1. 0:00The human body has many meridians which
2. 0:02are pathways through which life energy
3. 0:04or chi flows through us. And this chi is
4. 0:07what I like to call etheric energy and
5. 0:09it can be thought of as living
6. 0:10electricity. Man is a microcosm of the
7. 0:13macrocosm, meaning we ourselves are each
8. 0:16our own unique miniature universe. So in
9. 0:18the universe, just as there is a heaven
10. 0:20and a hell, humans also have this, but
11. 0:22we have a head and a heel. So on the top
12. 0:25of our head or heaven, we have a
13. 0:27positive electrical charge here. But by
14. 0:29our heels or hell, we have a negative
15. 0:31electrical charge. At the top of our
16. 0:33body, we have our crown chakra and we
17. 0:35can think of the chakras like etheric
18. 0:37funnels that spin energy into the body.
19. 0:40And these funnels power the body and
20. 0:42without them, physical life would not be
21. 0:44possible. So depicted here are the seven
22. 0:46main human chakras with the crown and
23. 0:49the root chakra being magnified for the
24. 0:51purpose of talking about this entire
25. 0:52system. In current society, most
26. 0:55people's energy is actually traveling
27. 0:57upwards into the head from hell. We
28. 1:00spend all day thinking, ruminating,
29. 1:02analyzing, taking harsh positions,
30. 1:04having opinions, getting sucked into
31. 1:07fantasies, and it's quite unhealthy. And
32. 1:09all this energy is going into the body
33. 1:11and it's causing tension, stress, and
34. 1:13energy flowing the wrong way.
35. 1:16All of these temptations can be thought
36. 1:17of as the devil or our lower self or
37. 1:20that serpent or ego which tells us to
38. 1:22worry, to fear, to take harsh positions,
39. 1:24to anger, to shame. This build-up in
40. 1:27energy flowing upwards also comes a lot
41. 1:29from our modern environments where we
42. 1:31are bombarded and surrounded by
43. 1:33non-native EMS and technology at all
44. 1:35times. Most of us work on these
45. 1:37technology devices all day and we have a
46. 1:40lack of getting our bare skin onto the
47. 1:43bare earth in order to discharge this
48. 1:45energy build-up. But we want to be
49. 1:47bringing heaven to earth because not
50. 1:49only does it lead to a peaceful inner
51. 1:51state, but it also blesses the external
52. 1:53world around us. We can do this by
53. 1:56pulling the energy of heaven above us
54. 1:58into the body and continuing to ground
55. 2:01our awareness downwards so this energy
56. 2:03continues to flow in from heaven.
57. 2:06The best way to do this is to get in a
58. 2:08good rhythm with deep breathing and
59. 2:10continue to push energy downwards and
60. 2:13continually pull energy downwards. We
61. 2:15can find spots in our body where energy
62. 2:18is stuck or stagnant. We can breathe
63. 2:20into these areas and then pull energy
64. 2:22down and let it go out through our feet.
65. 2:26And if we're doing this correctly, we'll
66. 2:27feel a natural buzzing sensation in our
67. 2:29feet. This can eventually become a
68. 2:31natural part of our lives. When we have
69. 2:33a bunch of these negative thought loops
70. 2:34or rumination or harsh positionalities,
71. 2:36we can realize that too much energy is
72. 2:38flowing into our head and we can ground
73. 2:40it breathing it downwards. And this will
74. 2:42neutralize rumination pretty quickly.
75. 2:45And we'll see that we're not any of
76. 2:46these thoughts or positionalities that
77. 2:48we took. We are just what is aware of
78. 2:50them. This process will naturally bring
79. 2:52the light of man up as you are
80. 2:54surrendering and laying down your ego.
