23:05it's completed. So, you can see all the
23:07details. You can give the notification
23:08and the payment is also done and you can
23:10change the status. So, you can come back
23:11to the overview.
23:12If you come back to the calendar, from
23:13here you can see that when you have the
23:15booking when you have the booking. So,
23:18on Monday how many bookings you got, on
23:19Tuesday how many you have got, on Friday
23:21how many you have got. So, you can
23:22explore each one of this. For example,
23:24if I check on the Friday, I can click on
23:26that and I can manage that one. I can
23:28update the status whether I can complete
23:30it, cancel. If it's not available, I can
23:32cancel that one. I can do that. So, if I
23:33come back to calendar, I have the full
23:35control. If I come back to the analytic
23:36where I can see all the traffic I'm
23:38having on my business website. So, you
23:40can see how many page view I got, how
23:42many visits I have got, how many visits
23:45I have got, the average time, all the
23:47details you will find which booking
23:50performing better, repair car, test
23:51drive or car order. Which car performing
23:54better, how many bookings we have got,
23:56how many page view have got. So, you can
23:57simply explore all of that.
23:59Page view, you can see how many page
24:01view have got, which one is giving you
24:02most of the view. If you go back to the
24:04vehicles, then you can see how many
24:05vehicles you will have. So, you will
24:07have the vehicle from you which you will
24:09list and the customer will also list the
24:11vehicle and that's going to reflect
24:12here. If you come back to the
24:14repair services, this is the services
24:15repair you are providing and which one
24:17is generating you most of the revenue.
24:18If you come back to the customer, you
24:19can see the details about the customer.
24:21This is the customer you will have two
24:23customer and this is the customer car
24:25which is listed. If you come back to the
24:26traffic, there you will see that from
24:28where you are getting the traffic. So,
24:29most of the traffic is coming from
24:30desktop and we are getting from Chrome.
24:32So, you will have the full analytical
24:34part where you can control and see your
24:36traffic. You will see active user which
24:38you will have on your site. If you come
24:39back to the repair, from here you can
24:41manage your repair services which you
24:44are getting. So, you will find that this
24:45is the upcoming active services customer
24:47have booked and paid. If you come back
24:49to the need confirmation, there is no.
24:51If you come back to ready for pick,
24:52there is no. If you come back to
24:53complete, there is only one service got
24:55complete. If you come back to the
24:57cancellation, there is auto cancellation
24:59or you can click on this all. You will
25:00have all of that. If you come back to
25:02the rental, you can click on that and
25:04you will see that how many rentals you
25:06have got. So, we got two upcoming
25:08rentals, one with a driver and one only
25:11the car. If you come back to waiting for
25:12payment, all the payment is done. If you

25:16back to complete, no. If you come back
25:17to cancellation, there is only one
25:19cancellation which is with the driver
25:20and you can click on this all and see
25:22all that. If you come back to the sale,
25:24there you will find the car which you
25:25have listed for sale. So, two is
25:28reserved, two is reserved and if you
25:30click on this test drive for viewing,
25:31it's reserved. So, you can simply change
25:33the status, it's confirmed. If you can

26:20pricing and you can simply approve that.
26:22Then, this will be automatically
26:23reflecting in the front end and now
26:27approval is not required. You can also
26:28do the filtration. Shop car, so how many
26:30car is listed by the shop made by me.
26:33Rental car for sale, customer car who
26:36listed for rental and how many is
26:38waiting for you. You can control that
26:39one. If you want to add, you can click
26:40on that and you can fill out the details
26:42and you can add all of this information
26:44and add a new car.
26:46In the same way, we are providing driver
26:47as well. So, you can click on this
26:48driver and right now I have these two
26:50drivers. If you want to make any edit,
26:52you can click on this and update the
26:53information and cancel it and save it.
26:56If you want to create a new one, you can
26:57click on this and fill out the detail
26:58and you can clear it. If you come back
26:59to the repair menu, here you will find
27:01the options that what are the option you
27:03want to provide. So, right now I'm
27:04providing the repair services. If you
27:07want to remove any one of the services,
27:08you can very easily by simply toggling
27:10off and this service is not going to
27:12reflecting in the front end. It would be
27:15hidden. I can simply bring it back, so
27:17this service would be available. If I
27:18want to add a custom service, I can
27:19click on that and I can fill out all the
27:21details, name, category, pricing,
27:23duration, price, short description, the
27:26full description, logo and you can make
27:28it enable and click on the save.
27:30If you want to edit, you can click on
27:31that and you can do the editing and you
27:32can provide all the details. You can
27:33upload uh images for the services if you
27:36want. So, whatever the services, you
27:38will have a image, take that one and
27:39simply provide that one and save it. And
27:41this would be saved. In the same way,
27:43you can control your service. And this
27:44one is important. Why? Because you will
27:46have the control over the services which
27:48you are providing. So, we are providing
27:50three services, car repairing service,
27:52rental car service and buy car. For
27:54example, you don't want to sell buy car
27:57service at your shop. So, you can simply
28:00toggle that one. In this way, what will
28:02happen, this buy car would be hidden and
28:05it would be not visible to the customer.
28:07So, they cannot able to buy your car.
28:10But if you want to allow them buying
28:11car, you can simply make it active and
28:13it would be live. And now they will see
28:14this buy car option and they can buy the
28:16car if the car is available. But if you
28:18want to control that option, like if you
28:20don't want to allow test drive, you can
28:22simply remove that one. If you don't
28:24want to allow deposit, you can remove
28:26that one. If you don't want to allow
28:27questioning, you can allow obviously
28:29questioning and you can remove that one
28:30if you don't want the viewing option.
28:31But I want to have all of this option
28:33because we are selling the car. In the
28:34same way, you can control the rental
28:36car, you can control the repair. For
28:38example, I want to collect the full
28:40payment. I don't want to provide the
28:42deposit, so I can simply remove that
28:43one. In that way, they can only rent a
28:46car when they will make the full
28:47payment. So, you will have the full
28:48control. You got the point. Okay? This
28:50one is very important section from where
28:52you can control your service and how you
28:54want to sell your service. So, you will
28:55have all the options.
28:57Rent with a driver, delivery to a
28:59customer, reserve with a deposit,
29:01customer can list their car. If you
29:02don't allow the customer to list their
29:04car, you can simply toggle this one. So,
29:05the customer will not able to list their
29:07car.
29:08But, I want to sell that. Okay? So, this
29:09is how you can control. If you come back
29:11to the customer where you will see all
29:13the details about the customer who have
29:14registered and book your service. So,
29:16currently I have these two customers. I
29:17can see they are both registered and
29:19when they have done it. If I come back
29:20to the messages, this is the messages I
29:22have got from the customer. So, I can
29:24response to that. So, this is the one I
29:25got it. I can simply reply.
29:27And I can send the message back. So,
29:29this is how you can response and the
29:30customer will have that. You can see the
29:32which one is for general, which one is
29:34for car, and which one is for all. You
29:36will have the full control. If you come
29:38back to the leads, I can clearly on that
29:40and you will find that when the user
29:42will come here. So, when the user will
29:44provide the details and drop the call,
29:45that's all you're going to find it out.
29:48So, there is no lead we have at the
29:50moment because the customer completed
29:52the call. If you come back to the
29:53payment, you will find all the payment
29:55you have received, all the booking you
29:57have received. So, you can see all of
29:58this payment I have received. I can see
30:00the one invoice. I can see how much
30:02money I have earned, how much refund I
30:03have done, how much money I have
30:04received through Stripe, how much money
30:06I have in my wallet, all of that. If I
30:08come back to waiting for payment, so
30:09right now there is no waiting for
30:10payment. If I come back to refunded, I
30:12have already refunded that one. If I
30:14want to check the invoice, I can click
30:15on that and I can check the invoice
30:17of the customer. So, this is the
30:18invoice. I can simply come and I can
30:20close that one.
30:22Invoice. If I come back to the refund,
30:23you will find the money I have refunded
30:25to the client or customer. That's going
30:27to be reflecting here. So, this is the
30:28money we have refunded. If I come back
30:30to the completed, all of this money is
30:31refunded through the coupon and through
30:33the wallet option. User can also get the
30:35refund through the shop. Decline will
30:38have all we have.
30:40That's all is going to reflect here. If
30:41you come back to the coupon, you can
30:43also generate the coupon, a special
30:44coupon for your customer. So right now
30:45we have generated coupon. If I want I

36:10If you want to control the payment, so
36:12right now we are providing two payment
36:13option, Stripe and Dodo. But literally,
36:16you can use any payment gateway. Make
36:17sure to watch this video till then. I
36:18have talked about it that how you can
36:19use a different payment option based on
36:21your country. So you can simply activate
36:23or deactivate. From here you can set the
36:24pricing charges. So if the user will
36:27book any rental property or any car,
36:30they have to pay 20% of it. That's the
36:32minimum. If they make the full payment,
36:33we are providing 5% discount, and this
36:35is the cancellation time and minimum
36:37one. And this is the extra charges we
36:38are charging. If the customer wants to
36:41take a child seat, additional driver, so
36:43you can keep adding on it. Or if you
36:45want to remove, you can remove that one.
36:47Same for the delivery, different pricing
36:49for delivery. So, customer can have the
36:51car at their home or they can collect
36:53from the shop. If they collect from the
36:54shop, they will get for free, no
36:56delivery charges. But if they want to
36:58have their at home, they have to pay
36:59money. So, I'm charging $1.5 every
37:02kilometer. This is the minimum fee. This
37:05is the delivery up to how kilometer you
37:07can deliver. Delivery notice
37:09and all of the details which you can
37:11control. If you come back to the sales
37:12and repair, you can control that. They
37:14can deposit how much money in max and
37:16all of that. If you come back to the
37:17refund and wallet,
37:19you will find the details about the
