  1. 0:00Here's a stupidly simple Claude AI
  2. 0:02business that nobody's doing. Go inside
  3. 0:04of the Facebook ad library, find a brand
  4. 0:07or company that is paying to run a
  5. 0:09terrible looking ad on Facebook. Then
  6. 0:12what you do is you give that ad to
  7. 0:13Claude,
  8. 0:14>> [music]
  9. 0:14>> and then Claude AI will give you a
  10. 0:16better version of their video ad, and
  11. 0:18then you just simply sell it back to the
  12. 0:20business owner that's running those ads.
  13. 0:23So in this video, I'm going to be
  14. 0:24showing you exactly how you can do that,
  15. 0:25and I've even created a step-by-step
  16. 0:27guide and a prompt sheet and a skill
  17. 0:29sheet can do this fast and effective. So
  18. 0:32if you're interested in getting your
  19. 0:33first client and making your first $500
  20. 0:35[music]
  21. 0:36to $2,000 within the next 30 days as a
  22. 0:38side hustle, then this is the video for
  23. 0:41you. So how this simply works is I find
  24. 0:44brands on Winning Hunter. Now Winning
  25. 0:46Hunter allows me to see loads of
  26. 0:48different brands and stores that are
  27. 0:50running ads on Facebook and how much
  28. 0:52they're actually spending, what are the
  29. 0:54best ads, and what are their worst ads.
  30. 0:56Now all of that data is very important,
  31. 0:58and it will all make sense in the next
  32. 1:00few minutes. So you can see this brand
  33. 1:02here called Elevate Collagen is making
  34. 1:04between six and 12 million dollars every
  35. 1:07single month. They've almost got a
  36. 1:09thousand active ads, and if we open up
  37. 1:12their ads by clicking the name of the
  38. 1:14brand, you can see it opens up all of
  39. 1:16their ads that they're running. Now
  40. 1:18because I'm using Winning Hunter, I can
  41. 1:20filter this by worst ad rank, and then I
  42. 1:23can filter by active, meaning that
  43. 1:25they're actively running money for these
  44. 1:26ads right now. But the thing is these
  45. 1:29are the worst ads and the worst
  46. 1:31performing ads that they're running. So
  47. 1:32you can see all of these are the ads
  48. 1:34that have been running for this brand,
  49. 1:36and they are not making money. Now
  50. 1:38they're not performing well, and they're
  51. 1:40not converting well. Now this is
  52. 1:42important because these are the same ads
  53. 1:44that we're going to give to Claude AI,
  54. 1:47and we're going to get them remade and
  55. 1:48sent back to the brand. The reason why
  56. 1:50Winning Hunter is so important is
  57. 1:52because I know that this brand's
  58. 1:54actually making money because we don't
  59. 1:56want to be making ads for brands that
  60. 1:58aren't making money because then how are
  61. 2:00they going to afford our services? So,
  62. 2:02we've got to be working with brands that
  63. 2:04are making between a million dollars and
  64. 2:06ten million dollars every single month.
  65. 2:09Now, you can go between 500,000 and
  66. 2:11800,000, but usually what I've seen do
  67. 2:14the best is brands that are making this
  68. 2:16much money in revenue. That way we know
  69. 2:18they've got the budget to spend. Now, at
  70. 2:21their highest point, they were running
  71. 2:221,800
  72. 2:24ads.
  73. 2:25But now, they're only running 900 ads,
  74. 2:28which means they've had to cut a lot of
  75. 2:30their ads back because they're probably
  76. 2:32not converting. And that's why it's our
  77. 2:34job to turn their worst ads into some of
  78. 2:37the best ads. So, let me give you guys a
  79. 2:39live example. So, as I showed you, I
  80. 2:41filtered it by worst ad rank. So, what
  81. 2:43we can do is we can click view details,
  82. 2:45expand it, and we can watch it together.
  83. 2:47So, let's have a look.
  84. 2:48>> I'm Louise and I am very naive. I've
  85. 2:51been through 10 years of IVF and I
  86. 2:53remember the doctors telling me through
  87. 2:56every single appointment I went to that
  88. 2:59I was going to have an early menopause.
  89. 3:02What was a menopause? I didn't care. I
  90. 3:04was there to have a
  91. 3:04>> So, that ad is very simple. She's just
  92. 3:07talking to the camera and the main point
  93. 3:09they're trying to talk about is women in
  94. 3:11menopause. Now, when I looked at all of
  95. 3:13the other ads that they're lowest
  96. 3:14performing, most of these ads talk about
  97. 3:17menopause and old age. So, that's the
  98. 3:20angle that they're trying and it doesn't
  99. 3:22seem like it's converting. And in my
  100. 3:24opinion, it's because of the ad. So, now
  101. 3:26what we do is we take that ad, give it
  102. 3:28to Claude, and then here's an example of
  103. 3:31what Claude made me. I'm 60. I bought
  104. 3:33four of these. I finished none of them.
  105. 3:38>> 40 pounds a month, most of it went in
  106. 3:40the bin. Honestly, I'd given up. Four of
  107. 3:42them in the bin and I thought that's me
  108. 3:44done with collagen. Then a friend swore
  109. 3:46by this one, so I thought, "Go on. One
  110. 3:50more go."
  111. 3:51So, this time, one rule. If I don't
  112. 3:53enjoy drinking it, I'm not buying it.
  113. 3:55Marine and bovine collagen, vitamin C,
  114. 3:58hyaluronic acid, biotin, and it's
  115. 4:00chocolate. One scoop, one stir. No
  116. 4:02lumps, no chalk. It just tastes like
  117. 4:05chocolate. It's the first one I've ever
  118. 4:07finished.
  119. 4:08And if your cupboard looks like mine,
  120. 4:10you've got 90 days to change your mind.
  121. 4:12>> So, you can see that's an example of a
  122. 4:14video that we generated that we can give
  123. 4:16to the brand to try out. Now, we don't
  124. 4:18just make video ads, we also create
  125. 4:20images. Now, I usually like to animate
  126. 4:22the images for their brand. So, their
  127. 4:24worst-performing images, I turn them
  128. 4:26into animations. So, here's an example
  129. 4:27of one of the ones that I created. So,
  130. 4:29it's these dolls like showing the woman
  131. 4:31how she feels really down with without
  132. 4:33collagen, and then how she feels with
  133. 4:35collagen. So, I basically animated one
  134. 4:37of their worst images into an image
  135. 4:39animation that they can then run. So,
  136. 4:41that was a live example showing how this
  137. 4:44works. Now, before anyone starts hitting
  138. 4:47in the comments, this strategy works. I
  139. 4:49actually have quite a lot of friends
  140. 4:51that do this business/service
  141. 4:53and they're making good money. Because
  142. 4:54at the end of the day, we found brands
  143. 4:56that are spending millions of dollars.
  144. 4:58We are just finding what their worst ads
  145. 5:00are. We know they're cutting back on
  146. 5:02their ads because they've gone from
  147. 5:03thousands to hundreds of ads. Then,
  148. 5:05we're giving them ads that we've remade
  149. 5:08based on what we know works well based
  150. 5:10on Claude's skills and prompts. And
  151. 5:12then, we're going to give it back to the
  152. 5:13brand, and we can even say to the brand,
  153. 5:15"Look, try the ad for a few days. If
  154. 5:17they do well, we can talk about doing a
  155. 5:19long-term partnership." And then, once
  156. 5:21your ad performs well for them, they're
  157. 5:23going to come back to you and want to
  158. 5:24pay you for your service. And the best
  159. 5:27part is now, we don't need to be ad
  160. 5:28creatives or strategists. Claude does it
  161. 5:31all for us. All we've got to do is just
  162. 5:33click a few buttons and send a few
  163. 5:35emails that Claude makes us. So, this is
  164. 5:37how we're going to do it step by step.
  165. 5:39first thing that we need to do is find
  166. 5:41stores or brands that we can sell ads
  167. 5:44to. You want to head over to Winning
  168. 5:46Hunter, go to ads, and then you want to
  169. 5:48go to niche, and then you want to filter
  170. 5:50this by supplements. Now, my favorite
  171. 5:52niches are supplements, beauty, and
  172. 5:55pets, and fashion. Those are the four
  173. 5:58niches that I know pay the best for this
  174. 6:01type of service. Change the language to
  175. 6:03English, then also change it to where it
  176. 6:05says ad creation last 30 days, and then
  177. 6:08change it to where it says highest reach
  178. 6:11last spend. And then once you've done
  179. 6:12that, guys, you're going to see all of
  180. 6:13the best-performing ads in the
  181. 6:15supplement space in the last 30 days.
  182. 6:18Now, the reason why we're doing this is
  183. 6:19because that way we're going to find the
  184. 6:20brands that have actually got money to
  185. 6:22spend. So, now you're going to want to
  186. 6:23scroll through. Now, you are going to
  187. 6:24want to eliminate the big brands, so
  188. 6:26like for example, Huel is way too big,
  189. 6:28so I'd avoid this brand. But if we keep
  190. 6:30scrolling down, we've got one here
  191. 6:31called Ancient Brave, and I can go over
  192. 6:33to where it says track store, and then I
  193. 6:35can go over to where it says store info,
  194. 6:36and I can see here their estimated
  195. 6:38revenue is 21,000 to 39,000. Now, I
  196. 6:41don't think that this revenue here is
  197. 6:43accurate because they're running a lot
  198. 6:45of active ads. So, 661 active ads tells
  199. 6:49me that they're going to be making a lot
  200. 6:50more money than this. But at the end of
  201. 6:52the day, their monthly visitors are
  202. 6:54definitely dropping off. So, for me, I
  203. 6:56would avoid this brand. So, then what we
  204. 6:58do is we just scroll and scroll again.
  205. 7:00Then we've got one here called Tradesman
  206. 7:02Nutrition. So, what we can do is we can
  207. 7:03go to view details, we can go to track
  208. 7:06store, open brand details. We can see
  209. 7:08now the estimated revenue here is
  210. 7:10between 192 to 300,000, and their active
  211. 7:13ads is 1.2 thousand. And you can see
  212. 7:16that this brand is scaling really well.
  213. 7:18Now, this is all positive for me cuz it
  214. 7:20means they've got money to spend. You
  215. 7:22don't want to be working with a brand
  216. 7:23where the monthly visitors are declining
  217. 7:25cuz it means the brand's also declining.
  218. 7:27Now, this could be a really good option
  219. 7:29for me. Now, again, like I said, I like
  220. 7:30it to be a minimum of 500,000, but
  221. 7:33because they're scaling really
  222. 7:34aggressively, this could be a really
  223. 7:35good brand that I could work with. Now,
  224. 7:37the next thing that I need to do is
  225. 7:38scroll down and go on to where it says
  226. 7:40Tradesman Nutrition. This will open up
  227. 7:43all of the ads that they're running. And
  228. 7:44then what I can do is I can simply
  229. 7:46filter this to where it says best ad
  230. 7:48rank. I then click here the button
  231. 7:51where it says direction, and I'm going
  232. 7:53to click the other arrow, and then it
  233. 7:54shows worst ad rank. And then we're
  234. 7:57going to want to change the status to
  235. 7:58active. And now these are their worst
  236. 8:01performing ads that they're currently
  237. 8:03running. Now what you guys want to make
  238. 8:05sure that you do is find a few brands
  239. 8:07that I've just mentioned that are
  240. 8:08between 500,000 and 10 million in
  241. 8:11estimated revenue for the month, and
  242. 8:13make sure that they're running 1,000
  243. 8:15active ads, and their monthly visitors
  244. 8:17are scaling or baselined. And then once
  245. 8:20you've verified their worst performing
  246. 8:22ads like I have by using these filters,
  247. 8:25we can now start creating the ads to
  248. 8:27start selling the brand. So now what we
  249. 8:28do guys is we go to Claude. If you
  250. 8:31haven't already, you need to create a
  251. 8:32Claude account, and you need to be on
  252. 8:34the minimum subscription. I think it's
  253. 8:35$20. I'm not paid or sponsored by
  254. 8:38Claude. And then once you've done that,
  255. 8:40you're going to download the Claude
  256. 8:41desktop app. And once you've downloaded
  257. 8:43the Claude desktop app, you're going to
  258. 8:45use the Claude Co-Work, as you can see
  259. 8:47here. You're going to use Opus 5 as it's
  260. 8:50the best model in terms of complexity,
  261. 8:52but it's not as expensive as Fable. And
  262. 8:55then what we're going to do is we're
  263. 8:56going to open up a company called
  264. 8:57Higgsfield. Now Higgsfield is the
  265. 8:59company that we're going to be using to
  266. 9:01create the images and the videos. Now
  267. 9:04Claude's only an agent. It hasn't got
  268. 9:06video models or image models. So we need
  269. 9:09to give our agent the tools and
  270. 9:10equipment to create the videos. That's
  271. 9:13why we're going to be using Higgsfield.
  272. 9:14Now there will be a link in the
  273. 9:15description and in the pinned comment.
  274. 9:17Then what you want to do is you want to
  275. 9:18go over to where it says MCP and CLI.
  276. 9:20You want to go over to where it says
  277. 9:21Claude, and then you're going to go over
  278. 9:23here to where it says MCP and click
  279. 9:25copy. You're going to come to the top
  280. 9:26left customize. You're going to go to
  281. 9:28connectors, add connector, add custom.
  282. 9:31You're going to call it Higgsfield,
  283. 9:33paste the URL in here, and click add.
  284. 9:35Then once you've done this, you're going
  285. 9:36to see Higgsfield added here. You're
  286. 9:38going to change all of these to always
  287. 9:40allow. That way the agent can do what it
  288. 9:42wants when it wants. That way it will
  289. 9:43save you time. And then once you've done
  290. 9:45that, you've got Higgsfield connected,
  291. 9:47and we can start using it to create
  292. 9:49images and videos. Now, once we've hit
  293. 9:52the like goal on this video, which is
  294. 9:53just 500 likes, you're going to get
  295. 9:55access to my step-by-step guide on how
  296. 9:57you can do this for any brand. You've
  297. 9:59got turn weak ads into better AI
  298. 10:01creatives. You just want to scroll down,
  299. 10:03and you're going to find in and you're
  300. 10:05going to find in section three, diagnose
  301. 10:07the existing creative. So, what you want
  302. 10:10to do is you want to copy the prompt.
  303. 10:11You're going to go back to Claude.
  304. 10:13You're going to paste this prompt in.
  305. 10:15And then what you're going to want to do
  306. 10:16is you're going to want to attach the
  307. 10:18creative here. We're going to go back
  308. 10:20onto their worst-performing ads. And
  309. 10:22what you can do is you can click view
  310. 10:24details on any of them, and you can
  311. 10:26download the ad. So, you can simply just
  312. 10:27click download. You can literally do it
  313. 10:29for any of these ads. Again, you can
  314. 10:31just click view details, download. Then
  315. 10:33once you've downloaded the video, you're
  316. 10:34also going to want to download one of
  317. 10:36their images. So, for example, this is
  318. 10:38one of the images as well. So, I'm going
  319. 10:39to download this image. So, what you're
  320. 10:41going to want to do is you're going to
  321. 10:41want to open both of these up. And then
  322. 10:43where it says screenshots and
  323. 10:44information of the product, you're
  324. 10:45actually going to delete this. And
  325. 10:46you're actually going to send the
  326. 10:47product page URL instead. Now, I'm going
  327. 10:49to get rid of this brand here, because
  328. 10:50I'm going to stick to the brand that I
  329. 10:52used in the example, which is this one
  330. 10:54here called Elevate Collagen. So, I'm
  331. 10:55going to go back to their page. I'm
  332. 10:57going to go to where it says try it. And
  333. 10:58I'm going to copy the product page URL.
  334. 11:00I'm going to go back to Claude. I'm
  335. 11:02going to paste it here. And then where
  336. 11:03it says clean product reference images,
  337. 11:05and we're going to take a print screen
  338. 11:07of the product. That way when Claude and
  339. 11:08Higgsfield remake the images and the
  340. 11:10videos, it knows what the product looks
  341. 11:12like. So, for example, this one here,
  342. 11:14this image here, I can open it up, and I
  343. 11:16can take a print screen of this. So, I'm
  344. 11:18going to take a print screen of this,
  345. 11:20just like that. And then it's all done.
  346. 11:21We don't need to change anything else.
  347. 11:23We've uploaded the video, the image of
  348. 11:24the product. Then we've got the prompt,
  349. 11:26and then we can just simply click send.
  350. 11:28Now, getting better ads for your client
  351. 11:30is obviously important. But remember,
  352. 11:33the ad is only responsible for getting
  353. 11:35somebody onto the website. Once they
  354. 11:36land on the store, the brand still needs
  355. 11:38to recover abandoned carts. They need to
  356. 11:40follow up with customers. They need to
  357. 11:42generate repeat purchases. And most
  358. 11:44importantly, they need to make as much
  359. 11:46money as possible from the traffic they
  360. 11:47are already paying for. And that is
  361. 11:50exactly where Omnisend comes in. I have
  362. 11:52personally been using Omnisend since
  363. 11:532022 for email and SMS marketing. And
  364. 11:56one of the biggest upgrades they have
  365. 11:57made recently is their new MCP
  366. 11:59integration. You can essentially connect
  367. 12:01Omnisend directly to ChatGPT or Claude.
  368. 12:04And this means the AI can work with the
  369. 12:05real marketing data inside the brand's
  370. 12:07Omnisend account. So, instead of
  371. 12:09manually going through loads of
  372. 12:10dashboards and reports, you can
  373. 12:12literally ask the AI questions about the
  374. 12:14business. Which campaign generated the
  375. 12:16most revenue? Which automation is
  376. 12:18underperforming? Which customers should
  377. 12:20we target next? Or what campaign should
  378. 12:23we send this week? You can then use the
  379. 12:25AI to help create campaigns, manage
  380. 12:27customer segments, and improve the
  381. 12:29automations that are already running.
  382. 12:31And if the brand is currently using
  383. 12:33another email provider, Omnisend can
  384. 12:35migrate their automations, segments,
  385. 12:37forms, and templates within 5 days. And
  386. 12:39they could end up paying up to 35% less.
  387. 12:42So guys, I will leave the Omnisend link
  388. 12:44in the description and in the pinned
  389. 12:46comment below. Now, once you've done
  390. 12:48this guys, it's going to say full
  391. 12:49teardown is in a file. The four things
  392. 12:52worth flagging in the room. So, if we
  393. 12:53open this up, you can see here it's
  394. 12:55broken down exactly what is the issue
  395. 12:58with the ad. So, it says the ad summary
  396. 13:00Elevate multi collagen super blend
  397. 13:01chocolate flavor. What should be
  398. 13:03preserved? What should be improved? So,
  399. 13:05you can see first 3 seconds, it gives it
  400. 13:07a score four out of 10. I'm 65. Now, my
  401. 13:11skin isn't what it used to be. Product
  402. 13:13visibility is three out of 10. Visual
  403. 13:15realism is an eight out of 10. Brand
  404. 13:17consistency is a three out of 10. Motion
  405. 13:20and pacing is a two out of 10. And text
  406. 13:22readability is a six out of 10. So, you
  407. 13:24can see Claude scored it really well.
  408. 13:27Obviously, 10's the best, zero's the
  409. 13:29worst. Then it goes over new creative
  410. 13:31direction. Now, you're going to want to
  411. 13:32make sure that you read all of this,
  412. 13:33guys, because even though Claude's going
  413. 13:35to do the hard work for us, we still
  414. 13:37need to make sure it makes sense. Then
  415. 13:39it goes over the shot list, the scene
  416. 13:41list, and then the complete hack, then
  417. 13:43the compliance check as well, and then
  418. 13:45it's all ready to go. Then once you're
  419. 13:47happy with what it's giving you as a
  420. 13:48report, you can say create three premium
  421. 13:51vertical response advertisements. Then
  422. 13:54what you can do, guys, is we can go back
  423. 13:56to the cheat sheet that I've given you.
  424. 13:58We can scroll down. We don't need step
  425. 14:00four cuz we've already connected
  426. 14:01Higgsfield. Then you're going to see
  427. 14:02step five, which is choose the correct
  428. 14:05production path. Now, because we're
  429. 14:06going to be improving the video ad
  430. 14:09instead of the animated ad at the
  431. 14:10moment, you're going to go back to where
  432. 14:12it says improve video. And what we're
  433. 14:13going to do is you're going to copy this
  434. 14:15prompt. You're going to go back to
  435. 14:16Claude, and you're going to paste the
  436. 14:18prompt in, and you're going to upload
  437. 14:19the image again of the product. But you
  438. 14:21can see here I've changed it now to
  439. 14:23saying create a premium 30-second
  440. 14:25vertical direct response advertisement
  441. 14:27on the feedback. So obviously, you need
  442. 14:29to mention the feedback that it's given
  443. 14:30us up here. Use the marketing studio in
  444. 14:33Higgsfield connector for the product,
  445. 14:35and then you can just leave the rest
  446. 14:37here. So you can leave basically the
  447. 14:39rest of the prompt. The only bit you're
  448. 14:41changing, guys, is this first section
  449. 14:42here. Again, you can either make it 30
  450. 14:44seconds, 15, or 45. You do need to tell
  451. 14:47it to use Sedans 2.0 and the marketing
  452. 14:49studio in Higgsfield. And then once
  453. 14:51you've done that, it will start
  454. 14:52generating the images. So you can see
  455. 14:54here it generated the two images of the
  456. 14:56product. It then generated the images of
  457. 14:58the avatar, and then it will start
  458. 15:00generating the videos as well. So you
  459. 15:01can see now it's generating each video.
  460. 15:03So you can see this is one of the videos
  461. 15:05it generated.
  462. 15:07>> I'm 60. I've bought four of these.
  463. 15:09>> Then it will send you a master delivery
  464. 15:11where it shows all of the files and
  465. 15:13videos that it's given you. Now, what
  466. 15:15you can also do is just go straight back
  467. 15:17to Higgsfield, go over to where it says
  468. 15:19video, and you can see in video that
  469. 15:22you've got the clips here as well. Now,
  470. 15:23I actually prefer downloading the videos
  471. 15:26that it makes in Higgsfield directly. I
  472. 15:28just find it's quicker and it's better
  473. 15:30resolution. So, what you're going to
  474. 15:31want to do is you're going to want to
  475. 15:32download all the clips that it generates
  476. 15:33for you because we need to stitch them
  477. 15:35together into one ad. So, you're going
  478. 15:37to download all of these files. Then,
  479. 15:38once you've done that, you're going to
  480. 15:40upload all of the video clips into
  481. 15:42CapCut. Then, what you're going to want
  482. 15:44to do is you're going to want to open up
  483. 15:45CapCut. You're going to upload all of
  484. 15:47the footage, as you can see here, inside
  485. 15:49of CapCut. You're then going to put all
  486. 15:51the videos inside the CapCut timeline.
  487. 15:54And what you're going to want to do is
  488. 15:55you're going to want to make the scene
  489. 15:56make sense. Now, sometimes when you
  490. 15:58download it from Higgsfield, it won't be
  491. 16:00in chronological order, so you have to
  492. 16:01reorder it to make sense. Now, once
  493. 16:03you've played back the video ad, you're
  494. 16:05going to know whether or not you need
  495. 16:07more videos making for the clip or
  496. 16:09you've got everything you needed. Now,
  497. 16:11for example, when I did this the first
  498. 16:13time round, I still was missing about
  499. 16:15one to two clips that would have made
  500. 16:18the ad made more sense. So, I actually
  501. 16:20went back to Claude, and I actually said
  502. 16:22this, "For the video that you made
  503. 16:23prior, the QC one, the issue with the ad
  504. 16:26is you that you go from the intro
  505. 16:28claiming the problem straight back to
  506. 16:30the product. There's no middle ground."
  507. 16:32So, I essentially told Claude the issue
  508. 16:34that it did, which is it didn't stitch
  509. 16:35the product and the solution very well.
  510. 16:38And then it just regenerated a few more
  511. 16:40clips for me, so it generated another
  512. 16:41two clips. Then, what I did is I added
  513. 16:43those extra two clips into the timeline.
  514. 16:46I captioned the video. So, I literally
  515. 16:48just used auto captions. I added in some
  516. 16:51audio, so if you go to audio, you can
  517. 16:52download some background music. I just
  518. 16:54searched for background music, and then
  519. 16:56I used any music that sounds good in the
  520. 16:58background. And then what I did is I
  521. 17:00just played the ad. So, again, if we go
  522. 17:01back in here and go full screen, we can
  523. 17:03play it.
  524. 17:04>> I'm 60. I've bought four of these. I
  525. 17:07finished none of them.
  526. 17:10£40 a month. Most of it went in the bin.
  527. 17:13Honestly, I'd given up. Four of them in
  528. 17:15the bin, and I thought, "That's me done
  529. 17:17with collagen." Then a friend swore by
  530. 17:19this one.
  531. 17:20So, I thought, "Go on. One more go."
  532. 17:23So, this time, one rule. If I don't
  533. 17:26enjoy drinking it, I'm not buying it.
  534. 17:28Marine and bovine collagen, vitamin C,
  535. 17:30hyaluronic acid, biotin, and it's
  536. 17:32chocolate. One scoop, one stir. No
  537. 17:35lumps, no chalk. It just tastes like
  538. 17:37chocolate. It's the first one I've ever
  539. 17:39finished.
  540. 17:40And if your cupboard looks like mine,
  541. 17:42you've got 90 days to change your mind.
  542. 17:45>> And just like that, guys, you've got the
  543. 17:46final ad, and it was that simple. Pigs
  544. 17:49Field and Claude took care of most of
  545. 17:50the work. We just needed to stitch the
  546. 17:52video together and add the captions and
  547. 17:54a bit of background music, and that's
  548. 17:56the video ad done. Now, to animate the
  549. 17:58image, because we're going to want to
  550. 17:59deliver a prospect client an image and a
  551. 18:02video. Then, what you're going to do is
  552. 18:03you're going to go back to the cheat
  553. 18:04sheet, and you're going to see where it
  554. 18:05says "Animate an image ad," and you've
  555. 18:07got the hero frame, and you've also got
  556. 18:09the image to video motion prompt. What
  557. 18:12we're going to do is we're going to go
  558. 18:12back to the brands' ads, and we're going
  559. 18:14to filter this again by best ad rank,
  560. 18:17change the arrow direction, change the
  561. 18:19status to active, and also change the
  562. 18:21media type to image. Now, this is going
  563. 18:23to show us the worst-performing image.
  564. 18:26So, now you can see I've filtered it by
  565. 18:28worst ad rank.
  566. 18:29I've also filtered it by media being
  567. 18:31images and active, and now we're seeing
  568. 18:34every image the brands currently running
  569. 18:37and how bad it's doing. Now, the thing
  570. 18:38that you want to pay attention to on
  571. 18:40Winning Hunter is it actually shows you
  572. 18:42this trophy symbol, and it shows you the
  573. 18:44recent change in performance. So, you
  574. 18:46can see this one's dropped 22%, and you
  575. 18:49can see the performance of the ad has
  576. 18:50drastically gone down. Whereas, this
  577. 18:52one's only 17%, and these ones are
  578. 18:55actually doing well. So, although we
  579. 18:57filtered it by worst ad rank, these
  580. 18:59aren't performing great, but these ones
  581. 19:01with the red and the percent large
  582. 19:03change are the ones that we know are
  583. 19:04performing the worst. So, you're going
  584. 19:06to want to scroll through all of these
  585. 19:07ads and find whichever one has the
  586. 19:09highest percent decline. Now, after me
  587. 19:11doing all of my research, it's this one
  588. 19:14here. So, we can click view details and
  589. 19:16we can download it. And then what we can
  590. 19:18do, guys, is we can go back to Claude.
  591. 19:20We can upload the photo here. So, we can
  592. 19:23go to downloads. We can upload that
  593. 19:25photo. We can paste in the prompt and we
  594. 19:28can also click send. Now, just to save a
  595. 19:30little bit of time, I did this for
  596. 19:32another image the brand was running,
  597. 19:34which was this image here, which was
  598. 19:35just a static image, nothing was going
  599. 19:37on. Then this is the video that it
  600. 19:39regenerated it too. So, if I click show
  601. 19:40in finder, this was the final one that
  602. 19:42it made. And you can see now it's got
  603. 19:44like these sparkles and it shows the
  604. 19:46avatar or the cartoon avatar jumping
  605. 19:48around whilst this one's being sad. Now,
  606. 19:50just this small change can make the ad
  607. 19:53perform a lot better because it's
  608. 19:55animated and it shows a drastic
  609. 19:57difference in emotion. So, that's
  610. 19:58exactly the kind of results that you
  611. 20:00should expect back from Higgs Fielding
  612. 20:02Claude. So, once you've generated one
  613. 20:04image animation for the brand, their
  614. 20:06worst image into an animated image and a
  615. 20:08video, their worst performing ad video
  616. 20:10into a good performing ad. Now, before
  617. 20:13you even think about carrying on, you
  618. 20:16need to ask yourself a serious question.
  619. 20:18Is the ad that you've recreated actually
  620. 20:20better or is it just worse or is it just
  621. 20:23the same? If the answer is not it's
  622. 20:25drastically better by a lot, then you're
  623. 20:28wasting your time. Because now what
  624. 20:29we're going to do is we're going to
  625. 20:31reach out to the business owner or the
  626. 20:33people that make the decisions in the
  627. 20:34business and tell them to try our
  628. 20:36creatives out. Now, this is the first
  629. 20:38part where we need to build trust with
  630. 20:40the brand. Now, we're not going to sell
  631. 20:41to the brand. We're going to let the
  632. 20:43creatives do all the selling. We're
  633. 20:44going to actually give the brand the
  634. 20:46chance to run the creative for
  635. 20:47completely free. Because we're out
  636. 20:49reaching to some of the biggest brands
  637. 20:51in the e-commerce space that I've been
  638. 20:53known to make money, we know they're not
  639. 20:55going to waste our time if the ad does
  640. 20:57well. So, now we move on to the
  641. 20:59outreach. If you come over to where it
  642. 21:01says outreach to the owners, you can see
  643. 21:03here you got send the owner respectfully
  644. 21:06preview. So, I've given you guys a few
  645. 21:08options here. Now, you're not going to
  646. 21:10use these options as they are. These are
  647. 21:12just some examples I've given you.
  648. 21:14You're going to go back to your existing
  649. 21:16Claude chat. So, you're going to copy
  650. 21:18the product page again, and you're going
  651. 21:19to put a need you to find who the owner
  652. 21:22of the brand is. For example, the CMO,
  653. 21:24the CFO, or higher-ups for the brand.
  654. 21:26Find their social media so I can reach
  655. 21:28out to them and pitch my ad creative
  656. 21:30service. Then it shows that it's going
  657. 21:32to do a legitimate public profiling.
  658. 21:34Then it delivers the MD file with all
  659. 21:36the information in it.
  660. 21:38Now, if we open up this MD file, we
  661. 21:39found out who the owner is. So, it
  662. 21:42literally tells us who the owner is.
  663. 21:44Alex, it shows LinkedIn, email. So,
  664. 21:47you've got their email, and we've got
  665. 21:49their LinkedIn. So, I can open up their
  666. 21:50LinkedIn right now and click open. And
  667. 21:52you can see I've literally got their
  668. 21:53LinkedIn opened here. Then we've also
  669. 21:56got secondary targets, good for rooting
  670. 21:58just in case the owner doesn't come
  671. 21:59back. We've got head of growth, so you
  672. 22:01can see here the head of growth. Senior
  673. 22:03growth lead.
  674. 22:05So, we've got all of their information.
  675. 22:07And then we've got the angle to use.
  676. 22:09We're not going to want to basically
  677. 22:11bash what they're doing. Although their
  678. 22:13creatives aren't performing well, we
  679. 22:14don't bash them as a brand because it's
  680. 22:16not what we're here to do. You can see
  681. 22:18here it says, "You're an advertising for
  682. 22:20a DR video editor, DTC creative
  683. 22:22strategist, and a DR copywriter at the
  684. 22:24same time.
  685. 22:25That's a volume problem, not a talent."
  686. 22:28These are the suggested first messages.
  687. 22:30You can see here this is for an email.
  688. 22:32Now, you can convert this into a DM for
  689. 22:34LinkedIn as well. You can just get
  690. 22:35Claude to convert it into a LinkedIn
  691. 22:37message.
  692. 22:38It says here subject spec creative for
  693. 22:40Elevate no strings. Hi Alex, I noticed
  694. 22:43you're hiring a DR video editor and a
  695. 22:44DTC creative strategist copywriter. That
  696. 22:47reads like a creative volume problem
  697. 22:49rather than a talent. Now, basically
  698. 22:51within this outreach, it technically
  699. 22:53says that we understand the reason why
  700. 22:55the ads didn't do well. And we're also
  701. 22:58saying that there's no strings attached
  702. 22:59because we've attached the video ad and
  703. 23:01the animated image ad that they can use
  704. 23:04for completely free.
  705. 23:06And it basically says that they can run
  706. 23:08the ad for completely free and within a
  707. 23:10week of them running it, they're happy
  708. 23:11with the results, they can come back to
  709. 23:13us and let us know if they want to work
  710. 23:15with us long-term. Now, this is the
  711. 23:18outreach that works the best because
  712. 23:20you're not selling them anything. You've
  713. 23:22literally just giving them something for
  714. 23:23free. And they're going to appreciate
  715. 23:25that you took your time and your effort
  716. 23:27to do this. And then if they then run
  717. 23:29your ad and they get results, it's a
  718. 23:31no-brainer that they're going to want to
  719. 23:33hire you. But this is essentially how
  720. 23:35you do the outreach. You find the people
  721. 23:37that are the decision makers, you do not
  722. 23:39try and sell them the ads that you made
  723. 23:41cuz that will never work. You just pitch
  724. 23:43them to try them and there's no strings
  725. 23:45attached and if they do well, they're
  726. 23:47going to come straight back to you. Now,
  727. 23:48this is the biggest caveat. If they
  728. 23:50don't do well and it's because of your
  729. 23:52strategies and what you've done, then
  730. 23:54they're probably never going to come
  731. 23:55back to you and they'll probably never
  732. 23:57open your DM again. So, you've got one
  733. 23:59chance to show these people that you
  734. 24:01know what you're doing. So, don't just
  735. 24:03send a sloppy ad to them that you know
  736. 24:05for a fact is not good because you're
  737. 24:07going to end up losing a client or the
  738. 24:09respect of the client because they might
  739. 24:11not say yes now, but they might in a few
  740. 24:13months. So, with that being said guys, I
  741. 24:14hope you've enjoyed this video. I'll
  742. 24:16leave the cheat sheet in the pin comment
  743. 24:18and in the description once we've hit
  744. 24:20the like goal and don't forget to check
  745. 24:22out Higgsfield link in the description
  746. 24:24and also in the pin comment. And with
  747. 24:25that being said guys, let me know what
  748. 24:27you thought of this video and I'll be
  749. 24:28catching you guys on the next video.
