- 0:00guest is somebody that doesn't need an
- 0:01introduction, but I'm going to do my
- 0:02best because it took all of these cards
- 0:04to do proper research. Please welcome to
- 0:06the show, a political I think she's a
- 0:09strategist because she knows how to get
- 0:10the Instagram and social media going,
- 0:12but she's also a national bestselling
- 0:14author and she has her own podcast
- 0:16that's doing numbers. Please welcome
- 0:17Candace. You and I, one thing that we
- 0:19have in common, well, two is we're
- 0:21black. You are black.
- 0:23>> Okay. And two, and two, we say whatever
- 0:26we want and whatever we think. And
- 0:28that's not always the most popular
- 0:29thing.
- 0:30>> Yeah. Some It's actually never the most
- 0:32popular thing if you're saying the
- 0:33truth. It's never very popular, I
- 0:35realize.
- 0:35>> Yeah. And so, you know, on the Jason Lee
- 0:37show, this is not a show where we cast
- 0:39judgment. We interview guests. We try to
- 0:41share their story, share, explore where
- 0:43they think. Um, you're probably the only
- 0:45guest I've ever had on my show that I
- 0:47have probably a lot of opposite opinions
- 0:49about. So, this is going to be a very
- 0:50interesting conversation. But, I will
- 0:51say in preparation today, I shared with
- 0:53a couple friends, you know, oh, who's on
- 0:54the show this week? Oh, I'm interviewing
- 0:56Kenneth Owens. And interestingly, I
- 0:58think the reaction about you is
- 1:00changing. And I don't know why or where
- 1:02that's coming from. Uh because a lot of
- 1:04people who I thought were going to say I
- 1:05don't like her were actually saying
- 1:07she's interesting these days.
- 1:09>> Why is something happening?
- 1:11>> Something is happening. There's
- 1:12something in the water. Right. There's
- 1:14something in the water. No. Yeah, you're
- 1:15definitely right. We've noticed that too
- 1:16on our show, which I think what happened
- 1:19was I got fired. I think that's probably
- 1:22from the day of the wire.
- 1:24>> Yeah. I got fired. And then what happens
- 1:26is you don't have any guardrails and you
- 1:28can just be more of yourself. So there's
- 1:30a lot of things that like and this isn't
- 1:31the shop at Daily Wire. I mean there's a
- 1:33lot of things that I wanted to do and
- 1:34projects that I wanted to explore. When
- 1:36you're working for somebody else, you
- 1:37can't do that. And you're also not in
- 1:39control of however they're running their
- 1:41PR, right? And so I don't think that
- 1:44people were and it was it was a
- 1:46different time too like BLM was when I
- 1:48first got started was going on. So I
- 1:49think people were also more mesmerized
- 1:51by movements and really when they got to
- 1:54know me it was always through the lens
- 1:55of the media and now because of certain
- 1:57things that I've done they maybe watched
- 1:59my show because they were interested in
- 2:01something that I had to say about like
- 2:02the Blake Lively case or the Breit
- 2:03Mcronone case and then they heard what I
- 2:05had to say about something else and
- 2:07they're actually going directly to the
- 2:08source. And when you go directly to the
- 2:10source you're kind of like oh wait why
- 2:12did the media that's not what she said
- 2:13like she said that but you're missing
- 2:15some very important context. So, I think
- 2:17people are just kind of getting directly
- 2:19to me.
- 2:20>> Well, I think the other thing too is we
- 2:21do live in a lazy clip-based world where
- 2:23people just see a clip and that's it.
- 2:25Right. You have a lot of clips though.
- 2:26So, like me cuz when people say, "Oh,
- 2:29he's messy." I'm not a messy person.
- 2:31However, I'm not.
- 2:32>> I think you're messy.
- 2:33>> You think so?
- 2:34>> I think you're messy. Vibes. I think
- 2:36he's messy.
- 2:36>> You do not think I'm messy. Let me tell
- 2:38you, sometimes my job is messy. You
- 2:40know, a janitor can't complain that he
- 2:42has to come and clean up [ __ ] Like,
- 2:43there's [ __ ] You got to clean it up.
- 2:45You're a janitor. Well, I feel like I'm
- 2:46a janitor sometimes for the internet,
- 2:48but I found myself probably like you in
- 2:50some instances where a clip people will
- 2:52see clips and then that clip is the
- 2:53totality of who I am. Whereas I have
- 2:55been watching more of your content to
- 2:57just see, you know, am I being becoming
- 2:59a product of my own experience with you.
- 3:02Um, and and I'm still looking because
- 3:04there's a lot out there. But I want I'm
- 3:05glad you came today because unlike Sexy
- 3:07Red or Megan the Stallion, they didn't
- 3:09have the courage to show up, but you
- 3:10did.
- 3:11>> Yeah. Why? They didn't show up. Did you
- 3:13write them
- 3:13>> booked in everything and just didn't
- 3:14come? didn't even show like terrified I
- 3:16think.
- 3:17>> What? That surprises me. Especially for
- 3:19sexy red.
- 3:20>> Why?
- 3:20>> I don't know. I just feel like if you
- 3:22are willing to get naked on camera, why
- 3:24wouldn't you sit down for a conversation
- 3:25on camera? I feel like the other thing
- 3:26is a little more terrifying for a lot of
- 3:28people.
- 3:28>> Her pussy's pink and her booty hole is
- 3:30brown.
- 3:30>> But she won't come on the show. But
- 3:32anyway, um Okay. Well, welcome to the
- 3:34show. Okay. So, let's start with the
- 3:36Daily Wire. So, when you were over at
- 3:37the Daily Wire now be Wait, no. Before
- 3:40the Daily Wire, you were a Democrat?
- 3:42>> No, that's one of Democrats. I've never
- 3:44voted Democrat my entire life. I just
- 3:46was I always say I was liberal because I
- 3:48just thought I had to be liberal. And so
- 3:49if I had voted I wasn't really
- 3:51politically inclined. I would have voted
- 3:52for Democrats and I definitely cried the
- 3:54night Barack Obama won. So people have
- 3:56taken that and been like oh she switched
- 3:58up for the money and I'm like because I
- 3:59didn't even vote. I didn't grow up in a
- 4:00family that was we were discussing
- 4:02politics at the dinner table. You know
- 4:04>> you weren't a Democrat but you you you
- 4:05skewed liberal. You okay
- 4:06>> for sure. I'm from grew up born in New
- 4:08York raised in Connecticut. these are
- 4:10blue cities and I think most people when
- 4:12they're younger are liberal skew to the
- 4:14left so I don't think any of that was
- 4:15unusual. Um the first time I ever voted
- 4:17I voted Republican so I will be a
- 4:18lifelong Republican if you know I
- 4:20shouldn't say that cuz who knows who the
- 4:22people are that are running but yeah
- 4:23I've never voted Democrat.
- 4:24>> So when you were a liberal what h how
- 4:26what what issues did you believe in
- 4:28then?
- 4:28>> Uh feminism for sure until I took a
- 4:31feminism class I probably was uh I
- 4:34definitely was way more at the when I
- 4:36grew up it was just LGBT. So that's it's
- 4:38a it was a different time. I don't mean
- 4:39to make myself sound like a dinosaur.
- 4:40You're not that old, but we didn't have
- 4:41LGBTQIA plus WMZ RS. So, it was it was
- 4:46just LGB and I was supportive of that.
- 4:49So, it was like all of these issues on
- 4:51the social issues. I was I was
- 4:53definitely I would say left-leaning and
- 4:56but I would think I would have always
- 4:57been a fiscal conservative. Like I I
- 4:58don't think he would have gotten me to
- 4:59thinking that we should be paying for
- 5:00people to have abortions and all things
- 5:02of that nature. I was also pro-choice.
- 5:04>> I definitely pro-choice. I'm not
- 5:06anymore. As a liberal, I was Yeah. So
- 5:08now I'm pro-life. So that's something
- 5:09that's changed pretty dramatically, I
- 5:11would say.
- 5:11>> Okay. So let's go back to the days where
- 5:13there was LGBT. Do you I mean LGBT,
- 5:16>> but you're 35,
- 5:18>> so I'm 47. There were definitely trans
- 5:20back when I was a six-year-old cuz I met
- 5:22one, but we didn't know what trans was.
- 5:24I mean, you know, over the evolution cuz
- 5:25I'm I'm definitely in the LGB, you know
- 5:27that.
- 5:27>> I I I mean, yeah.
- 5:29>> Don't play with me. Lil Booy was
- 5:31literally sitting right there. Breaking
- 5:32news.
- 5:33>> Lil Booy. Well, Lil Booy was actually
- 5:35sitting right there where he said he
- 5:36knew I was gay the whole time. I said,
- 5:37"Well, I think I pass as gay." But
- 5:39anyway, LGBT, there was always tea. I
- 5:41think people just weren't exposed to it.
- 5:43Were you You weren't exposed to
- 5:44transsexuals in Connecticut.
- 5:45>> Um, okay. So, I would say that even
- 5:49that's changed. Like, there used to be a
- 5:51difference between people that like to
- 5:53dress up and people that wanted to like
- 5:54get procedures to become something else.
- 5:56Like, I don't I did not know anybody
- 5:57that was like down with like I want to
- 5:59get boobs and get surgery and get my
- 6:02parts removed and identify. No, I
- 6:03definitely didn't grow up with any of
- 6:04that. So, let me ask you.
- 6:06>> I would have thought like drag queens
- 6:07were
- 6:08>> there were drag queens. I mean, I met
- 6:09Sparkle at the age of six.
- 6:10>> Yeah.
- 6:11>> Bad bad drag queen.
- 6:13>> That's crazy.
- 6:13>> So, now that you now that we live in a
- 6:15world where transsexual is a thing, what
- 6:17is your opposition to it? Like, why do
- 6:18you care if somebody has a penis or not
- 6:20or boobs or not?
- 6:21>> Well, my biggest opposition to it, just
- 6:22to start, would be this insistence that
- 6:25we allow children to think that they can
- 6:27pick and choose their genders. That's
- 6:29definitely a psychosis. Like, this was
- 6:31not a thing. People were not struggling
- 6:32in kindergarten. And we were not arguing
- 6:34about bathrooms. Like this is all just
- 6:36made up. The majority of the bathrooms
- 6:37we were growing up didn't even say male
- 6:38or female. Like when you were on the
- 6:39plane right now, it just says bathroom.
- 6:41And now they are like demanding spaces
- 6:43and things of that nature which tells
- 6:44you that it's like it's a social
- 6:46phenomenon. It's not actually something
- 6:47that's real because you can't just snap
- 6:48your fingers and tell me that now this
- 6:50problem is everywhere and it just didn't
- 6:51exist in the '9s. So the biggest issue
- 6:54just just
- 6:55>> in terms of the evolution of rights and
- 6:56all that.
- 6:56>> Yeah. I I wouldn't call it an evolution.
- 6:58I probably called it it's I think we've
- 7:00devolved in many ways because people
- 7:01don't like they just can't answer basic
- 7:03questions like what is a woman? That's
- 7:04pretty stupid, right? Um that's actually
- 7:07really stupid and now some like I don't
- 7:09know.
- 7:10>> But don't you think that don't you think
- 7:11some would argue that I mean I know
- 7:12people hate to There's so much you just
- 7:14said that we have to unpack. But I'm
- 7:15going to just go back to this. Don't you
- 7:16think that there's people that would say
- 7:17that about us as black people that there
- 7:19was a time where we weren't sitting at
- 7:20the same counters. We weren't using the
- 7:21same bathrooms. We weren't able to go in
- 7:22the same doors. We didn't have the same
- 7:23rights. We were seen as less than human.
- 7:25Uh I mean I think
- 7:26>> it's not about less than human. I just
- 7:27don't think they exist. Like you you
- 7:28>> No, I'm saying in terms of black people.
- 7:30>> Well, you're talking about to right now
- 7:31you're conflating being being black,
- 7:33which is like obviously you're born
- 7:34black. You know what I mean? That's not
- 7:35something that you I have to basically
- 7:38try to convince you that like no, no,
- 7:39no. This is real. This person look at
- 7:40the color of the screen. It's like yeah,
- 7:41obviously we have different races. It's
- 7:43very obvious this person is black. On
- 7:45the trans stuff, you're asking me to be
- 7:46crazy. You're asking me to look at a
- 7:48grown man and imagine that he's actually
- 7:50a woman and that if he goes and gets
- 7:52work done, then he magically becomes a
- 7:53woman. So, it's insanity. And I
- 7:55definitely let's not let's not conflate
- 7:57it with being black. Otherwise, you'd
- 7:58have to defend Rachel Bazel.
- 8:00>> Well, there's no Well, there's no
- 8:02defending crazy. That's crazy. But Hold
- 8:04on, hold on, hold on. Because she was a
- 8:05white woman that says she was black.
- 8:06>> Yeah, that's a man saying he's black.
- 8:07>> But let's back up. I don't think that
- 8:09anybody grows up wanting to be
- 8:11discriminated against, wanting to have
- 8:13feelings or wanting to have identifi
- 8:14identity where they know they're going
- 8:16to bring that type of adverse reaction.
- 8:18Do would you think gay people grow up
- 8:20gay or born gay or that's an evolution?
- 8:22Genuinely, I just am trying to get you
- 8:24pinned down here on how you can say that
- 8:27but not acknowledge if Rachel Doll is if
- 8:29we're talking about the trans issue.
- 8:30She's transracial. So, give her respect.
- 8:32Put respect on her.
- 8:33>> Explain to me how
- 8:34>> because on the inside she felt black.
- 8:35She was dressing like she was black. She
- 8:37was making her skin darker like she was
- 8:38black. She was standing for the black
- 8:40cause. She was working for the NAACP.
- 8:42Just happened to be that she was, you
- 8:43know, for a white girl with blonde hair
- 8:44and freckles. And it only became
- 8:46problematic when somebody exposed it and
- 8:47people said, "No, you can't just be
- 8:48black." Why not? If you're going to if
- 8:50you're going to say that a man can just
- 8:52be a woman, why can't Rachel just be
- 8:53black? You got to be consistent.
- 8:55>> Because she's white.
- 8:56>> Okay. Because it's a man.
- 8:57>> No, but hold on.
- 8:59>> I get it. You know, I'm right.
- 9:01>> No, no. I I don't agree. And this is not
- 9:03a matter of right or wrong. Hold on.
- 9:04Hold on. This one is Let me let me tell
- 9:06you
- 9:07>> two truths. One thing can be true,
- 9:09right? Two things can be true. You can
- 9:10put a lipstick on a pig and it can still
- 9:12be a pig. You can call it whatever you
- 9:13want. You can call it bacon. You can
- 9:14call it a a side a side meal. It's still
- 9:17a pig. So, I'm not I'm not saying right
- 9:19or wrong. And we're too early into the
- 9:21conversation to get into who's right or
- 9:22wrong because there's a lot to get into.
- 9:24But it's a matter of perception, a
- 9:25matter of experience. Like, I can't tell
- 9:27you what it's like to be a black woman.
- 9:28You can't tell me what it's like to be a
- 9:29black man. You can't tell me what how it
- 9:30feels to be biracial. You can't tell me
- 9:32how it feels to be gay. I can't tell you
- 9:33how it feels to be straight. Um because
- 9:34we all have our own lived experiences. I
- 9:36guess what I'm trying to unpack is why
- 9:38you believe the transsexual experience
- 9:41is not one that deserves to be valid.
- 9:43>> Yeah. I'm similarly trying to unpack why
- 9:44you don't believe Rachel Doles's lived
- 9:46experience is one that should
- 9:47>> No, I do. I I I understand. And that's
- 9:49the conflation where you're trying to
- 9:50unpack one topic by putting up another.
- 9:53But but we can't we can't ask why a
- 9:55rhinoceros isn't an elephant. We're
- 9:57talking about an elephant. And the
- 9:58elephant in the room is that you have a
- 9:59skewed perception in my opinion about a
- 10:02transsexual experience. And I'm simply
- 10:03asking why do you feel like it doesn't
- 10:05deserve to be validated if that's how
- 10:07the person feels? Because you know what
- 10:08you guys do? And I'm going to say you
- 10:09guys that have these strong opinions.
- 10:10>> That's why I just got one person sitting
- 10:11here.
- 10:11>> No, these strong opinions. No, it's
- 10:12people that you represent cuz you have
- 10:14very strong opinions and what happens
- 10:15when it comes to the LGBT community is
- 10:18you'll conflate um pedophilia by using
- 10:20children and gay which are two different
- 10:22things.
- 10:23>> We're your I'm not conflating here. Your
- 10:25argument is that if someone who is not
- 10:27clearly being born with a penis as
- 10:29example decides that in their lived
- 10:31experience actually know they should
- 10:32have had a vagina and so they're going
- 10:34to start living like they have a vagina
- 10:35and getting cosmetic procedures like
- 10:37they have a vagina that suddenly I
- 10:38should respect that. I'm saying, "Okay,
- 10:40keep it consistent and say the exact
- 10:42same thing about Rachel." And you you
- 10:44hesitate there for some reason. You
- 10:45don't want to do that. And so I say she
- 10:46was crazy.
- 10:47>> Exactly. So you have to keep it
- 10:48ideologically consistent. That's all I'm
- 10:50saying. But I'm saying to you, I'm
- 10:51consistent. Rachel is not a black woman.
- 10:54>> And a trans person can't just wake up
- 10:56one day and decide to be a woman. A man
- 10:58can't wake up one day and decide to be a
- 10:59woman because of lived experience. I'm
- 11:00sorry that I'm consistent, you know, but
- 11:02you have to figure out why you're not.
- 11:03>> No. Michael Jackson would be a better
- 11:05explanation because he was actually born
- 11:07your color and died a little lighter
- 11:09than me. So that's different. Michael
- 11:10Jackson a black man.
- 11:12>> No, of I agree with that. That's why I'm
- 11:14saying the difference though in terms of
- 11:16Rachel Do. She's a white woman that
- 11:18decided that she was going to be black.
- 11:20Wait, no, they're not. You can't tell me
- 11:22what how it feels to be biracial. You
- 11:23can't tell me how it feels to be gay. I
- 11:25can't tell you how it feels to be
- 11:25straight. Um because we all have our own
- 11:27lived experiences. I guess what I'm
- 11:29trying to unpack is why you believe the
- 11:32transsexual
- 11:33experience is not one that deserves to
- 11:35be validated.
- 11:36>> Yeah. And I'm similarly trying to unpack
- 11:37why you don't believe Rachel Dozo's
- 11:39lived experience is one that should
- 11:41>> No, I do. I I I understand. And that's
- 11:43the conflation where you're trying to
- 11:45unpack one topic by putting up another.
- 11:48But but we can't we can't ask why a
- 11:50rhinoceros isn't an elephant. We're
- 11:52talking about an elephant. And the
- 11:53elephant in the room is that you have a
- 11:54skewed perception in my opinion about a
- 11:57transsexual's experience. And I'm simply
- 11:59asking why do you feel like it doesn't
- 12:01deserve to be validated if that's how
- 12:02the person feels? Cuz you know what you
- 12:04guys do? And I'm going to say you guys
- 12:05that have these strong guys. I just got
- 12:06one person sitting there.
- 12:07>> No, these strong opinions. No, it's
- 12:09people that you represent because you
- 12:10have very strong opinions. And what
- 12:12happens when it comes to the LGBT
- 12:13community is you'll conflate um
- 12:16pedophilia by using children and gay,
- 12:18which are two different things.
- 12:20>> We're you're I'm not conflating here.
- 12:22Your argument is that if someone who is
- 12:24not clearly being born with a penis,
- 12:27let's for example, decides that in their
- 12:29lived experience actually no, they
- 12:31should have had a vagina and so they're
- 12:32going to start living like they have a
- 12:33vagina and getting cosmetic procedures
- 12:35like they have a vagina. That that
- 12:37suddenly I should respect that. I'm
- 12:38saying okay, keep it consistent and say
- 12:41the exact same thing about Rich Dollar.
- 12:43And you you hesitate there for some
- 12:44reason you don't want to do that. And so
- 12:45I said she was crazy.
- 12:47>> Exactly. So you have to keep it
- 12:48ideologically consistent. That's all I'm
- 12:50saying. But I'm saying to you, I'm
- 12:51consistent. Rachel is not a black woman.
- 12:54And a trans person can't just wake up
- 12:56one day and decide to be a woman. A man
- 12:59can't wake up one day and decide to be a
- 13:00woman because of lived experience. I'm
- 13:01sorry that I'm consistent, you know, but
- 13:04you have to figure out why you're not.
- 13:05>> No. Michael Jackson would be a better
- 13:07explanation because he was actually born
- 13:09your color and died a little lighter
- 13:11than me. So that's different. Michael
- 13:12Jackson, a black man.
- 13:14>> No, of I agree with that. That's what
- 13:16I'm saying. The difference though in
- 13:18terms of Rachel Doiel, she's a white
- 13:20woman that decided that she was going to
- 13:22be black. Wait, no, they're not. Yes,
- 13:25they are. Because I'm making a lot of
- 13:26sense.
- 13:26>> Let me say this. I think people are
- 13:27going to watch this and go, I understand
- 13:29where she's coming from. And they're
- 13:30going to watch this and go, I understand
- 13:31where he's coming from. Because they
- 13:33will. It's not an exchange of who's
- 13:34right or wrong.
- 13:35>> No, but there's just ideological
- 13:37consistency. So that's my thing. If you
- 13:38can't make it make ideological sense,
- 13:40it's because it doesn't make any sense,
- 13:42right? The only thing you referenced
- 13:43with a trans person not being validated
- 13:45is whether they have a penis or not. And
- 13:47their sexual orientation is not based on
- 13:48their body part.
- 13:49>> Okay. So why isn't Rachel Doazo black?
- 13:52>> Cuz she's a white woman.
- 13:53>> Okay. Because it's a male or it's a
- 13:54female. That's it. And no matter how
- 13:56many procedures Rachel Dozo gets or how
- 13:57much makeup she pounds on her face or
- 13:59how much she kinks her hair, no matter
- 14:01what. Okay. Even if she presents and she
- 14:03fully looks like she's a black woman.
- 14:04>> Even if she gets the Kim Kardashian BBL,
- 14:05>> even if she gets the Kim Kardashian BBL,
- 14:08everything that she wants to get, she's
- 14:10still going to be and and die a white
- 14:12woman. And that's the same for the
- 14:14transgender people. You can get all the
- 14:16cosmetic procedures that you want. You
- 14:18can talk about your lived experience on
- 14:20a mic. You can stand up. At the end of
- 14:21the day, you if you were born a man,
- 14:24you're dying a man. And that's it. You
- 14:26got to deal with that in your own
- 14:26personal time. It's not up for me to
- 14:28help you work through those
- 14:28psychological issues. And that's just
- 14:31how it has to be right now.
- 14:32>> But how what you know what about people
- 14:34who say that let's conflate again cuz
- 14:37you brought up Rachel Dosey on race that
- 14:39you as a black woman no matter you
- 14:41having a white husband having black and
- 14:42white kids speaking all this rhetoric uh
- 14:45you'll still you know be equivalent to
- 14:48what do they call us monkeys or an
- 14:50animal or subhuman because we're who we
- 14:53who they think we are but that's not
- 14:55true. Not actually true, but like I'm
- 14:57not calling a person who's born a male
- 15:00saying that you're going to die a male.
- 15:02It's not the same as saying to a person
- 15:04who's a human, you're going to die a
- 15:06monkey, which is a different species.
- 15:07>> But you think people have looked at us
- 15:08our whole lives as
- 15:10>> that's just name calling. That's silly.
- 15:11And and I I've not denigrated anybody
- 15:13and said that you're not a human. I'm
- 15:14just telling you because unfortunately a
- 15:16lot of people when you get out in the
- 15:17world are going to lie to you to make
- 15:18you feel good. And I'm just not here to
- 15:20run the world like it's a kindergarten
- 15:22classroom. Like I don't really care
- 15:23about
- 15:25it. Warrants people to be mean to you,
- 15:27to call you names. You know, I view it
- 15:29as a form of suffering if I'm being
- 15:30honest with you. That's I couldn't
- 15:32imagine waking up every day and wanting
- 15:34to be something, but I'm not. And now
- 15:35you've got people that are saying
- 15:36they're trans animals. People that are
- 15:38saying that animal
- 15:40swear to you. Yes. There are people that
- 15:42think that they're cats and dogs. It's a
- 15:44thing now. And that's when the slope
- 15:45gets slippery. This is what happens when
- 15:46you get when you know you when you give
- 15:48when you give a mouse a cookie. Have you
- 15:50ever read that book? I got a lot of
- 15:51topics. When you give a mouse a cookie,
- 15:52they want the glass of milk.
- 15:54>> Slippery slope, right? So, you got to
- 15:55start and say, "Guess what, mouse?
- 15:57You're not getting the cookie. You're a
- 15:58man." Okay, that's it. And like a man,
- 16:01take it like a man. Okay? If you want to
- 16:03dress up like a woman, do whatever you
- 16:04want. At the end of the day, you're a
- 16:05man.
- 16:06>> But I could understand. We were talking
- 16:06about Bruce Jenner or Caitlyn. That that
- 16:08I understand applies only. And here's
- 16:10what here's what I will only agree.
- 16:11>> It's just like bring yourself to be and
- 16:14the king will tell you whether or not
- 16:15you're allowed to be.
- 16:16>> No, because I feel like, you know,
- 16:17Caitlyn transitioned at some point.
- 16:19Caitlin was Bruce and now Caitlyn's
- 16:20Caitlin. But then sometimes if you catch
- 16:22her on her on the right day, it you know
- 16:24what I mean? It's it's confusing. So I
- 16:26understand.
- 16:27>> Caitlin's a man.
- 16:28>> Caitlyn is Caitlyn.
- 16:29>> Caitlyn is a man. A biological
- 16:31>> Kaitlyn is a murderer.
- 16:32>> What?
- 16:32>> Actually, Bruce murdered somebody.
- 16:34>> What?
- 16:34>> Anyway,
- 16:35>> no, that's it. That's crazy. Now we're
- 16:36wiping your records. You just live as a
- 16:37whole different person.
- 16:38>> No, Bruce killed somebody on the PCH.
- 16:40And then when Caitlyn um when when Bruce
- 16:43transitioned to Caitlyn, Caitlyn had a
- 16:44clean record because Caitlyn was not in
- 16:46the car. Bruce was. But look, I know I'm
- 16:47confusing you. Let's go back to the
- 16:48trans animal thing. Is that really a
- 16:50thing?
- 16:50>> Tea is piping hot.
- 16:52>> Is trans animal really a thing?
- 16:54>> Yes. And that's why you gota you gota
- 16:55call the crazy. Okay. So if you if you
- 16:57start playing the crazy game, you never
- 16:59stop playing the crazy game. So I never
- 17:00started playing the crazy game. And
- 17:02people just got to toughen up. And I'm
- 17:03you know I feel for you. If you want to
- 17:06be a woman, you can't be a woman. I'm
- 17:07sitting here pregnant. You don't get the
- 17:08right to come out here and tell me that
- 17:10you're a woman. This is my fourth kid.
- 17:11Okay. You don't even like you. No. This
- 17:13is not even something that I'm going to
- 17:14debate right now. Okay. I'm just not
- 17:16going to debate it. you just don't get
- 17:17to just decide. And it's also, by the
- 17:19way, incredibly insulting the idea that
- 17:21you get to be a woman just because you
- 17:22got some boobs and the lips. There's
- 17:24something very denigrating about that to
- 17:25to women. It's basically saying anyone
- 17:27can be you. It's just a costume. Like
- 17:29being a woman is not a costume. It's not
- 17:30a costume. It's just not.
- 17:31>> First of all, some of you don't even do
- 17:32it well. I mean, I know a lot of women
- 17:34that don't have lips, that don't have
- 17:35ass, that can have kids, that you know,
- 17:37and those some that do have uteruses
- 17:39that probably shouldn't. But that's not
- 17:41because of my opinion as a man. It's my
- 17:42opinion because that's not that's not
- 17:44what makes a woman. That's the whole
- 17:45point. It's like what makes a woman that
- 17:46you have to have lips and boobs to be a
- 17:48woman.
- 17:48>> No, but you what what makes a woman?
- 17:51>> Well, we could start at the very
- 17:53beginning. We can talk about why can the
- 17:55doctor tell you why do I know that I
- 17:57have a male in my stomach right now? Why
- 17:59are they able to do that? Right? They
- 18:00we're talking we can go back to
- 18:02>> women have kids though.
- 18:03>> Um
- 18:04>> there's a lot of women that aren't
- 18:06saying like why are they even able to
- 18:07give you a gender test to tell you what
- 18:09are they what are they looking for? We I
- 18:10mean we just have we are different
- 18:11chromosonally. We are just literally
- 18:12different biologically. We are two
- 18:13different species. And so it's not a
- 18:15behavior. It is like it's like this
- 18:17person and even if if somebody if you
- 18:19say okay some woman can't have children
- 18:21that means something has gone wrong in a
- 18:24perfect world every woman has a womb and
- 18:26therefore can have a child. Things can
- 18:27go wrong of course but it doesn't change
- 18:29the rules. It doesn't mean like suddenly
- 18:31well that means a man can be a woman.
- 18:32That's crazy.
- 18:33>> Listen the trans argument is a easy
- 18:35argument to have because there's so much
- 18:37cont there's so much around the trans
- 18:38movement. I mean like I know the
- 18:40comments and I know a lot of people are
- 18:41going to agree with what you know
- 18:42there's a lot of women that are a lot of
- 18:43cis women.
- 18:44>> They're going to be like give Rachel
- 18:45dollars or her flowers.
- 18:46>> Do you like being called Do you like
- 18:47being called sis a sis woman?
- 18:48>> It's an insult. I'm just a woman. Why
- 18:50don't you call yourself something else?
- 18:52Because how about you call yourself not
- 18:53a woman. You know what I mean? The whole
- 18:54reason why you're calling yourself
- 18:55transgender is because you recognize
- 18:56that you're not what I am. So why are
- 18:58you calling yourself what I am ever?
- 18:59Like it it was recognized up until
- 19:03literally the last two years when I was
- 19:05in school. Again, I'm a dinosaur. So we
- 19:07only had LGB and we also had the DI DSM5
- 19:10and in the diagnostic manual it
- 19:12recognized
- 19:13>> agent as I remember this.
- 19:14>> Yeah, it recognized it as a mental
- 19:16disorder. Obviously your mental and your
- 19:17and your physical are out of order. So
- 19:19that makes sense. And that by the way
- 19:21people have tons of mental issues. I
- 19:23want to be clear. People who have
- 19:24bipolar, schizophrenia, there's so many
- 19:25things that people have and that's fine.
- 19:27But in no world if I had someone who was
- 19:30schizophrenic and or had a personality
- 19:32disorder who was trying to tell me that
- 19:34I had to address them like they were a
- 19:35dog, you know, would I get on four knees
- 19:37and go woof woof. Okay. You having a
- 19:39mental issue does not get to become my
- 19:41mental issue. That's not a demand that I
- 19:42can meet. So no,
- 19:44>> I don't think a trans person has a
- 19:45mental issue.
- 19:45>> I do because and not I learned it in
- 19:47school. I learned it in school and
- 19:48everyone agreed because if you if your
- 19:50brain and your body are out of order,
- 19:52that's literally a mental disorder and
- 19:53there's tons of them.
- 19:54But Candace, you know, there's there's
- 19:56people that may look at you as smart as
- 19:58you are and articulate as you are and
- 19:59argue your logic and say the same about
- 20:01you. Like, you know, but you know,
- 20:02that's all based on opinion. And people
- 20:04can look at you and look at I look at
- 20:05you as fearless because you clearly
- 20:06don't care what people think. You say
- 20:08what you believe in. I mean, there's
- 20:09there's an amount of respect that person
- 20:10has to have for somebody like you that
- 20:12has that in them because everybody
- 20:13doesn't, right? Because that's why I
- 20:16think I wanted to explore what you were
- 20:17thinking. I don't think we're ever going
- 20:18to uh agree on the trans movement. I'm
- 20:21and I'm not in that movement to fight
- 20:23enough for it. All right, so I'm going
- 20:24to move on. What do you think about gay
- 20:25marriage? Should I be able to marry the
- 20:26man of my dreams?
- 20:26>> You know, it's funny. I was a huge
- 20:29supporter and I never understood why
- 20:30people would not support gay marriage
- 20:32and I guess I was when did when did gay
- 20:33marriage pass? 2008. Is that right?
- 20:35>> With Obama.
- 20:36>> And the conservative argument because I
- 20:38was not conservative then was that this
- 20:39is going to be a slippery slope and if
- 20:40you pass gay marriage then the next
- 20:42thing you know you're going to wake up
- 20:43and there's they're going to be asking
- 20:44for more and that is how we got to the A
- 20:47of the LGBTQIA. So, I can tell you that
- 20:50I believe that as a Christian that
- 20:52marriage is between a male and a female,
- 20:54a woman and a man. Um, the issue, the
- 20:57reason why we even got to this social
- 20:58issue is because marriage never belonged
- 21:00to the government. It should have
- 21:01belong, it should still be with the
- 21:02church. And if it was still with the
- 21:04church, we wouldn't be talking about
- 21:05this and it wouldn't be a debate because
- 21:06there is a debate to be had for the fact
- 21:07that in America, is it fair that because
- 21:10I'm in a union with a man that I get tax
- 21:12breaks, you know, that there's like
- 21:13marriage t tax breaks? No. So, if you're
- 21:16going to be two men that are married or
- 21:18living together, you go, "Why why don't
- 21:19I get the tax breaks if we're living
- 21:20together and doing the same thing?" And
- 21:22that's why I don't think that that issue
- 21:23should have ever been taken out of the
- 21:24church. There was no reason for the
- 21:25government to get involved. It's
- 21:26actually I think marriage is an example
- 21:27of government overreach. It's
- 21:29interesting too when you apply that
- 21:30argument. It's one of the reasons that
- 21:31the UK had civil partnership or they
- 21:33have civil partnerships because it would
- 21:34allow so that you know gay couples were
- 21:37being treated the same under the law as
- 21:39straight couples. And I think that that
- 21:40disparity created problems. But as a
- 21:42Catholic, two married men would not be
- 21:44recognized in in the Catholic Church.
- 21:46>> I guess to throw to throw the question
- 21:47at you, what is marriage to you? Because
- 21:49to me, marriage is is a religious it's a
- 21:51sacrament, right? So what is marriage to
- 21:53you? Why did you get married?
- 21:54>> Well, I'm not married. I'm single as
- 21:55[ __ ] but but but I mean like if I if I
- 21:57wanted to get married, which I don't
- 21:58know that I want to. It's less about
- 22:00whether or not I should have the right
- 22:01to or not. It's more about if I find
- 22:03somebody that I truly want to build a
- 22:05partnership with, commit to, um, have,
- 22:08you know, to allow to have some legal
- 22:09responsibility over my well-being if
- 22:11something was to happen. You know, I
- 22:12have a lot of things in my life that I
- 22:13want to make sure situated. So, it's
- 22:15it's more about that. Legal.
- 22:16>> Yeah. Legal. Uh, I don't I I I don't I I
- 22:19I feel like anybody who wants to be in
- 22:21love with anybody should be able to be
- 22:22in love with or marry whoever they want.
- 22:24I don't know why people are so involved
- 22:26in other people's affairs.
- 22:27>> Yeah. Well, I just think it's
- 22:28interesting because if you can literally
- 22:30do what you want and live with somebody
- 22:31and do what you want, why do people
- 22:33aspire to the marriage thing? When you
- 22:34get down to it, it's exactly what you
- 22:35said. It's legal. It's not a sacment to
- 22:37them. Has nothing to do with religion.
- 22:38It's just because you get tax breaks
- 22:39because you want people to be able to
- 22:41decide whether or not, you know, you're
- 22:42going to pull the plug if you live or
- 22:43die. And you have to have this legal
- 22:44paperwork uh in order to do it. And
- 22:46that's why I say that I don't think the
- 22:47institution of marriage should have ever
- 22:48left the church. I think it was
- 22:49government overreach.
- 22:50>> But do you care about gay marriage? I
- 22:53think that it has been proven correct
- 22:55that the slope was pretty slippery on
- 22:56that one because now we're debating
- 22:58children's genders.
- 22:59>> Let let me use your own argument against
- 23:01you. The reason why I asked the question
- 23:02because you use Rachel Dozel and her
- 23:04desire to be a black woman which by the
- 23:05way I think is just interesting when a
- 23:07white woman wants to be black because
- 23:08it's hard being black.
- 23:10>> But I'll throw it to you. I mean there
- 23:11was a time where your husband would have
- 23:14been killed or you would have been
- 23:15lynched dating each other back in the
- 23:1760s or 50s, right? There's people that
- 23:18would say, "Oh, you let him date your
- 23:20daughter. It's a slippery slope. Next
- 23:22they gonna want rice. Next they're gonna
- 23:23want to be the president of the Well,
- 23:25you know, hey Kamla. Um, right. Wouldn't
- 23:28people have said the same argument? But
- 23:29yet here you are in your fourth child
- 23:30with your wife.
- 23:31>> So there would be no biblical basis for
- 23:33misogynation law. So I'm I'm a Christian
- 23:34first. There is no biblical there's
- 23:36nothing in the Bible that you know it's
- 23:38not that that that was just something
- 23:40that America and people people were
- 23:41doing. I that so
- 23:42>> in terms of racism
- 23:43>> like institutional racism was something
- 23:44that the government was doing. Again,
- 23:46government overreach if you ask me. Uh
- 23:48so yeah, I don't think that that would
- 23:50be the same. was murdered for looking at
- 23:52a white woman at a time where
- 23:54>> what's the question here? I didn't say
- 23:55that was good.
- 23:56>> You didn't say it was good, but what I'm
- 23:57saying is racism is an institutional
- 23:59thing in our country, right? Where like
- 24:01>> it was literally laws. Like they were
- 24:02Yeah, there were actual laws on the
- 24:03books. And that's my point. What I'm
- 24:04saying is that when we were tackling the
- 24:06marriage issue, I was agree I was saying
- 24:07that this is government overreach. Well,
- 24:09so were those laws, right? Because there
- 24:10was absolutely no reason for the
- 24:12government to come and be making those
- 24:13laws. And that's why I am like a
- 24:15conservative. I think that the
- 24:16government is over involved in a lot of
- 24:17our lives.
- 24:18>> Yeah. I mean, I totally agree on one
- 24:19thing. You know, I do feel like, you
- 24:22know, I identify as a blue dog Democrat
- 24:24if people acknowledge what that is or
- 24:25can go back and forth. I'm fiscally
- 24:27conservative, but I am definitely
- 24:28socially liberal on a lot of things. I'm
- 24:30I'm not going to tell you as a woman
- 24:31what to do with your body. I'm not going
- 24:32to tell you who to love. Um, I think the
- 24:34state's taxes are out of control, and I
- 24:36do think our inability to protect
- 24:38ourselves is like slowly going away,
- 24:40right? No, it's fastly going away. Um,
- 24:42but I I I just I I look at the state of
- 24:45our world and don't understand how loud
- 24:47the right agree to that. No, I think
- 24:50MAGA just gave a name to people that
- 24:53were tired of New York and LA deciding
- 24:55on how the rest of America lives. The
- 24:57flyover states, you know, LA actually
- 24:59what happened was LA and New York got
- 25:00too loud and they kind of began
- 25:02caricaturing the rest of the the nation.
- 25:05You know, oh well, if you don't think
- 25:06like us, if you don't want to live like
- 25:07this, if you oh, you just want to be,
- 25:09you know, get married out of high school
- 25:10and and love your high school for the
- 25:12rest of your life and have children, you
- 25:13know, the rest of the country is living
- 25:14like your grandparents lived. And what
- 25:16happened was Hollywood got a studio and
- 25:18they started really denigrating those
- 25:19sorts of traditional beliefs which are
- 25:21really beautiful and wonderful. And it's
- 25:22the people that get mocked the most on
- 25:24the media. Like there you have a bunch
- 25:25of latte sipping reporters who think
- 25:28that they're the future and that they
- 25:29know how things should work. And
- 25:30>> I like lattes.
- 25:31>> Exactly. But that's it. This and so they
- 25:33started mocking and they actually had no
- 25:35experience. They've never been to those
- 25:36flyover states. They don't understand
- 25:38how sacred and beautiful it is for
- 25:40people to aspire to like when I moved to
- 25:43Tennessee was it was like a culture
- 25:44shock. me being from New York and it's
- 25:46so wonderful. They literally where I
- 25:48live the streets are shut down. There's
- 25:50police officers every five feet on
- 25:52Sunday because everyone's going to
- 25:54church when the people invite you as a
- 25:56social activity like you guys let's go
- 25:57get drinks. Let's go to church on
- 25:58Sunday. It's a beautiful thing and you
- 26:00know there's all different kinds of
- 26:01churches and people you know we go to
- 26:03the farmers market. They know who's
- 26:04giving them their food. It's not this
- 26:05grocery store, you know, in inhumane
- 26:08experience. You know the farmers, they
- 26:09have different meat. you know, it's in
- 26:10season. And I think it is something that
- 26:13is there's something about your soul
- 26:16that hits. Right. Right. Um, and I
- 26:19realize now that I've moved down south,
- 26:20how far removed we've become in the
- 26:22cities from that experience. So, yeah, I
- 26:25think actually it was the other way. New
- 26:26York and LA got too loud and then
- 26:28finally the rest of America said, you
- 26:30know, we've been here a very long time.
- 26:32We're kind of tired of being caricatured
- 26:33by the rest of you. We actually don't
- 26:34want to live like we don't want to live
- 26:35like Hollywood. I know you brought up um
- 26:37Catholic and being Christian several
- 26:39times, so clearly your your faith is
- 26:40important to you.
- 26:41>> Yeah.
- 26:41>> Um
- 26:42>> but you know these Catholics, they be
- 26:43playing with the kids because you talked
- 26:45about the slippery slopes. Now, I ain't
- 26:47going to say the Pope did it, but
- 26:48there's a lot of them running around in
- 26:49those dresses who have touched on kids
- 26:50and we know that's more than Ash
- 26:51Wednesday. So when we're condemning
- 26:54groups of people, how can you condemn
- 26:55the slippery slope and not talk about
- 26:57the own church, your own church that you
- 26:58may go and pray to?
- 26:59>> Well, let's be very clear. That's just
- 27:00false.
- 27:01>> You think so?
- 27:01>> I know. I'm saying what? Let me tell you
- 27:03what is false. It is false that I have
- 27:04not spoken about that. I'm not saying
- 27:06you didn't speak about I'm just asking.
- 27:07>> No, I mean let's be clear. There's not
- 27:10>> to pretend that pedophilia is restricted
- 27:12to any institution whether you're
- 27:13talking about schools where it happens,
- 27:14church where it happens amongst you know
- 27:16gay relationships where it happens or
- 27:18straight relationships where it happens
- 27:19would be ridiculous. I've never said
- 27:20that. I would never say that. And when
- 27:22it in terms of the Catholic Church
- 27:24because I've been on this journey and
- 27:26speaking about history which is crazy.
- 27:27The media freaked out when I spoke spoke
- 27:29about this really sadistic Frankish
- 27:32movement that took place in the 1700s
- 27:33where they developed this uh belief in
- 27:37apostasy which is to pretend that you're
- 27:39a part of a different religion and then
- 27:41as as a way to overthrow that religion.
- 27:42These people literally were baptized
- 27:44into the Catholic church. I've spoken
- 27:45about that. Um and they were part of a
- 27:46Frankus cult and they believe this as a
- 27:48sacrament. They believe in molesting
- 27:50children. I've spoken about that on my
- 27:51show. To say that I don't speak about
- 27:52that when I did an entire series on
- 27:53Emanuel Mcronone, Catholic wife, wife
- 27:56wife, whatever you want to call it, is
- 27:58ridiculous. So people just say things
- 28:00like, "How come you don't talk about
- 28:01this?" I'm like, "I do talk about this.
- 28:02I'm open about this extensively." And
- 28:04wherever evil is, I will call it out.
- 28:05>> I'm not saying you don't talk about it
- 28:06because you do talk a lot. What I'm
- 28:08trying to understand in this in this and
- 28:09I talk a lot billions and billions of
- 28:10minutes. Watch. I'm I'm asking
- 28:12specifically around in this conversation
- 28:13your theory around that slippery slope
- 28:15because that was a comment that I heard
- 28:16you make. When I think about the
- 28:17slippery slope, because well, we
- 28:19probably will agree on this is I I was
- 28:21in a whole debate with one of my friends
- 28:22recently and he gay as hell. I said, I
- 28:24don't believe drag queens should be
- 28:25reading school stories to kids in
- 28:26schools. Like I don't understand how we
- 28:28got there. Like drag queens are are we
- 28:31>> we're agreeing
- 28:32>> we're agreeing on something. When I say
- 28:34that it's like that's something that's
- 28:34such an easy like why why are we doing
- 28:36that?
- 28:36>> Now that to me, but see that those are
- 28:38the things that fuel my frustration with
- 28:41kind of my community because it's the
- 28:42thing we're giving people to say look
- 28:44>> okay. Um, I uh am a big youth advocate.
- 28:48I understand inclusion and people
- 28:49wanting to see themselves. I don't think
- 28:51a kid wants to see themselves as a drag
- 28:52queen. And if you do dress up at home
- 28:54with your family, whatever. And some gay
- 28:56people may be mad at me for saying that,
- 28:57but I do feel like that's the thing
- 28:58where I'm like, why are we doing that?
- 29:00>> That's why. Yeah, exactly.
- 29:01>> When drag queens are traditionally for
- 29:02entertainment at a nightclub or a bar or
- 29:04whatever. So, I do agree with that. And
- 29:06that is that the slippery slope you're
- 29:07talking about?
- 29:08>> That's part of it. Yeah. So, it's it's
- 29:10when people were fighting for gay
- 29:11marriage, it was like it's just about
- 29:13love is love. We just want to be able to
- 29:14marry our partners. Yeah. Equality. And
- 29:16then as soon as that happened, again, I
- 29:17was liberal, so I was like on board with
- 29:19that 1,00%. And then as soon as it
- 29:21happened, it was like the goalpost just
- 29:22changed and moved over. And it was like,
- 29:23what about transgender? And it's like,
- 29:24okay, now we talk about bathroom signs,
- 29:26not inclusive enough. Okay. Whoa, whoa,
- 29:27whoa. Now all of a sudden drag queens
- 29:29need to be reading to kids. Why? It's
- 29:30just it's such a crazy thing to be
- 29:32fighting for. And it's just saying it's
- 29:34it's proving everybody right that this
- 29:36there is no end of the pursuit. And I
- 29:37want to be clear, that is a reality. The
- 29:39reason why they don't end the pursuit
- 29:41isn't because, you know, this gay couple
- 29:43didn't want it to be over. Actually, I
- 29:45find that most gay people that I know
- 29:47agree with this. They don't think that
- 29:49they're not happy about this march into
- 29:50transgenderism and suddenly a march into
- 29:52the classroom with drag queens. They're
- 29:53pretty sensible on that. Uh the reason
- 29:55it happens is because these groups like
- 29:56GLAD need to keep raising money. So, you
- 29:58got to keep having issues. This is like
- 29:59the NAACP. If racism goes away, you're
- 30:01out of business. You know what I mean?
- 30:02>> You don't like the NACP, can it?
- 30:04>> I don't like the the NAACP because I had
- 30:05experience with the NAACP, as I know you
- 30:07likely know. Um, and so I know
- 30:09>> I know what I know
- 30:10>> because you got a lot of note cards,
- 30:12>> a lot of note cards there, right? So if
- 30:15you did your homework, then you would
- 30:16know that I had really about the
- 30:19>> So they don't want this issue to go.
- 30:20They never these groups like Glad and
- 30:22NACP. They're throwing gallas, right?
- 30:24Well, if if it come on, demand's got to
- 30:26meet the supply, right? So you got to
- 30:27demand the racism so that you can say
- 30:29donate to the NAACP. You got to demand,
- 30:31okay, we won gay marriage. Crap. We made
- 30:33we made a lot of money fighting for gay
- 30:34marriage. It's our business. we got all
- 30:36this. Well, we got to look for something
- 30:37else to champion. And that's how it
- 30:38keeps getting tacked on. It's not even
- 30:39about the will of the people that
- 30:40they're representing anymore. And so,
- 30:42that's my problem with a lot of these
- 30:43groups.
- 30:44>> Well, let me say that. Um,
- 30:46>> we'll tackle the NACP in a minute.
- 30:47>> Yeah.
- 30:48>> Uh, on the GLAD thing, you know, I I've
- 30:50been uh critical of I feel like the
- 30:52GLADs of the world won't recognize me
- 30:55unless I'm to the super extreme of what
- 30:57they expect. uh because as a black gay
- 31:00openly gay successful businessman that's
- 31:03done all these things ran for just one
- 31:04vice I mean you know just there's never
- 31:06been the acknowledgement but I also had
- 31:07an issue when I was on reality TV that I
- 31:09felt like what people wanted to see from
- 31:11a gay person was the handbagw wearing
- 31:13heelw wearing sideshow of a reality star
- 31:17woman and I never wanted to be that. So,
- 31:19I do agree in some way that there's
- 31:20something that makes the only the only
- 31:23image of us to they only want one thing,
- 31:25>> right? It's a caricature of what it
- 31:26means to be a person and and you see
- 31:28this everywhere, whether it's how they
- 31:29expect black people to behave, gay
- 31:30people to behave, it just becomes a
- 31:31caricature and everyone's got to be a
- 31:33victim, too. And that's something that I
- 31:34just cannot get down with.
- 31:35>> But how does it get somebody like you
- 31:37who is intelligent, uh, who can
- 31:40articulate their thought, who's had a
- 31:41history of being liberal,
- 31:43>> to then appear to be so extreme? Is it
- 31:45because you're frustrated, fed up?
- 31:46>> I don't think I'm extreme. That's the
- 31:47part I don't understand. I'm looking for
- 31:50evidence of extreme Candace and I think
- 31:52I sound very sensible. I'll play it back
- 31:54sometimes. I'm like, "No, I agree with
- 31:55what I said that we have to accept
- 31:56trans. You got to accept Rachel Dalizo."
- 31:58That feels sensible to me.
- 31:59>> Do you like Rachel Doll? Is that like
- 32:01your Cuz I
- 32:01>> No, because I just that she's the
- 32:02clearest example of it's nobody, no
- 32:05matter who you challenge, they'll be
- 32:06like a trans trans. As soon as you go,
- 32:08"Okay, Rachel Dolls is black." Like, oh
- 32:09no, that's clutching my pearls. That's
- 32:13crazy. Of course, she can't be black.
- 32:15And that should be your wakeup call that
- 32:16something's wrong here with this logic.
- 32:17You can't just be because you wish it to
- 32:19be. Like we we're not like Dorothy in
- 32:21the Wizard of Oz. I mean, we we can't
- 32:22just click our heels in ruby red
- 32:24slippers and decide what we wish it to
- 32:25be. So, and so I think the better thing
- 32:28is to serve people truth and let them
- 32:31deal with that. And again, like I said,
- 32:33that does not mean I think the thing
- 32:34that's wrong is that people represent it
- 32:36as an extremity. I think it's wrong that
- 32:37people make it seem as though this means
- 32:39this gives you a, you know, a warrant to
- 32:40be really mean to this person or to
- 32:41denigrate them. No, I I got tons of
- 32:43there's tons of crazy people, all
- 32:44different types of variety of crazy, but
- 32:46the demand for me to recognize and
- 32:48accept that as reality is problematic
- 32:50for me.
- 32:51>> But what about uh again when it comes to
- 32:53the LG LGB, right? Let's just talk about
- 32:55LGBT. We already we unpacked the trans,
- 32:58no pun intended, the LGB. Um why do you
- 33:01think there's such a need to conflate
- 33:03the children of it all in the whole
- 33:06discussion about the LGBT? Because I
- 33:08will say, I agree with you. I don't
- 33:09understand why drag queens are reading
- 33:11stories to kids. I don't get it. Um I w
- 33:13I wouldn't want my kid to sit in a
- 33:15classroom uh reading a story with a drag
- 33:17queen, but I also don't want my kid, and
- 33:18I don't have kids, by the way, um to go
- 33:20to school and have a conversation about
- 33:21sex ed with I don't think that
- 33:24conversation appropriate for a child,
- 33:25>> especially not one that I can't be
- 33:26present, participate in, observe,
- 33:28>> and see what's happening. Yeah. Are they
- 33:29sexualizing your kid or are they
- 33:30educating your child? And actually, the
- 33:32answer to that is they're sexualizing
- 33:33your kid because when there was no sex
- 33:34ed in the classroom, the majority of
- 33:36high school kids were graduating with
- 33:37their virginity intact. The second
- 33:38Planned Parenthood got in there um and
- 33:40they passed, you know, established the
- 33:42Department of Education and developed
- 33:43sex education, that changed in one
- 33:44decade. The majority of high school kids
- 33:46were no longer graduating with their
- 33:47virginity. Thomas Soul has a really good
- 33:48book on that inside the American
- 33:50education system. So, children are being
- 33:51indoctrinated. You know, there's there's
- 33:52tons of data and evidence that shows
- 33:53that they're being indoctrinated. The
- 33:55question is why? And that's a very good
- 33:56question.
- 33:58Why is this pushed? Like I said, I think
- 34:00the majority of people in the community
- 34:02that I've spoken to, whether it's gay
- 34:03lesbians, gay lesbians, whether it's
- 34:06married lesbians, married gay people,
- 34:07all agree that like it's there's just no
- 34:09reason to do this. So, it's not them
- 34:11pushing for it. That's the thing you
- 34:12have to understand. It's not actually
- 34:14gay people and lesbians that are pushing
- 34:16for this to happen in the classroom.
- 34:17>> Who's pushing for it?
- 34:18>> This is kind of a bigger conversation
- 34:21that we're just kind of starting to have
- 34:23on my podcast in particular. But the 60s
- 34:25is a very interesting period to study
- 34:28and to understand what um
- 34:32what programs the CIA the 60s the CIA
- 34:34put into place and this is talking about
- 34:36to intentionally sew social discord. Uh
- 34:40co-intel pro was a covert CIA program
- 34:42under LBJ that was to go after the Black
- 34:45Panthers. Martin Luther King they killed
- 34:47they killed Malcolm X. They killed
- 34:48Martin Luther King. The CIA did this and
- 34:50they were um going after college campus
- 34:53kids. They were the agitators that were
- 34:55creating these social issues. And when I
- 34:57see something like this and I speak to
- 34:58so many people on the spectrum and I
- 35:00find that we actually all agree, I just
- 35:02have questions about the government and
- 35:03whether or not they're trying to make us
- 35:05think this is what makes us divided.
- 35:07>> Yeah. To make us fight each other and
- 35:08and actually what it does is it just
- 35:10causes just social unrest. And that's
- 35:12the governments love that. They love
- 35:14when black hates white, when straight
- 35:15hates gay because they don't ever want
- 35:17you to be focusing on what the
- 35:18government is doing. And that the 60s
- 35:20period, there's a book called Chaos that
- 35:22I recommend every American read. It's
- 35:23terrifying. I mean, talking about the
- 35:24Charles Manson murders, everything you
- 35:26learned about that was a complete lie.
- 35:27CIA operation, they were involved
- 35:29because they wanted to socially engineer
- 35:31Americans to be fearful because LBJ
- 35:33wanted to go to war. And so, I have
- 35:36questions cuz I really don't think that
- 35:37it's coming from gay people and
- 35:38lesbians. I really just don't think that
- 35:40like every gay person's like, I just
- 35:42need to be in front of your kid. Like, I
- 35:43just don't think that's real.
- 35:44>> I don't give a [ __ ] about what y'all
- 35:46kids are doing,
- 35:46>> right? I feel like that's how Yeah. Let
- 35:49me ask you. So one day one of your kids
- 35:51comes, "Mom, I'm gay.
