- 0:16region I know that this incident has had
- 0:18a profound impact on your lives and caus
- 0:22great turmoil and I deeply regret
- 0:25that I also deeply regret the impact the
- 0:29spill has had on the environment the
- 0:32worldlife and the ecosystem of the gulf
- 0:36I give my pledge as the leader of BP
- 0:40that we will not rest until we make this
- 0:43right we're a strong company and no
- 0:46resources will be
- 0:48spared we and the entire industry will
- 0:51learn from this terrible event and
- 0:54emerge stronger smarter and safer thank
