0:03tonight we're going to profile
0:04casey anthony a mother who was acquitted
0:07of murdering her two-year-old daughter
0:09kaylee dew to a lack of evidence tonight
0:12the profile is going to give you
0:14our analysis of some evidence to this
0:16unsolved murder
0:17case i'm joined by my fellow profilers
0:20susan ibitz jeanine driver and michelle
0:22dresbold
0:23and although some of you know us already
0:26but for those of you joining us for the
0:28first time and are new to our channel
0:30we're going to go around the horn and
0:31give a quick introduction as to who we
0:33are so susan ibitz take it away
0:35hi everyone my name is susan ivetz i'm a
0:37human behavior hacker some people have
0:39computers i have humans and my specialty
0:41in this team
0:42is a face reading profiling i like
0:46michelle says i can know absolutely
0:48everything about you
0:49but just looking and a picture uh janine
0:52tell us about you
0:53i'm the body language expert here at the
0:55profiler task force i'm the author of
0:57you say more than you
0:58think it's a new york times bestseller
0:59translated in 15 languages and the
1:01author of
1:02you can't lie to me over to you michelle
1:04hi my name is michelle dressboard i'm
1:06the author of the book sex
1:08lies and handwriting and i um i do
1:12personality profiling through
1:14handwriting thread analysis
1:16forgery detection and anonymous letter
1:19detection
1:20and now to you lina thank you michelle
1:23so i am your interrogator and your
1:25statement analysis expert i
1:27am a former marine corps certified navy
1:30or and navy interrogator and i
1:31interrogated members of al-qaeda and
1:33taliban
1:34down in guantanamo bay cuba shortly
1:36after 9 11
1:37and i am also a former navy intel
1:39officer and i am the author of
1:42your lying so okay thank you ladies
1:45let's get into this case
1:48have you ever had the gut feeling that
1:50someone was just not being truthful to
1:52you
1:53someone lied to you someone was guilty
1:55of something
1:56even murder well the reason why your gut
1:58is sending you those messages to your
2:00brain
2:01is because it's picking up on something
2:03but most times we ignore them because we
2:05just don't understand them or where they
2:07came from
2:08as profilers we can see those messages
2:11and we decode them and that's what we're
2:13here tonight to do for you
2:15so let's take a little bit of a quick
2:17background look on this
2:19infamous case focused more on casey
2:22anthony
2:23than the victim which was her innocent
2:25two-year-old
2:26daughter all right guys so tonight we
2:29profile
2:30casey anthony i'm not going to give you
2:33an in-depth timeline because if i did
2:35we'd be here for hours so what i do want
2:37to do though is highlight some key
2:39points and just orient us to this case
2:41on june 16th 2008 that's the last time
2:45that casey's parents
2:47claimed they saw kaylee her daughter
2:50now casey said because she went missing
2:52for a month that she dropped
2:54kaylee off at the nanny zanny the nanny
2:56who we now know
2:57never existed and then claimed that this
3:00fictitious person
3:01kidnapped her daughter on july 15th
3:03casey's mother cindy
3:05she's had it right she hasn't seen her
3:07granddaughter in 31 days she calls 911
3:09and says
3:10i want to report a missing child and my
3:11daughter keeps giving me excuses as to
3:13where she is
3:14the next day on july 16th authorities
3:17question casey
3:18and they uncover all of these lies that
3:20she says
3:21and they arrest her for lying in august
3:24a meter reader finds a bag of bones but
3:26police do not search the area until
3:28december 11th
3:30this guy has called repeatedly to say
3:32hey there's something suspicious by this
3:34meter reading in the woods
3:36and cops came out once i guess and
3:38didn't take it seriously or just didn't
3:40do
3:40a full search until december 11th when
3:43they did and they discovered
3:44it was kaylee's remains and so a medical
3:47examiner did an autopsy on the remains
3:50and unfortunately
3:51he could conclude nothing from that on
3:53how she died
3:54so he said cannot be determined with
3:56certainty the cause of death
3:58april 13 2009 prosecutors announced
4:02they are planning to seek the death
4:04penalty for this case
4:06so let's talk about the trial here's
4:08some highlights the defense attorneys
4:10argued that kaylee accidentally drowned
4:12in the family swimming pool
4:14and that casey panicked and hid the body
4:16because of the traumatic effects of
4:17sexual abuse
4:18by her father and brother i have no idea
4:22how the defense attorney bridged being
4:24sexually abused and then panicking
4:26hiding the body of your dead daughter
4:28who comes up with that right and this
4:30was a lie as well because the father
4:33both her parents testified and said no
4:35that's not what happened
4:36and they do an interview just a couple
4:38of years ago that also state
4:40there was no drowning in the pool she
4:42wasn't in the pool that day
4:44but due to a lack of evidence in july
4:462011 she was acquitted of first-degree
4:48murder aggravated child abuse and
4:50aggravated manslaughter of a child
4:52because
4:53of a lack of evidence
4:57here are her lies there was no zany the
4:59nanny and that was proven
5:00she never worked at universal studios
5:02and that was proven
5:04she also stood money from her friend and
5:06she wrote bad checks and falsified
5:07identification and she was charged with
5:10petty theft
5:11okay this is not an upstanding citizen
5:13here
5:14and according to her father he did not
5:16find kaylee in the pool nor did he
5:17sexually abuse his granddaughter or his
5:19daughter
5:20and today he says he wants nothing more
5:22to do with casey and that
5:24he is certain she knows what happened to
5:27kaylee
5:27and you know what so are we here at the
5:30profiler task force and you're going to
5:31see
5:32our evidence tonight when we get into it
5:35as an interrogator i will tell you this
5:37i want to know where did casey anthony
5:39go after she and kaylee left her parents
5:41home on june 16th
5:44why did she wait a month to report her
5:45child missing now there are reports that
5:47says she wanted to take matters into her
5:49own hand
5:50why why would you want to do that
5:53because you're hiding something
5:55and then why does she get bellavita
5:57tattoo beautiful life tattoo
5:59on july 2nd while her daughter is still
6:01missing
6:02that's crazy and then what was she doing
6:05besides partying
6:06while her daughter was missing now she
6:08says well i want to take matters into my
6:09own hand
6:10by getting tattooed and partying right
6:12and there's pictures there's evidence to
6:14back this up
6:15and then finally what happened to kaylee
6:17because this trial
6:19is all about casey and it's all about
6:21clearing her name
6:22where'd the focus go off of what
6:25happened to kaylee
6:27and why don't we see casey anthony
6:28trying to find out
6:30or hear her talking about wanting to
6:32find out
6:33her focus was all on protecting herself
6:36not finding her daughter so tonight
6:38we're going to give you more insight
6:39into casey
6:40anthony in this officially unsolved
6:42murder case
6:44but before we do i want to thank all of

7:24who was acquitted of
7:26murder because of a lack of evidence and
7:28i'm dying to hear the evidence
7:30that the profilers dug up on this case
7:33michelle let's kick it over to you first
7:36hi um why don't we look at some of casey
7:39anthony's handwriting
7:41um let's look at the first slide hello
7:43before i begin

7:47now why don't we look at some of casey
7:50anthony's handwriting
7:52now this is a letter you see the cookie
7:54letter
7:55the cookie letter was one of her letters
7:58when she what she wrote while she was in
8:00jail
8:00a prison and the very first thing you
8:04may notice is what we call
8:05bubble gum writing bubble gum writing is
8:08also we call
8:09middle zone there's no high there's no
8:11low it's this
8:12rounded middle zone writing
8:15you will find this type of writing if
8:18you go to
8:19middle school 90 of the young women have
8:22this kind of writing
8:24it's very bubble gummy it's like oh am i
8:27pretty am i
8:28cute it's get through eighth grade
8:31handwriting
8:32um usually this writer when you see it
8:34in an adult
8:35is a little immature self-centered
8:38me me i also want you to look at this
8:41cookie
8:42one little thing about it we have a it's
8:45called a vertical
8:47paragraph line now most of our
8:49handwriting is
8:50past that line but the cookie crosses
8:52through that line
8:54what is that line that represents the
8:56line of society
8:57you see somebody and they kind of
8:59disregard the paragraph
9:01line they're different disregarding
9:04norms of society
9:06why don't we look at the next slide okay
9:10now this is casey anthony's statement
9:14to the police and i'm an artist
9:17and i want you to look at this as if
9:19you're looking at a painting and i think
9:21the first
9:22thing you'll see is it's just consuming
9:25it's like there's no space it's as if
9:28the whole
9:28i call it a picture is it's condensed
9:32and the writing
9:33doesn't leave any space in it now when
9:36you see somebody and they
9:37leave no space in their handwriting they
9:40leave no space for anybody else
9:42it's as if they suffocate you it's them
9:46ideally you want handwriting that has
9:49some space some order
9:51like i said i could turn this upside
9:53down and you would get the same picture
9:56as it is right side up um so
9:59no space between writing means the
10:01person leaves
10:02nobody else any space now
10:06let's look at the next one
10:09now if you think you look at our
10:10handwriting it might look
10:12very readable um but
10:16it's actually not and i want you to look
10:19at
10:19what two letters in particular the o's
10:22and the a's
10:23o's and a's are the communication
10:25letters when you look at handwriting
10:28um you think of an o as a mouth that
10:31more open it is at the top
10:33the more that person likes to talk can't
10:35keep a secret
10:36and the more closed it is the more you
10:39have a good spy
10:41now if you look at these o's and a's
10:44you'll notice the first o is a little
10:46strange
10:47kind of open but something's wrong with
10:50it you move over to the second line we
10:52just see the ca of casey
10:54the c goes into the a underneath it's
10:57completely closed
10:58if you think you want someone to keep a
11:01secret
11:02casey anthony can keep a secret
11:05forever um now i took a few of the o's
11:10out of context and you'll notice
11:13there's a line that slashes through it
11:17when you want to see what a liar's
11:19handwriting looks like you look at their
11:21os
11:22in an o if there's a slash through it it
11:25means
11:26we call it a fork tongue stroke and
11:28you're dealing
11:29with a liar it's almost a guarantee
11:33why don't we look at the next slide
11:36what i did here was i just took that
11:38first o
11:40and n out of context again when you take
11:43handwriting out of context especially if
11:45it looks
11:46readable this is not sloppy handwriting
11:49it's allegedly readable handwriting but
11:52when you take things out of context and
11:54you
11:54absolutely can't make out what it is
11:57you're dealing with a con
11:58artist why don't we go to the next slide
12:04okay now this is casey anthony's
12:07signature
12:09we'll notice a few things first let's
12:12notice in casey
12:13the a is enormous when you have enormous
12:17a's it means lowercase a's that means
12:20hey look at me look at me look at me
12:22that person a for attention wants a lot
12:25of attention
12:26again if you look inside that a there's
12:29a little weird we call it a stinger
12:32when you have these stingers in
12:33handwriting you have somebody who
12:36either refrains from sex completely
12:39but if they don't they can't stop so
12:42it's all or nothing
12:44we look at casein ca where's the e
12:48it's before if that's an e it's before
12:50the s
12:52again con artist d we can make out ca
12:56we think we have another letter s
12:59what's going on but in the middle of
13:02casey anthony where you have a y
13:04you have actually a big x and the last
13:07name is completely
13:08made into an x when you have x's in
13:11handwriting we will see this again and
13:13again
13:15you deal with somebody who's either xing
13:17themselves out
13:18or has the thought of death in the in
13:21their head
13:22so and if you ever hiring somebody and
13:25that
13:26and or they're an employee and all of a
13:28sudden their handwriting becomes
13:29xed out you need to put them on suicide
13:32watch
13:33so you always want in and sometimes
13:35somebody's married
13:37and they put their first name in their
13:39last name they just
13:40x out i'll sometimes say you know is
13:42that your
13:43last name or your married last name and
13:45they'll say married last name
13:46i go huh i have a brother who's a good
13:48divorce lawyer
13:50so you want to look for x's and
13:52handwriting
13:53why don't we look at the last slide
13:57okay what i did here was take
14:00words out of context again
14:03when you look at her handwriting it
14:04looks overly readable
14:06overly decipherable when you take words
14:09out now some of you may be able to
14:11figure out a word here and there
14:13and that's fine and somebody said i can
14:16i can figure out those words
14:17the point is if you could have to figure
14:21it out if the person leaves it
14:24up to your interpretation you are
14:28dealing with a con artist now you may or
14:31may not believe it but if you want to
14:32protect yourself
14:34look at the handwriting and see can and
14:36this isn't
14:37messy handwriting that you can't read
14:39it's a readable
14:40handwriting that you think you can read
14:43but in reality
14:45you can't and that's your con artist and
14:47that's
14:48casey anthony so that's the handwriting
14:51michelle
14:52that was amazing so this is what i
14:53picked up liar
14:55all about me and exiting someone out i
14:57don't think you could have been more
14:59spot
14:59on ladies you have any questions janine
15:01do you have any questions for michelle
15:03no but i have open loops on my o's so i
15:07know that i'm not good at keeping a
15:08secret
15:09right right we're not gonna make you a
15:11spy i'm not going to be a good spy no
15:14that was awesome michelle thank you i
15:15learned a lot
15:17this is only one question what happened
15:20with people who have a fascia or have a
15:23neurological problem and the side of the
15:26body that used to write
15:28is affected and the handwriting changed
15:30it and
15:31it looked one way before when nothing
15:34happened and now look like
15:35they tried to deceiving or it's not even
15:37clear to their own person to read it
15:40how you read on that case um i i'll use
15:44this as an example if somebody has a
15:46stroke
15:47um handwriting will show whatever goes
15:49on physically or emotionally
15:52in a person um ideally handwriting is
15:55not a guessing game
15:56the more i know about the person's
15:58physical
16:00state the more i can interpret correctly
16:04great thank you that goes along michelle
16:07with what we do
16:08as well and especially as an
16:09interrogator i have to know the context
16:11of the situation
16:12because if someone's coming to me and
16:14they are so nervous i have to
16:16figure out well this guy just got off a
16:18battlefield this person was just in a
16:19car accident or
16:20went through a shooting you know so it's
16:22all about context i like that you said
16:24that
16:25all right so we are moving on and next
16:28up is susan ibitz our face reader
16:30susan let's hear it people is fascinated
16:34with symmetry so we're going to do
16:36this time but i'm going to show a sign
16:38like
16:39the idea of the show is protect you a
16:42sign of warning of this connection when
16:44somebody is disconnected from reality
16:47and she's a kid case so let's go to the
16:49slice
16:51okay ladies uh this is the part we want
16:53to be uh analyzing this object like you
16:55uh lena i confuse casey with kaylee so
16:57not to in order to not make a mistake
16:59i'm gonna uh regard to her as a subject
17:02um this her is her picture during the
17:04period when her daughter went missing
17:07uh there are a couple of things that i
17:08want to mark too so you can pay
17:10attention
17:11people love symmetry so we're gonna work
17:13on that subject today too
17:15that is her face that is the two left
17:17part of the face
17:19the left part of your face has to do
17:21with your personal life has to do with
17:23your right brain
17:24now we can see on her personal life
17:27she was kind of military you see the
17:29stretching
17:31you we see a chin without not
17:33indentation not a team player not a
17:35person in consideration
17:37we see pointy eyebrows pointy arrows
17:40when when
17:40are in the triangle shape as people who
17:43want to be right
17:44it's right it's my way or the highway
17:47i'm going to be in control
17:48i want to be right it's what i saying
17:51how i say it
17:52i'm never wrong i'm going to prove you
17:54wrong you know going to prove me
17:56wrong another thing that she has she
17:58have winged eyebrows
17:59winged eyebrows we call it when we have
18:02thicker hair
18:03on the beginning of the eyebrows and is
18:05go thinner
18:06meaning these people who's really good
18:08at starting things that no follow
18:10through
18:11they're coming with these huge dreams i
18:14gonna be
18:15but i don't have the bad will or the
18:17good will
18:18to conduct to the end i can get really
18:21excited in the beginning of the business
18:23and at the beginning of a relationship
18:24and a beginning of any project
18:26but you always gonna find these people
18:28never finish painting the wall of the
18:30living room
18:31they never finish school they never
18:33finish anything they
18:34they do except that we have another
18:37features who are helping
18:39but in this case is i think i'm right
18:41all the time
18:42doesn't matter what you tell me and i
18:44don't finish anything then i

19:21i play that the girl who's nice and is
19:23approachable
19:25so she was really good being playful
19:28with others
19:28in order to get away when she talks
19:31she's really playful
19:32she was really playful and still really
19:34playful to how to get away with that
19:37now we're gonna do the comparison
19:40most of the things that we can read on
19:42her face there are things that we have
19:44written in other cases
19:45but if this is the one the one part then
19:47i think that we need to
19:48pay more attention because to be in
19:51order to be safe without
19:52with ourselves i know what i'm going to
19:54show you now is a mug shot
19:56but i found a few pictures about her on
19:58the same situation
20:00what you can notice in this picture guys
20:03what is odd in this picture when you're
20:05looking at
20:06lots of lots of white in our eyes three
20:09whites of the eyes
20:10so what is beside face ring what is the
20:13first impression when you see a person
20:15with this look shock
20:19i don't know vampire i don't know
20:22she is mentally disconnected and aware
20:25of
20:25her actions she have like a switch
20:28she goes from this bandy illuminated
20:31eyes
20:32blinking like oh look at me i'm so
20:34pretty too
20:36like where are you susan she is aware or
20:40is not aware
20:41she is not aware she's out of control
20:43she's unaware of their action it's like
20:45she's like she's going to a mental break
20:47and disconnect from reality susan did
20:50you white out her eyes or
20:52was that her real eyes i never ever
20:55retouch a picture to be presenting the
20:57only thing i do is divide it with a
20:59program that it give me exactly the
21:01vision
21:02but i don't retouch in any way any
21:04pictures because i wanted to help you to
21:06read in reality
21:07that is her and some point of her life
21:11she does go from connected bambi eyelid
21:14i'm so cooky i'm so nice i'm so pretty
21:16too i don't know where am i
21:18i'm like disconnected i'm check out from
21:20earth i'm on the space
21:22and can i oh i'm sorry come on tell me
21:25are
21:25the circles of her eyes small i mean i
21:28don't think i've ever seen that much
21:30white around somebody's eyes
21:32uh there are two ways to watch on the ry
21:36part you can see on the lower part of
21:38the eye you're gonna see a lot of why
21:40it's a person that is disconnected now
21:42if you see why
21:43par on under the eye and on top of the
21:46eye
21:46usually you're gonna see that on cases
21:48of head concussions
21:50i've been training first responders to
21:52determine when you need to like
21:54either take the person like us up of
21:57people
21:57and buildings and security and a lot of
22:00people who is geriatric
22:02who start getting alzheimer or um um
22:06their dementia you're gonna start seeing
22:08their start having when they have
22:10periods of dementia you're going to
22:12start seeing the lower part of the eye
22:14white
22:14and the upper part too because they get
22:17disconnected
22:18that happened when you have a context
22:21but what happened when a 20 something
22:23years old
22:24who just get disappear her daughter on
22:26the same period
22:27showing the lower part of the white eyes
22:30and i found it in a couple of pictures i
22:31didn't want to put
22:3217 pictures i just wanted only to
22:35concentrate
22:36when you see a person who have the lower
22:39part of their
22:40eyes showing more white than you should
22:43normally pay attention because you're
22:45talking with a person who is unaware
22:47neither your reality her reality or what
22:50is going on
22:52susan that was fascinating so i have
22:54seen what i call the three whites of the
22:56eyes in my interrogations especially
22:58after something traumatic has happened
23:00i've saw it in gitmo i've seen it in
23:02criminal investigations
23:03and at that point the person is mentally
23:05checked out
23:06most likely because they have just been
23:09through trauma and
23:10i can't interrogate at that point i
23:11can't even get real information because
23:13they're so checked out
23:14but that was fascinating ladies do you
23:16have any questions michelle do you have
23:18any questions for susan
23:19no i asked my questions but i'm looking
23:22out for that white of those eyes
23:24well do you know do you know susan uh
23:26and lena and i
23:27i've talked about this too at the body
23:29language institute that oj simpson did
23:31the same thing with the eyes the whites
23:32of the eyes
23:33when asked if he wore bruno magley shoes
23:35which were the shoe print at the scene
23:37of the crime
23:38and he said i would never own those ugly
23:39ass shoes then he's shown a picture
23:41and he's walking on the the field right
23:44the football field and what's he wearing
23:45those quote-unquote ugly ass shoes and
23:47you see
23:48the you know not the three whites you
23:50see all four whites of his eyes
23:52right so in my world it's called fear
23:55and revulsion so when i struggle with
23:57weight going up and down and if i'm on
23:59my heavy side and i go on an airplane
24:01and someone's eyes go like this i go oh
24:03they don't want to sit next to the fat
24:04girl
24:05so it's not that they're afraid it's
24:07more that they're just got like revolted
24:09so i found that fascinating that you
24:11picked up on that well it's a
24:12correlation most people confuse
24:14fear surprise from all the micro
24:16expression they're the most difficult
24:17because in both you're gonna see why
24:19part of the eye
24:20is when your fear of surprise in some
24:22way you get disconnected to reconnect
24:24with your body because you're preparing
24:26to either run
24:27defend yourself or fight so it's a
24:30correlation between the
24:31what part of the eye but i would say pay
24:34attention when you see
24:35someone you're gonna see this when you
24:38see a fight on a bar
24:39there are three things that you need to
24:40be careful when a person is about to
24:43fight
24:43you're gonna see the jaw i was doing a
24:45case with a policeman and says
24:46how we didn't realize that he had a
24:48knife did you see the jaw
24:50he was accommodating the jaw the police
24:52didn't pay attention
24:54second of all he was doing this pumping
24:56gas
24:57and suddenly the white part of the eye
24:59cam you know what happened the policeman
25:01get uh
25:01stop and he was so high in adrenaline
25:04that he didn't collapse but after he
25:06followed the suspect
25:07and hank caught it he fall next to the
25:10suspect
25:10so i was given a training about security
25:13like you didn't pay attention to the
25:15warning signs
25:16and the guy was on the class and says
25:18like i shouldn't have been paying
25:20attention to the warning sign so
25:22like we always says this is a way to be
25:24safe
25:25if you see those worn inside please pay
25:27attention
25:28and if you can escape that situation
25:31get away as much as you say like you
25:33says on the happy hour janine
25:35when something happened you don't
25:36congregate with everybody else to see
25:38what's going on
25:39get away as soon as you can from that
25:41situation lina what we were saying about
25:43something that i didn't wasn't aware
25:45about that she have seizures
25:47yeah so i read an article where her
25:49mother and actually was in an interview
25:51i saw in an interview and her mom said
25:52hey
25:53you know casey has seizures like she's
25:55she's sick
25:56and i've witnessed this seizure i've
25:57heard it in her room and when
25:59she's done with the seizure she can't
26:01remember anything that happened during
26:03that time
26:04so it's odd that you saw that well not
26:06odd it makes sense that you saw that in
26:08her face and then coupled
26:10with a medical history of some problems
26:12with seizures and blacking out
26:14there's got to be something going on
26:15there uh like i said
26:17uh she doesn't have all the time water
26:19on the tank
26:20so howard says that it would be really
26:23good if somebody can do a deep
26:25real evaluation of what is going on
26:28again i'm not a psychiatrist i'm not a
26:30psychologist

26:34start looking back in our life situation
26:36where there
26:37were violence a person was like i don't
26:40remember like when they go in black out
26:42and they have a fight
26:43i don't remember the fight i don't
26:44remember choking the person
26:46if you can film that you're gonna see
26:48the white part of the eye
26:50is showing so it makes sense putting
26:53together
26:53just be aware when you see that and if
26:55you send somebody in your family
26:57please go to check and ask for help and
27:00she's got like this
27:01dichotomy personality right so her
27:03daughter's missing
27:04yet there's pictures of her partying and
27:06smiling and happy and then she gets into
27:08court
27:09and she's crying and sobbing and then
27:11the next picture she's smiling and
27:12joking and hugging
27:14it's crazy right that's what i'm talking
27:17about the bambi eyelids like
27:18i'm so sweet and i'm so sorry wearing a
27:22pink shirt
27:23come on we know what the trial trial
27:25prep she's wearing a pink
27:27shirt and a khaki pair of pants a
27:30ponytail
27:30showing their face and like she crying
27:32all the time it's a perfect setting it
27:34was a stage for hollywood
27:36of course it was awesome well thank you

29:10know you're i know i was like did you
29:12time that so what
29:15what makes what brings you joy what
29:16makes you smile animals i talk to my
29:19animals i see animals and
29:21i light up you light up and i'm a kid
29:23person
29:24so i love kids i'm the mother of three
29:26sons and their humor i literally in my
29:28notes
29:29write um jack-isms charli-isms and
29:31anguisms
29:32when they say or do funny things i go
29:34grab my phone and write it up because
29:35they
29:35they bring me so much joy we smile when
29:38we're happy about things
29:40but we also smile when we're embarrassed
29:42about something
29:43and then there's another area we smile
29:46when it's connected with pure
29:47evil when it's literally connected with
29:50you know
29:50someone being joyful in an inappropriate
29:52situation it literally the spy
29:55the smile in this this moment is
29:57betraying the person's
29:58sense of enjoyment and this like weird
30:02time right it's it's
30:03deceiving they they're getting off on
30:06their deception
30:07and it's all connected with a sense of
30:10control
30:11so let's dive in and look at what might
30:14be making casey anthony

30:44anthony they're saying that she thought
30:45she was dead by the way their
30:46grandmother is cindy so it's cindy
30:49casey and kaylee so i have a little
30:51dyslexia susan is a little dyslexic a
30:53lot of dyslexia and lena has a splash so

31:30literally were at the mercy of a
31:33psychopath hiding in plain sight
31:36and if i pulled you know if you take a
31:38second just to look at some of their
31:39goofy smiles right at these weird times
31:42right so we have everyone from
31:43casey anthony here and we have chris
31:45watts and i'm not sure if you're
31:47familiar with
31:48this guy over here but he killed 77
31:50people across the globe and
31:52and then of course we know charlie
31:53manson and this is a guy named jared
31:55logger
31:55and then david berkowitz the son of sam
31:57and uh these
31:59people all smiled at inappropriate times
32:01in our world
32:02in the reading of facial expressions and
32:04emotions this is called duping delight
32:07this term was termed by a guy named dr
32:09paul ekman
32:10it's duping delight i am smiling in a
32:13moment where i'm duping
32:15you where i'm duping you and we see this
32:17a lot with some pretty crazy people so
32:19you can see
32:21why you might be pulled into their
32:22magnetism right you might be pulled into
32:24this person is safe
32:26i remember when angus my oldest son
32:27who's now 15
32:29when he was three years old he was
32:31taking a nap at a hotel in orlando
32:33florida
32:34and i had a a babysitter with me we
32:38called them an au pair
32:39no pair is just a nanny from another
32:40country and we had taken an early
32:42morning flight of five
32:43six in the morning uh we got into the
32:45hotel angus and i took a little nap
32:47together before i had to speak
32:49at 11 o'clock in the morning so we take
32:51a little nap my au pair is in the bed
32:53next to the bed i was in with angus but
32:55i didn't want to wake though a pair up
32:57so what did i do i woke up i quietly got
33:00dressed i left the room
33:02well guess what little angus wakes up
33:04underneath all the blankets is our au
33:06pair so he doesn't see her she's buried
33:08under the blankets
33:09what does he do he walks down the hall
33:11leaves the hotel room in orlando florida
33:14thousands of rooms it's called the rosen
33:16center if you've ever been there
33:17tons of rooms you it's one of those
33:19places for ladies where you get off the
33:21elevator it's like multiple hallways
33:23and angus starts knocking on the doors
33:25of different people can you help me find
33:27my mom her name's janine driver will you
33:29help me find my mom
33:30and guess what a person a man answered
33:33the door
33:34and by what i call the grace of god he
33:36helped angus didn't bring angus in his
33:38room but said let me get my key
33:39and took angus down he was in a little
33:41pull-up a diaper
33:42and takes him down to the front desk
33:44angus said to me when i talked to him
33:46later
33:47he said but mom the guy was really nice
33:50and i thought to myself wow this is how
33:53these master manipulators pull us in
33:55with a smile on their face
33:56this duping delight when and when it's
33:59an awkward situation
34:00it is literally all about control it is
34:03the psychopaths
34:04the pathological person it is it is
34:07their ability to control the situation
34:09where they think they're manipulating us
34:11see these psychopaths they are obsessed
34:13with
34:14power over others they are obsessed with
34:17power
34:18over others and without a doubt i'm not
34:20a therapist or a psychologist none of us
34:22are here at the profiler dashboards
34:23but i think we would all agree that
34:25casey anthony is a psychopath
34:27out partying while her daughter's buried
34:29in the ground
34:30right so it's all about control and
34:34twisted
34:34thinking this twisted pleasure the

38:38and the first question when casey
38:40anthony was found not guilty of
38:41murdering her daughter but guilty of
38:43lying to police
38:44the first question went to my co-guest

38:48and then went to me and the first
38:50question went to dr gail salt md doctor
38:52she's like
38:53badass right is dr gail where will casey
38:56anthony live
38:57now that she's out on jail you know out
38:59of jail where was she living
39:00they're talking she was talking about a
39:02book deal or a movie and my face is
39:04throwing a party
39:05because the producer told me janine i
39:07know you think casey anthony killed her
39:08daughter and got away with murder but
39:10our lawyers will go crazy here you can't
39:11say that stuff here
39:13and so my face is throwing a party every
39:15time gail's answering a question
39:17dr gail saltz later i thought i killed
39:19the segment i had no
39:20idea my face was showing such disgust
39:23and contempt and everyone started
39:25writing to me lena and susan michelle

39:30i've never seen someone so disrespectful
39:32of another expert
39:33it made it look like i was disrespectful
39:35of what dr gail was saying but that
39:37wasn't the case

39:43aren't asking who murdered this girl
39:45where does law enforcement go from here

39:48law enforcement where does law
39:49enforcement go next where's the
39:51justification we get so focused on these
39:53murderers
39:54and not the redemption of uh and giving
39:57the people who have passed away
39:58giving them their you know due diligence
40:01and so

40:03sending messages without us
40:05even realizing it even us as a profiler
40:07so i just wanted to give that sidebar
40:09and you know what janine you were dead
40:10on for having that emotion
40:12dead on because i would have sat there
40:14and done the same thing and you know i
40:15don't care who said what about me and if
40:17i wasn't invited back so what because
40:19the issue here is
40:20who killed that poor little girl not
40:22where's casey gonna live
40:24i don't care i just don't care all right
40:27so let's take it further i am your
40:28statement analysis expert and so i'm
40:30going to share
40:31some of casey's words with you in her
40:33most
40:34recent interview that i found so
40:37let's get into it all right so let's get
40:40into
40:41um some hidden messages in casey
40:44anthony's
40:45most recent interview so i did a
40:47screenshot because sometimes we play
40:49videos the audio is a little bad
40:51i am going to give you the link to where
40:52you can listen to this on your own as
40:54well
40:54so let's go on all right so first the
40:58interview it comes from
41:00associated press and the title was for
41:02the first
41:03four first time casey anthony speaks out
41:06about
41:07case and it's dated march 6 2017
41:10okay that's the most recent i could find
41:13she talks freely about lying to the cops
41:15and says people lie to cops
41:17every day i am just though i am just one
41:20of the unfortunate
41:21idiots who admitted to it okay so that's
41:24the first thing she starts off with i
41:26want to tell you really quick about a
41:27real world case i did
41:28and i had the witness writer witness
41:30statement and he stole
41:32something so in his statement he said
41:34you know if
41:35this person because i asked him you know
41:37the person who stole this
41:39should we cut him a break should we be a
41:41little lenient because it wasn't really
41:43a huge offense
41:44and in his witness statement this
41:45individual writes well if
41:47it was a stupid-ass mistake then maybe
41:50you could show them some lenience and
41:51forgive my swearing
41:52that that's exactly the words that this
41:54individual used and when i read this
41:55statement
41:56he was in another room i read it i said
41:58oh my gosh it was him he made the stupid
42:00blank mistake
42:02and sure enough 45 minutes later he
42:04admitted he's like yeah it was a stupid
42:06blank mistake that i made
42:07so i find it very odd that casey chooses
42:09to use these words i am just one of the
42:11unfortunate idiots
42:13who admitted to it it just tells me she
42:15does consider herself to be an idiot for
42:18admitting that
42:18all right so let's see further on in
42:20this interview they're talking about the
42:22lying this is what casey says
42:24even had i been completely truthful with
42:27those
42:27officers and then the reporter jumps in
42:30well casey what weren't you truthful
42:32about she says
42:34oh and then he follows on and i
42:36understand it might have been out of
42:38panic
42:39okay first of all reporter why would you
42:42feed her information
42:43it drives me nuts as a trained
42:45interviewer and interrogator when i see
42:47reporters using leading questions
42:49compound questions and
42:51feeding the person information because
42:53all they have to do is agree with what
42:54you say
42:55keep it to interrogatives and you're
42:57going to get some juicy stuff
42:58and you're going to make them nervous
43:00enough and they're probably going to
43:01slip up
43:02and tell you the truth if you're
43:03listening so don't feed information
43:06and hear the reporter feeds information
43:08to her oh i understand it might have
43:09been on a
43:10panic so all she has to say is yes i
43:12panicked
43:13but here's what she says no it was
43:16things that i didn't know at the time
43:18okay how does that make any sense with
43:21lying to the cops
43:22right i'm still not even certain as i
43:25stand here today about what happened
43:28really and um you're now
43:32continuing on your life pretty well
43:35we don't ever hear you talk about
43:38wanting to find out what happened
43:40to your daughter ever there's not once
43:43it's i don't know what happened i don't
43:45know
43:45and i don't care so let's go on you
43:48don't know
43:49the reporter says something about
43:51drowning possibly
43:53right again feeding information she says
43:55well everyone
43:56else has their theories everyone else so
43:59what's your theory
44:01casey i don't know
44:04and she never tried to find out and this
44:06is the one thing that bothers me
44:08the most so your parents had her again
44:11the reporter leading question
44:13my dad did because remember in the trial
44:16she blamed her dad for sexually abusing
44:18her which is why
44:19she covered up the death of kaley found
44:22in the pool
44:23which was a complete lie story anyway
44:26the child was never found in the pool
44:27and she didn't do that
44:29the reporter says next thing you know
44:31she's missing
44:32again feeding information leading
44:34question or statement
44:36casey says i did what i was told wow
44:39okay i don't remember too much of what
44:42happened
44:43that right there i don't remember too
44:45much but she does
44:47remember and so that's where as an
44:50interrogator
44:50and an interviewer you have got to drill
44:52down with interrogative questions to get
44:54her to tell
44:55us what happened and no one ever did and
44:58she never did
44:59casey says no what i remember is now to
45:02me
45:03this is almost like a launch into story
45:05time
45:06being in bed all of a sudden i'm gonna
45:09go back aside
45:10what i remember is so far up to now
45:12she's talked in past
45:14tense all of a sudden she switches to
45:16present tense is
45:18being in bed present tense my mom coming
45:22in before she left for work
45:23and saying goodbye to us all present
45:26tense
45:27and then waking up several hours later
45:30here's the problem i have with present
45:31tense
45:32sometimes not 100 of the time but
45:34sometimes when people are telling a
45:36story that happened in the past
45:37if it's truthful it's all going to be in
45:39past tense if it's not
45:41some the truth will be in past tense and
45:43the lie will be in present tense because
45:45typically we're making up the story as
45:47we go along
45:48now sometimes people have made up
45:49stories and they have to remember it
45:52but the initial making up of a lie
45:54because it never happened
45:56our brain makes it up in the present
45:58tense as though it's happening right now
46:00and even if i have to remember this lie
46:02for five years
46:03when you ask me the same question and i
46:04have to recount that lie
46:06i typically will go back to reciting it
46:08in the present tense
46:09all right so it just was a huge concern
46:12for me that all of a sudden
46:13she now flips into present tense about
46:15being at the house waking up
46:17which her father testified she was never
46:20sleeping in fact the last time i saw
46:22kaylee i was putting her in a car seat
46:24with casey and they drove off
46:25and they disappeared for a month later
46:28in the morning
46:29so casey says an hour two hours later
46:31and not knowing where
46:33she was okay if you add that up it's we
46:36call it the liars number three and
46:37janine can tell you about this sometimes
46:39people go to quantify something so it's
46:42three hours three times
46:43three miles could indicate a lie because
46:46the brain
46:47makes up an easy number and that's three
46:50it's not all the time so just know when
46:52you're looking for clusters of
46:53indicators especially verbal it could be
46:56a trigger i find it odd though that she
46:58went to
46:59present tense and they used the trigger
47:01number three
47:03so here according to an interview by
47:04crime watch daily with her parents on
47:06october
47:0730th 2017 her father said that he
47:10saw casey and kaylee last on june 16th
47:13just before 1 pm while helping
47:15put kaylee into her car seat and they
47:17took off so that whole story about oh my
47:19mom came in and
47:20someone took her and i woke up several
47:22hours later complete lie
47:25casey anthony finally i don't give a
47:28[ __ ] sorry guys uh we'll just say blank
47:32about what anybody thinks about me i
47:34don't care about that
47:36wow okay i'm okay with myself
47:39i sleep pretty good at night well
47:42casey so fortunate for you that you
47:45sleep good
47:46at night let me tell you something i
47:47don't have children i have a lot of
47:49animals
47:50when i lose an animal when they die i'm
47:53traumatized for weeks i don't sleep good
47:56at night
47:57now granted this has been quite a few
47:58years after but she lost
48:00her daughter and to this day it's
48:02unsolved
48:03if i was a mother i would be fighting to
48:05find out what happened now again some of
48:07you may say well maybe that's just not
48:08her we all handle grief in different
48:10ways and we do
48:11but i have a huge issue with now she's
48:13completely moved on she doesn't care
48:15what people think and
48:16she she sleeps pretty good at night
48:20so again according to an interview by
48:22crime watch daily on october 30th 2017
48:25they said that she lied during this
48:26interview
48:27and they haven't had a decent night's
48:30sleep since kaylee
48:31went missing this is her parents okay so
48:33her parents said
48:34she lied during this interview because i
48:36watched them
48:37and they said you know what we still
48:39can't sleep so happy that she can
48:41but we still can't and so that's what i
48:45have everybody
48:46i tell you the truth is hidden within
48:48our words
48:50so i'm going to stop sharing my screen
48:51and take it back to the profilers
48:53all right ladies what questions do you

49:00crazy because when you
49:01say i don't have kids but i greet my
49:03animals and i don't have
49:05kids eaters two years ago i need to put
49:07to sleep my my dog for cancer
49:09i i have it in my facebook picture
49:13it's been two years it's a dog and i
49:15have his ashes on the same side of
49:18my nightstand when he used to sleep next
49:20to me on the bed
49:21and i still crying and i still collected
49:23money for
49:24research cancer on a specific dogs and
49:26he was a dog
49:28so how she can sleep i still fighting
49:30and collecting money from the place when
49:32i adopted
49:33i'm participating and again was a dog
49:36and most people who have kids says
49:38what is wrong with you as a dog was for
49:40me the center of my life
49:42make me happy how a mother can lose a
49:45kid
49:45for 31 days and says i sleep well
49:49i'm sorry i'm so disgusting like my guts
49:52in this point
49:52i'm making noises because i'm gonna
49:54throw up so
49:56take it from there i kind of physically
49:58reject to that
50:00yeah i agree michelle do you have any

50:03i i don't have a question but i do have
50:05a comment
50:06um and it's with something you sit in
50:08with something that janine said
50:10about words and how words are important
50:13i happen to have been a little bit
50:14involved in this case
50:16and i had just a little opinion on one
50:19little thing
50:20um and this may or may not be true but i
50:23think it's true
50:25words are important and as janine says
50:27people repeat things over and over again
50:29why do they pick that word
50:31why did she pick zanida the nanny will
50:35take care of
50:36my kid or be the babysitter zanita
50:39and i've always thought you don't just
50:41make a name up you don't
50:43it it's her code word for xanax
50:46xanax was the babysitter she gave the
50:49kids some drugs who knows what happened
50:51maybe
50:52over did it as just a theory the kid
50:55didn't wake up
50:56the babysitter she was used to giving
50:58the kid xanax to put the kid to sleep
51:01when she went out to party
51:02so that's my personal theory so there so
51:05words are
51:06important and you don't just make
51:08something up out of the blue
51:10there's a reason even if it's changed a
51:12little that's in your head
51:14i agree generally i have just have a
51:17quick question if
51:18for the people at home right so you
51:20think your spouse is cheating on you you
51:22think your boss is lying about you
51:24you're about to lose your job you think
51:25your best friend
51:27you know is you know doing something
51:29wrong behind your back gossiping
51:31what what's the layman's questions like
51:34if you
51:34lana lena could give us two questions
51:36for people at home so they can protect
51:37their
51:38family their friends and their finances
51:40and make smarter choices
51:41how can we take it out of this crime
51:43world into the everyday world what two
51:45questions would you say
51:46they should be asking so i love i stick
51:50with interrogatives because they get me
51:51a chunk of what does that mean what's
51:53interrogative
51:54an interrogative question is who what
51:56where
51:57when why how it's not a yes or no
51:59question
52:00okay because it gets me information i
52:02can work with and it puts you on the
52:04spot
52:04to create something but here's the other
52:06thing i love to ask
52:08a yes or no question on purpose because
52:10truthful people have no problem
52:12committing to a yes and no and usually
52:15they're congruent when they do it
52:16but a liar if they have to lie about it
52:18they don't like to do it right remember
52:20anthony weiner anthony did you send that

52:22so i'm going to talk about having to
52:24fight this and blah blah blah
52:26blah he never once ever could say
52:30no i didn't send it not once so if i was
52:33accusing my spouse and my husband of
52:35cheating i would say hey are you
52:36cheating on me

52:45are you seeing someone else
52:46it's a yes or no question if they cannot
52:48come back with a hundred percent
52:50no congruent no you got a problem you
52:53got a big time problem
52:55what would be your next question oh gosh
52:58depends on the circumstance so uh
53:00another good one because i have four lie
53:01exposing questions
53:03because truthful people tend to answer
53:04one way and liars tend to answer our
53:06next
53:06so the other person is hey if i found
53:09out they were doing something
53:11well hot don't you feel that because you
53:13know you had dinner with your coworker
53:15last night and i didn't know
53:17don't you feel that someone who does
53:19that should be held accountable
53:20to their spouse and if they say
53:24anything but yes right
53:27then they're making up a story they're
53:29finding a way to say no it's perfectly
53:31acceptable behavior
53:32for me to have dinner with a co-worker
53:34that um
53:35you didn't know about and i didn't tell
53:37you so i want to hear
53:40no it's not acceptable right so yes they
53:42should be held accountable
53:43i have a guy i have a guy friend that
53:45said to his girlfriend he thought she
53:46was cheating
53:47he said i've got an idea we're gonna
53:48play a game today we're gonna change
53:49each other's cell phones
53:51here's my phone you can have my phone
53:52all day i'd like to take your phone all
53:54day
53:55and she's like well what do you mean and
53:56he goes we're gonna play a game i'll let
53:57you know if anyone texts you or calls
53:59you and you do the same for me
54:00here's my phone you can use my phone all
54:02day i'd like to use your phone and she's
54:04like
54:04absolutely not and she had cheated wow
54:07i would say absolutely not and i
54:09wouldn't be cheating
54:10i just want to do one more question
54:14there's one more question that i like to
54:16throw in there it's another yes or no
54:18question
54:18is uh finally when i'm you know after
54:22digging out some information i will just
54:23lean in and say
54:25why should i trust you right because
54:27here's what i want to hear
54:28i want to hear because i'm not lying to
54:30you
54:31or because i'm honest that's it that's
54:33all i want to hear if there's
54:35anything else with all this because
54:37we've been
54:38married because blah blah blah why would
54:41i lie to you
54:43no that's coming into the excuse a
54:45truthful person just flat out says
54:47because i'm not lying to you that's it
54:50thank you
54:51thank you all right all right ladies um
54:55i know for viewers out there we only
54:57have a short amount of time to go
54:59through this case and each one of us has
55:01worked on this case extensively and
55:02there's so much information out there we
55:04have all come
55:06to the same conclusion for years uh i
55:08know that i can say i definitely believe
55:10she's guilty and probably because
55:11speaking for everybody else
55:13she does know what happened to her
55:15daughter but unfortunately because of
55:16the investigation which is so critical
55:18and people
55:18forget that piece you need evidence
55:22when it goes to a court of law and
55:24dealing for the past five years of
55:25really training a lot of law enforcement
55:27that is huge when you don't have
55:28evidence you're stuck
55:30um and so that's a very unfortunate
55:32thing but let me
55:34close out tonight's segment and
55:37wish you guys and thank you guys for
