77. 3:29you at when my kid ran off the stage

79. 3:34and that's my point um I think you
80. 3:35assumed that I was upset because Maddie
81. 3:37ran off the stage and you're absolutely
82. 3:40right and that's why I left after Maddie
83. 3:43forgetting her dance I was at my
84. 3:45woodsend as their coach as their teacher
85. 3:48they all deserve a hug Nia had you she
86. 3:52went to you when she forgot her dance
87. 3:54why don't you be the adult and the
88. 3:55leader and console them first you yelled
89. 3:57at Paige and told her she was stupid and

104. 4:34kids just are fearless they know they

106. 4:39emotions our kids don't do that it takes
107. 4:42a lot to draw that personality out of a
108. 4:44kid so let's start with the
109. 4:47pyramid
110. 4:49PA the one thing we talked about as soon
111. 4:52as we got the props you have to handle
112. 4:54that prop you're responsible that prop
113. 4:56you can't let it get away from you as
114. 4:58soon as you started the competition the
115. 5:00prop went right away from
116. 5:01you Nia when we were rehearsing the
117. 5:05number you wore a
118. 5:06bikard and the entire rehearsal you
119. 5:10pulled at that and pulled at that and
120. 5:12pulled at that you can't concentrate on
121. 5:14what you're
122. 5:14doing Brooke we get to the draw free
123. 5:18everybody else runs in with their point
124. 5:19shoes on and you're not going to do a
125. 5:21point so they're looking at that as if

147. 6:13solo we also have a solo with McKenzie
148. 6:18and I entered a solo for Maddie but I'm
149. 6:21not going to have her do it she needs to
150. 6:22get her head on straight I've noticed
151. 6:24some subtle changes in Maddie she's
152. 6:27humbled certainly from her experience I
153. 6:30think she'll bounce back in
154. 6:33time and my Trio is going to be Chloe
155. 6:36Brooke paig and I need you to be on fire
156. 6:40on that stage the group number is called

160. 6:52like the epitome of the rich little brat

176. 7:29means when you go to a competition you
177. 7:30sit yourself there until the competition
178. 7:32is over that's part of our feet that is

183. 7:43depressing down there I was veryy
184. 7:45irritated she's a she's a despicable
185. 7:47person we know exactly what happened and

187. 7:54you know I'm a little nervous about
188. 7:56Chloe leading this team to Victory next
189. 7:58star is one tough competition I just
190. 8:00wish Maddie was ready to go and had her
191. 8:03head back in the game every time

194. 8:07would I think that we need to make it
195. 8:09known to her that you know what if you
196. 8:11want to leave again go ahead and leave

199. 8:17I mean I'm just upset because of that
200. 8:19she told me she was going home to her
201. 8:20mom so I called her a car she told me
202. 8:24the reason she left the team in New
203. 8:25Jersey was because her mom is really ill

206. 8:32her mom but she was really embarrassed
207. 8:34with Maddie forgetting her solo H your

209. 8:41the truth is out Melissa knew that Abby
210. 8:43was going to leave the competition she
211. 8:44even helped her she called the cab but
212. 8:46did you say anything to her like Abby
213. 8:49why did you do that to me you made me
214. 8:51look like an idiot nope well all I could
215. 8:53think of as if Abby supposed to be your
216. 8:54friend Melissa that was not a very
217. 8:56friendly thing to do a friend doesn't do
218. 8:58that to her friend you you should go in
219. 9:00and say something because you're the one
220. 9:02she lied to it should be you cuz you're
221. 9:04the one who she lied to so it should be
222. 9:05you're the one that CAU the cab for her
223. 9:07having the confrontation with her not us
224. 9:09I feel that Christy and Kelly can care
225. 9:11less if I was mistreated by Abby they
226. 9:13just want to cause trouble and
227. 9:15drama let's look at the bright side

236. 9:45think that my team totally upstaged
237. 9:48aby's dancers I'm on top of the world

239. 9:53here because I got the best news today
240. 9:55Taylor's mom and dad told me that the
241. 9:57doctor has released her

243. 10:02so that means that she's back competing
244. 10:04with us oh Taylor apple of my eye
245. 10:08girlfriend you don't need those

250. 10:20imagine I'm so happy that you can dance

256. 10:34we intend to beat the Abby dancers again

273. 11:12there is so much pressure on Chloe this
274. 11:13week you know aby's Mantra is it's easy
275. 11:16to get to the top of the pyramid it's
276. 11:18hard to stay there so of course she
277. 11:20wants her to fail if you want to be a
278. 11:21professional dancer you can't go out on
279. 11:23stage and forget the dance doesn't work
280. 11:25that way you got lucky kid I've been on
281. 11:27Chloe this week because she has a lot of
282. 11:29on her plate she is serving Maddie's
283. 11:32role

289. 11:47feel that the moms are bullying me right

291. 11:51I have to deal with it on my own terms

306. 12:24going to sit here and promise that
307. 12:25forever no I I think they're all good
308. 12:27together I think they're all crazy you

310. 12:31hotel bill you don't pay my airfare
311. 12:33those are just a bunch of excuses you

353. 14:30going to introduce the topic I said to
354. 14:32Abby that everybody's been on my case
355. 14:34all the time it's all about MADD MD m m
356. 14:36mat M MADD the real reason she brought
357. 14:38me into the bathroom she told me I need
358. 14:41to go home to my mother and I believed
359. 14:43her fine you here and said that you were
360. 14:45mad that she lied to you so we said go
361. 14:47tell her that you're upset we wanted you
362. 14:49to say to her why did you why did you
363. 14:51lie you have to step up to the plate and
364. 14:54that was a perfect opportunity for you
365. 14:56to do it and you threw us under the bus
366. 14:59it's so hard for me it's hard for all of
367. 15:01us Melissa always says that we're so
368. 15:03mean to her that we never take her side
369. 15:05but she lied to us again so how can I
370. 15:07trust somebody who constantly lies I'm a
371. 15:10nervous wreck when it comes sh up here
372. 15:12and said but you're still not sticking
373. 15:13up for yourself and I know I never do

377. 15:25trio and it's called girls in the house
378. 15:27I definitely think this is going to be a
379. 15:29challenging Trio because we have three
380. 15:32girls that dance three different styles

382. 15:36take your arms and brush them back and
383. 15:38stick your ear in that like this boom b

387. 15:48me I'm a little confused why the swing
388. 15:52Maddie is now demonstrating how the trio
389. 15:54is properly done to the girls in the
390. 15:56trio is that just another way for to rub
391. 15:59it in their face that she feels that
392. 16:01mti's the best dancer in the group
393. 16:03Maddie Count chlo's section and make
394. 16:05sure you give me the right counts Chloe
395. 16:08has to realize this is how hard I push
396. 16:10Maddie this is how I train girls to get
397. 16:13to the top of that pyramid Squat and
398. 16:15touch the
399. 16:16floor Squat and touch the floor your
400. 16:19feet should be together Maddie watch
401. 16:21Chloe to make sure she's soon apart cuz
402. 16:23I keep looking at pige it was really
403. 16:25hard watching Chloe I'm on the top of
404. 16:27the pyramid I'm really happy for Chloe
405. 16:30but it just like feels weird to me cuz I
406. 16:31don't have a solo gr up you have to walk
407. 16:34right around yourself and be in the
408. 16:37front Paige you're too far away from the
409. 16:39other two move over
410. 16:41Paige I don't understand our
411. 16:43choreography lately it just seems so
412. 16:47stupid it's not impressive what I mean
413. 16:51we do a lot of posing a lot
414. 16:54of walking around and you know like
415. 16:58where's the technique get not
416. 17:02relevate I hate that I do too they're
417. 17:05going them break their knees no judge
418. 17:07wants to see you bang your knee on the
419. 17:08floor ready girls

425. 17:29as she does it you know a good dancer
426. 17:32gets better by watching
427. 17:38others usually Maddie has a lot of
428. 17:40pressure on her with a trio a group
429. 17:43dance and a solo so glad she only has to
430. 17:45worry about the group dance this week
431. 17:47that just means more added pressure to
432. 17:50[Music]
433. 17:56Chloe I don't know where Abby comes up
434. 17:58with these ideas we try to teach our
435. 18:00kids to be supportive of each other not
436. 18:02judgmental so you're putting everyone in
437. 18:04an awkward
438. 18:08position okay
439. 18:10comments I thought it was good cuz my
440. 18:12connection was whenever she flexed her
441. 18:14foot okay I I saw that go ahead tell her
442. 18:16what she was doing wrong I didn't really
443. 18:18like judging Chloe because she's our
444. 18:20friend and if my friends were judging my
445. 18:23dance it would make me feel very
446. 18:26uncomfortable I thought it was good it's
447. 18:28just I think that you need to make more
448. 18:30eye contact throughout the dance on
449. 18:33every step there should be a moment
450. 18:35where you're looking at somebody but you
451. 18:37can't argue with the people you have to
452. 18:38say okay thank you and you need to apply
453. 18:41it to yourself people wouldn't waste the
454. 18:43time to tell you if it wasn't true it's
455. 18:46just a little like in between stuff that
456. 18:48is a little bit like
457. 18:51messy all right the group is next we are
458. 18:54flying 3,000 Mi away nobody there knows
459. 18:57of Abby Dance Company you are
460. 18:59representing my entire career this week
461. 19:02Chloe is the leader of the routine she
462. 19:03needs to step it up she needs to be in
463. 19:05charge it's all about you Maddie's not
464. 19:08doing a solo Paige Nia they're not doing
465. 19:10solos be there understood all right
466. 19:13let's go with the music from the
467. 19:17top hit hit Chloe's in charge of this
468. 19:21group she's the first one out on the
469. 19:23stage

471. 19:28succeed or not rest on her shoulders

473. 19:33all up to her I'm telling you the
474. 19:36pressure is on you you can't screw that
475. 19:38whole thing up this week Miss Abby
476. 19:40assigned me to a solo a trio and I was
477. 19:44Fe in the group number so I kind of felt
478. 19:47pressure I was a little bit nervous
479. 19:48you're guessing and you need Maddie to
480. 19:51tell you when to do it that's the
481. 19:53problem you need to know the music

501. 20:52Chloe to injure herself because she's
502. 20:53afraid to speak up and say that she's
503. 20:55hurt open your mouth and say something
504. 20:57if your leg hurts okay okay mhm okay
505. 21:00right thank you Chloe's actually in pain
506. 21:04but I think she's really holding up well
507. 21:06because she knows that this is her week
508. 21:07to shine and I don't think she would
509. 21:09give that up for
510. 21:11anything oh I'm glad to see you're
511. 21:14working after learning a number and not
512. 21:18finishing it she forgot her dance and
513. 21:20stayed out on stage with a blank look on
514. 21:22her face I knew Maddie was about to
515. 21:24crack I never had that opportunity to
516. 21:26tell Maddie that we never disc yes you
517. 21:29forgetting your dance and running off
518. 21:30the stage I don't really know what
519. 21:33happened to me in New Jersey I kind of
520. 21:34just blanked out and I forgot all the
521. 21:36moves and just ran off stage it's my
522. 21:39reputation do you know that dance if I
523. 21:42made you do it again could you do it myo
524. 21:45uh-huh I want to see Maddy's heart solo
525. 21:48I want to see if she can do this
526. 21:50[Music]
527. 21:54number watching Maddie rehearse this
528. 21:56routine really makes me want to see her
529. 21:59do it on stage I've put a lot of time
530. 22:01into this choreography and I know that
531. 22:03this is going to be a winning routine
532. 22:05for
533. 22:10Maddie I want you prepared to do this
534. 22:13number anywhere anytime any place cuz
535. 22:18when you least expect it I'm going to
536. 22:20throw you out there to do it

541. 22:35thought it would be it's one of those
542. 22:37competitions that people bring tons and
543. 22:39tons of numbers to lots of money is
544. 22:41spent there and it's an all day long
545. 22:44Affair okay what's first do we know the
546. 22:46group the trio trio all right listen
547. 22:49guys you need to get fired up you need
548. 22:51to get out there I think we have a
549. 22:52chance I'm watching what's out there now
550. 22:54I could be wrong it might be novice
551. 22:56because it's really bad yeah upon
552. 22:59arrival I'm looking in the program and
553. 23:01Maddie is listed we originally had sent
554. 23:05an entry in for her to do a solo she
555. 23:07always does a solo Come here y well I'm
556. 23:09going to remember how I told you the
557. 23:11pyramid that I entered her solo and then
558. 23:14I cancelled it because of what happened
559. 23:16last time uhhuh it's still in there okay
560. 23:19I knew it I knew there was no way that
561. 23:21Abby and Melissa could go through a
562. 23:23competition without letting Maddie have
563. 23:24a solo it's so frustrating because it
564. 23:26puts so much more pressure on chlo
565. 23:28because now chlo's looking at it
566. 23:30thinking that she's not enough to lead
567. 23:31this team I scratch her it looks really
568. 23:35bad so I think she has to
569. 23:38dance chances are they are going to
570. 23:41announce contestant number whatever MADD
571. 23:44is a scratch then the whole Auditorium
572. 23:47and every kid here dancing are going to
573. 23:49know that you were supposed to do
574. 23:51something and you chose not to do
