12:53um we've been following leads last night

13:13I was with my dad
13:16we what time Wednesday I remember it it
13:19was kind of a bad day

13:30my dad and I were watching something
13:33over lunch it was uh The Wheel of
13:35Fortune
13:36and we have we'd normally have the couch
13:40like with our back facing our the table
13:43we set it at the end of you coming
13:46upstairs are up downstairs okay bedroom
13:48with the TV I tossed the ball
13:51and I smashed the glass
13:55okay with the dog it does help
13:58uh that
14:00get set my dad off
14:03we tried to clean it up
14:06I don't know about him but I got injured
14:11um but
14:12he was mad he didn't really talk to me
14:15too much that day
14:18our mom got home at five I believe
14:21I
14:23think that's her normal 5 20 to 5 30.
14:28what time does she work you know 7 30 is
14:31when she leaves I don't know her hours
14:32but I know when she leaves at 7 30.
14:36and then
14:38all the way up till five and she she
14:40comes home at 5 20 5 30.

14:47day I believe so yeah
14:54okay so you guys are we're downstairs
14:57um just to touch back in that quick so
14:59the couch so yesterday when we were down
15:01in your basement the coaches were in a
15:04bed I he helped me put him in a bed
15:07before and Thursday but they put it into
15:11a bed so I could sleep near the bathroom
15:13and the dog sleeped in that floor so
15:16okay they'll be a lot better if they're
15:19sleeping on that floor downstairs floor
15:21yeah just cooler for them or something
15:24probably okay
15:27all right so you were tossing a ball
15:28what type of ball was it
15:31it's this gross hairy tennis ball that
15:34Rizzo loves all right it's like a green
15:36tennis ball like a normal yeah I don't
15:39know okay the squeaker not not like a
15:41tennis racquetball but they don't charge
15:43my dog chews those out of the any tennis
15:46ball they just chew the squeakers out
15:48and then they don't play with them
15:48anymore
15:50um all right so you're just tossing that
15:51around broke the fireplace glass uh you
15:55said you were injured what type of
15:56injury I got a pretty deep hole in my
15:59foot last night Mary looked at it and
16:01she said the reason it keeps bleeding is
16:04because there's glass in it oh that's

16:16that one it could be infected is what
16:19she's thinking but neosporin's been
16:21helping okay
16:23um keeping it clean and stuff

17:20we mom came home

18:05come up here and talk yeah I said um

18:10just like walked pretty much in to the
18:13gate you know the gate on the outside
18:15and just kind of walked in I was
18:17wondering was that when you were getting
18:19your wallet uh no we were we were I was
18:23in the car waiting to leave I was just
18:25wondering if everything's okay because
18:27she said Something's Happened
18:29okay and we need to go down
18:32and I'll find out what that's about oh
18:34there's anything bad happen

18:39all right so so Wednesday night mom
18:41comes home um dad was angry was was he
18:44yelling or what was how would you
18:46describe dad being angry it was
18:50if you he would yell if you said
18:53something to him I guess if you talk to
18:56him if you give him his space
18:58he'll be okay
19:00so Wednesday night Wednesday if you just
19:03get on this space
19:06with this all we did just give them this
19:08space he he wouldn't yell or do anything

19:15um we just I and I went to clean uh do
19:19some laundry
19:21uh make our beds
19:25stuff like that

20:26bathrooms are heavy to be close because

20:38doesn't mean one thing is more important
20:39than the other just means that I need to
20:41remember stuff and I understand it yeah
20:46all right so did you sleep at their door

20:53I feel like they argued a little bit
20:55after parents did what were they arguing

21:59Thursday morning
22:02I wake up
22:07what time you then
22:09six okay dogs
22:13we talked about that yesterday 6am is
22:15kind of your deal right at 6am yeah
22:17internal clock now
22:26I don't have any breakfast
22:30so
22:31I kind of just stay in my room on my
22:32phone
22:35um help my mom out getting ready
22:38in the morning she she left for work at
22:417 30.
22:44I got her
22:47whatever she had to do
22:54it was
22:55meaningless tasks like just daily
22:59like pillowcase changes and
23:02she changes stuff like that you know in
23:04the morning
23:05before I work yeah
23:08that's what we always do um
23:14then she's gone
23:20my dad starts to grill around 8 39 in
23:24the morning but yeah to get the
23:26temperature right
23:30we'll see working from home that day or
23:32yes

23:38um we ate the grill nothing really
23:40happened between that we kind of either
23:42were outside with the dogs from the
23:45lighting of the grill
23:47him going in taking a couple calls
23:51and now and then or emails or something
23:53but we just kind of watched the girl and
23:55waited to get it set steady at uh
23:58hamburgers for 350 ish
24:02then
24:06so yeah we just kind of waited
24:09for the burgers
24:12um
24:14and then we had we ate noon noon 30.
24:23all right 12 30 sorry sure
24:27um
24:28then we went inside and had our TV show
24:32again Wheel of Fortune it's always on
24:34for around their time for lunch

24:45where'd you guys watch that downstairs

24:49did you guys have a TV upstairs I don't

25:02sorry I'm really trying to move the

25:09we went to go do our own things I went

25:14time I branched into Forest instead of

25:19he went back to work

25:46so that's all

25:51then we were hanging out again

26:03um I I believe I text her everything
26:05it's going well uh his phone died my dad
26:09he didn't really
26:11he's kind of like charged it put on the
26:13dock
26:15it left it

26:19then we just kind of hung out and my mom
26:21gets home and I start the
26:25I start a shrimp scampi for my dad
26:28because that's what he wanted but we
26:30didn't have shrimp so I made shrimpless
26:32scampi
26:35um
26:40that's that's where they told me while
26:42we were eating it they were going to go
26:44with their friends and I was like oh
26:46cool
26:49um well and they said they were going
26:52cabin
26:54oh we're going up north
26:57who said that Mom or Dad Ma
27:00my my dad doesn't talk while he eats
27:02okay
27:04um
27:05so there we are at Thursday dinner up
27:08north of the cabin my dad says I'll need
27:11a set for pipe repair
27:12and gas
27:14so I'm like all right
27:18I grabbed the pipe repair stuff from his
27:21um
27:22Plumbing chest their plumbing plumbing
27:25box it's like a tote of what you'd need
27:28for pipe repair
27:34um and two
27:37whatever Jerry cans I I can't remember
27:40the amount
27:42but they're red with the safety nozzles
27:47got those squared away they had most of
27:50their duffels already packed at that
27:52point and we all just started bringing
27:55them down to
27:56to mud room with the shoes yeah by the
27:59garage what are you showing them
28:04um
28:05after that we watched uh
28:15is a Netflix original you know seven
28:18underground with the thrill seeking like
28:24it's like they they faked their deaths
28:27and they they fly airplanes and
28:30they like fight at the evil of the World
28:34by being ghosts it's pretty cool I don't
28:37think I've seen that one yet
28:39who was watching that the three of us
28:41all three of you okay
28:43all three and that put it at nine they
28:46had their drinks
28:49um
28:51went to my computer my computer was at
28:54that that black table we said it sure
28:57you saw the stuff
28:59um
29:02played played a video game called tarkov
29:06or
29:07till midnight
29:09well after midnight maybe even
29:13track time and my parents by then were
29:17asleep got a teeth brush and everything
29:22um
29:25then I got I got upstairs
29:29oh that was Thursday yeah so I did
29:32so we got the bed all set before the
29:35before we played tarkov
29:37and that's when I crawled into bed from
29:40the black table
29:42so after our movie we set up my my couch
29:46bed and the pillows for the girls
29:50who helped you set the bed up my bad dad
29:52okay yes he knew he was leaving and now
29:55we need that
29:59um
30:00Friday morning
30:03I woke up they had left with the stuff
30:06it was all set out I remembered the cast
30:13I found the the
30:16folding chairs that they wanted to bring
30:18but they never brought them soon
30:21to considered a big
30:25so I put those away
30:31it was Friday morning I go upstairs
30:35do the dog or feed the dogs
30:38it was around six ish and that's 6 15
30:41when I woke up I was a little late that
30:43day since 15 forever
30:47uh yes when I looked at my phone
30:52dogs
30:54saw my Mars note the insurance for my
30:58appointment
31:01I just
31:03ate whatever's on the counter I think it
31:05was cornbread
31:12where was the note from your mom that
31:15was on the kitchen like there's a
31:17peninsula yeah with the insurance
31:19stacked up but I I moved it to the table
31:23okay
31:26and then those Insurance cars were there
31:28also that we saw yesterday yeah okay
31:32um I don't think she knew which one I
31:34would need
31:35but I have three now
31:38um
31:46okay Friday yeah
31:48with cat Friday night I believe what'd
31:52you do Friday during the day
31:54oh oh yeah let's work backwards

32:06s are gone why not right yeah I didn't
32:09do anything that I should have I should
32:12have been cleaning and all that
32:16the house seemed pretty clean

32:28just played video games kind of yeah
32:30done after work I believe
32:34that was the day cat came over after
32:36whose work cat she is five is her which
32:41okay she was off
32:43I believe she came over

32:52so she's done around five because the
32:54cat came at five you said yes I don't
32:57think she went straight here after
32:59yeah
33:02could have been later like six maybe
33:04give her time for like getting close

34:17one night can't spend the night on the
34:20couch
34:21oh and Sunday she spent the night in my
34:24bed with me she helped me out the stairs
34:27Sunday night I know that because
34:31she didn't want to spend another night
34:33on the couch bed
34:35she didn't like it
34:37and she went to work on Monday morning
34:39so that was my bed
34:42night we
34:44um backtracking one night she spent on
34:48the couch
34:49three
34:50with like the couch bed we've made but
34:54one night I gained all night
34:57or all day and night pretty much
34:59and I'm pretty sure that was
35:04Friday night and let's go with Saturday
35:07was my night alone okay
35:11so Friday we believe she came over yes
35:14and then Saturday was the game night yes
35:18so backtracking to Friday
35:22when she came by
35:24we
35:29see we
35:31just um oh bright no not right um
35:35there's this movie or TV series on
35:38Netflix we watched pretty much the
35:40entirety of that into it the morning who
35:44is um
35:47apocalypse show okay I don't know the
35:50name
35:53what time do you guys think going to bed
35:58I stay we stayed up well YouTube

36:06yeah okay you've got to be at least
36:12um
36:15in the morning
36:22Saturday we didn't do much
36:24she left

36:28this is when I'm really starting to
36:30notice my legs
36:32okay I'm kind of having that
36:35anxiety and all of that like getting a
36:38little frustrated with myself and all
36:40that like I it wasn't too bad until
36:45like last week Tuesday when I started
36:48noticing it and Saturday was like the
36:51peak
36:52and it's kind of stayed out like this
36:55okay things to add in and this kind of
36:59like set me
37:00like to ask for some space and I just
37:03kind of gamed Saturday
37:07um
37:09I couldn't tell you when I went to bed I
37:11I think I might have even stayed up till
37:13two
37:15about yeah
37:18um
37:24yeah it's just the same game escape from
37:26tarkov
37:29um
37:31all right I couldn't get a hold of any
37:32of my friends to play with unfortunately
37:34I played like some here and there
37:38from Discord but not work
37:41stick around for that late in the night
37:45then we get this Sunday it's the fourth
37:50in the morning I'm a little worried
37:52about my family
37:55I think I called my mom
37:58oh throughout I've called I I don't know
38:00the times though
38:04throughout the weekend I mean but I call
38:06my mom I believe
38:08in the morning there's
38:10those lines and I get a text from her
38:14it was a text message it wasn't even an
38:16iMessage so I assumed
38:20she said White Lake today
38:23so she sent it that day
38:27um
38:29I couldn't figure out where she was
38:30because it was a text there was no
38:33iMessage so I kind of just like left it
38:36at that they're safe they're alive
38:39then
38:45it's the afternoon
38:48I'm talking to Dan
38:52I call him off and ask him well what
38:55he's doing
38:58or maybe that was the morning but I
39:00called Dan that Sunday asking what he
39:03what he's up to if he wanted to hang out
39:06because I I don't like being alone at
39:08that I was very wrong
39:10Dan is Mom's co-worker friend yes okay
39:18go over there for rakia invited me for
39:21fireworks
39:22in his
39:24driveway
39:31he said whatever you said yesterday you
39:33lived in before Esther Windsor woman
39:35yeah close Okay I couldn't I could point
39:38it at a map one or the other I think it
39:40was
39:43so throughout the day
39:46um the dogs it's just me and the dogs
39:49the fireworks and the dogs are like
39:51running around and into things I'm
39:54trying to keep them okay all they're
39:57doing is knocking stuff over
40:00spilled their water they haven't eaten
40:03it won't go outside for me even on a
40:06leash I couldn't get them
40:08out
40:11what was the deal with that fireworks oh
40:13the fireworks are spoofing them so much
40:15yeah all day
40:17I put them both into the Ford crank the
40:22TV
40:27did that seem to help at all with them
40:30yeah the the loud TV helps Rizzo doesn't
40:34like or maybe does like new girl
40:38for the TV shows so we watched that it's
40:40the it's the theme song that gets here I
40:43think she barks
40:46um
40:47so we watched that
40:50Izzy fell asleep so
40:54Izzy's the old dog
40:57so when it's Sunday or it's Sunday
40:59evening cat comes by
41:02to help me with the girls
41:04so she wasn't there during the day no no
41:07it was just me and the dogs she left
41:09said a Sunday morning
41:11from the
41:14no no she left
41:18Saturday morning because I spent on
41:21Saturday by myself I see that and then
41:24Sunday it was just me and the girls till
41:29whenever cat got there
41:32we didn't eat
41:34together I don't think
41:39no this is Sunday this is Sunday so I
41:41win
41:43two cats house
41:45on Sunday I actually yeah so that was
41:49Sunday morning is when I left the girls
41:51so all of Sunday morning I had the girls
41:54in the fort and watched New Girl
41:56I went to the cat's house Sunday to eat
42:00but we ended up not eating there we went
42:03to
42:05um Chris's house
42:07it's
42:09Cottage Grove or Cascade no
42:14Cedarburg
42:15is a sea town
42:17area
42:19okay
42:21um so where is it near
42:22I've never crashed was that Chris oh

42:40because she's like

42:51so I went to cats all Sunday to eat what

42:59food at 3 30. that's what I said it's

43:04went over to cats oh I was at cats well
43:07before I was out there new one okay noon
43:10let's say noon where does cat live

43:17if
43:19you know that I'm sure I could look it
43:21up but you know the road at all or

43:45and her brother's date went to a thrift

44:05the girls out and we go back straight to
44:08the farm

44:22sleep with a Welsh cat her sister
44:26her brother Cat's brother and his date
44:29in his date okay sorry about that went
44:33to a thrift store
44:35then then we went to Chris's
44:38and we ate
44:40um after that James left after dinner
44:43leaving his date with us we we took a
44:46swim
44:47after the swim we
44:49we left
44:51um
44:52went to cat's house to drop off his date
44:55the date stayed at cat's house
45:01uh the date night is a rose maybe is
45:06what her name was
45:09um have you ever met her before no this
45:12was a Tinder match from her brother
45:14Cat's brother okay
45:24what time do you suppose you guys want
45:26to practice also got to cats around noon
45:292 30 they got back Pat and I went to my
45:32house
45:34to let the dogs out don't be left
45:37oh I think we got gas
45:40and then we went to crosses so I'd say
45:43we got to

47:04there's like a little pool up at the
47:07crisis house oh she's been helping me my
47:10walking and everything and they get me

47:15the indoor outdoor outdoor
47:18must have been nice with how hot it has
47:20been and they got something fancy to
47:22heat it from the Sun okay
47:25but that was the three of us yeah
47:29then we went

47:32round six no later
47:36maybe seven
47:37we went back to Kat's apartment dropped
47:41off Rose
47:42got cats dirty or
47:46wet clothes she had wet clothes
47:49because she was going to dry them
47:51and we went to my house together
47:56so it Rose got dropped off the cats yeah
47:58the duplex in the east side okay
48:03was it James with you guys at that point

48:06no James left after dinner around 4 30.

48:58where are we Sunday night about seven
49:00Sunday night is at seven yes Rose
49:03dropped off we get to my house
49:07when we go to my house in DeForest in
49:10Windsor we feed the girls
49:13we put her clothes that she brought the
49:16wet stuff in the dryer
49:18because that's what she needed to do
49:22go get her clothes dry uh that's after
49:25we get back actually
49:28um
49:29and then we go to dance
49:31okay
49:32um for the fireworks that he asked us to
49:35come by 8 30.
49:38um for some reason I I was trying to
49:41leave but
49:43I was making a a joke about it that
49:45we're we're gonna be late like stuff
49:47like that goofy crowd I drove to dance
49:51okay which car were you guys my dad's
49:54Subaru that's it blue
49:58here
49:59gotcha
50:02then we get there we stay for 45 to an
50:07hour because that's how I got the bottle
50:10rocket marks
50:13but
50:14oh this Sparks right and I think this
50:17was a wad or something that flew back
50:20out of it
50:22yeah that would have been stuck in for a
50:24little bit that's why it's so bad but
50:26these are sports okay those are at dance
50:28house you got those dance the dance
50:31I I didn't know the stick
50:34you you don't hold the stick the stick
50:36applies with it I'm sure I didn't know
50:41um
50:47so you're over at Dan's house about 45
50:49minutes to an hour yeah get my hands a
50:52little bit
50:53um we find a fireworks that it spins and
50:57takes off and it went straight to the
51:00bush
51:01so we really know more of that we're
51:04done
51:06um
51:09didn't light the Bush on fire
51:11no no but thankfully it wasn't hot
51:14enough for that good
51:16after that we cleaned
51:18I gave him a bottle of wine as a thank
51:20you for letting this
51:22come
51:24all right thankfully I still have a
51:27couple
51:28bottles at home
51:34um look over there Dan had a few beers
51:37his girlfriend was there for fiance or
51:41horse wife
51:43I'm not sure their relationship because
51:46she was there
51:48no name
51:49never had her name
51:52just Dan's girlfriend she's got purple
51:54hair she's idea at metc the school is on
51:58I.T
51:59okay
52:01anybody else there
52:02just the two of us and then the
52:04neighbors watched one to our left and
52:07one across the street with one group
52:12um the one across the street had some
52:14cooler stuff than I've ever seen a
52:17person be able to own firework wise
52:23um but there there we are and then then
52:27someone in the distance kind of closer
52:29to our house launched a mortar
52:32artillery Firework and then I was like
52:36okay we have to go home for the dogs so
52:39we went
52:40and that was
52:42pushing
52:459 30 9 45. you got home
52:50we
52:51got into the couch for
53:01and put on Daybreak was the apocalypse
53:04show Daybreak
53:07um
53:09put on that because we're trying to
53:11finish it on Netflix yes
53:15um this is cat and I still yeah she was
53:17spending the night
53:18on the whole time dogs are pushing me
53:21nosing me and everything
53:23and so we kind of stopped and
53:25stop watching and she goes to bed
53:29um
53:31I'm trying to let the dogs out or at
53:33least go back in a little bit but the
53:35fireworks like she that he couldn't
53:40um
53:41we get to bed upstairs in my room
53:45because she doesn't like the couch it's
53:47and she had work in the morning yeah
53:51and I'd say that's 10-ish 10 to 10 30.
53:56and then the whole time the younger dog
53:59keeps jumping on us
54:01on
54:02so I leave cat in the bed and I go sit
54:05out out down in the the couches and
54:09chairs down by the real dinner table
54:12I go sit there and just hang out with
54:14the dogs so can't get asleep
54:16where we first started talking last
54:18night yes like the Main Kitchen dining
54:20room and the coaches okay I sit down
54:22there so cat can get some sleep because
54:24I don't work tomorrow she does
54:27um then I put the ladder in front of
54:30those steps so the girls can't come up
54:33I
54:34uh they pee on the kitchen
54:37the tiles so I clean that and like well
54:40at least they went before bed you know
54:42it wasn't the worst thing they're not
54:44gonna go outside yeah
54:47then I go to bed
54:51then it's Monday morning
54:53cat goes to work
54:56750 ish maybe earlier
55:00than I love to myself so
55:03we put on new girl in the couch for it
55:06on Monday morning
55:10I go back and forth through some video
55:13games and then back
55:15and video games
55:24back and then
55:31those don't like
55:37just hurts um
55:39girl video games this is Monday
55:46um we're again later I have a little bit
55:48to eat for lunch
55:55all right well at the end of the day on
55:57Monday
55:59I did go
56:01for the afternoon I did go to the farm
56:05to talk to Cress and Cat's mom
56:09I told him what's happening with my elf
56:12because I had the appointment at 2.
56:14did you go to the farm before or after
56:16because I told them what happened to me
56:19and I told them the legs are probably
56:22going to be permanent and the headaches
56:25should be fixed after the Hemorrhage is
56:28cleared a little bit
56:30so
56:33now that I'm there
56:38I talked to other mom
56:43and Chris together
56:46and
56:48I think Kent's mom is
56:50all right with me
56:52she's
56:55I don't know if she wants me to move
56:57into her the East Side cat's house okay
57:02and start paying rent there's an
57:03apartment because she doesn't like to
57:05live at home just can't live with their
57:07mom or dad has an apartment okay
57:10somewhere
57:12campus yeah it's on
57:15it's by Mifflin okay the party Avenue
57:17it's by there
57:19um

57:25so I'm there talking to their mom and
57:29Chris
57:30my
57:32um
57:33then I go up
57:35to have
57:37you know break down by their shed and
57:39they go
57:41swimming
57:44um right by the swimming pool is the
57:46shed so they're they wanted to watch me
57:48like
57:50you know
57:52breakdown and all that so after I
57:56noticed they're just watching and
57:59walk over to them
58:02describe it break down to me
58:05uh
58:06I actually cried
58:10started kicking grass
58:13is doing the toddler tantrum
58:16then I
58:18hopped in the water with them so it was
58:21too late and I was in the water and
58:24realized Crest didn't have a top and
58:27that was uncomfortable
58:29I talked to them more and that's when
58:31she brought up the housing situation how
58:33she doesn't like
58:35how my parents like
58:37are I guess I don't know
58:41she doesn't know them that well she
58:43never met them okay Chris was saying
58:45that the cat's mom cat's mom is uh
58:49speaks his
58:51first thought right away so she's
58:56so they're offering me to get a job
58:59live with them
59:02work for him while I'm working
59:05and pay rent and that's kind of their
59:07their deal I would have like a month for
59:10your friend or a month or two maybe if
59:12they're thinking
59:15um
59:15I could be able to borrow a car
59:18from press maybe if she's nice or not
59:21using it I'd be able to go to work
59:24make sure you have a lot of cars or
59:25something no no okay just an extra one
59:28probably
59:30she stays at the farm okay so if she
59:33didn't need it I could use it to go
59:37to a job or at least interviews yeah
59:41I was hoping for a job and you know near
59:44where I live so I could bike or keep me
59:47you know you know these going I don't I
59:50don't think they can get worse but I I
59:52could keep doing it yeah

1:00:02uh we're gonna break down what were you
1:00:05having a breakdown about
1:00:08you ever have your legs just
1:00:14I don't even know if they're done eating
1:00:16like as bad as they they can be yet so

1:00:23telling me last night it was it's a
1:00:25symptom of a concussion right so that's
1:00:27not it that's just it's a simple nerve
1:00:30damage from the head of my spine so it's
1:00:32permanent okay
1:00:37um so it's just legs I think it's
1:00:40waist feeling is you probably colostomy
1:00:43bag down the road and all of that but
1:00:45here we are Sunday yeah
1:00:51oh okay we're sitting in the pool we're
1:00:53hanging out

1:00:58they're just talking to me
1:01:02sometimes they're being nice sometimes
1:01:03they're like making the offer like hey
1:01:05if you move in you can pay a rent this
1:01:07is a good neighborhood
1:01:10um it's cul-de-sac there's parking
1:01:15so
1:01:17yeah on the east side just off of
1:01:19Milwaukee Street that's Andrew Andrew
1:01:22you take the left turn onto Andrew from
1:01:24Milwaukee you know
1:01:27so that's it
1:01:30um so it's a good neighborhood kind of
1:01:32like the one by my parents
1:01:35I if I live there I at least be on doing
1:01:39my own thing
1:01:41and then they're like well appreciate
1:01:45you stopping by so I I head out and I go
1:01:50it was Monday afternoon I go to dinner
1:01:52at that cat's house on the east side
1:01:55okay
1:01:57what time you think that was
1:02:02had to be 7 30 I left the farm it just
1:02:05crosses 7 30 P.M
1:02:12so
1:02:18I like red cats
1:02:21and then
1:02:23she's
1:02:26she's planning on feeding me
1:02:28this is Monday correct yeah
1:02:32that's after the farm son of Chris
1:02:38I think we just eat and cuddle a little
1:02:42bit okay
1:02:43I go home
1:02:46there's the girls
1:02:48um let them out
1:02:50and go to bed because I
1:02:52kind of a day yeah what time you think
1:02:56you left her place let's say nine
1:03:01about nine okay

1:03:45or now wakes me up I I did the six again

1:03:50back in bed I don't know if I passed out
1:03:52or zone out a little bit but
1:03:57um
1:03:58Dan is worried about my mom on Tuesday I
1:04:01think
1:04:04no no word
1:04:07I don't know if he called her I think he
1:04:10just contacted so they can think it
1:04:11reached out yeah he reached out
1:04:14then I'm like oh it's Tuesday morning
1:04:16they should be here
1:04:18um no worries I think I call my mom that
1:04:21day
1:04:25all right and then
1:04:29the

1:04:38when you yeah so it's off out of range
1:04:43I don't know the other factors I could
1:04:45give you that it's like a voicemail
1:04:46right away it goes right to voicemail

1:04:52so I might have missed it so from the
1:04:54time like they left did you talk to them
1:04:57at all when they were I got it first you
1:05:00got the one text and I thought you
1:05:02mentioned her don't even like it right
1:05:04yeah but that was it nothing else yeah
1:05:07so that's that's fishy to me even the
1:05:09text because I realized Memorial Day is
1:05:12when the White Lake parade is
1:05:14oh sure
1:05:15there's no Fourth of July maybe there's
1:05:18cheap drinks but there's no parade on
1:05:20quite like on the fourth
1:05:23so
1:05:25well maybe there is now
1:05:27I realize I've always gone on Memorial
1:05:31because
1:05:32I give timed uh from school and all of
1:05:36that you don't get time after the fourth
1:05:38so so basically from the time that
1:05:40they're gone
1:05:42the cabin in your home you know running
1:05:44around doing what you're doing
1:05:46you said one in communication with Mom
1:05:48yeah that's kind of about I just assumed
1:05:52the amount of people where they're at
1:05:55and where they're all well I understand
1:05:58her not contacting but this was the only
1:06:01text was there anything with Dad no I I
1:06:04don't even bother talking to him he
1:06:06wouldn't use his phone while he's up
1:06:08there he loves it I'll do that but
1:06:12you know does he keep his phone on him
1:06:14when he's up there
1:06:15it's usually in the car oh okay
1:06:19um my brother and I just text all the
1:06:22time while we're up there
1:06:24Center wire Independence sometimes to
1:06:27make make better connection sure
1:06:30um so here we are where Tuesday
1:06:34um called um voicemail immediately

1:06:40where Dan Dan called worried about mom
1:06:43not coming to work
1:06:45um he had already fed the dogs and that
1:06:46before again called or reached out to
1:07:07so tweezed
1:07:09doing this
1:07:14I got a coffee at a quick trip one day
1:07:18well I think that could have been
1:07:20Tuesday morning
1:07:22at quilt trip I got a coffee
1:07:24and I
1:07:27um I use my dad's number at a quick trip
1:07:29to give me the free one because there
1:07:32was a group of gold right I could have I
1:07:34could have afforded it but you know
1:07:35there's a free one and it's Tuesday or
1:07:38it wasn't Monday I could have gotten the
1:07:40dollar one but
1:07:42full price I believe and I grabbed the
1:07:44coffee because it was a free one he
1:07:46hasn't used it for weeks so we'll grab
1:07:48that at a quick trip I couldn't tell you
1:07:51which one I was just driving at that
1:07:53point
1:07:54um
1:07:55when you get one user is rewards card is
1:07:58what they call it right yeah we go
1:07:59Center his phone number you type it
1:08:03okay

1:08:06but I got a coffee had to be I'm
1:08:09assuming Tuesday
1:08:12and I got a free one
1:08:15sweet it's it was terrible oh it was I I
1:08:19wanted to try Krupa gold yeah
1:08:21it wasn't bad
1:08:24um February Tuesday uh cats working up
1:08:28not a gaming job hunt and then I
1:08:32um then I started trying to
1:08:34get the glass
1:08:37so
1:08:39I've been a little lazy on the glass I
1:08:41just kind of had chairs in front of it I
1:08:44just broom and
1:08:47you know a little sweeper holder you
1:08:49know you broom it into that dustpan yeah

1:08:54toss in the glass into recycling
1:09:01um
1:09:02I get most of it there's there's a bunch
1:09:04in the cracks of the Stone
1:09:06and I'm picking out by hand
1:09:09I think I've been injure myself from
1:09:11that but
1:09:13um just
1:09:16yeah
1:09:19yeah
1:09:20okay you just um
1:09:25my blood was
1:09:26kind of on the floor so I got the
1:09:28Swiffer I borrowed from cat
1:09:31from the the foot
1:09:34I bought a Swiffer to mop
1:09:36I swiffered the the floor for like not
1:09:39the stone but the floor
1:09:41and then I got a little bit in the
1:09:43kitchen
1:09:44and then everywhere kind of I walked
1:09:46pretty much the the bathroom the kitchen
1:09:49and then I I couldn't get the carpet so
1:09:52I still stained that up real crabby
1:09:55where was there a carpet at the stairs
1:09:57between basement and kitchen oh that's
1:10:00right carpet stairs
1:10:03um I tried I can't get it out
1:10:08how to do that but
1:10:12um then all the way up to my the laundry
1:10:14room where I found my first aid kit and
1:10:17I just tried to stop all the bleeding
1:10:19but I you know it wouldn't stop so
1:10:24that blood was all coming from your left
1:10:26foot yeah left foot hole
1:10:30yeah
1:10:32I mean we're talking are we talking
1:10:34massive amounts of water are we talking
1:10:36you know a little bit like described
1:10:39is Sergeant's drops
1:10:42until he got to the bathroom
1:10:44and then I got back to go grab my sock
1:10:47and some of the paper towel and I saved
1:10:52the glasses in there so I grabbed the
1:10:53tweeze and I pull it out and then it
1:10:55starts
1:10:56squirting out I got some
1:10:58on a little bit of the rock it wasn't
1:11:01that bad of the rock but it um
1:11:06I think the worst was the
1:11:08floor that like it kind of like
1:11:12you know like this lid puddles is
1:11:15wasn't good coming out in the floor down
1:11:18in the basement well
1:11:20that one
1:11:21um
1:11:22and then I go upstairs
1:11:25to the kitchen and it's still going and
1:11:28I'm trying to get my foot in the sink
1:11:30just to slow it down and pinch it maybe
1:11:36um and then I waddle upstairs to
1:11:40the
1:11:41the eye Packer the
1:11:44the first date
1:11:47and once I got it kind of bundled up
1:11:51that's it stopped for what I know
1:11:56then I go
1:11:58I need to get some tape
1:12:02um we have a tape box in the basement I
1:12:04go there and I I opened it up again
1:12:08I pull it a little bit more but the
1:12:10basement was easy to clean but it's just
1:12:12cement there's a little bit of water and
1:12:14I rigged that up but then I grabbed the
1:12:17tape box and I wrapped it
1:12:20um after that that was that's Tuesday
1:12:23yep
1:12:31wings I go to cats
1:12:34oh okay we had wings what time
1:12:37um I could have been I've been doing the
1:12:41BS at first AIDS and all that I go to
1:12:44cat's house with her mom and her brother
1:12:46that could have been
1:12:49five or six
1:12:52I could give you the exact
1:12:54did you guys pick up the wings and go
1:12:56there or
1:12:58no I I drove to cats okay straight there
1:13:04um would you drive the Subaru all right
1:13:06carrier choice I just
1:13:10um the with the Volvo seat like
1:13:14so you know I can't do it with my foot
1:13:16okay
1:13:17um
1:13:24talking about
1:13:25did you guys go wake up Wings yeah so we
1:13:28get there
1:13:29and we're calling around seeing what's
1:13:32up James is getting home with Jimmy
1:13:34John's
1:13:38um
1:13:39and we're like oh don't eat all of it
1:13:42he's like well I'm hungry now I'm doing
1:13:43all the post-gym crab thing
1:13:47so he grabs eats half a sandwich and
1:13:50then we go cat night the Two of Us in my
1:13:53car we go to
1:13:55Buffalo Wild Wings
1:14:02I couldn't tell you
1:14:10can tell you it had to be East right
1:14:11that's close it's by a mall
1:14:16there's a mall
1:14:18um
1:14:19we go in and get the wings we go out
1:14:26we go to cats we eat
1:14:30um we watched this movie Pretty in Pink
1:14:33or something it's about a girl with that
1:14:35likes fashion and goes to Harvard
1:14:39so
1:14:41the flexors on the TV
1:14:44they have like everything there I didn't
1:14:48I didn't know
1:14:50all right so we ate the wings at cats
1:14:52watch Pretty in Pink
1:14:54yeah it's what is her mom's choice but
1:14:57um
1:14:59the four of us had we all ate
1:15:01okay and I went upstairs and laid down
1:15:04in her bed for a few minutes
1:15:10just letting the food settle or yeah
1:15:12hanging out
1:15:13I noticed she's kind of
1:15:16falling asleep
1:15:18so I'm like okay I'm ready to get out of
1:15:21here
1:15:22and I go home
1:15:24get the girls all ready for bed with
1:15:26going outside
1:15:29get on water
1:15:33what time do you think you made it home
1:15:37so in learning
1:15:40the latest
1:15:42um
1:15:45to girls
1:15:47water well not really food they ate
1:15:49before but water
1:15:51and played like indoor playtime in the
1:15:55bathroom sure
1:15:57so
1:16:00if you guys go to so you were home alone
1:16:02then
1:16:03I've been home alone this whole weekend
1:16:05really except when cat comes yeah okay I
1:16:08didn't come at night
1:16:11so now we're we're pushing Wednesday
1:16:13aren't we
1:16:15um
1:16:19what time do you think you went to bed

1:16:23probably pretty damn close to when I got
1:16:26home 10 at the latest
1:16:31kind of been
1:16:32tired lately sure

1:16:46I try to go to the farm and I keep

1:16:52I kind of need someone to talk to
1:16:54because freaking out about my parents
1:16:57um Jane's calling me I give her the
1:16:59address to go to the farm ired to the
1:17:03cabin
1:17:04Jane Jane hilgendorf
1:17:11um never picked up from press
1:17:14so I go home
1:17:19um so you drive over to the farm or yeah
1:17:22yeah yeah because she wasn't answering
1:17:24her phone right no I got close but then
1:17:27I realized I can't just show off they'd
1:17:29shoot me
1:17:30I don't know before when I drive or what
1:17:34I look like there was a hat on they had
1:17:36guns over there or
1:17:37what they actually show you no I'm just
1:17:40saying her her dad lives there he's he's
1:17:4390.
1:17:45he he got a buck when he was 95 or
1:17:48something so I I know if he didn't know
1:17:51who I was he could have yeah
1:17:54so he's he's
1:17:58but he can use the gun that's why I
1:18:01wouldn't do that yeah
1:18:03Chris's dad lives there too yeah who's
1:18:06put is a Chris's Farm or Dad it's your
1:18:08dad's he built it oh God and then she
1:18:11lives there she's managing the property
1:18:13because he's in the chair yeah
1:18:17um
1:18:18so then it's not really a fun fact yeah
1:18:23yeah okay
1:18:25let wildflowers grow for the the beast
1:18:28that's pretty much it and then their own
1:18:30berries but it's um
1:18:33then here we are I turn around and then
1:18:37Jane calls
1:18:39I get a picture of the property at the
1:18:42cabin
1:18:44and I see that
1:18:47so I'm looking at the cabin
1:18:51then it doesn't look right there's a
1:18:53birch tree in in front
1:18:56and I I didn't like the look of it
1:18:58because that didn't
1:19:00that didn't just sit right with me a
1:19:01little bit but I it looked like tracks
1:19:04were pushed down into the grass a little
1:19:06bit I don't know from the picture
1:19:09and Mike said there was like light
1:19:11tracks like someone was there
1:19:15where was the birch tree at it looked
1:19:17like it was in the middle of the drive
1:19:19and sometimes we do do that we we find a
1:19:22fallen log and we put it like a you know
1:19:26a double door entrance so you go in from
1:19:29the gate you park you move the next and
1:19:32then you drive it sure
1:19:34so that's like the only security we can
1:19:37get up there
1:19:39some we have done that before
1:19:42the grass is overgrown but that's from
1:19:45the storm and the Fallen trees and you
1:19:47can't mow there because the flowers
1:19:55so the bursary I mean if you guys
1:19:57typically put stuff down like security
1:19:59why like it looked weird to you this
1:20:02time
1:20:03I've never seen that log we have we have
1:20:06this log that one that you're close to
1:20:08the shed it's
1:20:11I would say closer to petrified than
1:20:13rotten it's hard like really hard
1:20:17yeah I don't know what kind of tree but
1:20:19that's what my dad and I use when we go
1:20:23so you typically use the same tree this
1:20:25one just seemed out of place too yeah

1:21:39so here we are throws three I get the
1:21:42questions answered

1:21:48oh then we go to my house
1:21:50and then there's three more the same
1:21:51three sheriffs
1:21:55so they talk to you at the police
1:21:57station or wherever you get yeah it gets
1:21:59information and stuff and then I came to
1:22:01your house yeah yeah
1:22:04and that's probably about than I can a
1:22:06couple hours later they were there
1:22:08questioning you're here now questioning
1:22:10and then
1:22:12that night that
1:22:14or or not around Wednesday Wednesday
1:22:17night
1:22:18I go to Dan and Mary's
1:22:22Wednesday night what time do you think
1:22:23they feed me
1:22:25um I had probably seven seven thirty
1:22:28and he said he wanted
1:22:30to Mary's house or Mary Sesto and Dan
1:22:35something of itch

1:27:12could you use anything else
1:27:15hydrogen peroxide for the tiles and the
1:27:20hard floors
1:27:25just the big Globs needed a little bit
1:27:36but it didn't really help
1:27:38but it kind of just made a mess
1:27:40and when you say you only have tiles I'm
1:27:42trying to remember your house I couldn't
1:27:43do carpet with it it would ruin the
1:27:45carpet right it would I
1:27:49um tiles are we talking kitchen because
1:27:51downstairs is just like semantic well
1:27:53when I had some blood on the basement I
1:27:55used the peroxide
1:27:59tiles in the kitchen yeah okay yeah I'm
1:28:02pretty excited there it wasn't as much
1:28:05like there were like this size pools in
1:28:08the kitchen I was pinching it pretty
1:28:10dang hard but which was also cutting
1:28:13deeper because I had another I might
1:28:15still have another piece of glass
1:28:17so the biggest pool that you saw was
1:28:19this was downstairs this was kind of on
1:28:23the stone
1:28:25close to the glass and then there was
1:28:28one right at the base kind of where the
1:28:30chairs I put
1:28:32like a good
1:28:35like
1:28:36two three inch diameter
1:28:41um
1:28:43more than that
1:28:55did you do anything to so I wrote down
1:28:57on Tuesday that you try to get in the
1:28:59glass cleaned up in the basement
1:29:01toss it in the glass receptor glass and
1:29:03recycling did you clean up at all when
1:29:05it actually happened you know my day was
1:29:08Furious uh so he he did stuff
1:29:11to clean it yeah I don't know what he
1:29:14did
1:29:17but I he's sent me to my room upstairs
1:29:20and he did whatever he did but it still
1:29:23was on the floor after he was done

1:29:30did your dad get injured at all when the
1:29:32glass broke did he step on anywhere and
1:29:34he sent me up
1:29:35but I
1:29:37don't doubt it and he gets mad he's not
1:29:40thinking
1:29:41so we don't know if your dad got hurt no

1:29:45but my best guess is that guy reached in
1:29:49the fireplace and kind of saw him or
1:29:52something I don't know
1:29:59so the head pain do you guys have like
1:30:02Tylenol or something
1:30:05I know you guys can't really offer
1:30:06anything like that but like a headache
1:30:08yeah I've been getting the migraines
1:30:11from all of the hits and stuff
1:30:14um
1:30:19sorry so cleaning up the blood we just
1:30:21got the Swiffer and the
1:30:24um just kind of smeared it around it was
1:30:30okay there's another
1:30:33paper toweling yeah just that okay and
1:30:37then there's
1:30:40I don't know
1:30:44I've heard all those paper towels
1:30:46in the trash yeah it's um some
1:30:52is everywhere in the car trash in my
1:30:57my trash
1:31:01um they ended up in the car trash
1:31:03there's a bag in the car that I carried
1:31:06around it's a car trash Oh it's like a
1:31:08gallon bag okay that's more portable
1:31:11than the garbage can
1:31:13so yeah bloody rag after bloody rag just
1:31:17trying to get it off
1:31:20and I don't know it was a lot I I didn't
1:31:24feel sick so it couldn't have been that
1:31:25much right yeah you didn't lose enough
1:31:27to pass over anything
1:31:29is there any reason to believe Mom or
1:31:31Dad's blood would be somewhere
1:31:36injured at all that you're aware of oh
1:31:39my bad scratches his psoriasis till he
1:31:42like gushes blood okay gushing would
1:31:45describe gushing to me enough to run
1:31:48down your leg like um
1:31:51cover your leg I suppose like he is
1:31:53around his knee
1:31:55so when he does this it just like
1:31:59drips down
1:32:01and I asked him to stop but he doesn't
1:32:03do it when he's stressed out yeah he
1:32:05just kind of like it's his tick he's
1:32:08just yeah probably itches because he um
1:32:11not quite does it enough to get on the
1:32:13floor does it leave oh yeah look how
1:32:16much like before we're talking the water
1:32:18bottle lid and the yeti lid is there I
1:32:20mean like are we talking puddles like
1:32:21that or just rodents or
1:32:24it could be enough okay okay but I'm
1:32:27thinking yeah you lit if he's there and
1:32:29I don't catch him soon
1:32:32my mom's blood
1:32:35um just from her bloody nose and she
1:32:37gets sometimes when she wakes up that's
1:32:39why we've been doing the dehumidifier
1:32:42humidifier and dehumidifiers yeah
1:32:47probably downstairs you get we have to
1:32:49do multiple of them but she can't be in
1:32:52the living room too long because that's
1:32:53a dehumidifier and if she does her nose
1:32:57gets bad
1:32:59not like a regular one she gets it bad
1:33:06but she either goes to the kitchen to
1:33:08fix it her vanity or the bathroom
1:33:14when she has bloody noses are we talking
1:33:17and it's just spraying your own does it
1:33:19just well it's not squirting but it's
1:33:21just dripping and she doesn't notice it
1:33:23okay she can't feel it anymore
1:33:28um
1:33:30is there any reason to believe that in
1:33:32either one of their vehicles there would
1:33:33be any of their blood
1:33:37their vehicles yeah or anybody's vehicle
1:33:41let's say that
1:33:42um maybe car trash
1:33:45mom's car trash would definitely the
1:33:47past few days
1:33:49my dad's car trash
1:33:52why would they have blood in the mirror
1:33:55car crashes
1:33:57well my mom does the bloody noses with
1:34:00the air conditioning so okay and uh
1:34:02would we have air conditioning my mom
1:34:04won't we'll have to use
1:34:06um
1:34:07I bring towels and stuff because in the
1:34:11hot days you can't have your windows
1:34:12open you'll you won't drive well you
1:34:14know so air conditioning my mom will
1:34:16have nosebleeds
1:34:20um my dad hasn't had them
1:34:22as much as she does but he gets them
1:34:26um his or worse than my mods
1:34:31then or
1:34:33um mostly just with air conditioning or
1:34:36sometimes sometimes with the
1:34:38dehumidifier
1:34:41me personally just in air conditioning I
1:34:45get them but I'm not as bad as my
1:34:48parents I think it's
1:34:50it's not bad okay
1:34:54all right
1:35:18yeah I was listening right now I'm just
1:35:20thinking it's kind of absorbing

1:35:24I just want to make sure that I'm asking
1:35:27everything so I don't have to keep
1:35:28calling me and stuff do you know my
1:35:30brother is he okay Mitch did he make it
1:35:34uh you know that's a long drive he
1:35:36hasn't called yeah he hasn't called me
1:35:38at all so I don't know
1:35:40I don't think they've ever done a trip
1:35:42like that so it's like three hours three
1:35:44and a half Mitch
1:35:51as far as up at the cabin
1:35:55when do you think the last time you were
1:35:57up there personally last year that's a
1:36:00memorial idea I believe if it wasn't the
1:36:03weekend before Memorial
1:36:08I didn't make the parade I never got
1:36:10through it last year
1:36:13when do you think the last time your mom
1:36:15or
1:36:16dad my dad went when my brother was
1:36:19diagnosed with diabetes
1:36:22what was that
1:36:24the weekend before my concussion so one
1:36:28two three not including this week three
1:36:33yeah for
1:36:36for four weeks he went up
1:36:40okay but he wasn't born with diabetes no
1:36:42this was
1:36:43like it's the kind you're born with this
1:36:45year like three four weeks ago yeah okay
1:36:48he went up notice uh our Plumbing's gone
1:36:52to crap and he bought a new set or
1:36:55something at a Fleet Farm or a Home
1:36:57Depot or it's like a
1:37:01it's like a four-way converter type
1:37:03thing for the plumbing something for the
1:37:06cabin yeah for the cabinet it's for like
1:37:08a toilet or yeah we have a toilet up
1:37:11there actually no
1:37:13um not just an outhouse no there is a no
1:37:16it does
1:37:18yeah you want an aspirin
1:37:20yeah yeah I appreciate it

1:38:19so you need a new thing to stop whatever
1:38:23the problem was I think leaking

1:38:27didn't hear everything from them sure
1:38:29how did he find out about that

1:38:39cabin oh so when he went up a couple
1:38:41weeks ago he realized an issue this time
1:38:42and he wanted to fix it well he fixed
1:38:45the major issue so it won't be flooding
1:38:48the house all kinds of camping
1:38:52no he wanted the pipe set to redo it
1:38:56okay
1:38:58because we we need new pipes because
1:39:00they're lead
1:39:03and I think we might be moving to
1:39:05plastic
1:39:07because there's no water heat we can do
1:39:09plastic yeah
1:39:13um
1:39:18what that part was but that was when
1:39:21Mitch diabetes the number one
1:39:26did Mitchell up there with them when you
1:39:28know I love my mind I we're kind of with
1:39:30Mitch all that weekend doing stuff Dad
1:39:33just once a while
1:39:34yep and then later that week I had my
1:39:37fall
1:39:39and I I've just started getting my
1:39:42memory back
1:39:43so
1:39:44where did his mom been up there this
1:39:47year at all mom has not been up here
1:39:49this year maybe they were up there
1:39:52before uh no putting dead dead did it
1:39:57all himself maybe
1:40:00this is first
1:40:02and Mitch hasn't been in the cabinet in
1:40:04a while right a day
1:40:06today yeah I couldn't say he's been
1:40:09there you didn't go last year okay

1:40:20he's got a family now a dog a girlfriend
1:40:22no kids but
