2. 0:04pregnancy and birth.
3. 0:07Romans 10:17
4. 0:09reads, "Faith comes from hearing."
5. 0:14By playing God's word and hearing it
6. 0:17spoken over you,
7. 0:19you are making the choice to focus on
8. 0:21his truth while you are preparing to
9. 0:24meet your precious baby.
10. 0:27I pray that these scriptures and
11. 0:29positive affirmations encourage your
12. 0:32heart and mind during pregnancy, labor,
13. 0:37and childbirth.
14. 0:39Now, close your eyes.
15. 0:42As I count down from five to zero,
16. 0:46allow yourself to enter a calm state.
17. 0:52Five.
18. 0:55Four.
19. 0:58Three.
20. 1:01Two.
21. 1:03One.
22. 1:06Zero.
23. 1:09Take a deep breath.
24. 1:10And as you breathe out,
25. 1:13let go of any negative thoughts
26. 1:15or anything that is not currently
27. 1:18serving you.

29. 1:23into a gentle, natural rhythm.
