help you become a
  85. 3:07better trader. Now, let's look at how
  86. 3:09you can set it up for yourself. Part
  87. 3:11two, how to set it up.
  88. 3:14In order to set up your complete trade
  89. 3:16brain, you need two apps to help you.
  90. 3:19The first one is called as Obsidian. You
  91. 3:21can come to Google, search for it. The
  92. 3:23first result that you see, Obsidian
  93. 3:25sharpen your thinking, this is the app
  94. 3:27that you want to download. So, once you
  95. 3:29download it, it's pretty
  96. 3:30straightforward. For Windows or Mac OS,
  97. 3:33it will be the same format. Once you
  98. 3:34download it, this is my personal
  99. 3:36Obsidian vault. Let's ignore that. Come
  100. 3:39to file on the top and click on open
  101. 3:41vault. So, here we are going to set up a
  102. 3:43new vault or a new set of memories for
  103. 3:47you. Here, let's go ahead and click on
  104. 3:49the create vault option. You can name
  105. 3:51whatever you want. So, here I'm going to
  106. 3:53give it July 21 learning vault.
  107. 3:58So, I've set up a new vault here and you
  108. 4:00need to pick a location, a folder in
  109. 4:03your desktop in order to place this
  110. 4:05vault. So, you can keep it anywhere. I'm
  111. 4:07going to select this 21 July folder that
  112. 4:10I've made for myself here. It can be in
  113. 4:12any folder path. It can be anywhere
  114. 4:14inside your laptop. But, make sure you
  115. 4:16won't accidentally delete it or
  116. 4:18accidentally copy files into it. So,
  117. 4:20I've created it. Now, click on the
  118. 4:22create button so that your new vault is
  119. 4:24formed. where our entire list of
  120. 4:27memories will be properly saved. Once
  121. 4:30you set up your trading brain
  122. 4:31effectively, this is what your vault
  123. 4:33could look like. So, this is my trade
  124. 4:35brain which I've set up. So, you can see
  125. 4:37a lot of data is there. Index, risk
  126. 4:39reward, common mistakes, trade
  127. 4:41management, uh drawdown, position
  128. 4:43sizing, moving average. A lot of
  129. 4:45information is there and under all of
  130. 4:47these concepts, you can see that certain
  131. 4:50small lines are passing through it. That
  132. 4:52means every concept here is linked to
  133. 4:54another, making it essentially like how
  134. 4:57thoughts in our brain are linked. So, it
  135. 5:00is not just a series of memories, it is
  136. 5:02a series of memories that are
  137. 5:04interconnected and this is what makes it
  138. 5:06very, very effective. So, let's say I
  139. 5:08want to look into a new concept which is
  140. 5:11implied volatility here. So, when I
  141. 5:13click on implied volatility, you can see
  142. 5:15that it has a definition inside. It has
  143. 5:17key relationships. It has a IV rank
  144. 5:19formula inside. It has what context
  145. 5:22India VIX is and it also has different
  146. 5:24files it is linked to inside this file
  147. 5:27itself. So, all of these files, the
  148. 5:28implied volatility file, if I go back,
  149. 5:31all of these files are simple markdown
  150. 5:34files. MD files is what they are called.
  151. 5:37So, they are the best way, the best
  152. 5:39format for a computer to read simple
  153. 5:42files. So, it makes it very efficient
  154. 5:45when they're being stored as MD files
  155. 5:47when a computer or an AI system wants to
  156. 5:50read them. So, we don't have to worry
  157. 5:51about any of the technicalities or
  158. 5:54anything here. We just have to
  159. 5:55understand that each of these files,
  160. 5:58each of these concepts are saved in what
  161. 6:00is called as an MD file. You and I might
  162. 6:03not understand the exact formatting just
  163. 6:05by opening the markdown file, but once
  164. 6:07you run it through a certain program
  165. 6:09like the Obsidian folder that we have
  166. 6:12here or a markdown converter, you'll get
  167. 6:14the entire context. You'll get an entire
  168. 6:17document like this which you can refer
  169. 6:19to later. So, let's say this entire
  170. 6:21concept is made. Now, this is just your
  171. 6:24memory. Now, we need a guardian for this
  172. 6:27memory. A guardian for your vault who's
  173. 6:30also able to think and to serve you what
  174. 6:33you need to know at the correct time.
  175. 6:35So, that is where Claude comes into the
  176. 6:37picture. Hope all of you already know
  177. 6:39about Claude by now. In our channel
  178. 6:41itself, we have featured multiple
  179. 6:43tutorials on how to use Claude directly
  180. 6:45from building a Zerodha MCP server to
  181. 6:48even taking trades with it. So, here in
  182. 6:50order to control and access our
  183. 6:52memories, we're going to be using the
  184. 6:54Claude code tool. Unfortunately, it is
  185. 6:57not free. It is a paid tool. I want all
  186. 6:59of you to keep that in memory here. So,
  187. 7:02in order to download Claude, you can
  188. 7:03just go to Google, search Claude
  189. 7:05download, and you can download the
  190. 7:07Claude app. Once you've downloaded
  191. 7:09Claude, if you're on the paid version,
  192. 7:11you should be able to see the code
  193. 7:12option right here. So, the first thing
  194. 7:14that you have to come here is to come
  195. 7:16down below and to assign a folder to
  196. 7:19your Claude code instance. So, what you
  197. 7:21have to do here is to give the same
  198. 7:23exact memory or the vault access that
  199. 7:26you created with Obsidian. So, the
  200. 7:28folder which I had created was 21st
  201. 7:30July. You can see it's right here. So,
  202. 7:33I'm going to give Claude context of that
  203. 7:3521st July folder that we have created
  204. 7:38here. Now, you need to talk a bit to
  205. 7:40Claude in order to set up the entire
  206. 7:42thing. Let's go through how to do that.
  207. 7:44First thing that you need to do is to
  208. 7:46give it context. You can type out I've
  209. 7:48created an Obsidian vault, have assigned
  210. 7:50your folder for this, verify the
  211. 7:52connection has been established to the
  212. 7:53Obsidian vault, and acknowledge it. If
  213. 7:56done, I will tell you how to use this
  214. 7:58vault soon with instructions. Once you
  215. 8:00receive those instructions, save it in
  216. 8:02your memory as different markdown files.
  217. 8:05This is the context that I'm giving to
  218. 8:07Claude. I'm going to select whatever is
  219. 8:10going to be my model here. I'm going to
  220. 8:11select Sonnet, and I'm going to give it
  221. 8:13medium.
  222. 8:15Click on enter, so that you can start
  223. 8:17processing uh Claude code instances on
  224. 8:20your Obsidian vault. Go ahead, enter
  225. 8:22that, and wait for Claude's
  226. 8:23confirmation. So, here we can see
  227. 8:25connection is confirmed. It has got the
  228. 8:27right folder, and it is waiting for our
  229. 8:29instructions in order to proceed. So,
  230. 8:32the next thing that I want you to do is
  231. 8:33to go to Google, search for LLM Wiki,
  232. 8:37right? When you go to Google, search for
  233. 8:39LLM Wiki, a document like this will pop
  234. 8:42up, LLM Wiki. Once you have opened it,
  235. 8:45copy this entire LLM Wiki from right
  236. 8:48here,
  237. 8:49and come paste it into Claude. This is
  238. 8:52the instruction that we told that we'll
  239. 8:54give it. This LLM Wiki teaches Claude
  240. 8:57how to think about this entire concept,
  241. 8:59how to set up working directories, how
  242. 9:01to set up links between all of our
  243. 9:04Obsidian folders. It gives it that
  244. 9:05entire context. Again, let's not get
  245. 9:07technical. Let's just give it this
  246. 9:09context and move forward. After 58
  247. 9:11seconds, it has given me the output. It
  248. 9:13has saved four memory linked files. So,
  249. 9:16it has made a patterns overview, an
  250. 9:18architecture of how this entire thing
  251. 9:20will look like. It has created an
  252. 9:22operations, how it will actually work,
  253. 9:24or how it will work day-to-day, and it
  254. 9:26has also given naming conventions and
  255. 9:29whatnot, right? So, it has made us this
  256. 9:31entire documentation system inside our
  257. 9:33vault here. So, I'm I'm to give Claude
  258. 9:36this context what we're going to do here
  259. 9:38uh that we're going to build a trading
  260. 9:39brain. How we're going to do that? I've
  261. 9:41told it I'll give it a lot of
  262. 9:43information. Do not worry, but
  263. 9:44eventually we want to build out this
  264. 9:46trading brain. It's a very simple
  265. 9:48prompt. You can make it for yourself or
  266. 9:49you can copy from the screen if you
  267. 9:51really want to. But after that, what we
  268. 9:54need to do next is to download all of
  269. 9:56this knowledge files. So what have I
  270. 9:58done here? I've downloaded multiple
  271. 10:00books around technical analysis, around
  272. 10:03stocks, around options. I've uploaded
  273. 10:05all of this into Claude right here so
  274. 10:07that it starts building its own context
  275. 10:10so that it starts building its own
  276. 10:11knowledge. That's what I've done here.
  277. 10:13So I'll explain how I did this. I've
  278. 10:15downloaded four to five PDFs of the
  279. 10:18top-rated trading books in the world. So
  280. 10:21these are mostly either open source or
  281. 10:23you'll have to download it through
  282. 10:24different means. Once you download it,
  283. 10:26I'll tell you how to use it. I've also
  284. 10:28downloaded Options Playbook. I'll show
  285. 10:30it everything on the screen here. Do not
  286. 10:32worry. I've downloaded the entire
  287. 10:34Zerodha Varsity website so that I can
  288. 10:37use it to train my Claude instance. Then
  289. 10:39I've also given it transcripts of few
  290. 10:42high confidence strategies or concepts
  291. 10:44that I've seen on YouTube. I've given it
  292. 10:47a candlesticks PDF. I've given it
  293. 10:48multiple other Investopedia sources for
  294. 10:51it to learn from. So after downloading
  295. 10:53all of this, I want you to copy all of
  296. 10:56that into your Obsidian Vault folder
  297. 10:58that we created in the beginning. So
  298. 11:00then ask Claude or give Claude the
  299. 11:02context that I have all the files in the
  300. 11:04local folder which is available to you.
  301. 11:07Read these files and save them as MD
  302. 11:10files in your memory. Again, MD are the
  303. 11:12markdown files. So it's a very simple
  304. 11:14concept. Do not worry about anything.
  305. 11:17Claude will help you along the entire
  306. 11:19journey. Once this memory injection or
  307. 11:21input is done, we want Claude to start
  308. 11:24linking all of your files. So the next
  309. 11:26context that we'll give to Claude is to
  310. 11:28start linking all the the files. You can
  311. 11:31use this prompt right here. After all of
  312. 11:33this is done, come to Obsidian so that
  313. 11:35you can confirm that the entire file
  314. 11:38structure that you have uploaded is done
  315. 11:40and also the linking process is sorted.
  316. 11:43If something is breaking and you're
  317. 11:44seeing that links are not proper or it's
  318. 11:46not set up, you can go back to Claude.
  319. 11:48You can ask it to troubleshoot and then
  320. 11:50solve it for you. So, this is my
  321. 11:52personal journey where I've started
  322. 11:54using Obsidian and Claude in the way
  323. 11:56that I personally like. Now, this might
  324. 11:59not be the same for you, right? You
  325. 12:00might not decide to give it books on
  326. 12:03trading analysis. You might give it an
  327. 12:04entirely different context to train on.
  328. 12:06That is all okay. This is where we part
  329. 12:09ways and build out our own stuff. You
  330. 12:11can modify your journey from right here
  331. 12:13or copy this entire context that I've
  332. 12:16given you. In fact, I'll give you my
  333. 12:17entire knowledge Obsidian to all of you
  334. 12:20for free. You can find it in the
  335. 12:22description and in the pin comment. So,
  336. 12:23if you upload and start opening that
  337. 12:25vault, you can get the entire context of
  338. 12:28the knowledge which I've uploaded to it.
  339. 12:30Once you've given it all this context,
  340. 12:32you've started building out the
  341. 12:33knowledge, but eventually, slowly, you
  342. 12:36want to build more context regarding
  343. 12:38your personal trading style, too. That's
  344. 12:41when, as we said, it'll become an
  345. 12:43unstoppable system and help you become a
  346. 12:4510x better trader. Without that, it
  347. 12:47might help you become a better learner,
  348. 12:49but we do not want to stop there. So,
  349. 12:51let's get into part three of this video.
  350. 12:54Part three, using this to 10x your
  351. 12:56trading journey. The first thing in
  352. 12:58order to make this entire experience
  353. 13:00more personalized is to start using this
  354. 13:02tool more. Once you start using the
  355. 13:05trade brain more, it'll understand what
  356. 13:07sort of trader you are. It'll ask you
  357. 13:09concepts and you can even brainstorm
  358. 13:11different concepts or ideologies with
  359. 13:13it. You can teach it more about your
  360. 13:15risk trading psychology, your entire
  361. 13:18concept regarding options or
  362. 13:19candlesticks. You can give it personal
  363. 13:22context here. That's when this will
  364. 13:24start to excel. That's when this entire
  365. 13:26concept will become so valuable, not
  366. 13:28just from the theory, but from your
  367. 13:30personal experiences, your personal
  368. 13:33mindset. Combining both of these
  369. 13:35together is where it'll help you become
  370. 13:37a 10x better trader. So, the easiest
  371. 13:39thing that you can do is to come talk to
  372. 13:41Claude on different stuff here. You can
  373. 13:43give it context. Hey, so you already
  374. 13:45know that we want to build a effective
  375. 13:48trade brain for me. So, in this trading
  376. 13:50brain, I want you to understand me
  377. 13:52better. In this journey, you can ask me
  378. 13:54any question that you want to in order
  379. 13:56to understand me as a trader. Now, over
  380. 13:59the next few months, I'll be giving you
  381. 14:01practical journals on how I am acting as
  382. 14:05a trader, so you can learn from that,
  383. 14:06too. You can analyze my mistakes, you
  384. 14:08can take whatever my good parts. But
  385. 14:10here, let's have a icebreaking session.
  386. 14:13I want you to understand me better. So,
  387. 14:15ask any questions in order to do that.
  388. 14:19It's a very natural conversation which
  389. 14:21I've started with Claude here. I've used
  390. 14:23a tool which is called as WhisperFlow in
  391. 14:26order to turn my voice into text, so
  392. 14:28that I can talk to it how much ever I
  393. 14:30want, just like I'm talking to a friend,
  394. 14:33just like you're having internal
  395. 14:34conversations with your brain, you can
  396. 14:36do just that. So, I've clicked on enter.
  397. 14:38So, now Claude will ask me a bunch of
  398. 14:40different questions in order to
  399. 14:42understand me better as a trader. That's
  400. 14:44what it's going to do right here. So,
  401. 14:46you can see uh it is asking me what's my
  402. 14:48background, what's my market style,
  403. 14:51what's my track record and capital,
  404. 14:53what's a process which I follow, what's
  405. 14:54a psychology, what's a goal that I want
  406. 14:57to have. So, that you understand me
  407. 14:58better as a trader. Now, also, as I
  408. 15:01said, it'll keep learning with you in
  409. 15:02the process, but this initial
  410. 15:04icebreaking will be super powerful for
  411. 15:06you. Now, after doing this, I want to
  412. 15:08also give you certain real examples in
  413. 15:11order for you to use this tool better.
  414. 15:13So, I've given one prompt here. Pull
  415. 15:15together everything you've ingested on
  416. 15:17candlestick reversal patterns and walk
  417. 15:19me through it in a clear headers concept
  418. 15:22by concept, so I can study it section by
  419. 15:24section. So here I'm asking the trading
  420. 15:27brain to teach me a new concept. That's
  421. 15:30what I'm going to do here. So once you
  422. 15:32give this prompt, our trading brain will
  423. 15:34craft your proper learning experience
  424. 15:36based on not just theory, but also based
  425. 15:38on the practical learnings that we've
  426. 15:40had with it. So this is one example of
  427. 15:43learning right here. Now I also want you
  428. 15:45to use this tool really well for trade
  429. 15:48journaling. That's what we're going to
  430. 15:50understand next. So I'll give you a
  431. 15:51trade journal prompt here in order to do
  432. 15:54that well. I'm telling it from now on,
  433. 15:56maintain a daily trading journal inside
  434. 15:58this vault in a dedicated trading
  435. 16:00markdown file. Every day I'll give you
  436. 16:02that day's trading information typed out
  437. 16:04as a screenshot or text or both. For
  438. 16:07each entry you must capture instrument
  439. 16:08traded, entry price, quantity, risk to
  440. 16:10reward ratio, how the entry was taken,
  441. 16:13and my current position status. Log this
  442. 16:15as a new dated entry. Create the file if
  443. 16:17it does not exist. Append to it if it
  444. 16:20does. If anything required is missing
  445. 16:22from what I give you, ask me for it
  446. 16:23before logging in. Never skip a day. If
  447. 16:26I did not trade, log that too, so the
  448. 16:28record stays continuous. So I'm giving
  449. 16:31it this context. Now it'll start acting
  450. 16:33as a trading journal for me, documenting
  451. 16:36my entire trading system. So it'll do
  452. 16:39that along the way. Now if you want to
  453. 16:41get inputs on how you've been doing, get
  454. 16:43reports on how you've been doing, after
  455. 16:45a week or after a month or after a year,
  456. 16:48you can easily ask it to generate a
  457. 16:49trading report for you. So it'll give
  458. 16:51you that entire context and it'll help
  459. 16:53you learn from your past mistakes,
  460. 16:55whatever you've done right, and also
  461. 16:57identify gaps that you've not yet seen
  462. 17:00through. This is one example of how to
  463. 17:01use your trading brain as a proper
  464. 17:04trading journal buddy. The next example
  465. 17:06is also fairly easy. Let's say you want
  466. 17:08to enter a trade, but want confirmation
  467. 17:10that this trade is following your rules
  468. 17:12and the system that you've built. You
  469. 17:14can ask your trade brain to set that up
  470. 17:16for you. Now these are three real
  471. 17:18examples that I've given to you. You can
  472. 17:20use it for training, learning purposes,
  473. 17:22or you can use it for practical purposes
  474. 17:24as well. Now, it is on you to build out
  475. 17:26tools and different structures on top of
  476. 17:29this so that it can be very much
  477. 17:31personalized in the way that you like
  478. 17:32it. Now, a few things that I want to
  479. 17:34discuss before we end this video. First,
  480. 17:36I know it's a paid tool or it's a paid
  481. 17:39software that we have built here. Now,
  482. 17:41in order for this trade brain to be
  483. 17:43effective, you have to use Claude in
  484. 17:45order to have that intelligence. But,
  485. 17:47you can use just Obsidian, which is a
  486. 17:49free tool, to get to 50% level where you
  487. 17:52can start storing your memories as a
  488. 17:54proper note-taking app there. Now, two,
  489. 17:57it is not as complicated as it sounds.
  490. 17:59If you try to set up this entire
  491. 18:01experience for yourself, you'll figure
  492. 18:03out a lot of things along the way, and
  493. 18:05definitely it will not be as tough as
  494. 18:07you think. And three, in order for this
  495. 18:09to be really effective, you have to make
  496. 18:12this part of your trading journey. Let
  497. 18:13it be trading in investing or whatnot.
  498. 18:16You have to take your trading brain or
  499. 18:18your second brain along with you. If you
  500. 18:20don't give it context, if you don't give
  501. 18:22it space and opportunity to learn, it
  502. 18:24will never be as effective as you want
  503. 18:27it to be. You need to eventually build
  504. 18:29this out just like you build
  505. 18:31intelligence in your brain. So, if you
  506. 18:33have any doubts about this concept, make
  507. 18:35sure you ask me that in the comment
  508. 18:36section down below. So, hope you got a
  509. 18:38lot of value from this video. Let's wrap
  510. 18:40it up. This is Ajay signing off. See you
  511. 18:42all. Bye-bye.
