22. 1:05to this residence and what occurred

25. 1:12um I had uh did some thinking on what I
26. 1:16was going to do to either Mrs oaro or
27. 1:20Josephine and basically broke into the
28. 1:23house or didn't break into the house but
29. 1:25uh when they came out of the house I
30. 1:26came in and confronted the family and
31. 1:28then we went from there all right had
32. 1:30you planned this
33. 1:33beforehand to some degree yes uh after
34. 1:36we got in the house it we lost control
35. 1:38of it but it it was you know back of my
36. 1:41mind I had some ideas what I was going
37. 1:42to do but uh I just I basically panicked
38. 1:46that first day so beforehand did you
39. 1:48know who was there in the house I
40. 1:52thought Mrs ell and the two kids the two
41. 1:55younger kids were in the house I didn't
42. 1:57realize Mr oo was going to be there all
43. 1:59right how did you get into the house I
44. 2:02came through the back door uh cut the
45. 2:04phone lines uh waited at the back door
46. 2:07had reservations about even going or
47. 2:08just walking away but pretty soon the
48. 2:10door open and I was
49. 2:12in all right so the door open was it
50. 2:15open for you or did I think one of the
51. 2:17kids I think the
52. 2:19uh uh junior or not Junior yes the
53. 2:23U the young girl Joseph opened the door
54. 2:27he'd probably let the dog out cuz the
55. 2:29dog was in in the house at that time all
56. 2:31right when you went into the house what
57. 2:33happened then well I confronted the
58. 2:35family U pulled a pistol U confronted Mr
59. 2:39O Terell and asked him to uh you know
60. 2:43that I was there to basically I was
61. 2:47wanted uh wanted to uh get the car I was
62. 2:51hungry food I was wanted and ask him lie
63. 2:54down in the living room and at that time
64. 2:58I realized that wouldn't be a really
65. 2:59good idea so I finally the dog was a
66. 3:01rogue problem so I I asked Mr oeral if
67. 3:03he could get the dog out so he had one
68. 3:05of the kids put it out and I took him
69. 3:08back to the
70. 3:09bedroom you took who back to the bedro
71. 3:11uh the family the bedroom the four
72. 3:13members all right what happened then
73. 3:15that's how I tied them
74. 3:17up while still holding them at
75. 3:19gunpoint well in between tying and yes
76. 3:23yeah all right after you tied them up
77. 3:25what
78. 3:26occur well uh they started complaining
79. 3:29about being tied up and I re Rel
80. 3:32loosened the bonds a couple of times
81. 3:34tried to make Mr oaro as comfortable as
82. 3:36I could apparently had a cracked rib
83. 3:38from a car accident so I had him put a
84. 3:41pillow down on for his head uh had he
85. 3:44put a I think he Parker or coat
86. 3:48underneath him uh they uh you know they
87. 3:52talked to me about U you know giving the
88. 3:55car and whatever money I guess they
89. 3:56didn't have very much money and
90. 4:00the there I realized that uh you know I
91. 4:03was already I didn't have a mask on or
92. 4:06they already could ID me and
93. 4:10uh made it made a decision to go ahead
94. 4:13and and put them down I guess we
95. 4:16strangled all right what did you do to

97. 4:22ooto senior Mr O the father I put a
98. 4:26plastic bag over his head and then some
99. 4:28quartz then tighten it
100. 4:32and this was in the bedroom yes
101. 4:35sir did he in fact uh suffocate and die
102. 4:39as a result of this not right away no
103. 4:40sir he didn't what happened um well
104. 4:45after that I uh I did miss this otaro I
105. 4:48had never strangled anyone before so I
106. 4:51really didn't know how much pressure you
107. 4:52had to put on a person or how long would
108. 4:54would take but was she also tied up
109. 4:57there in the yes uhuh yeah both her
110. 4:59hands and their feet were tied up she
111. 5:00was on the bed where were the children U
112. 5:03well Josephine was on the bed and uh
113. 5:08junior was on the floor this time so
114. 5:11we're we're talking first of all about
115. 5:13Joseph ooto so You' put the bag over his
116. 5:15head and tied it mhm and he did not die
117. 5:19right away can you tell me what happened
118. 5:20in regards to Joseph uh he moved over
119. 5:22real quick like and I think tore a hole
120. 5:23in the bag and I could tell that he was
121. 5:26having some problems there but at that
122. 5:28time the the whole family just went uh
123. 5:30they went panicked on me so I I worked
124. 5:32pretty
125. 5:35quick you worked pretty quick well I
126. 5:37mean I I I strangled Mrs ell and she
127. 5:41went out or passed out I thought she was
128. 5:44dead she passed out then I strangled uh
129. 5:47Josephine she passed out or I thought
130. 5:50she was dead and uh then I went over and
131. 5:53put a uh and then put a bag
132. 5:56on Junior's head and
133. 6:01and then uh if I remember right uh Mrs
134. 6:06Otero came
135. 6:09back she came back and U sir let me ask
136. 6:12you about Joseph oo Senor indicated he
137. 6:15had torn a hole in the bag MH and what
138. 6:18did you do with him then I put another
139. 6:21bag over it or either that or a fire
140. 6:23recollect I think I put a u either a
141. 6:26cloth or a t-shirt or something over it
142. 6:29over his head and then a bag another
143. 6:32bag did he subsequently die well yes I
144. 6:37mean I I mean I was I didn't just stay
145. 6:39there and watch him then I was moving
146. 6:41around the room but all right so you
147. 6:43indicated you strangled Mrs
148. 6:45Otero after you had done this is that
149. 6:49correct now I went back and strangled
150. 6:51her again that and that that finally
151. 6:54killed her at that time so this is in
152. 6:56regards to count two you first of all
153. 6:58put the bag over over Joseph oo's head
154. 7:01and he tore a hole in the bag M then you
155. 7:05went ahead did you strangle Mrs ooto
156. 7:07then did you go first of all first of
157. 7:09all Mr oo was strangled or a bag put
158. 7:12over his head and strangled then I
159. 7:15thought he was going down and I went
160. 7:17over and strangled Mrs Otero I thought
161. 7:20she was down then I
162. 7:23strangled Josephine while she was down
163. 7:27and then I went over to Junior and put
164. 7:29the bag on his
165. 7:31head after that Mrs Otero woke back up
166. 7:35and you know she was pretty upset and
167. 7:38what's going on so I came back and uh at
168. 7:42that point in time strangled her for for
169. 7:45a death strangle at that time with your
170. 7:47hands or what no with a cord with a with
171. 7:49a
172. 7:50rope and uh then I uh I think at that
173. 7:53point in time I redid Mr ooto put the
174. 7:56bag over his head uh went over and then
175. 7:59Junior oh before that she asked me to u
176. 8:04to save her son so I actually had taken
177. 8:06a bag off and then I was really upset at
178. 8:09that point in time so basically when Mr
179. 8:12Terell was down Mrs lell was down I went
180. 8:13ahead and and took uh junior I put
181. 8:17another bag over his head and took him
182. 8:18to the other bedroom at that time what
183. 8:21did you do then U put a bag over his
184. 8:23head I put a cloth over his head a
185. 8:25T-shirt and a bag so he couldn't tear a
186. 8:26hole in it and he said
187. 8:30died from that and then when I went back
188. 8:33uh Josephine had woke back up what did
189. 8:37you do then and I took her to the
190. 8:38basement and eventually hung her are you
191. 8:42hung her in the basement yes sir did you
192. 8:45do anything else at that time yes I uh I
193. 8:48had some sexual
194. 8:50fantasies but that was uh after she was
195. 8:54hungry all
196. 8:55right what did you do then must be the
197. 8:59house house uh kind of cleaned it up U
198. 9:01it's called the right-and rule you go
199. 9:03from room to room U picked everything up

207. 9:25earlier before that cuz I want to make
208. 9:27sure I had a way of getting out of the
209. 9:29house
210. 9:30and clean the house up a little bit make
211. 9:31sure everything's packed up and left
212. 9:34through the front door
213. 9:36and they went to went over to their car
214. 9:40and then drove over
215. 9:41to Dylan left the car there then
216. 9:45eventually walked back to my
217. 9:46car all right now sir from what you have
