9. 0:18this these loose flaps of hoorn elude to
10. 0:21double souls and effect complete flaps
11. 0:24of huorn covering up an incredibly
12. 0:27painful secret when I hold my knife up
13. 0:30like this you can see the overgrowth the
14. 0:33outer Claw is where the problem is going
15. 0:35to lie and those loose cracks of hoof
16. 0:37horn around her heel are going to link
17. 0:40up with what we call a wh line defect
18. 0:43it's my job to remove as much of that
19. 0:46hoorn as I possibly can without cutting
20. 0:48into the corium I need to get the weight
21. 0:50away from this outer claw and onto the
22. 0:52inner claw and that is exactly what I
23. 0:55intend to do over the next few minutes

28. 1:28possible he all of these layers need to
29. 1:31come off and we need to model it out at
30. 1:32the same time so it's going to be a
31. 1:34double wammy here really we'll start by
32. 1:36modeling out just like
33. 1:41that a little bit of bruising coming
34. 1:43away
35. 1:48there take this nice and wide it's
36. 1:51actually going to incorporate that
37. 1:52little black bit
38. 1:53look then we're starting to see if you
39. 1:56look through the hoof horn because it's
40. 1:57translucent again we can see but there's
41. 2:00dir underneath there we'll just ignore
42. 2:01that right now though and move on to the
43. 2:04medial claw swiping up nice sharp knives
44. 2:10as well make a
45. 2:13difference so this looks kind of crappy
46. 2:15and horrible this doesn't actually
47. 2:17matter if we remove this ho horn all
48. 2:19we're doing is lowering this heel and
49. 2:21that would put even more pressure on
50. 2:23this outer claw meaning that this would
51. 2:25be carrying all of the weight and
52. 2:27therefore would be painful up here and
53. 2:29this could be carrying less
54. 2:33obviously get rid of that big cracky bit
55. 2:36of
56. 2:37horn okay the problem so we're going to
57. 2:40just peel it back layer by layer quite a
58. 2:43noisy shed run
59. 2:45today you can see this is white line
60. 2:49problem this is the white line here it's
61. 2:51actually kind of grayish go from here
62. 2:54all the way down to the tow and then it
63. 2:56goes back up the axial wall and kind of
64. 2:58disappears up in there there right next
65. 3:05layer peel away these I don't know how
66. 3:09deep in this
67. 3:16goes it's a proper
68. 3:20hole just try and get some of that to
69. 3:22drain
70. 3:24out can see how deep that is
71. 3:33go all the way through the white line
72. 3:35and probably pops out where my finger is
73. 3:37right
74. 3:38now probably it's just about to turn
75. 3:41into defitely I

78. 4:12does you can see all the little cavities
79. 4:15I find this really interesting can see
80. 4:18where it's eating through different
81. 4:20parts of the ho horn creating little
82. 4:22caverns and
83. 4:26chasms
84. 4:27H need to get rid of all all of those
85. 4:30caverns and chasms though as cool as
86. 4:32they look from an interesting point of
87. 4:34view not from a nicity point of view for
88. 4:36the cow

90. 5:00just need to pick and peel the little
91. 5:03shards of ho on from around this it's
92. 5:05actually a wall
93. 5:06ulcer um in the white line so it is a
94. 5:10white line problem but it's actually an
95. 5:11uler you can see that tiny
96. 5:14little just this tiny little ulcer here
97. 5:17so there's been too much pressure on
98. 5:19this part of our wall and this has
99. 5:21busted through the quarium as a result
100. 5:23no it hasn't it's brushed through the
101. 5:25hoof as a result
102. 5:35is actually a hole that goes up into her
103. 5:37foot right there at the tip of my finger
104. 5:40and that needs to come away as
105. 5:46well it's the ideal place for dirt and
106. 5:49bacteria to collect and just keep moving
107. 5:52through the foot causing more and more
108. 5:54of an issue
109. 6:08right let's see what's behind this

111. 6:13here gently cutting through it yeah look
