  3. 0:12you announced on the radio recently that
  4. 0:14all the eight organizations have left
  5. 0:16rwanda except for the red cross i want
  6. 0:18you to know andra is still here um we
  7. 0:21don't have much
  8. 0:23but i want to do what i can to help how
  9. 0:26can i help
  10. 0:27and so he basically um
  11. 0:29says good good i'm glad you're here you
  12. 0:31know and after you ask questions about
  13. 0:32my safety and where i'm sleeping at
  14. 0:34night and just showing genuine concern
  15. 0:36for me this is this isn't like i've come
  16. 0:38into a government office and there's
  17. 0:40this uh
  18. 0:42evil person who's orchestrating the
  19. 0:44slaughter many people are like oh we've
  20. 0:46got this guy to deal with you know no
  21. 0:47he's very open and cordial and um man
  22. 0:51we're facing difficult times here it's
  23. 0:53it's
  24. 0:54pretty
  25. 0:56bizarre how you can think that you know
  26. 0:58we're talking about
  27. 1:00difficult times and people need help at
  28. 1:02these orphanages without really talking
  29. 1:05about you know it's almost as if we've
  30. 1:08had an earthquake and we've got to
  31. 1:09respond to this earthquake or something
  32. 1:11like that and i
  33. 1:12even myself i look back at this and i'm
  34. 1:15like
  35. 1:16why did i
  36. 1:18not
  37. 1:19ask more questions or
  38. 1:21you know um
  39. 1:23i don't know
  40. 1:25we just we the the needs that were there
  41. 1:28were so strong in our face that we just
  42. 1:30worked to respond to those needs as best
  43. 1:33we could
