2:33parents friends sometimes we release

2:51somebody really knows or if they just
2:52saw it on TV yeah well let's do this um

3:40it's not like a normal thing that people
3:42go through a lot of people like
3:43obviously in law enforcement
3:46through polygraphs for their job but
3:48other than that most people never take a
3:50polygraph in their entire life so yes I
3:52have like no idea like what to
3:54expect time yeah so how are you feeling
3:57today
3:58I'm sick to my stomach honestly like the
4:01first day I thought okay she was just
4:03somewhere sure and after yesterday all
4:05the activity at my house I was I didn't
4:08know it went to the Other Extreme I was
4:11I've just been like fixing myself like
4:13that see if somebody has her or she's in
4:14trouble and the kids are not safe either
4:16right right well and I think that's
4:19totally awesome that you're here today I
4:22mean I commend you we do this in all of
4:24our machine person cases so don't think
4:25that we're just singling you out like oh
4:27my gosh they want me to take a polygraph
4:29anytime you know someone was the last
4:31person to see people or you know there's
4:33it's a missing person case we start from
4:35the inside and we work out I mean that's
4:37pretty much what we do so I've done
4:39polygraphs on the Jessica ripway case I
4:41don't know if you were here for that the
4:44name sounds familiar girl that went
4:45Michigan yeah
4:47and then uh just the one that we had in
4:49Thornton last year or the year before so
4:53we do this all the time so don't please
4:54don't think that you're being female
4:55badly this is this is one way that if
4:58you didn't have anything to do with it
4:59that we can let the investigators know
5:01the people that really do need to know
5:03that are looking for your wife and your
5:04little girl
5:06um to let them know like you know what
5:07don't focus on Chris Focus over here
5:10because obviously we've already cleared
5:12him he's good to go now focus on the
5:14real person that did something through
5:15this yeah
5:17and then a little girl so okay so I am
5:21my name is Tammy if you can call me
5:24Tammy I'm an agent with the Colorado
5:25Bureau of Investigation so it's a PBI
5:27it's kind of like the FBI vote for
5:29Colorado
5:30so we what our role is just so you know
5:34is anytime a law enforcement agency or a
5:36district attorney's office or the
5:38governor needs assistance with the case
5:40they can call the CBI to come out and
5:42assist them so obviously in this you
5:44know type of case they're calling in all
5:47the resources that they can which
5:49includes me who works out of the Denver
5:51office and I also do polygraphs so they
5:54asked me if I would be willing to come
5:56here and chat with you and and hopefully
5:58get you cleared up and and on your way
6:00because it sounds like that's what
6:02you're here for and and that's awesome
6:04because that's mostly what people want
6:06to do is like dude you're gonna you'll
6:08be the wrong person like I just want to
6:10show you I had nothing to do with this
6:11and then you guys can get on your way
6:12and you know do your investigation
6:14somewhere else because that helps us
6:17because then we don't have to keep
6:18focusing on Chris because that makes
6:19sense okay this polygraph today is going
6:22to be recorded obviously it would be
6:24done if I didn't because what if at the
6:26end I said you said whatever and you
6:28really didn't say it obviously they
6:30could go back and look at the recording
6:31there's a camera right there and I'm
6:34also a backup digital recording that I'm
6:36doing
6:43just fail to me the second I try and
6:45trusted it it always fails me so
6:48um she said that um your cell phone is
6:51it off right now yeah
6:53that would be great because we can't
6:56have anything like funding vibrating
6:57reading that kind of stuff so
7:00um this will take at least a couple
7:03hours to the polygraph just because it's
7:05a real structured type of interview
7:07process I have to go through a bunch of
7:09things with you you're going to get the
7:11same polygraph that I give you know I
7:13gave someone last week so
7:15um
7:15very structured and we go you know in
7:17order and that kind of stuff and you're
7:19going to know the wording to all the
7:21questions I'm going to ask you on the
7:22test before we even take the polygraph
7:24so don't don't a lot of people come in
7:26here and they think oh they're just
7:28going to you know attach all these
7:29components to me and then just start
7:30asking me random questions that I've
7:32never heard before and of course I'm
7:33going to react to that that's not at all
7:35how tall is polygraph works yeah you're
7:38actually going to probably know more
7:39about polygraphs than anyone before you
7:41leave here today just because I explain
7:43everything to you and how everything
7:44works okay
7:46um
7:47obviously you're probably nervous about
7:49taking today's test honestly I would
7:50think something is wrong with you if you
7:52weren't nervous about coming in here to
7:54take a photograph even if you
7:56people are hyped it is nerve-wracking
7:58what I have taken
8:00tons of photographs obviously in my
8:01training I went to 10 weeks for training
8:04I've been a photographer about for about
8:06five years I went to the best school in
8:09the country so I want you to have
8:10confidence in the fact that you had
8:12nothing to do with this disappearance
8:13like we're going to find that out today
8:15okay I have the best training that they
8:17offer in the United States
8:19we use the most validated testing that
8:23the way I'm going to ask you the
8:24question so believe me if you had
8:26nothing to do with this I will be able
8:28to show them that today okay so that
8:30should give you some confidence but um
8:32you know if you've helped like you're
8:34going to be cleared today if you have
8:36nothing to do with it okay so
8:38um there's actually only you know
8:40nervousness or anxiety cannot cause you
8:42to stay on the polygraph a lot of people
8:43think that
8:45that if they're really nervous that it
8:46could cause them to fail if that were
8:48the case no one would be allowed to take
8:49polygraphs because every single person
8:51that's nervous or anxious about taking
8:52the polygraph okay that's how it worked
8:54on nervousness
8:56there's actually only two ways you can
8:58fail a polygraph okay the first wave
9:00would be if you fail to follow my
9:02instructions I'm going to give you a lot
9:03of instructions today about how to sit
9:05still how to answer questions things
9:06like that so if you fail to follow those
9:08instructions you will not pass today's
9:09test okay the second way would be if you
9:12choose to lie to me today lie to me
9:14today okay obviously this is about 100
9:17truth even if there's you know something
9:20that you didn't tell the investigators
9:22you know since Monday I guess is when
9:25you ended up and the police were
9:27involved is there something that you
9:28didn't tell them since Monday like that
9:30is totally fine like I get it you know
9:32people aren't going to remember every
9:33single detail every time they talk to
9:35someone as long as you tell me what the
9:36truth is today you will have no problem
9:38with passing okay I'm gonna promise you
9:40that
9:41and obviously I mean I hope that you
9:44know if you did have something to do
9:45with their disappearance
9:47um it would be really stupid for you to
9:49come in and take a polygraph today
9:50exactly right like it would be really
9:53dumb like you should not be here right
9:55now sitting in this chair if you had
9:56anything to do with shenan and the
9:58little girls disappearance okay okay
10:01and it's for less than Stella is that
10:03right yeah I'll call her CC too CC okay
10:06okay if that comes up okay perfect so
10:08and I know very
10:10um very small amount about the case Okay
10:14um just because I want to know less
10:16about the case because I want you to be
10:18able to tell me about the case I don't
10:19want to have some pretty conceived
10:20Notions about the case and that's why I
10:23don't want you to assume that I already
10:24know details because you told detectives
10:26from Latrell um
10:27stuff I want you to be able to tell me
10:30like you were telling someone for the
10:31very first time about what happened
10:32actually talking about what happened
10:34okay
10:36um obviously Chris you're not under
10:37arrest I had no plans on arresting you
10:39at any point today if you decide you
10:42want to leave the door is right there
10:43there is a it locked us in here oh no
10:47yeah I saw that last night so there's a
10:49key in there now so you can um if you
10:52just turn the key it lets you out okay
10:54at any point today even after all these
10:55components are attached to you if you
10:57decide at that point you know what I
10:59don't want to take this polygraph I
11:00don't want to be here this is BS
11:01whatever that is completely fine just
11:03please allow me to unattach my
11:05components before you drag my six
11:06thousand dollar instrument on the floor
11:08and run out of here
11:10um and it's kind of a little maze back
11:12here so I will show you the layout at
11:13any point if you decide you want I don't
11:15want to take this following up I don't
11:16want to be here I don't want to do this
11:17that is completely fine the door does
11:19have to be shut for privacy just because
11:21noise does affect the polygraph and I
11:25will read you your rights today and
11:27that's just because the polygraph
11:28components are pretty restrictive you
11:30know they go around your chest and stuff
11:32and you may feel at some point that
11:34you're not free to leave but like I said
11:35before at any point how unattached out
11:37of influences and show you the way out
11:39if you decide even in the middle of the
11:41polygraph if you don't want to continue
11:42to take it okay so does that make sense
11:44to you yes okay so I'm going to give you
11:47kind of a road map of where we're going
11:48to go today so you know what to expect
11:50and that kind of stuff okay so we're
11:52going to first start by going over a
11:53right to consent form and that's that
11:55Miranda rights form I'm sure you've
11:57heard of it you know you hear
11:59um TV shows constantly most kids can
12:01recite their Miranda rights we're going
12:04to go over that and again it's just so
12:05that you know you're free to leave and
12:07that you're not under arrest okay and
12:09then we're going to do a consent form
12:10and that's just something that's
12:11required by my bosses to say that you're
12:13actually confronting to the CBI doing
12:16the polygraph on you okay
12:19um the after that we do a biographical
12:21in the medical form
12:23um and that's basically to make sure
12:25that you're a suitable subject to take
12:27the actual polygraph I want to make sure
12:28that you didn't smoke you know the weed
12:31you know the night before I wish that
12:33didn't normally happen but a lot of
12:35people smoke drugs before they come in
12:37here because they're really nervous and
12:38they're trying to calm themselves down
12:40some people take a lot of meditation
12:41some people hear voices all of those
12:44things are things that I cannot
12:47conduct a polygraph on someone if if
12:50they have those things going on so I
12:52just need to make sure that none of that
12:53stuff is affecting you you seem very
12:55lucid you're talking to me you're making
12:57sense you know you're not jittery you're
12:59not moving around that kind of stuff so
13:01I don't think we're gonna have any
13:02issues but we just I want to bet all of
13:04that out and just kind of you know make
13:06sure that you're in the sleep and you're
13:08not I mean obviously no one's getting a
13:10lot of sleep
13:11um probably since Monday but um just so
13:14we can talk about all that okay
13:16and then after that we're going to
13:17discuss the issue why you're here okay I
13:19want to know everything you know and
13:21again I don't want you to assume that I
13:22already know something I want you to
13:24kind of start from the beginning and
13:25like telling someone maybe you know
13:27friends that you hadn't talked to you
13:29since any of this has happened and
13:30you're basically having to relay all the
13:32details of exactly what happened with
13:35shenan and the girls okay
13:36and then after that we're actually going
13:38to take a bathroom break I'm going to
13:40let you take a break you can you can use
13:41the bathroom get something to drink that
13:43water there is for you if you think that
13:45at any point today and then you're going
13:46to come back in here I'm going to
13:48explain to you how and why the polygraph
13:49works again you're probably going to
13:51know more about polygraph than you even
13:52care to go before you leave here I'm
13:54interesting how it works and then we're
13:56going to go over the questions that are
13:57going to be on the test
13:59and like I said before you're going to
14:00know the words to every single question
14:02so it's not bad and we're going to
14:04discuss that
14:05before we even take the polygraph like
14:07what those questions mean and and just
14:10so you are completely clear in your mind
14:12when Tammy asked me this question this
14:14is exactly what she means this is an
14:15exact exactly what she's asking and this
14:18is the answer that I have for that
14:19question
14:20um so we're going to go over those I get
14:23I let you practice answering them like
14:24two or three times so and then we'll go
14:26through them repeatedly if you need me
14:28to go around four or five times just you
14:30know before we actually take the test
14:32I'm more than happy to do that too I
14:34want you very comfortable with the
14:35questions and that you know what they
14:37mean and how you're going to answer them
14:39okay
14:40um after that we're going to go we're
14:42actually going to do a practice test and
14:44again that just lets me know that you're
14:46suitable subject take the actual
14:47polygraph and then after that we
14:49actually get into the actual testing
14:50work out that's why it takes a long time
14:53is because there is a pretty big process
14:55that goes along with it yeah
15:00so did you um you're not working today
15:02right no do you have a date that you're
15:04going back to work not at the moment no
15:11how long have you worked for Anadarko
15:14January 2015.
15:17so about three and a half years almost
15:19yeah do you like it there oh yeah yeah I
15:23worked for a covenant testing
15:24Technologies before that what is that
15:27person that's a contract company for oil
15:29and gas before that I worked for Ford
15:31for 11 years of the technician oh my
15:34goodness so does that translate into no
15:37it's mechanical I mean like I like to
15:41fix things and
15:43when I was like when I moved out here I
15:46worked at Walmart okay and I moved I
15:49moved up pretty fast there but I had
15:51like kind of plateau over that kind of
15:52just like I couldn't go get stagnant and
15:55I was having this carpal tunnel syndrome
15:57on both my hands and
15:59and it was bad like I'm doing this like
16:01all day you know like it was it was bad
16:04yeah so I still have that I don't even
16:06know can you get rid of purple oh like
16:07it was just the offset of it like it
16:09wasn't like full-on you'd have surgery
16:11type thing but like now it's like it's
16:13so much better
16:15yeah it doesn't have to paint like
16:17there's a lot of mechanical things you
16:18do in oil and gas
16:21but it was
16:22it's not as repetitive as the car
16:25industry is so are you an excuse my
16:28language are you a worker bee or are you
16:30like a boss guy absolutely okay
16:34oh yeah oh yeah yeah like a I'm a kill
16:37coordinator right now for for the area
16:40I have uh six round operators and two
16:43Rover operators so that's what we uh
16:46kind of just over them right now and
16:47kind of we kind of game plan like what
16:50kind of we look on the computer on our
16:51little summary screen and kind of go
16:54from there to see what kind of problems
16:55we might have throughout the day sure
16:56and just kind of like how this is what
16:57we need to do when you go here there
16:59there
17:05everybody checked out by like three
17:07three Thirty or something like that oh
17:08that's nice
17:10for you're like six six thirties
17:12somewhere around there so it's super
17:13early oh yeah

21:36was she pretty old yeah yeah she was
21:39such a good night yeah she was good were
21:41you close with your grandparents yeah I
21:43went over your house every morning every
21:45afternoon at school and helped her out
21:47nice being outside or stuff on the
21:49outside and she always
21:51cooked me lunch some German food
21:54Colonels and goulash schnitzel that kind
21:57of stuff like that
21:59my first husband was German so we had
22:01German sausages
22:11so shenan's legal name is hyphenated
22:16I've never seen her written that way but
22:18that's the way her parents always said
22:20that's what I thought they did it and
22:23then
22:27Peter was saying it when I spell it out
22:29but first then we keep wanting to say
22:32Shannon of course but I did a lot of
22:33people call her Shannon her parents
22:35sometimes collection

23:26director undue influence has been used
23:28against me and then I'm contenting to
23:30this polygraph interview on my own free
23:31will I understand that the results for
23:33this process will be released too
23:34obviously the Frederick Police
23:36Department the District Attorney's
23:37office and the FBI it would be very
23:39chilly for you to sit in here and take a
23:41polygraph if I couldn't release your
23:43result of hopefully passing to the
23:46people that need to know does that make
23:48sense to you and it says I hereby give
23:50my voluntary content to undergo a
23:51polygraph interview and I understand
23:53that this process is subject to both
23:54audio and video recording and monitoring
23:56which we had already talked about okay
23:58so if you agree with that consent and
24:00you just find and date it

31:48technology when I was there in the
31:50increasing what I was in maybe going to
31:52more of the computer programming part of
31:54it so are you like a pretty techy guy
31:57well I'll say techie but I understand
31:59like numbers and math a lot like that's
32:01like with uh working on these Wells
32:03there's a lot of programming a lot of
32:06setting up as well as to make them run
32:08and like using the numbers the pressures
32:10to optimize the wells
32:21I don't think and I know more about I've
32:24kind of like perhaps the more the stuff
32:26that's happening right now sure and
32:28that's how like we kind of like work
32:29together he's like if he has to work on
32:31pumping in it like like all right
32:34that's why you're working on like a
32:35normal well and setting up like the
32:37setting it up he's just like here you go
32:39like I will just watch but does that
32:42translate into like um
32:44like my husband is a taking guy in our
32:46family so like he sets up all our
32:48routers like he like when I get a new
32:50phone he sets up my phone for me just
32:51because he understood he has that brain
32:54that I don't have so that's where I was
32:56being a technique person so are you kind

33:21operator I was like well it's the same

33:25operating Oil and Gas locations this is
33:28I was The Operators and it was the
33:29operator but slash Rover like I would go
33:32around helping people and now I've went
33:34off the field coordinator it's like no I
33:35just kind of like tell people like this
33:36is where we're gonna go and
33:38like we need help let's go there so when
33:40did you actually get promoted to that
33:42when
33:44one of our other field coordinators you
33:46got went to a different group the hdos
33:48group and our other so according how to
33:50get out in Texas to help so me and Troy
33:51got elevated up
33:53something that happened we're just kind
33:55of backfilling we had no electric it was
33:57permanent or not and it turned out to be
33:59permanent so wow that's awesome so tell
34:02me about um like can you give me a
34:03synopsis of your childhood like what
34:06your parents did for a living you know
34:07pretty much my dad was a parts manager
34:10for Ford dealership okay
34:13and my mom she was like a like a
34:16secretary and
34:19there's notary for a used car you
34:21started oh okay so like yeah she sold
34:25the cars too but like she was more on
34:26the secretary notary and kind of did she
34:28passed on a couple different used car
34:29dealerships my dad stayed at the same
34:31one changed the name a little bit
34:33changed names then he went to like a
34:35different
34:35thing he did the same thing and he did
34:37like parts manager and body shop manager
34:39and that's where he's still at now so
34:42how did you see you grew up as far as
34:43like um your family structure is were
34:46you guys religious was there a lot of
34:48discipline in the home you know like or
34:50who was the disciplinarian in the home
34:52so like we went to church I would say
34:54not like every Sunday but pretty
34:56regularly you know in what church did
34:58you basically it was like First Baptist
35:00Church okay and I mean this one I was
35:03the quiet kid I was the you know I just
35:06kind of
35:07my sister was a rebellious woman that
35:10always knew like I'm a good morning
35:13and my sister was the one I got and most
35:16of the that she she was the one that
35:17showed me like I don't want to do right
35:20I wake up to my mom assistant pretty
35:22much arguing every everyone yeah okay
35:25they're like I don't want to wear this I
35:26want to wear that
35:27so you're like uh Mom what do you want
35:29me to wear or whatever you want
35:33to start today right that's the best
35:34thing but yeah like
35:36my dad he was
35:39just what kind of discipline did you
35:40guys have in the home just I mean it
35:42wasn't like physical or anything like
35:43that it was just you know like just
35:45verbal like you know this is what you
35:47need to do and just follow that like if
35:49my dad ever raised his voice under that
35:51was like that was that was my work phone
35:53sir oh okay I was like

36:05because I have two phones too and it's
36:07hard to keep track of themselves yeah
36:09yeah okay so you think that was a
36:14disciplinarian but yeah it's I mean it
36:16was horrible like because like it's been
36:17a resource I knew something was like

36:24anyone struggle with like drug or
36:26alcohol abuse or anything like that in
36:28your family no I mean my Dad did at one
36:31point but it was like after I left like
36:33after I graduated everything and I just
36:36like because my sister she came she was
36:38bees and then she'd come back we even
36:39come back we even come back she's never
36:41like like run away like just gonna move
36:44like she went to East Carolina and that
36:47didn't work out so she came back home
36:49she moved to a different place and that
36:50didn't work out she came back home type
36:52thing and like when I left I was like
36:56it's like self-sufficient and I never
36:58came back and I think that hit him
37:00pretty hard
37:01so they expected you to come back oh he
37:03just he was used to me being around like
37:05you know he's my hero with my best
37:07friend you're dead yeah
37:09yeah so like that's where it was
37:11that's what I think that kind of hurt
37:12him a little bit because like once I
37:14left I you know I didn't move back so
37:16tell me when did you so you're talking
37:18about for college like as soon as you
37:20graduated you just moved out so if
37:22NASCAR close to where you guys live like
37:23no like once I'd rather have to move to
37:25Mooresville North Carolina that's about
37:27two hours away okay and that's that's
37:30where it is I've never moved back I mean
37:33I came back to visit not to never moved
37:35back okay so you go to college is a
37:38four-year College two-year College yeah
37:40that program I finished in
37:4352 weeks
37:45so it was like a year and a half almost
37:47two okay
37:49two weeks sorry okay so a year and a
37:52half
37:54um and then where did you go after that
37:55I worked at Marshall Ford
37:58and worked there for until 2012 so that
38:02was like 2003. that's when I was going
38:04to NASCAR Tech and I was working there
38:06at like a quarter moving cars around and
38:09changing the world here in that type
38:10thing and then once I graduated they
38:12moved me into more of a like a line text
38:14as far as like actually fixing things
38:15okay so awesome 2003 to 2012 I was there
38:18in 20 the 2014 as a mama Ford okay did

38:23sweethearts or like girlfriends from
38:26Nascar Tech or there's like no there's
38:29probably no girls imagine but it was
38:32there's like a handful of those actually
38:34went there so now that was like that

38:41girlfriends like that from in
38:43Mooresville in there so nothing really

43:22you met chenanne just kind of explain
43:24your relationship I guess just so I
43:26understand it as far as you know meeting
43:28in 2010 and you know when the kids came
43:31about and that kind of stuff and then
43:32just bring me up to the point of
43:35um you know yesterday well that's pretty
43:37good all right so the 2010 we
43:42and that pretty much through Facebook
43:44because of my cousin's wife
43:48and she like recommended us as friends
43:50type thing and that's how we kind of
43:51started talking
43:52and our first date was at a movie
43:55theater didn't really impress her much
43:57because like I was like it was actually
43:58a nice theater I didn't really know what
44:00I was walking into as far as I could
44:01walk in and there was like a doorman and
44:03he was all dressed in the suit and I was
44:04in camo shorts and
44:07DC shoes and I was like yeah I was like
44:10okay hopefully I'm not I'm very
44:12underdressed for this
44:13but like I walk in I see her and she's
44:15all dressed really nice and you know she
44:17told me like like after the fact like
44:19now that's nice
44:21I kind of feel like because like we know
44:24each other look like so like I wasn't
44:25really just for what we were doing then
44:28but
44:29on the second date I actually made an
44:31mistake again we're in the same thing
44:33because I kind of forgot what I worked
44:35but when it's okay to rock concert and
44:38like I think that's kind of where I went
44:39I want it over because like we actually
44:42got to like the actual concert and like
44:45forgot all right I forgot my ID so I
44:48couldn't actually get in so I actually
44:49ran back like two miles to the car and
44:51got it and came back and I was just like
44:53I mean I was just like soaking wet I was
44:55just like it was like middle of July
44:56August from like South Carolina and
44:58humidity and everything like that is an
45:00army base so I was just I ran back got
45:03it and
45:04everything like that and then I think it
45:06was our next stage restaurant in Myrtle
45:08Beach
45:08and like she has well her lupus was
45:12really like acting up in North Carolina
45:15so like like she like these flare-ups
45:17joint pains all that kind of thing and
45:19we were driving back like she laid on me
45:21pretty much the entire way back and I
45:23think that's when like she realized why
45:26this guy's actually pretty pretty nice
45:28because like he didn't ask he didn't
45:30tell me like how to get off my laughter
45:32type thing like I just let her just
45:33wrestling entire way back it was like
45:35two and a half hour ride from Myrtle
45:36Beach to Charlotte to the Belmont area
45:40everything as far as from there like in
45:432011 I proposed to her over in Ocean
45:46Isle Beach like that that was around our
45:49anniversary
45:50and um I did a run weather on the beach
45:52at night and I was telling me she was
45:55extremely tired and I was like I just
45:56want to do this today and she can do
46:00like like
46:01persistently get me like out here right
46:03now I was like oh I just let's go out to
46:05the beach it's a nice night supposed to
46:07run the beach said yes and everybody was
46:10static and everything and she she loves
46:13she's very organized he's like otd about
46:15like organizations but things like that
46:18you saw like the pantry to everything
46:20was just like I mean in a container all
46:22the way down like it's very easy for if
46:24you just came into our house
46:26you would you know what stuff was you
46:28would know like
46:30where everything was it would be easy
46:33so like
46:35everything was just planning and what
46:37everything was great and then 2012 sewer
46:40here she was planning the wedding from
46:42here because everybody was back in North
46:44Carolina but it was a yep she called
46:47destination wedding if you want because
46:48I'd fly back for that
46:50but we got married and it's like this
46:52Double Tree Hilton Hotel that was there
46:55it was like in their Court it was in
46:57November
46:59and it was underneath one of those big
47:01tents and everything was beautiful
47:03and it was it was it was it was amazing
47:05and it went to Myrtle Beach for the for
47:08the honeymoon
47:09and then
47:102013 in December 17th that's when Bella
47:14was born like we've been trying for a
47:16while and
47:17nothing was happening as far as getting
47:19pregnant or whatnot and she's full was
47:23she said so this is not going to press
47:25this is not happening like
47:27um by superchargers for your car
47:29okay and then it turned out that weekend
47:32we can see Bella
47:34so we she bought me a supercharger for
47:36my car
47:37take that back
47:40I also I feel like a special order like
47:43part of the Endo dealership
47:45like that so like it was it was ironic
47:48that it happened that
47:49that bought a superchargers in my car
47:51and then that would be good
47:54and then um Bell which is a gift I mean
47:57she didn't think she could she could get
47:59pregnant because of the lupus and
48:00everything like that like the doctor
48:01said it could happen it might not but
48:04it happened and it was it was a blessing
48:06in these guys right there was like oh my
48:07God it's a Savage you know
48:09so like does she have normal pregnancies
48:14was a [ __ ] shoulder dystocia when she
48:17was born
48:19I never ever
48:21yeah it's more like that

48:31nothing like that so Bella was born
48:34December 17 2013.
48:37and those she was a guest so just go
48:40along with Bella and then
48:42around and CeCe was born this uh July 17
48:462015 and we had this whole little things
48:49uh staged up about in the Caribbean a
48:51little eviction notice
48:52like she was there and it worked out
48:54pretty well because she was just
48:55standing there crying like you know like
48:57I don't want this type of thing you know
48:59someone else that went like viral on
49:01Facebook so that's weird it would be
49:03yours
49:05you just been crying with a little
49:06eviction notice and she got it so yeah
49:08she recorded it and it was really it was
49:11an amazing day just to see that and then
49:13she Celeste she was she was I was there
49:17like she had a midwife for this one so
49:19like they actually had me like are you
49:21can stand here like you know
49:24came out like so fast that like I barely
49:28had a chance to go like this and they
49:29moved me out of the way because she just
49:30like
49:32yeah so it was I haven't thought I was I
49:35lost better with Celeste because with
49:36Bella I didn't really know like a lot
49:39like what I should do what I could do
49:41how to calm stuff like that like you
49:43know burps swaddle everything like that
49:46like you know yes I had like no idea I
49:50just pretty much watched like all right
49:51how do you do this and then with Celeste
49:53it was more like that's why I fella kind
49:55of like she's a mommy's girl
49:57then when CeCe was born
49:59did you care if it's easier all right
50:02when CeCe was born it was more like all
50:05right I know what I know a change of
50:06time for I know how to do all this
50:08really happens like I can I can do this
50:10I can help like a lot
50:12that's why I teach use more of a value
50:13as well now like whenever she gets in
50:16trouble it's just like she said
50:19and she now gets mad because like all
50:22right
50:24cuddle her for when she gets in trouble
50:26like she's in trouble like she just bit

50:36so that's like having them both around

50:49so she's always always gets in trouble
50:51always like trying to find someone to
50:53climb jump off of like is that like you

50:57that was more like me she's more of the
50:59calm just like she's cautious type thing
51:02like when Sushi I think set off a Bella
51:05a little bit as far as like all right
51:07she's she's my sister she's the younger
51:10one she's or she's she's the youngest
51:12person in here besides me type thing and
51:15she's kind of set up off of her and some
51:17of her friends that like you know came
51:18over
51:19and that Seafood just kind of like built
51:22that that attitude she was just like
51:24yeah she was she's around boxes
51:26I'll show you a picture of it but like
51:30when she's on the plane coming back I
51:32mean she just had just like this space
51:33like like that like so I don't like if
51:36she was excited oh yeah it was just like
51:39[ __ ] like being like
51:40you can imagine a kid a little kid in a
51:43plane and a seat like she feels like she
51:46doesn't move around she doesn't like you
51:48know sitting in the same spot type thing
51:51and then um
51:52then told me about the third child it
51:55was just like her hopeless to see what
51:57we got now see if we can for a girl I
52:00mean we're trying for a boy so
52:03now it's just like is it the point yeah
52:07let me find that out that early or uh 12
52:12weeks they could find out that she has
52:14one
52:15ultrasound was
52:18last week
52:20let's see
52:22yeah it was last week so I found out
52:25were you both therapists yes oh nice
52:27yeah so it was like right when we got
52:29back so it was like this guy went back
52:32so it was only eight so I wasn't
52:33interested on it
52:36what day it is right now
52:38March 15th today good thing about Monday
52:41Tuesday Wednesday Sunday when all that
52:43kind of stuff so like yeah we haven't
52:44told anybody yet so
52:46both the girls were born out here right

52:53um since she was born this
52:58did um go through any like postpartum or
53:02anything like that with either of them
53:03no no
53:06I didn't see anything like that does she
53:08breastfeed yes both of them yes
53:11a little longer than Celeste so she was
53:15so Bella was how old when she got
53:18pregnant with
53:20her left so they're about 19 months
53:22apart
53:32so

53:44was born
53:45Dr Celeste was born I mean we we kind of
53:47fought me like we kind of see how two
53:49kids went just I mean they're just like
53:51rambunctious you know they're just their
53:53sister love and now they're four and
53:57three that will be
53:58five in December
54:00so it was like if it happens it happens
54:03as far as like having like cheese
54:04fertility drugs on both balance lost oh
54:06[ __ ] yeah okay like this the third child
54:10now it was choose on like no matter
54:13kick that versus the song Thrive like
54:15she's helping she feels healthier now
54:17and then like with with the Thrive she
54:20really thinks that like I mean we only
54:21tried like twice
54:23and a half
54:24so she really thinks that it was more
54:26like being a healthier person
54:29sometimes just having to stress off like
54:31you know have my kids so this is just a
54:33bonus oh yeah yeah I could definitely
54:36like
54:37it seems like a lot of women think oh or
54:39you know we can't get pregnant and they
54:40have a baby and then I you know they're
54:42not worried about it anymore so I'm
54:43gonna get pregnant again they're like oh
54:45anything would happen again so yeah so
54:48um tell me about after that so this is
54:51like after we didn't think it would have
54:53actually happened so like we really
54:55think that I have being on like being a
54:57healthier like lifestyle being healthier
54:59really helped this like I mean always
55:01really trying twice and the woman like
55:03to happen so it's just been and when did
55:05she find out she was pregnant
55:07I would say it was in
55:10all right first or second of June
55:13okay it's not very long ago yeah and
55:16she's about 14 15 weeks right now okay
55:19so uh why don't you bring me up to let's
55:22start why don't you start with like
55:24um
55:27if you guys went to North Carolina so
55:29maybe just start for your from the trip
55:31to North Carolina I guess you met her
55:33there maybe from front of it is that
55:34right yeah she was there
55:37so we got back from we went to the drive
55:39trip in San Diego it was like end of
55:42June okay and then I think it was June
55:4526th last time we came back here her dad
55:47was watching the kids
55:49and then that same like later on that
55:51day they flew to North Carolina
55:54okay so why don't you kind of start
55:56there and just take me up until
55:58yesterday okay and so detailed as you
56:01can
56:02so well they're in North Carolina it was
56:04like they're there to see my family and
56:06obviously her family and just kind of
56:08like because they haven't seen the kids
56:09in a while as far as our kids
56:11and um so they're just there just she
56:14had a couple things she wanted to do
56:15there as far as like like meeting up
56:17with her promoters and customers up she
56:19had a bunch over there in North Carolina
56:21so she was hoping that she could meet
56:23everybody else over there and have like
56:25her dad my her dad and mom and my mom
56:28and dad might have fun so with kids
56:39but yeah it was mainly like just a
56:41little family like little family
56:43vacation for for them right now for them
56:46on that trip just for everybody just to
56:48see the girls
56:49Angela's birthday was during that in
56:52July 17th so which they had a birthday
56:54party there
56:55with um like jumpy houses and stuff like
56:58that and they FaceTime me during it so I
57:00could see it and have a birthday party
57:02out here for her because it was you know
57:03when we got back it was in August so
57:05right
57:06so but yeah I got to FaceTime and watch
57:08it all and it was pretty much just
57:10hanging out with family the entire time
57:11okay yeah and obviously you're just
57:14going to work and working out and going
57:16running and
57:17just keeping
57:19house up and doing that and just I
57:21waited till my flight was July 31st
57:25and I flew out there for a week and I
57:28was off I flew out there for weeks so I
57:30could fly back with them
57:31so we went so July 31st I got there
57:34instead of mom and dad's house the next
57:36day we go to the beach stay there for
57:39about
57:40four or five days it was a North Myrtle
57:42Beach
57:43and we will first time the kids have
57:45seen the beach so they're ecstatic
57:48obviously seeing waves being being in
57:51the sand they love sand
57:52unfortunately I love sand because it's
57:54just like you get it back you just got
57:57some shower them up because PC was so
57:59like into the the beach that means her
58:01bathing suit was full of seashells
58:04it looks like okay let's just get this
58:06get all this off we need to rinse you
58:07off please right
58:09but yeah it was it was an awesome trip
58:11like just seeing them react to the to
58:14the ocean and then we went to like
58:15Broadway at the Beach it was a like
58:18outdoor little Mall
58:19and they got to go in these like little
58:22strapped in a harness and he gets to
58:24jump and jump like jump higher yeah and
58:27balance less they just they love that
58:29they just love jumping that high it was
58:31amazing nice yeah
58:33and then um I got I went to see my
58:36grandma my dad's mom she was in a
58:38nursing home so it was like she's
58:40someday she remembers people some babies
58:42doesn't and luckily that day she did
58:45remember me so that was that was really
58:46a good day to go in there and went in
58:50there with shenan and the kids and
58:51obviously like date art and then there a
58:53few times while they're there yeah and
58:56they were uh she lights up when she sees
58:58other kids mama
59:01that's what she always calls but uh she
59:03light ups it up and she sees your kids
59:04and she remembered me and that was great
59:07yeah and my dad came picked me up and I
59:09went over there and stayed with my
59:10parents for for a day and just kind of
59:12like hung out with them saw my sister
59:14her husband their kids have a cookout
59:17everything and it was awesome
59:19and then the next day we it was seven
59:22yeah August 7th yeah we went to her
59:25parents house and everything packed up
59:26ready to go and
59:28so back here
59:30and then got back on later on that night
59:34in the seventh
59:35and then the eighth I went back to work
59:37and then
59:39on the 10th that's when shenando flew
59:42out to Arizona with uh Nicole
59:45and I have the kids from Friday Saturday
59:48and Sunday and we went to a pool party
59:50on Saturday but the Jeremy lindstrom's
59:52uh
59:53his sons turned four
59:56and hello pool party and everything over
59:57there we're all mini pool and water
1:00:00balloon fights it was that epic time it
1:00:02was great
1:00:04it was awesome that was awesome it was
1:00:05just seeing their faces and seeing how
1:00:07much I mean they didn't even played with
1:00:09water balloons that much at all so
1:00:11CT like she would come over she like she
1:00:13put them right in my pocket and she just
1:00:15smacked it so I wasn't looking to do a
1:00:18little trickster so it was
1:00:20funny and drove home got back home ate
1:00:24and it was a really awesome day
1:00:30so that was that was on fun that was
1:00:34that was on that Sunday
1:00:36so got a kid back I'm all showed up I
1:00:39got on the bed and it's pretty much
1:00:41waited around for air functioning
1:00:44because that was to fly back that night
1:00:46and her plane got delayed because like
1:00:49there's like there's a lot of dust
1:00:50storms in Arizona
1:00:52and uh there's like there's some other
1:00:54weather around that was the lane flights
1:00:55getting in there and they didn't have a
1:00:57crew that's why it was it was delayed so
1:00:59her flight was supposed to get around 11
1:01:00but it didn't actually get until about
1:01:02two
1:01:03so it was about like you're gonna just
1:01:05go into this now yeah Okay cool so it's
1:01:08about two o'clock came into bed like
1:01:10about 1 48 my doorbell uh picked up that
1:01:13she came in but at 2 am that's when she
1:01:15came in she came in the bed
1:01:17and uh four o'clock got more answer my
1:01:19alarm went off so that's why I usually
1:01:21get up get ready for work and whatnot so
1:01:23again I'll get dressed recipes deodorant
1:01:27all that kind of I don't just take a
1:01:28shower it's not working I'll be able to
1:01:30feel but like I'll take a shower when I
1:01:31get home
1:01:32type thing and uh she told me the when
1:01:35before she got in that like I want to
1:01:37wake up you know like when you get up
1:01:39just so I can take a shower and get the
1:01:40airport off any type of thing
1:01:42so like I woke her up after I got ready
1:01:45and everything and then we had talks
1:01:47about like uh
1:01:48selling the house and about separation
1:01:51and stuff like that like
1:01:53it was an emotional conversation
1:01:55obviously we were both crying and after
1:01:59we talked it was
1:02:01she said she's going to take the kids to
1:02:03a friend's house and I should be back
1:02:04later on that day
1:02:05so it's like okay
1:02:07that's fine so I went downstairs and
1:02:10back in a lunch and
1:02:12put on the water jug and get on my
1:02:15computer and everything and loaded my
1:02:17truck up and
1:02:18I went to work
1:02:21and then I got once I got to work
1:02:23started started working in about seven
1:02:26seven four years so that's my tax figure
1:02:28like I didn't know I heard from her I
1:02:30was like okay like I know where she's
1:02:31going
1:02:32like I know a friend's house she was
1:02:34taken to or where she what what friends
1:02:36she was going to with the kids so I was
1:02:37like hey you know text me no let me know
1:02:39where where you went through the kids
1:02:42and I didn't hear from her thanks it's
1:02:44normal for her not to respond to me
1:02:46because like when she has her direct
1:02:48sales direct sales people like she'll
1:02:52get back to them first because like that
1:02:54that's what she does
1:02:56so like for her like not to respond back
1:02:59to me that's about me plenty of times
1:03:01before so um continue working in a
1:03:04military exercise noon she hasn't got
1:03:06back to me like hey you know call me
1:03:07like I'll call her too I follow her once
1:03:09before that too and then about 12 10
1:03:12that's when I got a door bell alarm on
1:03:14my phone saying someone was at the front
1:03:16door and I was cold
1:03:19and I was like hey what's going on so I
1:03:21got her information like all day no tags
1:03:23no calls no like this is kind of strange
1:03:25so like Nicole was at the front door and
1:03:27just okay your car is here I can see
1:03:29your shoes like because we have this
1:03:30little little rectangular Long window
1:03:32next to the door
1:03:34and she can see her she was right there
1:03:35and whatnot so the guy has something
1:03:36something going on so it's like she told
1:03:38me she was like all right like I can't
1:03:40get a holder or something going on
1:03:41that's when I came home that's not
1:03:43starting that's not allowed to come home
1:03:45so um Nicole Coleman's like all right
1:03:48I'm just basically the police officer
1:03:50here when you get here like okay like I
1:03:51was I couldn't get in because the latch
1:03:53from the top door was that's what we
1:03:56kind of put over just to make sure like
1:03:57you know like if the kids try to go out
1:03:59the front door they can because that's
1:04:00fair
1:04:01put the keypad on the outside of the
1:04:03garage door doesn't work so like they
1:04:05had to wait until I got there and had
1:04:07the garage door opener it is we went and
1:04:10found the house
1:04:11and I mean cars there car seats are
1:04:15there
1:04:16purse is still there phone the phone's
1:04:18on the couch like her wedding ring
1:04:20sitting on the nightstand
1:04:22it's like there's like no sign of Bella
1:04:24Celeste or anywhere
1:04:27it's like the police officers of the
1:04:29police officer's name was but he was
1:04:30there and there was just once we found
1:04:32someone powered it up
1:04:34and all the text messages like came
1:04:36through as far as everybody was reaching
1:04:38out to her and everything like hey
1:04:39what's going on like we're okay
1:04:40everything good
1:04:42and there's just like there's nothing
1:04:44there like it was just like it really
1:04:45goes down
1:04:47and everything that was there just
1:04:49didn't make sense as far as like why
1:04:51like what happened
1:04:53so it's not like reaching out to a bunch
1:04:54of people
1:04:56any of your friends that like anybody
1:04:58that has reached out already that you
1:05:00know like had a car seat or like a very
1:05:02kind of kid in general and nobody heard
1:05:05from her nobody uh
1:05:07I mean nobody had a clue like her mom
1:05:09had reached out to her and my parents
1:05:12I mean nothing was there
1:05:15and the uh the officers that bomb bomb
1:05:19over
1:05:21detected I'm not sure if you know that
1:05:22people are involved
1:05:24um yeah I can't
1:05:25really oh yeah I think that detective he
1:05:28came and uh they're all like you know
1:05:30taking questions from me Nicole her son
1:05:33Victor's there and then uh we went over
1:05:35to uh they talked to my neighbor because
1:05:37he has a camera facing he picks up a few
1:05:40different angles and whatnot
1:05:42and uh watch this video surveillance to
1:05:45see anything as far as her leaving at
1:05:47all
1:05:48so they're just like all right like like
1:05:50where like how like how this happened
1:05:53like like there's no like
1:05:56video of her like leading the front at
1:05:58all
1:06:00so we're just we didn't know we were
1:06:02just at loss for words like all right
1:06:03where is he like she wouldn't mislead
1:06:05everything here
1:06:07his medicine was still there
1:06:09and those like artists need that
1:06:12or just the only female has gone was
1:06:14really the kids like everything they
1:06:16slept with like you know Celeste has
1:06:18like this New York Yankees blanket and a
1:06:21little dinosaur and like a little dog
1:06:24that
1:06:25that makes noises and a turtle and
1:06:28something that is a whole package and
1:06:31Bella has two has two black keys but one
1:06:34was still at the house the other one was
1:06:35gone and she had the dinosaur and like a
1:06:37little swan blanket for a little but we
1:06:41were we talked to the neighbor and we
1:06:42looked out at anybody else that maybe
1:06:44had that camera somewhere but nothing
1:06:45was going on they had other community
1:06:48services like go into houses like like
1:06:51knock out you like to see anything like
1:06:53you have a camera do you see anything
1:06:55like that
1:06:57yeah we just we had nothing at all
1:06:59and it was just like all right so I'm at
1:07:02this point I'm hoping right she's at a
1:07:04friend's house
1:07:05she's safe and she's just like
1:07:07decompressing her like she's just she's
1:07:10safe
1:07:11felt like that night like as I'm like
1:07:13calling like hospitals and hotels and
1:07:15it's like there's like there's nothing
1:07:17like
1:07:18it's nothing there's nothing there like
1:07:20nobody's nobody's had her check in you
1:07:23know what there's nothing at all
1:07:25and then that was just dramatic because
1:07:27like
1:07:28I had I had every line in the house on
1:07:30just just in case like you know like
1:07:32yeah I went laid in bed but I didn't
1:07:34sleep I was just sitting there it was
1:07:36like I had friends that came over Nick
1:07:38and Amanda came over for a little while
1:07:39and they showed support my friends Dave
1:07:41and Jeremy came over they showed support
1:07:44uh she answered Lauren came over to
1:07:46support another friend uh Melissa came
1:07:49by that I didn't know that she's so
1:07:51support and everybody's just like I
1:07:53don't know like why this happened or how
1:07:55this happened but like
1:07:56I hope that she's okay type thing and
1:08:00just like I was just hoping that I would
1:08:01get that knocked on the door or a phone
1:08:04call or a text I mean her phone I mean
1:08:06they have her phone like hopefully maybe
1:08:08it's a number I don't know
1:08:09hopefully it's like you know like a
1:08:12burner phone or some some kind of some
1:08:14kind of like funky box you could just
1:08:17text me and call me like hey I'm okay
1:08:19something or just get a knock on a door
1:08:21and then the kids is running
1:08:23and I was like like it didn't happen and
1:08:25when I was
1:08:27going through like that night just like
1:08:29trying to she's trying to process
1:08:31everything like
1:08:33I miss like the kids like sitting at the
1:08:36dinner table and like
1:08:37I have to tell them to eat their dinner
1:08:39and
1:08:40like I miss them throwing a chicken
1:08:42nuggets at me like I was when I went to
1:08:44their rooms
1:08:45just kind of like you know make the beds
1:08:48it's like I wasn't gonna turn the ring
1:08:51machines on you know like I wasn't like
1:08:52you know gonna read them a book
1:08:55I wasn't gonna like I wasn't gonna kiss
1:08:57him good night I wasn't gonna like you
1:08:59know do that that was gonna play in the
1:09:01playroom I wasn't giving them like their
1:09:03nighties not like their nighttime snack
1:09:04I wasn't you know giving their medicine
1:09:07I wasn't you know getting a dress for
1:09:08bed and how all that like just it just
1:09:11hit me
1:09:12it's like I'm not I'm not trying to
1:09:14monitor on to watch them because they're
1:09:16not here it's like where are they
1:09:19and then I was just like I didn't even
1:09:21want to stay in the house that night but
1:09:22I knew I knew I had to just in case like
1:09:25maybe they came home maybe they they
1:09:27would come in that front door garage
1:09:29door or something
1:09:31something would happen
1:09:33but nothing happened at night
1:09:35so I just laid in bed and took phone
1:09:39calls and text from all our friends that
1:09:41were I couldn't sleep either and just
1:09:43like just
1:09:45asking for prayers asking prayers in
1:09:47general just like these kids and are
1:09:49gonna come home they're gonna come home
1:09:51safe
1:09:53and the next day
1:09:55well detective he called me about 2 A.M
1:09:58just saying okay we're gonna do like a
1:09:59missing persons report and
1:10:01I'll do that I'll get that all going
1:10:04there
1:10:05but yeah it's like the next day like
1:10:08when everything like started happening
1:10:10as far as
1:10:12the news crew is like pulling in and
1:10:14then
1:10:15all the canine units and the drones
1:10:18flying over my house so it was just like
1:10:19it all said in like this is not
1:10:23she's she's not
1:10:26making something happened
1:10:28because all this all this right here
1:10:31this means that okay my worst fear
1:10:35that's where this is going right now
1:10:37because I thought she was just at
1:10:38somebody's house and she was safe
1:10:41but now
1:10:43it's going down the other direction with
1:10:45all this going around with the dogs
1:10:47coming in with the news
1:10:49the news media everything just kind of
1:10:50happening it's like all right this is
1:10:51this has gone to a totally different
1:10:53totally different direction
1:10:56and it's like I was I was when all my
1:10:59friends like were coming over to give me
1:11:00some support
1:11:03I knew that like
1:11:04all right like I was happy all my
1:11:07friends came over to support I didn't
1:11:08want to be alone at that point in time
1:11:09like this like that's this is the time
1:11:11you don't want to be alone at all
1:11:14and my friends are supporting me all
1:11:16through this and
1:11:17I just want to find them
1:11:19I want them to come home safe like
1:11:21wherever they are I hope they are safe
1:11:23they're really I really hope they can
1:11:26just come home
1:11:28at the FBI agent uh Graham
1:11:32he's he's been really helpful I mean he
1:11:34didn't tell me what league they have for
1:11:35today but I'm hoping that it
1:11:39at least I'm coming home
1:11:41because it just
1:11:44being in the house and not being able to
1:11:46tuck them in
1:11:48it's just it's it's heart-wrenching it's
1:11:51very shattering right now because that's
1:11:53those are my kids
1:11:55those are like like you made those kids
1:11:57you know like how do you have kids or
1:11:59anything you guys like do you know so
1:12:02like
1:12:03just
1:12:04not being able to like you know kiss
1:12:06them unite and
1:12:08saying I love your daddy or I miss you
1:12:10daddy or something like that
1:12:12you know because they were without me
1:12:13for five weeks
1:12:16and uh it was I got to FaceTime him
1:12:18every night
1:12:20it was just
1:12:22not not being able to do anything like
1:12:24knowing that
1:12:25they were just here and not knowing
1:12:28where they are now
1:12:30is it's a nightmare right now
1:12:34so
1:12:36um thank you for explaining all that to
1:12:38me um obviously I have more questions so
1:12:41I may kind of piece it out um just going
1:12:43back to shall I understand everything
1:12:47um and you you kept saying that you
1:12:49thought she was at a friend's house do
1:12:50you still think she's at a friend's
1:12:51house at this point at all
1:12:54because all this like everything that's
1:12:56happened now so what does that make you
1:12:58think of
1:12:59it just makes me feel like either she
1:13:02vanished like she she's had the kids and
1:13:05she's somewhere where like maybe
1:13:08hopefully a hotel but I don't think
1:13:10she's at a friend's house now unless
1:13:11it's somebody I just don't know
1:13:12like for somebody I don't know great
1:13:14like I just want her to be safe
1:13:17but with all FBI here with you know CBI
1:13:20here with everything that's going on
1:13:22like
1:13:24it makes me feel like all right maybe
1:13:26somebody has her that's not that's not
1:13:30keeping her safe
1:13:32or something terrible to happen
1:13:34and that is that's the nightmare
1:13:38and what was that terrible thing be
1:13:41and somebody hurt them
1:13:46that run into your mind sometimes
1:13:52I can't I don't want that around through
1:13:54my mind but it's
1:13:56it's running through my mind that
1:13:57somebody has heard them
1:13:59and that they are not safe
1:14:02I don't really want them to be safe I
1:14:04want them to go home right we want them
1:14:07to come home too
1:14:09um so glitch let's kind of break it down
1:14:12back to
1:14:13um
1:14:14when shananne went to
1:14:17Arizona so what was she in there Arizona
1:14:19for Thrive local oh yeah I've been down
1:14:22there with some of the upline leaders
1:14:24okay so she mostly women like you know
1:14:27other people that work for her you know
1:14:29download people people are blind people
1:14:32and all that okay and they just you know
1:14:34get fill their cup I guess for lack of a
1:14:37better term when they get there and they
1:14:39you know cheer them on and like you can
1:14:41get more and whatever and
1:14:44I guess do they teach them about new
1:14:46products yeah although there's a lot of
1:14:47training videos involved whether like
1:14:49how to talk to people and stuff like
1:14:50that and bring in more people type
1:14:51things like did shanan make a lot of
1:14:53money doing this yes
1:14:57really yeah and how much is that because
1:15:00I don't know how much you weighs about
1:15:0265 70. okay did she make that much right
1:15:05wow
1:15:07how many people does she have underneath
1:15:09her
1:15:10like
1:15:12people that signed up underneath it are
1:15:14probably about 200.
1:15:16but like active people that promote it
1:15:18it's I mean it's probably about 50 or so
1:15:20but like she has her team does about 80
1:15:24000 a month in sales yeah that's crazy
1:15:28sorry about that
1:15:29um okay so she's at this conference um
1:15:33see even before that like
1:15:35um
1:15:36you know you said that you've kind of
1:15:38talked about you know separating or
1:15:40whatever when she got into bed or after
1:15:43you woke up
1:15:44um
1:15:45when did that start
1:15:47well in the five weeks that we were like
1:15:51when she was in North Carolina and I was
1:15:52back here and when did she leave for
1:15:54North Carolina what was that date
1:15:57June 26th to the end of June yeah okay
1:16:01so she leaves for in June and not when
1:16:05yeah yeah like being
1:16:07but when we were talking and everything
1:16:09and texting and calling each other like
1:16:11we could feel like there was like that
1:16:14disconnect there and like over that
1:16:17period of time like it our conversations
1:16:20were shorter text messages were a little
1:16:22bit less you know like
1:16:23like more like emotional type thing you
1:16:25know more a little bit less lovey-dovey
1:16:27type things so explain like even
1:16:30even was there any other issue
1:16:35issue after eruption now yeah I mean
1:16:37like like over a year ago you know it's
1:16:39more of like you know I could see that
1:16:41maybe or it wasn't like as hot and heavy
1:16:43as as like you know as it was when we
1:16:45first met you know that spark and
1:16:47everything like that
1:16:48but like you know like you know like you
1:16:50study ups and downs marriages like you
1:16:52know they have their roles and they have
1:16:53their eyes
1:16:54and I also hoping that we we can just
1:16:56like we could just like it would just
1:16:59work itself out like this is hard with
1:17:01babies and you know yeah I mean yeah
1:17:03when when the kids are involved a little
1:17:05bit harder a lot harder and just as far
1:17:07as like your time away from your spouse
1:17:10and you know just trying to make time
1:17:12for them and you know give them
1:17:13emotional attention and that kind of
1:17:15stuff I know that I kind of can get
1:17:17strained did you feel that once you
1:17:19started having kids or
1:17:22yeah we didn't like like go on dates
1:17:24really a whole lot after we had kids
1:17:26because I mean we'll just you know kids
1:17:28kids monopolize a lot of their time like
1:17:30you take up a lot so it's like you want
1:17:32to focus like right on your kids all the
1:17:33time
1:17:34and that's what we did and we really
1:17:36focus on ourselves much I think that's
1:17:38where like I'm not gonna blame the kids
1:17:41for a disconnection or anything but like
1:17:43yeah we focus like on the kids like all
1:17:45the time
1:17:46but like and then like as our
1:17:48relationship got longer and longer it
1:17:50was more like like I could feel that
1:17:52disconnect that was there like when I
1:17:54talk like we didn't have those deep
1:17:56conversations anymore like you know
1:17:58anything like that
1:18:00but like that's that's when it kind of
1:18:02all started and I was hoping that you
1:18:04know maybe it just just worked itself
1:18:05out and being like we're not those five
1:18:08weeks when she was in North Carolina and
1:18:10I was here like I could feel it more
1:18:12like tell me about that what do you mean
1:18:14by that so like you could feel like the
1:18:16disconnect more like in the
1:18:17conversations we were having and like
1:18:18they were just short and like
1:18:21it felt like you know like we were
1:18:23texting each other and nothing was the
1:18:25same as far as that goes like calling
1:18:27each other Nothing Was the Same
1:18:29and you can when I got there definitely
1:18:32all you can kind of all like when we
1:18:34were talking it was just nothing I'll
1:18:36tell you about that like what does it
1:18:37seem like when you got out there like
1:18:39when I got out there it was just like
1:18:40you could feel like you know get to the
1:18:42airport you know just wrap the kids like
1:18:44around maybe if they come running they
1:18:46come running through the alarm and
1:18:48everything they'd run into a place I
1:18:49couldn't even run into and you know
1:18:52digital hog and everything and then like
1:18:54engagement a hug and everything and just
1:18:56like you can just feel it start from
1:18:57there like everything just felt like
1:18:58different
1:19:02right then but like after that it was
1:19:04just like every day every night it was
1:19:06more of like a
1:19:08we talked but it was like mainly it was
1:19:11through text
1:19:12like not when you were there
1:19:14yeah yeah because it was more like like
1:19:16whenever we would talk about like power
1:19:18feeling it was more of like we were just
1:19:21text back and forth type of thing
1:19:22because like that's all that's how we
1:19:24could get our feelings more across
1:19:25because Vermont everybody was still
1:19:26there like we weren't really alone
1:19:28because her parents were there
1:19:30so when you tell me about like when did
1:19:32that first text you know like what was
1:19:34that first text like as far as like one
1:19:36of you you know deciding to talk to the
1:19:39other one about maybe separating or you
1:19:41know not feeling great about your
1:19:42relationship or whatever like who was
1:19:44that first person that said that text
1:19:46and what did that text look like it'll
1:19:48stop you on our phone but it was so when
1:19:50I got there it was July 31st went to the
1:19:53beach August 1st and her dad was there
1:19:55for a few days and her mom came down so
1:19:57they were they were never really like
1:19:59alone with like alone together so that's
1:20:02why some of our conversations were
1:20:04through text as far as that goes so why
1:20:06you're both there together
1:20:08and what what were those texts about
1:20:11like what did they say it's kind of like
1:20:12you know
1:20:14where is our relationship going that
1:20:16thing like where like like we're
1:20:19bringing a third kid into this world
1:20:20like
1:20:21like
1:20:22what's what's our relationship going to
1:20:24look like like is it gonna be are we
1:20:27gonna be
1:20:29are we going to work this out
1:20:31or is this going to lead to a separation
1:20:34is this going to lead to where like we
1:20:36stay together and be civil with the kids
1:20:38or are we gonna be our separate ways and
1:20:43stuff like that okay what was she what
1:20:45was her reaction to all that
1:20:48it was I mean a lot of it was emotional
1:20:51it was a lot of crying it was just like
1:20:53I'm not sure like
1:20:55how to word that but it was more of a
1:20:58what are we going to do like
1:21:01how are we going to make can we how are
1:21:03we going to make this work so your wife
1:21:04wanted to make it work we both wanted to
1:21:07see like all right is this going to make
1:21:09it work is this going to work like are
1:21:10we still at that point in our
1:21:13relationship where we're going to make
1:21:15this work
1:21:17so like when she went to when she went
1:21:20to Arizona so you can find it in a bunch
1:21:21of her friends as far as like what was
1:21:23going on
1:21:24as far as like where our relationship
1:21:26was and how do you know that yeah what's
1:21:28once The Disappearance happened like

1:21:56they could tell if something was like it
1:21:58was different about her so in North
1:21:59Carolina is that the first time you guys
1:22:01have ever talked about maybe not being
1:22:03together and maybe you know figuring out
1:22:05life separately yeah okay and was that
1:22:09more would you say you bringing it up to
1:22:11her or her okay
1:22:15did she ask you why like why now you
1:22:18know
1:22:20what what did you say back to her yeah
1:22:23it was more of just like I didn't feel
1:22:25that I didn't feel that connection
1:22:26anymore like I like fell at a love kind
1:22:29of thing or oh yeah yeah it was more of
1:22:32like I don't feel the same way that I
1:22:35used to like I don't
1:22:37I don't think we have that connection
1:22:38anymore we're like I can just like be
1:22:41myself and just like be everything that
1:22:44I need to be for you right now and
1:22:46that's that's not where I explained it
1:22:48to her
1:22:49and she said what
1:22:52she didn't like know really what to say
1:22:54or just like I I don't know I didn't see
1:22:58it but it's like I want to work on it
1:23:01and I wanna
1:23:03see where this can go like if we can fix
1:23:06it like
1:23:07like you know through a book or like
1:23:09counseling or
1:23:11so after your conversation with her it
1:23:13was your this is in North Carolina right
1:23:15the belief that you guys would try and
1:23:17work on it together just to see if it
1:23:20would kind of work or just kind of like
1:23:22see where this like like will take this
1:23:23week like because it was an emotional
1:23:25week just because of everything we were
1:23:27saying and like what we were what we
1:23:29were thinking like and all that
1:23:31especially bringing another kid into the
1:23:33world
1:23:34it's like we want that environment to be
1:23:36as like healthy as possible sure
1:23:40do you guys I'm sorry for being here I
1:23:42might as well pump this up a little bit
1:23:44um
1:23:46did you guys sleep in the same bed
1:23:50and uh
1:23:52and milk or North Carolina yeah yeah
1:23:54like there's there's a couple I slept in
1:23:56the kids room one time or slept in the
1:23:58kids room one time
1:24:00and I slept on the couch another time is
1:24:02it just because of the attention it was
1:24:03a thought there was a there's tension in
1:24:05there and then when we got here
1:24:08but when you're there like did you guys
1:24:10have sex at all or no no okay were you
1:24:14guys affectionate after the kiss at the
1:24:16airport not really okay that's right
1:24:18that's where we could feel like it
1:24:20wasn't like
1:24:21it wasn't really there at that point in
1:24:23time
1:24:23okay and up until the point where she
1:24:25left was it you know affectionate and
1:24:30you know I mean what was your sex life
1:24:32like
1:24:33I mean it was I mean last time we had
1:24:36sex was in like may like when the kid
1:24:38was born our kid was conceived so that
1:24:42would have been in me that would have
1:24:43been like because she found out exactly
1:24:46a week of June so it had been like May
1:24:49and was there a
1:24:50celebration or something that you know
1:24:53you're gonna go out do you have a date
1:24:55I'll show you after a few shirts but you
1:24:58know it had like a you know
1:25:00um is it like that coefficient of three
1:25:03type thing
1:25:05um she had a couple shirts made all of
1:25:06one of them was a back rub type thing
1:25:09but if
1:25:12if like what was there something special
1:25:14about that we had you know talked about
1:25:17like having like going through pros and
1:25:20cons of having another another child
1:25:22and but like we didn't like have like a
1:25:24celebration like of having surgery so
1:25:27you guys like so you were talking about
1:25:28maybe having another kid yeah and then
1:25:30you were actually trying that night to
1:25:32have another kid yeah I think I have
1:25:34people waited until she was like
1:25:36it was like when she was like ovulating
1:25:38next thing was she keeping track of that
1:25:40yeah she always has that one LCD right
1:25:43like a cycle tracker okay type thing and
1:25:46it tells you okay so did you find that
1:25:49sex was more like a job or did you
1:25:52really enjoy it with your wife as far as
1:25:54well I I never felt like it was a task
1:25:56okay like even like we're gonna do it
1:25:58now because I need to get pregnant
1:26:00whatever no like no it wasn't like I
1:26:02mean whenever you're trying to
1:26:04have a kid I mean you have to like plan
1:26:07that part
1:26:08as far as that goes because like you
1:26:10can't just like you know have like every
1:26:12day or twice a day like to get pregnant
1:26:14you have to like once and then kind of
1:26:16wait two days or so whatever the formula
1:26:19is I think she said you have to wait
1:26:21like two days and then try again okay
1:26:23but that's what that was okay so before
1:26:26that time in May how often would you say
1:26:29that you guys were having sex
1:26:31maybe like
1:26:33once or twice a week okay
1:26:36so why do you think it significantly
1:26:38stopped right after she conceived
1:26:43it was
1:26:45kind of harm stuff because we went
1:26:47through spark little Spurs where like
1:26:48maybe it wasn't like at once every well
1:26:51every well once or twice a week like
1:26:54there's times we went like a month or
1:26:55two like
1:26:56without without having sex like and
1:27:00sometimes like I would try and that
1:27:02would you know if she was tired or you
1:27:04know something was going on like she was
1:27:06just aggravated or something she was
1:27:07like I know not tonight like type thing
1:27:09like I was usually the one to initiate
1:27:11it like but I'd say most times it was
1:27:15like I was shot down but
1:27:17that's me
1:27:19married life honestly we just kept
1:27:21trying yeah you try I mean like you
1:27:23never stop trying because I mean that's
1:27:25I mean if you felt like it was a job or
1:27:27a task you wouldn't drive but like you
1:27:30know I I enjoyed having having sex with
1:27:33her so I mean it was as far as like
1:27:37um
1:27:38North Carolina goes like when you guys
1:27:40kind of approach the subject of maybe
1:27:42you know separating or whatever
1:27:45um did she accuse you of you know
1:27:48because I mean I think it'd be normal
1:27:49why she reacts to be like who is it like
1:27:52you know like the chick or whatever yeah
1:27:54I mean like that that kind of came up
1:27:56you know like I was just like you know
1:27:58that would never happen like you know
1:28:00the kind of guy I am like you like we
1:28:02were at all that um one of my friends
1:28:04house Jeremy and he said like you know
1:28:05you're the type of guy that I could send
1:28:07you with my wife for a week and no
1:28:09nothing was gonna happen type thing like
1:28:12they know people know the kind of person
1:28:13I am the solid guy yeah like I'm not the
1:28:16type of guy that's just gonna say all
1:28:18right my wife's gone like who's then
1:28:20who's the girl like I didn't find for
1:28:23like five weeks like no that's not me
1:28:25it's like I respect my wife and she
1:28:27respects me like she's I there's no
1:28:30anything that she could she could like
1:28:32like if she's somewhere safe right now
1:28:33like I don't think it would be with a
1:28:37guy I mean if it is I'm fine like I
1:28:40wanted to say I want the kids back home
1:28:41if it was with the guy great I'll come
1:28:43back home we'll talk about that later
1:28:46but like I never had inkling she would
1:28:49do the thing do anything to me you know
1:28:51so how did that come up from her like
1:28:52what exactly did she say to you because
1:28:55of our like how like our texts and calls
1:28:58were getting like shorter and everything
1:28:59like that like just like like are you
1:29:02having something no not having an affair
1:29:04like that is the last thing that should
1:29:05be on your mind you should bring up any
1:29:07other I guess in a woman's mind evidence
1:29:10as far as you know why she would think
1:29:13there would be someone else involved or
1:29:14anything like that no it's just gonna
1:29:16like I was like whenever like she would
1:29:18call sometimes I'd be out for a run or
1:29:19I'd be working out and she could tell
1:29:21like all right you don't want to talk to
1:29:23me right now let's just go work out type
1:29:25things like
1:29:26like when she was gone I would take that
1:29:28more time to kind of like you know go
1:29:30like go run go work out because I mean I
1:29:33had had time to do it type of thing like
1:29:36I would always make time to FaceTime
1:29:37with the kids and everything when she
1:29:38would call like you know I would always
1:29:39make time to do this like especially
1:29:41like when the kids are awake and
1:29:42everything like that sure likes you like
1:29:45like later on at night you know like
1:29:46when I would just sun goes down I go out
1:29:48for a run because hot outside
1:29:52and what she accuse you of like doing
1:29:54other stuff while you're not answering
1:29:56your phone or oh no like she was like
1:29:58you know she would ask me like hey can
1:30:00you like do this for me like can you
1:30:02find this like medication send me a
1:30:04picture of it
1:30:06can you like like find something at the
1:30:09hell I mean a little thing by that she
1:30:11knew it was a house
1:30:12so I mean it's like
1:30:14um and she had no reason to really have
1:30:16that
1:30:17that fear in her head but being away for
1:30:19you know
1:30:20that amount of time and being pregnant
1:30:23and like that's going to run through her
1:30:25mind
1:30:26you ever been away that long before
1:30:29okay you talk about you know her being
1:30:31pregnant or whatever like how was she
1:30:33different when she was pregnant than
1:30:35when she wasn't pregnant
1:30:36well I guess it's just you're just more
1:30:38more emotional in general
1:30:41I just want to make sure
1:30:44okay
1:30:46um more emotional oh yeah I mean that's
1:30:48that's normal I mean her Cravings hadn't
1:30:50really changed or anything like that but
1:30:51just like you know I'm just more
1:30:52emotional and everything like that would
1:30:55she kind of admit that like oh yes I'm
1:30:58pregnant whatever well I mean I guess
1:30:59she's like you know she's just you know
1:31:01she's with her mom and she gets really
1:31:04you know her mom's like really like
1:31:06she's full Italian so like she's always
1:31:09like you know
1:31:11oh it's just a film hoe about everything
1:31:13and it makes you Nelly really anxious
1:31:15sometimes and like you know like it's
1:31:17it's a lot of stress being over there
1:31:19with you know
1:31:20her family and my family as far as like
1:31:22everybody you know like she's over she's
1:31:24over there by herself with the kids do
1:31:26you guys all get along like like I mean
1:31:28yeah I mean pretty civil right so that
1:31:31you went to your parents by yourself
1:31:32like was there a reason why shenan and
1:31:34the girls didn't go yeah because there
1:31:36was a there was an incident where my mom
1:31:39had something in the house that CeCe
1:31:40could was kind of allergic to what was
1:31:43that it was some ice cream
1:31:47is allergic to tree nuts okay and um so
1:31:52not peanuts but like my kids allergic to
1:31:54peanuts but not tree nuts so yeah so
1:31:56peanuts is like uh
1:31:58I guess always growing from the ground
1:32:00so the tree nuts like pistachios and
1:32:02cashews and stuff like that these are
1:32:04the good ones
1:32:06I know and kiwi kiwis like grown like I
1:32:09guess the spores have like something
1:32:11that related to tree nuts found out the
1:32:13hard way as well
1:32:15but yeah like there is an incident where
1:32:17she had something in the house as far as
1:32:20it was it was ice cream that he could
1:32:22have and my one of my sister's kids went
1:32:26and grabbed some and she was eaten next
1:32:28to Cece and
1:32:30it was just a point where like men said
1:32:33I they cannot come over here again
1:32:37since I mean because CC's the one that
1:32:39kind of would lunge that's so you just
1:32:41grab like I mean if my sisters get up it
1:32:45would happen so fast you wouldn't even
1:32:46build no because I mean like how he
1:32:48figured out the tree nuts was an issue
1:32:50is because she could have a little
1:32:51sliver of a cashew on that sliver
1:32:54and made a react
1:32:56and her reactions gotten worse over her
1:32:59last panel was was a couple like a month
1:33:03two months ago or something like that
1:33:04and her reaction was a little bit when
1:33:06they break her back and everything
1:33:08so like that that kind of drove shenan
1:33:11to where like all right they can't come
1:33:13over again if you're gonna have this in
1:33:15this house and that kind of that's why
1:33:17that happened I wouldn't watch that we
1:33:19got this during this trip or was that
1:33:20from before that five weeks then okay
1:33:22yeah and they hadn't seen the kids in
1:33:25like two weeks when I got there
1:33:28and she knows like I think they can't
1:33:30come over they can't go over there right
1:33:31now what did you think about that
1:33:33I was I was hurt I was like you know I
1:33:36wanted my one of my parents to see their
1:33:37their grandbabies you know like even if
1:33:40it's just like the I mean it was we
1:33:42didn't even they can even FaceTime
1:33:44so like like when I went over there like
1:33:46I wanted to bring the kids but like I
1:33:48respected her decision like okay like if
1:33:50like if you want the kids over there now
1:33:52it's fine I just need to see my parents
1:33:54like since I'm here like I'm here for a
1:33:56week you know I want to at least like go
1:33:58over there give them a hug and see my
1:34:01sister her husband their kid as well and
1:34:03just kind of just say hey hello cookout
1:34:05do you know shenan told anyone in North
1:34:08Carolina about what was going on
1:34:10honestly I'm sure she did who do you
1:34:13think she told
1:34:14oh she probably told uh well there's
1:34:17people here I know Nicole probably knew
1:34:19you know Kathy probably knew but they
1:34:22they called us here cats lives in there
1:34:24there's some of her good friends but
1:34:25like what she would she hold any of her
1:34:27family or friends in North Carolina
1:34:29I'm not sure if her mom knew or not if
1:34:31that was the case
1:34:33oh yeah I'm not sure if she like
1:34:36I told her like the entire like thing
1:34:38about the whole like paint the having
1:34:40something in the house all right I just
1:34:42mean um between you and her sorry the
1:34:44separation oh not right now she didn't
1:34:47tell any of her family no and why do you
1:34:49know she didn't do that because she told
1:34:51me it's like she's not going to tell him
1:34:53like I knew she was confiding in a few
1:34:55of her friends because she told me that
1:34:56because she didn't need someone to talk
1:34:57to but she didn't tell her mom or
1:34:59anything like that
1:35:02do you guys go to church no not here no
1:35:05oh yeah
1:35:08like we were talking about like you know
1:35:10finding one for you know with the kids
1:35:12and everything what about counseling did
1:35:13you guys talk about counseling yeah yeah
1:35:15when did you guys talk about that
1:35:18that was
1:35:20probably we got back from back to
1:35:23Brooklyn age so it was probably about
1:35:25that eighth or so
1:35:28oh right before she left yeah because
1:35:30she left on the tens is that right yeah
1:35:31okay so what did what came of that when
1:35:34you guys talked about counseling Council
1:35:35it's like I don't really think we really
1:35:36needed to go to counseling so I'm never
1:35:38like I don't I mean anything that we
1:35:40were saying to each other I felt like we
1:35:41could just say to each other and not
1:35:43have to like you know go to
1:35:45go to somewhere from somebody's couch
1:35:47and blocking them about it but like she
1:35:49said like a couple of her friends that
1:35:50that were married have been to
1:35:52counseling like once or twice or three
1:35:54times and they're still going type of
1:35:56thing like I didn't feel like really
1:35:58needed to but I mean I was I mean I was
1:36:01open to the idea because
1:36:03I thought like all right if if she
1:36:05really really like if this is gonna work
1:36:09maybe but like I really didn't really
1:36:11want to do it just because like I didn't
1:36:13think we needed to do that thought we
1:36:15could just like you know
1:36:17and we just do it that way but the
1:36:19disconnection was there I didn't feel
1:36:21like it was gonna help

1:36:42and then you were how many days
1:36:45I worked Wednesday and Thursday and then
1:36:48I was off Friday because that's when she
1:36:51flew out
1:36:54so what tell me about all the stuff you
1:36:56did on Friday
1:36:58or how was it I guess before she left
1:37:00like if you know did you take her to the
1:37:02airport oh no Nicole picked her up
1:37:05what was the attitude like or what was
1:37:07the relationship like when she left for
1:37:10Arizona it was I mean we were just like
1:37:13we had talked about counseling and
1:37:15everything and we knew what the uh what
1:37:18the sex of the baby was we aren't going
1:37:20to tell anybody until she got back
1:37:22because Nicole knew the coolest one they
1:37:24like prepped everything for like with
1:37:26the bag and like a couple things like
1:37:28pour out a little fake champagne bottle
1:37:30and whatnot
1:37:32for which ones or the further for like a
1:37:35gender reveal okay type thing like that
1:37:39okay so like she she did all that for us
1:37:43and um so Friday I mean I woke up with
1:37:45the whole way for the kids to wake up
1:37:47because she she left pretty early that
1:37:49morning Nicole can't pick her up and she
1:37:51left to the airport was it like Kiss
1:37:53hugs fine or was it kind of strange as
1:37:57far as it was a dog it was a hug yeah
1:37:59okay
1:38:00okay yeah I was just like you know how
1:38:01to say flight and just let me know when
1:38:03you get there and I'll send you pictures
1:38:05of the kids like when like throughout
1:38:06the day okay that thing okay so and then
1:38:10you said I'm sorry that you waited till
1:38:12the kids got up yeah absolutely usually
1:38:14do we just wait for the wait for the
1:38:16kids to wake up so they wake us up okay
1:38:18and Bella came in the room and she just
1:38:20usually just crawls into bed and just
1:38:22like just Falls right and just falls
1:38:24asleep next to us like when she wakes up
1:38:25she doesn't just get up and just go
1:38:27let's see she does but as far as Friday
1:38:28goes what exactly happened on Friday
1:38:31so we're just pretty much coming out
1:38:33around the house
1:38:35just just playing around just we went to
1:38:38a grocery store
1:38:40I went to
1:38:43get my glasses got some cracks in the
1:38:45frame
1:38:46we went
1:38:48to targets
1:38:56we went to King Supers to pick up the
1:38:58click list over there
1:39:02it was fun
1:39:06he does it for me all the time
1:39:09very cool yeah I mean just like we we
1:39:12had made a little day of it and
1:39:13everything and so and I'm sorry do your
1:39:15kids go to preschool or daycare
1:39:18is that a preschool or a daycare it's a
1:39:21little bit about the thing on your age
1:39:22because like they have up to six months
1:39:24okay so what are your kids considered
1:39:28um early celestes like early preschool
1:39:31one
1:39:33other preschool one and Celeste or Bella
1:39:37is
1:39:39uh Pre-K one so is it like you can drop
1:39:42your kids off before school starts like
1:39:44and then you will like oh you can have a
1:39:46daycare and then oh yes well it's like
1:39:47you go into like like they'll have like
1:39:50a room like like sometimes they'll only
1:39:52have a few teachers there at 6 30 6 30
1:39:54in the morning type thing okay you're
1:39:56right and they combine most of the
1:39:58classes and stuff
1:40:02in Erie yeah is there only one there in
1:40:05here
1:40:06yeah I mean Primrose is like a chain of
1:40:09the school but like I said there's
1:40:10another one like in Thornton or
1:40:11something like that and but there's only
1:40:13one in Erie yeah there was a teacher at
1:40:15work day that day so that's why they
1:40:16couldn't go that's what I was wondering
1:40:17I'm like so Friday they wouldn't
1:40:18normally go
1:40:20okay they would normally go out so I
1:40:23like I took that day off because like
1:40:25you didn't have any daycare because she
1:40:27was leaving so early and whatnot but
1:40:28yeah we
1:40:29we just played around that day
1:40:31and just like just I mean we took a
1:40:34couple different places and
1:40:36and the kids go find days a week there
1:40:38or how often do they go to oh thanks
1:40:41yeah five days a week on days a week and
1:40:43what is the normally time normal time
1:40:44that they go from
1:40:46like
1:40:48um
1:40:48depending on when they kind of wake up
1:40:50and get rid of usually by 7 30 like four
1:40:52seven thirty to four yeah something
1:40:54around there and it is because um shenan
1:40:57is doing her thriving stuff and you're
1:40:59at work at the oil field okay yeah it's
1:41:02like when they're at school she can
1:41:03really concentrate sure all that stuff
1:41:06right now does she pretty much work from
1:41:07home
1:41:09but does she normally work like from a
1:41:12computer at home or is she she just
1:41:13works for her phone I mean she uses a
1:41:15computer but she uses her phone mostly
1:41:17yeah maybe yeah I mean you can do
1:41:19anything from those things
1:41:21okay so you hang out you guys are
1:41:24running errands Target
1:41:26um grocery store that kind of stuff um
1:41:28what time do you think you get home on
1:41:29Friday
1:41:31probably about
1:41:37I would say probably about four or three
1:41:39or so okay and you guys do anything else
1:41:42Friday night
1:41:43and just normal things like you know
1:41:46it's getting ready for bed or have
1:41:48dinner
1:41:49getting ready for bed type thing
1:41:56would you have a FaceTime there with the
1:41:58girls or I know when she's away and
1:42:01stuff like that like we don't we don't
1:42:03say something today you really react to
1:42:05that oh because they'd be upset they'd
1:42:07be upset yeah like Bella was asking a
1:42:09lot about her okay so did she talk to
1:42:12them
1:42:13like as far as on a phone call or no no
1:42:15there's no contact between her and the
1:42:17kids while she was gone
1:42:20like like if she like like last time
1:42:23under the Thrive event that was like she
1:42:25went to Canada and like it was like we
1:42:28do not talk to the girls like they they
1:42:30would they're like have like a cry Fest
1:42:32like
1:42:33yeah like I can't handle that well I
1:42:36mean she knows like it would really make
1:42:38her cry too
1:42:40okay right so what time do you think
1:42:47probably about
1:42:51no about 7 30 o'clock okay and what did
1:42:54you do for anything I went downstairs
1:42:56and worked out and
1:42:58it's kind of chilled out about the house
1:43:00and
1:43:01to your weight is in your basement
1:43:04yes okay if you went and worked out and
1:43:06then how do you chill out like what do
1:43:08you normally do board Center Sports
1:43:10Center and just like there's a cool
1:43:12movie on to watch or something like that
1:43:14and
1:43:15did you have anyone over on Friday or
1:43:21and then what happened Saturday morning
1:43:24Saturday morning kind of the same thing
1:43:27like Bella
1:43:29by looking in bed again like some like
1:43:32when she wakes up she comes into bed and
1:43:34just kind of lays next to me and then
1:43:35kind of waiting for CeCe to wake up
1:43:37type thing and then I was going to go to
1:43:39Costco that day but since I should just
1:43:42do it when she got back and go back on
1:43:44Monday get some chicken or vegetables
1:43:46and stuff like that I got most of
1:43:47everything from that clicklist the King
1:43:49Soopers everybody hung out of the house
1:43:51and
1:43:52played outside and before it got too hot
1:43:55outside
1:43:56and just play in the playroom and do
1:43:58some things around the house because it
1:43:59gets so hot out there like we couldn't
1:44:00go to the park because they were doing
1:44:02like some drainage thing and they had
1:44:03everything dug up and
1:44:05whatever it does rain it just like pulls
1:44:07up really high and it was just one of
1:44:09those deals because you're in a newer
1:44:10neighborhood is that right uh
1:44:14our house was built in 2013. okay but
1:44:16there was already houses there I think
1:44:17those houses have been there for a
1:44:18little while oh okay
1:44:21um so will you guys come in or you're
1:44:24hanging around the house playing around
1:44:25the house so what happens around dinner
1:44:27time
1:44:28so McKenna all right sorry Jeremy

1:44:33McKenna uh watched the girls that night
1:44:36I went to a Rockies game
1:44:38yeah
1:44:39I was um people from work and who did
1:44:43you go with from work it was um so it

1:44:52you still are oh yeah I was like Cody

1:44:57that's because there was a raffle we had
1:44:59some work okay so it was it was a work

1:45:13then I came home about 11 did you win oh
1:45:17yeah I was walking off three one home
1:45:19run and then bottom of the knife nice so
1:45:20this is Saturday night right Saturday
1:45:22night so what time did you actually
1:45:23leave to go to the Rockies game it was
1:45:24like four five o'clock five o'clocked at
1:45:27the game start at seven or six ten six
1:45:29ten yeah I got a bath and eat dinner or
1:45:31yeah the latest dog or the lazy dog so
1:45:33did you eat dinner with not same people

1:46:43people you work with get them together
1:46:44every once in a while not I mean not not
1:46:47mainly this was just like a random thing

1:46:51it was just like one of those random
1:46:52things did you pick them to go

1:47:01or no no it was just a random thing yeah

1:47:08um they asked you how much to give him a
1:47:10cannon and she was like it's like don't
1:47:12give her 60 degree or 50 it's like just
1:47:13give her 50 because like okay you don't
1:47:15want to overpayer I'm like okay if I get
1:47:17there and uh
1:47:19the expedition was there I think that
1:47:22was that was Jeremy's white star
1:47:25and uh I gave her the money and girls
1:47:28were fine they were a pizza that I
1:47:30ordered pizza for him that night for him
1:47:32like that
1:47:34and then then after that I went inside I
1:47:36went to bed
1:47:37and then did it were the girls in bed oh
1:47:39yeah yeah they were they were totally
1:47:41passed out
1:47:42and wish the mom there to help McKenna
1:47:44or no I think she dropped off the car
1:47:47because I didn't see anybody in the car
1:47:48when I pulled up
1:47:56either I didn't see anybody in the car
1:47:58as far as her mom was but I think just
1:48:00dropped her car off so like when I got
1:48:01home like it just
1:48:04okay so and I need to keep going back to
1:48:06the market scene but you were with your
1:48:07co-workers there did you mention to
1:48:09either of them about
1:48:10you know issues that you're having a
1:48:13life or anything like that or at least
1:48:14not those type of people that you would
1:48:15talk to like that no okay nothing like
1:48:17that nothing at all like that because
1:48:19like it's as personal type of things I
1:48:22don't I didn't want like people at work
1:48:23really knowing like anything that I'm
1:48:25going through only person I really told
1:48:28is my foreman just because like you know
1:48:30if is that who is that Luke Apple okay

1:48:34him like you know like I wanted him to
1:48:36be aware like if if he felt like my mind

1:50:25when you wake up so Sunday morning we uh
1:50:30like like normally like Bella
1:50:33actually goes into Cece's room and wakes
1:50:35her up this time so it happens
1:50:39but uh yeah so that happens and then we
1:50:42go downstairs and watch Bubble Guppies
1:50:44and stuff like that
1:50:46and uh I put a little early that day
1:50:49because
1:50:50Jeremy's son Kaden called buddy
1:50:55he's uh turned four wait are you talking
1:50:58about 29 already no it's like Sunday
1:51:01afternoon oh you put them in bed for a
1:51:03nap oh okay okay yeah they have a nap in
1:51:06the middle of the day that's the best
1:51:08yeah okay so they um we go over there
1:51:11after that I wake them up it goes
1:51:13straight there what time is that using
1:51:16that you think so it was a part of the
1:51:17one I woke him about 12 30. I do you
1:51:20guys have a present for this little guy
1:51:22yeah and how did you get the present oh
1:51:24we've been a Target that day and I got
1:51:26him a little down so far okay
1:51:28so earlier before their naps yeah Target

1:51:40got back it was about that time and they
1:51:42had some for like that little early

1:51:50okay so uh bay that and they went third
1:51:54and math
1:51:55and then after that we went to Jeremy's
1:51:58house and we're over there for like 1 15
1:52:02to like probably 4 35 o'clock
1:52:06it was like I didn't know it was going
1:52:08to be like a water balloon like pool
1:52:09thing that little mini pool out there
1:52:11water balloons and everything
1:52:15about it no I didn't have swimsuits of
1:52:17water shoes with me or anything like
1:52:18that I feel like it was uh yeah yeah
1:52:22okay I love that oh see see she loves
1:52:26loves just getting in the water Bella
1:52:28was more like taking the water balloons
1:52:30out and just like you know spraying them
1:52:32everywhere type deal okay so you you get
1:52:35home about what time you think about 4
1:52:3835 o'clock okay so what happens after
1:52:41that
1:52:42um immediately just put in the shower
1:52:44and try to wash them off because they
1:52:46had you know sand and everything because
1:52:47they had a little sandbox over there
1:52:48like with their playground
1:52:50and uh so I just put them in the shower
1:52:52immediately just wash them off they can
1:52:54usually like wash their hair by
1:52:55themselves
1:52:56and whatnot so are you in the shower
1:52:58with him I'm on the outside on the
1:53:00outside yeah I'm just like I let them
1:53:01kind of do their thing and wash them up
1:53:03and everything and get them to write off
1:53:05this lotion on our pajamas go downstairs
1:53:07they wanted pizza again so a couple
1:53:09Pizza
1:53:11what kind of pajamas did you put on them
1:53:13nightgowns
1:53:14what does those look like
1:53:17probably I think Celeste had like a pink
1:53:20one with like little
1:53:23like a drawing of like a bird or
1:53:25something like that okay
1:53:27and uh Bella
1:53:31and it might have been one that said

1:53:38as a multi-colored one might have a
1:53:40unicorn on it they have so many of those
1:53:42Knockouts is it a dress or are they no
1:53:45no no no it's like a dress yeah it just
1:53:47kind of like falls down underneath it's
1:53:49hot so they sleep hot they sweat like
1:53:51crazy okay do they check their their
1:53:53pajamas off at all during the night
1:53:56she has a nighttime diaper
1:54:00digital nighttime diaper that can I mean
1:54:02as far as getting hot and stuff they
1:54:04don't like strip their clothes off and
1:54:05roll than I eat because they get hot or
1:54:07anything no or do you think nothing I've
1:54:09never seen to do that I'm unless they
1:54:11have pants on like if they have like a
1:54:13like they'll be like their mermaid
1:54:14pajamas that has like a T-shirt and
1:54:16pants they'll take that off the shirt
1:54:18part the pants all the pants yeah
1:54:20because it gets a lot right
1:54:22so the uh
1:54:26I've never heard that yet
1:54:30[ __ ] just is that what it was baby no I
1:54:33was just like maybe it was like the
1:54:35basket and hit or something like that no
1:54:37I wasn't touching it no there's another
1:54:39room they always have that yeah they'll
1:54:42have that
1:54:43um okay so you get them in their pajamas

1:54:46FaceTime uh transparents
1:54:50it's a nice man there's her parents yeah
1:54:52her parents yeah so they uh they
1:54:54FaceTime them for a little while and
1:54:57after that they sit on the couch they'll
1:54:59have a Minnie Mouse and one DC has a
1:55:01Minnie Mouse couch and Bella has a Sofia
1:55:03the first couch and they chill there and
1:55:05getting a little snack and
1:55:07Celeste doesn't blow away for his Bell
1:55:09to have some chips and then they each
1:55:11wanted the switch after they were done
1:55:13so
1:55:14sorry uh Bella had them in the Wafers
1:55:17after that and she had some like
1:55:19Cheez-Its or something like that okay
1:55:22and then after that let's brush your
1:55:27teeth and
1:55:28got him ready for bed and they're both
1:55:29used to potty and like they normally do
1:55:32and put them in bed
1:55:34okay do I normally go to bed right away
1:55:35or oh they lay in bed like they don't
1:55:38get out like once the rain machines are
1:55:40on and lights are out like Bella came
1:55:42out twice that time just because she
1:55:44knew like shenan was coming home it's
1:55:46like I told her like all right she'll be
1:55:47home Monday type thing because like
1:55:49Shannon's not gonna just go in there and
1:55:51wake her up at like in the middle of the
1:55:52night type thing
1:56:01when you wake up okay when you wake up
1:56:04okay about two or about two times she
1:56:06came out asking about that but it's last
1:56:09time
1:56:10she hasn't done that yet so as far as
1:56:13um said he talked to shiny and at least
1:56:15one time to ask about how much to pay

1:56:20other time oh yeah like during the day

1:56:26you know texting back and forth I don't

1:57:02yeah we're just you know talking after
1:57:04everything went and everything like that
1:57:05and once I got him home like um after
1:57:08the after the party and got into bed and
1:57:10everything until you know about this
1:57:11like she knows you're coming home and
1:57:13she's like she's ready and everything
1:57:14and she was texting me like about like
1:57:16this the power went out I guess in
1:57:18Arizona goes to the dust storms and her
1:57:21friend uh Addie and Cindy like they paid
1:57:22for dinner and stuff like that and
1:57:25um yeah Nicole and her were at the
1:57:27airport and at his plane got delayed and
1:57:31they're hoping there's ringing delayed
1:57:32but ended up getting delayed
1:57:34so what like if you could have taken her
1:57:36pulse then like how was she as far as
1:57:39communicating with you or she you know
1:57:41like same old shenan or was she still
1:57:44kind of upset or I mean it's kind of
1:57:47hard to tell through that those texts
1:57:49but like she was ready to get home and
1:57:51see the girls just be home but as far as
1:57:54her relationship with you how did that
1:57:56feel to you I mean it felt I mean I felt
1:57:59like she did when she left like it felt
1:58:01like you know like
1:58:02she was like in that state of mind where
1:58:05like okay she decided to be home like
1:58:08maybe she was like
1:58:11it's kind of hard to really tell but
1:58:12through text but like she wanted to get
1:58:15home and see us because she had been
1:58:17away like she when she was in North
1:58:19Carolina for six weeks and then she
1:58:20comes home for two days and goes to
1:58:22Arizona like she only been home for like
1:58:23two days and uh
1:58:26six and a half weeks fan so she's just
1:58:28ready to be home be with us and just
1:58:29kind of like just be around us
1:58:33so
1:58:34what time was she originally supposed to
1:58:36be home 11 11 yeah okay
1:58:39okay
1:58:39um so obviously that gets delayed until
1:58:41yeah whenever yep she got home she
1:58:44didn't get home till like two she didn't
1:58:46leave there to like 11. I think they're
1:58:47an hour behind Okay in Phoenix okay okay
1:58:51at this time of year because she text
1:58:52you when she landed or I mean you know
1:58:54no she texted me that it was delayed and
1:58:57I think she texted me when she took
1:58:58office she didn't text me when she
1:59:00landed I mean I just felt her like get
1:59:02into bed okay and he said that was
1:59:04around too and you know there was a
1:59:07doorbell thing is that what you said
1:59:08yeah 148 it described the doorbell thing
1:59:11so it's got like whatever like a
1:59:13proximity like she walks up
1:59:15make a motion thing yeah okay and now is
1:59:18that tied to like a home security system
1:59:20or is it just a single doorbell thing
1:59:23that doorbell like records it on
1:59:26to the uh our control panel
1:59:29so it's all tied together yeah like
1:59:32garage alarms yeah everything yeah
1:59:34Windows whatever there's no windows but
1:59:37just like okay there's a living room
1:59:38like motion thing and a basement motion
1:59:40and like we have a open and shut sensors
1:59:44on the basement door and the sliding or
1:59:46sliding door
1:59:48and obviously the front door and both
1:59:50garage doors so is it anytime they're
1:59:52open or just if there's something
1:59:54period of time so like uh if once at the
1:59:58door is left open after a certain amount
2:00:00of time it'll say uh the front door at
2:00:0328.25 Saratoga trails and left open
2:00:06so did it alert you that she was outside
2:00:09using the keypad to get in when she got
2:00:11home or no it just picked her up walking
2:00:14up the door and did it alert you back
2:00:17when I saw the next morning it wasn't
2:00:20enough that it woke you up oh no no it's
2:00:23very like a faint like
2:00:25what's the living room one what's that
2:00:27for that's just a motion detector like
2:00:29if like you set alarm to away like you
2:00:32know nobody's gonna be in the house
2:00:33that's you know stuff like that it'll
2:00:35take that up and set alarm off does it
2:00:38is it on when you're home though
2:00:41no like we said to a way while you're
2:00:43home you're just going to check the
2:00:44alarm okay so you don't have any of
2:00:46those like active I guess when you're
2:00:48well it's it's always active but it's
2:00:51not set to you can set it away and stay
2:00:53or disarmed but it's still going to pick
2:00:55it up oh okay but you know like if you
2:00:57look on my phone like you go to the
2:00:59Vivint app it'll show you
2:01:01like uh living room motions isn't
2:01:03detected so and I guess so just for my
2:01:05own knowledge did you actually look at
2:01:07that obviously when she went missing and
2:01:10the girl did you look at your living
2:01:12room alarms and that I mean to see if
2:01:14there was stuff going on no it doesn't
2:01:16like once because we had so many like
2:01:18like doorbell trips because it was
2:01:20messing up so much as far as like little
2:01:22things setting off it only I can only go
2:01:24to the history so far
2:01:26so you don't pay for the cloud storage
2:01:28for that no okay is that an option I had
2:01:32never given it to me okay but like so
2:01:34how far does it go back
2:01:37this is I'm not sure how many like
2:01:39different like
2:01:41events that you can store like it'll
2:01:43have notifications you can scroll Bell
2:01:45eventually just ends
2:01:46not sure how long it'll actually keep it
2:01:48so when you when this all happened did
2:01:50you look on there and it's like the only
2:01:52thing that I saw that was really strange
2:01:54was that uh when I left it said uh the
2:01:57garage door stayed open
2:02:00and no so if that was on there at five
2:02:04whatever in the morning right
2:02:06wouldn't the other stuff still be there
2:02:07too that happened after like if there
2:02:09was Motion in the living room or the
2:02:11basement or whatever it should have been
2:02:13the only thing there was like a basement
2:02:14door left open and garage door left open
2:02:18oh what about the basement door left
2:02:20open it was about the same time 527 yeah
2:02:23it was like like within a minute
2:02:29and then what was the other one did you
2:02:31say that garage door that's open
2:02:34was the basement door open when you went
2:02:36back not that I remember
2:02:39like when I got there everything was
2:02:40shot crossed over shot facing door shut

2:02:47the basement
2:02:50that's a garden level okay so there's
2:02:52like the windows I mean you can you can
2:02:55see the backyard it's not like one of
2:02:56the ones that's like a normal one where
2:02:58it's like a deep
2:02:59like a deep dive like where you can you
2:03:01have to look up to see like the the
2:03:03level of the grass what's the basement
2:03:05door then I guess

2:03:16basement door that leads down in the
2:03:17basement

2:03:22sensor it tells you when it's open
2:03:24because you can
2:03:25simply the garden level basement the
2:03:27windows I mean you could I mean you can
2:03:29walk you can walk into the like the the
2:03:32backyard and you can open a Windows and
2:03:34you don't have to dip down you just open
2:03:36a window and you can walk in type thing
2:03:41so there's an alarm on the yeah because
2:03:44like you could I mean if an intruder
2:03:47came in yeah through the window yeah
2:03:48like stuff like that okay okay
2:03:51and that one went off too like was that
2:03:54before the garage or after the garage
2:03:56one was a 5.6 ones at 527. I think the

2:04:03basement left open

2:07:25don't think I can relax with it but it's

2:07:28uh yeah she'll go through she'll do that

2:07:34pretty much it and then she'll lay in
2:07:36bed and she'll text people call people
2:07:38like if she needs to as far as like
2:07:40anybody and promoter customer
2:07:42any mind either does he charge her phone
2:07:46next to the bed
2:07:48what about I heard she had an Apple
2:07:49Watch is that right yeah did she charge
2:07:52does she charge her Apple watch every
2:07:53night the Charger's sitting right there
2:07:55next to it but does she do it every
2:07:57night or does she wait till it it's
2:07:59almost dead I should use it every night
2:08:01every night she doesn't sleep with her

2:08:33know she we're both like furnaces so
2:08:35like we're in bed so

2:08:48the gear up because when like my
2:08:51thoughts are crawl into bed
2:08:53was there hugging or pissing or anything

2:09:21filter because that bed is except for
2:09:23feeding bed but like it's it sucks I

2:09:31um as far as like jewelry you just take
2:09:33off jewelry and enough she wears jewelry

2:11:07after that that's when uh she talked
2:11:10that she had told me the night before
2:11:11like you know when I get home I wanna
2:11:13want to get up so I can get this airport
2:11:15off and take a shower you know tell me
2:11:17what that means well let's get the
2:11:19airport off of me you know like stuff is
2:11:21saying like she didn't want to just you
2:11:23know
2:11:23get in that light and top in the shower
2:11:26and stuff like that so you just want to
2:11:27go to sleep so like she wanted to get up
2:11:29like when I got up so she could take a
2:11:31shower she wanted to get up in two hours
2:11:35she thought that like she'd be home at
2:11:3711 but that wasn't the case oh so she
2:11:40did she tell you that when she used to
2:11:42be home in a lot yeah but did you think
2:11:43still like maybe she still wants to get
2:11:45up and I just I felt if I assume like I
2:11:50know I'm just you know it's not gonna be
2:11:52in trouble why did you wake me up
2:11:54I've I've done that many times and I
2:11:56learned that you have to just do what
2:12:00she says okay so when it comes to that
2:12:02because it's just I don't want a bigger

2:12:28rubber like rub her head just a little
2:12:29bit just kind of wake her up like slowly
2:12:32not where it's like jolting her or
2:12:34anything like that and that's all over
2:12:36up so are you outside the bed when
2:12:38you're doing that I slid back into bed
2:12:39if you're in bed doing that yeah like on

2:12:44um so I'm in my work clothes and
2:12:45everything like that okay and what does
2:12:47she say
2:12:48she's like uh it's an actor like hey you
2:12:50want to wake up take a shower and she's
2:12:52like ah yeah I'll do it something like
2:12:54that and I I told her like can we like
2:12:56can we talk a little bit and she was
2:12:57like yes and stop like was she groggy at
2:13:00all or was she not in the shoes she was
2:13:02pretty
2:13:09you know
2:13:11we need to sell this house like we need
2:13:14to
2:13:15downsize we need to get something to
2:13:17where we're not it's like it's not
2:13:19strapped so much
2:13:21because I mean the house I mean you're
2:13:22paying like
2:13:23I mean can I go now unless we're paying
2:13:26a month for the house it was like 2 700
2:13:27bucks a month
2:13:29and that's that's that's that's a lot
2:13:31and I mean with the kids school like it
2:13:34was a lot so I was like all right if we

2:13:38already contacted the realtor like the
2:13:40week before through an email
2:13:42so like the realtor already kind of new
2:13:45about like that we were interested in
2:13:47buying the house
2:13:49like how long have you lived in that
2:13:50house 2013. okay so you may 2015. okay
2:13:55so like that I went through that and
2:13:57actually like I was you know maybe just
2:13:59get something smaller like bright and
2:14:02North Glen I mean somewhere that's
2:14:05cheaper I mean I know nothing's cheap

2:14:07for just something but like I told her
2:14:09you know like and told her about what I
2:14:12was feeling like I didn't want to text
2:14:13her I didn't want to call her about like
2:14:14a separation like like really like
2:14:17I wanted to be face to face while
2:14:18they're talking about that
2:14:20and so tell me how that conversation
2:14:22went it was just about like I just don't
2:14:25feel the connection anymore
2:14:26and that like how we're how we were
2:14:29together like it just wasn't working

2:14:34had in the beginning I don't feel that

2:14:40know like that's more just just crying
2:14:42and emotional and it was was he mad at

2:14:57like I didn't she accused you of
2:15:00anything I mean being a woman I mean
2:15:02she's like is there somebody else I'm
2:15:04like no there's nobody else I mean this

2:15:09isn't it like somebody came into my life
2:15:11and took me from you this is you know me

2:15:19outside influence coming from this like

2:15:58still getting that message from people
2:15:59without girls that I was friends with
2:16:01and she asked questions and like stuff

2:16:04know her like and I were just like I
2:16:07would just like you know

2:16:13jealous person that would you know look
2:16:15through your phone or and she had full
2:16:17access to my phone I know but did she

2:16:26and she said

2:16:30would run like

2:19:26here did she have insurance when that
2:19:28happened what okay yeah it was like over

2:19:33how much you guys will have left to pay
2:19:35on that she covered all the finances as
2:19:38far as like that how long ago was that
2:19:40that surgery it was last

2:20:36adenoids removed oh goodness
2:20:39so there's that
2:20:41yeah that was that that what medication
2:20:43are they on are they on some medication
2:20:45um they have inhalers for like
2:20:48um for they were going through like like
2:20:51they said it was like child asthma but I
2:20:54couldn't call it asthma because they're
2:20:55so young so they would have like a
2:20:57little inhaler that albuterol inhaler
2:20:58there
2:21:00and see if you have Singulair
2:21:03which was for allergies like
2:21:06um and Bella or enthusiastic result too
2:21:09for the acid reflux
2:21:13that's the stuff that you'd give them at
2:21:15night pretty much all my Brazil I just
2:21:17kind of give gives you that
2:21:19when uh just throughout the day like 30
2:21:21minutes before she eats if that's just I
2:21:23gotta remember like somewhere in there
2:21:24and sing when I give it to her at night

2:23:04our plate and how much was discharged in
2:23:07that bankruptcy

2:30:35minimum on it so like I don't use them

2:32:50garages and cars parked on the outside

2:33:00row like they found somebody
2:33:02like um on cameras are you saying you
2:33:05parked the the truck a little closer to
2:33:07your house or well like sometimes I was
2:33:10parking on on the neighbor's side for
2:33:11his camera phases oh just so they can
2:33:13touch it just like it like it's my my
2:33:16goal on the camera doesn't reach that

2:33:22at the surveillance video he told me
2:33:23where to park it oh he did yeah so that
2:33:25it could watch it yeah okay he told me
2:33:27to park it like right I didn't want to
2:33:29park in front of the driveway because I

2:33:32life or somebody didn't forgot like oh

2:33:41truck and yeah so I got in my truck

2:33:46can get everything in because since it
2:33:48was over the weekend like at everything
2:33:50already inside like I want to just give
2:33:52I have my big clear container and my
2:33:54O-rings and like my headphones or my ear
2:33:56earbuds and everything like that and I
2:33:59had to get a couple like uh combination
2:34:01wrenches opening wrenches for my toolbox
2:34:03I knew like I was gonna rebuild some
2:34:04stuff a stuffing box that day or helping
2:34:06Troy do that and Cody and uh Melissa and
2:34:10Chad we're gonna be out there too so I
2:34:12had to get some opening wrenches and
2:34:14stuff like that out of my own toolbox
2:34:16because that works better than the ones
2:34:17like because they're for longer more to
2:34:20work on them so get all that threw it in

2:35:44in the house or wherever you put them
2:35:45take that container out you can do it
2:35:46like that one solid on the Friday like I
2:35:48got everything done like get it in there
2:35:50get it was that normal that you would
2:35:52take it out on Friday and then that
2:35:53Monday when you go to work you would
2:35:55back your truck in and load your stuff
2:35:56in I mean but that's pretty cool for me
2:35:58that's a normal thing routine that you
2:36:00do okay just because you don't want to
2:36:02leave it out there for the weekend yeah
2:36:04because that's especially if it's
2:36:06somebody like Ryan or like going around
2:36:08trying to steal stuff out of like trucks
2:36:10or things and uh but during the week you
2:36:13at least throw the camera or something
2:36:15or yeah like I'm usually pretty up all

2:36:21somebody had to go up to my truck
2:36:23maybe my doorbell camera will get it

2:36:5152. and then go out to like while on top
2:36:55so start from like your driveway like

2:37:06Windham Hill Parkway and just tell me
2:37:08right through left that you're going

2:39:47a uh there's a spot on the ground like a
2:39:50wet spot like a like oil was leaking
2:39:51okay so he said like it just kind of
2:39:54happened on Friday and I was and Troy
2:39:56told me about it I told my dad you know
2:39:59did you go right there with him of
2:40:01trying to help him fix that or Friday I
2:40:03was gonna work no I mean but Monday
2:40:05morning because it wasn't like he was
2:40:06going to meet me out there but he
2:40:07decided to go that 10 29 first to uh
2:40:11check on that pump unit get it trying to
2:40:13stroke up trying to see it feel like get
2:40:15some pump action down the hole okay so
2:40:17you're at 6 45 at um 3 19 and where
2:40:22you're like what time does your do your
2:40:24other people show up probably about I'm
2:40:27going to say about 7 15 7 30 from around
2:40:30there and I'm like I'm trying to
2:40:31pressure test the line to see if I can
2:40:33find a leak did they see you like I mean
2:40:35there's like trucks out there and you're
2:40:37out there are you having conversation
2:40:39yeah oh yeah everybody's out there like
2:40:40the word pressure definitely line we're
2:40:42digging that line down a little bit so
2:40:44you can see something spraying out and
2:40:46so why aren't I guess I'm why are they
2:40:48not there when you're there they might
2:40:49get office first most of the time like
2:40:51they either go the office first you
2:40:53always feel the first one or two okay
2:40:54like we have a couple guys that start
2:40:55out in the field some people start out
2:40:57in the office I just knew he had a leak
2:40:58there over the weekend I was just like
2:41:00all right let's see what this is or I
2:41:01don't want this like game like somewhere
2:41:03where it's gonna get so big that it's
2:41:05gonna be like all right I've got like a
2:41:07health stage environmental issue on our
2:41:08hands back there
2:41:10okay
2:41:12um and as far as you leaving at 5 30 and
2:41:14getting to your place at you know 6 45
2:41:16is that normal like you would normally
2:41:18obviously between 5 30 and six o'clock
2:41:20somewhere around there okay I just knew
2:41:22it's taking a while to get out there I
2:41:24want to be out like but we usually like
2:41:25to start at work at like 6 30. okay so
2:41:28like if I'm going to the office I'll
2:41:30leave like 5 50 or so did you pick up
2:41:32anyone on the way or something anyway
2:41:34like at the convenience store gas
2:41:36station any stops
2:41:39no on the way out there no okay if you
2:41:42go straight out there all of a sudden
2:41:43the co-workers start showing up around 7
2:41:4515 7 30 and then how long are you at
2:41:48that well
2:41:51probably till because we're at that 10
2:41:5429 like for most of the day
2:41:57I know at the 10 29 we were probably
2:41:58there at 11.
2:42:01because we were there or probably nearly
2:42:04about 10 o'clock we were there
2:42:06but
2:42:07it's at that one location probably about
2:42:09an hour
2:42:13trying to get because we had to dig out
2:42:14that line right where it was leaking
2:42:15right where like because when the pipe
2:42:17comes out of the ground it was leaking
2:42:19like maybe like a foot underneath it and
2:42:22what happened like really like something
2:42:23like eight through a corroded the pipe
2:42:25and when we're pressure testing the line
2:42:27up to a certain up to a certain PSI we
2:42:30finally got up to a certain Phi or and
2:42:32just started this like bubbling oil out
2:42:34of the ground
2:42:35and it was I don't know anything about
2:42:37that that sounds bad I can show you a
2:42:39picture
2:42:41that doesn't sound like that's how it's
2:42:43supposed to work so okay so 11 o'clock
2:42:46you're 10 29. yeah I hit the other two
2:42:49locations that's always about in between
2:42:51because the 1029 were there for the rest
2:42:53of the day until I left so 319 till when
2:42:56do you think

2:43:02you go to which well I stop by at 6 29
2:43:04but I wasn't there for very long for
2:43:06like 30 minutes or so because I had some

2:43:13the well ahead added I thought I had two
2:43:15whip checks only had one so I was like

2:43:24if it was ready to run it wasn't so what

2:45:22were trying to call me and said the

2:45:25completed as dialed or something like

2:45:39and then I uh I got a hold of Luke I
2:45:43think if I got either from this phone or
2:45:44this phone and told him like Hey I'm out
2:45:46here
2:45:47like a phone call yeah okay yeah
2:45:50and why did YouTube is that normally
2:45:52even wow it sounds good because uh I
2:45:55think uh Troy or Chad feeling like yeah
2:45:56we were trying to get a hold of you
2:46:12as far as like because sometimes you got
2:46:14like a radio tower here and there it
2:46:15just knocks out everything okay and you
2:46:18said you tried earlier that you tried to
2:46:20call shenan is that right that's
2:46:21actually like 7 40. all right
2:46:24uh you text her when 7 40 in the morning

2:46:28and then did you ever try and call her
2:46:31during the day no okay I'm not sure what
2:46:33time is that I can't get that far in my
2:46:35phone now

2:47:00called her again and at 12 I texted her

2:47:06at 12 10 that's when Nicole showed up at
2:47:08the house so I got I got a alert saying
2:47:11the doorbell detected a visitor and
2:47:13that's when I called her about 12 times
2:47:15what's going on
2:47:17and she said that you know Sharon hasn't
2:47:18uh got a hold of anybody or answered
2:47:21anybody for today so she got home so
2:47:24okay yeah like or or just like looking
2:47:28at she said the house or the shoes were
2:47:32laying next to the door
2:47:33and the car was still in the garage
2:47:35isn't that weird the shoes thing why did
2:47:37you bring out the shoes thing well I
2:47:38guess you could see him sitting right
2:47:39there I mean that's the ones like she
2:47:42was wearing I guess uh in the airport oh
2:47:45okay just the one she wears like she has
2:47:48a couple different flip-flops that she
2:47:50wears but those are I think those are
2:47:51the ones you probably wore from the
2:47:52airport because they were sitting next
2:47:54to the door did you find any of her
2:47:55shoes missing she has an old Shoe Closet

2:52:04said you open the garage door and go
2:52:07through the house tell me all the things

2:52:11and so it's odd it was well the car
2:52:15being in there with the car seats I was

2:52:18the purse wallet still being there phone
2:52:22oh the phone's a big thing for me and
2:52:25that's still there does she seem like
2:52:27she was pretty attached to her phone
2:52:28well everybody knows she is
2:52:30she's very attached to it okay
2:52:35and the kids imagine
2:52:38those are the odd things what about her
2:52:40meds does she imagine that she would
2:52:41take
2:52:42only one she takes
2:52:45regularly as Imitrex and that was not
2:52:47there
2:52:48like the medicine she had in her purse
2:52:50was for nausea not Imitrex
2:52:52for migraines
2:52:55and that was gone that was not in
2:52:56Reverse like the one that they said was
2:52:58there for that's always interesting no
2:53:00it was like for Naja once I read it okay
2:53:03as far as do you think it could have
2:53:05been in her luggage that she left there
2:53:07or
2:53:08I'm not sure it would have been in her
2:53:10purse okay did you go through her
2:53:12luggage like looking for clues or I
2:53:14didn't go through a luggage dip
2:53:16I like their hernitrary stuff she sucks

2:53:25beds were like pulled back or how were

2:53:48bed like from the airport she's gonna
2:53:49wash the sheets the next day
2:53:51so that's what I thought when I got home
2:53:53because she had woke up and yeah yeah

2:53:59or though she's in on the bed now or no

2:54:04are they still in the piles or whatever

2:54:10like I watched I watched everything and
2:54:12I put uh different sheets on there
2:54:15so where are the cheeks oh you wash
2:54:17those sheets did you put them away in
2:54:18the closet or something
2:54:21it should either be like right on the
2:54:23pile on the ground or something like
2:54:25that right there in the bedroom yeah

2:54:28so I so you watch the sheets that were

2:54:38should still be in the room oh clean

2:54:49already I wanted to just make the bed

2:54:58sheets from you changing it or so Monday

2:55:48sounds and whatnot okay and that's gone
2:55:50you said right yeah yeah but Bella's
2:55:52cat's still there
2:55:54but she is attached to the cat and see
2:55:57if he wants to the dog
2:55:59not as much not as much
2:56:02anything else missing weird

2:56:09um the pajamas that they were in that
2:56:11you put them in after they shot the
2:56:12nightgowns or whatever are those at the
2:56:14house I didn't see those I mean they're
2:56:16still like there's like dirty laundry in
2:56:18there from the kids okay
2:56:20but like I didn't see those in per se
2:56:26not the ones I described to you okay

2:56:32um so obviously you know you've had a
2:56:34lot of time to think about this stuff
2:56:36and
2:56:37um just talking to me like what are your
2:56:40thoughts like what are you thinking
2:56:41right now as far as you know what's
2:56:43happened or
2:56:45like the first thing I thought she was
2:56:47with somebody
2:56:49I thought you know like you know she's
2:56:51at a friend's house and she's just
2:56:54decompressing whatnot
2:56:57but I now like that for like yesterday
2:57:00and now today it's it's
2:57:03I feel like she's not safe so like
2:57:05either she is in trouble or somebody is
2:57:08hurt her and the kids and
2:57:10we can't find them we don't know where
2:57:11they are
2:57:12so if I ask you on the polygraph test if
2:57:15you physically caused
2:57:17shenan's disappearance can you pass that
2:57:20yes question what do you think I mean by
2:57:22that when I'm asking you if you're
2:57:24physically caused shenan's disappearance
2:57:27if I what does that mean to you
2:57:29if you ask me that like I feel like
2:57:32you're asking me did I have anything to
2:57:34do with it myself or did I help somebody
2:57:36do it and I had no part in any of that I
2:57:40know it's totally awful to think about
2:57:42but what are ways because I need to make
2:57:46sure that you know what I'm talking
2:57:47about what are ways that you can make
2:57:49someone disappear

2:57:54I mean like as you talk about like what
2:57:56I've seen like on the movies or like how

2:58:10through all of these scenarios in your
2:58:12head because I want you to know for sure

2:58:16you know asking you if you physically
2:58:17caused her disappearance okay like you
2:58:20would hire somebody or you'd have a
2:58:22somebody know that
2:58:25that would do it I mean it's like I
2:58:28don't I mean it's hard it's a hard
2:58:29question and I noticed that's a hard
2:58:31question to answer right because I I

3:05:16before she went to bed that night okay

3:05:19so to your knowledge

3:05:23the last time you would have seen her

3:05:26in the monitor as it was like honestly
3:05:29if someone you know you know we have to
3:05:32talk about worst case scenarios

3:05:36murdered her that would not have been
3:05:38the last time you saw her do you agree

3:25:48bring some flashing the 1900 every
3:25:49mirror and I usually ask people I'm like
3:25:51just describe how you felt when you
3:25:52realize you're getting pulled over by
3:25:54the police it's kind of right right now
3:25:56I feel you know most people have the
3:25:58heart beating out of the chest they kind
3:25:59of start hyperventilating some people
3:26:01get mad some people get sad well all the
3:26:04things that are happening inside your
3:26:05body when you realize you're getting
3:26:06pulled over by the police or actually
3:26:08being regulated by your autonomic
3:26:09nervous system okay
3:26:12it kind of sounds like automatic because
3:26:14that's basically what it is whenever
3:26:15your brain senses that you're in a
3:26:16stressful or threatening situation it
3:26:18automatically kicks in these
3:26:20physiological changes inside your body
3:26:21because it thinks it needs to help keep
3:26:23you alive okay have you heard a fight
3:26:25flight or freeze before so excuse me
3:26:28Chris you're walking in the woods you
3:26:29hear a bear growl you're going to fight
3:26:31the berry in the freezer you're going to
3:26:32run away that's kind of your brain going
3:26:34you're going to overload right now you
3:26:35can't really process what's happening so
3:26:37I'm going to give you three options to
3:26:38help keep you alive okay so a lot of
3:26:40people are like what the hell does that
3:26:42have to do with telling a lie well I'm
3:26:44sure you would agree from a very young
3:26:45age your father taught you you know that
3:26:48Toronto lie cheaters feel would you
3:26:50agree with that and that there's
3:26:52consequences when you lie to your still
3:26:54would you agree with that so if I ask
3:26:56you a question Chris and I say did you
3:26:58do whatever and the word no comes down
3:27:00to your mouth your brain will
3:27:02automatically sensitize and stressful or
3:27:04threatening situation because it knows
3:27:06there's consequences with that lie you
3:27:07just told the severity of it it really
3:27:09doesn't matter to your brain I mean you
3:27:11could get grounded Friday a or you could
3:27:13spend the rest of your life in prison
3:27:14your brain really can't really
3:27:16differentiate between the severity of
3:27:17the consequence it just knows holy cow

3:27:21those lies and it starts those same
3:27:23physiological changes inside your body
3:27:25okay the same things that were happening
3:27:26when you heard the bear grow on the
3:27:27woods and the same things that were
3:27:29happening when you realized you were
3:27:30getting pulled over by the police okay
3:27:31so the awesome thing about the polygraph
3:27:33is I get to measure what's going on
3:27:34inside your body when you're answering
3:27:36questions on the test okay and I do that
3:27:38by attaching these components to you

3:27:47questions on the test where I know
3:27:48you're telling a truth like is your name

3:31:03just so far straight up in the air for

3:31:18thing about doing it on the calf is we
3:31:20just have to make sure we don't step on
3:31:21it and it doesn't rub I guess we're back
3:31:22which I think you'll be fine just make
3:31:25sure we don't step on the cord okay and
3:31:27then the last thing we use these are
3:31:29called electrodermal activity activity
3:31:31place in layman's terms are just going
3:31:33to measure your sweat kind of activity
3:31:34during the test okay so that's why I
3:31:37need your arm

3:31:45so

3:38:45say the word instead of moving your head

3:38:48said I know most people don't do that on
