6. 0:11Burma. We started with a sparkle tea
7. 0:13which is a Japanese tea and the style to
8. 0:15serve that was very impressive. One
9. 0:17thing which is coffee actually like it
10. 0:19that they serve two of my favorite food
11. 0:21in a healthy form, samosa soup and
12. 0:23spring roll salad. Love this can form a
13. 0:25diet coach. Starting is good 10 out of
14. 0:2810. Next was the raw mango salad which
15. 0:30was nicely done and tasted great. Then
16. 0:32came the Shah state dumpling is going to
17. 0:34be made your dips here every day with
18. 0:35the taste of the five in number and at
19. 0:38this point I was not even missing the
20. 0:39non-veg food at all. Next was the
21. 0:41crunchy tofu steam one but honestly this
22. 0:43is the only thing that we have a person
23. 0:45here because the texture of the one was
24. 0:47not like a bow. Then came the chili
25. 0:49tangy chickpeas tofu which was like a
26. 0:51high rich protein version of potatoes
27. 0:54but very tasty. At this point I was
28. 0:56done. It was difficult to taste such a
29. 0:58carb rich menu but we still did it. Next
30. 1:01we tried the uncle's mom chili garlic
31. 1:03street noodles which was served with the
32. 1:04same accompaniment at Khao Soi. Spicy,
33. 1:07yes.
34. 1:08Tasty, yes. Along with edamame burnt
35. 1:11garlic fried rice and water chestnut
36. 1:13tofu lotus stem stir fry and this stir
37. 1:15fry would be my favorite thing to order
38. 1:18each time I visit this place. Then we
39. 1:19had a egg and a donut. We had three
40. 1:22desserts, berry burst or tropical
41. 1:24coconut citrus pudding with berry
42. 1:26caviar, mango tulli, almond crumble and
43. 1:28palm jaggery. It was light, subtle, very
44. 1:31nice. Then we had a celebration cake
45. 1:33which was a chocolate cake layer with
46. 1:35dark chocolate ganache, berry compote
47. 1:37served with tart cherry sorbet which was
48. 1:39excellent, one of the best uh chocolate
49. 1:41cakes I have tasted. Then they sent us a
50. 1:43complimentary dessert, it's a puff
51. 1:44pastry with sweet stuffing. Overall, I
52. 1:47would rate this place 9.5 out of 10.
