17:39uncomfortable and I didn't want to see

17:57message said regarding to children
17:59so obviously in the situation that we're
18:03looking at now with the death of two

18:08circumstantial stuff going around in the
18:10case you I just want to make sure there
18:12was no comments ever made by you
18:14regarding you know children or dislike
18:18of children or loved children either way

18:35when you guys can just take whatever you
18:37so it is easier for me to just take
18:44everything and it is to the same without
18:46plus for the purposes of this case the

18:55initially you drew concern from me when
18:59you told me DW did everything for Chris

29:58here for you regarding your daddy you

30:05raking out I'm free and I got it never

30:09text messages about Chris and his
30:11children none of that that was it I mean
30:14cause he was something that I like super
30:16wanted everybody to know about and I
30:17shouldn't have even mentioned that when
30:19she brought what she hasn't like going
30:20on sexually with her fiance and it it
30:24happened but if that was the best
30:26friend's Anderson yeah see if she keeps
30:29trying to talk about it she says if
30:33you're not an investigation by the

30:38doesn't make sense to me and all I told

30:55come out on another rant but I had
30:57nothing to do with Chris and then she
31:00apologized to me this morning for being
31:01drunk and sad hungry after that guy what

31:10got so much money you make sure before

31:30like he would have mentioned things on
31:32Friday okay so he went to North Carolina
31:36we came back to North Carolina I was
31:39informed sometime either when he was on
31:42the trip or when he was like getting
31:44back but in that area that they filed
31:48for divorce and that they were gonna put
31:53the house up and he for sale and he was
31:56like she is the one that called the
31:58realtor cuz he told me that he had spoke
32:01to her when he was in North Carolina
32:03about it and then the next day she was
32:05the one colder community shi Shan it and
32:09when you say the timeframe if you're
32:12back from North Carolina young woman's
32:14specific date at the first or second
32:17week of August
32:17yeah hundred told you guys
32:20laughs I think he last one to say 31st
32:25of July I do remember you saying that
32:28and I don't remember when he came home I
32:31really don't I don't know if it's like
32:35so this is a fun conversation or this is
32:37text conversation no um this happened
32:41over the phone and he told me that um
32:46that was when I said hey when you go to
32:51North Carolina I really think you should
32:53try to fix things with your wife
32:54and he kept asking more about us I was
32:57trying to take a step back and see if he
33:00would fix things before attempting to
33:03pursue things with me because I wanted
33:05to know that if all of these things he's
33:09saying like yes we're getting separated
33:11and yes you know all of these things
33:14that he's saying are happening are
33:15happening I wanted to know that it was
33:17like you were doing this like you said
33:22you were prior to me coming in your life
33:24and I had nothing to do with me you know
33:27and so for me it was like I just I'm
33:33and fix it I would have just like less a
33:35situation so tell me why him Shannon
33:39calling a realtor and him mentioning
33:42that they were going to be divorced well
33:44I think it's important um because so
33:48after that he was like she's only called
33:51the realtor and I remember I was like
33:52damn that was fast because I knew he
33:54told me like we were going to put the
33:56house up but they said he was like we
33:58didn't know how much offer for it and we
34:00were kind of trying to find somebody and
34:02it like so for the first few weeks that
34:04I hung out with him he kind of like
34:05dragged his feet on hey this is
34:07happening and then after North Carolina
34:10he's like yeah she wants to put the
34:12house up she's only called the realtor I
34:13was like kind of taken aback not
34:15necessarily at the speed of it given how
34:17long he said that they've been
34:19separating but the fact that she did it
34:21like the day after he supposedly sat
34:24down and had a conversation with her
34:26about hey do we fix this or do we not
34:28fix this relationship do you remember
34:31how many days she was back in Colorado
34:33before leaving do you know that because
34:36I don't remember when they got home
34:38great I don't he was trying to get your
34:41memory job there on that but so this was
34:43they get home
34:45he had told you North Carolina that they
34:47agree did and they're finalized their
34:50relationship they get home and she
34:53immediately wants to sell the house yes
34:55and then um so I mean I started thinking
35:00okay well I know in Colorado houses sell
35:03very fast here so I was like what's your
35:05plan you know I was like
35:08might want to be prepared and I remember
35:10that's when the whole concept came up of
35:14you probably need to start looking for a
35:17new place pretty quick and that was when
35:19he was kind of overwhelmed within I told
35:22moms like look like I just moved a few
35:24months ago and I was like to find a
35:28place that was comfortable for me it was
35:30like it took like a lot of research
35:35until that's what I offer to help also
35:37I'll help you and he seemed pretty
35:40gung-ho about it for like the first week
35:43and he seemed very grateful and I was
35:46putting work on it and I was like
35:48calling them and kind of let him know
35:50about places and there really wasn't
35:52that many options and Brighton I found
35:55one I actually texted it to myself
35:57before I texted it to him because I was
35:59going I still have that in my phone too
36:01um because I found it it was great it
36:05was like right at the beginning of my
36:06search and I was like I want to inundate
36:09so you said a week you think you work on
36:12that for a week no allowance I only
36:14probably spend like a few hours over a
36:16few days and just trying to like wine
36:18and I'm just trying to think about how
36:20many days should have been back when we
36:23were working on Jim saying hello
36:25so you said did you actually work on it
36:27for a week straight no it was just like
36:30a couple days after work I would just
36:32like spend a couple hours if I had time
36:34like at the end of my day or if I didn't
36:36go to gym and just sit down and I mean
36:39actually give you a date on one that I
36:41worked on
36:42- that one to myself this one I love
36:44this one when is this Saturday August
36:4711th that's today you guys ran out oh

37:02well um yeah so the reason that this is
37:07important is because he like up to that
37:12point seemed like he was all about it
37:16you know and I was respecting him I
37:17wasn't like oh you need to get this you
37:19need to get that I was like what city
37:21you want to live in what side of town is
37:23she staying in you know how close do you
37:26want to be to work how close do you want
37:27to be to your kids I mean I asked him
37:30everything I just wanted him to have
37:32something that was accommodating for his
37:33whole family and he told me that she was
37:35probably gonna stay in Frederick area
37:37which never said for sure
37:39the first time I asked him he's like I
37:41don't know where she's going to go but
37:42she'll probably stay in this area and I
37:44was like Chris if you're going to get an
37:46apartment like you need to figure it out
37:48because blasphemy wants to be like an
37:51hour drive from your kids like you know
37:53you've got to be close and so um ends up
37:59asking him again like a couple days
38:01later and that was when he was like I
38:05think she's staying in the Frederick
38:06area I was like okay and that's when I
38:08was like starting to get details like
38:10where and if you guys find my text
38:12you'll see it when I'm asking like where
38:13do you want to live like how close you
38:16want to be to work those things like you
38:17know um did do you care would you go too
38:22late what are you thinking for you know
38:23talking about this produce yeah yeah
38:25yeah so the thing was that he was like
38:27super gung-ho about it and then
38:29Saturday that they um I remember being
38:34out I believe him in this conversation
38:36happen but I don't know where I don't
38:39know if we were like walking into the
38:40restaurant or walking to the car but I
38:43like vaguely remember being outside with
38:45him and I was like he had told me that
38:49he wanted to go look at some places to
38:53upcoming week and we were supposed to go
38:55do that on Wednesday I was like I asked
39:00him I was like what places do you want
39:03to go see I was like did you really like
39:05that place that I showed you because it
39:07was just like super convenient for
39:08everything I have a little playground
39:10and had a pool like it would have been
39:12awesome for his kids and it was cheap
39:14and and so it was like close to
39:18Frederick it was like it was close to
39:21the gym was close to work is close to me
39:23it was close to everything and it wasn't
39:25Brighton which is what he wanted and so
39:27um I was like did you want to go check
39:30that place out and he's like yeah I
39:31guess and he like didn't seem sure
39:34anymore and that was the part that I
39:36wanted to tell you I just figured I'd
39:37give you a little back story sure um so
39:40he's not sure about the particular
39:42partner or about me so he told me that
39:47he like he looked at it and he told me
39:50that he thought it was nice but it
39:51didn't anything like his interest with
39:53that Pete and I was like well did you
39:55find anything that you really wanted to
39:57look at and he told me yeah that he
40:01found a few but nothing that really
40:04really piqued his interest
40:06and I was like we might want to get
40:08started he's like whoa I found one and I
40:11asked him I said which one is it because
40:13I think I've looked at like every
40:14apartment and Brighton and maybe I'll
40:16remember it and he's like I don't know I
40:19don't remember the name of it and he
40:21kind of just like disregarded it and it
40:25was kind of strange to me because like
40:26the whole week prior he was like so
40:29excited that I was trying to help him
40:32because he's busy I'm busy so I was like
40:34you look all of it let's see if we can
40:37try to narrow it down to like four or
40:39five spots and then we'll find something
40:41that's good for you your girls you know
40:43and he seemed like very enthusiastic
40:46about it like during the week when the
40:50conversations first really started
40:52ramping up about legs you probably got
40:55to figure something out because that
40:57house is gonna sell really fast you know
40:59or at least be prepared and why do you
41:02think he was removed you're not
41:03interested in them on your Saturday
41:06night wherever you guys were I don't
41:08know I need some time
41:10think about these things I feel like
41:11they're all assumptions but at that
41:13point like maybe he already knew
41:15something that I didn't I don't know
41:18so it was just a complete mood change
41:20where he just didn't even seem that
41:23interested and I was like okay and I was
41:26like well we don't have to do that on
41:28Wednesday if you don't want to use I
41:30don't know why I need to get it done and
41:33I was like RA you know cuz no one forgot
41:37like force him to do it if he doesn't
41:39want to do it don't do it just say no
41:41you know and I was like and for me I was
41:43like I was just offering to help because

47:46was like okay and I was kind of taken
47:48aback by that - because he loves sports

48:01good constant you know to cut back on
48:03and he was like yeah I think I can watch
48:07still streamed sports via a fire stick
48:11I've heard a little things before I
48:13don't really know a lot about them
48:17but he was saying that he had a buddy
48:19working on it already for him he's ready
48:23he didn't say I didn't ask why didn't
48:26get that important that he had all that
48:29stuff I don't know I mean it made me boy
48:33Jesus that he was ready to move out that
48:36oh my god yeah like he was prepping it
48:40still felt like he was prepping I mean
48:42everything he did sounded like he was
48:44getting ready for everything to happen
48:45the other thing that I found really
48:47peculiar about the whole situation was
48:49the fact that he just kind of seems
48:50disconnected about the apartment thing
48:53on Saturday whereas in previous
48:56conversations he was one who brought it
48:59up and he was want to seem really
49:01excited about it when I offered to help
49:03him do some like legwork on trying to
49:06find him a spot for his girls right so I
49:13don't I don't know Fran was it was just
49:16weird sometimes it seemed like some of
49:19the things he said she was still really
49:20a lot of cases that made sense
49:24it still to this day makes sense and
49:26then other things that he said don't
49:29make sense at all to me anymore
49:31or like they change curve as you know a
49:35lot more now personally you know a lot
49:38more now about terrible things that may
49:41have happened to change the way you're
49:43thinking about what he said to so making
49:46you think differently about those kind
