12. 0:24you know all these things that he's
13. 0:26saying are happening
14. 0:27are happening i wanted to know that it
15. 0:29was like
16. 0:31you were doing this like you said you
17. 0:34were
18. 0:35prior to me coming in your life and it
19. 0:37had nothing
20. 0:38to do with me you know and so for me
21. 0:41it was like i just
22. 0:44i really wanted them to fix it i would
23. 0:46have just
24. 0:47left the situation
25. 1:10you know i saw him like the time he came
26. 1:13with me he's been at my house because
27. 1:14this is our space
28. 1:16and that's not my space and for me i
29. 1:18think it's really disrespectful to go
30. 1:19over there
31. 1:20and so um we stopped by there once
32. 1:23like on the way to my house and i was
33. 1:26there for maybe like
34. 1:2815 minutes and i saw a picture of her
35. 1:43and i remember telling him after that it
36. 1:45was like i really thought about like
37. 1:47really trying to fix your marriage with
38. 1:48her and he said i don't really want to
39. 1:50and i was just like man i'm like you got
40. 1:52a beautiful life
41. 1:54or she's the mother of two kids but i'm
42. 1:56just like
43. 1:57you already have all of this stuff like
44. 2:00you already have the house and the car
45. 2:02and the kids and the marriage and the
46. 2:04wife and i'm like
47. 2:06are
48. 2:11it's like trying to patch things up with
49. 2:13his wife and he told me he loved me and
50. 2:14i was like
51. 2:15don't say that to me like please go try
52. 2:18to fit and i mean and that might even be
53. 2:19in the texture it's like don't
54. 2:21don't like don't say those words to me
55. 2:24and then go
56. 2:24try to make peace with your wife and lay
57. 2:26in bed with another woman like
58. 2:28he kept telling me like you know i don't
59. 2:30want to i don't think she wants to and i
60. 2:33was just like

62. 2:37thought he had such a beautiful life and
63. 2:39and you know and i was willing to just
64. 2:41leave like leave his life
65. 2:43and you work things out with your wife
66. 2:44i'm gone and like

84. 3:36those little girls and i always try to

86. 3:39push him to do that like i told her like

88. 3:43where like he would walk into all my
89. 3:45house after work and they're like no
90. 3:48go and know your kids your kids are home
91. 3:50like that was me that wasn't even him
92. 3:52that was me pushing that
93. 3:53and he'll go do it you know and he spent
94. 3:56time with him but he was never like oh i
95. 3:57don't want to hang out with them he'll
96. 3:59just be like can i see you for a few
97. 4:00hours i'm like
98. 4:01if your kids are awake with your kids
99. 4:04you know if they're sleeping
100. 4:05and you won't talk you'd call me but
101. 4:07don't do that while they're up like
102. 4:08spend time with them
103. 4:10and i just oh my god
104. 4:19why would you take them out
105. 4:24to spend time with me like
106. 4:30it doesn't spit
107. 4:34it doesn't fit at all
108. 4:39you know as you said
109. 4:49and i support him being with his kids
110. 4:52you would think that he would want
111. 4:56to do what would make
112. 5:00me happy it's good
113. 5:04and so maybe what would make me happy

115. 5:22yeah and she was like asked me somewhere

117. 5:26like i mean everything i had to say
118. 5:30about him at that point was like really

125. 5:58because you want to have that experience

128. 6:05the one i want to be with because he had

151. 7:25starting to go off the page so

154. 7:31tells me that you know what's wrong to
155. 7:32tell a lie um and you're actually having
156. 7:34a significant reaction when you lie
157. 7:36so that is awesome so thank you for
158. 7:38being a writer

162. 7:46and that just shows me that you know
163. 7:47obviously on the test when you're asking
164. 7:49you know significant stuff about your
165. 7:50wife uh if you're lying to that it's
166. 7:52going to be
167. 7:52ten times more amplified so i appreciate
168. 7:56that
169. 7:57i appreciate that very much more than
170. 7:58you know so

172. 8:03something else
173. 8:05so we need to talk about that okay

274. 12:33four o'clock to go home
275. 12:34and shane called me like 10 times in a
276. 12:37row
277. 12:38i went here because i was asleep i was
278. 12:40just like
279. 12:42and she was pissed she was pushing
280. 12:45this and like i called her outside like
281. 12:48where are you at
282. 12:50like i was like i didn't have to work
283. 12:51today i was like you call me like you
284. 12:53know
285. 12:535 30 i was like would you just want to
286. 12:55talk to you at 7 30 and like
287. 12:57like i was sleeping she was like she
288. 12:59just like
289. 13:01screwed you like you know like don't

292. 13:14there were you at nikki's place again
293. 13:16called you yeah okay and so you're
294. 13:18sleeping in her bed yeah because
295. 13:20i wasn't going to work that day because
296. 13:21i didn't have to that day okay first

298. 13:23off and you know she
299. 13:26now was pissed and you know kind of
300. 13:28pissed nicky off here but i just
301. 13:30got left but i think that's when she got
302. 13:33i called like
303. 13:34there and she was like she kind of
304. 13:36realized that you know
305. 13:38she'd always be like you know the second
306. 13:40second she said second bill
307. 13:42you're referencing that he has two kids
308. 13:46you don't like that
309. 13:50and so are those people absolutely wrong
310. 13:53about that
311. 13:54she wasn't asking you to get rid of your
312. 13:56family are you sure
313. 13:58okay and no part of any of this was
314. 14:01because
315. 14:02she put it in your head or asked you to
316. 14:04or whatever i mean
317. 14:06this whole this whole relationship
318. 14:08contributed to it
319. 14:10but she never never she looked at me
320. 14:13was it ever like i wish she didn't have
321. 14:15kids i want to have
322. 14:16you know kids who have my own with you
323. 14:18like she wants me
324. 14:19she never knew if she wanted to have
325. 14:21kids but she said that
326. 14:22you know at one point she said i could
327. 14:25give you a song
328. 14:30you guys you six eight weeks two months
329. 14:32whatever it was
330. 14:33you guys had an intimate relationship
331. 14:35during that time yes

333. 14:40um did he ever tell you that he loved

353. 15:20remember when he was in north carolina

375. 15:57disrespectful or it's like please don't
376. 15:59i'm like you know if we get to that
377. 16:01point where it is you and me like
378. 16:04yes you can say that but don't not bad
379. 16:07like that's you thought he was very
380. 16:09genuine when he said that
381. 16:11i yeah i did i mean and he wrote it and
382. 16:14said all those parts i gave you
383. 16:16not in all of them but like the later
384. 16:18ones
385. 16:20and when you said it to him you said you
386. 16:23meant it
387. 16:24when you said it yes i just didn't say
388. 16:25as frequent as he said it like sometimes
389. 16:27he would say it and i was just like
390. 16:29for me it was still like very very new
391. 16:32so i kind of like took my time and only
392. 16:33said it when i was just like this is a
393. 16:35really important

413. 18:08websites and look at something like that

415. 18:12i just want to i'm like so that confuses
416. 18:16me though because
417. 18:17i thought earlier you were saying she
418. 18:20thought you were heading toward a
419. 18:20divorce
420. 18:22so why would she look at herself this
421. 18:24was right or wrong oh
422. 18:26like that in august like that first
423. 18:29august when i told her like you know
424. 18:30i haven't had that talk really about
425. 18:32separation that's when like she looks
426. 18:34like that like apartment
427. 18:35stuff but like during our july
428. 18:38relationship type thing there oh

431. 18:42actually hard work okay she told me she
432. 18:45told her friend brittany
433. 18:46about it i guess ricky told her not to
434. 18:49do it though she said she already made
435. 18:50her decision

437. 19:07but i mean that was kind of
438. 19:10my stance around there and you know i i
439. 19:13feel guilty that i should have like
440. 19:14waited to
441. 19:17i guess like initiate anything that we
442. 19:21have together

445. 19:36even like process it was like
446. 19:38okay like give her some space you know
447. 19:40and um
448. 19:41on that note too um when he was in we're
449. 19:44gonna jump back for just a second

451. 19:48coming back from north carolina that was
452. 19:50when he
453. 19:50officially told me we're gonna get a
454. 19:51divorce and we're gonna put the house up
455. 19:53for sale like he told me they were
456. 19:54separating and they were like gonna put
457. 19:57the house up for sale but they haven't
458. 19:58done it yet
459. 19:59and then when he got back from north
460. 20:00carolina that was when he was like
461. 20:02deal he's coming to okay
462. 20:06everything i didn't delete everything
463. 20:10okay i'm not sure why i didn't delete
464. 20:13anything but probably helped you guys
465. 20:14out a little bit
466. 20:15but she told you to leave everything
467. 20:20doing all conversations did you let your
468. 20:22life
469. 20:24set deleted

502. 21:48straight away from her at all
503. 21:49like i've never followed like trying to
504. 21:52follow anybody
505. 21:54well and it seems as though and again
506. 21:57it's hard to talk about and you tell me
507. 21:58if i'm wrong but it also seems
508. 22:00uh is it accurate to say that sexually
509. 22:02you were able to say nikki this is what
510. 22:03i would like this is what i'm into
511. 22:04regular
512. 22:05and maybe not what you am no nikki just
513. 22:08wanted i mean
514. 22:09she wanted what she wanted you want to
515. 22:11do it pretty much all the time i was
516. 22:12just like okay that's
517. 22:15follow me you know what i know she's
518. 22:17like

520. 22:23but that wasn't that wasn't the

530. 22:55like and then the last time i was i felt
531. 22:57totally strange i was like

533. 23:01who i had become i didn't
534. 23:02i felt like i become people on tv
535. 23:05and that did not feel right with me like

556. 23:45there was like videos of her that she
557. 23:47was like recording herself because
558. 23:49like bipolar or something but
559. 23:52they're it's like and she would get
560. 23:55worked up from nothing
561. 23:57down tell me about those times what'd
562. 23:59that look like
563. 24:00so the first one was probably dropped
564. 24:02july 4th when i had to leave her house
565. 24:04oh because she wanted to kind of spend
566. 24:06most of the day together before she went
567. 24:07to like a baseball game or something
568. 24:09and like when i had to leave it kind of
569. 24:12she said just made her like kind of take
570. 24:13a step back and wonder what she was
571. 24:14doing
572. 24:16and i just you know told her and like
573. 24:17hey you know
574. 24:19just because of what's going like just
575. 24:21because i had to leave doesn't mean like
576. 24:23you know you have to just
577. 24:24take us down i was like comforting her
578. 24:27at some point i don't even know why i
579. 24:28was doing it
580. 24:29maybe i knew i was too far i've
581. 24:45all that right so what did she say to
582. 24:47you nikki
583. 24:48she was in the shower she said okay and
584. 24:50then that's like
585. 24:51what i was gonna talk about i called her
586. 24:54down he was on the phone
587. 24:57oh she like we're freaking out like
588. 25:03like she didn't think it was safe or it
589. 25:04was good for us to see each other
590. 25:06anymore that day
591. 25:07like the rest of that day just because
592. 25:09of all that and i'm like okay that's
593. 25:10fine
594. 25:11and she asked me to come over like later
595. 25:12on after she got back from her baseball
596. 25:14game
597. 25:15and so you did that so what was the
598. 25:17second one like
599. 25:18it was basically about the same thing
600. 25:20she was you know
601. 25:22i didn't really know it at one point but
602. 25:24i guess she had uh
603. 25:25set up a couple dates with like some
604. 25:27harmony app or something
605. 25:29and they never showed up and uh she
606. 25:31would already make plans with me
607. 25:32and you know what do you mean she set up
608. 25:35dates when she had plans with you
609. 25:37yeah why did she do that i guess you
610. 25:40kind of figured out they weren't done so
611. 25:41well
612. 25:42she went i guess one one first one
613. 25:44changed the baseball game they never
614. 25:46showed up and there was another one and
615. 25:47never showed up either so she's actively
616. 25:49dating other people
617. 25:50i didn't know it until like a couple
618. 25:52weeks later
619. 25:54i had to find out
620. 25:57what'd she say she uh there was
621. 26:00something there was one conversation i
622. 26:01actually kind of fell asleep
623. 26:03on the couch and then like she had
624. 26:05taught me like not much
625. 26:06not sure why she told me about it but it
626. 26:09was it was very random
627. 26:12and she could tell it kind of like took
628. 26:14me back a little bit because i figured
629. 26:15she would call me that
630. 26:16if she was actively still like looking
631. 26:18around
632. 26:20i mean she didn't have to tell me but i
633. 26:22figured she
634. 26:36um was it different
635. 26:40it just seemed like i was more in
636. 26:42control
637. 26:44and that never happened like she'd
638. 26:46actually like asked me like
639. 26:47like my opinion on a lot of things just
640. 26:49like what i wanted to do
641. 26:50and just kind of like okay as new wasn't
642. 26:54it
643. 26:54very new that's fascinating to me
644. 26:57and so did it feel more like an equal
645. 27:00partnership or
646. 27:02it seemed like it yeah okay
647. 27:05so then when it was date night would you
648. 27:08guys talk about it would you ask
649. 27:09to go somewhere or would she say i want
650. 27:11to go somewhere was it
651. 27:13you know the first time we went out it
652. 27:15was to the movie
653. 27:16over at the orchard about our 34th
654. 27:18earlier

657. 27:30home but actually just want to walk

661. 27:36you know i think she wanted to go to the
662. 27:39car museum
663. 27:40shelby museum boulder i've never been
664. 27:42there no that's right up your alley so

666. 27:44i was just like that was awesome just
667. 27:47walk around
668. 27:48cars for like an hour or so and then
669. 27:51you know drag race and phantom
670. 27:55okay i haven't been to a drag race since
671. 27:592008

720. 29:56it's away from vacation i'm just like no
721. 29:59it wasn't like that but it seemed like

725. 30:06to dry race going
726. 30:07all the other stuff that you have fun
727. 30:09doing with somebody else it's not your
728. 30:10family it just didn't seem right
729. 30:12yeah you know with her it just didn't
730. 30:15seem like i couldn't see that anymore
731. 30:17now i'm there at her house pretty much
732. 30:19every night so it was like i didn't have
733. 30:21that time
734. 30:22at home just to really think about
735. 30:26anything because literally i didn't like
736. 30:28i was only at home
737. 30:29from like when i got home from work i
738. 30:31worked out
739. 30:33at dinner and then i don't know where i
740. 30:36was
741. 30:36like i was never i never slept in my
742. 30:38house like the whole month of july
743. 30:42now talking through that though when you
744. 30:44said you went home and then you were at
745. 30:45her house was that while
746. 30:46i was gone oh okay so you weren't even
747. 30:48at your house no
748. 30:50this happened so quickly didn't it it
749. 30:52was insane quickly
750. 30:54my guy didn't like she even told me like
751. 30:55she was never
752. 30:57like a normal relationship she would
753. 30:59never have somebody over her house like
754. 31:01more than like
755. 31:01once or twice a week but she felt like
756. 31:03she wanted me over there
757. 31:05yeah because i should feel comfortable
758. 31:06over there yeah so it's just like that's
759. 31:08what it was different like she wanted me

761. 31:11but i just wish that all that would just
762. 31:16go away i just wish i had almost like

801. 32:49when he was gonna go to north carolina i

803. 32:52situation and i was like
804. 32:54hey i think you should try to fix things
805. 32:56with her because
806. 32:57you have a really beautiful life with
807. 32:58her and
808. 33:00i think you should try to fix stuff and
809. 33:02he kept telling me like you know i don't
810. 33:04want to
811. 33:04i don't think she wants to and i was
812. 33:06just like
813. 33:07please try i just please try like i just
814. 33:11thought he had such a beautiful life
815. 33:12and and you know and i was willing to
816. 33:14just leave like leave his life with the
817. 33:16viewers
818. 33:17out of your life i'm gone and like i and
819. 33:19and that's fine you know and and you

821. 33:22what about us and don't worry about us
822. 33:24they try to fix that
823. 33:25and he said okay i will and then when we
824. 33:27went to north carolina
825. 33:29he told me that he sat down and had a
826. 33:32conversation with her and that he told
827. 33:34her
828. 33:35that he wanted to fix it that is what he
829. 33:37said to me he told her that he wanted to
830. 33:39fix it
831. 33:40and she said no that she still wanted
832. 33:42the separation
833. 33:43and that she was ready to file for
834. 33:44divorce so i was under the impression
835. 33:47when he got home from north carolina
836. 33:49that the divorce was
837. 33:54and so then on monday
838. 33:57when we were on that one phone call
839. 33:59where he was just saying all sorts of
840. 34:01weird stuff
841. 34:02he like again like i don't remember
842. 34:05exactly what was said but it was
843. 34:06something along the lines
844. 34:07of like um she was okay
845. 34:10with the fact that i wanted the
846. 34:12separation and then i remember
847. 34:15asking him i was like wait a minute when
848. 34:19you
849. 34:20were in north carolina you told me that
850. 34:22you tried to fix it with her and she was
851. 34:25the one who said
852. 34:26that she didn't want to fix it okay and
853. 34:28she's like no i just
854. 34:29and then he goes no i just told her that
855. 34:31i still wanted
856. 34:33you know to continue with the separation
857. 34:36and i'm just thinking in my head like
858. 34:39all right

936. 38:13cardinals like in my mind it was like

966. 39:18all that in the 14th and she kind of

968. 39:22but she kind of thought something made
969. 39:24happen if they hadn't come back

973. 39:33some weird questions like she kept

976. 39:39was testing see if like it rushes me on

981. 39:50together i go to for something like that

1011. 40:57this is this is stuff you're going to be
1012. 41:00alone for five weeks
