110. 4:18they plan to try and recover it they
111. 4:20wouldn't comment but bank's lawyer and

114. 4:27spent you know in fact Joel a lot of the
115. 4:30uh neighbors and even some um friends
116. 4:32have come forward saying that money was
117. 4:34spent left and right and on a lot of
118. 4:37things including cars a lot of
119. 4:39cars it is thought that she's gone
120. 4:41through or her family has gone through
121. 4:42most of that money in fact when she
122. 4:44showed up for that meeting she took a
123. 4:46bus didn't even have a car to drive

139. 5:25guilty the people's motion to dismiss
140. 5:27this case pursuance to section 1385 I
141. 5:30may not ever get the answers to why I
142. 5:31was supposed to go through what I went
143. 5:33through but I know that I'm here today
144. 5:37and I remain unbroken in 2002 Banks was
145. 5:40a junior at Long Beach ply High a
146. 5:42football standout had signed a letter of
147. 5:44intent with Southern Cal when wanetta
148. 5:46Gibson accused him of sexually
149. 5:47assaulting her the Long Beach Unified
150. 5:49School District settled a suit with
151. 5:50Gibson on her claim that school security
152. 5:53was lacked when she was attacked Bank
153. 5:54spent more than 5 years in prison before
154. 5:56she recanted the school district now has
155. 5:58sued Gibson for $2 million never to
156. 6:01recoup what she was paid plus attorney
157. 6:03fees and punitive damages in a statement
158. 6:05the school district says it has also
159. 6:07urged the LA County district attorney to
160. 6:09pursue criminal charges against Gibson
161. 6:11the absolutely most credible study of
162. 6:14this uh that has been done estimates
163. 6:17that between 2% and 10% of R rape
164. 6:19allegations are false and even some of
165. 6:22those are you know borderline so the
166. 6:25idea that that women make this stuff up
167. 6:28is is pernicious
