0:10before i know it the day is over but
0:12i've been really busy with
0:14christmas and grandchildren and stuff
0:16and then i've been a little bit under
0:18the weather too
0:18so just y'all know my back story
0:22most of you if you don't i'm slow and
0:25i'm a procrastinator
0:27anyway today i will play for you the
0:30next to the last installment
0:31of chris mcnabb's third yes third
0:35interview with lead investigator jeff
0:37alexander
0:38of the newton county sheriff's office in
0:41covington georgia
0:43chris mcnabb at this point had been
0:45charged with his
0:46infant daughter's murder in october of
0:492017.
0:50this interview took place december 13th
0:54of 2017
0:56so he had been locked up as he called it
0:58for two months now
0:59chris mcnabb at this point had been

1:06after initially being arrested for a
1:09probation violation
1:10according to the warrant chris mcnabb
1:13struck his infant daughter with an
1:14unknown
1:15object quote this action did cause
1:18the victim's skull to be seriously
1:20disfigured
1:21and damaged beyond repair and
1:24that's a tough one but we got to
1:27remember
1:27what happened to this poor baby and i
1:30tell you i
1:31am more confused than ever on who i
1:35think did this we'll get into that
1:37another day i have a lot to yammer on
1:39about
1:40and then a good 40 something minutes
1:43beyond that of the interview and i'll
1:46have one more
1:48like 40 to 45 minutes of the interview
1:50for the last one
1:52after little khalia's body was located
1:55in the woods
1:55next to the trailer park where chris
1:57mcnabb lived
1:58along with courtney bell who was
2:00khalia's mother chris and courtney are
2:02our first cousins
2:04however they're also girlfriend and
2:06boyfriend a forensic examination was
2:09able to determine that baby kalia died
2:11from blunt force trauma to the head
2:14as i said before so if you're
2:17new here or if you've not been following
2:19this case no worries
2:21you'll be looking for that rabbit hole
2:23to dive into
2:24inside of 10 to 15 minutes i guarantee
2:27it it's like one of those soap operas
2:29back in the day and you'd only
2:31occasionally see it if you're homesick
2:33from school
2:34or on a school break and then when you
2:36were older and
2:37took a mental health day so that you
2:39didn't body slam that annoying co-worker
2:42yes it'll pull you in just like that i
2:46yeah so many people have slowly
2:50gotten interested in this case now a lot
2:52of people didn't like it at first but
2:55it's very involved chris mcnabb
2:59likes to talk his first interview he
3:02didn't talk
3:02much he just he except for the part of
3:05where he didn't get a lawyer he kind of
3:07did what he was supposed to do
3:09he answered questions and just kept
3:12it short to the point with facts which
3:15is how you should be
3:16but you know i think he thinks he's
3:18friends now with mr
3:20alexander chris likes to talk i like to
3:23talk but he talks and talks and have
3:26y'all noticed that when investigator
3:28alexander thinks chris 2.0 is lying
3:32he'll kind of start shifting in his
3:34chair then sometimes he'll lean back
3:36and cross his arms and sometimes he
3:38leans forward and
3:40then he leans back or back and then
3:42forward and he'll put his chin in his
3:44hand
3:44take his chin out of his hand but he
3:46noticeably
3:48like he just wants to get up and
3:51just push him against the wall or
3:53something you know
3:54get him to talk and just tell him what
3:57happened
3:57it's got to be pure torture to sit and
4:00let someone manner
4:01on and on for hours on end and not
4:04participate much because you want them
4:06to just keep going and going like the
4:08energizer bunny
4:09like a flippin geyser he goes on that's
4:12what you do you just
4:14let people talk because if there's a
4:17lull
4:17in the conversation a lot of times
4:19people will
4:21just talk out of nervousness so you just
4:23be strong and let there be that silence
4:26the other person will talk again they'll
4:28make some kind of move either
4:30leave or but you'll force them into
4:33doing or saying
4:34something just a little trick i know
4:38look at poor mr a sitting there
4:40patiently waiting for this
4:42scatter-brained
4:43whippersnapper to spill the beans and
4:45accidentally reveal too much information
4:48at this point he must be strong as he
4:50silently imparts
4:52that daddy chris 2.0 is in the bowels of
4:55a
4:56safe harbor and should go forth with
4:58spewing with the liquidy verbal diarrhea
5:01an investigator alexander always has to
5:04resist the initial urge to just
5:06bolt up out of there like his [ __ ]
5:08pants are on fire
5:10you know when chris comes out with one
5:11of those outrageous statements that
5:14he's being totally serious but it sounds
5:16funny
5:17if mr a looks like he's gonna laugh
5:19he'll just put his hand over his mouth
5:22watch his body languages chris is just
5:24yammering
5:25don't you think after sitting there
5:28hours listening to someone talk and talk
5:30and talk that you just want to
5:32flee from there and never look back
5:34screaming and crying and giving your
5:36resignation as you
5:38run out the door you're got that crying
5:40snot
5:41running down into your open mouth and
5:44you're hiccuping and crying for mommy
5:46then you trip on the rug as you leap
5:48over the security
5:49x-ray body scanner and the underpaid
5:52roundacop standing there with his metal
5:54detector wand
5:55in his hand and he has no idea what to
5:58do
5:59and then he questions does this fall
6:01within my job description
6:03then he contemplates a career move you
6:06know what i mean
6:08you know what i mean chris says you know
6:10what i mean after every other sentence
6:13and mr a goes
6:17he's chris and [ __ ] 2.0 for many many
6:21reasons
6:22for one he's chicken [ __ ] and he admits
6:25it
6:26he says i was scared i was scared
6:29number two they have a stupid saying
6:32that they
6:33you know what i mean you know what i
6:34mean like and it's like
6:36and i was like and she was like but mr
6:39ray doesn't do anything
6:41like that he doesn't go running out of
6:43the building screaming and crying and
6:45[ __ ] like i
6:45would he's all professional and [ __ ]
6:49he knows that by sitting there looking
6:50at the suspect or the accused and
6:53not talking makes them so nervous they
6:55nanner
6:56on and [ __ ] on christian [ __ ] 2.0 has
7:00developed
7:01an affliction while he's been locked up
7:04it's called
7:04logaria which is pathologically
7:07excessive
7:08and often incoherent talking in layman's
7:12terms
7:12it's called diarrhea of the mouth also
7:15known as liaria
7:17see liorea logaria it's basically the
7:21same thing
7:22now with this disorder comes issues
7:25concerns challenges difficulties and
7:28matters relating to this misfortune
7:32sometimes when you get excited about
7:34something
7:35such as chris 2.0 did when he finally
7:37got to talk to courtney well you know
7:40cause he loves her with all his heart
7:43she'd been avoiding his phone calls
7:45and it was just tearing him up inside
7:47and then finally
7:49she did talk to him who conveyed to him

7:52she was informed at a meth party i mean
7:55a social gathering
7:57of a possible blameworthy evil doing bad

8:01that could be the agent of or cause of
8:03their daughter's death
8:05well this has become a fraught situation
8:08in this variation of logaria
8:10you might not be aware that you need to
8:12talk this can lead to passive
8:14running off at the mouth loose watery
8:17spilling of your guts
8:18irregular vowel movements
8:22now the most common cause of vowel
8:24incontinence
8:26is damaged to the muscles around the

11:20i like that chris 2.0 admits that he's a

11:24although that does take some of the fun
11:26out of it for me that he owns up to
11:28it i've lost count how many times he is
11:30fessed up to mr a about being a wimpy

12:44then would just drive on
12:46because he would never come outside how
12:48disrespectful and

12:56but mr alexander have you noticed
12:59can barely contain himself sometimes as
13:02he sits and listens as christian says
13:05a run in his mouth non-stop without a
13:07lawyer
13:08he almost fell out when chris
13:10dramatically demonstrates in this video
13:12how he was praying in the car on the way
13:15to where baby khalia was found
13:17you know before he bailed out of the
13:19vehicle with the assistance of
13:21aunt pam who also happens to be his
13:24former girlfriend
13:25you see aunt pam is also courtney's
13:28mother
13:29and courtney of course is his current
13:31girlfriend
13:32or was at the time i think they're off
13:35again
13:36but this boy has no shame you know what
13:39but back to what i was saying mr
13:42alexander can barely contain himself
13:44sometimes
13:45as he sits and listens to chris nanner
13:47and he gets all awkward and [ __ ] with
13:50his arms and he comes up
13:51out of his seat a little bit like he
13:53wants to slap him upside
13:55his head and bust his chops because he
13:57won't button his lip and
13:59make a long story short put a sock
14:02in it and shut your face it may
14:05maybe i should do that too i was gonna
14:08talk about their phone situation but
14:11that that [ __ ] i just talked about right
14:14now
14:15kind of took precedence and it's made me
14:18a bit
14:18nauseous so i'll save the phone drama

27:01the two-week-old baby girl who seemingly
27:03disappeared saturday morning
27:05without a trace she was an angel

27:17i heard i always wanted the whole queen

27:20every time they seen them i wouldn't let
27:22them touch it right because they thought

30:43kind of like briars or anything no wood

30:47always win that's the same kid when i
30:50first went in those woods i was with

30:56so i went through there i didn't see

31:02i seen that the camouflage jacket was

31:29already there camouflage jacket

32:05and went out and i've got a friend

34:32anything the whole reason i lived
34:34was because i was looking for any clue i
34:36could find anything
34:38so i turned around and went to where i
34:40came
34:41but instead of going through the woods
34:42where i've already been
34:44i only went up towards the church i
34:47stayed
34:48on the left side of the road i went over
34:49to the right side of the road one time
34:51and then i remembered that that's not
34:52the way you're supposed to do it when
34:54you're walking you're supposed to walk
34:55towards homecoming traffic
34:56so i came back over and i stayed on the
35:00left side of the road
35:01and i walked through the church and i'm
35:04still i'm still looking on the ground
35:05like as i was walking i'm looking on the

35:12down through there and i'm gonna turn

36:42we wanted that going on there
36:45and then what's something i want to

36:49while we were up here when we went back

37:26when we called and we wanted them out

37:41um i answered the officer's questions or
37:44whatever
37:46and then you showed up and you were like
37:48well i'm gonna try

38:22and i had that flashlight and i was lost
38:26in my head and the handkerchief
38:30i got in the back

38:54and we left and we got healthy that
38:58morning she came back
39:01and we took the kids that were two
39:05one of the kids i don't know what that

39:09it's an rv park riverside it's
39:12like on the other side and i can't i
39:15couldn't tell you where was that really

39:18no it was where now that's riverside um
39:21we went there too but at first they had
39:23to drop diane's head though
39:26all right well anyway we ended up
39:30matter of fact at craig pam
39:35called his mom down for his brother's
39:38old lady
39:40and her child showed up
39:43and i think her dad was driving lauren's
39:45dad was driving
39:46they started that crate well we all
39:50decided that we were gonna follow down
39:52we were gonna go to riverside courtney
39:55got in the car with her mom
39:57and lauren tried to thank for his dad
39:59and her kids
40:00and they went out in the car with craig
40:02and diane and we had to take
40:04we had to go to somewhere it was one of
40:05the parts and dropped one of the kids
40:07though
40:08the baby girl dropped the baby
40:11um gunner dropped him off
40:16i don't know i can't remember not but we
40:19ended up going
40:22and i got help and went in according to
40:24him while we were there and martin just
40:26left
40:26because they were going to pick up our
40:28other vehicle because their dad wasn't
40:29going to drive her around no more
40:30he was on their own
40:34and we were going to come to the trailer
40:36park

40:50forming a search for it but there was
40:53somebody else wanting to search for it
40:55you know what i mean
40:58they wanted to be a part of that well i
41:01had him the night before when we got
41:03back from up here
41:04she thought that it would be smart for
41:06me to involve myself in the first part
41:08and she told me that she didn't think he
41:10would be smart unless i had somebody
41:12that didn't have anything to do with
41:13anything
41:15in case i was the one that found him
41:18you

41:30and we were waiting on lauren to get
41:31back to the trail department
41:34well um
41:38we got in the car alarm when she got
41:39back where i mean we were in there doing
41:42drugs and every side we were in there um
41:46there was
41:50[Music]

42:07we did that

42:42there without roots without knowing that
42:44i have robust violence
42:46you know what i mean maybe i would look
42:49at her something
42:50i'm like but he probably caught the
42:52mistake and i saw him thinking
42:55pam starts leaning out but no i'm told
42:56he's are coming like that while they
42:58pose just lit up like that
42:59driving toward riverside because craig
43:02was like
43:04taking courtney back forward i don't
43:06know what they were talking about
43:08but he started like getting real tanky
43:11like i didn't
43:12don't even come home tell you to come on
43:13like
43:15and when we got in the car we lost sales
43:17service
43:19and it was going in and out
43:22and we've been crazy in a message saying
43:24bring
43:32[Music]
43:39or service or any of that and
43:41everybody's like their phones are dead
43:43so
43:46finally i think courtney gets a message
43:48on facebook
43:51and says

44:19i've been praying please don't let my

44:35and i was scared of the probation
44:37violation i didn't want to see my kid
44:40and then him called and when she called
44:43out and she started screaming
44:44that she was outside the room still
44:46inside the road off like the spit
44:48she had on time wrote all night
44:53she did create nothing he didn't
44:56critique it kevin
45:07[Music]
45:15i didn't want to go to jail i didn't
45:18want to see her dead
45:21and that was when
45:24i started i started telling more and
45:26stopped stopping the car i can't do i
45:28can't do it i don't want to hear it like
45:32that
45:34and i mean i kind of felt like
45:40i kind of felt like i was going to deal
45:42with it i mean i mean everybody knew i
45:44would
45:48so i knew if i was in jail i wasn't
45:51going to be able to do anything
45:53to find out anything about the leg now i
45:56know she did
45:58think how to find out who killed her
45:59stay out if i run
46:02they don't have a chance to lock me up
46:04for the probationary
46:05whatever they want to lock me up for but
46:07i mean i ain't gonna lie i felt
46:09like when we left that day
46:12from up here i mean you made me feel
46:15like a suspect
46:17you may be talking to us made me feel
46:19like you were looking at me
46:21and you made me feel like you thought
46:23i'd done it and i had that going through
46:24my head too
46:26and that was scary be
