1:59mean I mean I can tell him if if get to
2:02go to my friend's house if okay I'm not

2:07like 4 hours you you want me to just go
2:09talk to him and let him know when the
2:10house is going to be ready and all that
2:11and when he can go cuz he can go grab a
2:13bite to eat or something right oh yeah
2:15like if there everything should be open
2:16by now around here okay yeah um I'm sure

2:23okay why don't we knock this out um I
2:25think it's the best thing to do to move
2:26past all of this um and then um I'll go
2:29talk to your Dad he'll have the keys

3:05certainly can do whatever you need to or
3:06want to do um but I think that after
3:09this after we knock this out we get you
3:12know we get back to the team and we make
3:13a plan something getting different like
3:16advice like as far as like her mom said
3:18like if it's a kidnapping then I would
3:20she says not to talk to anybody yeah but
3:23like I'm like porn of what to do well I
3:27her mom told you not to talk yeah her
3:29mom said cuz she was advised by someone
3:31like a like police or detective there
3:33that like if he talks to the media it
3:35might oh to the media okay M I thought
3:38you were talking about to the
3:39point no like just the media in general
3:42likez it's gone I mean Today's show Good
3:44Morning America is trying to get a hold
3:45of me my parents friends I just
3:47sometimes we release details that you
3:48know maybe the public they want DET me I
3:50know that's I don't want to impede with
3:53what's going on here and put the things
3:55out because I've watched
3:56enough shows shows that say like all
3:59right don't put things out there before
4:02the police put because then you don't
4:03know if somebody really knows or if they
4:04just saw it on TV yeah well let's do
4:06this um I think while you're doing this
4:09it's going to be completely okay to
4:11ignore your phone and the media and
4:13everyone right okay so let's get this
4:15out of the way I think it'll really
4:17clear your mind a little bit right all
4:19right um so why don't we why don't we

4:24people on Good Morning America all those

4:43but you don't have to worry it's not on

4:49never I've never done this before I know
4:51a lot of people haven't had polygraphs
4:52before it's not like a normal thing that
4:54people go through um a lot of people
4:55like obviously in law enforcement and
4:57places like that they have to go through
4:58polygraphs for their job but other than
5:01that most people never take a polygraph
5:02in their entire life so yes I have like
5:04no idea like what to expect on yeah so
5:08how are you feeling today I'm sick to my
5:11stomach honestly like the first day I
5:13thought okay she was just somewhere sure
5:16and after yesterday all the activity at
5:18my house I was I didn't know it went to
5:22the Other Extreme that's I've just been
5:24like sick myself like that either
5:25somebody has her or she's in trouble and
5:27the kids are not safe either right right
5:30well and I think that's totally awesome
5:33that you're here today I mean I commend
5:35you we do this in all of our missing
5:36person cases so don't think that we're
5:38just singling you out like oh my gosh I
5:40want me to take a polygraph anytime you
5:42know someone was the last person to see
5:44people or you know there's it's a
5:46missing person case we start from the
5:47inside and we work out I mean that's
5:49pretty much what we do so I've done um
5:52polygraphs on the Jessica ritway case I
5:53don't know if you were here for that the
5:56name sounds familiar little girl that
5:57went missing in Westminster and yeah and
6:00then uh just the one that we had in
6:01Thorton um last year or the year before
6:04um so we do this all the time so don't
6:06please don't think that you're being
6:07single that like this is this is one way
6:09that um if you didn't have anything to
6:11do with it that we can let the
6:13investigators know the people that
6:14really do need to know that are looking
6:15for your wife and your little girls um
6:18to let them know like you know what
6:20don't focus on Chris Focus over here
6:22because obviously we've already cleared
6:24him he's good to go now focus on the
6:26real person that did something through
6:28this you know to to
6:30and um little girls so okay so I am my
6:34name is Tammy if you can call me Tammy
6:36I'm an agent with the Colorado Bureau of
6:38Investigation so it's a CBI it's kind of
6:40like the FBI but for Colorado um so we
6:44what our role is um just so you know is
6:46anytime a law enforcement agency or a
6:48district attorney's office or the
6:50governor needs assistance with a case
6:52they can call the CBI to come out and
6:54assist them so obviously in this you
6:56know type of case um they're calling in
6:59all the resources that they can which
7:01includes me um who works out of the
7:03Denver office and I also do polygraphs
7:05so they asked me if I would uh be
7:07willing to come here and chat with you
7:10and and hopefully get you cleared up and
7:12and on your way because it sounds like
7:14that's what you're here for and and
7:16that's awesome because that's mostly
7:18what people want to do is like dude
7:19you're not you're looking at the wrong
7:21person like I just want to show you I
7:22had nothing to do with this and then you
7:23guys can get on your way and you know do
7:25your investigation somewhere else so cuz
7:28that that helps us cuz we don't have to
7:30keep focusing on Chris does that make
7:31sense to you okay um this polygraph
7:34today is going to be recorded obviously
7:36it would be dumb if I didn't because
7:38what if at the end I said you said
7:40whatever and you really didn't say it
7:41obviously they could go back and look at
7:43the recording uh there's a camera right
7:45there there's also a backup digital
7:47recording that I'm doing fails me in the
7:49second I try and trusted it it always
7:51fails me so um so you said that um your
7:55cell phone is it off right now yeah that
7:58would be great
7:59because um we can't have anything like
8:01buzzing vibrating ringing that kind of
8:04stuff so um there's will take um at
8:07least a couple hours to do the polygraph
8:10just because it's a real structured type
8:11of interview process I have to go
8:13through a bunch of things with you um
8:15you're going to get the same polygraph
8:16that I give you know I gave someone last
8:18week so um it's very structured and we
8:22go you know in order and that kind of
8:23stuff and you're going to know the
8:25wording to all the questions that I'm
8:26going to ask you on the test um before
8:28we even take the graph so don't don't a
8:31lot of people come in here and they
8:32think oh they're just going to you know
8:33attach all these components to me and
8:35then just start asking me random
8:36questions that I've never heard before
8:38and of course I'm going to react to that
8:39that's not at all how po polygraph works
8:43yeah you're actually going to probably
8:43know more about polygraphs than anyone
8:46before you leave here today just because
8:47I explain everything to you and how
8:49everything works okay
8:52um obviously you're probably nervous
8:54about taking today's test honestly I
8:55would think something is wrong with you
8:56if you weren't nervous about coming in
8:58here to take a poly
9:00even if people are like I don't have
9:01anything to hide it is nerve-racking and
9:03I have taken tons of polys obviously in
9:06my training um I went to 10 weeks for
9:09training I've been a polygrapher about
9:10for about 5 years um I went to the best
9:13school in the country so I want you to
9:15have confidence in the fact that if you
9:17had nothing to do with this
9:18disappearance like we're going to find
9:19that out today okay I have the best
9:21training that they offer in the United
9:23States um I we use the most validated
9:26testing um that the way I'm going to ask
9:29you the question so believe me if you
9:31had nothing to do with this I will be
9:33able to show them that today okay so
9:35that should give you some confidence
9:36that um you know this just how like
9:39you're going to be cleared today if you
9:41had nothing to do with it okay um
9:44there's actually only you know
9:45nervousness or anxiety cannot cause you
9:47to fail a polygraph a lot of people
9:48think that too that if they're really
9:50nervous that it could cause them to fail
9:52um if that were the case no one would be
9:54allowed to take polygraphs because every
9:55single person is nervous or anxious
9:57about taking the polygraph okay I
9:58thought I thought worked on nervousness
10:01no there's actually only two ways you
10:03can fail a polygraph okay the first way
10:05would be if you fail to follow my
10:06instructions I'm going to give you a lot
10:08of instructions today about how to sit
10:09still how to answer questions things
10:11like that so if you fail to follow those
10:13instructions you will not pass today's
10:15test okay the second way would be if you
10:17choose to lie to me today lie to me
10:19today okay um obviously this is about
10:22100% truth um even if there's you know
10:25something that you didn't tell the
10:26investigators you know since Monday I
10:30guess is when you ended the police were
10:32involved if there's something that you
10:33didn't tell them since Monday like that
10:35is totally fine like I get it you know
10:37people aren't going to remember every
10:38single detail every time they talk to
10:40someone as long as you tell me what the
10:41truth is today you will have no problem
10:43with passing okay I promise you that and
10:46obviously I mean I hope that you know if
10:49you did have something to do with their
10:51disappearance um it would be really
10:53stupid for you to come in and take a
10:54polygraph today exactly right like it it
10:57would be really dumb like you should not
10:59be here right now sitting in this chair
11:01if you had anything to do with shanan
11:03and the little girl's disappearance okay
11:06okay and it's the left and Stella is
11:08that right yeah I'll call her cc2 CC
11:10okay okay if that comes up okay perfect
11:13so and I know very um very small amount
11:16about the case Okay um just because I
11:20want to know less about the case because
11:22I want you to be able to tell me about
11:23the case I don't want to have some
11:25preconceived notions about the case and
11:27that's why I don't want you to assume
11:28that I already details because you told
11:30detective s and so um you know that kind
11:33of stuff I want you to be able to tell
11:34me like you were telling someone for the
11:36very first time about what happen when
11:37we get into actually talking about what
11:39happened okay um obviously Chris you're
11:41not under arrest I have no plans on
11:44arresting you um at any point today if
11:46you decide you want to leave the door is
11:48right there there is a it locks Us in
11:51here yeah I saw that last night so
11:53there's a key in there now so you can um
11:56if you just turn the key it lets you out
11:59okay at any point today even after all
12:00these components are attached to you if
12:02you decide at that point you know what I
12:03don't want to take this polygraph I
12:05don't want to be here this is BS
12:06whatever that is completely fine just
12:08please allow me to unattach my
12:10components before you drag my $6,000
12:12instrument on the floor and run out of
12:14here um and it's kind of a little maze
12:16back here so I will show you the way out
12:18at any point if you decide you know what
12:20I don't want to take this polygraph I
12:21don't want to be here I don't want to do
12:22this that is completely fine the door
12:24does have to be shut for privacy just
12:26because um noise does affect the
12:28polygraph
12:29and um I will read you your rights today
12:32and that's just because the polygraph um
12:34components are pretty restrictive you
12:35know they go around your chest and stuff
12:37and you may feel at some point that
12:39you're not free to leave but like I said
12:40before at any point I will unattach all
12:42the components and and show you the way
12:44out if you decide even in the middle of
12:46the polygraph if you don't want to
12:47continue to take it okay so does that
12:49make sense to you yes okay so I'm going
12:51to give you kind of a road map of where
12:53we're going to go today just so you know
12:55what to expect and that kind of stuff
12:56okay so we're going to first start by
12:58going over a right conent form and
12:59that's that um Miranda rights form I'm
13:02sure you've heard of it you know you
13:03hear it on TV shows constantly most kids
13:06can recite their Miranda rake um we're
13:09going to go over that and again it's
13:10just so that you know you're free to
13:11leave and that um you're not under
13:13arrest okay and then we're going to do a
13:15consent form and that's just something
13:16that's required by my bosses to say that
13:18you're actually consenting to um the CDI
13:21doing a polygraph on you
13:23okay um the after that we do a
13:25biographical and a medical form um and
13:28that's basically to make sure that
13:30you're a suitable subject to take the
13:32actual polygraph I want to make sure
13:33that you didn't smoke you know 10s of
13:35weed you know that night before I wish
13:38that didn't normally happen but a lot of
13:40people smoke drugs before they come in
13:42here because they're really nervous and
13:43they're trying to calm themselves down
13:45some people take a lot of medication
13:47some people hear voices um all of those
13:49things are things that I cannot um
13:53conduct a polygraph on someone if if
13:55they have those things going on so I
13:57just need to make sure that none of that
13:58stuff is fting you you seem very lucid
14:00you're talking to me you're making sense
14:02you know you're not jittery you're not
14:04moving around that kind of stuff so I
14:06don't think we're going to have any
14:07issues but we just I want to bet all of
14:09that out and just kind of you know make
14:11sure that you had enough sleep and
14:12you're not I mean obviously no one's
14:14getting a lot of sleep um probably since
14:17Monday but um just so we can talk about
14:19all that okay okay um and then after
14:22that we're going to discuss the issue of
14:23why you're here okay I want to know
14:25everything you know and again I don't
14:26want you to assume that I already know
14:27something I want you to kind of start
14:29from the beginning and like telling
14:30someone maybe you know a friend that you
14:33hadn't talked to since any of this has
14:35happened and you're basically having to
14:36relay all the details of exactly what
14:38happened with shenan and the girls okay
14:42and then after that um we're actually
14:43going to take a bathroom break I'm going
14:45to let you take a break you can use the
14:47bathroom get something to drink that
14:48water there is for you if you need that
14:50at any point today and then you're going
14:51to come back in here I'm going to
14:53explain to you how and why the polygraph
14:54works again you're probably going to
14:56know more about polygraph than you even
14:57care to know before you leave here um
14:59I'm going to explain how it works and
15:01then uh we're going to go over the
15:02questions that are going to be on the
15:03test and like I said before you're going
15:05to know the words to every single
15:07question so it's not bad um and we're
15:09going to discuss that even before we
15:11even take the polygraph like what those
15:13questions mean and and just so you are
15:15completely clearing your mind when Tammy
15:18asked me this question this is exactly
15:19what she means this is exact exactly
15:21what she's asking and this is the answer
15:23that I have for that question um so
15:26we're going to go over those I get I let
15:28you practice answering them like two or
15:30three times so I mean we'll go through
15:31them repeatedly if you need me to go
15:33over them four or five times just you
15:35know before we actually take the test
15:37I'm more than happy to do that too I
15:39want you very comfortable with the
15:40questions and that you know what they
15:42mean and and how you're going to answer
15:44them okay um after that we're going to
15:46go um we're actually going to do a
15:48practice test and again that just lets
15:50me know that you're a suitable subject
15:51to take the actual polygraph and then
15:53after that we actually get into the
15:55actual testing so that's why it takes a
15:57long time is because there is a pretty
15:59big process that goes along with it work
16:04yeah so did you um you're not working
16:07today right no do you have a date that
16:09you're going back to work not at the
16:11moment
16:15no how long have you worked for anad

16:212015 so about 3 and 1/2 years almost
16:25yeah you like it there oh yeah yeah I
16:28worked for a covenant testing
16:29Technologies before that what was that
16:32that's a contract company for long gas
16:35before that I worked for Ford for 11
16:37years as a technician oh my goodness so
16:39does that translate into no it's
16:43mechanical I mean like I like to fix
16:46things and when I was like when I moved
16:50out here I worked at lont Ford okay and
16:53I moved I moved up pretty fast there but
16:55I hit that like kind of plateau that
16:57kind of just like I couldn't go got
16:59stagnant mhm and I was having this
17:01carple tunnel syndrome both my hands and
17:03I it was it was bad like I doing this
17:06like all day you know like it was it was
17:09bad yeah you still have that I don't
17:11even know can you get rid of Carpal like
17:12it was just the onset of it like it
17:14wasn't like full on have surgery type
17:16thing but like now it's like it's so
17:18much better I don't have yeah it doesn't
17:21have the like there's a lot of
17:23mechanical things you do in oil and gas
17:26but it was it's not as
17:29as the car industry is so are you and
17:32excuse my language are you a worker b or
17:34are you like a boss guy at the bit of
17:37both okay get your hands dirty too oh
17:40yeah oh yeah yeah like I'm a field
17:42coordinator right now for for the area I
17:45have uh six rout operators and two Rover
17:48operators so that's what we I'm kind of
17:51just over them right now and kind of we
17:53kind of game plan like what kind of we
17:55look on the computer on our well summary
17:57screen and kind of go from there to see
17:59what kind of problems we might have
18:00throughout the day sure and just kind of
18:02like this is what we need to do we need
18:03go here there there there okay got
18:06everybody's doing kind of the middle
18:07part of the day and everybody needs help
18:09and try to get everybody checked out by
18:11like 300 3:30 or something like that oh
18:13that's nice you you to work for yearly
18:15yeah we start for year like 6 6:30
18:17somewhere around there so super early oh
18:19you have to get there early cuz you just
18:20never know what could happen so that's
18:22true that is true so what do you have an
18:24ID on you Chris that I could see so I
18:27have the Biograph form has some like
18:30daughter's license numbers and that kind
18:31of stuff so I'll just keep this just for
18:33a second till I do the other
18:37form are you named after anyone no
18:41no my middle name is just my dad's
18:43middle name but other than that no
18:49okay if I mispronounce your wife's name
18:52please like
18:55correct just think of
18:57shenanigans shenan oh I like that okay I

19:05people does her family call her shenan
19:08um so the way they they spelled it it
19:10was like shenan like with an apostrophe
19:13but she just calls it

19:33okay so um Christ is that advisement and
19:35rights form this just says that um agent
19:38Tammy Lee says I'm an agent with the
19:39Colorado Bureau of Investigation and I
19:41wish to talk to you about obviously The
19:42Disappearance of uh shanan sorry see
19:46Bella and Celeste walk okay you have the
19:49right to remain silent anything you say
19:51can and will be used against you in a
19:52court of law you have the right to talk
19:53to a lawyer and to have him present with
19:55you while you're being questioned if you
19:57cannot afford to hire a lawyer one will
19:58be appointed to represent you before any
20:00questioning if you wish you can decide
20:02at any time to exercise these rights and
20:03not answer any questions or make any
20:05statements do you understand each of
20:06those rights that I read to you friend
20:08so I'll just have you write I guess when
20:10we get to that and then having those
20:11rights in mind you wish to talk to me
20:13now and obviously go through with the
20:14polygraph okay perfect so what I want
20:16you to do is go ahead and answer both of
20:17those as yeses if you still agree with
20:19that and then sign and date that
20:21signature line if you would

21:23focused on regular automotive and then
21:26the NASCAR Fortune as well oh very cool
21:29learn a lot of stuff oh yeah is that
21:30like kind of elite mechanical school go
21:33it was it was part of the universal
21:34Technical Institute like it was part of
21:36their program plus from Nascar par plus
21:38I went to the Ford the fact program
21:40there as well so wow that's
21:46awesome do you have any other nicknames
21:48or anything that people call you it's
21:50Chris it's Chris some like just random
21:53ones at work
21:55just so like what oh some call me like
21:59Rainman cuzz like I when I go to the
22:02site or something like if I do it once
22:03I'll remember it and this is one of
22:06those one of those things like do you
22:08remember like phone numbers and license
22:10plates and well that stuff I don't I
22:12don't really pay attention to that stuff
22:13though was like when I was really young
22:15my grandma used to always quiz me on
22:16like uh state capitals like every day
22:19and like when I was waiting for my
22:20sister to come out from from middle
22:23school or stuff like that she she was
22:25always like just pinging stuff off my
22:27memory and it's just like everything
22:29that's I think that's how it built yeah
22:31for what it was and what it is no doubt
22:34so did your grandmother say that yeah my
22:36mom's mom is she still alive no she
22:39passed a few years
22:40ago was she pretty old mhm yeah yeah she
22:43was a good life yeah she was good were
22:46you close with your grandparents yeah I
22:48went over her house every morning every
22:50afternoon after school and helped her
22:52out nice being outside or stff from the
22:54inside and she always cooked me lunch
22:57some German food
23:00cels and goulash snit all kind of stuff
23:02like
23:03that my first husband was German so we
23:06had German CH I all the time and just
23:10German food MH
23:15it so Shan's um legal name is
23:20hypen I've never seen that way but
23:23that's the way her parents always said
23:26that's what that's how they did it okay
23:28and in the POS and
23:31then it's easier to say it when I spell
23:34it out but for keep point to say Shannon
23:37of course but there a lot of people call
23:38her Shannon oh yeah her parents
23:40sometimes call her
23:47Shannon have you talked to her parents
23:49all M yeah are they being pretty decent
23:51and good are they coming here I'm not
23:54sure yet who like my Dad's here your

24:02support he just got here this morning

24:15D okay so this is that consent that my
24:18bosses require and this just says Agent
24:20tamy Lee has advised me that she's
24:21investigating the matter of obviously
24:23The Disappearance again of shenan Bella
24:25and CEST I he I say that to the best of
24:27my knowledge I'm physical and mental
24:29health I also state that no forced
24:31arrest or undo influence has been used
24:33against me and that I'm consenting to
24:34this polygraph interview on my own free
24:36will I understand that the result of
24:38this process will be released to
24:39obviously the federick police department
24:41the District Attorney's office and the
24:42FBI um it would be very silly for you to
24:45sit in here and take a polygraph if I
24:47couldn't release your results of
24:50hopefully passing to the people that
24:52need to know does that make sense to you
24:54and it says I hereby give my voluntary
24:55consent to undergo a polygraph interview
24:57and I understand this process is subject
24:59to both audio and video recording and
25:01monitoring which we had already talked
25:02about okay so if you agree with that
25:04consent if you just sign and date
25:12it so where did you say last thing I
25:15know that Nick and Amanda's house Nick
25:17Amanda how do you know them
25:20so Amanda used to be a director at
25:23Primrose School work um B Ando but then
25:27she she transferred to another place and
25:29shenan was getting her own Thrive and
25:33that's how they how they met she show
25:35the um Amanda's transferred to another
25:37Prim roach yeah okay so like shenan
25:41shenan couldn't like talk to them about
25:44Thrive to direct sales business like w
25:47rats like they they weren't allowed to
25:48like talk like you know outside like if
25:51their child goes there on something
25:52about the school rules or something like
25:54that so once she left she talked to her

32:45probably just use that more of like a
32:47hobby M and maybe like dive more into
32:50the technology part of it like cuz we
32:52had like an Academy of Applied
32:53technology when I was there in the in
32:56the high school I was in maybe going to
32:57more more the computer programming part
32:59of it because so are you like a pretty
33:01techy guy no I say techy but I
33:04understand like numbers and math a lot
33:06like that's like with uh working on
33:08these Wells there's a lot of programming
33:10a lot of setting up these Wells to make
33:12them run and like using the numbers the
33:14pressures to optimize the
33:16wells is something you already lost me
33:19like
33:20I I do that job that's why I helped Troy
33:23like he knows more of like the stuff
33:26that like 10 years ago
33:28and I know more about I've kind of like
33:29perhaps some more of the stuff that's
33:31happening right now sure and that's how
33:33like we kind of like work together he's
33:35like if you have to work on a pumping
33:36unit like like all right I'll help got I
33:39thought you work on like a normal well
33:41and setting up like the setting it up
33:43he's just like here you go MH like I

33:47into like um like my husband is a techy
33:50guy in our family so like he sets up all
33:52our routers like he like when I get a
33:54new phone he sets up my phone for me
33:56just because he he has that brain that I
34:00don't have as far as being a techy
34:02person so are you kind of that person in
34:03your do that I can do that kind of stuff
34:06I can't like do code or anything like
34:08that you're not writing computer code no
34:10I can't one one that's all that kind of

34:21you've done that for three and a half

34:37helping people and now I've went up to
34:39field coordinator it's like now I just

34:41where we need to go and like we need

34:46actually get promoted to that when one
34:49of our other field coordinators he got
34:51went to a different group The H's group
34:53and other F according had to go out in
34:55Texas to help so me and Troy got elev up

35:03out to be permanent so wow that's

35:08give me a synapsis of your childhood
35:10like what your parents did for a living
35:12you know my dad was a Parks manager for
35:15for dealership It's Kind where the cars
35:18things came from see it and my mom she
35:20was like a like a secretary
35:23and notary for use car use car
35:26dealership oh okay so like yeah she into
35:29it she full the cars too but like she
35:31was more a secretary notary and kind of
35:33she got on a couple different youth
35:34cargo ships my dad St at the same one
35:36changed the name a little changed names
35:39then he went to like a different one but
35:41same he did the same thing and he did
35:42like parts manager and bu shop manager
35:45and that's where he's still at now so
35:47how would you say you grew up as far as
35:49like um your family structure is were
35:51you guys religious was there a lot of
35:53discipline in the home you know like or
35:55who was the disciplinarian in the home
35:57gr so we went to church I would say not
36:00like every Sunday but pretty regularly
36:02you know and what church did you guys go
36:03to it was like First Baptist Church okay
36:06and I mean displine I was the quiet kid
36:09I was the you know I just kind of
36:12swalled her my sister was the rebellious
36:14one that always you know like I'm a good
36:16one it's like I
36:18never and my sister was the one that got
36:20in most of the that she she was the one
36:22that showed me like that's what I don't
36:24want to do right I wake up to my mom I
36:26sister said pretty much arguing every
36:28every morning that's all okay I like I
36:30don't want to wear this I want to wear
36:31that like okay you're like Mom what do
36:33you want me to wear I'll wear whatever
36:35you want going you know somewhere today
36:38right thing but yeah like I mean my dad
36:41he was a disciplinarian he was yeah what
36:44kind of discipline did you guys have in
36:45the home just I mean it wasn't like
36:47physical or anything like that it was
36:49just you know like just verbal like you
36:51know this is what you need to do and
36:53just follow that like if my dad Ever

36:59well about
37:05that we kind of now I'm not in the
37:07middle of the T no you're good good I
37:11have two phones too and it's hard to
37:12keep track of them yeah my work did that

37:18a disciplinarian but he just I mean it
37:21was verbal like cuz like if voice UND do
37:23something was like okay that that's okay
37:27I'm good there like right did anyone
37:29struggle with like drug or alcohol abuse
37:32or anything like that in your family no
37:34I mean my Dad did at one point but it
37:36was like after I left like after I
37:39graduated everything and I just like cuz
37:41my sister she came she would leave and
37:43then she come back leave and come back
37:45leave and come back she never like like
37:47run away kind of thing like she would
37:49move like she went to East Carolina and
37:52that didn't work out so she came back
37:53home she moved to a different place and
37:55that didn't work out she came back home
37:57type
37:58and like when I left I was like I was on
38:01my own and I was like self-sufficient
38:03and I never came back and I think that
38:04hit him pretty
38:05hard has they expected you to come back
38:08you oh he he just he was used to me
38:09being around like I you know he's my
38:11hereo he my best friend your dad is yeah
38:13yeah yeah so like that's where was
38:16that's where I think that kind of hurt
38:17him a little bit cuz like once I left I
38:20you know I didn't move back so tell me
38:22when did you so you're talking about for
38:23college like as soon as you graduated
38:25moved out so it's close to where you
38:28guys live no like once I graduated high
38:30school I moved to morisville North
38:31Carolina that's about 2 hours away okay
38:34and that's that's never I never I never
38:37moved back I mean I came back to visit
38:38but I never moved back okay so you go to
38:42college uh is it four-year College 2ear
38:44college and that program I finished
38:46in 52
38:49weeks so it was like a year and a half
38:51almost dude okay oh actuallyit that's
38:54like a 72 weeks sorry okay 72 weeks so
38:57year and a half um and then where did
38:59you go after that I worked at Morel Ford
39:03and worked there for till
39:062012 so that was like 2003 so when I was
39:09going to Nar Tech and I was working
39:10there as like a porter moving cars
39:13around changing o here and there type
39:15thing and then once I graduated they
39:17moved me into more of a like a line Tech
39:19as far as like actually fixing things
39:21okay so from 2003 to 2012 I was there
39:24and 2012 to 2014 I was a lont Ford okay
39:27did you have like any High School
39:28sweethearts or like girlfriends from
39:31Nascar Tech or there's like there no
39:34there's prob no girls at nasar imagine

44:27met shenan just kind of explain your
44:29relationship I guess just so I
44:31understand it um as far as you know
44:33meeting in 2010 and you know when the
44:35kids came about and that kind of stuff
44:37and then just bring me up to the point
44:39of um you know yesterday okay if you
44:42could all right so 2010 what we met we
44:45met we met pretty much through Facebook
44:49because of my cousin's wife and she like
44:54recommended us as friends type thing and
44:56that's how we kind of started talking
44:58and our first date was at a movie
45:00theater didn't really impress her much
45:02cuz like I was like it was actually a
45:03nice theater I didn't really know what I
45:05was walking into as far as like walked
45:06in and there was like a door man and he
45:08was all dressed in the suit and I was in
45:10camo shorts and DC shoes and I was like
45:14yeah I was like okay hopefully I'm not
45:16I'm very underdressed to this but like I
45:19walk in I see her and she's all dressed
45:20really nice and like she she told me
45:23like like after the fact like man I hope
45:25that's not
45:27kind kind of deal like cuz like we know
45:29each other look like but like I wasn't
45:30really dressed for for what we were
45:32doing then but on the second date I
45:36actually made Mist again wearing the
45:37same thing because I kind of forgot what
45:40I wore but I went to a k Rock concert
45:42and I think that's kind of where I I
45:45wanted over because like we actually got
45:47to like the actual concert and like
45:50forgot our I forgot my ID so I couldn't
45:53actually get in so I actually ran back
45:55like 2 miles to the car and got and came
45:57back and I was just like I mean I was
45:59just like soaking wet I was just like it
46:00was like middle of July August and like
46:02South Carolina and humidity and
46:04everything like that as on Army base so
46:06I was just ran back got it and
46:09everything like that and then I think it
46:11our next date actually went to Beach and
46:14like she had L well her lupus was really
46:17like acting up in North Carolina so like
46:20like she had like these flareups joint
46:22pains all that kind of thing and we were
46:24driving back like she laid on me pretty
46:26much much the entire way back and I
46:28think that's when like she realized
46:30right this guy is actually pretty pretty
46:33nice because like he didn't ask he
46:34didn't tell me like get off my lap or
46:37type thing like I just let her just rest
46:39on me the entire way back it was like 2
46:40and a half hour ride from mtle Beach to
46:42Charlotte Belmont
46:43area but yeah we just everything
46:46flourished from there like in 2011 I I
46:49proposed to her over an ocean beach like
46:52that that was around our
46:54anniversary and um did I brought out
46:57there on the beach at night and I could
46:59tell I mean she was extremely tired and
47:00I was like I just want to do this I want
47:02to do it like today and she knew like
47:05like why are you so like persistently to
47:07get me like out here right now I like oh
47:09let's go out to the beach it's a nice
47:11night post are on the beach said yes and
47:13everybody was R ecstatic and everything
47:16and she she loves she's very organized
47:19she's like OCD about like organization
47:22putting things like like you saw like
47:23the pantry see everything was just like
47:25named in a container all the way down
47:28like it's very easy for if you just came
47:30into our house you would you would know
47:32what stuff was you would know like where
47:35everything was it would be easy so like
47:40everything was just she was planning the
47:41way everything was great and then 2012
47:44Su her here but she was planning the
47:46wedding from here but everybody was back
47:48in North Carolina but it was a guess you
47:51call destination wedding if you want
47:53because we fly back for that but we got
47:55married and it's like the Double Tree
47:59Hilton Hotel that was there it was like
48:01in the it was in
48:03November and it was underneath one of
48:05big tents and everything was
48:07beautiful and it went it was it was it
48:09was amazing and we went to Merl Beach
48:12for the for the honeymoon and then
48:162013 in December 17th that's when B was
48:19born like we've been trying for a while
48:22and nothing was happening as far as
48:24getting prayer and whatnot and she's
48:27well the thing was she said so since
48:29we're not getting since it's not
48:31happening like I'm I'm going buy a
48:32supercharger for your
48:34car like okay and then it turned out
48:37that weekend we can see Bella so know
48:40the week she bought me a supercharger
48:41for my
48:42car take that back I'd already put it on
48:46and it was actually like a special order
48:48like part that was another dealership
48:50okay stff like that so like it was it
48:52was ironic that it happened that you
48:54know like bought super charged from my
48:56car and then that weekend she
48:58Bella and then um Bella wases a gift I
49:02mean she didn't think she she could give
49:04her because of lupus and everything like
49:06that like doctor said it could happen it
49:08might not but it happened and it was it
49:11was a blessing in disguise right there
49:12it's was like oh my good just Savage you
49:14know did she have normal pregnancies
49:17it's the was Bella's normal Bella's was
49:20a she had shoulder disposure when she
49:22was born so like her should she was
49:25turned oh turn yeah where like we had it
49:29like P her out but she had a vinal birth
49:32oh yeah wasn't around her neck anything
49:35like that no okay nothing like that so B
49:39was born December 17th
49:412013 and Bella was she was a gift so
49:44just go along with Bella and then around
49:48CCE was born uh July 17th 2015 and we
49:53had this whole little thing uh staged up
49:55with Bella in the crib and a little
49:57notice like she was there and it it
49:59worked out pretty well cuz she was just
50:00standing there crying like you know like
50:02I don't want this type of thing you know
50:04some one of those that went like viral
50:06on Facebook so that's weird it would be
50:09yours as she was sitting there crying
50:11with a little fiction notice and she had
50:13on she she recorded it it was really it
50:15was an amazing day just to see that and
50:17then she left she was she was I was
50:22there like she had a midwife for this
50:23one so like they actually had me like
50:25are you can stand here like you know
50:28catch her like but F came out like so
50:31fast that like I barely had a chance to
50:33go like this and they mov me out of the
50:35way cuz she just like came
50:36out so it was having Celeste I was a lot
50:40better with Celeste because with Bella I
50:42didn't really know like a lot like what
50:44I should do what I could do how to calm
50:47stuff like that like you know burp
50:50swaddle everything like that like I
50:52didn't know yeah I had like no idea I
50:55just pretty much watched like all right
50:56how you do this and then with Celeste it
50:58was more ofy Bella kind of like she's a
51:01mommy's girl then when CeCe was born you
51:05care if it's CCE or all right when CeCe
51:08was born it was more like all right I
51:10know what I know how to change the DI
51:11for I know how to do all this like like
51:14I can I can do this I can help like a
51:16lot more that's why C is more of a daddy
51:18girl now like whenever she gets in
51:21trouble it's just like she said Daddy Dy
51:25and shean gets mad CU like all right
51:27don't don't don't don't cuddle her when
51:30she gets in trouble like she's in
51:32trouble leave her alone like she just
51:33Bella you know she just like hit like
51:35don't you know don't go don't don't
51:37don't don't cudle here that's where I'm
51:40cudle here so it's like having them both
51:43around is just like absolutely
51:45absolutely amaz they're like two PS in a
51:46p like Celeste is more than
51:49rambunctious just like all out she
51:52either goes or she's sleeping type thing
51:54so she's always always getting in
51:56trouble always like trying to find
51:58something to climb jump off of like is
52:00that like you or was that like shenan d
52:03is more like me she's more of the calm
52:05just like CE cautious type thing like
52:08when CeCe I think fed off of a little
52:11bit as far as like all right she's she's
52:13she's my sister she's the younger one
52:15she's or she's she's the youngest person
52:17in here besides me type thing and she's
52:20kind of fed up off off of her and some
52:22of her friends that like you know came
52:23over and that CeCe just kind of like
52:26built that that attitude she was just
52:29like yeah she was she was around bu just
52:31little little bunchin like if I I show
52:32you a picture but CL off but like when
52:35she was on the plane coming back I mean
52:37she just had just like this space like
52:39like that like don't don't like keep she
52:41was excited to be it was just like she
52:44like being like you imagine a kid a
52:47little kid in a plane in a seat like she
52:50feels like she loves to move around she
52:52doesn't like you know sitting in the
52:53same spot mhm type thing and then um
52:57when she told me about the third child
53:00it was just like all right hope let's
53:02see what we got now let see if we can
53:04boy or girl I mean we're trying for a
53:06boy
53:07so now we're just like is it a boy we
53:10haven't told anybody yet yeah it is oh

53:14early or at 12 weeks they could find out
53:19she had one ult sound
53:23was last week let's see
53:27yeah it was last week so found out it
53:30was were you both there for oh nice yeah
53:33so it was like right when we got back so
53:35it was like gu went back 8 so it was
53:37only the 8 that was a sound get my days
53:40mixed up like now not sure what day it

53:49anybody yet so so both the girls were

54:40like it's not going to happen so it is

54:54how two kids went just that I mean they
54:56just like rambunctious you know they're
54:58just their s sister love and now they're

55:06so it's like if it happens it happens as
55:08far as like having like she used
55:09fertility of both bance l oh she did
55:12yeah okay like this the third child now
55:15it was she was on like no medication
55:18nothing like that ver she just on Thrive
55:20like she's Health she feels healthier
55:21now mhm and then like with with the
55:24Thrive she really thinks that like I
55:26mean we only tried like twice and it
55:29happened so she really thinks that it
55:31was more of like being a healthier
55:33person sometimes just having a stress
55:35off like you know had my kids so this is
55:38just a bonus you that definitely like
55:42seems like a lot of women think oh you
55:44know we can't get pregnant and they have
55:45a baby and then they're you know they're
55:47not worried about it anymore so then
55:48they get pregnant again like oh I didn't
55:50think it would happen again def yeah so
55:53um tell me about after that so so just
55:56like after we didn't think it would
55:58actually happen so like we really think
56:00like have being on like being a
56:02healthier like lifestyle being healthier
56:05really helped this like I mean only
56:06really trying twice and boom and like it
56:08happened so it's just been and when did
56:10she find out she was pregnant I would
56:13say it was
56:14in probably first or second week
56:17June okay it's not very long ago yeah
56:20and she's about 14 15 weeks right now
56:23okay so uh why don't you bring me up to
56:26let's start why don't you start with
56:28like
56:32um if you guys went to North Carolina so
56:34maybe just start for your from the trip
56:36to North Carolina I guess you met her
56:38there maybe for part of it is that right
56:40yeah like she was
56:41there so we got back from we went to a
56:44Thrive trip in San Diego it was the end
56:46of June okay and then I think it was
56:49June 26 last when we came back here her
56:52dad was watching the kids and then that
56:55same like later on that day they flew to
56:57North
56:58Carolina okay so why don't you kind of
57:00start there and just take me up until
57:03yesterday okay and as detailed as he can
57:06okay so like while they were in North
57:08Carolina it was like they there to see
57:10my family and obviously her family and
57:13just kind of like cuz they haven't seen
57:14the kids in a while as far as our kids
57:17and um so they just there just she had a
57:19couple things she wanted to do there as
57:20far as like like meeting up with her
57:22promoters and customers that she had a
57:25bunch over there in North Carolina so
57:26she was hoping that she could meet
57:28everybody else over there and have like
57:30her dad my her dad and mom and my mom
57:33and dad like have fun sorry with kids MH
57:37and three babysitters heck yeah
57:39[Music]
57:43know but yeah it was mainly like just a
57:46a little family like little family
57:48vacation for for them right now for them
57:51on that trip just for everybody just to
57:52see the girls and so us birthday was
57:56during that in July 17th so they they
57:58had a birthday party there with um with
58:02like jumpy houses and stuff like that
58:03and they FaceTime me during it so I
58:05could see it they didn't have a birthday
58:06party out here for her cuz it was you
58:08know they got back it was in August so
58:10right so yeah I got to FaceTime and
58:13watch it all and it was pretty much just
58:15hanging out with family the entire time
58:17okay yeah and I was here just going to
58:19work and working out and going running
58:22and just keeping keeping the house up
58:24and doing that and just I waited till my
58:27flight was July
58:2931st and I flew out there for a week and
58:33I was I was I flew out there for week so
58:35I can fly back with them so we went so
58:37July 31st I got there stay at Mom and
58:40Dad's house and the next day we drove to
58:42the beach stay there for about four or 5
58:45days it was a mer North mer Beach and we
58:49first time the kids have seen the beach
58:52so they ecstatic obviously seeing waves
58:55being being the sand they love sand
58:58Unfortunately they love sand cuz it's
58:59just like you get him back you just got
59:02shower them off cuz CC was so like into
59:05the the beach that I mean her bathing
59:07suit was just full of
59:08seashells it was like okay let's just
59:11get get all this off you rinse you off
59:13please right but yeah it was it was an
59:16awesome trip like just seeing them react
59:18to the to the ocean and then we went to
59:20like Broadway at the Beach it was aach
59:23like an outdoor little mall and they got
59:25to go in these like
59:26little like when they strap you in a
59:28harness and you get to jump and jump
59:30like jump higher yeah and B they just
59:33they love that they just love jumping
59:35that high it was amazing nice yeah and
59:39then um I got I went to see my grandma
59:41my dad's mom she's in a nursing home so
59:44like she's some days she remembers
59:46people some days she doesn't and luckily
59:49that day she did remember me so that was
59:51that was really a good day to go in
59:54there went in there with shenan kids and
59:56obviously like they had already been in
59:58there a few times while they were there
59:59sure yeah and they were uh she lights up
1:00:02when she sees the kids my I call her
1:00:05mama that's what she always calls but
1:00:07Mama but she let up when she sees the
1:00:09kids and she remembered me and that was
1:00:12great and my dad came picked me up and I
1:00:14went over there and stay with my parents
1:00:15for for a day and just kind of like hung
1:00:17out with them saw my sister her husband
1:00:20their kids had a cookout and everything
1:00:22and it was awesome and then the next day
1:00:25we I think it was the 7th yeah August
1:00:287th yeah we went to her parents house
1:00:30got everything packed up ready to go and
1:00:33flew back
1:00:34here and then got back on later on that
1:00:38night in the seventh and then on the eth
1:00:41I went back to work and
1:00:43then on the 10th that's when shanan flew
1:00:47out to Arizona with
1:00:49Nicole and I had the kids from Friday
1:00:52Saturday and Sunday and we went to a
1:00:54full party on Saturday with the Jeremy
1:00:57lindstrom's uh his son's turned four and
1:01:01they had a little pool party and
1:01:02everything over there or little mini
1:01:03pool and it was water balloon fights it
1:01:05was s at big time it was
1:01:08great it was awesome that was awesome it
1:01:10was just seeing their faces and seeing
1:01:11how m i mean they didn't really play
1:01:13with water balloons that much at all so
1:01:16CC like she would come over she like she
1:01:18put one right in my pocket and just
1:01:20smacked it while I wasn't looking she's
1:01:22a little trickster so it was that was
1:01:25that was funny and drove home got back
1:01:28home ate and it was a really awesome
1:01:32day what happened after that so that was
1:01:36that was on sun that
1:01:38was that was on that Sunday so got the
1:01:42kids back got them all showered up got
1:01:44them to bed and just pretty much wait
1:01:47waited around for here from shenan cuz
1:01:49that was she was fly back that night and
1:01:52her plane got delayed cuz like there's
1:01:54like there's a lot of dust storms in
1:01:56Arizona mhm and uh there was like
1:01:58there's some other weather around that
1:02:00was delaying flights getting in there
1:02:01and they didn't have a crew that's why
1:02:02it was it was delayed so her flight was
1:02:05supposed to get in about 11: but it
1:02:06didn't actually get until about
1:02:082: so it was about like you just go into
1:02:10this down yeah Okay cool so about 2:00
1:02:14she came into bed like about 1:48 my
1:02:16doorbell uh picked up that she came in
1:02:18but at 2 a.m. that's when she came in
1:02:21came into bed and about 4:00 that
1:02:24morning so my alarm went off so that's I
1:02:26usually get up get ready for work and
1:02:27whatnot so I get up get dressed Chistmas
1:02:31Eve deodorant all that kind of good I
1:02:33take a shower cuz I worked out field but
1:02:35like I'll take a shower when I get home
1:02:37type thing and uh she told me the when
1:02:40before she got in that like I want to
1:02:42wake up you know like when you get up
1:02:44just like take a shower to to airport
1:02:45off me type thing so like I woke her up
1:02:49about after I got ready and everything
1:02:50and then we had to talk about like the
1:02:53selling the house and about separation
1:02:56and stuff like that like it was an
1:02:59emotional conversation obviously we were
1:03:01both crying and after we talked it was
1:03:06she said she was going to take the kids
1:03:08to a friend's house and I should be back
1:03:09later on that day so it's like okay
1:03:13that's fine so I went downstairs and
1:03:15backed my lunch and put on the water jug
1:03:19and got my computer and everything and
1:03:21loaded my truck up and I went to work
1:03:26and then I got once I got to work
1:03:28started started working in about 7 740
1:03:32or so I text her like hey you know I
1:03:34heard from her I was like okay like I
1:03:36didn't know where she was going like I
1:03:38didn't know what friend's house she was
1:03:39taking to or where she what what friends
1:03:41she was going to with the kids so I was
1:03:42like Hey know text me you know let me
1:03:44know where where you went you took the
1:03:46kids and I didn't hear from her like
1:03:49it's normal for her not to respond to me
1:03:51cuz like when she has her direct sales
1:03:55direct sales people people like she'll
1:03:57get back to them first because like that
1:03:59that's what she
1:04:00does so like it for her like not to
1:04:03respond back to me that's that's
1:04:05happened plenty of times before so um
1:04:08continue working and I know like it's
1:04:10about noon she had got back me like hey
1:04:11you know call me like I've called her a
1:04:13few I've called her once before that too
1:04:16and then about 12:10 that's when I got a
1:04:18door bell alarm on my phone saying
1:04:20someone was at the front door and I was
1:04:21in the
1:04:22cold and uh so I called her and I was
1:04:25like hey want going on so I got her from
1:04:26shenan like all day no text no calls and
1:04:28I'm like this is kind of strange so like
1:04:31Nicole's at the front door and she okay
1:04:33car's here I can see her shoes like cuz
1:04:35we have this little little rectangular
1:04:37Long window next to the door and she can
1:04:39see her shoes right there and whatnot
1:04:40she the GU something something's going
1:04:42on so like she told me she was like all
1:04:43right like I can't get a hold
1:04:45something's going on that's when I came
1:04:47home that's I start that's I left to
1:04:49come home so um the Cole call me like
1:04:52all right I'm just there going to the
1:04:54police officer here when you get here
1:04:55like okay like I was they couldn't get
1:04:57in because the latch on the top door was
1:05:00that's that's what we kind of put over
1:05:01just to make sure like you know like if
1:05:03the kids try to go out the front door
1:05:05they can because that's there but the
1:05:07keypad on the outside on the garage door
1:05:09doesn't work so like they had to wait
1:05:11until I got there I had the the garage
1:05:13door opener I hit it went inside the
1:05:16house and I mean cars there car Feats
1:05:20are there purse is still there phone the
1:05:23phone's on the couch like her wedding
1:05:25ring on the
1:05:26nightstand and it's like there's like no
1:05:28sign of Bella Celeste or anywhere and
1:05:32it's like the police forget what the
1:05:34police officer's name was but he was
1:05:35there and he was just once we found the
1:05:37phone powered it up and all the text
1:05:40messages like came through it's probably
1:05:42everybody reaching out to her and
1:05:43everything like hey what's going on like
1:05:45you okay everything
1:05:47good and there's just like there's
1:05:49nothing there like it was just like it
1:05:50was a ghost town and everything that was
1:05:53there just didn't make sense as far as
1:05:55was like why like what happened so we
1:05:58started like reaching out to a bunch of
1:06:00people any of your friends that like
1:06:03anybody that had reached out already
1:06:05that you know like had the car seat or
1:06:07like had the kids in general nobody had
1:06:09heard from her nobody
1:06:11had I mean nobody had a clue like her
1:06:14mom didn't had reached out to her my
1:06:16parents I mean nothing was
1:06:19there and the uh officer in bomb bomb
1:06:24hover
1:06:26detective I'm not sure if you know that
1:06:27people are involved um yeah I can't
1:06:30remember how to say oh yeah I think
1:06:32detective B he he came and uh they're
1:06:34all like you know take Taking questions
1:06:36from me Nicole her son Nick that was
1:06:38there and then uh went over to uh they
1:06:41talked to my neighbor cuz he has a
1:06:43camera facing like he picks up a few
1:06:45different angles and whatnot and I
1:06:48watched his video s down didn't see
1:06:50anything as far as her leaving at
1:06:52all so they're just like all right like
1:06:55like
1:06:56where like how like how this happened
1:06:58like like there's no like video of her
1:07:02like leading the front at
1:07:04all so we're just we didn't know we're
1:07:07just at a loss for words like all right
1:07:08what where is she like she wouldn't just
1:07:10leave everything here I giv the kid
1:07:13medicine was still there and I was like
1:07:15all right she needs
1:07:17that just the only thing that was going
1:07:18was really the kid blankets like
1:07:20everything they slept with like you know
1:07:22Celeste has like this B New York Yankees
1:07:25blanket
1:07:26and a little dinosaur and like a little
1:07:29dog that that makes noises and turtle
1:07:33and something a whole package and Bella
1:07:37has two has two blankies but one was
1:07:39still at the house the other one was
1:07:40gone and she had a dinosaur and like a
1:07:42little swan blanket her other little but
1:07:45we we talked to the neighbor we looked
1:07:48at other anybody else that maybe had had
1:07:49camera somewhere but nothing was going
1:07:51on they had other uh Community Services
1:07:54like going into houses like like knock
1:07:56have you like do you see anything like
1:07:58you have a camera do you see anything
1:08:00like
1:08:01that and we just we had nothing at
1:08:04all and it was just like all right so
1:08:06I'm at this point I'm hoping all right
1:08:08she's at a friend's house she's safe and
1:08:11she's just like decompressing or like
1:08:13she's just she's
1:08:15safe but like that night like as I'm
1:08:18like calling like hospitals and hotels
1:08:20and it's like there's like there's
1:08:21nothing like there's nothing there's
1:08:24nothing there like no nobody's nobody's
1:08:27had her check in no there's nothing at
1:08:29all and then that was just traumatic
1:08:31because like I had I had every light in
1:08:34the house on just just in case like you
1:08:36know like yeah I I went laate in bed but
1:08:39I didn't sleep I was just sitting there
1:08:41just like I had friends that came over
1:08:43Nick and Amanda came over for a little
1:08:44while and they showed support my friends
1:08:46Dave and Jeremy came over they showed
1:08:48support um she's friend Lauren came over
1:08:51she so support another friend uh Melissa
1:08:54came by that I didn't know she showed
1:08:56support everybody just like I don't know
1:08:58like why this happened or how this
1:09:00happened but like I hope that she's okay
1:09:03that thing MH and just like I was just
1:09:05hoping that I would get that knock on
1:09:07the door or a phone call or a text I
1:09:10mean her phone they have her phone like
1:09:12hopefully maybe it's a number I don't
1:09:14know hopefully it's like you know like a
1:09:17burner burner phone or some some kind of
1:09:19some kind of like phone she bought and
1:09:21she could just text me call me like hey
1:09:23I'm okay something or just get a knock
1:09:25on the door and then the kid just run in
1:09:28and I was just like like it didn't
1:09:30happen and when I was going through like
1:09:33that night just like trying to just try
1:09:36to process everything
1:09:37like I miss like the kids like sitting
1:09:40at the dinner table and like having to
1:09:43tell them to eat their dinner and like I
1:09:45missed them throwing their chicken
1:09:46nuggets at me like I was when I went to
1:09:49their rooms just kind of like you know
1:09:51make the beds and it's like I wasn't
1:09:55going to turn the rain machines on you
1:09:56know like I wasn't like you know going
1:09:58to read them a
1:09:59book I wasn't going to like I wasn't
1:10:02going to kiss them good night I wasn't
1:10:03going to like you know do that that I
1:10:05wasn't going to play in the playroom I
1:10:06wasn't giving them like their nightly
1:10:08snack like their nighttime snack I
1:10:10wasn't you know giving their medicine I
1:10:12wasn't you know getting them dress for
1:10:13bed I all that like just it just hit me
1:10:17it's like I'm not I'm not turning a
1:10:19monitor on to watch them because they're
1:10:21not here like where are they and then
1:10:25night I was just like I didn't even want
1:10:26to stay in the house that night but I
1:10:28knew I I knew I had to just in case like
1:10:31maybe they came home maybe they they
1:10:33would come in that front door garage
1:10:34door or something something would happen
1:10:38but nothing happened that
1:10:39night so I just just laid in bed and
1:10:43took phone calls and text from all her
1:10:45friends that were I couldn't sleep
1:10:47either and just like just just asking
1:10:50for prayers just asking prayers in
1:10:52general just like these kids and are
1:10:54going to come home they're going to come
1:10:56home
1:10:57safe then the next day little detective
1:11:02he called me about 2: a.m. just saying
1:11:03like they were going to do like the
1:11:04missing person's report and I'll get
1:11:07that all get that all
1:11:09going but yeah it's like the next day
1:11:12like when everything like started
1:11:15happening as far as the news crews like
1:11:18pulling in and
1:11:20then all the can9 units and the drones
1:11:23flying over my house it was just like at
1:11:24all and like this is
1:11:27not she's she's
1:11:30not they think something
1:11:33happened because all this all this right
1:11:36here this means that okay my words fear
1:11:40that's where this is going right now cuz
1:11:42I thought she was just at somebody's
1:11:44house and she was safe but
1:11:47now just going that the other direction
1:11:50with all this going on with the dogs
1:11:52coming in with the news the news media
1:11:54everything just it's kind of happening
1:11:55it's like all this is this has gone to a
1:11:58totally different totally different
1:12:00direction and it's like I I was I was
1:12:03when all my friends like were coming
1:12:05over to give me some
1:12:07support I knew that like all right like
1:12:11I was happy all my friends just came
1:12:12over to just support I didn't want to be
1:12:13alone that fun time like this like
1:12:15that's this is the time you don't want
1:12:16to be alone at
1:12:18all and my friends are supporting me all
1:12:21through this and I just want to find
1:12:23them I want them come home safe like
1:12:26wherever they are I hope they are safe
1:12:28and I really I really hope they can just
1:12:31come
1:12:32home at the FBI agent uh Graham he's
1:12:37he's been really helpful I mean he
1:12:39didn't tell me what lead they have for
1:12:40today but I'm hoping that
1:12:43it at least them coming home mhm cuz it
1:12:48just being in that house and not being
1:12:51able to tuck them
1:12:52in it's just it it's it's heart rening
1:12:55it's Earth shattering right now because
1:12:57that's those are my
1:12:59kids those are like like you made those
1:13:02kids you know like do you have kids or
1:13:04anything okay like three of them so like
1:13:08just not being able to like you know
1:13:11kiss them good night and saying I love
1:13:14you Daddy or I miss you daddy or
1:13:15something like that you know cuz they
1:13:18were without me for 5
1:13:20weeks and uh it was I got to FaceTime
1:13:23him every night
1:13:25and it was just not not being able to do
1:13:28anything like knowing that they were
1:13:31just here and not knowing where they are
1:13:34now is it's it's a nightmare right
1:13:39now so um thank you for explaining all
1:13:42that to me um obviously I'm have more
1:13:45questions so I may kind of piece it out
1:13:48um just going back just so I understand
1:13:50everything um and you you kept saying
1:13:53that you thought she was at a friend
1:13:54house do you still think she's at a
1:13:56friend's house at this point I
1:13:58don't because all this like everything
1:14:01that's happened now so what does that
1:14:02make you think of it just makes me feel
1:14:05like either she vanished like she she's
1:14:09had the kids and she's somewhere where
1:14:12like maybe hopefully a hotel but I don't
1:14:14think she's at a friend's house now
1:14:15unless it's somebody I just don't know
1:14:18like if it's somebody I don't know great
1:14:19like I just want her to be safe but with
1:14:22all with with FBI here with you know CBI
1:14:25here with everything that's going on
1:14:29like it makes me feel like all right
1:14:31maybe somebody has her that's not that's
1:14:34not keeping her
1:14:36safe or something terrible has happened
1:14:40and that is that's the
1:14:42Nightmare and what would that terrible
1:14:44thing
1:14:45be if somebody hurt
1:14:50them that's run into your mind
1:14:53sometimes I don't
1:14:56I I can't I don't want that to run
1:14:59through my mind but it's it's running
1:15:01through my mind that somebody has heard
1:15:03them and that they are not
1:15:06safe and I really want them to be safe I
1:15:09want them to come home right and we want
1:15:11them to come home
1:15:13too um so let's let's kind of break it
1:15:16down back to um when shanan went
1:15:21to Arizona so what was she into Arizona
1:15:24for thri local it's been down there with
1:15:27some of the uh upline leaders okay so
1:15:30she mostly women like you know other
1:15:33people that work for her you know down
1:15:35or down people people or upline people
1:15:37and all that okay and they just you know
1:15:39get fil their cup I guess for lack of a
1:15:42better term so they get there and they
1:15:44you know cheer them on and like you can
1:15:46do more and whatever and I guess do they
1:15:50teach them about new products yeah
1:15:52there's a lot of training that goes
1:15:53involved with like how to talk to people
1:15:55and stuff like that and bring in more
1:15:56people type thing like did did shenan
1:15:58make a lot of money doing this yeah she
1:16:00made she makes L much money than I do
1:16:02really yeah and how much is that cuz I
1:16:05don't know how much you weigh 6570 okay
1:16:08she makes that much just th wow how many
1:16:12people does she have underneath her
1:16:16like people that have signed up
1:16:18underneath her probably about
1:16:20200 but like active people that promote
1:16:22it it's I mean it's probably about about
1:16:2550 or so but like she has her team does
1:16:28about $80,000 a month in sales yeah is
1:16:32crazy sorry about that um okay so she's
1:16:35at this conference um and obviously even
1:16:39before that like um you know you said
1:16:42that you kind of talked about you know
1:16:44separating or whatever when um she got
1:16:46into bed or after you woke up yeah um
1:16:50when did that start so in the five weeks
1:16:54that we were
1:16:55like when she was in North Carolina and
1:16:57I was back here and when did she leave
1:16:59for North Carolina what was that
1:17:01date June
1:17:0326 so the end of June yeah okay so she
1:17:07leaves for in June and not when what
1:17:10yeah yeah like being like when we were
1:17:13talking and everything and texting and
1:17:15calling each other like we could feel
1:17:17like there was like that disconnect
1:17:20there and like over that period of time
1:17:23like it our conversations were shorter
1:17:26text messages were a little bit less you
1:17:27know like like more like emotional type
1:17:30thing you know more love less
1:17:31lovey-dovey type things so explain like
1:17:34even before June was there any other
1:17:37issues as far as your relationship goes
1:17:39or I mean everyone goes through ups and
1:17:40downs mean yeah I mean like like over a
1:17:43year ago you know it's more of like you
1:17:45know I could see that maybe W it wasn't
1:17:47like as hot and heavy as as like you
1:17:49know as it was when we first met you
1:17:51know that spark and anything like that
1:17:53but like you know like you know like you
1:17:55said ups and downs marriages like you
1:17:56know they have their lows and they have
1:17:58their highs and like I was hoping that
1:18:01we we can just like we could just like
1:18:03it would just work itself out like it's
1:18:05hard with babies and you know yeah I
1:18:08mean yeah with when when a kids are
1:18:09involved it's a little bit harder a lot
1:18:11harder and just as far as like your time
1:18:13away from your spouse and you know just
1:18:15trying to make time for them and you
1:18:18give them emotional attention and that
1:18:20kind of stuff I know that kind of can
1:18:21get strained did you feel that once you
1:18:24started having kids or you know that
1:18:27even before yeah we didn't like like go
1:18:29out on dates really a whole lot after we
1:18:30had kids cuz I mean we just you know
1:18:32kids kids monopolize a lot of your time
1:18:35like they take up a lot so it's like you
1:18:36want to focus like r on kids all the
1:18:38time and that's what we did we didn't
1:18:41really focus on ourselves much and I
1:18:43think that's where like I'm not going to
1:18:45blame the kids for a disconnection or
1:18:47anything but like yeah we focus like on
1:18:49the kids like all the time but like and
1:18:52then like as our relationship got longer
1:18:54longer it was more of like like I could
1:18:57feel that disconnect that was there like
1:18:59we're really talk like we didn't have
1:19:01those deep conversations anymore like
1:19:03you know anything like
1:19:05that but like that's that's when I kind
1:19:07of all started and I was hoping that you
1:19:08know maybe it just just work itself out
1:19:11and being like when I those five weeks
1:19:13when she was in North Carolina and I was
1:19:15here like I could feel it more like tell
1:19:18me about that what do you mean by that
1:19:20so like you could feel like the
1:19:21disconnect more like in the
1:19:22conversations we were having and like it
1:19:23were just short and like it felt like
1:19:27you know like when we're texting each
1:19:29other and nothing was the same as far as
1:19:31that goes like calling each other
1:19:32Nothing Was the Same and you could when
1:19:35I got there that's when it all you can
1:19:37kind of all like when we were talking it
1:19:40was just nothing yeah tell me about that
1:19:41like what did it seem like when you got
1:19:43out there fin like when I got out there
1:19:44it was just like you could feel like you
1:19:46know get to the airport you know wrap
1:19:48the kids like around they they come
1:19:50running they come running through the
1:19:52alarm and everything they running
1:19:53through a place they couldn't even run
1:19:54into and gave them big old hug and
1:19:58everything and then like gave shenan a
1:19:59hug and everything and just like you can
1:20:01just feel it start from there like
1:20:02everything just felt like
1:20:05different kiss or anything we kissed
1:20:07right then but like after that it was
1:20:09just like every every night it was more
1:20:11of like a we talked but it was like
1:20:15mainly it was through
1:20:17text like when you were there yeah yeah
1:20:20cuz it was more like like whenever we
1:20:22would talk about like how we were
1:20:23feeling it was more of like we were just
1:20:26text back and forth type of thing cuz
1:20:28like that's how that's how we could get
1:20:29our feelings more across cuz her M
1:20:31everybody was still there like we
1:20:32weren't really alone cuz her parents
1:20:34were there so when did tell me about
1:20:36like when did that first text you know
1:20:38like what was that first text like as
1:20:40far as like one of you you know deciding
1:20:43to talk to the other one about maybe
1:20:45separating or you know not feeling great
1:20:47about your relationship or whatever like
1:20:48who was that first person that sent that
1:20:50text and what did that text look like it
1:20:53was probably on her phone but so when I
1:20:55got there it was July 31st went to the
1:20:57beach August 1st and her dad was there
1:21:00for a few days and then her mom came
1:21:02down so they're we were never really
1:21:04like alone with like alone together so
1:21:07that's why some of our conversations
1:21:09were through text as far as that goes so
1:21:11why you're both there together you're
1:21:12still texting about stuff and what what
1:21:15were those texts about like what did
1:21:16they say it's just kind of like you
1:21:18know where is our relationship going
1:21:21type thing like where like like if we're
1:21:23bringing a third kid into this world
1:21:25like like what's what's our relationship
1:21:29going to look like like is it going to
1:21:31be are we going to be are we going to
1:21:34work this out or is this going to lead
1:21:38to a separation is this going to lead to
1:21:40where like we stay together and be civil
1:21:42with the kids or are we going to be our
1:21:45separate ways
1:21:47and stuff like that and what was she
1:21:50what was her reaction to all
1:21:52that it was I mean a lot of it was
1:21:55emotional it was a lot of crying it was
1:21:57just like I'm not sure
1:21:59like how to word that but it was more of
1:22:02the what are we going to do like how are
1:22:06we going to make can we how are we going
1:22:08to make this work so your wife wanted to
1:22:10make it work and we both wanted to see
1:22:12like all right is this is this going to
1:22:13make it work is this going to work like
1:22:15are we still at that point in our
1:22:18relationship where we're going to make
1:22:20this
1:22:21work so like when she went to when she
1:22:24went to Arizona she confided in a bunch
1:22:26of her friends as far as like what was
1:22:28going on as far as like where our
1:22:30relationship was and how do you know
1:22:32that they well once once this
1:22:34disappearance happened like I they KN
1:22:36like I didn't know if they knew or not
1:22:38they reached out to you and told you
1:22:39that they knew well I told him like you
1:22:41know we were you know going to go
1:22:44through like with a separation and
1:22:45everything like oh we we knew you guys
1:22:47were having some issues there and
1:22:50everything I'm like oh okay I didn't
1:22:52know did they tell you what Chan had
1:22:54said no I just said they just like they
1:22:56saw her like and she her emotional state
1:22:58it wasn't the same as far as like they
1:23:01could tell something was like it was
1:23:03different about her so in North Carolina
1:23:04is that the first time you guys have
1:23:06ever talked about maybe not being
1:23:08together and maybe you know figuring out
1:23:10life separately yeah okay and was that
1:23:13more would you say you bringing it up to
1:23:16her or her bring me bring it up to her
1:23:18okay okay did she ask you why like why
1:23:23now you know or oh yeah that kind of
1:23:25stuff what what did you say back to her
1:23:28yeah it was more of just like I didn't
1:23:29feel that I didn't feel that connection
1:23:31anymore like I like fell out a love kind
1:23:34of thing or you describe it yeah it was
1:23:36more of like I don't feel the same way
1:23:39that I used to like I don't I don't
1:23:42think we have that connection anymore to
1:23:44where like I can just like be myself and
1:23:47just like be everything that I need to
1:23:49be for you right now and that's that's
1:23:51how where I explain the
1:23:54and she said
1:23:56what she didn't like know really what to
1:23:59say it was just like I I don't know I
1:24:02didn't see it but it's like I want to
1:24:05work on it and I want to see where this
1:24:09can go like if we can fix it like like
1:24:12either through a book or like counseling
1:24:15or so after your conversation with her
1:24:18it was your this is in North Carolina
1:24:20right belief that you guys would try and
1:24:22work on it together just to see if it
1:24:25would kind of work or or just kind of
1:24:26like see where this like like we'll take
1:24:28this week like because it was an
1:24:30emotional week just because of
1:24:31everything we we were saying and like
1:24:33what we were what we were thinking like
1:24:36and all that especially bringing our kid
1:24:37into the world it's like we want that
1:24:40environment to be as like healthy as
1:24:43possible sure did you guys I'm sorry
1:24:46it's fre in here I'm pump this up a
1:24:48little bit
1:24:50um did you guys sleep in the same bed
1:24:54you there in uh in North or North
1:24:58Carolina yeah yeah like there's there
1:25:00was a couple I slept in the kids' room
1:25:02one time or slept in the kids' room one
1:25:04time and slept on the couch another time
1:25:07is it just because of the tension
1:25:08there's there's a t there's tension in
1:25:09there that's good and then when we got
1:25:12here we got but when you're there like
1:25:15did you guys have sex at all or no no
1:25:18okay were you guys affectionate after
1:25:20the kiss at the airport not really okay
1:25:23that's where like that's where we could
1:25:24feel like it wasn't like it wasn't
1:25:26really there at that point in time okay
1:25:29and up until the point where she left
1:25:31was it you know affectionate
1:25:35and no I mean what was your sex life
1:25:37like I mean it was I mean the last time
1:25:40we had sex was in like may like when the
1:25:43kid was born or a kid was conceived so
1:25:46that would have been in May been like
1:25:49cuz she found out second week of June so
1:25:52it would have been like May okay and was
1:25:54there a um celebration or something that
1:25:57you know did you guys go out did you
1:25:59have a date did you no she got me a few
1:26:02shirts that had like a you know um is
1:26:06said like Dad code ficient of3 type
1:26:09thing um she had a couple shirts in May
1:26:11all one was a back rub type
1:26:14thing but as far as when you had sex in
1:26:17may like what was there something
1:26:19special about that we we had you know
1:26:22talked about like having like going
1:26:24through pros and cons of having another
1:26:26another child and but like we didn't
1:26:28like have like a celebration like of
1:26:31having sex so you guys like so you were
1:26:33talking about maybe having another kid
1:26:35and then you were actually trying that
1:26:36night to have another kid yeah I think
1:26:39after waited until she was like was like
1:26:42when she was like ovulating type thing
1:26:44was she keeping track of that she yeah
1:26:45she always has that on her
1:26:47own right it's like a like a cycle
1:26:50tracker okay type thing and it tells you
1:26:52okay so did you find that sex was more
1:26:55like a job or did you really enjoy it
1:26:58with your wife as far as I I never felt
1:27:00like it was a task okay like even like
1:27:03we're going to do it now cuz I need to
1:27:04get pregnant whatever like no it it
1:27:07wasn't like I mean whenever you're
1:27:08trying to have a kid I mean you have to
1:27:11like plan that part as far as that goes
1:27:14sure because like you can't just like
1:27:16you know have like every day or twice a
1:27:18day like to get pregnant you have to
1:27:20like once and then kind of wait two days
1:27:22or something whatever the formula is is
1:27:24like she said you have to wait like 2
1:27:26days and then try again okay but that's
1:27:28what that was okay so before that time
1:27:32in May how often would you say that you
1:27:34guys were having sex maybe
1:27:37like once or twice a week okay so why do
1:27:42you think it significantly stopped right
1:27:44after she
1:27:46conceived and me like it was that's kind
1:27:51of hard to tell cuz we went through SP
1:27:52little spurts where like maybe it wasn't
1:27:54like once every every once or twice a
1:27:58week like there was times we went like a
1:28:00month or two like without without having
1:28:03sex like sometimes like I would try and
1:28:07that would you know she was tired or you
1:28:09know something was going on like she was
1:28:11just aggravated or something she was
1:28:12like not tonight like type thing like I
1:28:15was usually one to initiate it mhm like
1:28:18but i' say most times it was like I was
1:28:20shot down but that's I mean married life
1:28:24honestly you just kept trying yeah like
1:28:26you keep you try I mean like you never
1:28:28stop trying cuz I mean that's I mean if
1:28:31you felt like it was a job or task you
1:28:33wouldn't drive mhm but like you know I I
1:28:36enjoyed having having sex with her so I
1:28:38mean okay it was as far as like um North
1:28:43Carolina goes like when you guys kind of
1:28:45broach the subject of maybe you know
1:28:48separating or whatever um did she accuse
1:28:52you of you know cuz I mean I think it
1:28:54would be a normal wife's reaction to be
1:28:55like who is it like you know like who's
1:28:58the chick or whatever yeah I mean like
1:28:59like that that kind of came up you know
1:29:01like and I was just like you know that
1:29:03would never happen like you know the
1:29:05kind of guy I am like like we were at I
1:29:07was at um one of my friends house Jing
1:29:09me and he said like you know you're the
1:29:10type of guy that I could send you with
1:29:13my wife for a week and know nothing was
1:29:15going to happen type thing like they
1:29:17know people know the kind of person I am
1:29:19solid guy yeah like I'm not the type of
1:29:21guy that's just going to say all right
1:29:23my wife's gone like who's the who's the
1:29:26girl like I can find for this like five
1:29:28weeks like no that's not me like I
1:29:31respect my wife and she respects me like
1:29:33she's I there's no anything that she
1:29:35could she could like like if she's
1:29:37somewhere safe right now like I don't
1:29:40think would be with a guy I mean if it
1:29:43is I'm fine like I want her to be safe I
1:29:45want the kids back home if was with the
1:29:47guy great come back home we'll talk
1:29:49about all that later mhm but like I
1:29:52never had engling she with would do the
1:29:54same do anything to me you know so how
1:29:56did that come up from her like what
1:29:58exactly did she say to you because of
1:30:00our like how like our text and calls
1:30:03were getting like shorter and everything
1:30:04like that like she like like are you
1:30:07having I like no not having any Affair
1:30:09like that is the last thing that should
1:30:10be on your mind did she bring up any
1:30:12other I guess in a woman's mind evidence
1:30:15as far as you know why she would think
1:30:18there would be someone else involved or
1:30:19anything like that no it's just CU like
1:30:21I was like whenever like do a call
1:30:23sometimes I'd be out for run or I'd be
1:30:24working out and she could tell like all
1:30:26right you don't want to talk to me right
1:30:28now let's just go work out type of thing
1:30:30she like like when she was going I would
1:30:33take that more time to kind of like you
1:30:34know go like go run go work out cuz I
1:30:37mean I had had time to do it type of
1:30:40thing like I would always make time to
1:30:41FaceTime with the kids and everything
1:30:43when she would call like you know I
1:30:44would always make time to do like
1:30:46especially like when the kids are awake
1:30:47and everything like that sure like she
1:30:49like like like later on at night you
1:30:51know like when I would just sun goes
1:30:53down I'd go out for a run cuz it's less
1:30:55hot hot
1:30:56outside and would she accuse you of like
1:30:58doing other stuff while you were not
1:31:00answering your phone or oh no like she
1:31:02was like you know she would asked me
1:31:04like hey can you like do this for me
1:31:07like can you find this like medication
1:31:09send me a picture of
1:31:10it can you like like find something at
1:31:14the house I mean Little Things by that
1:31:15she knew I was at the house so I mean
1:31:18it's like um she had no reason to really
1:31:21have that that fear in her head but
1:31:23being away for you know that amount of
1:31:26time and being pregnant and it's like
1:31:29that's going to run through her mind has
1:31:31she ever been away that long before no
1:31:35okay you talk about you know her being
1:31:36pregnant or whatever like how was she
1:31:38different when she was pregnant that
1:31:40when she wasn't pregnant well I guess
1:31:42just you're just more more emotional in
1:31:45general I just want to make
1:31:48sure yeah okay um more emotional oh yeah
1:31:52I mean that's that's normal I mean her
1:31:54Cravings hadn't really changed or
1:31:55anything like that but just like you
1:31:57know just more emotional and everything
1:31:59like that mhm would she kind of admit
1:32:01that like I'm pregnant whatever well I
1:32:04mean I guess she's like you know she's
1:32:05just you know she's with her mom and she
1:32:07gets really you know her mom's like
1:32:10really like she's full Italian so like
1:32:13she's always like you
1:32:15know always just like gho about
1:32:18everything and it makes sh like really
1:32:20anxious sometimes and like you know like
1:32:21it's it's a lot of stress being over
1:32:24there with you know her family and my
1:32:26family as far as like everybody you know
1:32:28like she she's she's over there by
1:32:29herself with the kids do you guys all
1:32:31get along like just I mean yeah I mean
1:32:34pretty civil for you said that you went
1:32:36to your parents by yourself like was
1:32:37there a reason why shenan and the girls
1:32:39didn't go yeah because there was a there
1:32:41was an incident where my mom had
1:32:44something in the house that CC could was
1:32:46kind of allergic to what was that it was
1:32:49some ice cream and what what are your
1:32:51kids sick with I guess CC IC to tree
1:32:54nuts okay and um so not peanuts but like
1:32:58my kids allergic to peanuts but not tree
1:33:00nuts so yeah so peanuts is like a I
1:33:03guess oh it's growing from the ground so
1:33:05the Tre enough like pistachios and
1:33:08cashews and stuff like that those the
1:33:09good ones I know and kiwi kiwi is like
1:33:13grown like I guess the spores have like
1:33:16something that's related to tree nuts
1:33:18found out out the hard way as well but
1:33:20yeah like there was an incident where
1:33:22she had something in the house
1:33:24as far as it was it was ice cream that
1:33:27CCE couldn't have and my one of my
1:33:30sister's kids went and grabbed some she
1:33:32was eating next to CC
1:33:35and it was just a point where like
1:33:38shenan said I they cannot come over here
1:33:41again since I mean cuz CCE is the one
1:33:44that kind of would lunge as she just
1:33:46grab like I mean oh if my sister's get
1:33:49at would happen so fast you wouldn't
1:33:50even be able to you you know cuz I mean
1:33:52like how we figured out tree nuts was an
1:33:54issue it's cuz she had a little sliver
1:33:56of a cashew one day a sliver and made it
1:34:00react and her reactions got worse over
1:34:04her her last panel was was a couple like
1:34:07a month two months ago or something like
1:34:09that and her reaction was a little bit
1:34:11when they prick her back and
1:34:12everything so like that that kind of
1:34:15drove shenan to where like all right
1:34:17they can't come over again if you're
1:34:19going to have this in this house and
1:34:20that kind of that's why that happened
1:34:23when was that was that this during this
1:34:24trip or was that from before it was
1:34:26during that 5 weeks span okay yeah and
1:34:29they hadn't seen the kids in like two
1:34:31weeks when I got
1:34:32there and shanan was like I they can't
1:34:35come over they can't go over there right
1:34:36now what did you think about that I was
1:34:39I was hurt I was like you know I wanted
1:34:41my one my parents to see their their
1:34:43grandbabies you know like even if it's
1:34:45just like the I mean it was we didn't
1:34:47even even FaceTime so like like when I
1:34:50went over there like I I wanted to bring
1:34:52kids but like I respected her decision
1:34:54like okay like if I if you want the kids
1:34:57over there right now it's fine I just I
1:34:58just need to see my parents like since
1:34:59I'm here like I'm here for a week you
1:35:01know I want to at least like go over
1:35:03there give him a hug and see my sister
1:35:06her husband their kid as well and just
1:35:08kind of just say hey had little cookout
1:35:10and just hung out do you know if shenan
1:35:12told anyone in North Carolina about what
1:35:14was going on oh I'm like I'm sure she
1:35:17did who do you think she
1:35:19told oh she probably told uh well
1:35:22there's people here I know probably knew
1:35:25Cassie probably knew but they they
1:35:27Nicole lives here Cassie lives there
1:35:29there's some of her good friends but
1:35:31like would she have told any of her
1:35:32family or friends in North Carolina I'm
1:35:34not sure if her mom knew or not if that
1:35:36was the case is she pretty close to her
1:35:38mom oh yeah she is but I'm not sure if
1:35:40she like like told her like the entire
1:35:43like thing about the whole like P the
1:35:45having something in the house all I just
1:35:47mean um between you and her sorry the
1:35:49separation oh so oh no like no she
1:35:52didn't tell any of her family no and why
1:35:54do you know she didn't do that cuz she
1:35:56told me she like she's not going to tell
1:35:57them like I knew she was confiding in a
1:35:59few of her friends CU she told me that
1:36:01cuz she had need somebody to talk to but
1:36:02she didn't tell her mom or anything like
1:36:05that
1:36:06mhm do you guys go to church no not here
1:36:10no you moved to Colorado the church like
1:36:14we were talking about like you know
1:36:15finding one for you know with the kids
1:36:17and everything what about counseling did
1:36:18you guys talk about counseling yeah yeah
1:36:20when did you guys talk about that
1:36:23that
1:36:24was probably we got back from the seven
1:36:28back to work from the eth so probably
1:36:29about the eth or
1:36:32so oh right before she left I guess she
1:36:35left on the 10th is that right okay so
1:36:37what did what came of that when you guys
1:36:39talked about counseling it's like I
1:36:40don't really think we really needed to
1:36:42go to counseling so I've never like I
1:36:43don't I mean anything that we were
1:36:45saying to each other I felt like we
1:36:46could just say it to each other and not
1:36:48have to like you know go
1:36:49to go to somewhere somebody's couch and
1:36:52talk to them about it like she said like
1:36:54a couple of her friends that that were
1:36:56married have been counseling like once
1:36:58or twice or three times and they're
1:36:59still going type of thing like I didn't
1:37:02feel like I really needed to but I mean
1:37:05I was I mean I was open to the idea
1:37:07because I thought like all right if if
1:37:09she really really really like if this is
1:37:12going to
1:37:13work May maybe but like I really didn't
1:37:16really want to do it just because like I
1:37:18didn't think we needed to do that I
1:37:20thought we could just like you
1:37:21know let me just do it that way but it
1:37:24the disconnection was there I didn't
1:37:25feel like it was going to
1:37:27help okay do you get back on the eth or
1:37:307th on the 7th go back to work on the
1:37:328th you went back to work on the eth
1:37:34okay and what day is the eth like of the
1:37:37week do you
1:37:40remember 8 9 so it be a Wednesday it was
1:37:43a Wednesday yeah okay cuz the 10th was a
1:37:45Friday that's when she flew out okay and
1:37:48then you worked how many days I worked
1:37:51Wednesday and Thursday and then I was
1:37:54off Friday because that's when she flew
1:37:56out to Arizona okay so what tell me
1:38:00about all the stuff you did on
1:38:03Friday or how was it I guess before she
1:38:05left like if you know did you take her
1:38:07to the airport oh no Nicole picked her
1:38:08up oh ni picked her up y okay what was
1:38:11you the attitude like or what was the
1:38:13relationship like when she left for
1:38:15Arizona it was I mean we were just like
1:38:18like we had talked about counseling and
1:38:19everything and we knew what the uh what
1:38:23the uh sex with the baby was we Wen
1:38:25going to tell anybody until she got back
1:38:27cuz Nicole knew Nicole was the one that
1:38:29like prepped everything for like with
1:38:30the bag and like couple things like pour
1:38:33out a little fake fake champagne bottle
1:38:35and
1:38:36whatnot for which one for or the for the
1:38:40for like like a gender reveal type
1:38:42gender okay type thing like that okay so
1:38:45like she she did all that for
1:38:47us and um so Friday I mean I woke up
1:38:50with the I waited for the kids to wake
1:38:52up cuz she she left early that morning
1:38:54Nicole came picked her up and she left
1:38:56at the airport was it like Kiss Hug by
1:39:00or was it kind of strained as far as it
1:39:02it was a hug it was a hug yeah okay yeah
1:39:05it was just like you know have a safe
1:39:06flight and just let me know when you get
1:39:08there and I'll send you pictures of the
1:39:10kids like when like throughout the day
1:39:12okay type thing okay so and then you
1:39:15said I'm sorry that you waited till the
1:39:16kids got up yeah like that's what we
1:39:18usually do we just wait for the wait for
1:39:20the kids to wake up so they wake us up
1:39:23okay and Bella came in the room and she
1:39:25just she usually just crawls in the bed
1:39:26and just like just Falls right just
1:39:28falls asleep next to us like when she
1:39:30wakes up she doesn't just get up and
1:39:31just go like CC does but as far as
1:39:33Friday goes what exactly happened on
1:39:35Friday so we're just pretty much hung
1:39:37out the
1:39:40house just just playing around just we
1:39:42went to like grocery
1:39:44store went to get my glasses got some
1:39:49cracks in the
1:39:50frame we went went to
1:40:00Target we went to King Supers to pick up
1:40:03the clicklist over
1:40:05there I've never done that that was fun
1:40:08to do that is that your first time doing
1:40:10it or do you guys oh no she does it for
1:40:12me all the time oh she does MHM very
1:40:14cool yeah we just like we we have made
1:40:17little day of it and everything and so
1:40:19and I'm sorry do your kids go to
1:40:20preschool or
1:40:22daycare is that a preschool or a daycare
1:40:25it's a little bit of both depending on
1:40:26your age cuz like they have up to 6
1:40:29months okay so what are your kids
1:40:31considered in the preschool or in the
1:40:34early celest is like early preschool
1:40:37one early preschool one and Celeste or
1:40:42Bella
1:40:43is uh prek one so is it like you can
1:40:46drop your kids off before school starts
1:40:49like and they will like have a daycare
1:40:51and then oh well it's like you go like
1:40:53like they'll have like a room like like
1:40:56sometimes they'll only have a few
1:40:57teachers there at 6:30 6:30 in the
1:40:59morning type thing oh okay you're right
1:41:01and they combine most of the classes and
1:41:03stuff because there's not that many kids
1:41:05there so where is this Primrose at is
1:41:07that in eie in eie yeah is there only
1:41:09one there in
1:41:11eie yeah I mean Primrose is like a chain
1:41:13up the school but like there's another
1:41:15one like in Thorton or something like
1:41:16that but there's only one in E yeah
1:41:19there was it was a teacher work day that
1:41:20day so that's why they couldn't go
1:41:21that's I was wondering I'm like so
1:41:23Friday they would normally
1:41:25go mhm okay they would normally go
1:41:27that's why like I took that day off
1:41:29because like you didn't have any daycare
1:41:32cuz she was leaving so early and whatnot
1:41:33but yeah we we just play around that day
1:41:37and just like just I mean went to a
1:41:38couple different places
1:41:40and and do the kids go five days a week
1:41:43there or how often did they go to oh
1:41:46they yeah five days a week five days a
1:41:47week and what is the normally time
1:41:49normal time that they go from from like
1:41:528
1:41:53depending on when they kind of wake up
1:41:55and get ready usually about 7:30 like 4
1:41:587:30 to 4 yeah somewhere around there
1:42:00and is this cuz um shenan is doing her
1:42:03Thrive stuff and you're at work at the
1:42:04oil field okay yeah it's like when
1:42:07they're at school she can really
1:42:08concentrate sure all that stuff right
1:42:11now does she pretty much work from home
1:42:13oh she work from anywhere but does she
1:42:15normally work like from a computer at
1:42:17home or she she just works from her
1:42:19phone I mean she uses her computer but
1:42:20she uses her phone mostly
1:42:23me yeah I mean you can do anything from
1:42:25those things it's crazy okay so you hang
1:42:28out you guys are running errands Target
1:42:30um grocery store that kind of stuff um
1:42:32what time do you think you get home on
1:42:35Friday probably
1:42:41about I'd say probably about 430 or so
1:42:45okay and do you guys do anything else
1:42:46Friday night just normal things like you
1:42:50know just getting ready for bed or have
1:42:53dinner getting ready for bed type thing
1:42:56okay did you talk to shenan that night
1:42:59yeah yeah I'm pretty sure I did would
1:43:02you have facetimed her with the girls or
1:43:04oh no they when she's away and something
1:43:07like that like we don't we don't
1:43:08FaceTime the gr they would really react
1:43:10to that oh cuz they'd be upset they'd be
1:43:12upset yeah like Bella was asking a lot
1:43:14about her okay so that she talk to them
1:43:18like as far as on a phone call or no no
1:43:20there was no contact between her and the
1:43:22kids while she was gone just that's
1:43:25normal like like like if she like like
1:43:28last time there was a Thrive event that
1:43:29was like she went to Canada and like it
1:43:32was like do not talk to the girls like
1:43:35they they would L like have like a
1:43:37cryfest like you like I can't handle
1:43:40that so well I mean she knows like like
1:43:42it would really make her cry too mhm

1:44:04of chilled out around the house and so

1:44:10so you went and worked out and then what
1:44:12how do you chill out like what do you
1:44:13normally do Sports Center Sports Center
1:44:15and just like there's a cool movie on to
1:44:18watch or something like that and did you
1:44:20have anyone over on Friday or any would
1:44:23sto by or anything like that no okay and
1:44:26then what happened Saturday morning
1:44:29Saturday morning kind of the same thing
1:44:32like
1:44:34Bella Bella came in bed again like some
1:44:36like when she wakes up she comes into
1:44:38bed and just kind of lays next to me and
1:44:40then just kind of waiting for cc to wake
1:44:41up type thing and then I was going to go
1:44:44to Costco that day but she said she just
1:44:46do it when when she got back got back on
1:44:49money to get some chicken or vegetables
1:44:51and stuffff like that but I got most
1:44:52everything from that clicklist the king
1:44:54supers they was like hung out of the
1:44:56house and played outside and before it
1:44:59got too hot outside and just play in the
1:45:02playroom and some things around the
1:45:04house cuz it get so hot out there like
1:45:05we couldn't go to the park because they
1:45:06were doing like some drainage thing and
1:45:08they had everything dug up and whenever
1:45:10it does rain it just like puddles up
1:45:12really high and it was just one of those
1:45:14deals cuz you're were in a newer
1:45:15neighborhood to that right
1:45:18uh our house was built in 2013 oh okay
1:45:21but there was already houses there I
1:45:22think there was houses been there for a
1:45:23little while oh okay mhm okay um so you
1:45:28guys come in or you're hanging around
1:45:30the house playing around the house so
1:45:31what happens around dinner time so
1:45:34McKenna or sorry Jeremy Lindstrom his
1:45:37one of his daughters
1:45:39McKenna uh watched the girls that night
1:45:41I went to a Rockies game okay yeah who
1:45:43you go the Rockies game with that was um
1:45:46people from work and who did you go with
1:45:49from work it was um so it was Co
1:45:55and lot just cuz I don't know who these
1:45:57people are oh yeah I was like Cody bah
1:46:02and cuz it was a raffle that we had from
1:46:04work oh okay so it was just it was a
1:46:07work function but it was Cody bah and uh
1:46:12Sam Sam Laro those two guys yeah okay so
1:46:16just three of you guys went yeah yeah
1:46:18and then I came home about 11 did they
1:46:21win oh yeah was walk off free went home
1:46:23running the bottom of the 9th nice so
1:46:25this is Saturday night right Saturday
1:46:27night so what time did you actually
1:46:28leave to go to the Rockies game it was
1:46:29like four 5:00 5:00 did the game start
1:46:32at 7 or 6:10 610 stop and eat dinner or
1:46:36yeah at a lazy dog at the lazy dog who
1:46:38did you eat dinner with about the same
1:46:40people oh okay yeah so got down there
1:46:43the Rockies game came back about 11 or
1:46:47so stopped by at the uh gas station next
1:46:49to the house got some money from
1:46:51McKenna gave it to her
1:46:54what gas station is that uh the one
1:46:56right by our house do you know what kind
1:46:57it is or kico kco I think it's it's it's
1:47:00next to a Pinocchio's Restaurant okay so
1:47:04got is that ATM inside yes OB yeah okay
1:47:08yeah so we got that um talk on the way
1:47:10home from the Rockies game yeah did you
1:47:13how did you get there and back with the
1:47:16Alexis oh so did you pick up anyone on
1:47:18the way did you give rides to anyone you
1:47:21just met them down there yeah where were
1:47:23your seats do you
1:47:25remember it was on like the third
1:47:27Baseline like good seats they're decent
1:47:29first level kind like 10 rows up
1:47:33probably or something like there nice it
1:47:35was not too bad I how did you pay for
1:47:36the raffle oh it was just like just
1:47:38something to enter oh something to enter
1:47:41in there but they always have something
1:47:43like for a golf tournament I'm not a
1:47:44golfer or anything like that but it was
1:47:46just something to enter do you and your
1:47:47like people you work with get together
1:47:50every once in a while not I mean not not
1:47:52mainly this is was just like a random
1:47:53thing it was something I never went
1:47:55anything so it was just like one of
1:47:56those random things did you pick them to
1:47:58go no they no I was I just I won that
1:48:01one ticket all three of you won that
1:48:03ticket yeah and did anyone else meet you
1:48:05guys there from work or no no it was
1:48:07just a random thing okay yeah but the um
1:48:10when we got home I call shanan um I ask
1:48:14how much to give McKenna and she was
1:48:16like it's like I give her 60 you give
1:48:17her 50 I like just give her 50 cuz like
1:48:20okay want to overpay her I'm like okay I
1:48:22get there and uh the expedition was
1:48:25there I think that was that was Jeremy's
1:48:28wife's car and uh I gave her the money
1:48:32and girls were fine they were they ate
1:48:34pizza that I order a pizza for him that
1:48:36night for him like that and then then
1:48:40after that I went inside went to bed and
1:48:42then did it where the girls in bed oh
1:48:44yeah yeah they were they were totally
1:48:46passed out and was the mom there to help
1:48:49McKenna or no I think she dropped off
1:48:52the car I didn't see anybody in the car
1:48:53when I pulled up oh McKenna can drive I
1:48:56don't even know how old McKenna is she's
1:48:57like she has her own car she had a Jeep
1:48:59oh okay but they either I didn't see
1:49:02anybody in the car as far as her mom was
1:49:04but I think they dropped her car off so
1:49:06like when I got home they could
1:49:08just okay so and I hate to keep going
1:49:11back to the rocket team but you were
1:49:12with your co-workers there did you
1:49:13mention to either of them about you know
1:49:16issues that you having with your life or
1:49:18anything like that are these not those
1:49:19typ of people that you would talk to
1:49:21like that no nothing like that that
1:49:23nothing at all like that cuz like it's
1:49:25that's personal type things I don't I
1:49:27didn't want like people at work really
1:49:29knowing like anything that I'm going
1:49:30through mhm only person I really told my
1:49:33foreman just because like you know if is
1:49:36that who is that Luke Apple okay and
1:49:38what did you tell him I just told him
1:49:39like you know like I wanted him to be
1:49:41aware like if if he felt like my mind
1:49:43was not on task that like you know tell
1:49:47me and just send me home type thing if
1:49:49you cuz like at work when you're there
1:49:52like you need to be because there's so
1:49:53much pressure like
1:49:55around I mean like I mean not like PR
1:49:58like Wellhead pressure that kind of
1:50:00pressure yeah you you stand in front of
1:50:02like
1:50:04a like a master valve or like a needle
1:50:07valve that could be open or something
1:50:08like
1:50:09that so like you don't want to be like
1:50:11100 lounds to kill
1:50:13you but I mean like I work around stuff
1:50:16that has like so did he ask you why

1:50:20like you know my wife and I you know
1:50:22we're going through a few things right
1:50:23now and that like you know separation
1:50:26has been on the table like I want you to
1:50:28know like I'm going to be my mind's

1:50:35like anything that I'm doing that you
1:50:37don't like just let me know cuz I want
1:50:41my foreman he's the one that's going to
1:50:42like he's the one's ging my performance
1:50:44reviews he's going to be he's my boss is
1:50:46he out there when you're working and
1:50:47stuff he's in the office mainly but he's
1:50:50one of the foremen that likes to go out
1:50:52to the field so he may see you out there

1:50:56has like meetings or whatnot like he
1:50:58likes to or when when he's done with
1:51:00meetings he likes to get out yeah so

1:51:30morning when you wake up so Sunday
1:51:33morning we uh wake up like like normal

1:51:37Bella actually goes into Cece's room and
1:51:40wakes her up this time so it happens but
1:51:44uh yeah so that happens and then we go
1:51:47downstairs and watch buffal Guppies and
1:51:49stuff like that and uh I put in bed a
1:51:53little early that day
1:51:55because Jeremy's son uh Kaden called
1:51:59buddy he's uh turned 4 wait are you
1:52:03talking about Sunday 9 already no it's
1:52:05like Sunday afternoon oh you put him in
1:52:07bed for a nap oh okay okay time yeah
1:52:10they have a nap in the middle of the day
1:52:12that's the best yeah yeah okay so they
1:52:14um we go over there after a nap I wake
1:52:17him up we go straight there what time is
1:52:19that you
1:52:20think so the part of at 1: I woke him
1:52:23about 12:30 that deal did you guys have
1:52:25a present for this little guy or how'd
1:52:28you get the present oh we went to Target
1:52:30that day I got him a little dinosaur car
1:52:32okay so earlier before their n Target
1:52:36okay when got the dinosaur car do you go
1:52:38anywhere else besides
1:52:40Target M okay no not that Sunday no okay
1:52:45like as we got back it was about that
1:52:47time and they had some for like that
1:52:49little early launch I had some cold they
1:52:50wanted cold pizza so that was their view
1:52:53it was a left pizza left over from the
1:52:54other night okay so they ate that and
1:52:58they went took a
1:52:59nap and then after that we went to
1:53:02Jeremy's house and we gr there from like
1:53:06115 to like probably 4:3 5:00 out there
1:53:11it was like I didn't know it was going
1:53:12to be like a water balloon like pool
1:53:14thing that a little mini pool out there
1:53:16water balloons and
1:53:18everything what do you mean that like he
1:53:20didn't bring SL I I no I didn't have SLS
1:53:22shoes with me or anything like that so
1:53:24like it was uh you just get their
1:53:26clothes wet yeah okay time to they love
1:53:29that oh oh see CeCe loves loves just
1:53:32getting in the water Bella was more like
1:53:34taking the water balloons out and just
1:53:35like you know spraying them everywhere
1:53:38type deal okay so you get home about
1:53:41what time you think about 4:30 5:00 okay
1:53:45so what happens after that um
1:53:47immediately just put them in the shower
1:53:49and try to wash them off cuz they had
1:53:51you know sand and everything cuz they
1:53:52had little sandbox over there like with
1:53:53their
1:53:55playground and uh so I just put them in
1:53:57the shower immediately just wash them
1:53:58off they can usually like wash their
1:54:00hair by themselves and whatnot so so are
1:54:02you in the shower with them I'm on the
1:54:04outside on the outside yeah I'm just
1:54:05like I let them kind of do their thing
1:54:07and wash them up and everything and get
1:54:09them dried off put some lotion on
1:54:11pajamas go downstairs they we pizza
1:54:13again so cold pizza what kind of pajamas
1:54:17did you put on them uh just night gos
1:54:19what do those look
1:54:21like it's probably I think Celeste had
1:54:25like a pink one with like
1:54:27little like a drawing of like a bird or
1:54:30something like that okay and uh
1:54:35Bella it might have been one that said
1:54:37like B on
1:54:39it
1:54:42or it was a multicolored one might had a
1:54:45unicorn on it okay they had so many of
1:54:46those M gos and is it a dress or they p
1:54:49in no no no no it's like a dress like
1:54:52yeah it just kind of like falls down to
1:54:53their knee it's hot so they sleep hot
1:54:55they sweat like crazy okay do they take
1:54:57their their pajamas off at all during
1:55:00the night no nor shei has a a nighttime
1:55:04diaper she she a nighttime diaper but
1:55:06she I mean as far as getting hot and
1:55:08stuff they don't like strip their
1:55:09clothes off in the middle of the night
1:55:11because they get hot or anything no or
1:55:13do they no they I've never seen them do
1:55:15that unless they have pants on like if
1:55:17they have like a like they like their
1:55:19mermaid pajamas that have like a T-shirt
1:55:21and pants they'll take that off the
1:55:23shirt part the pants Oh the pants yeah
1:55:25cuz they get so hot right so the

1:55:34that butt behind
1:55:36you is that what was be no I just like
1:55:39maybe it was like that getting hit or
1:55:41something like that no I wasn't touching
1:55:43it no in another room I they always have
1:55:46that yeah I'll have that um okay so you
1:55:49get them in their pajamas um feed him
1:55:51dinner f FaceTime uh shannan's parents
1:55:55so not shenan just her parents yeah her
1:55:57parents perfect yeah so they uh they
1:55:59FaceTime them for a little while and
1:56:02after that they sit on their couch they
1:56:04have a mini mouth one cc has a Minnie
1:56:06moue couch and Bella has a Sophia the
1:56:08First his couch and they chill there and
1:56:10gave him a little snack and ceste has
1:56:13some vanilla wafers Bella has some chips
1:56:15and then they each wanted a switch after
1:56:18they were done
1:56:19so sorry uh Bella had the wait for after
1:56:23that and see if she had some like cheit
1:56:24or something like that
1:56:27okay and then after that just brushed
1:56:31her teeth and got them ready for bed and
1:56:34they both use a potty and like they
1:56:35normally
1:56:36do and put them in bed okay do they
1:56:39normally go to bed right away or well
1:56:41they they lay in bed like they don't get
1:56:43out like once the rain machines are on
1:56:45and lights are out like Bella came out
1:56:47twice that time just cuz she knew like
1:56:50shanan was coming home like I told her
1:56:51like right she'll be home Monday M type
1:56:54thing cuz like Shan's not going to just
1:56:56go in there and wake her up at like in
1:56:57the middle of the night type thing so
1:56:59like I told her should be her she knew
1:57:01like you wake up yeah she knew like time
1:57:03yet like she comes out like she home yet
1:57:06like no baby just when you wake up okay
1:57:08when you wake up okay about two about
1:57:11two times she came out asking about that
1:57:13but Celeste hasn't she hasn't done that
1:57:16yet so as far as um you said you talked
1:57:19to shenan at least one time to ask about
1:57:21how much pay McKenna yeah did you talk
1:57:23to shenan any other time oh yeah like
1:57:26during the day Sunday okay and how was
1:57:28that it was just fun just talking about
1:57:30the kids and like you know texting back
1:57:32and forth I don't have much signal over
1:57:33at Jeremy's house there's like a dead
1:57:35zone on e parkway over there somewhere
1:57:37did you send her pictures of the kids
1:57:39party and stuff like that okay and was
1:57:41she was she happy about that was she I
1:57:43miss I miss that type thing you know mm
1:57:47yeah like I seen I said her pictures
1:57:48while like while she was gone what about
1:57:50like phone calls did you guys have any
1:57:51phone
1:57:52call yeah we have proba yeah we had a
1:57:54few I couldn't call her over there cuz
1:57:56it was bad signal area I barely get the
1:57:58text messages
1:58:00out you didn't call her at Jeremy CU
1:58:02that your yeah I I couldn't but the
1:58:04other time like Saturday night oh yeah
1:58:06like everything yeah we just you know
1:58:08talked that's how everything went and
1:58:09everything like that and once I got him
1:58:11home like on after the after the party
1:58:14and got to bed and everything told you
1:58:15know B was like she knows you're coming
1:58:17home and she like she's ready and
1:58:18everything and she was texting me like
1:58:21about like cuz the power went out I
1:58:22guess in Arizona because to the dust
1:58:24storms and her friend Addy and Cindy
1:58:27like they paid for dinner and stuff like
1:58:28that
1:58:29and um yeah Nicole and her were at the
1:58:32airport and add's plane got delayed and
1:58:36they're hoping theirs weren't getting
1:58:37delayed but ended up getting delayed so
1:58:39what like if you could have taken her
1:58:41pulse then like how was she as far as
1:58:44communicating with you was she you know
1:58:46like same old shenan or was she still
1:58:49kind of upset or I mean it's kind of
1:58:52hard to tell through through that those
1:58:54texts but like she was ready to get home
1:58:56and see the girls just be home but as
1:58:59far as her relationship with you how did
1:59:01that feel to you I mean it it felt I
1:59:03mean it felt like she did when she left
1:59:05like it felt like you know like she was
1:59:07like in that state of mind to where like
1:59:11okay she decided to be home like maybe
1:59:13she
1:59:15like it's kind of hard to really to tell
1:59:17but through a text but like she wanted
1:59:19to get home and see us because she' been
1:59:22she had been away like she when she Liv
1:59:23in North Carolina for 6 weeks and then
1:59:25she comes home for 2 days and goes to
1:59:26Arizona like she only been home for like
1:59:282 days and 6 and 1/2 week span so she
1:59:32was just ready to be home be with us and
1:59:34just kind of like just be around us
1:59:37mhm
1:59:39so what time was she originally supposed
1:59:41to be home 11: 11: yeah okay um so
1:59:45obviously that gets delayed till yeah
1:59:46whenever yep uh she got home she didn't
1:59:49get home till like 2: she didn't leave
1:59:51there till like 11: I think they're an
1:59:52hour behind Okay in Phoenix okay at this
1:59:56time of year they don't did she text you
1:59:57when she landed or I did you know no she
2:00:00text me that it was delayed and I think
2:00:02she texted me when she took off but she
2:00:04didn't text me when she landed I just
2:00:06felt her like get in bed okay and you
2:00:09said that was around two you think and
2:00:11you know there was a doorbell thing is
2:00:13that what you said at 148 mhm it's
2:00:15described the doorbell thing so it's got
2:00:17like whenever like a proximity like she
2:00:19walks up like a motion thing yeah okay
2:00:22and now is that tied to like a home
2:00:24security system or is it just a a single
2:00:27doorbell thing the doorbell like records
2:00:30it on to the uh our control panel so
2:00:35it's all tied together yeah like garage
2:00:37alarms yeah everything window whatever
2:00:40well there's no windows but just like
2:00:42there's a living room like motion thing
2:00:44and a basement motion and like we have
2:00:46uh open and shut uh sensors on the
2:00:49basement door and the sliding rear slide
2:00:52door and obviously the front door and
2:00:55both garage doors so is it anytime
2:00:57they're open or just if they're Next
2:00:59stend Period of time so like uh if one
2:01:02if the door is left open it after a
2:01:04certain amount of time it'll say U the
2:01:07front door at 2825 s of Trail has been
2:01:10left open so did it alert you that she
2:01:13was outside using the keypad to get in
2:01:16when she got home or no it just it
2:01:18picked her up walking up to the door and
2:01:20did it alert you that
2:01:22when I saw it the next morning it wasn't
2:01:25enough that it woke you up no it's very
2:01:28like a faint like type thing and what's
2:01:31the living room one what's that for it's
2:01:33just a motion detector like if like you
2:01:35set alarm to away like you know nobody's
2:01:37going to be in the house that's you know
2:01:39stuff like that it'll pick that up and
2:01:41set alarm off does it is it on when
2:01:44you're home though no like we if you
2:01:47said it to a away while you're home
2:01:48you're just going to check the alarm
2:01:50okay so you don't have any of those like
2:01:52active I guess when you're well it's
2:01:54it's always active but it's not set to
2:01:56you can set the away and stay or
2:01:58disarmed but it's still going to pick it
2:02:00up oh okay like it'll like if you look
2:02:02on my phone like go to the viven app
2:02:04it'll show you like uh living room
2:02:07motion detected so and I guess so just
2:02:10for my own knowledge did you actually
2:02:12look at that obviously when she went
2:02:14missing and the girls did you look at
2:02:16your living room alarms and that I mean
2:02:18to see if there was stuff going on it
2:02:20doesn't like cuz we had so many like
2:02:23like doorbell trips cuz it was messing
2:02:25up so much as far as like little things
2:02:27setting it off it only I can only go to
2:02:29the history so far so you don't pay for
2:02:32the cloud storage for that no okay did
2:02:35is that an option uh they had never
2:02:37given it to me okay but like so how far
2:02:39did it go
2:02:41back this is I'm not sure how many like
2:02:44different
2:02:45like events that it can store like it'll
2:02:48have notifications you can scroll a bell
2:02:50it eventually just ends not sure how
2:02:52long they'll actually keep it so when
2:02:54you when this all happened did you look
2:02:56on there and it like the only thing that
2:02:58I saw that was really strange was that
2:03:00uh when I left it said uh the garage do
2:03:02stayed
2:03:04open and no so if that was on there at
2:03:085: whatever in the morning right
2:03:11wouldn't the other stuff still be there
2:03:12too that happened after like if there
2:03:14was Motion in the living room or the
2:03:16basement or whatever it should have been
2:03:17the only thing there was like a basement
2:03:20door left open and garage door left open
2:03:23oh when was the basement door left open
2:03:25it was about the same time 5:27 yeah it
2:03:28was like it like wasin a
2:03:33minute and then what was the other one
2:03:35did you say that garage door left
2:03:38open was the basement door open when you
2:03:41went back not that I
2:03:43remember like when I got there
2:03:44everything was shut cross door shut
2:03:46basement door
2:03:48shut what like you go out to the
2:03:51basement like the basement no oh it's a
2:03:55garden level okay so there's like the
2:03:58windows I mean it you can you can see
2:03:59the backyard it's not like one of the
2:04:01ones that's like a normal one where it's

2:04:03deep like a deep dive like where you you
2:04:06have to look up to see like the the the
2:04:08level of the grass so what's the
2:04:10basement door then I guess oh so the
2:04:12basement door is like when you walk in
2:04:15the like you walk into the house through
2:04:16the garage and then as you're walking to
2:04:19the living room you take a right and
2:04:20then that's the basement door that leads
2:04:22down in the basement oh do that door
2:04:25have an alarm that has a sensor that
2:04:28tells you when it's open because you can
2:04:30since a garden level basement the
2:04:31windows I mean you could I mean you can
2:04:34walk you can walk into like the the
2:04:37backyard and you can open a window you
2:04:39don't have to dip down you just open a
2:04:42window and you can walk in type
2:04:45thing so there's an alarm on
2:04:48theor door because because like you
2:04:51could I mean an intruder came in through
2:04:52the window yeah like stuff like that
