117. 4:42Control I realized that in the early

214. 8:50problem is I did completely so much
215. 8:52smoke that now nobody knows facts or
216. 8:54fiction and that's basic on my demise
217. 8:57but I'd be very honest with my attorneys
218. 8:59they worked very hard
219. 9:03we met almost every day earlier before
220. 9:06complete someone less after Africa is
221. 9:08basically all over and I Steve
222. 9:10encouraged me not to go with an early
223. 9:12plea so we could do more they get all
224. 9:16the things they could with the
225. 9:18floppy they had an expert come in go
226. 9:20over the floppy to see where there was
227. 9:22any problems with that they did
228. 9:24extensive research in the DNA
229. 9:27there's a sore spot with me when they
230. 9:29took my daughter but I understand in the
231. 9:30law enforcement you have to do certain
232. 9:32things
233. 9:34and I think Honesty
234. 9:36people will say I'm not a Christian
235. 9:41so

237. 9:44faced up to the man itself now

240. 9:51accountability

298. 12:10do some minor ones not because I want to
299. 12:12complain today but I want to set the

344. 14:08hoping defense would have a court order
345. 14:09and before I leave today I can go
346. 14:11through that wallet and
347. 14:13family pictures but that's not a big
348. 14:15issue because I understand through code
349. 14:17of ethics
350. 14:18the defense we'll turn that probably
351. 14:19over the family and go over my clothes
352. 14:22so those are really those are the only
353. 14:23early complaints except for a PowerPoint
354. 14:27I don't and again I don't want to pick
355. 14:29on the law enforcement they've done a
356. 14:30very good job but I do want to clarify a
357. 14:32few things
358. 14:33just for the records
359. 14:35because this is based on my final say
360. 14:38in the first one there was two actors
361. 14:40that were brought out the chainwalker
362. 14:42John Wayne and James Bond
363. 14:45the action of that with Kevin
364. 14:48was the shooting not because I stood up
365. 14:51and shine because when I was working
366. 14:54with the police that was a what I call a
367. 14:56quick draw just like that
368. 14:58That's What I Call this John Wayne shot
369. 15:00it's not that he would do something like
370. 15:03that secondly we fought and for us to
371. 15:06fight he had had both his hands open
372. 15:09the PowerPoint said that he basically
373. 15:12stood up he was tired not shot and
374. 15:14that's incorrect
375. 15:15we fought I backed off he had his hands
376. 15:18now and I'm not starting again and again
377. 15:22these are only minor it does not make
378. 15:24any difference it's probably Euro I just

405. 16:29or not I'd like Sheen they were over in
406. 16:31the eastern part of the United States so
407. 16:33and those pictures that came in the mail
408. 16:35were not they're not the other ones they
409. 16:38were all from at their site that she
410. 16:41probably the most damaging to me
411. 16:45was the pornography they displayed USA
412. 16:50pornography of what I drew but I didn't
413. 16:52see where they had a lot of pornography
414. 16:53but they brought two pictures out
415. 16:56family will know that I didn't own a
416. 16:58camper had a pickup with a camper top
417. 17:00but he didn't have any shelves in it so
418. 17:02I basically evidence was totally painted
419. 17:04Vape either picked up a fixture from
420. 17:06somewhere else or inserted or didn't
421. 17:08realize it that may have been a relative
422. 17:10I'm not sure
423. 17:12that I would think if they had more
424. 17:13pornography they would have showed it

429. 17:25with law enforcement there seemed to be

437. 17:43said in the paper and I still probably

440. 17:48rapport I almost felt like they were my
441. 17:51buddies at one time I asked about
442. 17:52Lamonia maybe coming in and having a cup
443. 17:54of coffee with me
444. 17:55so there was a rapport I've always had a
445. 17:57great respect for law enforcement

453. 18:13starting with I yeah I think they use

459. 18:27gathered evidence they had that evidence
460. 18:29when they got the key suspect they zero
461. 18:31they're not a very crap look so to have
462. 18:33the dedication that like Mr Edward for
463. 18:35all this years has been great so I think
464. 18:37Cedric County really has a good police
465. 18:40force
466. 18:43defense this has been a unique
467. 18:46probably a different type case that
468. 18:49they've ever had
469. 18:50we've had our ups and downs but mostly
470. 18:52we've been good it's it it's just like a
471. 18:55new learning curve it's just a new curve
472. 18:58and the media has just been terrible
473. 19:00I worked with the media afterwards and
474. 19:03yeah it I mean it's it's just it's just
475. 19:07tremendous they've done a very good
476. 19:09Sarah has probably been like
477. 19:10probably my Workforce I will appreciate
478. 19:13her she's done a lot of good work
479. 19:15Steve he had to keep the heads and all
480. 19:17this and I know that was very hard very
481. 19:19hard for me I want to go ahead since I
482. 19:21worked with defense very close to skip

496. 19:51then Jamie Turner she's the one who cut
497. 19:52my hair or brought my clothes up so I
498. 19:54have a
499. 19:55you know they're basically my family so
500. 19:58I appreciate that I'm professional staff
501. 20:00although we have some questions with
502. 20:01Robert jamendos and what happened there
503. 20:04I take that time that'll be solved but I
504. 20:06still have to give him credit for coming
505. 20:08in and helping me
506. 20:09and working with me and I'm sure I hope
507. 20:12I can pronounce that right like hey

509. 20:15came in and they were all from Cambridge

512. 20:22so I really appreciate the defense
513. 20:24they've done a lot for me kept me

519. 20:36I've never been I've never been arrested
520. 20:38before I really didn't want to look I
521. 20:40was basically 40 43 days 42 43 days
522. 20:44after in isolation
523. 20:46the first the officers control office
524. 20:50would call them deputies down there five
525. 20:51deputies for they didn't know me I
526. 20:53didn't know them but they they finally
527. 20:55opened up and they became human and I
528. 20:58think they realized I was human too
529. 20:59eventually I moved over to pod two
530. 21:03that's a very much camaraderie with what
531. 21:07I call the dirty dozen or or the peas in
532. 21:10the pod there was a bunch of great guys
533. 21:11most of those guys were gone now but I
534. 21:14had a lot of respect I sit down with him
535. 21:16we're all all have crimes but there's
536. 21:19you basically build a camaraderie
537. 21:21Nicholas type people

539. 21:26I'm what they call uh I call it hot
540. 21:29peppers a habanero we wear red we have
541. 21:31got the special Movers
542. 21:33and again I hope I pronounce these from

603. 24:07if you didn't have family to support you

623. 24:47but it's something like a friend would
624. 24:48do and I really appreciate like
625. 24:50refreshing rain in the summer or the
626. 24:52gentle breeze in Spring it's just a
627. 24:54little gift of kindness Joy someone
628. 24:57Hearts can bring
629. 24:58with immediate exposure in my family I
630. 25:00basically had the almost to stay away so
631. 25:02I really didn't have any support there
632. 25:04was one people one person that stepped
633. 25:07up Christina castner that really helped
634. 25:10and I really appreciate her support
635. 25:13there's another one that's out on the
636. 25:14west coast Andy parshaw he is another
637. 25:16Christian and I realized where I would
638. 25:19have gone down a long time ago without
639. 25:20their support so I do want to

642. 25:34a Christian Bible verse I found that I
643. 25:36think
644. 25:37it's helping me it will help me in
645. 25:39leading me this is John 8 12. I am the
646. 25:43light of the world he who follow me
647. 25:45shall not walk in darkness but have life
648. 25:47of life now that I've confessed
649. 25:51put myself out until everybody know
650. 25:53what's going on
651. 25:54I expect to heal and just have life
652. 25:57and then hopefully someday God will
653. 25:59accept me
